  1. 0:00I would literally argue that this is
  2. 0:01probably a reason like 90 probably even
  3. 0:0395% of the people watching this video
  4. 0:05are not getting their desire. Like I'm
  5. 0:07fairly positive. You know what? I am
  6. 0:10positive. Hey guys, it's Hi. Welcome
  7. 0:11back to my YouTube channel. Let's
  8. 0:14address Ela in the room. Yeah, I got a
  9. 0:15haircut. I literally still get comments
  10. 0:17from like older men that are like maybe
  11. 0:19you would look so much more beautiful if
  12. 0:21you took out the embarrass. So, I just
  13. 0:24am waiting to see what they say about
  14. 0:25the schollet. [laughter]
  15. 0:28Anyways, I think that there's a huge
  16. 0:30misconception and I need to clear it up
  17. 0:32because I think that it's getting in the
  18. 0:33way of a lot of people succeeding and
  19. 0:36it's like a a belief that is widely
  20. 0:38spread across the entirety of the
  21. 0:40manifestation community, which is
  22. 0:41manifestation equals affirming. That is
  23. 0:45not true. This is a huge reason why
  24. 0:47people don't get movement is because
  25. 0:49they think that, oh, I've been
  26. 0:50affirming, so I've been manifesting.
  27. 0:52Manifestation does not equal affirming.
  28. 0:54Wish this was talked about more. Hey,
  29. 1:01if you want one-on-one coaching with me,
  30. 1:03I would love to help you out here in my
  31. 1:05coaching prices. We do DM sessions
  32. 1:07through Instagram DM or audio voice
  33. 1:09message if you want that more. And I
  34. 1:11would love to help you. The first thing
  35. 1:12I want to say is this does not make
  36. 1:14manifestation harder. I don't want you
  37. 1:15to hear this and be like, "Oh my god,
  38. 1:16I'm about to overconume something again.
  39. 1:18I'm about to get another perspective
  40. 1:19that out of the billion perspectives."
  41. 1:20This perspective is going to make
  42. 1:21everything easier. So, no, this is not
  43. 1:23going to over complicate it. It's not
  44. 1:24going to be another thing that you hear
  45. 1:25from some random person and you're like,
  46. 1:27"Oh, for [ __ ] sakes. Can you just give
  47. 1:29me someing information that's not stupid
  48. 1:31and bullshit?" But let's break down
  49. 1:32manifestation. Okay, manifesting is made
  50. 1:35up of two components. One part to
  51. 1:36manifestation is repetition. Affirming,
  52. 1:39methods, techniques, any way you are
  53. 1:41repeating the new story of what you are
  54. 1:43wanting to see. Many people interpret
  55. 1:46that to be manifestation. So they say
  56. 1:48techniques, methods, affirmations, boom,
  57. 1:51I'm manifesting.
  58. 1:53I'm manifesting.
  59. 1:55We're missing we're missing something,
  60. 1:56honey. I think we're missing something.
  61. 1:58There's another component to manifesting
  62. 2:00the consistency component. And I know I
  63. 2:02know I know you're going to be like,
  64. 2:03"Are you [ __ ] That's it." Y'all don't
  65. 2:06know what consistency means. I think
  66. 2:07that that's a huge thing. When I think
  67. 2:09of consistency, consistency can mean a
  68. 2:11billion different things depending on
  69. 2:12what I'm doing. For example, being
  70. 2:14consistent with my homework means I make
  71. 2:16sure that my homework is due every
  72. 2:17Sunday night at 11:59. But when I'm
  73. 2:20consistent with brushing my teeth, that
  74. 2:21means I need to make sure I'm brushing
  75. 2:22my teeth twice a day um and going to the
  76. 2:25dentist. And like consistency means
  77. 2:27different things for different aspects.
