  1. 0:00So, you're sitting there, looking around
  2. 0:02at your life, looking around at your
  3. 0:04reality, and thinking, "When the heck is
  4. 0:07anything going to change?" Okay? Why
  5. 0:09does my bank account look like this
  6. 0:11every single month? Why is it always in
  7. 0:13the zeros? Why am I always end up with
  8. 0:16the same guy, just in a different font?
  9. 0:18Like, this is the same guy in a
  10. 0:19different font treating me the exact
  11. 0:21same way. Why am I still at this crappy
  12. 0:24job, no matter how much I want to leave
  13. 0:25it? Why is my life still like this? I
  14. 0:27have an amazing, [ __ ] big ass
  15. 0:30vision of things I want to accomplish,
  16. 0:32and things I want to do for myself, and
  17. 0:34things I want to bring into my reality.
  18. 0:35So, why is everything always the same?
  19. 0:38And no matter how much I try, I always
  20. 0:41end up stuck in the same old reality.
  21. 0:45What the heck is going on? Well, what if
  22. 0:48I told you that none of that is random?
  23. 0:50You don't randomly just get zeros in
  24. 0:52your bank account every single month.
  25. 0:53You don't randomly just manifest or
  26. 0:56bring about the same guy every single
  27. 0:57time. You don't just randomly bring
  28. 0:59about your life every single day. Your
  29. 1:01life looking the same way every single
  30. 1:03day is not random. It's patterns. It's
  31. 1:06an analysis. An analysis of something
  32. 1:09called your identity. Okay? Because
  33. 1:12identity, unconsciously, is keeping you
  34. 1:15stuck in this reality. Why? Because it's
  35. 1:18predictable, it's safe, it's reliable,
  36. 1:21and it's something your identity and
  37. 1:22your brain and your nervous system is
  38. 1:25used to. So, it keeps bringing the same
  39. 1:28things. And this is backed up by
  40. 1:30science. Cuz I went down an entire
  41. 1:32rabbit hole. An entire rabbit hole
  42. 1:34searching up all of these manifestors,
  43. 1:36all of these psychologists, all of these
  44. 1:38neurologists. I've studied so many
  45. 1:40documentaries on how identity slowly
  46. 1:43[ __ ] up your life and keeps you stuck
  47. 1:46in the same reality because it is safe,
  48. 1:49because it is familiar, and because it
  49. 1:50is easier for your brain and your body
  50. 1:53to be comfortable and responsive to.
  51. 1:55Okay? So, in this video, we're going to
  52. 1:57be talking everything identity, how it
  53. 1:59influences your reality, how it keep you
  54. 2:01stuck in the same reality you're living
  55. 2:03right now, and how to completely
  56. 2:05dismantle it and break out of it so that
  57. 2:07you can actually bring about the life
  58. 2:09you truly, truly want. If you're
  59. 2:11interested in that, then this is
  60. 2:12definitely the video for you to be
  61. 2:14watching. So, let's not waste any time
  62. 2:16and let's get into it.
  63. 2:18>> [music]
  64. 2:22[music]
  65. 2:25>> Hello, everyone. It's Kutnia. Welcome to
  66. 2:27the channel. On the channel, we talk all
  67. 2:29about closing the gap between your
  68. 2:30current self and your desired self so
  69. 2:32that you can manifest the reality you
  70. 2:34truly, truly want. Because on this
  71. 2:36channel, we are dedicated to manifesting
  72. 2:38the reality we truly want. Whether that
  73. 2:41is your dream job, whether that is more
  74. 2:43confidence, whether that is more money,
  75. 2:45whether that is a better life
  76. 2:46completely, okay? We are here to
  77. 2:49manifest and bring about everything you
  78. 2:51want in your life. And I heavily,
  79. 2:53heavily emphasize on you learning what
  80. 2:56identity is because it is the main
  81. 2:59source and the key because it is you.
  82. 3:00There's a quote, I'm not sure from what
  83. 3:02philosopher or what person I heard this
  84. 3:04from, but you can run away from
  85. 3:07everything and everyone else, but the
  86. 3:09one thing, the one person, the one mind
  87. 3:12you will never be able to run away from
  88. 3:15or escape is yourself. It is you. It is
  89. 3:18your identity. That is what makes it so
  90. 3:20important and so influential to your
  91. 3:23reality. Now, the research I'm about to
  92. 3:25share with you guys in today's video has
  93. 3:27come on a long way from so many
  94. 3:29different manifestors, so many different
  95. 3:31neurologists, so many different
  96. 3:33psychologists. It has come on a long way
  97. 3:35with so many studies that I want to
  98. 3:36break down. Of course, I can't break it
  99. 3:38all down, but that's why I've simplified
  100. 3:39it for you guys. Now, the video will be
  101. 3:41divided into two parts, one being what
  102. 3:44identity is, the concept behind
  103. 3:46identity, the theory behind identity.
