- 0:06Good morning, one and all.
- 0:07I am Doctor Rajitha Vanga, neuro manifestation coach and thank you,
- 0:11organizing committee for giving this opportunity.
- 0:16Today I am feeling honored to be on this big platform.
- 0:19My topic is lost in the labyrinth. Mind needs makeover.
- 0:23Labyrinth is actually an intricate part of internal ear,
- 0:28which is quite complex.
- 0:30Though it is complex, it makes our life easy because it helps us hearing.
- 0:36So it contains many terms.
- 0:38That's the reason it appears to be complex.
- 0:41And I'm here today to talk about terms of my life.
- 0:4515 years of teaching, career, teaching, anatomy in a medical college.
- 0:51No growth, no promotion, no appreciation.
- 0:54Felt completely stuck.
- 0:57It's like walking. Moving constantly in an invisible labyrinth.
- 1:02but there is no growth or feeling completely gone.
- 1:06Going nowhere.
- 1:08And in some weak moments,
- 1:10I started feeling myself and labeled myself as the failure.
- 1:15This turn of labyrinth not started there.
- 1:18It started quite early in my life
- 1:20when I was doing my post-graduation during my PG days.
- 1:25My mother was worried about my marriage, so she took me to an astrologer.
- 1:31So you all know how Indian mothers are.
- 1:34Astrologers said great about my future, but except for one thing he said,
- 1:40I'll be grinding by, but my hard work will never get rewarded.
- 1:46At that point of time, I didn't take his words so seriously.
- 1:50But slowly it got rooted in my subconscious mind.
- 1:56And then on every failure, every rejection, every delay,
- 2:02I started blaming myself that I am destined to have such career.
- 2:08Felt really depressed and maize is something which confuses us.
- 2:14But labyrinth is not so.
- 2:16It is designed in such a way just to move towards the center.
- 2:20But I am lost in my labyrinth because my brain was stuck.
- 2:26It's not that there is no way forward.
- 2:29I'm an anatomist deep in the body mechanics.
- 2:33For me, transformation was all biology until life showed me more.
- 2:38When I was really low,
- 2:40I was scrolling through my phone and got to see an ad by Mr. Tony Robbins.
- 2:46Unleash your highest self.
- 2:49And then I just spontaneously got registered for that
- 2:55and attended that workshop.
- 2:57After attending, I realized one thing.
- 3:00I am my own enemy. I am wanting,
- 3:04desiring and expecting to become successful.
- 3:08But I'm clinging to this belief that my stream of failure, my career,
- 3:12is a stream of failure.
- 3:14It's absurd, right? To an extent, it is hilarious.
- 3:19What a paradox I created in my life.
- 3:23And I'm a scientist. You all know how scientists are.
- 3:27They need proof. So I rolled up my sleeves.
- 3:31I started understanding more about brain,
- 3:33especially about our conscious and subconscious mind
- 3:37and how our thoughts impacts our mind, and also healing and so on.
- 3:43So during the knowledge upgradation, there is something beautiful happened.
- 3:49My subconscious evolution.
- 3:51Miracles started unfolding from nowhere.
- 3:55Whatever I was not able to do for past 15 years,
- 4:00everything came to me within one year, miraculously.
- 4:03I started my YouTube channel 3000 students followed it and learning from it,
- 4:10and later I got opportunities to be a teaching expert,
- 4:14anatomy expert to teach on various apps. And also I worked
- 4:18with foreign universities as visiting faculty and also, uh,
- 4:24being invited as a guest speaker at various international
- 4:29and national forums. All this happened in just one year.
- 4:32I am the same me. There is no knowledge,
- 4:36neither skill upgrade just by tapping into my subconscious.
- 4:42And I was blown away with the results.
- 4:43I was so happy and thrilled to share with everyone.
- 4:47So I started shifting teaching from what it is to what can be.
- 4:54I started teaching to students and fellow doctors neuro manifestation
- 4:59and got to see unbelievable results. And I was so happy that
- 5:02I met Doctor A.P.J. Abdul Kalam During my college days.
- 5:09He asked me one piercing question that
- 5:12when you are no more for what you would be remembered.
- 5:16At that point of time, I had no answer for this.
- 5:19But today I do because I started teaching manifestation to public
- 5:24and everything came so beautifully
- 5:27and could see great results in all my clients.
- 5:31One of my client. She is internationally recognized mouth painting artist.
- 5:37She was born with unique challenges and when she approached me,
- 5:42she was completely depressed, totally devastated.
- 5:46We started working on his belief system and then we worked on her healing.
- 5:53She not only rose to her wheelchair, then to her purpose.
- 5:57She regained her career as an artist and living a very comfortable
- 6:01and happy life.
- 6:04And many say the manifestation is like a tool to bring miracles in life.
- 6:11But I say most probably it is neuroscience.
- 6:15It is epigenetics. Every thought you think it triggers a pattern in the brain.
- 6:22Repeat the thought. Enough number of times it forms a long lasting pathway.
- 6:27That's how the identity is built.
- 6:29That's how the beliefs are formed.
- 6:32We have two parts of our brain conscious and subconscious.
- 6:38And there is a beautiful saying in Sanskrit,
- 6:41it bhavam that means what you think you become.
- 6:46Our conscious mind sets the goals and helps to take decisions.
- 6:51It's our logical brain, whereas our subconscious brain runs our patterns.
- 6:56It runs patterns of our life.
- 6:58Whatever you are experiencing in life as patterns,
- 7:01whether it is positive or negative, it is run by our subconscious mind.
- 7:06Sounds logical, isn't it?
- 7:09But here is the catch.
- 7:11Our subconscious mind is a loyal servant.
- 7:16All you need. You need to give proper instructions.