  78. 2:29I need to explain to you what
  79. 2:30consistency means for manifestation. You
  80. 2:33think consistency means making sure to
  81. 2:35repeat your affirmations every day. That
  82. 2:36is not what it means. I want you to
  83. 2:37think of repetition as the car. Okay? I
  84. 2:41can have a car and go nowhere. I need
  85. 2:44gas to put in the car. I need
  86. 2:45consistency along with my affirmations
  87. 2:48to get to the end goal. Okay? So,
  88. 2:50repetition is the car. Consistency is
  89. 2:52the gas. I can have a car and it can sit
  90. 2:54in my driveway until I put the gas in it
  91. 2:56and then I can finally get to my
  92. 2:58destination. Just like I can be
  93. 2:59affirming, but until I apply the
  94. 3:00consistency, my ass is parked in my
  95. 3:03driveway, not moving. Okay? I need the
  96. 3:05consistency to get to the destination or
  97. 3:07to have the end goal. Or if you want to
  98. 3:09affirm that it's instant, that's totally
  99. 3:10fine. Whatever. Consistency needs to be
  100. 3:12applied. Repetition is an active thing
  101. 3:16we do. Consistency is a perspective and
  102. 3:19it's a mindset. It's a decision. It's a
  103. 3:21choice. And the thing is, and this is a
  104. 3:24huge part, consistency, [clears throat]
  105. 3:26you cannot plan for when you need it
  106. 3:28because it is going to be random. Now,
  107. 3:30you can pattern recognize, which is what
  108. 3:32we're going to get into. But all in all,
  109. 3:34you have to be aware of what
  110. 3:36perspectives you hold throughout the day
  111. 3:38and what thoughts you go to and how
  112. 3:39you're mentally reacting and behaving
  113. 3:41when you are seeing something you don't
  114. 3:43like. If I'm seeing something I don't
  115. 3:44like and I create a behavior of checking
  116. 3:46the 3D, complaining about it, that is
  117. 3:49not going to get me anywhere. Even if I
  118. 3:50am affirming an hour a day or whatever,
  119. 3:53if I am affirming 5 hours a day,
  120. 3:55whatever, but when I'm not affirming,
  121. 3:56I'm worrying about what more I need to
  122. 3:58do. I feel like that wasn't enough. If I
  123. 4:00feel like I shouldn't have done that, I
  124. 4:01feel like this isn't what if this means
  125. 4:02this or what if this doesn't mean the
  126. 4:04thing that I want it to mean. I'm not
  127. 4:05going to get anywhere. I'm not going to
  128. 4:06get anywhere because I'm not persisting.
  129. 4:08I'm not having consistency. I'm sitting
  130. 4:10in my car in my driveway. Let me break
  131. 4:13down what consistency means with
  132. 4:15manifestation. Consistency is really
  133. 4:18made up of a few different areas. The
  134. 4:20first area of consistency is within
  135. 4:22telling yourself that you can do this.
  136. 4:24Okay. A lot of people, a lot worry and
  137. 4:28dwell on how what they're doing isn't
  138. 4:29enough, what they're doing isn't good
  139. 4:31enough, they're not going to get
  140. 4:31movement from it, they must be doing
  141. 4:33something wrong, or maybe micromanaging
  142. 4:35what they're doing or trying to figure
  143. 4:36out what they could be missing. All of
  144. 4:38those things are affirmations and you're
  145. 4:40essentially in that perspective, in that
  146. 4:42state of I can't I'm not doing it right.
  147. 4:44Like, I'm really not doing it right.
  148. 4:46You're going to see that reflected. And
  149. 4:47I would actually argue it matters almost
  150. 4:49an equal amount what you're doing versus
  151. 4:51how you're viewing what you're doing. It
  152. 4:52matters a lot how you view what you're
  153. 4:54doing because you create your rules. So
  154. 4:56you can have a great technique and
  155. 4:57routine, but if you have that
  156. 4:59perspective that it's not enough and you
  157. 5:00need to do more, it doesn't matter that
  158. 5:02the routine or technique or whatever is
  159. 5:04quote unquote good. It doesn't because
  160. 5:05you hold the power over what it means
  161. 5:08and how it reflects. So how you view
  162. 5:10yourself and your manifestation ability
  163. 5:12matters. That's an area of consistency.
