- 0:00All right, so listen up because YouTube
- 0:02is now on easy mode for info business
- 0:04owners. I've been on YouTube for 10
- 0:06years and I have never seen the
- 0:09conditions be so perfect for you to
- 0:11attract your dream clients and customers
- 0:14using YouTube as an infopreneur. So I
- 0:17can say all of this stuff or I can just
- 0:19jump on the presentation I prepared and
- 0:21prove it. So with that being said, let's
- 0:23get into it. You see, if you want to win
- 0:25the YouTube game, most people will tell
- 0:27you that it's all about views and
- 0:28subscribers. And I'm very very well
- 0:30placed to talk about this because on my
- 0:31main channel I have 5.5 million
- 0:33subscribers. I had the largest
- 0:35YouTube/personal brand growth pretty
- 0:37much ever in the info world and my main
- 0:40channel is still pulling in hundreds of
- 0:42thousands if not even millions of views
- 0:44per video. But all that being said that
- 0:46the reality is that's exactly what holds
- 0:48most business owners back. What I do on
- 0:50my main business channel is for very
- 0:52specific business goals of mine that
- 0:53don't really have to do with running the
- 0:55most profitable lean info business. Let
- 0:57me explain. My AFL clients are everyday
- 0:59business owners. They are not content
- 1:01creators. Yet, they are making 100x what
- 1:04the average YouTuber makes. And here's
- 1:06the crazy part. Their videos barely get
- 1:08views. We're talking about ugly
- 1:10thumbnails, basic editing, and only a
- 1:12few hundred views per video. By typical
- 1:15YouTube standards, these videos would be
- 1:16considered fails. They'd be considered
- 1:18flops. But what you don't see behind the
- 1:20surface is how much money they are
- 1:21making from these videos. In fact, I
- 1:23have experienced the same thing with my
- 1:25own business channel. This channel, you
- 1:27see, this channel only has about $30,000
- 1:29subscribers. Yet, it generates me about
- 1:31half a million dollars a month every
- 1:32single month consistently. How? Because
- 1:35YouTube is on easy mode right now for
- 1:37info business owners. And by the way,
- 1:38this isn't speculation or me just coming
- 1:40up with this. Now, yes, I've observed
- 1:41this myself, and we're going to get into
- 1:42that in a little bit, but let's hear it
- 1:44from the horse's mouth. This is Todd
- 1:46with a French sounding last name that
- 1:48I'm not even going to try to pronounce,
- 1:49but anyways, he is from YouTube's
- 1:50discovery team, and he just announced
- 1:52that they have a dedicated department
- 1:54focused on helping smaller creators
- 1:56succeed. This is the first time YouTube
- 1:59has ever done something like this, and
- 2:01it's what I call YouTube's hidden buyer
- 2:03algorithm. You see, what happens now is
- 2:05instead of pushing content to everyone,
- 2:07YouTube now connects niche content with
- 2:09the people that are looking for it. So
- 2:10what that means is that for infopreneurs
- 2:12who are already above 250k per year,
- 2:15this is a gold mine because you already
- 2:17know the problem you solved and who your
- 2:19target audience is. Meaning you just
- 2:21need to create content that speaks them.
- 2:23Now listen, I know what you are
- 2:24thinking. But why would YouTube do this?
- 2:26And the reason is quite simple. YouTube
- 2:29is a business. So if they incentivize
- 2:31newer creators and get more people
- 2:32creating content on the platform, they
- 2:34will get more viewers, which means more
- 2:36people watching ads, which means more
- 2:37revenue generated for YouTube. Cuz
- 2:39here's the thing. When smaller creators
- 2:41get more visibility, they're motivated
- 2:42to keep posting, which creates a
- 2:44positive feedback loop for the platform.
- 2:46Now, I don't know if you've noticed this
- 2:48yourself, but I started noticing this
- 2:49about just under a year ago, and it was
- 2:51like it was very weird, and it was very
- 2:53noticeable literally from like one day
- 2:54to the next. It just changed. And that
- 2:56is that you're probably seeing videos on
- 2:59your recommended with 300 views, and
- 3:00they are showing up on your YouTube
- 3:02feed. I'm even seeing smaller channels
- 3:04with a 100 subscribers, 200 subscribers
- 3:06getting significant visibility when they
- 3:08target the right audience with the right
- 3:09video. So, in today's presentation, I am
- 3:11going to show you the three best ways
- 3:13that you can capitalize on this
- 3:14algorithm change to turbocharge your
- 3:17info business. First, I'll reveal the
- 3:19business owner approach that separates
- 3:20the 8 figureure info business owners
- 3:22from struggling content creators.