  104. 3:48And the second part of the video will be
  105. 3:50broken down into how to dismantle your
  106. 3:51identity and build one that's actually
  107. 3:53going to get you the life you truly
  108. 3:56truly want. Let's not waste any time and
  109. 3:58let's get into the very first chapter.
  110. 4:00Now, chapter number one is the identity
  111. 4:02loop, okay? After compiling all of my
  112. 4:05research that I have done on basically
  113. 4:08everything I could on identity, I have
  114. 4:10came down to the loop and I've mentioned
  115. 4:12this loop so many times on my channel
  116. 4:14before, but that is because of how
  117. 4:16important it is and how much it truly
  118. 4:18impacts your reality. Now,
  119. 4:20gone through the narrative identity
  120. 4:22theory. I've gone through the attachment
  121. 4:24identity theory. I've gone through the
  122. 4:26self-concept. I've gone through so many
  123. 4:27things by so many um of these
  124. 4:30manifesters and these people that
  125. 4:32dedicate their life to understanding how
  126. 4:34we as human beings, how our brain
  127. 4:35influences our world. I've done so much
  128. 4:37research on it and I've compiled it into
  129. 4:39one loop called the identity loop that
  130. 4:42I've personally created, of course. Now,
  131. 4:44the identity loop consists of five steps
  132. 4:46that reinforces your identity, okay? So,
  133. 4:49let's break this down and put it on a
  134. 4:51map real quick, okay? Now, the identity
  135. 4:53itself, okay? The identity itself is
  136. 4:56you. It is not you, but it's in your
  137. 4:59mind. It's all the beliefs you have of
  138. 5:01yourself, all the things you have
  139. 5:02experienced in your life, all the things
  140. 5:04you have gone through, all the things
  141. 5:05you have learned and picked up and
  142. 5:07inherited on the way. Like the social
  143. 5:09identity theory, you inherit so many
  144. 5:12beliefs, so many perceptions, you
  145. 5:14inherit so many beliefs when you first
  146. 5:16grow up. You start to pick up beliefs
  147. 5:18about what money is, how you experience
  148. 5:20money. You start to pick up beliefs
  149. 5:21about what love is. You start to pick up
  150. 5:23beliefs about what people are, what the
  151. 5:25world is, how you're going to experience
  152. 5:27it, what makes you different, what makes
  153. 5:29you unique, what makes you you. You That
  154. 5:31is your identity, okay? It's broken down
  155. 5:33into so many different fragments and
  156. 5:35parts. Some of your identity is
  157. 5:37inherited by your parents, by your
  158. 5:39churches, by your religion, by your
  159. 5:41friends. Some of it is you, things you
  160. 5:43have experienced in your life, your
  161. 5:45first love, your first caregivers, your
  162. 5:47parents, whoever they are, what they did
  163. 5:49to you, how they were with you. All of
  164. 5:51those things. Your identity is always
  165. 5:53developing. It's always developing. It's
  166. 5:55always adding on and making you perceive
  167. 5:58reality in a specific way. Okay?
  168. 6:01Now, your identity, this new one thing
  169. 6:03that makes you you, okay? That makes you
  170. 6:06move. That makes you go. That makes you
  171. 6:08actually get up every single day because
  172. 6:10you don't just get up. You get up with
  173. 6:13reason. Reason coming from your
  174. 6:15identity. Whether it is yet you don't
  175. 6:16even feel like getting up. Whether it is
  176. 6:18you're not in the best mental state.
  177. 6:19Whatever the case may be, it's all your
  178. 6:22identity. It's all your identity.
