You’ll NEVER See ‘AI Business’ The Same After Watching This — Transcript

1. 0:00The AI business space is a pyramid
2. 0:02scheme, or should I say money loop.
3. 0:04Every single week more and more people
4. 0:06waste their money and time buying
5. 0:07courses, joining communities, and
6. 0:09watching sponsored videos from people
7. 0:11who have never run a real business
8. 0:12before, let alone an AI business. And
9. 0:14I've been in this space for almost 8
10. 0:16years with my AI business Gym Members
11. 0:17Now, and I made over $25 million with
12. 0:19it. But I don't sell any of that
13. 0:21because I'm actually running a
14. 0:23real business. That means I have no
15. 0:25incentive to lie, bend the truth, or go
16. 0:27easy on the AI business space or the AI
17. 0:30influencers that are in it. So today,
18. 0:32I'm going to expose the scheme behind
19. 0:34the whole AI business space and show you
20. 0:36exactly how to spot a fraud with real
21. 0:38examples. Okay, so to start off, I need
22. 0:40to lay the groundwork. This scheme isn't
23. 0:42something that just happens on YouTube.
24. 0:44It starts with the AI companies
25. 0:45themselves. What they end up doing is
26. 0:47they raise billions from investors who
27. 0:49are terrified of missing the next big
28. 0:51thing. And then most of them aren't
29. 0:52profitable right now, but they're still
30. 0:54running by selling a story about what AI
31. 0:56could do in the future and the potential
32. 0:58profits it could have. So to keep the
33. 0:59story going, they need attention fast,
34. 1:01and the cheapest way to buy attention
35. 1:03right now is to pay creators,
36. 1:05influencers. And that's why the same
37. 1:06tool shows up in 15 videos in the same
38. 1:08week telling you that this is the next
39. 1:10big thing. And if you don't use it,
40. 1:12you're missing the big opportunity. So
41. 1:14what ends up happening is the creator
42. 1:16takes the sponsorship money and then
43. 1:17tells you that you can start an AI
44. 1:19business with it. And people believe
45. 1:20them because the tools look extremely
46. 1:22impressive. So what ends up happening is
47. 1:24you go build the business, or try to,
48. 1:26and then you try to sell it, and nobody
49. 1:28ends up buying because that business
50. 1:29wasn't something proven in the first
51. 1:30place. So they just came out with a use
52. 1:33case for the tool, and then they called
53. 1:34it a business without actually running
54. 1:36the business themselves. And if you
55. 1:37look, you won't find any proof of them
56. 1:39actually running the business using the
57. 1:40tool or the thing that they're talking
58. 1:42about. Because they told you to build a
59. 1:43business with the tool just to make you
60. 1:45pay for the tool or the information
61. 1:47around how to use the tool. So the
62. 1:48companies get more money at the end of
63. 1:50the day. And that's the AI money loop.
64. 1:52Investors hand money to AI companies, AI
65. 1:55companies hand money to influencers,
66. 1:57influencers sell you a dream so you use
67. 1:59the tool. Then that money goes to the ad
68. 2:01companies to show investors that they're
69. 2:03actually making money. The investors
70. 2:06give them more money and then the loop
71. 2:08keeps going. Everyone in that chain gets
72. 2:10paid except you. Now, some of these guys
73. 2:13will tell you they don't take
74. 2:14sponsorships, they don't take paid
75. 2:16promotions or anything like that and a
76. 2:17few of them are definitely telling you
77. 2:19the truth, but most of them will still
78. 2:21sell you a course or their community to
79. 2:23show you something they haven't done
80. 2:25before. In this space, there are two
81. 2:27types of people. There are AI business
82. 2:29owners and there are AI influencers. An
83. 2:32AI business owner makes their money from
84. 2:34businesses paying them to get results.
85. 2:36An AI influencer makes their money from
86. 2:38views, sponsors, courses, and
87. 2:40communities. Everything except the AI
88. 2:42business they say they run or that they
89. 2:43teach you to run. And right now, 99% of
90. 2:46people teaching you are AI influencers.