- 3:24Second, I'm going to show you the
- 3:25importance of strategic packaging to
- 3:27attract the right audience. And third,
- 3:29I'm going to break down exactly how you
- 3:31can use strategic CTAs and end screens
- 3:33to convert your viewers into buyers. So,
- 3:36if you are a business owner already
- 3:38making at least $250,000 a year, grab a
- 3:40pen and paper and let's get into it.
- 3:42First things first is a business owner
- 3:43approach. You see, this fundamental
- 3:45approach is where most info business
- 3:47owners get YouTube completely wrong.
- 3:49They think YouTube success means
- 3:50creating viral content that gets
- 3:52millions of views, posting consistently
- 3:53on a rigid schedule, being a slave to
- 3:56the algorithm and trends. But that is
- 3:58the content creator trap. Now, when I
- 4:01first started uploading YouTube videos
- 4:0210 years ago, yeah, I was a content
- 4:03creator. But these days, I am a business
- 4:05owner who uses YouTube as a customer
- 4:08acquisition channel. And if you are
- 4:10watching this video, I assume that you
- 4:12are too. So, let me break down the
- 4:14fundamental difference. Content creators
- 4:15work for YouTube. Business owners make
- 4:17YouTube work for them. I'll repeat that.
- 4:19That's very important. Content creators
- 4:21work for YouTube. Whereas, on the other
- 4:23hand, business owners make YouTube work
- 4:26for them. Now, here's what this looks
- 4:28like in practice. My business channel
- 4:29only has about 30,000 subscribers, and
- 4:31my videos get on average about 5 to
- 4:3310,000 views. That is nothing compared
- 4:35to real YouTubers with millions of
- 4:38subscribers, even though the real
- 4:39YouTubers technically I am one. So, like
- 4:41trust me of anyone giving this advice. I
- 4:43can talk about this cuz I I am on both
- 4:45sides. I can speak on both sides, okay?
- 4:47But the point is that my business
- 4:48channel alone makes me over half a
- 4:50million dollars every single month, like
- 4:52I said earlier. Now, that is more money
- 4:54than most content creators with millions
- 4:56and millions of subscribers make. Now,
- 4:58you might be wondering why. Well, that's
- 4:59because I prioritize conversions over
- 5:01views. So, here is exactly how to
- 5:03implement the business owner approach.
- 5:05First, you have to reverse your thinking
- 5:06about content. You see, most people ask,
- 5:08"What will get the most views?" Instead,
- 5:10you need to ask, "What will generate the
- 5:12most money for my business?" Second,
- 5:14focus on metrics that actually matter to
- 5:16your business. Okay? For example, one of
- 5:18the most overlooked metrics is
- 5:20playbackbased CPM. Through years of
- 5:22testing, we actually found that CPM is a
- 5:24good predictor of audience quality.
- 5:27Videos that have a higher CPM tend to
- 5:29convert better with a more qualified
- 5:31audience. So, when I was creating my
- 5:32flywheel VSSL back in the day, I was
- 5:34torn between two different topics.
