  1. 0:00I'll have us out of here before that.
  2. 0:02Yeah.
  3. 0:03>> All right. Well, we are back for another
  4. 0:07thrilling episode, uh the ongoing saga
  5. 0:10of the will they won't they war.
  6. 0:13And uh I'm Brandon Weichert filling in
  7. 0:15for Mario. I am uh you know, slightly
  8. 0:18better looking Mario today. You're going
  9. 0:20to be able to see here. Uh I'm with
  10. 0:22Lieutenant Colonel retired Air Force uh
  11. 0:25Lieutenant Colonel Karen Kwiatkowski of
  12. 0:27the Eisenhower Media Network. Karen,
  13. 0:29it's great to have you here. Um again,
  14. 0:33uh so I guess
  15. 0:34let's just open up with uh the news. I
  16. 0:36don't know if you saw, but this morning
  17. 0:38in the Wall Street Journal and a few
  18. 0:40other I think the Jerusalem Post as
  19. 0:42well, um it looks like the Iranians, uh
  20. 0:45those sly devils, were able to make
  21. 0:48about $6 billion
  22. 0:50additional off of the uh the the
  23. 0:53ceasefire because they got to move their
  24. 0:56oil. Have you heard this? And what are
  25. 0:57your takes on this?
  26. 0:59>> Yeah. I I think I saw something earlier,
  27. 1:02not I didn't see today's article, but um
  28. 1:04yeah, they definitely were were getting
  29. 1:05their oil out onto the market, out into
  30. 1:07the, you know, their their full ships
  31. 1:09floating in various places so they can
  32. 1:11uh sell oil, and it's badly needed uh
  33. 1:14their oil. Anybody's oil is badly needed
  34. 1:16on the market. I don't know what Trump
  35. 1:17uh
  36. 1:18is thinking
  37. 1:19in terms of uh stopping the the Strait
  38. 1:22of Hormuz again because uh we you know,
  39. 1:25he he himself said we were 4 weeks from
  40. 1:28uh a real crisis in reserve oil uh
  41. 1:31globally, not just the United States.
  42. 1:32We're I think at the lowest levels of
  43. 1:34our oil storage in the salt mines of
  44. 1:37Louisiana, wherever it is we store those
  45. 1:39things.
  46. 1:40>> I believe it's in Oklahoma, I think.
  47. 1:42>> Yeah. Yeah. So it's like this, you know,
  48. 1:44special place that we keep this reserve
  49. 1:46oil that we're supposed to have stocked
  50. 1:48up. And um I think we're as low as we've
  51. 1:50been since '83. So that's quite a long
  52. 1:53time ago.
  53. 1:53>> Basically around the time we got it
  54. 1:55going.
  55. 1:56>> Yeah, see that's not good. And also you
  56. 1:58can't something about the the design of
  57. 2:00those storage underground facilities is
  58. 2:03that you can't like tap you can't go all
  59. 2:05the way down to zero. There's a certain
  60. 2:06amount of oil has to be there else you
  61. 2:07can't pump it up. I don't know that's
  62. 2:09what I've heard. So
  63. 2:11>> Well, just for the audience let me just
  64. 2:12give an inject here. I do know a little
  65. 2:13bit about this but basically basically
  66. 2:15and this is coming from guys like Gary
  67. 2:17Voglauer who I know and I also know
  68. 2:19Chris Martenson has been on the show
  69. 2:20talking about this but basically my
  70. 2:22understanding is that they have to
  71. 2:24inject the oil there with things like
  72. 2:27paraben and other chemicals to basically
  73. 2:30keep it viable and the lower you go the
  74. 2:33older the stuff is that's being stored
  75. 2:36there and the longer oil sits in those
  76. 2:39salt caverns the more corrupted for lack
  77. 2:42of a better word it becomes. Now, that's
  78. 2:45very different from China's massive
  79. 2:47still massive uh strategic petroleum
  80. 2:50reserve. They keep theirs above ground.
  81. 2:52So, that's why they could probably go
  82. 2:54through quite a bit still. Uh so, that's
  83. 2:58just I mean I didn't mean to interrupt
  84. 2:59you but just so the audience understands
  85. 3:01that's what you're talking about.