91. 2:48The problem is that most people cannot
92. 2:50distinguish one from the other. So now I
93. 2:52want to show you how to actually spot a
94. 2:54fraud and show you some of them. Now I
95. 2:56want to make this clear that I don't
96. 2:57have a problem with people selling
97. 2:58information. My problem is when someone
98. 3:00is claiming something they're not. If
99. 3:02you're selling a course on how to build,
100. 3:04let's say an AI business, but you
101. 3:05haven't actually run an AI business,
102. 3:07then that's a fraud and that's wrong.
103. 3:08And here's exactly how you can spot
104. 3:10these people. Number one, do they
105. 3:12mention their business at all, right? Or
106. 3:14are they just talking about the tools
107. 3:15and the flashy stuff? Are they just
108. 3:17selling the sizzle? Number two, can you
109. 3:19find a review from a business that's
110. 3:20actually paid them money to perform a
111. 3:22service that leverages AI? Number three,
112. 3:24is their business active right now? If
113. 3:26not, have they given you a good reason
114. 3:27for why the business is not actually
115. 3:29active and functioning right now? So do
116. 3:31they have Google reviews from customers
117. 3:33that they've worked with recently? If
118. 3:35not, that's a problem. And these are the
119. 3:36questions that you want to be asking
120. 3:37yourself every time someone's telling
121. 3:39you how to start a business with AI. And
122. 3:41before I show you examples of fake AI
123. 3:43gurus, let me prove that I'm not part of
124. 3:45the scheme and that I actually run a
125. 3:46business. Okay, so first things first,
126. 3:48just to show you proof that I actually
127. 3:50do this and that I'm actually not an AI
128. 3:52influencer. If you look up Jim Members
129. 3:54Now on Google, what you're going to see
130. 3:55are people leaving my business reviews.
131. 3:58Very recently, if I go to newest, you're
132. 3:59going to see people leaving those
133. 4:00reviews very regularly. If I go to my
134. 4:02Facebook page, this is me doing an
135. 4:04interview with a guy that owns a fitness
136. 4:05franchise with over 160 locations that
137. 4:08we work with. This is me where I got the
138. 4:10$25 million award, which is actually
139. 4:11behind me over here through my business
140. 4:13Jim Members Now. This is actually me at
141. 4:15a conference selling services to gym
142. 4:17owners alloy personal training and the
143. 4:20This is me interviewing customers. One
144. 4:22of the founders of my company is a guy
145. 4:23named Andy Gunlock. He owns over 170
146. 4:25gyms. He was a client of mine 6 years
147. 4:27ago and he now, like I said, has 170
148. 4:29gyms. And in this you can see they're
149. 4:31about to reach 180 units. This is an
150. 4:32article talking about it. That's Andy
151. 4:34right there. And now if I go back over
152. 4:36here, if I actually go to my website and
153. 4:38click into it, what you'll see is Andy
154. 4:40right here talking about Jim Members
155. 4:42Now. Right here is my payment processor.
156. 4:44You can see over the last 12 weeks we've
157. 4:45done almost a million dollars. If I just
158. 4:47scroll through these, if I go to last 14
159. 4:48days, you'll see this. If I go to last
160. 4:5012 months, you will see we did $377,000
161. 4:53last month in September. And so again,
162. 4:56the point of me showing you this is just
163. 4:57to show you that I actually do what I
164. 5:00talk about. So basically, the main thing
165. 5:02that you want to look for when it comes
166. 5:03to seeing if someone's actually legit or
167. 5:05not is if they actually have a business
168. 5:07doing the thing they're teaching people
169. 5:08to do. Pretty basic stuff, but you'd be
170. 5:10shocked. And what I did recently on
171. 5:12August 23rd is I made a video ranking a
172. 5:15lot of AI influencers and breaking down
173. 5:18whether they were frauds or not. And so
174. 5:20this one person in particular, a guy by
175. 5:21the name of Jordan Platten, he had a
176. 5:23marketing agency about 8 years ago and
177. 5:25then he fully pivoted to teaching people
178. 5:27how to start a marketing agency. And
179. 5:28then recently, over the last year or so,
180. 5:30he pivoted to teaching people how to
181. 5:31start an AI lead gen agency, I think is
182. 5:34kind of what he calls it. And the main
183. 5:36thing here is he doesn't do the thing
184. 5:38that he teaches people to do anymore and
185. 5:39he hasn't for almost a decade. And the
186. 5:41kind of crazy thing about it is that he
187. 5:43ended up making this video right here on
188. 5:45August 27th, 5 days after my video was
189. 5:48made. If you look here, right, the 23rd.