- 5:36Millionaire habits and beginnerfriendly
- 5:39businesses. So, what did I do? I looked
- 5:40at the CPM numbers. Seven habits that
- 5:42made me a millionaire was $16 to $18
- 5:45CPM. Best online business videos was $39
- 5:48to $53 CPM. And that is how I knew which
- 5:52one to go for. And you can find all this
- 5:54information very easily inside of your
- 5:56YouTube studio. Third, you want to
- 5:58simplify your production process. I only
- 6:00spend around 4 hours a month on YouTube
- 6:02content. And I know that is shocking to
- 6:04people because I have three YouTube
- 6:05channels, but it's because I've gotten
- 6:07this down to a tea. I've gotten it down
- 6:09to a science. And even though I only
- 6:11spend 4 hours a month on being on the
- 6:12content hamster wheel, it still makes me
- 6:14half a million dollars a month just on
- 6:16my third channel alone. Now, you might
- 6:18be wondering, how is this? Well, my
- 6:20product team handles scripting, my
- 6:22editors handle production, and then my
- 6:24designers create the thumbnail and the
- 6:25packaging. All I do is I show up,
- 6:27deliver value, and let the systems do
- 6:29the rest. That is it. This is the system
- 6:31I help founders inside of AFL implement
- 6:34into their businesses. Now, this video
- 6:35is a pretty much brain dump of what I
- 6:37think. Now, did I sit here and create
- 6:39all the graphics for you and all this
- 6:40stuff? No. My team did, and I spend 30
- 6:42minutes every Monday and we go over any
- 6:44future scripts and I say, "M, I know
- 6:46you've been working with me for a year,
- 6:473 years, 5 years. You've been shadowing,
- 6:49you understand how my mind works, you've
- 6:50consumed all my content, you basically
- 6:52absorbed all of me, but actually you
- 6:54were wrong about this one thing. I
- 6:55wouldn't have said this or I don't
- 6:56believe this statement or this isn't
- 6:58part of my worldview. So my product team
- 6:59is basically trained to my mind, which
- 7:01is how they are able to create content
- 7:03that so closely mirrors to what I'm
- 7:04thinking because they get 98% of the way
- 7:06there and then sometimes I plug in the
- 7:08last 2% gap. Now, for those of you guys
- 7:10who don't have that system implemented
- 7:12yet, because honestly, this is probably
- 7:14I'd say probably top three gamechanging
- 7:16systems that I implemented in my
- 7:18business is being able to have a team
- 7:19that can create 95% of content for you
- 7:21or at least get you 95% of the way there
- 7:24with your content. Now, another way to
- 7:26do things is just to not over complicate
- 7:28your content. And remember, you are not
- 7:29a content creator here. You don't need
- 7:31fancy equipment or elaborate editing.
- 7:33And this is what I do sometimes. You
- 7:34see, some of my best converting videos
- 7:36are fully unscripted, fully off the cuff
- 7:38of just like me in the car or me while
- 7:40I'm traveling. For example, here I have
- 7:42a video I made almost $100 million from
- 7:44info. Let me bust some myths. And this
- 7:46was literally just me talking on the
- 7:48plane about all the BS business advice I
- 7:50see out there. And that video is in my
- 7:52top three when it comes to conversions
- 7:54on my business channel because it is
- 7:55authentic, it is direct, and it speaks
- 7:58specifically to the problems that my
- 8:00ideal clients are facing. So, the bottom
- 8:02line is this. As an info business owner
- 8:04on YouTube, you are not trying to build
- 8:06a massive following. You are just trying
- 8:07to attract more of the right people.
- 8:10Now, maybe it's just me, but I would
- 8:11rather have a 100 qualified people who
- 8:13are making at least $250,000 a year
- 8:15watching my content on here rather than
- 8:17100,000 beginners who simply cannot
- 8:19afford AFL. So, here is a pretty good
- 8:22litmus test. Could one view of your
- 8:24video potentially lead to a sale? If
- 8:26not, then you are approaching YouTube
- 8:28like a content creator. You're making
- 8:29content creator videos, not business
- 8:31owner videos. And remember this, you are
- 8:33already making $250,000 a year. Meaning
- 8:35your expertise lies in the value you
- 8:38provide and the problems that you help
- 8:40people solve. So why do you care if your
- 8:42video looks pretty? And don't get me
- 8:44wrong, highend production quality can
- 8:45make you stand out in certain niches,
- 8:48but it's not what will make or break
- 8:49your channel. The difference maker is
- 8:51having the right approach to YouTube.
- 8:53And the best part about the business
- 8:55owner approach is that you spend less
- 8:56time creating content while generating
- 8:58more revenue. And you also don't have to
- 9:00be a full-time YouTuber to make YouTube
- 9:02work for your business because once you
- 9:04have the right approach, you just need a
- 9:06robust system to convert viewers into
- 9:08clients. And that's exactly what we work
- 9:10with our private clients on at AFL. But
- 9:12it doesn't end there. You see, now we
- 9:14move on to strategic packaging. This is
- 9:16really the second element because let me
- 9:18be very clear about something up front.
- 9:20YouTube is now on easy mode for info
- 9:22business owners, but only if you
- 9:23understand one critical element that
- 9:25drives 80% of your results. And that one
- 9:28element is packaging. Now, you've
- 9:29probably heard me talk about this in
- 9:31previous videos. And the reason is very
- 9:32simple. Packaging isn't just important.
- 9:35It is everything. It is the biggest
- 9:36lever you can pull on YouTube because it
- 9:39can directly impact who watches your
- 9:41videos. You see, when I first started
- 9:42posting on YouTube 9 years ago, or
- 9:44almost 10 years ago, this will be my 10
- 9:45year anniversary. I had no idea about
- 9:48this. I was focused on content quality,
- 9:49but my videos went nowhere. I mean, just
- 9:51look at some of the titles and
- 9:52thumbnails from back then. Why? Because
- 9:54like I said, packaging is all about how
- 9:56you present your content to the world.