  86. 3:01>> That's interesting because it also
  87. 3:03speaks to another um
  88. 3:05infrastructure problem we have in the
  89. 3:06United States that we I mean it is
  90. 3:09ingenious and it's great and fortunate
  91. 3:11we can salt we can we have salt mines
  92. 3:13and you're you're you know, we can store
  93. 3:15oil there but there's a cost to storing
  94. 3:17oil in that that you wouldn't have if
  95. 3:19you had more modern above ground
  96. 3:21facilities or even modern below ground
  97. 3:23facilities. So, you um so, that's in I
  98. 3:26didn't realize that. Um again it speaks
  99. 3:28to
  100. 3:29uh why Trump was elected uh twice maybe
  101. 3:33three times nobody knows. Uh
  102. 3:35be people were attracted to
  103. 3:37>> really matter anymore either by the way.
  104. 3:39>> [laughter]
  105. 3:40>> But but I'm saying the people responded
  106. 3:42to his message which was the same all
  107. 3:44three campaigns and that was going to he
  108. 3:46was going to put America first in lower
  109. 3:48caps. He was going to just you know,
  110. 3:50invest in America. Invest in the
  111. 3:52American people, invest in the
  112. 3:54infrastructure. You know, that's what he
  113. 3:55said he was going to do and that was a
  114. 3:57popular message and anybody who
  115. 3:59runs, I don't care what party they're
  116. 4:01in, if they if they use that message,
  117. 4:03they're going to be popular. That is a
  118. 4:04popular message. Um, Trump kind of
  119. 4:06ruined it cuz he he he didn't do it. Um,
  120. 4:09well, I guess maybe in his mind he gave
  121. 4:12it to American corporations that are
  122. 4:15buying their own stock back with it or
  123. 4:17something. I I I'm not sure, you know,
  124. 4:19>> Yeah.
  125. 4:19>> in
  126. 4:20Trump's mind he might be he might have
  127. 4:22put money in American hands, but it's
  128. 4:24not exactly what he told the people
  129. 4:28he was going to do.
  130. 4:29So, um, yeah, oh well. That's
  131. 4:32we're stuck with him now.
  132. 4:34>> [laughter]
  133. 4:35>> What are you going to do?
  134. 4:37>> Well, and toward that end, Karen, um,
  135. 4:40you know, infrastructure and industry,
  136. 4:42the two I's, those are the big
  137. 4:45the big things of modern war and we
  138. 4:47don't do either very well anymore.
  139. 4:49>> Well, they don't
  140. 4:49>> And yeah.
  141. 4:51>> Yeah. I mean,
  142. 4:52it's one thing
  143. 4:54what what's scary to me as an American
  144. 4:55is we're not we don't have
  145. 4:57infrastructure
  146. 4:59and and industry at home like we used
  147. 5:02to. And and I'm I believe in free trade,
  148. 5:04so I don't think it's necessary that
  149. 5:05every country has to make everything for
  150. 5:07themselves. I don't think that that's
  151. 5:09I think trade with, you know, if you had
  152. 5:12less war and more trade, I think we'd
  153. 5:13all be better off. Um, but we don't have
  154. 5:17the capacity even to defend our own
  155. 5:19country if
  156. 5:21God forbid we were attacked on our own
  157. 5:23in our own land. Um, so what we don't
  158. 5:25have the infrastructure and industry to
  159. 5:27support defending our country, we
  160. 5:29certainly don't have it to support an
  161. 5:31expeditionary global imperial war
  162. 5:34program, which happens to be engaged in
  163. 5:36Europe,
  164. 5:37um, possibly in the Pacific with China
  165. 5:39harassing China, whatever I don't know
  166. 5:41what we're doing over there. Um, and
  167. 5:43particularly the Middle East, which
  168. 5:44we've invested greatly in and and we're
  169. 5:47watching all of that investment get
  170. 5:49blown up with very targeted uh
  171. 5:52attacks. I mean uh very successful. The
  172. 5:55Iranians are
  173. 5:57their their program
  174. 5:59prob- it's been in play for years, I
  175. 6:01guess, because they know how we would
  176. 6:03come at them. And they understood See,
  177. 6:05this is the thing I think that's
  178. 6:06different between them and us. They knew
  179. 6:07their weaknesses.
  180. 6:09And they said, "What are our strengths?