190. 5:50And he basically says that he's shutting
191. 5:52down his coaching business and is going
192. 5:55to go all in on building an agency,
193. 5:57which, you know, good for him. But
194. 5:59again, this is somebody with almost half
195. 6:01a million followers and he probably has
196. 6:03half a million including all his social
197. 6:05media platforms, but he recently decided
198. 6:07to step away. Now, I don't know if that
199. 6:08was because of me or not. Hopefully it
200. 6:11was. But again, if I kind of go into
201. 6:13this video, the thing that just kind of
202. 6:15shows proof of this is he shows how much
203. 6:17he was making from his info business in
204. 6:18here. And then he has a video where he
205. 6:20claims to make around the same amount of
206. 6:22money from his AI agency. And so, one of
207. 6:25the things that a lot of these people
208. 6:26will do is they will throw out big
209. 6:29numbers saying, "I make this much money
210. 6:31running an AI business that helps local
211. 6:33business owners make money through
212. 6:34providing AI services." And the reality
213. 6:36is they make all their money from
214. 6:38selling information on how to do the
215. 6:40thing they don't actually do. And so, a
216. 6:42lot of people just get tricked because
217. 6:44they don't do their research into this
218. 6:46to actually see if it's legit or not. Um
219. 6:48when you see someone with that many
220. 6:49followers, you typically just turn your
221. 6:51brain off. I'm guilty of it. I've done
222. 6:53it. But let me just play this so that
223. 6:55you can kind of see what I'm talking
224. 6:56about. working, and that's completely
225. 6:58fair enough. But that's not what's
226. 6:59happened here. In fact, I'll put my
227. 7:01revenue here from this month alone at
228. 7:03the time of recording this. The academy
229. 7:06has over 500 active mentees right now.
230. 7:10All right. So, the academy has over 500
231. 7:12active mentees right now and he's doing
232. 7:13like $287,000.
233. 7:16So, now if I scroll down here and we
234. 7:18look at one of these videos, you will
235. 7:20see that he said, "My AI business is
236. 7:22boring but makes me $252,000 a month."
237. 7:24And so, what I want to do real quick
238. 7:26here is just play it to give you an idea
239. 7:28of really what people do for this stuff
240. 7:32and really how to spot it.
241. 7:33>> My business is boring. It's not flashy.
242. 7:35It doesn't look cool on TikTok. And it's
243. 7:37definitely not one of these hype-driven
244. 7:39AI automation agencies that you see
245. 7:40everywhere right now. But this boring
246. 7:42business makes me over $250,000
247. 7:45every single month. And if I lost
248. 7:47everything tomorrow, this is the exact
249. 7:49business I would build again from
250. 7:50scratch in 2026. Because in a world
251. 7:52where everyone is chasing what is shiny,
252. 7:55the real money is sat in the boring
253. 7:57stuff, the simple problems, the things
254. 7:59businesses actually pay for. So in this
255. 8:02video, I'm going to break down why
256. 8:03boring AI businesses are the best ones
257. 8:05to start right now, what my own boring
258. 8:07business actually looks like behind the
259. 8:09scenes, and how you can build the same
260. 8:11business from zero. Why? Honestly, it
261. 8:14pains me so much to see so much
262. 8:16opportunity in the space right now. I
263. 8:18had to figure
264. 8:19>> Okay, so bottom line is he's claiming to
265. 8:21make $252,000 a month, yet he doesn't
266. 8:23show any proof of doing that. And he
267. 8:26also doesn't show the business that he's
268. 8:28actually doing that through other than
269. 8:30this Affluent Academy, which was the
270. 8:32business that he showed in the previous
271. 8:34one where he was making $287,000
272. 8:37per month, right? So if I just go back
273. 8:40over here, like it's not like he showed
274. 8:42a payment processor or anything like
275. 8:44this. Uh it's not like you could look
276. 8:45his business up and see it. It's not
277. 8:47like you could see reviews or anything
278. 8:48like that. Uh it's not like you can go
279. 8:50to his social medias and see this stuff
280. 8:52because you're going to see it has
281. 8:53nothing to do with anything anything
282. 8:55like that. Affluent.co is the name of
283. 8:58his coaching business, right? And it's
284. 9:00just in classic influencer fashion,
285. 9:03right? You can see his car, his house.
