  1. 0:00Over the past 2 years, I've done more
  2. 0:01than $5000000 with my online education
  3. 0:03business. And I won this thing called
  4. 0:04the School Games twice, and because of
  5. 0:06that, won a $100,000 check from Alex
  6. 0:09Hormozi after creating a $230,000
  7. 0:12a month online course in [music] just 30
  8. 0:14days. And how I did it all comes down to
  9. 0:16a very simple equation, and that is
  10. 0:19YouTube plus School, or an online
  11. 0:20education business, plus ads equaled
  12. 0:22money. So, in this video, I'm going to
  13. 0:24break down the exact system that I used,
  14. 0:26literally step by step, how I did it.
  15. 0:29Now, before we do anything, we have to
  16. 0:30talk about the foundations and
  17. 0:31fundamentals, because if you don't get
  18. 0:33those right, nothing else will work.
  19. 0:34Just think about it like this. If we're
  20. 0:36trying to promote something that people
  21. 0:38are not interested in, you won't make
  22. 0:40any sales. And if we're creating YouTube
  23. 0:41videos around topics that people are not
  24. 0:43interested in listening to, we won't get
  25. 0:45any views, and we won't make any sales,
  26. 0:46either. So, you truly need to build your
  27. 0:48house on a solid foundations, because if
  28. 0:51you don't, then nothing else will work.
  29. 0:52And to be more specific, like, what is
  30. 0:54the foundations or the fundamentals?
  31. 0:56Well, first of all, we need a specific
  32. 0:58avatar. Like, who are we selling to, and
  33. 1:00what are we selling to them? And in my
  34. 1:02case, I'm actually helping three
  35. 1:04different, but very similar avatars, but
  36. 1:06all of them I am helping to achieve the
  37. 1:08same transformation. The first one I'm
  38. 1:10helping is creators who already have an
  39. 1:12audience, and they need to help to
  40. 1:13monetize their audience by building an
  41. 1:15online education business, and then
  42. 1:16scale it to 10 to 100k per month. The
  43. 1:18second group of people that I work with
  44. 1:19are coaches, consultants, and experts
  45. 1:21who wants to monetize their skills and
  46. 1:23expertise with a profitable and scalable
  47. 1:25info product. And then finally, I work
  48. 1:26with people who already have a course,
  49. 1:28and they just want to scale it and make
  50. 1:30more money from their info business.
  51. 1:31Now, the more specific you can be with
  52. 1:34your avatar and your transformation, the
  53. 1:36better. Because every single time I work
  54. 1:37with somebody who has a hard time
  55. 1:39scaling their offer, it always comes
  56. 1:41down to their fundamentals. And they're
  57. 1:42not clear on who they're selling to, and
  58. 1:44what they're selling to them, and what
  59. 1:45the promised transformation is. Now,
  60. 1:47after we have that in place, and we know
  61. 1:49who we're selling to, and what we're
  62. 1:50selling, we need to also figure out the
  63. 1:52right money model. And I recommend
  64. 1:53selling a digital product because it's
  65. 1:55scalable, and you can also make it super
  66. 1:58profitable when you build it the right
  67. 1:59way. And I always host my online
  68. 2:01education business on this platform
  69. 2:02called school. And on school, you can
  70. 2:04really do two different things. You can
  71. 2:06have a low-ticket subscription money
  72. 2:08model, or you can have a higher-ticket
  73. 2:09product. And there are people making a
  74. 2:11lot of money with low-ticket
  75. 2:12subscriptions, and there's a lot of
  76. 2:13people making a lot of money with
  77. 2:14high-ticket products as well. Now, the
  78. 2:16easiest way I found to really dial in
  79. 2:18your avatar, your promised
  80. 2:19transformation, and your offer is to do
  81. 2:22market research, where you simply look
  82. 2:24at a successful competitor in your
  83. 2:26space, and then we simply look at their
  84. 2:28offer and their positioning, and then we
  85. 2:30take inspiration from that. Because if
  86. 2:31you can find a competitor who's already
  87. 2:33figured out what the market wants, and
  88. 2:34they have an offer selling to that
  89. 2:36market that meets that demand, and
  90. 2:38they're making a lot of money from it,
  91. 2:39it's literally served to us on a silver
  92. 2:41platter what to do and how to sell to
  93. 2:43that same target audience as well. And
  94. 2:45you can literally go through all of
  95. 2:47their ads. You can go through their
  96. 2:48marketing material. You can check their
  97. 2:49funnels. You can check their YouTube
  98. 2:51videos. You're not copying their
  99. 2:52product. You're not copying their brand.