  179. 6:24Whatever your motives are for life, it's
  180. 6:27coming from your identity. Whatever your
  181. 6:28perception is on life, it's coming from
  182. 6:30your identity. Now, this new one's
  183. 6:32in-depth, intricate identity that's been
  184. 6:34building on for so many years is very
  185. 6:36protective of itself. It wants to keep
  186. 6:39itself safe. Why? Because you it's it's
  187. 6:42like your brain, your identity, your
  188. 6:44body, it's human design, just wants to
  189. 6:47stay safe. It wants to stay where it is
  190. 6:50familiar. It wants to stay where it is
  191. 6:52comfortable. It wants to stay where it
  192. 6:54knows and can predict, okay? Because as
  193. 6:57human beings, if you go back in time, we
  194. 7:00are survival creatures. So, our body and
  195. 7:02our responses will naturally always want
  196. 7:05to stay safe. So, that is what our brain
  197. 7:07does. That is what our identity does.
  198. 7:09It's trying to constantly keep us safe.
  199. 7:11Keep us safe even if what's comfortable
  200. 7:13isn't necessarily good for us. Meaning,
  201. 7:15even if you are constantly in bad
  202. 7:17relationships, and your bad
  203. 7:18relationships might not be good for you,
  204. 7:20but your brain knows it is comfortable,
  205. 7:22knows it is safe, so it will not try to
  206. 7:25get you out of it. In fact, it will try
  207. 7:26to keep you there because that's all it
  208. 7:28knows, okay? That is how powerful your
  209. 7:30identity is. Now, the identity wants to
  210. 7:33protect itself. That's why I call this a
  211. 7:35loop. And this loop is called a
  212. 7:36reinforcement loop. It because your
  213. 7:38identity constantly wants to reinforce
  214. 7:41itself. It constantly wants to reinforce
  215. 7:43itself to stay safe. It's almost like
  216. 7:46everything I need to do needs to stay in
  217. 7:48the circle so I can stay safe. I know
  218. 7:50what the next thing is. I know what the
  219. 7:51next thing is. I know what the next
  220. 7:52thing is equaling I'm safe. Because when
  221. 7:54something is predictable, it's safe,
  222. 7:55right? Now, this is the loop in
  223. 7:57definition and in explanation. I'm going
  224. 7:59to try to explain it the best that I
  225. 8:00can. Now, remember and keep in mind your
  226. 8:03identity always wants to keep you safe
  227. 8:05even if it's not the most healthiest or
  228. 8:06the most the best thing for you. Even if
  229. 8:10it means that you can have this goal of
  230. 8:11wanting to be a business owner, for
  231. 8:13example. Let's just take a business
  232. 8:15owner cuz I'm a business owner. Let's
  233. 8:16say
  234. 8:17you want to be a business owner, but you
  235. 8:19your whole identity says no. You can't
  236. 8:22be a business owner. The best way to go
  237. 8:24about it is to get a job cuz maybe you
  238. 8:26inherited from your parents that a job
  239. 8:28is the most safest thing to get. So, no
  240. 8:30matter how much you want to start your
  241. 8:32business, your identity will constantly
  242. 8:34keep you there without you even knowing
  243. 8:37it. And I'm going to explain in the loop
  244. 8:39why. Now, the loop goes as follows. At
  245. 8:41the top you get your identity because
  246. 8:43identity is like the control center.
  247. 8:44It's almost like a computer. A computer
  248. 8:46can only function based on the coding
  249. 8:49and the information that is coded into
  250. 8:51its system and into its database. Same
  251. 8:53with your brain. It can only ever go off
  252. 8:55what your identity tells it to go off.
  253. 8:57That is the script. Like the narrative
  254. 8:58theory by Dr. McAdams says that your
  255. 9:01brain follows a script. It follows a
  256. 9:03story and it basically predicts itself
  257. 9:06already into the future. Okay? So, that
  258. 9:08is what your identity is. It's like it's
  259. 9:10like a computer. It's coded, it's wired,
  260. 9:12and it's
  261. 9:14designed and data based to function in a
  262. 9:16specific way. So, that is your identity.
  263. 9:18So, who you are, what you believe about
  264. 9:20the world, what you believe about
  265. 9:21yourself, what you believe about what
  266. 9:22you can have, all of those nuanced
  267. 9:24things make up your identity. Okay? Now,
  268. 9:26identity creates perception. Perception
  269. 9:29is important, okay? Perception is
  270. 9:31basically the lens, okay? Reality is
  271. 9:34neutral. Reality is neutral. Reality is
  272. 9:37even. It is objectively is nothing about
  273. 9:41reality that makes it any different from
  274. 9:42anyone else experiencing it. Reality, I
  275. 9:45just want you to think if you take
  276. 9:46yourself out of your body, if everyone
  277. 9:48just takes themself out of their own
  278. 9:49bodies, out of their own minds, and out
  279. 9:51of their own identity, reality is
  280. 9:53actually just neutral.