286. 9:05Uh you're not going to see him talking
287. 9:06with customers, the customers talking
288. 9:08about their experience about working
289. 9:09with him. All you're going to see right
290. 9:10here is him doing masterminds and
291. 9:12teaching people how to do the thing that
292. 9:15it doesn't seem like he actually does.
293. 9:18And so here's an example of another one.
294. 9:19This guy is named Carson Reed. And if
295. 9:22you look at these videos, right? You can
296. 9:23see it's all about starting an AI
297. 9:25agency, yada yada yada. Something kind
298. 9:27of crazy about this one is I made a
299. 9:29video, my original video of ranking AI
300. 9:31gurus that did really really well. And
301. 9:33in this video, what I do is I show a
302. 9:35video of him talking about it where he
303. 9:38says, "I make this much money selling AI
304. 9:40to businesses." when in reality all of
305. 9:41it was from his coaching program selling
306. 9:43information on how to do that. And he
307. 9:45actually deleted the video and since
308. 9:47then he stopped selling coaching and
309. 9:49info, but he still does claim that he
310. 9:51ran an AI agency and stuff like that.
311. 9:52But just let me play this for you so you
312. 9:53can see what this really looks like cuz
313. 9:55it's so subtle and he tricked a ton of
314. 9:57people. So much so to the point that he
315. 9:59bought like a $300,000 Porsche at the
316. 10:01age of 19 or 20, which is only possible
317. 10:04if you're selling of to a bunch of
318. 10:06children that just don't know any
319. 10:08better. All right, guys. So this is
320. 10:09going to be the first person that we
321. 10:10review, which is Carson Reed, okay? And
322. 10:13so really the main thing we're looking
323. 10:15at here is, you know, his most popular
324. 10:17Okay. So if we look at this video right
325. 10:19here, if we go to his most popular
326. 10:20videos, now we go back to what it looks
327. 10:22like right now, he has since deleted
328. 10:25that video, okay? So just remember that.
329. 10:28Why would he do that, right? her videos.
330. 10:30The first thing we're going to review is
331. 10:31the content and his most popular videos
332. 10:33are all about how he's made a lot of
333. 10:35money selling AI at 18, okay? And so if
334. 10:38we just kind of like click into one of
335. 10:40these videos and even listen for a
336. 10:41second on the intro, it's going to be
337. 10:43very telling as far as if he's legit or
338. 10:46not, all right? So let me mute this and
339. 10:48we will run it.
340. 10:50>> guys. So within just the past 8 days or
341. 10:51so I've made just around a $67,000 with
342. 10:53my AI business and I'm currently 18
343. 10:55years old and I don't have a degree. I'm
344. 10:57not that special. I've never been
345. 10:58smarter. I got average grades in school
346. 10:59and I don't know how to code and this
347. 11:01has all been through selling AI to local
348. 11:02businesses and, you know, just through
349. 11:03my own AI agency that I started and
350. 11:05>> Okay. So number one, if you look right
351. 11:08here, he just said he's made 100k,
352. 11:10whatever, selling AI to local business
353. 11:12owners. Who would name their business
354. 11:14100k AI agency.com if you're providing
355. 11:17AI services to local business owners? It
356. 11:19makes literally no sense at all. And
357. 11:22then in addition to that, is not a
358. 11:24payment processor most people use.
359. 11:26is a payment processor traditionally
360. 11:28used by gurus, by people that sell info
361. 11:31and coaching. It's not a payment
362. 11:33processor used by most because most
363. 11:35people that try to use Stripe that are
364. 11:37gurus that sell info and coaching
365. 11:38typically get banned from using Stripe
366. 11:41because they have such high chargebacks.
367. 11:43Well, when you're charging people 5 to
368. 11:4420,000 dollars, which is what he does,
369. 11:46and you have somebody charge back,
370. 11:47payment processor will lock your money
371. 11:49up. And so And so main thing right here
372. 11:52is the fact that he removed those two
373. 11:54videos and no longer has them on his
374. 11:57YouTube channel because he doesn't
375. 12:00actually do this. And he took away his
376. 12:02link to book a call, and now all he does
377. 12:04is promotes GoHighLevel affiliate. But
378. 12:06if we go to his latest videos, what
379. 12:07you'll see is he's got this video of him
380. 12:09claiming to sell $15,000 AI agency sale.