  181. 6:10Let's make our We We can only do so much
  182. 6:13to about our weaknesses. But what are
  183. 6:14our strengths?" And And they have
  184. 6:15obviously geography. They have They have
  185. 6:17people. They have technology. They have
  186. 6:19innovation. And they have um mountains,
  187. 6:21which they can hide all kinds of war
  188. 6:24machinery and industry inside of. And
  189. 6:26they can sustain a lot of hits.
  190. 6:29Um
  191. 6:30And they knew those those were the
  192. 6:31strengths and they enhanced and worked
  193. 6:33and create worked creatively to make
  194. 6:35those uh even better than they were
  195. 6:37already.
  196. 6:39We don't admit we have any weaknesses, I
  197. 6:41don't think, in our military. I mean, I
  198. 6:43know
  199. 6:44not He well, fat fat generals is one. He
  200. 6:47don't like fat generals. He think that's
  201. 6:48a weakness. And it may well be, but um
  202. 6:51it's it's a little uh uh
  203. 6:53it's not on
  204. 6:53>> superficial
  205. 6:55>> Yeah, it's a little superficial.
  206. 6:56[laughter]
  207. 6:57You know, you think about our our
  208. 6:59acquisition system. And And Head Sets
  209. 7:01did come in and he talked about, you
  210. 7:03know, acquisition. Want to make it
  211. 7:05faster, streamline it. But he has no
  212. 7:08clue what it what he's talking about. I
  213. 7:09mean, he's a Fox News head. He knows
  214. 7:11nothing except what they tell him. And
  215. 7:13the people in the system that want the
  216. 7:15system to stay the way it is
  217. 7:17are going to tell him what they need to
  218. 7:18tell him to make sure the system is not
  219. 7:20impacted by Head Sets or any other
  220. 7:22Secretary of Defense.
  221. 7:24Uh Secretary of War. Doesn't matter what
  222. 7:26you call him. Uh they they are not
  223. 7:28impactful people unless
  224. 7:30unless they have uh
  225. 7:32some sort of skill set, which allows
  226. 7:34them to see through what they're being
  227. 7:36the lies they're being told inside the
  228. 7:37system, which I think they all are. Um
  229. 7:40So, anyway, we we're not uh he's not
  230. 7:42really improving the acquisition system.
  231. 7:43He's he's It's Band-Aids. Band-Aids on
  232. 7:45everything. Band-Aids on our uh slow
  233. 7:48time to, you know, from design to
  234. 7:50production. Band-Aids on our inability
  235. 7:52to logistically support. Band-Aids on
  236. 7:54our ability to produce weapon systems
  237. 7:57that the rest of the world wants to buy.
  238. 7:59You know, the only people that buy our
  239. 8:00air aircraft are people that want
  240. 8:02They either want to launder their money
  241. 8:04cuz they have too much of it like the
  242. 8:05Middle East countries. They want to buy
  243. 8:08influence by making Trump happy or any
  244. 8:10American president.
  245. 8:11>> force them to buy it.
  246. 8:13>> Or we we or we coerce them to buy it by
  247. 8:15threats, which is increasingly what what
  248. 8:18we're seeing. Um
  249. 8:19>> Yeah.
  250. 8:19>> And then that None of that helps
  251. 8:21American defense. None of it helps our
  252. 8:23industry. None of it helps our our you
  253. 8:25know, our us at home. It doesn't build
  254. 8:27infrastructure.
  255. 8:28Uh
  256. 8:29You know, and actually with Trump's idea
  257. 8:31to turn uh you know, unused auto or
  258. 8:34underutilized auto factories to build
  259. 8:36other stuff, you know,
  260. 8:38that really
  261. 8:40obviously it reminds us of World War II,
  262. 8:42but
  263. 8:44that's This is not World War II time.
  264. 8:46This is not a global war.
  265. 8:47>> I mean, well,
  266. 8:49not yet.
  267. 8:49>> Well, the global powers are sitting back
  268. 8:51laughing their butts off at our
  269. 8:53performance. And and there's like
  270. 8:55And I guess they shouldn't we do
  271. 8:56something? And they go, "No, no. Never
  272. 8:57stop your enemy when he's making a
  273. 8:59mistake." That's what they're saying.
  274. 9:01That's what China and Russia are saying.