  164. 5:14You want to make sure you're
  165. 5:15consistently in the perspective or
  166. 5:17telling yourself you can do this. It's
  167. 5:19working. You're doing enough. You're not
  168. 5:21missing anything. And anytime you start
  169. 5:22to worry, you want to hold that
  170. 5:24perspective even if you don't believe
  171. 5:25it. The second area of consistency is my
  172. 5:28love and my true beloved thought
  173. 5:30awareness. You want to make sure that
  174. 5:31whenever you're thinking about your
  175. 5:32desire, stop. Hold up. Make sure you're
  176. 5:36asking yourself, what am I thinking, is
  177. 5:39this thought something I'd want to keep
  178. 5:40seeing?
  179. 5:42If it's not, what thought would I want
  180. 5:44to see? It is really that simple. But
  181. 5:46many people don't monitor their
  182. 5:47thoughts. You want to make sure you're
  183. 5:48monitoring how you're viewing your
  184. 5:49desire. That means anything to do with
  185. 5:51your desire, the 3D around you, okay?
  186. 5:54Not just the desire, your 3D,
  187. 5:55acknowledging the 3D around your desire,
  188. 5:58acknowledging the ability you to
  189. 5:59manifest, which kind of feeds into the
  190. 6:01first area of consistency. You want to
  191. 6:03make sure you're monitoring your
  192. 6:04thoughts. Again, thought awareness.
  193. 6:06We've been over this. And if we haven't,
  194. 6:08ding. The third area of consistency is
  195. 6:11not living in the 3D. Huge problem. A
  196. 6:15lot of people fall into acknowledging
  197. 6:17what's around us, analyzing what's
  198. 6:19around us, trying to problem solve how
  199. 6:20to get from this place to this place,
  200. 6:22trying to figure out what they need to
  201. 6:24do, feeling like you need to do
  202. 6:25physically something to get to your
  203. 6:27desire, checking the 3D, looking for
  204. 6:30movement, researching a ton, going on
  205. 6:32Reddit, going on Twitter, like just
  206. 6:34fully engaged with the old story. That
  207. 6:36is not consistency. You want to make
  208. 6:38sure that you're not overressearching.
  209. 6:40You don't want to check the 3D. You
  210. 6:41don't want to be acknowledging no
  211. 6:42change. You don't want to be trying to
  212. 6:43problem solve how to get to the end
  213. 6:45goal. That's a big one. I am a
  214. 6:46ruminator. I try to problem solve really
  215. 6:47bad. You don't want to be analyzing the
  216. 6:493D and you're a desire. You just want to
  217. 6:51be in your perspective of what you want
  218. 6:53to see reflected. Everything out here,
  219. 6:55you are going to notice it. It's I'm not
  220. 6:57saying you're not. You are going to
  221. 6:58notice it. It's about making the choice
  222. 7:00that this is there. I recognize that.
  223. 7:03Okay, that's not what I want to keep
  224. 7:04seeing. I'm going to persist in the new
  225. 7:06story of what I do want to see because
  226. 7:08that's what I want to see reflected. I
  227. 7:09don't want to keep seeing this. You
  228. 7:11don't you don't have to lie to yourself
  229. 7:12and be like, "It's right in front of me
  230. 7:14right now." You can you can tell
  231. 7:17yourself it's right in front of me. You
  232. 7:18can also say, you know what, I recognize
  233. 7:20that I'm not seeing it right now. Okay,
  234. 7:22I understand that that's going to make
  235. 7:23me upset. Okay, I'm still not going to
  236. 7:25focus and dwell on the 3D. Another form
  237. 7:27of consistency is being consistent until
  238. 7:29you see it. I know you baby booty
  239. 7:32buttholes
  240. 7:34don't do this.
  241. 7:37>> [laughter]
  242. 7:37>> I know you don't do this cuz I see so
  243. 7:41many people come to me and what they're
  244. 7:43doing is good. Okay, what they're doing
  245. 7:44is good and then they hit me with the
  246. 7:46boom. I didn't get it after 3 days.