- 7:19It is like ChatGPT. Whatever the question you ask, it will answer for that.
- 7:25So the real question is what script it is reading from?
- 7:28What instructions are you giving it?
- 7:31Is it the same old memories like from your earlier years, what you picked up?
- 7:37Or it may be like your childhood conditioning or some trauma.
- 7:42Or like me, I took whatever the astrologer said is ultimate truth of my life.
- 7:50So conscious and subconscious it's clear.
- 7:52But we need to change the subconscious patterns to change our life.
- 7:57And good news is anyone can do this at any age.
- 8:02We can change our subconscious patterns just like that.
- 8:07Let's do a test here.
- 8:09How many of you who are sitting here can all hear my voice.
- 8:14Most of you can hear, right?
- 8:17Apart from my voice, what else you can hear in this room?
- 8:20Can you hear that AC noise?
- 8:23Can you hear some murmuring sound around you?
- 8:26Can you feel the chair on which you are sitting?
- 8:29And can you also feel the clothes against your skin or your footwear?
- 8:35You all can feel all these things, right?
- 8:38But earlier you were not feeling all this.
- 8:40You were just focusing on my voice.
- 8:43When I drew your attention towards them,
- 8:45you started noticing one after the other.
- 8:49That is the power of our focus system.
- 8:52Reticular activating system or reticular formation.
- 8:55It is a filter located in our brainstem.
- 8:58It helps us to focus on particular thing.
- 9:02It is like a torch on our head walking in a dark room.
- 9:06Wherever the torch light falls,
- 9:08only that area you can see the rest of the room appears to be dark, right?
- 9:13That's how happens our life also.
- 9:16We think we are watching everything.
- 9:19No, it's only our eyes.
- 9:21Whatever you are focusing, you focus on lack.
- 9:25It hides all the opportunities.
- 9:27You focus on abundance.
- 9:29It brings up those opportunities that you might have not seen earlier
- 9:33in your life. That is the beauty of reticular activating system.
- 9:38There is one more superpower in our brain,
- 9:41which is nothing but basal ganglia
- 9:43or basal nuclei located in the base of the brain.
- 9:47It controls our subconscious habits.
- 9:50So whatever you do repeatedly, it registers like brushing your teeth,
- 9:55bathing and swimming, driving everything.
- 9:59Your daily activities, it registers.
- 10:03So if you want to really manifest or you want to reach your goal,
- 10:07you have to make your new reality familiar to your brain.
- 10:11You have to make it as a routine.
- 10:13You have to make it as a habit.
- 10:15Let me give you an example.
- 10:17There is a client of mine from Hong Kong.
- 10:20He was suffering from severe insomnia.
- 10:24He was on sleeping pills for past six months.
- 10:27We started working, giving him a specific night routine
- 10:31every night before his sleep.
- 10:34He used to do that religiously and got to see some beautiful results.
- 10:38Today he sleeps happily for seven hours.
- 10:41What did I do? I just helped him to fix a night routine.
- 10:46That's it. That routine became his habit.
- 10:49So when you make something habit, your subconscious registered it.
- 10:55And there is one more interesting thing in our brain.
- 10:57Amygdala. Our fear center.
- 11:00It's ancient. It never bothers your dreams.
- 11:04It never bothers your what you want.
- 11:08It just wants you to keep safe.
- 11:10It keeps you in a comfort zone.
- 11:14So we all don't want those negative thoughts.
- 11:17But still we have it right?
- 11:19So why? Let me explain.
- 11:23Don't think of a purple bear eating a banana.
- 11:27How many of you really thought of it?
- 11:30I said, don't think. But still,
- 11:32most of us thought of that purple bear eating a banana.
- 11:38There are some smart ones in the room.
- 11:40Oh, we knew it already.
- 11:41But still, you did it.
- 11:44Why? We don't want those negative thoughts.
- 11:47But still, we have them.
- 11:50Because our brain loves suffering drama.
- 11:53So when you really want to manifest something, you have to calm the amygdala,
- 11:59navigate through, raise and train the basal ganglia in simple.
- 12:05You have to align your brain, your heart, and your body.
- 12:09What you think, what you feel, and what you do repeatedly.
- 12:14So that is called alignment in manifestation.
- 12:18It is called as neuroplasticity in science.
- 12:23So we think manifestation is a wishful thinking.
- 12:28This is not just work in theory.
- 12:30I have seen it in lives.
- 12:32When mind heals, body follows.
- 12:36So we think that we are doing everything,
- 12:39but our subconscious does everything without knowing our knowledge.
- 12:44That is the reason we repeat a lot of the problems
- 12:46in our life again and again and again.
- 12:50Have you observed most successful athletes?
- 12:53They all practice quantum rehearsal.
- 12:57When you dream, imagine with your brain with a proper emotion and outcome,
- 13:04your body envisions experience it as real.
- 13:08That is quantum rehearsal.
- 13:10Every athlete does quantum rehearsal before touching field,
- 13:15whether it is Michael Phillips, Cristiano Ronaldo or Virat Kohli.
- 13:19They all talked about it openly in many interviews.
- 13:24You don't need to chase motivation.
- 13:28All you need to train your brain towards its possibilities.
- 13:32You don’t need to escape from fear. You need to whisper
- 13:36to your amygdala and set your nervous system.
- 13:42You don't need to wait for the miracles because you are the miracle.
- 13:47A woman like me who spent years with the dead bodies,
- 13:51bones and nerves could awaken the unseen power of mind.
- 13:56So can you. You are not stuck.
- 13:59You are not rejected or you are not lost.
- 14:05You are all walking in a labyrinth towards your highest self.
- 14:09All you need. You need a makeover of your mind and manifestation.
- 14:15Is that makeover. Thank you.