  100. 2:54You simply take inspiration from what
  101. 2:56they're doing and what the market is
  102. 2:57already buying. And I called this the
  103. 2:59Apple strategy because Tim Cook, he has
  104. 3:01the saying was the previous CEO of
  105. 3:03Apple. He said that here Apple, we're
  106. 3:05not trying to be the first, we're trying
  107. 3:06to be the best. Meaning that they don't
  108. 3:08care about being the first to market
  109. 3:10with a brand new product. They simply
  110. 3:12look at what their competitors are doing
  111. 3:13already, and that has massive market
  112. 3:15demand, and then they make a product and
  113. 3:17a better product to basically steal that
  114. 3:19competition or steal that steal those
  115. 3:21customers essentially. And a great
  116. 3:23example of this is the iPhone. Apple
  117. 3:24didn't create the first mobile phone,
  118. 3:26but they saw that Motorola, Nokia,
  119. 3:28Blackberry, all of these other companies
  120. 3:30had a massive market demand. They were
  121. 3:32selling a ton of phones, and then people
  122. 3:34saw that. So, people, they didn't care
  123. 3:36about being the first, they cared about
  124. 3:37being the best. They tried to create the
  125. 3:39best phone. They created the iPhone,
  126. 3:40which is an amazing phone, and now
  127. 3:42they're like one of the if not the
  128. 3:43biggest companies in the world by simply
  129. 3:45observing what's already working in the
  130. 3:47marketplace, and then trying to make
  131. 3:48that better. And this is what I
  132. 3:49recommend that you do as well, and this
  133. 3:51is what I help all the people with as
  134. 3:52well when we're dialing in our
  135. 3:54foundations and our fundamentals when
  136. 3:55we're starting an online education
  137. 3:56business. Just to look at what's already
  138. 3:58working. So, once you have those
  139. 4:00fundamentals in place, you know what to
  140. 4:02sell and who to sell to, and you know
  141. 4:03how to position your offer and all of
  142. 4:05these things, the next thing that we
  143. 4:06need is just getting as much traffic and
  144. 4:09as much attention as we humanly possible
  145. 4:11can. And I use a very simple equation
  146. 4:12for this, which is traffic plus
  147. 4:14conversion equals growth. The more
  148. 4:16traffic you get, the more of that
  149. 4:17traffic you convert, the more your
  150. 4:19business will [music] grow. Now, doing
  151. 4:21this is obviously easier said than done,
  152. 4:24which is why I use this system myself
  153. 4:26that I like to call the Traffic Nirvana.
  154. 4:28And it's used by some of the biggest
  155. 4:30entrepreneurs in the online education
  156. 4:32space today. People are making millions
  157. 4:34of dollars per week using this. [music]
  158. 4:36And Traffic Nirvana is really a mix of
  159. 4:38organic social media traffic combined
  160. 4:40with paid advertising. You just want to
  161. 4:42reach as many new people online for free
  162. 4:44by just posting free content, meaning
  163. 4:46that you don't have to go to an ad
  164. 4:47platform and pay a bunch of money to
  165. 4:49make that [music] happen, but you're
  166. 4:50posting content to reach more people.