  281. 9:56Nothing. It's silent. But what makes
  282. 9:59reality so nuanced is you, okay? So your
  283. 10:04identity creates perception. I want you
  284. 10:06to think of a 3D movie. When you watch a
  285. 10:093D movie,
  286. 10:10it's almost like when you watch a 3D
  287. 10:12movie, you can't see the 3D things
  288. 10:14without the glasses on. So when you put
  289. 10:17the glasses on, that is when you really
  290. 10:19see the world. If you take your glasses
  291. 10:21off, your identity off, your lens of
  292. 10:22your identity, your perception off,
  293. 10:24the world is flat. It's nothing. But
  294. 10:27when you put on your glasses that's
  295. 10:29controlled by your identity, if you put
  296. 10:31on this perception glasses, you see your
  297. 10:33reality. You see your reality. Just like
  298. 10:35everybody else sees their reality, okay?
  299. 10:38Just like everybody else sees their
  300. 10:40reality, you see yours, okay? And the
  301. 10:42way you see yours doesn't come from
  302. 10:45anything. It's not random. It comes from
  303. 10:47your identity. Your identity created the
  304. 10:49lens through which you view reality
  305. 10:51through right now, okay?
  306. 10:54So what does um perception do?
  307. 10:55Perception makes you see things in a
  308. 10:57certain way. For example, if your
  309. 10:59identity is I always get left alone. I'm
  310. 11:02always left alone. Like people leave me.
  311. 11:04Like every time I fall in love, people
  312. 11:06leave me, okay? Now imagine that is the
  313. 11:08case with you, okay? Your identity is
  314. 11:11people always leave me. Now when you go
  315. 11:13out about life, you only ever going to
  316. 11:16notice the signs of abandonment. Even if
  317. 11:19they aren't really abandonment.
  318. 11:21Sometimes for example, I used to have
  319. 11:23that thing about myself in the past. I
  320. 11:25used to believe that like people leave
  321. 11:28me. Like they leave me because they
  322. 11:29realize I'm weird or they realize that
  323. 11:30I'm too much to handle. I genuinely
  324. 11:32thought I was too much to handle. So,
  325. 11:35when I was getting into all these toxic
  326. 11:36relationships, this is the minute
  327. 11:38someone is busy or someone doesn't
  328. 11:40respond to me in time, I would instantly
  329. 11:42freak out and be like, "Oh, you see
  330. 11:44there? You see You see there? That That
  331. 11:46is why Like I said it, I'm always left
  332. 11:49alone." So, they know I would behave in
  333. 11:51a certain which will get It's in the
  334. 11:52loop, okay? So, basically
  335. 11:54I'll I'm explaining it in the loop,
  336. 11:56okay? So, basically because I've had
  337. 11:58this identity rooted in me that like
  338. 11:59people leave me due to due to
  339. 12:01abandonment and things that I probably
  340. 12:02went through in my past. So, I just feel
  341. 12:04like people leave me, people always
  342. 12:05leave me. And then everything I would
  343. 12:07see is like people leave me, people
  344. 12:09leave me, they leave me. Even though
  345. 12:10that's not necessarily the case. Because
  346. 12:13I came to realize that is not it. I need
  347. 12:15to calm the [ __ ] down. That is not the
  348. 12:17case. But because my identity is so
  349. 12:19rooted in that, when I put those When I
  350. 12:22look through the world, I only see it
  351. 12:24through that perception. People leave
  352. 12:26me. And even if people stay, even if
  353. 12:29there's people in my life that have been
  354. 12:30in my life for the longest time that
  355. 12:32contradicts my own identity, I discard
  356. 12:35them. I don't even see them. They're not
  357. 12:37even a part of my life. Why? Because
  358. 12:39your identity creates your perception
  359. 12:41and that perception from your identity
  360. 12:43makes you discard things that are not
  361. 12:44important and make you acknowledge
  362. 12:46things that are important on an extreme
  363. 12:48level, okay? So, me thinking that people
  364. 12:50always leave me, it's going to make me
  365. 12:52see it on a infinitely larger level than
  366. 12:54what it is. And it's not even going to
  367. 12:56show me everyone that is there. Like my