- 9:58It's how you ensure that your expertise
- 10:00reaches the right people who will
- 10:02actually buy your solutions. I mean,
- 10:03just look at the title of this video
- 10:05you're watching right now. YouTube is
- 10:06now on easy mode for info business
- 10:08owners. I could have easily called it,
- 10:10oh, YouTube is good for business owners
- 10:11or something very generic like that. But
- 10:14who would click on that video? And more
- 10:16importantly, would the right people or
- 10:18would my ideal sort of client be
- 10:19clicking on it? See, YouTube's algorithm
- 10:22really cares about two key metrics. The
- 10:24first is CTR and the second is watch
- 10:26time. The algorithm uses something
- 10:27called fractional exposure to test your
- 10:30content. It will show your video to a
- 10:31small sample size of viewers first and
- 10:33if it performs well, then it will expand
- 10:36its reach. This must mean that your
- 10:37packaging must be precise. You don't get
- 10:39second chances with the algorithm. As an
- 10:41info business owner making at least 250K
- 10:43a year, your titles need to qualify your
- 10:46audience. On my business channel, I
- 10:47deliberately use titles that repel
- 10:49beginners and attract highle business
- 10:51owners. I mean, just look at some of my
- 10:53recent video titles. How I made a
- 10:55million dollars with Instagram quiz
- 10:56funnels. Full breakdown. I mean, do you
- 10:58notice how specific that title is. I am
- 11:00intentionally filtering my audience
- 11:02before they can even click on my video.
- 11:04Now, you might ask, "Oh, but won't this
- 11:06affect the number of people who watch
- 11:08the video?" Absolutely. But remember, as
- 11:10a business owner, you are not optimizing
- 11:12for views. You are optimizing for
- 11:14conversions. Views don't matter, but
- 11:16titles are only part of the packaging
- 11:18equation. The other part is your
- 11:20thumbnails. When it comes to thumbnails,
- 11:21I like to keep things simple. For
- 11:23thumbnails, I follow my rule of three
- 11:25and include these three elements. First
- 11:27is facial expression, showing genuine
- 11:29emotion. Next is clear, readable text
- 11:32that compliments but doesn't copy your
- 11:34title. Okay, I see this all the time.
- 11:35People literally just take the title of
- 11:36the video and put it on the thumbnail.
- 11:38It's like, imagine you were running meta
- 11:39ads and your creative literally had the
- 11:41same text that your headline did. It
- 11:43would makes no sense. It's just
- 11:44unnecessary. It's pointless. But then
- 11:46people do that with their thumbnails.
- 11:47And next is visual that adds context. If
- 11:49you do this, you will attract people who
- 11:51watch because of the value you provide.
- 11:53And what you can do is also address a
- 11:55specific pain point that only your ideal
- 11:57clients have in the first 30 seconds of
- 11:59your video. If you've been watching this
- 12:01channel for a while, you know, I always
- 12:02try to do this right at the beginning.
- 12:03I'll say something along the lines. If
- 12:05you're a business owner making $250,000
- 12:07a year, but you're struggling to scale
- 12:08your business, something along those
- 12:09lines, or in my case, I might even say
- 12:11info business owner. And this also helps
- 12:13because it immediately qualifies who
- 12:14should keep watching. Have you ever
- 12:15noticed that I always have this call out
- 12:17at the beginning of my videos? Have you
- 12:18also observed that I also like to do it
- 12:20at the end before I include my CTA? And
- 12:23we'll talk about this a little bit later
- 12:24on, but here's what completely
- 12:25transformed my YouTube strategy.
- 12:27Audience quality. Audience quality is
- 12:29far more important than audience size.