  275. 9:02That's what India is saying. That's what
  276. 9:04all the countries that observe us as a
  277. 9:07potential threat either now or in the
  278. 9:09future. Uh they're watching us behave
  279. 9:12the way we're doing. And uh
  280. 9:15They're watching us get wiped out.
  281. 9:16They're watching our position, you know.
  282. 9:18I mean, we can't operate even on our
  283. 9:20bases. Our bases in the Middle East and
  284. 9:22it's a We could have done it
  285. 9:24voluntarily. But no, no. We had to get
  286. 9:26Iran to blow them up for us. So, now we
  287. 9:28won't have those. And there's been talk
  288. 9:31for years, you know, put bases in in
  289. 9:33Israel. And Israel didn't ever want
  290. 9:34that. Um now Israel sings a different
  291. 9:36song. And plus we have no other place to
  292. 9:38put them. So, what are we doing? We're
  293. 9:40actually harming Israel by putting our
  294. 9:42targets
  295. 9:42>> Well, well, the government is in Israel
  296. 9:45knows exactly what it's doing because it
  297. 9:46knows that it might soon be losing
  298. 9:49access to all that money we've been
  299. 9:50lavishing upon them for decades. So,
  300. 9:52this is how they're going to lock us in.
  301. 9:54>> Yeah, yeah, well, that's true. Anything
  302. 9:56to lock us in for sure.
  303. 9:59Yeah, they are probably a little bit
  304. 10:00nervous about that.
  305. 10:01>> very nervous.
  306. 10:02>> But, seriously, Ben Gurion has all of
  307. 10:04those refuelers. You know what Iran is
  308. 10:06is targeting? I mean, the way they're
  309. 10:08doing this is like right out of a book.
  310. 10:10I mean
  311. 10:10>> Yeah.
  312. 10:11>> a book that Americans probably read in
  313. 10:13war colleges. Uh
  314. 10:15>> That's right.
  315. 10:15>> It's like, you know, what are they
  316. 10:16doing? So, they are
  317. 10:18inhibiting our ability to support
  318. 10:22closer and closer actions in. They are
  319. 10:24blinding us. They did that 12-day war,
  320. 10:26too, and they certainly did it at the
  321. 10:27beginning of the the the 40-day war, the
  322. 10:29Ramadan war. They they blinded us. They
  323. 10:32hit our radars and our communications.
  324. 10:34And, um, now they're hitting logistics.
  325. 10:36Now, they're hitting, um, a lot of stuff
  326. 10:39we have uh storage and maintenance
  327. 10:41facilities, so we're not going to be
  328. 10:42able to maintain. So, we're they're
  329. 10:43pushing us farther and farther back.
  330. 10:45>> Yep.
  331. 10:46>> They're they're fine with the shortage
  332. 10:48of jet fuel and and the fuel that we
  333. 10:51need to put into those refuelers to dump
  334. 10:53into those fighters as they fly twice as
  335. 10:55three times as far as they needed to be
  336. 10:56with multiple refuelings. They're
  337. 10:58forcing us into fuel consumption at a
  338. 11:00very high rate when the whole world
  339. 11:03is is uh you know, it's short it's a
  340. 11:05shortage. So, we're going to pay for
  341. 11:06that. So, everything they're doing seems
  342. 11:09very calculated to cost us uh operating
  343. 11:13space, to cost us money, to
  344. 11:16back us in a corner, and then the the
  345. 11:19the cherry on top may be, yeah, well,
  346. 11:22you know, we've we've pushed you even
  347. 11:23out of Jordan you can't operate from.
  348. 11:25So, now you're operating from Israel.
  349. 11:27Guess what? That's very interesting
  350. 11:28because Israel is our ultimate target. I
  351. 11:31mean, the Iranians will cheer wildly and
  352. 11:33so will many other people around the
  353. 11:34world.
  354. 11:35>> That's right.
  355. 11:35>> Israel is hit.
  356. 11:36When they hit Israel, it won't be we're
  357. 11:39not hitting Israel. Technically, we had
  358. 11:41to blow up Ben Gurion because
  359. 11:43there were so many US of the you know,
  360. 11:45the enemies were operating out of there.
  361. 11:47The US enemy. So, I mean, we're allowing
  362. 11:50So, we don't have any initiative. I
  363. 11:52mean, where is our initiative?
