  56. 2:24if your RAM have issues.
  57. 2:27This will take some time, so you need to
  58. 2:29be very patient.
  59. 2:35After the RAM test, if there are no
  60. 2:37issues, then come back again to this
  61. 2:39advanced option that says choose an
  62. 2:41option and click on troubleshoot.
  63. 2:44Then advanced options.
  64. 2:46Then startup settings

  69. 2:58choose an option. I want to enter into

  71. 3:02keyboard.
  72. 3:05And wait patiently until you come to
  73. 3:07this black screen that says safe mode.
  74. 3:11So first of all, come to search and type
  75. 3:14disk cleanup.
  76. 3:19And click on it.

  78. 3:24After that, this window will show up and
  79. 3:27what this will do is to remove all junks
  80. 3:29and unnecessary files that may affect
  81. 3:31the stability of your Windows operating
  82. 3:33system.
  83. 3:34So here you will need to select all the
  84. 3:36temporary files like these ones.
  85. 3:43And in case you do not need your deleted

  107. 5:00Again, depending on the problem, you
  108. 5:02either get fix now or enable an option.
  109. 5:05In my case, it is enabled because it
  110. 5:08seems Windows is not currently
  111. 5:09configured to be able to check for
  112. 5:11updated drivers.
  113. 5:13So, I will click on enable.

  122. 5:38features. And you will see all the
  123. 5:40programs installed on your computer.
  124. 5:43In case you installed any programs
  125. 5:45before you started experiencing the blue
  126. 5:46screen error. Then you can only install
  127. 5:49the programs from here.
  128. 5:52But in case it's an update you
  129. 5:53downloaded and installed for your
  130. 5:55Windows operating system, then you click
  131. 5:57view installed updates.
  132. 6:01In here, all update files will show. So
  133. 6:04you will just have to uninstall that
  134. 6:06update you think you installed before
  135. 6:07you had a problem.
  136. 6:12After I close the window and restart
  137. 6:14your PC and see if that resolves your
  138. 6:16problem.
  139. 6:19If not, then come back to this advanced
  140. 6:21options again and click on troubleshoot.
  141. 6:25Then advanced options.
  142. 6:27Then system restore.
  143. 6:30Here, if your Windows have a system
  144. 6:32restore point created, then I can assure
  145. 6:34you that this method will definitely fix
  146. 6:36the problem.
  147. 6:37What this option will do is to restore
  148. 6:39your computer to an earlier date when it
  149. 6:41was working fine. And don't worry, this
  150. 6:43process will not cause you to lose any
  151. 6:45of your files or data.
  152. 6:48Simply click next, then choose your most
  153. 6:50recent restore point.
  154. 6:55And click next again.
  155. 6:58Then select yes and wait for the process
  156. 7:01to complete.
  157. 7:02This may take some time, so please be
  158. 7:04patient.
  159. 7:09But if not, then come back again to this
  160. 7:11advanced option and click on
  161. 7:13troubleshoot.
  162. 7:14Then from there, you can try to reset
  163. 7:16your PC.
  164. 7:18So here, click on reset the PC
  165. 7:21and you can choose either to keep my
  166. 7:22files or remove everything.
  167. 7:25If you choose to keep my files, there
  168. 7:26are two options. Option one is to
  169. 7:29reinstall your Windows using the cloud
  170. 7:30download and the other option is to use
  171. 7:33the local reinstall.
  172. 7:35With the cloud download, you might need
  173. 7:36an internet connection, which will
  174. 7:38download files and reinstall your
  175. 7:39operating system automatically.
  176. 7:42But with the local reinstall, you might
  177. 7:44need to reinstall your Windows using a
  178. 7:45device like bootable USB flash drive or
  179. 7:48any compatible device. But, I will
  180. 7:51suggest you use the cloud download
  181. 7:52because this will give you an updated
  182. 7:54Windows reinstallation for optimal
  183. 7:56system performance.
  184. 8:00Finally, one last thing I will suggest
  185. 8:02you do is the power drain.
  186. 8:04What this will do is to reset your
  187. 8:06computer's motherboard, and this can
  188. 8:08solve many compatibility problems.
  189. 8:11Sometimes, this process can even solve
  190. 8:13the problem of a dead computer if the
  191. 8:15motherboard capacitor are overcharged.
  192. 8:17So, what you have to do is to remove
  193. 8:19your laptop CMOS battery
  194. 8:26as well as the main battery.
  195. 8:34After that, press and hold the power
  196. 8:35button for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  197. 8:39From there, wait for an extra 3 to 5
  198. 8:42minutes and put everything back together
  199. 8:44and try again.
  200. 8:49So, that's all for this tutorial. I'm
  201. 8:51very sure one of these tips will fix
  202. 8:52your problem. If not, please kindly
  203. 8:55contact me through the comment section
  204. 8:56below and I'll get back to you as soon
  205. 8:58as I can. But, before that, please watch
  206. 9:00this video on your screen that shows you
  207. 9:02how to create a system restore point on
  208. 9:04your Windows computer. Creating a system
  209. 9:07restore point can help you to easily
  210. 9:09prevent most blue screen problems that
  211. 9:11may occur in the future. So, if you
  212. 9:13found this helpful, please don't forget
  213. 9:15to like and subscribe. On this note, I