  247. 7:48Boom. It's been 24 hours. I still
  248. 7:50haven't got it. Boom. [laughter] I stop
  249. 7:52after a week. That is your problem. We
  250. 7:55persist until we see it. Not until the
  251. 7:58impatience hits in. Not until we see
  252. 8:00something we don't like. We persist
  253. 8:01until we see it. The more you put
  254. 8:03timelines on yourself, the more you're
  255. 8:04just going to focus on time. So really,
  256. 8:05if you are worrying about how long do I
  257. 8:07be consistent for, you are exactly the
  258. 8:09type of person that just needs to be
  259. 8:10consistent until you see it. The more
  260. 8:12you focus on time, the more you analyze
  261. 8:13it, the more you're just going to be
  262. 8:14acknowledging, I don't have it. But I
  263. 8:16tell people to do a check-in at 3 weeks.
  264. 8:18So if you're not seeing absolutely
  265. 8:19anything at 3 weeks, stop. Check in
  266. 8:22where you could be wavering. Make sure
  267. 8:24you're not checking the 3D, not living
  268. 8:25in the 3D, not trying to analyze things,
  269. 8:27not trying to problem solve, not over
  270. 8:28researching. Make sure you're not doing
  271. 8:30those things. If you're not, keep going.
  272. 8:32No big deal. If you are, correct them
  273. 8:34and keep going. No big deal. That
  274. 8:36sounded condescending. I was trying to
  275. 8:37be Miss Rachel. Yay.
  276. 8:40You did it.
  277. 8:42You were consistent. Yay.
  278. 8:48That's what consistency means while
  279. 8:49manifesting. So, we can have the car, we
  280. 8:51can be affirming, but until we get the
  281. 8:53gas, until we apply that consistency,
  282. 8:56we're sitting stagnant in our driveway.
  283. 9:00This is going to make it easier for you.
  284. 9:02Consistency. A lot of the time is
  285. 9:03building up the habit. So people say,
  286. 9:05"But I can't do it longer than a couple
  287. 9:06day." Of course you can't because at the
  288. 9:08start of consistency, you have to kind
  289. 9:09of force it. You don't create a habit by
  290. 9:11just waking UP ONE DAY AND I GOT IT.
  291. 9:14That's not how it works. Like if I want
  292. 9:17to clean my room every night, I'm going
  293. 9:19to start and have that intention. But
  294. 9:21guess what? I'm probably going to
  295. 9:22forget. And you know what? Maybe some
  296. 9:24nights I don't want to and I'm going to
  297. 9:25force myself to. That's what it is. When
  298. 9:27we are creating a habit, we are making
  299. 9:28the choice. And sometimes we don't want
  300. 9:31to and we're still going to do it to do
  301. 9:32something because it's going to benefit
  302. 9:34us. I hate brushing my teeth. I hate it.
  303. 9:37It makes me want to rip my hair out. And
  304. 9:39guess what? I do it twice a day and I
  305. 9:41floss every day even though because I
  306. 9:44know that I'm going to get the result
  307. 9:46that I want, which is healthy teeth from
  308. 9:48doing that. There are going to be things
  309. 9:49you don't want to do, but you understand
  310. 9:51that I'm doing them for a greater
  311. 9:53purpose than I'm enjoying this. When
  312. 9:55you're manifesting, you're being
  313. 9:56consistent. And maybe that's annoying to
  314. 9:58you, but you're doing it because of the
  315. 10:00greater purpose of I want my desire. And
  316. 10:02I'm willing to be annoyed in this moment
  317. 10:05and persist because I want my desire. I
  318. 10:07would literally argue that this is
  319. 10:08probably a reason like 90 probably even
  320. 10:1195% of the people watching this video
  321. 10:13are not getting their desire. Like I'm
  322. 10:15fairly positive. You know what? I am
  323. 10:18positive. But that is it for today's
  324. 10:19video. Thank you guys so much for
  325. 10:20watching. As always, watching this video
  326. 10:23has helped you manifest. Say it with me.
  327. 10:25Watching this video has helped you
  328. 10:26manifest. Watching this video has helped
  329. 10:28you manifest. And I'll see [music] you
  330. 10:29soon. Bye.