  364. 11:53I mean, I I don't even know this doesn't
  365. 11:55even look like a regular war. It looks
  366. 11:57like
  367. 11:58>> It certainly looks like an incompetent
  368. 12:00campaign. I mean, it looks like this is
  369. 12:02being run by amateurs. Our our side. Our
  370. 12:05side. Um which
  371. 12:06>> I'm sure it can't possibly be all image
  372. 12:09I mean, I know you know, Trump puts a
  373. 12:10lot of pressure
  374. 12:11>> No, but I I I do think that they they
  375. 12:13did this sort of purge of the Pentagon
  376. 12:16which at first I thought, "Okay, we're
  377. 12:17going to get rid of the the woke, you
  378. 12:19know, woke Mark Milley types." But, I'm
  379. 12:22wondering if in the process they also
  380. 12:24got rid of a lot of the more responsible
  381. 12:27uh players uh in the military
  382. 12:30uh because
  383. 12:32I mean, you know this better than I do.
  384. 12:33I mean, the the US military knew that if
  385. 12:35we did a regime change operation by air
  386. 12:38especially against Iran, they were going
  387. 12:41to close the Strait of Hormuz
  388. 12:42immediately. Like that was war game 20
  389. 12:45years of war war games.
  390. 12:46>> And it never didn't it never didn't
  391. 12:48happen. It could have happened in four
  392. 12:50or five different ways, but it never did
  393. 12:51not happen.
  394. 12:52>> That's [laughter] right.
  395. 12:53That's right. And so, yet it we acted
  396. 12:57like, "Oh wow, this is something new."
  397. 12:59So, it is weird and um
  398. 13:02it does actually seem like this is a
  399. 13:06on the part of Iran.
  400. 13:09Well, actually let me on the part of us
  401. 13:10as well because that the reason I
  402. 13:11brought up that Wall Street Journal
  403. 13:13article is because
  404. 13:15um basically they were saying in the
  405. 13:17article that the White House was shocked
  406. 13:22by how the Iranians were not being
  407. 13:24depleted in terms of their fuel
  408. 13:26production and fuel sales.
  409. 13:28And it looks on the other side a lot
  410. 13:31like the Iranians are trying to deplete
  411. 13:33us, knowing full well that, you know,
  412. 13:37once we're depleted
  413. 13:38fuel and whatnot, the whole economy,
  414. 13:40everything grounds to a halt, and then
  415. 13:42they've really got us by the short hair.
  416. 13:44Do you think that's their plan or is
  417. 13:46this just sort of ancillary to their
  418. 13:48defense?
  419. 13:49>> Yeah, um
  420. 13:51I think it I think actually it might be
  421. 13:53ancillary.
  422. 13:54>> Okay.
  423. 13:55>> I think their key is was to get us out
  424. 13:57of these Gulf states militarily to
  425. 14:00destroy those bases, make it make it
  426. 14:02clear to those company those countries
  427. 14:03that hosted us
  428. 14:05that this is a mistake to host us cuz we
  429. 14:07are going to tell you stuff and then
  430. 14:09we're not going to do it. We're going to
  431. 14:10tell you we're going to make you more
  432. 14:11secure, but it won't work. We will
  433. 14:13actually turn you into targets. Um and
  434. 14:15you and all of you kingdoms and Emirates
  435. 14:18and
  436. 14:19you know, family rule type situations
  437. 14:22where you have a whole lot of unhappy
  438. 14:23people that you're ruling over. Um
  439. 14:26the US is not going to help you there
  440. 14:28either. In fact, the US your association
  441. 14:30with the US and particularly with Israel
  442. 14:31is going to enrage your populations even
  443. 14:33more. So, I think I think Iran wanted us
  444. 14:36gone from there and they wanted to make
  445. 14:37that point. Make it so clear that no
  446. 14:40country, Kuwait, Emirates, anybody would
  447. 14:43not understand they need a new they need
  448. 14:46to have a new choice of security. They
  449. 14:48need to either get along with Iran or
  450. 14:50ally with another
  451. 14:52you know,
  452. 14:53friends with Turkey, some sort of you
  453. 14:55know, Muslim NATO, whatever you want to
  454. 14:56call it. You need to look locally and to
  455. 14:59the east for your security. The
  456. 15:01Americans are old news and they're very
  457. 15:03harmful to you. So, I think that was the
  458. 15:06one objective, get us out of there. And
  459. 15:08they're doing because they're and
  460. 15:09they're being very controlled and um
  461. 15:12very precise about the way they're
  462. 15:14hitting us and they're just pushing us
  463. 15:15and pushing us and pushing us. And then
  464. 15:18so that's that's what I think they're
  465. 15:19doing mainly. The side issue of oil, I
  466. 15:22think actually they're surprised at how
  467. 15:23stupid Trump is. I think they thought
  468. 15:26honestly, that when Trump said
  469. 15:294 weeks ago now I guess that we were 4
  470. 15:31weeks from, you know, the cold world and
  471. 15:34and and Trump said, "Yeah, the the
  472. 15:35people of the world, you know, they're
  473. 15:36talking to me and they say, 'Yeah, we
  474. 15:37really need to get this we need to the
  475. 15:39MOU is good because it'll get oil
  476. 15:41flowing and we need that.'" Okay.