  167. 4:52All of your organic content basically
  168. 4:53does that for you. And what's powerful
  169. 4:55when you do this is that not only are
  170. 4:57you just reaching more people for free,
  171. 4:59but you can also build trust with them
  172. 5:01for free as well, which is [music]
  173. 5:02extremely hard to do with paid ads. So,
  174. 5:04the idea here is to try and reach as
  175. 5:06many people as we can that are potential
  176. 5:08prospects to our offer using organic
  177. 5:11content, and then we use retargeting ads
  178. 5:13on top of that to promote our actual
  179. 5:15offer and the thing that we're selling.
  180. 5:16And I'm always surprised by how few
  181. 5:18people actually know what retargeting is
  182. 5:20and how it works. And the power of
  183. 5:22retargeting is that you're only showing
  184. 5:23ads to people who have seen you online
  185. 5:25[music] before. And even if you haven't
  186. 5:27heard about retargeting before, I can
  187. 5:28bet a lot that you've experienced
  188. 5:30retargeting on your own phone every
  189. 5:31single day. As an example, you go to
  190. 5:33Amazon, you search for a new pair of
  191. 5:35Nike running shoes, and then you start
  192. 5:36to see those Nike running shoes all over
  193. 5:38the internet. They're on the TV, they're
  194. 5:40on YouTube, they're on ads on Instagram,
  195. 5:42you see them all over the place. That is
  196. 5:43retargeting. And you can use the same
  197. 5:45type of advertising for your own
  198. 5:47business as well and for your own offer,
  199. 5:48which is seriously powerful. So, in a
  200. 5:50nutshell, Traffic Nirvana is literally
  201. 5:52using organic content, like YouTube and
  202. 5:54Instagram, to reach new people at scale
  203. 5:57and then running retargeting ads to
  204. 5:58those people to your offer. And in my
  205. 6:00case, I run all of this traffic to a VSL
  206. 6:02[music] funnel. People can go to a page
  207. 6:04on our website, they can leave their
  208. 6:06contact details, and then they can get a
  209. 6:08free resource [music] in return. And
  210. 6:10then I'm basically moving them closer
  211. 6:12and closer to, again, book a call with
  212. 6:13my team, we present our offer, and then
  213. 6:15you can sell them. And all my traffic on
  214. 6:17social media with ads are going to the
  215. 6:19same place, in [music] this case, the
  216. 6:21VCL funnel. And by the way, if you want
  217. 6:22to see exactly what this funnel looks
  218. 6:24like, and the funnel that I'm using, and
  219. 6:25how I'm driving all my traffic from my
  220. 6:27organic socials to an online education
  221. 6:29product, and I have a how I've made
  222. 6:31millions of dollars online, you can
  223. 6:32click the link in my bio, or here below
  224. 6:34in the description, and I will show you
  225. 6:36how to start running grow an online
  226. 6:37education business, and exactly how I
  227. 6:39built my online education business to
  228. 6:41seven figures in my first seven months,
  229. 6:43and how I've helped hundreds of people
  230. 6:44by now to make 10 to 100K plus per month
  231. 6:46using the exact same system as well.
