- 0:00Consistency
- 0:03is the rarest of traits.
- 0:06And I think the reason it is so rare is
- 0:08because you cannot observe it without at
- 0:10least having some level of consistency.
- 0:14Think about that for a second. How can
- 0:16you observe consistency?
- 0:18You It's very hard to do. Right? You
- 0:21can't see somebody coming like you have
- 0:22to be at the gym every day to see
- 0:25someone at the gym every day.
- 0:27Which is why like when people come to
- 0:29acquisition.com, all of a sudden they
- 0:31get this gigantic boost in their skill
- 0:33set, their productivity, their output
- 0:35because they're around everyone. Like
- 0:37when you show up at acquisition.com at
- 0:395:30 in the morning, the parking lot's
- 0:41full.
- 0:42Like we're here to win, not play. We
- 0:45want to win.
- 0:46And so I think I would ask yourself the
- 0:48question, if there if I knew beyond a
- 0:50shadow of a doubt that if I could do 100
- 0:52times more than I'm currently doing, I
- 0:53would hit the goals that I have.
- 0:55Then I would then ask the question,
- 0:57great. What resources are required?
- 1:00And then following up to that, is it
- 1:02worth it? And if the answer is yes,
- 1:05what's stopping you?
- 1:06I uh
- 1:07I love this stuff.
- 1:09I'm just so passionate about more.
- 1:12Like you can't
- 1:14And you can't even do like more for 1
- 1:15day is not enough.
- 1:18Like
- 1:19we had to be consistent with the amount
- 1:21of ads we're making for a very long time
- 1:24to get the volume.
- 1:26So you can make
- 1:28five posts on all the platforms in 1
- 1:30day, but you got to wake up tomorrow and
- 1:32you're at zero again.
- 1:33Right? One of the things that I think is
- 1:34so magical and so amazing about like
- 1:36sales teams is you have a week
- 1:38and everyone's trying to to to up the
- 1:40tally and win the week,
- 1:42but what happens on Sunday morning?
- 1:45Back at zero, baby.
- 1:47Back at zero. You have to be consistent.
- 1:49You want to win the quarter? You got to
- 1:51bring it every day. Right?
- 1:55And I don't I don't pretend to know what
- 1:57what it is that separates people
- 1:59you know, from the people who can and
- 2:00from the people who can't. But I would
- 2:01say that
- 2:02one of the biggest ones is like it's a
- 2:04decision.
- 2:06It's a decision. You decide that you
- 2:07want to go pro. You decide you want to
- 2:09make this You want to You want to be
- 2:10legit. And the thing is is that
- 2:13you have to do it for you because no one
- 2:14will see the amount of work.
- 2:16No like if you want credit for the work,
- 2:18you've already lost.
- 2:19You can get credit for the outcome,
- 2:21but you will never get credit for the
- 2:22work.
- 2:23Like you have to accept that. Real. You
- 2:25have to accept that. You will never get
- 2:27credit for the work. If anything, you
- 2:28will get you will get criticized for the
- 2:30work. The people around you say you work
- 2:32too much. They'll try and pull you away
- 2:34from the work.
- 2:35But the work needs doing.