  477. 15:43I think they thought, "Well, we don't
  478. 15:45can't trust the Americans, obviously.
  479. 15:47They don't negotiate
  480. 15:48>> Well, Gholibaf said that. He said that.
  481. 15:50>> They knew that. But I think when Trump
  482. 15:52said that, I think it resonated to some
  483. 15:55extent, mainly because it was true.
  484. 15:58Okay? Mainly because it was you could
  485. 15:59you could verify that. Anything Trump
  486. 16:01says that you cannot verify is probably
  487. 16:02a lie. But that it could be verified and
  488. 16:05they said, "Okay. Okay, Trump is
  489. 16:06speaking truth." Um that's okay. We can
  490. 16:09we work with that. And and meanwhile,
  491. 16:11let's clear out our oil. Let's get it
  492. 16:12out there so it can be sold um and that
  493. 16:15kind of thing. But when But when Trump
  494. 16:17has when he reverted when he kicked the
  495. 16:20MOU out and basically said, "Well, I
  496. 16:22don't think he even adhered to the MOU
  497. 16:24for a single day." We know article one
  498. 16:26was never adhered to. I mean, there was
  499. 16:27no uh discussion with the with the
  500. 16:30Israelis that ever made him do anything
  501. 16:32other than bomb harder. That was what
  502. 16:34they bomb harder and go more places in
  503. 16:35South Lebanon. That's pretty much how
  504. 16:37they responded and we did nothing about
  505. 16:38that. So, we weren't in full compliance
  506. 16:41but we were making steps towards you
  507. 16:43know, the frozen funds and um yada yada
  508. 16:46and it didn't last very long and then I
  509. 16:47think
  510. 16:48Trump went off the deep end and now I
  511. 16:50think because Trump did that, that's why
  512. 16:54Iran is willing to cut oil and
  513. 16:57fertilizer and helium and you name it
  514. 17:00that people need that they're willing to
  515. 17:02constrain all of that. Um they're going
  516. 17:04to say Trump chose that. Well, they do
  517. 17:06say Trump chose that because he totally
  518. 17:08violated the MOU and threw it in the
  519. 17:10garbage and so now nobody the MOU binds
  520. 17:12no one.
  521. 17:14So, but I don't think they planned the
  522. 17:15oil thing because I don't think they
  523. 17:17expected Trump to be this um
  524. 17:20oblivious to energy reality.
  525. 17:24Uh
  526. 17:24And the And there you know, the
  527. 17:26ramifications. And also too, see,
  528. 17:28the allies, particularly China. I say
  529. 17:31allies, China
  530. 17:33has prepared for um
  531. 17:36you know, disruptions in oil. Like you
  532. 17:38said, they have they have modern
  533. 17:40capacity to store They have large
  534. 17:42capacity to store oil, but they also
  535. 17:44have um extensive alternative energy
  536. 17:47projects. Yes. Any type of energy you
  537. 17:49can imagine, they have it. They've got
  538. 17:51They've got water, you know, hydro.
  539. 17:53They've got nuclear, they've got the
  540. 17:55solar, they've got wind. They got
  541. 17:57everything, plus oil.