  232. 6:48Now, let's dive into the next part, and
  233. 6:50that is learning how to create a
  234. 6:51trust-building system. Because, yes, we
  235. 6:53need traffic, and we need as much
  236. 6:55traffic as we humanly possibly can get,
  237. 6:57and we also need a system that then
  238. 6:58convert our traffic into sales. But
  239. 7:00traffic alone isn't enough. To actually
  240. 7:02convert people into customers, we need
  241. 7:04trust. So, how do we build trust on the
  242. 7:06internet to sell more of our offers and
  243. 7:08services? I think the absolute best way
  244. 7:10to do this, hands down, is by posting
  245. 7:12long-form content, organic content,
  246. 7:15specifically using YouTube. Because you
  247. 7:16can educate your audience, people can
  248. 7:18get to know you better, they can see
  249. 7:19what you look like, how you talk, and
  250. 7:21hopefully eventually they will start to
  251. 7:23like you and trust you. That's why I'm
  252. 7:24making this video, because you might
  253. 7:25have found me through an ad, or found me
  254. 7:27on Instagram, and maybe you got an email
  255. 7:28from me sent as well, and now you're
  256. 7:30here watching this video, and you're
  257. 7:32spending time with me. You start to see
  258. 7:33what I look like, how I talk, how I
  259. 7:34move, and all of these things. And over
  260. 7:36time, you, hopefully, start to like me
  261. 7:38and trust me a bit more, which
  262. 7:39eventually can lead into you becoming a
  263. 7:41customer. So, even if you're somebody
  264. 7:43spending a lot of money on cold ads, you
  265. 7:45should still post YouTube videos every
  266. 7:47single week, because you can share those
  267. 7:49videos with your email list or your
  268. 7:51newsletter, and you can nurture your
  269. 7:53people, or your leads. So, even if
  270. 7:55you're not using YouTube as a traffic
  271. 7:57engine to reach new people, [music] you
  272. 7:58should definitely use it as a
  273. 7:59trust-building engine. And I've
  274. 8:01personally experienced this myself as a
  275. 8:03buyer, I don't know how many times. I've
  276. 8:05invested over $750,000
  277. 8:07by now into coaching, consulting,
  278. 8:09masterminds, all of that stuff. And I've
  279. 8:11always bought from people that I found
  280. 8:13on YouTube first. [music] So, I have
  281. 8:15this individual that I started watching
  282. 8:16on YouTube, and I think I did that for
  283. 8:18maybe like a week or like 10 days or
  284. 8:20something like that. And then he said
  285. 8:21something in the video that just
  286. 8:22clicked. And by now we're already like
  287. 8:24the individual. I find him intriguing. I
  288. 8:26find him interesting. I booked a call. I
  289. 8:28paid them $28,000, and I joined their
  290. 8:30mastermind and went to their events. And
  291. 8:32it all came from just watching organic
  292. 8:34content on YouTube. No ads, no nothing,
  293. 8:36just organic YouTube videos. So, YouTube
  294. 8:39together with an email newsletter is
  295. 8:41seriously powerful. So, just do this
  296. 8:43[music] to build trust, and I promise
  297. 8:45you that you will make more sales. And
  298. 8:46if you're somebody starting online
  299. 8:48education business from scratch, [music]
  300. 8:49this is by far one of the most powerful
  301. 8:51things you can do as well. Another thing
  302. 8:52that I wanted to throw into this video
  303. 8:53as well, which is a very powerful way to
  304. 8:55build trust and credibility at scale, is
  305. 8:57to use something I like to call
  306. 8:59propaganda ads. Basically, what a
  307. 9:00propaganda ad is is that you're running
  308. 9:02ads or retargeting ads in particular
  309. 9:04where you don't have any call to action
  310. 9:06on the ad. You're simply just using
  311. 9:07[music] videos where you are sharing
  312. 9:10content and sharing value and
  313. 9:11information. It's like a YouTube video,
  314. 9:13but you're sharing it with paid ads or
  315. 9:15paid money behind it. And it's a very
  316. 9:17powerful way as well to put content in
  317. 9:19front of the people who are in your
  318. 9:21target audience and sharing valuable
  319. 9:23information with them, but now it's a
  320. 9:25paid ad with basically the intention of
  321. 9:27just building trust and building
  322. 9:29authority and credibility, and hopefully
  323. 9:31get them to like you and trust you
  324. 9:32enough to eventually then book a call
  325. 9:34and and buy from you as well. So, now
  326. 9:35that you know how important it is to
  327. 9:37have the foundation and how to get
  328. 9:39traffic and conversion and then also
  329. 9:41build trust at scale, the next step is
  330. 9:43what separates the people from actually
  331. 9:45make it work and actually make it
  332. 9:47successful from the people that don't.
  333. 9:49And I call this how to win by default.