  368. 12:58family that love me, like my friends
  369. 13:00that love me, like all the people in my
  370. 13:02life that love me. No, I'm just focused
  371. 13:04on who left me and what makes up for my
  372. 13:06identity being so twisted, okay? And
  373. 13:09what makes up for me just always being
  374. 13:10left alone. So, the second part of the
  375. 13:12loop is perception. Now, after
  376. 13:14perception, we get emotion, okay? Now,
  377. 13:17perception creates emotion. So, now I
  378. 13:19see
  379. 13:20oh, um
  380. 13:21people leave me, people leave me. What
  381. 13:23is that going to cause? That is going to
  382. 13:24cause my nervous system. The emotions
  383. 13:27are your nervous system. It's the way
  384. 13:28your body responds, okay? It's the way
  385. 13:30your body responds to the world. It's
  386. 13:31the way your body responds to everything
  387. 13:33around you, okay? So, of course, my
  388. 13:34nervous system is now going to act up
  389. 13:36cuz if I see someone is busy, I'm
  390. 13:38automatically going to say like, "Oh my
  391. 13:39gosh, they just leave." You see that
  392. 13:41always happens to me. And then my
  393. 13:42nervous system, my emotions are going to
  394. 13:44be affected by it because like
  395. 13:46everything, the identity loop is created
  396. 13:48for literally everything you experience
  397. 13:50in your life. Everything you have to
  398. 13:51tackle on and take on. That is why it so
  399. 13:53heavily influences your life. Now, let's
  400. 13:56say for example,
  401. 13:57I meet a guy, okay? I meet a guy, okay?
  402. 14:00I have a boyfriend. I'm in a healthy
  403. 14:01relationship right now, but this is just
  404. 14:03for context. So, let's say I meet a guy,
  405. 14:05okay? And this guy, oh my gosh, this
  406. 14:07guy, I like this guy. I already
  407. 14:09immediately like this guy. And we start
  408. 14:11talking. He's showing all the signs that
  409. 14:13he's a good guy and whatever. And we
  410. 14:14start talking, okay? Now, based on my
  411. 14:17identity, I'm like, "I'm always left
  412. 14:18alone. I'm always abandoned. At the end
  413. 14:20of the day, people always leave. People
  414. 14:21always leave me." Now, I'm with this
  415. 14:23person, and this person is um somewhat
  416. 14:26busy, okay? He's busy. He's he's not on
  417. 14:28his phone. He hasn't been on his phone
  418. 14:29in like 4 hours. Now, my perception is
  419. 14:31going to be like, "You see, Courtney?
  420. 14:33You see, Courtney? They they they leave
  421. 14:34you. He's not interested anymore. He he
  422. 14:35left because people find you weird,
  423. 14:37Courtney. Of course, they're going to
  424. 14:38leave you at the end of the day. Of
  425. 14:38course, they're going to leave you at
  426. 14:39the end of the day." So, basically, that
  427. 14:41is what my perception created. And now
  428. 14:42my perception created my emotion. Now,
  429. 14:44I'm starting to feel my nervous system
  430. 14:46act up. Now, I'm starting to feel like,
  431. 14:48"Oh my freaking gosh. Oh my freaking
  432. 14:50gosh. I need to do something. I'm going
  433. 14:51to block him." Cuz that's what I used to
  434. 14:52do. I used to block people. Like, the
  435. 14:54block button used to be such a big
  436. 14:55trigger I would like block anyone under
  437. 14:57the sun and then unblock them,
  438. 14:59obviously, cuz I wasn't healed, okay?
  439. 15:01But anyways, so basically, what I would
  440. 15:02do is I would block this guy. I'd say,
  441. 15:04"I'm so done with you. I'm so done with
  442. 15:05you anyway. Like, you don't need even
  443. 15:08need to I'm so done with you anyway."
  444. 15:10Boom, block, delete. Because my emotions
  445. 15:13I'm actually getting ahead of myself,
  446. 15:14foreshadow. But emotions, okay? That is
  447. 15:16what my emotions does. It makes me like
  448. 15:19on the edge of things because of my
  449. 15:20identity, my nervous system is going to
  450. 15:22obviously act that way. And then from my
  451. 15:25my emotions
  452. 15:27creates my behavior. The part where I
  453. 15:28said blocking, now emotions
  454. 15:30automatically create behavior because
  455. 15:32your emotions allows your body to move.
