8. 0:16zani the nanny as we've come to know her
9. 0:18kidnapped Caylee Anthony of course that
10. 0:22was a lie and this is a picture of an
11. 0:24Ida Gonzalez Casey's defense lawyers
12. 0:26claimed the two-year-old drowned in the
13. 0:28swimming pool but this is the real
14. 0:29Zenaida Gonzalez or a real the night of
15. 0:31Gonzalez and now she's suing with us now
16. 0:34from Orlando's and Ida Gonzalez and her
17. 0:37attorney John Morgan good to see you

30. 1:09of the challenges in this lawsuit would
31. 1:11be to prove in some way that you're the
32. 1:14sinaitic Gonzalez to whom she was
33. 1:16referring counselor how in the world
34. 1:17you're going to do that we're gonna do
35. 1:20it several ways we're going to do it
36. 1:22with Casey's and actions before the
37. 1:25trial and Casey's statements and actions
38. 1:28after the trial both Casey and Zenaida
39. 1:31where to place called Sawgrass
40. 1:33Apartments Zenaida filled out an
41. 1:36application put in her car her
42. 1:38children's names the color of her car
43. 1:40the same place that Casey was when the
44. 1:43police came to this denied of Gonzalez
45. 1:46and they only came to one ever they knew
46. 1:48who she was who her children were their
47. 1:50car the color we believe that case he
48. 1:53lifted that information and gave that
49. 1:57information to whoever that's why the
50. 1:59police went to her and then there are
51. 2:00statements that she made afterwards and
52. 2:02their mom made afterwards that after the
53. 2:05police showed her picture out in
54. 2:07Kissimmee
55. 2:07she said her mother I did not rule her
56. 2:10out her mother went out and had a press
57. 2:11conference so it's the publication
58. 2:14before the trial and the publication
59. 2:16after even after she was in custody now
60. 2:20miss Gonzalez you were working from time
61. 2:22to time it at a hotel it's my
62. 2:24understanding and the hotel became upset
63. 2:27about television crews on property is
64. 2:29that right yes that's correct I mean
65. 2:31they were upset about all the publicity
66. 2:33and then and instance it was it was a
67. 2:36tourist place and he'd they told me they
68. 2:38wouldn't be able to keep me working
69. 2:40there and with all this views and out
70. 2:42there I'm coming out on TV then I kidnap
71. 2:44a kid and that was bad publicity for
72. 2:47them see it wasn't possible for you to
73. 2:50in some way set the record straight and
74. 2:52go I never met this woman I don't know
75. 2:54anything about this kid I've never kept
76. 2:56anybody else's kids I mean you just
77. 2:58couldn't set the record straight huh I
78. 3:01unfortunately with all the media and
79. 3:03everything that was going on and I was
80. 3:05getting I was accused of kidnapping a
81. 3:06child I mean that's not easy and you
82. 3:09gotta understand her and they were
83. 3:10looking at it also and Shepard the way
84. 3:13she set the record the way she's the way
85. 3:15she set the record straight was she came
86. 3:17to us she was distraught her life was
87. 3:20being threatened her children's life was
88. 3:21being threatened I told her I said
89. 3:23Zenaida the only way you can protect
90. 3:25your own good name is to step up on a
91. 3:27soapbox push back and say I didn't do it
92. 3:30and file a defamation lawsuit that is
93. 3:33the strongest the strongest offense is a
94. 3:36good defense and she did that and at the
95. 3:38time all she was wanting was for it to
96. 3:40stop nobody was thinking about money
97. 3:42nobody was thinking about compensation
98. 3:44it was let's just stop this you're
99. 3:48thinking about money in compensation now
100. 3:50what if what are you seeking
101. 3:52who knows what this who knows what's
102. 3:55going to happen now now it's all about
103. 3:57the nobody one counselor we're we don't
104. 4:00listen to you if you have ten juries
105. 4:02you'll have 10 different verdicts you
106. 4:06know so what are we seeking we're just
107. 4:08seeking accountability responsibility
108. 4:10and for Casey Anthony to have to sit
109. 4:14across the table from this woman look
110. 4:17this woman and the eye and say I'm sorry
111. 4:19I didn't do it and tell this whole story
112. 4:22of why you did it and why you put her
113. 4:24through it we're looking for
114. 4:25accountability responsibility Oh it'd be
115. 4:29a fascinating thing to see Casey Anthony
116. 4:30say I'm sorry for much of anything