  334. 9:51And really what this comes down to is
  335. 9:53just learning a system and then sticking
  336. 9:55to that system long enough so that it
  337. 9:57actually starts working and then you can
  338. 9:58start to optimize it. And that means
  339. 9:59[music] keep posting your YouTube
  340. 10:01videos, keep sending your emails, keep
  341. 10:02running ads, keep running retargeting
  342. 10:04ads with the CTA to your funnel, or just
  343. 10:06keep running your propaganda ads with
  344. 10:07information content, and potentially
  345. 10:09even start running some cold ads as well
  346. 10:11to generate some new leads. And the
  347. 10:12reason why I call it win by default is
  348. 10:14because most people quit, and that's
  349. 10:16just the reality. And they might not
  350. 10:17just quit the business entirely, but
  351. 10:20they start posting videos and sending
  352. 10:22some emails. They do that for 3 weeks,
  353. 10:23and then they quit, and then they have
  354. 10:24another strategy, and then they have
  355. 10:26another funnel, and then they have
  356. 10:27another funnel, and they're they're
  357. 10:28constantly [music] scatterbrained doing
  358. 10:30different things. And I know that to be
  359. 10:31a fact because I've been going through
  360. 10:32that multiple times myself. And it was
  361. 10:34only when I decided on a system and one
  362. 10:37process and just stuck to that over time
  363. 10:39that things finally [music] started to
  364. 10:40work and I started to scale. And that is
  365. 10:42why I call it how to win by default
  366. 10:43because we're all scatterbrained, we're
  367. 10:45all having shiny object syndrome as
  368. 10:48human beings. We constantly want to test
  369. 10:49new [music] things, and if you can learn
  370. 10:50how to like shut that off and find a
  371. 10:52system that is working and sticking to
  372. 10:54that long enough, you will win by
  373. 10:56default because most people that you're
  374. 10:57competing with are going to quit
  375. 10:59anyways. And Henry Ford has a quote that
  376. 11:00I love. He said that successful people
  377. 11:02[music] make decisions quickly and they
  378. 11:04change them very slowly. Now, to round
  379. 11:06up this video, I want to talk about the
  380. 11:08final thing, and that is really the only
  381. 11:10two things that matter if you want to
  382. 11:12start running grow an online education
  383. 11:14business and make money online. And that
  384. 11:16is number one, to
  385. 11:17>> [music]
  386. 11:17>> generate leads and sales calls, and
  387. 11:19number two, conduct sales calls and
  388. 11:21close those sales calls. That's really
  389. 11:23it. So, if you're ever confused about
  390. 11:25what [music] to prioritize or what to do
  391. 11:27next, marketing and sales is normally
  392. 11:30what comes first. Obviously, you need a
  393. 11:31good product that actually delivers on
  394. 11:33your promised outcome. That's obviously
  395. 11:35super, super important, but at the end
  396. 11:37of the day, all that really matters is
  397. 11:39just reaching more prospects, getting
  398. 11:41them on calls, and selling [music] them.
  399. 11:42Run ads, make content, send your emails,
  400. 11:45post your YouTube videos, post your
  401. 11:46stories, post your reels, promote and
  402. 11:48push as much as you humanly possibly
  403. 11:50can. Fix your sales process, close as
  404. 11:52many leads as you humanly possibly can,
  405. 11:54and then build as much trust as you can
  406. 11:55over time as well, and just stick to
  407. 11:57[music] that and do that. So, that's
  408. 11:58really the whole system. Get the
  409. 12:00foundations right, use the traffic
  410. 12:01nirvana that I've been talking about,
  411. 12:03build trust at scale, win by default and
  412. 12:05learn how to win by default, and then
  413. 12:07focus on only two things that matter,
  414. 12:09which is really just generating calls
  415. 12:10and closing calls. And that's exactly
  416. 12:12how I used YouTube and school to do more
  417. 12:15than $5 million in the past 2 years.
  418. 12:17Now, if you want to learn how I help
  419. 12:18people to start one and grow online
  420. 12:20education businesses, you can check out
  421. 12:22the link in my description, and you can
  422. 12:23check out my free training there. And
  423. 12:25that's basically it. See you there.