381. 12:12He's not even doing it. He has his sales
382. 12:14rep that sold info for him doing it
383. 12:17basically for the purpose of making a
384. 12:19video like this to try and act like he's
385. 12:21actually doing the thing that he's
386. 12:23teaching people to do, right? And then
387. 12:25here's an example of him
388. 12:27where he bought a $300,000 Porsche GT3
389. 12:30at 20. And again, the only way that you
390. 12:33could do something like this is if you
391. 12:34did what he did, right? Where you scam
392. 12:37people, and they're just full of it. And
393. 12:39so this is really how you want to spot
394. 12:41someone like this. And so if we go over
395. 12:42to his Instagram, as you can see, it's a
396. 12:44lot of the same classic stuff, which is
397. 12:47really just influencer guru stuff. You
398. 12:49don't see his business building skill
399. 12:52yourclinic.us.
400. 12:54Okay, let's see what this is. You see no
401. 12:56videos of him talking with customers
402. 12:58about their experience while working
403. 12:59with him. And this is exactly what this
404. 13:01is. This is literally just a front to
405. 13:03act like he's actually running a
406. 13:05business when he's not. It's just to
407. 13:08support him to be able to sell
408. 13:10information to people on how to start an
409. 13:13AI business, right? If we go to clients,
410. 13:15I'd be curious to see Oh, mastermind
411. 13:17members winning, right? So this is
412. 13:19people he's teaching how to start an AI
413. 13:21agency. Right, this has nothing to do
414. 13:23with people he's actually helped that
415. 13:25are real business owners already that
416. 13:27he's actually helped, right? If I go
417. 13:28here and go to mine, you're going to
418. 13:30just see a wall of interviews from this
419. 13:33year of me talking with real business
420. 13:35owners about their experience while
421. 13:37working with us and how we've been able
422. 13:39to help them make more money, right?
423. 13:40This isn't hard stuff to show if you
424. 13:42actually run the business doing the
425. 13:43thing, right, that you claim to do. And
426. 13:45this is me with tons of customers of
427. 13:47ours at that conference that I went to
428. 13:48like 30 days ago, right? Um and that's
429. 13:51all you'll see here is me with active
430. 13:53customers putting our hat on and talking
431. 13:56about their experience while working
432. 13:57with us and then me with my team. And so
433. 13:59again, dead giveaway from him. And then
434. 14:01now if I go over to this guy, Wya
435. 14:03Roderick, you're going to see some
436. 14:05similar stuff where I made this video
437. 14:07and I did the same thing going over him
438. 14:10and really showing him as well. And at
439. 14:12the time, all he was doing uh was really
440. 14:15the same stuff, which was promoting the
441. 14:18fact that he runs an AI agency when in
442. 14:20reality, he actually doesn't. And kind
443. 14:22of one of the funniest things about this
444. 14:24guy now is he pivoted as well. And now
445. 14:27what he's pivoted to is teaching people
446. 14:30how to sell insurance, life insurance.
447. 14:33So he started a life insurance agency.
448. 14:35And for those of you that don't know,
449. 14:36and he's basically claiming all the
450. 14:38money he's made has come from selling AI
451. 14:40to local business owners. He's bought a
452. 14:41Ferrari. So these two kids bought insane
453. 14:44cars. They both bought like 50 to
454. 14:46100,000 dollar watches all through
455. 14:48scamming people. And so basically, if
456. 14:49you look into how life insurance
457. 14:51agencies work, it is a total rip-off.
458. 14:54And what he's doing right now is really
459. 14:56a dirty business in my opinion because
460. 14:58the way it works is it's a pyramid
461. 14:59scheme. It really is a legal pyramid
462. 15:01scheme. And so what ends up happening is
463. 15:04you end up going under someone like him
464. 15:06and you have to pay for all of your
465. 15:07leads, right? So life at the bottom, you
466. 15:09pay to work, licensing and tools cost
467. 15:11money. So basically, you pay to get
468. 15:13these licenses in each state, which are
469. 15:15not cheap. They're like 100 to 500
470. 15:17dollars a state. So you could rack up 25
471. 15:20to 50,000 dollars in fees just to sell
472. 15:22insurance. and then you have to pay for
473. 15:24your own leads. And then what ends up
474. 15:26happening is you get about 70% of what
475. 15:29you sell from your commission, but
476. 15:31there's 140% to 130% in total commission
477. 15:35paid out. And where that goes to is that
478. 15:3730% spread goes to the people above
479. 15:39them. So, what WYA is now doing is
480. 15:41recruiting young people, showing
481. 15:42examples of his Ferrari, showing
482. 15:44examples of his almost Andrew Tate-like
483. 15:48lifestyle, and acting like, you know,
484. 15:50he's this expert when it comes to sales.