- 12:31You see, with the recent algorithm
- 12:32changes, audience quality is the most
- 12:34important thing. This means the
- 12:35algorithm is now rewarding audience
- 12:38matching more than ever before. And this
- 12:39is why my Flywheel VSSL became my most
- 12:42watched video ever. It amassed 9.5
- 12:44million views, made me $20 million in
- 12:46sales, and the craziest part is YouTube
- 12:48paid me
- 12:50$266,000 in AdSense for the privilege of
- 12:53earning $20 million on the back end. Not
- 12:54because I had fancy production. In fact,
- 12:56my entire VSSL video was me speaking
- 12:59over some basic ass slides. But it
- 13:01performed well because I packaged it
- 13:03specifically for beginners who are
- 13:05looking to make money online. In short,
- 13:07the right packaging pre-qualifies your
- 13:09audience before they even reach your
- 13:11offer. But beyond packaging, there's one
- 13:13final element that often gets
- 13:15overlooked, and that is CTAs and end
- 13:17screens. You see, this is where most
- 13:19business owners leave money on the
- 13:20table. They completely disregard the
- 13:22power of CTAs and end screens. You see,
- 13:24now that you understand how to get the
- 13:26right people to watch your videos using
- 13:27strategic packaging, let me show you how
- 13:29to get these people to take action after
- 13:31watching your video. First, you must
- 13:33understand the two types of CTAs that
- 13:35exist. You have soft versus hard CTAs.
- 13:38Now, I get asked about this all the time
- 13:39by business owners inside of AFL. And
- 13:41here's how they work. Soft CTAs are used
- 13:44in videos that are more superficial or
- 13:46introductory. Okay, this is where people
- 13:48might need to watch more of your content
- 13:50and get warmed up before they buy what
- 13:52you sell. Soft CTAs might include
- 13:54something like, "Hey, if you want to
- 13:55learn more about X, check out this other
- 13:57video I made covering Y." Or, "If this
- 13:59is something you need help with, DM me
- 14:01the word whatever it is on Instagram."
- 14:02And here, I push people to DM my
- 14:04business Instagram account. You see,
- 14:06hard CTAs are more direct. You want to
- 14:08use them for more heavy-hitting,
- 14:10valuepacked videos where by the end of
- 14:12it, people already want to take
- 14:13immediate action and potentially buy
- 14:15what you sell. There's some videos you
- 14:17make where people are like, "Oh, I
- 14:18appreciate it." Or, "Okay, that was a
- 14:19nice worldview, but they're just they're
- 14:21not warmed up enough yet." Okay? They're
- 14:22still cold. And for those sort of
- 14:24videos, I don't like to send people to a
- 14:25hard CTA. For those sort of videos, I
- 14:27would prefer that we either send them to
- 14:28another YouTube video I have or that
- 14:30they will warm them up some more or
- 14:32potentially push them to my Instagram.
- 14:33Now, if you make one of those banger
- 14:35videos, we've all had those banger
- 14:36videos where we're like, "Okay, people
- 14:38know what I do. They know what I sell.
- 14:40They know how I can help." So, then in
- 14:41that case, just get them to book in a
- 14:42call straight away. So, this is
- 14:43something where you would make an
- 14:44immediate CTA. Now, if you've ever been
- 14:46watching my business channel videos, you
- 14:48can see how I do this. But here's a step
- 14:50by step. First, and this is very
- 14:52important, you want to actually place
- 14:53your first CTA within the first 90
- 14:55seconds of your video. This is critical
- 14:57because viewer retention is highest
- 14:59during this period. So, make the CTA
- 15:01natural, okay? Don't super hard pitch
- 15:03and aligned with your content. A subtle
- 15:05mention of your offer that feels like a
- 15:08valuable resource rather than a sales
- 15:09pitch. Your second and most powerful CTA
- 15:12should come at the end of your video.
- 15:13You see, the viewers who make it to this
- 15:14point are your most qualified prospects.
- 15:16They've consumed your entire offering
- 15:18and are most receptive to taking the
- 15:20next step. Be direct here about exactly
- 15:22what action you want them to take. Now,
- 15:24as a bonus, you can also strategically
- 15:25mention your offer or prock halfway
- 15:28through the video to remind your viewers
- 15:29that this is what you help people with.
- 15:31I mean, even throughout this, I
- 15:32mentioned many times, you know, my
- 15:33private clients when I work with my
- 15:34clients, yada. You're like, "Okay, cool,
- 15:35bro. I get it. You have a
- 15:37private client program." That's very
- 15:38obvious. Now, in this video, I might
- 15:40decide to either hard CTA or not hard
- 15:42CTA. I have one in here, so I'm still
- 15:43deciding as I go through this video
- 15:44whether I even mention it. But the point
- 15:46is, by the time you end this video,
- 15:47you're like, "Okay, I I get it. Like, I
- 15:49understand he has something to sell.