  456. 15:34It allows your body to function. It
  457. 15:36allows your body to respond and in
  458. 15:38respondence you're going to take action.
  459. 15:40You're going to behave a certain way.
  460. 15:41Even if you can't even if you
  461. 15:43unconsciously cannot see you taking
  462. 15:45action, you're always taking action.
  463. 15:47Choosing to sit down is taking action.
  464. 15:48Choosing to do nothing is taking action.
  465. 15:50Choosing to move is to take action. So
  466. 15:52basically, based on my emotions, I was
  467. 15:54feeling like, "Oh, you see that he's
  468. 15:56always like people always leave me." So
  469. 15:58now, that created my behavior, my
  470. 16:00behavior to block this person. I'm going
  471. 16:01to block this person because like da da
  472. 16:03da da whatever whatever whatever. Then
  473. 16:05later afterwards, I unblock him and I
  474. 16:07say, "Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry,
  475. 16:08sorry." And that leads to result. The
  476. 16:11result is a low step in the face and he
  477. 16:13tells me, "Courtney, I can't sit up with
  478. 16:15this. I can't deal with this. You're
  479. 16:16[ __ ] crazy ass [ __ ] you know that.
  480. 16:18Bye. You see, they leave me. They all
  481. 16:22leave me at the end of the day. I always
  482. 16:23get left. I always get left."
  483. 16:27The loop reinforces itself. And what was
  484. 16:29it? It wasn't even this guy. It was me.
  485. 16:32It was me. It wasn't the guy. It was me.
  486. 16:36Guys people don't leave me. My love
  487. 16:38people in my love life do not leave me.
  488. 16:40I believe that they leave me based on a
  489. 16:42bad experience or based on my identity,
  490. 16:44something that happened that wired
  491. 16:46myself to believe that about myself and
  492. 16:47it created an unconscious loop that
  493. 16:50reaffirmed itself. Now, I didn't pay
  494. 16:52attention to my own actions. All I paid
  495. 16:54attention to was, "You see, he at the
  496. 16:56end of the day he left me." Guys always
  497. 16:58leave. They always leave my life. I
  498. 17:00always get left. I always get left.
  499. 17:02Reinforcing my loop so that it can
  500. 17:03repeat itself over and over and over
  501. 17:07again. And this loop, okay?
  502. 17:09This loop doesn't just apply for like
  503. 17:11this situation. It applies for
  504. 17:13everything. When I say everything, I
  505. 17:15mean everything. And when I say I've
  506. 17:16done the research, I've done the
  507. 17:17studies, I've done so much research on
  508. 17:20this. And also, I included it in my
  509. 17:22program, which by the way, guys, if you
  510. 17:24are interested in this and you find this
  511. 17:26to be like, "Wow, this is amazing
  512. 17:28groundbreaking work with me." Like,
  513. 17:30"Wow, Courtney, how do I actually rewire
  514. 17:32my identity to build a completely new
  515. 17:34one?" Then I want to introduce you guys
  516. 17:35to the identity record. It is
  517. 17:38phenomenal. It is amazing. People are
  518. 17:39seeing so much results from it. It
  519. 17:41breaks down this whole loop, how to
  520. 17:42dismantle it in depth, and how to really
  521. 17:44work on it in the next 4 weeks. When you
  522. 17:46take it, you can take the next 4 weeks
  523. 17:48to really work on your identity so you
  524. 17:50can re-root it, rewire it, and manifest
  525. 17:52a completely different life. Because at
  526. 17:53the end of the day, your identity is
  527. 17:55truly truly influencing everything you
  528. 17:58do and every move you make and
  529. 18:00everything you experience, everything
  530. 18:02you allow in, everything you allow out.
  531. 18:04Like, your identity is the center of it
  532. 18:06all and it's what creates your reality.
  533. 18:09And that is why I get to love the life I
  534. 18:11love right now. Okay, that is why I get
  535. 18:12to do life in this way. It's because of
  536. 18:15my identity. And that is why I hold the
  537. 18:17identity record so close to my heart.
  538. 18:19You guys can go and check it out. It's
  539. 18:20in the link down below. Life-changing
  540. 18:22process. I would highly recommend it to
  541. 18:24anyone. So, basically, now we have kind
  542. 18:25of like a breakdown on how the identity
  543. 18:28loop works. Now, let's get into chapter
  544. 18:30number two or the last part of the
  545. 18:32video, rewire and redirect the loop.