485. 15:53When in reality, he made all his money
486. 15:55lying and scamming people all based on a
487. 15:58lie, right? But if I go back to this and
488. 16:01just look at it again, that's how it
489. 16:02works is they literally just take this
490. 16:04spread and this difference between it,
491. 16:06and that's how an insurance marketing
492. 16:08agency works. And that's now what he's
493. 16:10switched to as well because I basically
494. 16:12exposed the fact that he was lying. And
495. 16:14another example of this is this guy
496. 16:16named Connor Cahill, who is still
497. 16:19actually lying about the thing that he
498. 16:21claims to do. Where if you look at his
499. 16:23latest videos, he's talking about how he
500. 16:25sold this one AI receptionist to make,
501. 16:27you know, $57,000 a month. I also went
502. 16:30over him in my last video, but if we
503. 16:31just look at this, the only link in his
504. 16:33stuff is this, which says if you're
505. 16:35reading this in mid-October, you could
506. 16:36have a thriving AI business by November
507. 16:381st. Does that sound like somebody
508. 16:39that's selling AI to local businesses?
509. 16:42And then if I look up Agency Vault,
510. 16:44which is the name of his business that
511. 16:46he talks about um in here, you will see
512. 16:50that he's getting Google reviews from
513. 16:52people, and all they're talking about is
514. 16:54their experience while working with them
515. 16:56to try and build a AI business. Okay, AI
516. 17:00Agency Vault is a scam. I was told I
517. 17:01could receive a refund at the course,
518. 17:03right? So, a course is not the same
519. 17:06thing as providing an AI receptionist to
520. 17:09local business owners. That's really the
521. 17:10thing you want to look for here is as
522. 17:12you can see, all of his videos, he does
523. 17:14the exact same thing where he says I
524. 17:16sold 87 AI receptionists in 30 days and
525. 17:19then where we catch him
526. 17:20>> 1k, 2k, 4k.
527. 17:21>> Okay, right here, right? Where we catch
528. 17:24him is right here where he's saying all
529. 17:26this money he's making from his AI
530. 17:27agency selling services to local
531. 17:29businesses when in reality it's coming
532. 17:31from agency vault. You can literally see
533. 17:33the name of his payment processor.
534. 17:34That's how stupid these people are that
535. 17:36it literally says agency vault. Is
536. 17:37agency vault a business that provides
537. 17:39services to local businesses? No.
538. 17:41Clearly it's a business that provides
539. 17:43courses to people trying to start an AI
540. 17:46business. And again, if we were going to
541. 17:47go look him up on social media, what we
542. 17:51will probably end up seeing is the fact
543. 17:53that all he has is classic influencer
544. 17:56stuff unrelated Oh gosh, it looks like
545. 17:58he even got baptized recently and he's
546. 18:00just straight lying to people. Right?
547. 18:03It's even crazy cuz you can see this
548. 18:04dude, he's always wearing Oh, it looks
549. 18:06like he might have taken his Jesus piece
550. 18:08off in his his new videos cuz he doesn't
551. 18:10feel too good about himself. He's got a
552. 18:11dirty mouth. But in his older videos
553. 18:13he's wearing his Jesus piece. Same,
554. 18:15right? With this guy where you can see
555. 18:16it's just all fluff and you're not going
556. 18:18to see anything about him talking to
557. 18:21business owners about their experience
558. 18:22while working with them. It's all just
559. 18:25not real. So now you know how to
560. 18:27actually spot a fraud. Save money and
561. 18:29time and use it to build something real
562. 18:31based off what actually works and not
563. 18:33some AI influencer. You don't need to
564. 18:34build agents or 50 different automations
565. 18:36to build an AI business and I've been
566. 18:38selling the exact same simple AI system
