1. 0:00Consciousness is turning inside out some
2. 0:04kind of way. We are inside of the
3. 0:07outside. Everything we see is actually
4. 0:10concretized exteriorized consciousness.
5. 0:14I say it's crystallized or frozen light
6. 0:16if you prefer. This is what knowledge
7. 0:19is. It is our mind assigning an identity
8. 0:22to the unknowable quote unquote
9. 0:25objective world. And when you really
10. 0:27think about it, it only makes sense. You
11. 0:30could compare it once again to a
12. 0:32computer. No matter how much information
13. 0:34you input into a computer about the
14. 0:36outside world that you live in, the
15. 0:39outside world will always be
16. 0:41inaccessible to it. Everything that it
17. 0:44knows will always be bits made out of
18. 0:47electricity. These bits are organized
19. 0:49together in order to make comprehensive
20. 0:52objects which represent the outside
21. 0:55world. So, for example, if a computer
22. 0:58wanted to know what an apple
23. 0:59fundamentally was, it would see an image
24. 1:02that's made out of pixels that's made up
25. 1:05of bits that are made out of
26. 1:07electricity. We operate in a similar
27. 1:10way, except it isn't simple bio
28. 1:12electricity that forms these
29. 1:14comprehensive objects. It's some kind of
30. 1:18light, a transcendent light. We are
31. 1:20these biomachines with a weird ghost in
32. 1:24the shell. And if you continue with a
33. 1:26computer metaphor, this is our operating
34. 1:30system. This is the machinery of mind.
35. 1:33This is the structure that makes sense
36. 1:35of reality for us. The ancients called
37. 1:38this the logos, which you can
38. 1:40conceptualize as the deification of
39. 1:43reason or understanding. To bring it
40. 1:45into a more modern light, I overlay it
41. 1:48with the mandela, which is
42. 1:50representative of the psyche. According
43. 1:52to you, you can call it the low ghost or
44. 1:55if you prefer, you can call it the
45. 1:57psyche, mind, noose, whatever. I just
46. 2:01call it consciousness for simplicity's
47. 2:03sake. I'm all about simplicity. And what
48. 2:06the log ghost does is turn inside out.
49. 2:10I'll show you what I mean by this.
50. 2:13Something that naturally dovetales into
51. 2:15the subject of psyche is the psychedelic
52. 2:18experience. One of the most common
53. 2:20things people say about the psychedelic
54. 2:23experience is that they encounter what's
55. 2:25called hyperbolic geometry. And
56. 2:28mathematical models of hyperbolic space
57. 2:31have an uncanny essentially onetoone
58. 2:34mapping of the psyche. None of this is
59. 2:37coincidental. This is the footprint of
60. 2:40what consciousness is doing. And as you
61. 2:42can see, it is turning inside out. This
62. 2:46is what that looks like. This is our
63. 2:50story encapsulated in a single image.
64. 2:53This is oneness becoming completeness.
65. 2:56This is memory cascading into the
66. 2:59imagination. I believe it was Heracitis
67. 3:01who actually used fire to represent the
68. 3:04logos. This is what that entails. We are
69. 3:07on fire. I'm not sure if it's a
70. 3:10spiritual fire or alchemical fire, but
71. 3:13we are in some kind of magical furnace
72. 3:16that is cooking us alive. I want to

91. 3:57entropy is actually some kind of cooking
92. 4:01process. And I already know what you're
93. 4:03thinking. How can I say we are being
94. 4:05frozen in one video and the next say we
95. 4:08are on fire? This seems like a glaring
96. 4:11paradox. But if you know just a little
97. 4:14about chemistry and physics, not a lot.
98. 4:16Uh high school education is sufficient.
99. 4:19You can see it's all about
100. 4:21transformation.
101. 4:23For example, did you know that it can
102. 4:25become so cold that things actually
103. 4:27start to melt? As temperature inches
104. 4:30towards absolute zero, all kinds of
105. 4:33weird things occur. This is because
106. 4:36transformation is weird. Transformation
107. 4:39is the closest thing you will ever see
108. 4:41to pure magic. Have you ever seen
109. 4:44chemical reactions? It is miraculous.
110. 4:47Sure, a chemist can describe what's
111. 4:49happening during any particular
112. 4:51reaction. The forming and breaking of
113. 4:54molecular bonds, reactor reactants, all
114. 4:57that jazz. It's the same way I can
115. 4:59describe to you what I'm doing right
116. 5:01now. I'm sitting down and talking into a
117. 5:04microphone. But neither I nor the
118. 5:07chemist can explain how these things are
119. 5:09able to happen. They just are. We don't
120. 5:13think when we speak. We open our mouths
121. 5:15and words just come out. Because speech
122. 5:18is exteriorized thoughts and no one
123. 5:21really knows how this is able to happen.
124. 5:24A physicist can't explain why gold has
125. 5:26exactly 79 protons and mercury has 80.