  546. 18:35Okay? Now, we're going to be talking all
  547. 18:37about dismantling this loop, rewiring
  548. 18:39it, redirecting it, and building a new
  549. 18:42identity loop so that you can have a
  550. 18:44different outcome. Cuz if we haven't
  551. 18:45already noticed, the identity creates an
  552. 18:48outcome, creates a result at the end of
  553. 18:49the day. And this result applies for
  554. 18:51everything that creates your life. So,
  555. 18:54whether that's in career, whether that's
  556. 18:55in relationships, whether that's in your
  557. 18:57self-love, whether that's in your own
  558. 18:58self-development, whatever the case may
  559. 19:00be, this identity loop counts for it
  560. 19:02all. So, basically, what you're going to
  561. 19:04do inside of this loop, is you're first
  562. 19:06going to do an audit. Okay? It's
  563. 19:07important to do an audit. Okay? You must
  564. 19:10do an audit of who you are right now and
  565. 19:12how it signals back to the reality
  566. 19:14you're living right now. Having an audit
  567. 19:16of yourself is so important because it
  568. 19:17really tells you the truth about
  569. 19:19yourself. Okay? For example, money.
  570. 19:22I was try I had a big dry spell in my
  571. 19:24business. My business was doing so bad.
  572. 19:26It got me to the point where I almost
  573. 19:28lost my apartment. I almost lost my
  574. 19:29business. Like I said, I had such a
  575. 19:31tough time um a few months ago. But
  576. 19:33basically, what that did was like I was
  577. 19:35seeing like negatives in my bank every
  578. 19:37single month and it was consistently
  579. 19:39happening every single month. And I knew
  580. 19:41I needed to do an identity audit. I
  581. 19:43needed to check what the [ __ ] was going
  582. 19:44on so that I can know what is wrong and
  583. 19:46what needs change. So what I did was,
  584. 19:49because like I said, these things are
  585. 19:50not random. They show up as patterns.
  586. 19:52And when you can have like records of
  587. 19:54your patterns, you can pick up on the
  588. 19:55behaviors you have and what is going on
  589. 19:57in that identity of yours. So basically,
  590. 19:59what I did was I pulled up all my bank
  591. 20:01statements. I pulled up all my
  592. 20:03documents, all my bank statements, all
  593. 20:04my money statements that I had, all my
  594. 20:06Uber rides, all my online payments, all
  595. 20:07my subscriptions, everything that
  596. 20:09contributes to money. I pulled that up.
  597. 20:11How how much I was getting in, I was
  598. 20:13getting out, all of that. I pulled that
  599. 20:15up and I checked the patterns. I checked
  600. 20:17the analytics. I checked myself. Okay? I
  601. 20:20literally checked myself. Okay? And when
  602. 20:21I say I checked myself, I really, really
  603. 20:23checked myself. Okay? So what I did was
  604. 20:25I went through and I saw the patterns. I
  605. 20:27saw the patterns. It showed me exactly
  606. 20:30what was written in my identity. I'm
  607. 20:32inconsistent. I have a really bad work
  608. 20:34ethic. Okay? I'm I suck at
  609. 20:36follow-through. Okay? And that is stuff
  610. 20:38that was like, "Wow, like Courtney, you
  611. 20:40you do suck at follow-through." Like
  612. 20:42that is what I believed about myself.
  613. 20:43You suck at follow-through. You suck at
  614. 20:45showing up. You suck at being
  615. 20:46consistent. This is why your bank
  616. 20:48balance is inconsistent. This is why
  617. 20:50these things happen and it's rooted in
  618. 20:51your identity. So basically, now I knew
  619. 20:54what I needed to change. You're going to
  620. 20:55do this with anything that you are
  621. 20:57struggling with in your life. Whatever
  622. 20:58it may be.