- 15:50Maybe he didn't pitch it to me directly,
- 15:51but I'm I'm hearing about this or maybe
- 15:53I have little sprinkles or little
- 15:55mentions of people I work with or
- 15:56results we've gotten or whatever it may
- 15:58be." Listen, the point is understand
- 15:59where the video sits in your overall
- 16:01funnel and match your CTA accordingly.
- 16:03For example, if someone has watched an
- 16:05entire video about a specific problem
- 16:07you solve, they are likely interested in
- 16:09how you can help them further. In that
- 16:11case, your job is to make it easy for
- 16:13them to make the next step. Moving on,
- 16:15let's talk about end screens because
- 16:16this is something that most business
- 16:18owners don't even know that they can do.
- 16:19End screens are YouTube's built-in
- 16:21feature that allows you to promote your
- 16:23other videos in the last 20 seconds of
- 16:25your video. But end screens aren't just
- 16:27about self-promotion. It's about session
- 16:29watch time. Remember I spoke about
- 16:30YouTube's new algorithm earlier? Well,
- 16:32YouTube's new algorithm also heavily
- 16:34favors videos that act as session
- 16:37starters. Videos that get people to
- 16:38watch multiple times in a row. If
- 16:41YouTube sees that your content keeps
- 16:42people on the platform, they will push
- 16:44your videos to more people because they
- 16:46want people to stay on the platform. It
- 16:48is as simple as that. And this directly
- 16:50ties into what I call the 7-Eleven rule,
- 16:52which states that for someone to go from
- 16:54viewer to buyer, they need to consume 7
- 16:56hours of your content across 11 touch
- 16:58points in four different locations. End
- 17:01screens accelerate this process by
- 17:03getting viewers to consume more of your
- 17:05content in a single session. With your
- 17:07end screens, try to always link a
- 17:09related video that continues the viewers
- 17:11journey towards becoming a client.
- 17:13Recommended videos that make sense with
- 17:15the order or sequence of what you are
- 17:17trying to help them achieve. For
- 17:18example, if my viewer is watching one of
- 17:21my business channel videos where I cover
- 17:22my flywheel VSSL, well then a good video
- 17:25to create next would be how to actually
- 17:26create the feeder videos that feed into
- 17:29that VSSL video. By the way, I literally
- 17:31made a video where I shared some of the
- 17:32highlights of the live event I did where
- 17:34I spoke at length about my content
- 17:36system. But just so you understand, here
- 17:38is how you want to think about it. Think
- 17:40of each video as a larger conversion
- 17:42funnel, not as just a standalone piece
- 17:44of content. And you can also include
- 17:46watch next videos in the description of
- 17:47your first video to get people to binge
- 17:49watch your content. Because remember, if
- 17:51your video keeps people on the platform,
- 17:53that is how you get the YouTube
- 17:54algorithm to work in your favor. Look,
- 17:57I'll be honest, YouTube is a gold mine
- 17:58for business owners if used correctly.
- 18:00And with my content system, I spend 4 to
- 18:026 hours a month to generate hundreds of
- 18:04thousands of dollars in additional
- 18:06revenue every single month just from my
- 18:08business channel alone. Listen, I'm not
- 18:09even going to mention what the main
- 18:10channel pulls in. That is a topic for
- 18:12another day. So, back to a topic at
- 18:13hand. The beauty is that YouTube videos
- 18:16never stop working for you. You see, I
- 18:18could stop posting tomorrow and still
- 18:20make tons of money from my catalog of
- 18:22old videos. And I'm not just talking
- 18:24about topline revenue here. And that is
- 18:26why I always say that your personal
- 18:27brand is a moat that you build around
- 18:30your business. And it has never been
- 18:31easier to build one on YouTube as an
- 18:34info business owner. But YouTube is a
- 18:36science of its own. There's a lot more
- 18:38to it. just like how I structured my
- 18:39VSSL, which is one part of my bigger
- 18:42content system that I mentioned to you
- 18:43earlier. In fact, I have a video on this
- 18:45that you can go ahead and watch after
- 18:46this. Now, here comes the decision at
- 18:49the end of every infopreneurs YouTube
- 18:51video. Do I hard CTA or do I not? Well,
- 18:54for today, I'm going to leave it at
- 18:55that. So, I hope you enjoyed this video.
- 18:56I hope it was of value to you. And I'm
- 18:58going to go ahead and leave a video in
- 19:00the first link in the description as
- 19:02well as in the end card right after this
- 19:03that I think you should go check out. I
- 19:05appreciate your time and I'll see you in
- 19:06the next one.