126. 5:30It just does. Transformation itself
127. 5:33cannot be explained. It can only be
128. 5:35witness. And this is exactly what's
129. 5:38happening to us. Consciousness is
130. 5:41literally transforming right in front of
131. 5:43our eyes. Well, technically it's
132. 5:45probably closer to right behind our
133. 5:47eyes. This isn't just me rambling. Jean
134. 5:50Ger talks about this in his work the
135. 5:53everpresent origin where he frames human
136. 5:55consciousness as developing in these
137. 5:58stages that he called structures of
138. 6:00consciousness with each structure
139. 6:02serving as a sort of cocoon for the
140. 6:05next. You can couple this with the work
141. 6:08of Julian James in the origins of
142. 6:10consciousness and the breakdown of the
143. 6:12bicamal mind. And without going into the
144. 6:15technical details, we can clearly see
145. 6:17that ancient man thought and saw reality
146. 6:20differently than what we do today. This
147. 6:23should be obvious. We didn't go from
148. 6:26monkeys to space explorers overnight.
149. 6:29Consciousness has been progressively
150. 6:31roasting over the fire of evolution. It
151. 6:34is transforming into something. I think
152. 6:37a prime illustration of this is the
153. 6:40secession of atomic models. If you
154. 6:43remember the atom's origin is the
155. 6:45transcendental object or moned and you
156. 6:49can see this object has been slowly
157. 6:51turning inside out. It went from a
158. 6:54billiard bowl to a cloud of smoke. It
159. 6:57went from infinite indivisible
160. 6:59concretized substance and it's slowly
161. 7:02creeping into entropic potentiality.
162. 7:05That's what the electron cloud is. It is
163. 7:08the random distribution of potential
164. 7:10electron locations. This is the fiery
165. 7:13transformation that I'm referring to.
166. 7:16The encroachment of magic into reality.
167. 7:19It's almost as if reality is heating up
168. 7:22and coming to a boil. I say that we are
169. 7:25reaching a higher energy state. And I
170. 7:28keep making references to machinery and
171. 7:30chemistry, but perhaps it's a
172. 7:33combination of the two. Maybe we are in
173. 7:35a machine that performs chemistry with
174. 7:38our souls. I mean this is the entire
175. 7:41alchemistic.
176. 7:42We are inside of a giant meaning
177. 7:45distillery where we are heated up in one
178. 7:48beaker, passed through tubes to be
179. 7:50pressurized in another and so on. And
180. 7:52this thing that you and I are
181. 7:54experiencing called life is just us
182. 7:56being passed through the portion of the
183. 7:58machine that heats everything up.
184. 8:01Everything that exists within reality is
185. 8:04like a reservoir of memory aka meaning.
186. 8:08Even when you aren't paying attention,
187. 8:10the world is still spinning. The plants
188. 8:12are still growing and doing their thing.
189. 8:15They are collecting memory. Everything
190. 8:18is being distilled into meaning similar
191. 8:22to how yeast is ultimately distilled
192. 8:25into alcohol. This is what this
193. 8:27transformative process is. The real
194. 8:30catch here is that to us this
195. 8:31transformation comes in the form of
196. 8:33understanding. It all circles back to
197. 8:36knowledge, patterns, information,
198. 8:39connections, and relationships. From our
199. 8:42perspective, we think we are learning
200. 8:45more of reality secrets. It seems as if
201. 8:48our understanding is expanding and we
202. 8:51are getting closer to the truth. But the
203. 8:54closer we get, the stranger things
204. 8:56become. This is why I think our reality
205. 8:59is some kind of living puzzle or pun or
206. 9:03coan or symbol. I don't quite know how
207. 9:05to phrase it, but there is some final
208. 9:09understanding or realization which we
209. 9:12don't currently have that we are running
210. 9:14into. We are on a collision course with
211. 9:17it. The Gnostics claim that this
212. 9:19realization is we are God. You see this
213. 9:22all the time with people having a bad
214. 9:24ego trip from the psychedelic
215. 9:26experience. They start going on and on
216. 9:28about how they are God normally in a
217. 9:31very rude manner. Maybe there's
218. 9:33something to it. But if I tell you right
219. 9:36now that you are God, you probably won't
220. 9:38feel any different. I don't know. Maybe
221. 9:41it's that we realize we are just a cell
222. 9:43in a cosmic body. Like that quote that's
223. 9:46attributed to Manly P. Hall that we are
224. 9:48the gods of the cells in our body and
225. 9:50are the cells of the gods of the
226. 9:52universe or something like that. Who
227. 9:55knows? Destiny is unknowable, but
228. 9:58density of connection appears to be the
229. 10:01key. The denser the connection, the
230. 10:03higher the energy state. And based on
231. 10:05what I understand about our minds, when
232. 10:08it comes to the density of connections
233. 10:10in relationships, this transformation is
234. 10:13probably like a mindfrying psychedelic
235. 10:16trip on steroids.