  623. 20:59I'm going to make a video very soon
  624. 21:01called same minute different fonts where
  625. 21:02we talk about how you're constantly
  626. 21:04manifesting the same guy just in a
  627. 21:05different font. It's coming out really
  628. 21:07soon. But basically, whether that's with
  629. 21:08a guy, whether that's with a
  630. 21:10relationship, whether that's with um
  631. 21:12your job, whether that's with people
  632. 21:13treating you a certain way, what
  633. 21:15whatever, you always get bad friends, no
  634. 21:17matter what you do, you're always
  635. 21:18getting these awful friends, these fake
  636. 21:20friends, whatever the case may be for
  637. 21:21you, you're going to get out all your
  638. 21:23analytics, all your patterns, you're
  639. 21:25going to analyze the patterns, okay? And
  640. 21:28if you have nothing on record, go about
  641. 21:30your life for 1 week and write down
  642. 21:32everything that's happening in your life
  643. 21:33so that you can make a pattern
  644. 21:35recognizable. And when you do, you'll be
  645. 21:37so shocked. You'll be so shocked at the
  646. 21:40things you constantly do every single
  647. 21:42day, the micro habits, the little things
  648. 21:44you do every single day that is creating
  649. 21:47the reality right in front of you with
  650. 21:49you without you even knowing it. Me not
  651. 21:51showing up to my business, me not
  652. 21:53showing up for me my videos, me um
  653. 21:55procrastinating, me doing this and all
  654. 21:56that, that shows why my bank balance is
  655. 21:58so low. It's so obvious, but it's in
  656. 22:00plain sight, it's unconscionable, it's
  657. 22:02unconscious, but it's rooted in your
  658. 22:04identity, and it's creating your reality
  659. 22:06you're living right now, okay? So
  660. 22:09basically, that is the first step. The
  661. 22:10second step, what you're going to do is
  662. 22:12you're going to write down the reality
  663. 22:13you want. Do not skip out on anything,
  664. 22:15actually. Just write down the reality
  665. 22:17you want in detail or go and pull out
  666. 22:18that vision board you have of you um in
  667. 22:20your room or wherever, if you have a
  668. 22:22vision board, if you're an ambitious
  669. 22:23girly like that, write down what reality
  670. 22:25you truly want to wake up to every
  671. 22:27single day. Now, it's not about this
  672. 22:30reality, it's not about these things, it
  673. 22:32is about you. So you need to ask
  674. 22:34yourself, that person loving that
  675. 22:36reality, who are they? Okay, I kind of
  676. 22:39wrote these questions down that you need
  677. 22:40to ask yourself, okay?
  678. 22:42You're going to ask yourself, what is
  679. 22:43their perception? Okay, because this is
  680. 22:45how you dismantle the the the loop,
  681. 22:47remember the loop we were talking about?
  682. 22:49This is how you basically dismantle that
  683. 22:51loop. You're going to look at your
  684. 22:52vision board or you're going to look at
  685. 22:53the things you want in your life, and
  686. 22:54you're going to ask yourself, what is
  687. 22:55their perception? This person that has
  688. 22:57this life that I want to live, what is
  689. 22:59their perception on life? What is their
  690. 23:01perception, not yours, not your current
  691. 23:02one. What is their perception on life?
  692. 23:04Okay? What are their emotions? What are
  693. 23:07their emotions? How are they feeling?
  694. 23:09What are How How How What is their
  695. 23:10emotions? Okay? Cuz you need to adopt
  696. 23:12these emotions later on. Okay? What are
  697. 23:14their actions and their behaviors? Cuz
  698. 23:16this is equally as important. What are
  699. 23:18their actions and their behaviors? So,
  700. 23:20you're going to ask yourself, how do
  701. 23:21they perceive the world? How How do they
  702. 23:23control their emotions? What are their
  703. 23:24emotions? How do they act? How do they
  704. 23:27behave? Okay? Because those things are
  705. 23:29going to What's What's going to make up
  706. 23:30for that results that they have in their
  707. 23:32reality. What you're going to do next is
  708. 23:34you're going to find every possible way
  709. 23:37to adapt to that. To adapt to their
  710. 23:39perception. So, start seeing the world
  711. 23:41in their perception. You're going to
  712. 23:43start feeling their emotion. Because
  713. 23:45you're going to slowly but surely start
  714. 23:46to adapt their identity. So, and you're
  715. 23:49going to do this for 28 days. Because
  716. 23:51like Richard says, 28 days truly locks
  717. 23:54in a habit. Okay? Now, what you're going
  718. 23:56to do is you're going to adapt to their
  719. 23:57perception, adapt to their emotion,
  720. 23:59adapt to their actions and their
  721. 24:00behaviors. And you're going to do this
  722. 24:02for 28 days straight until you have
  723. 24:05literally become this identity and this
  724. 24:08version of yourself. And I promise you,
  725. 24:10with every piece of bone in my body,
