  1. 0:00Hi, I'm Yuzu and today I'm going to talk
  2. 0:03about a quote that the first step is
  3. 0:07always the hardest.
  4. 0:09This quote means that as someone
  5. 0:13trying on a new area, the first step is
  6. 0:17always the most difficult part of the
  7. 0:20mission.
  8. 0:22As the person gets
  9. 0:27through the process, things will be more
  10. 0:31easier and easier with [snorts] time.
  11. 0:33And in the process, the person could
  12. 0:38either earn more opportunity or they can
  13. 0:43study more skills or they can become
  14. 0:48more confidence.
  15. 0:50However, they still become better. and
  16. 0:54their ways. The first example that
  17. 0:58illustrate this quote could be um the
  18. 1:02NAS the NASA's Apollo 11 the moon
  19. 1:07mission
  20. 1:09before the NASA actually sended the
  21. 1:14astronauts
  22. 1:15onto the moon before they landed on the
  23. 1:18moon. Nobody think this um goal is
  24. 1:23achievable
  25. 1:24but however NASA still take this first
  26. 1:29step of um landing on moon. They tried a
  27. 1:34new tech uh new tech technique
  28. 1:39technologies and they sended many
  29. 1:43astronauts into space. They did a lot of
  30. 1:47trying
  31. 1:50and they did a lot of works to
  32. 1:54achieve this um one of the greatest h
  33. 1:59achievement in human history. The second
  34. 2:03example would be the American Revolution
  35. 2:08when the
  36. 2:11American colonist they first fight for
  37. 2:15their independence.
  38. 2:17It was very hard and many people
  39. 2:22sacrifice themselves
  40. 2:25through they know that it might doesn't
  41. 2:28work at the first time but they still
  42. 2:33fight for it. Um
  43. 2:37this leads into a long uh struggle but
  44. 2:41it still leads to the founding of the
  45. 2:46United States.
  46. 2:49The third example could be um when
  47. 2:55children's they first went to a school
  48. 2:59either kindergart kindergarten or
  49. 3:01primary elementary school
  50. 3:06they could be nervous on the first day
  51. 3:10or even before they went to the school.
  52. 3:13They don't want to go to school. They
  53. 3:14don't want to try new stuff. But as
  54. 3:17[snorts] they went to the school and
  55. 3:20they knew friends they they
  56. 3:25have more friends and they enjoy the
  57. 3:29life of school. They have um chance to
  58. 3:36learn new knowledge and uh
  59. 3:41later they think
  60. 3:44uh study is a interesting thing because
  61. 3:47they can spend nice time with their
  62. 3:50friend in school.
  63. 3:54And that's basically the speech and I
  64. 3:58would like to do a quick conclusion
  65. 4:02before we end it. Um like as we know
  66. 4:06every uh success has a difficult
  67. 4:11starting right and as same as the uh
  68. 4:16quote of loud um every journal of
  69. 4:21thousand miles have have to take the
  70. 4:25first step right so people have to take
  71. 4:30uh actions to achieve their goal even
  72. 4:34though the the
  73. 4:37process might be difficult
  74. 4:41but it's the only way that people can
  75. 4:46involve from the current level. Yeah.
  76. 4:50Thank you for listening. I'm Isu.