  542. 17:58>> Space based solar they're working on,
  543. 18:00too, which is really really wild. That
  544. 18:02was actually an American invention in
  545. 18:051960. Yes. Um Gerard O'Neill, I think,
  546. 18:08at NASA. It was his O'Neill was his last
  547. 18:10name. Was his invention in 1968. Never
  548. 18:13went anywhere. Then in 2007, the
  549. 18:16National Security Agency tried to get
  550. 18:18George W. Bush to invest in it. George
  551. 18:21W. Bush didn't want anything to do with
  552. 18:22it. And then
  553. 18:24uh the the Chinese picked up the mantle.
  554. 18:28Um
  555. 18:28yeah, and they they ran with it.
  556. 18:31>> Uh if you can get the energy back, which
  557. 18:33they have a way of doing that.
  558. 18:35>> of microwave radiation.
  559. 18:36>> Yeah, but it's but it's not like going
  560. 18:38everywhere, you know, they
  561. 18:39>> No, it's refined. It's narrow beam,
  562. 18:41yeah.
  563. 18:41>> Yeah, I mean um
  564. 18:43You know, it's funny when you say George
  565. 18:45W. Bush, there was another dumb one. You
  566. 18:47know, that was
  567. 18:48>> [laughter]
  568. 18:49>> I mean,
  569. 18:50George W. Bush did not
  570. 18:52um You know, he was just He didn't have
  571. 18:55an engineering mind. He wasn't a person
  572. 18:57who
  573. 18:58>> He was incurious, as well.
  574. 19:00>> Incurious, that's right. And uh
  575. 19:02So, you could see that. But but also you
  576. 19:04That's another damning uh uh
  577. 19:07kind of critique of of not of NASA. The
  578. 19:09whole time of NASA. I mean, you know,
  579. 19:11they they they have had they rest on
  580. 19:13their laurels of a
  581. 19:15landing on the moon, which now they said
  582. 19:18I think 60
  583. 19:18>> want to do, by the way. Kennedy had to
  584. 19:20drag them across the finish line.
  585. 19:22>> Yeah. And and
  586. 19:23>> Kennedy and Nixon and LBJ, all three of
  587. 19:25them.
  588. 19:26>> people still don't believe that. They
  589. 19:27don't even believe that. You know why
  590. 19:28they don't believe it? Well, there's a
  591. 19:30lot of reasons they don't believe it.
  592. 19:31But one of the reasons they don't
  593. 19:32believe it is, well, what is not what
  594. 19:33has NASA done since then?
  595. 19:35>> That's right.
  596. 19:36>> You know, now okay, we did have the
  597. 19:38the space shuttle thing. And even that
  598. 19:40looked like old technology. You know,
  599. 19:41this this Remember the tiles that used
  600. 19:43to come off all the time? Yeah, the
  601. 19:45textiles.
  602. 19:45>> Yeah.
  603. 19:46>> Yeah.
  604. 19:46>> Yeah.
  605. 19:47>> So so um
  606. 19:48NASA has not distinguished itself very
  607. 19:51well at all.
  608. 19:52>> Not at all. They're doing a bunch of
  609. 19:54catwalks in space. That's all they're
  610. 19:56doing. And so uh
  611. 19:57>> And it's a shame. But again,
  612. 19:58infrastructure. We didn't invest in it
  613. 20:00and or if we did, I don't know what NASA
  614. 20:02did with that. And I don't know how much
  615. 20:04we put into NASA. But again, uh
  616. 20:07you know, we're just fat, dumb, and
  617. 20:08happy for 60 years thinking, well, we're
  618. 20:11the leader. We're top of everything. We
  619. 20:12don't really have to innovate.
  620. 20:14Meanwhile, you got a country like Iran,
  621. 20:16which under sanctions for a good 40 plus
  622. 20:19years of all different types, but they
  623. 20:20they seem like they got worse every
  624. 20:22year. I don't know if they ever really
  625. 20:23let up. Um and so they're just saying,
  626. 20:26well, we got to figure out how to do
  627. 20:28this ourselves. And by God, the
  628. 20:30country's filled with mathematicians and
  629. 20:31engineers and software guys and all
  630. 20:34kinds of other people, poets, people
  631. 20:36that can read, you know,
  632. 20:37uh polymaths. I mean, so
  633. 20:41it's a big problem cuz they they harness
  634. 20:44their energy and did things for
  635. 20:46Iranians. And of course, China
  636. 20:49much larger case, but I think um
  637. 20:52uh you know, China's mission, China's
  638. 20:54like vision has been very And and I
  639. 20:56mean, I'm not saying we should have a
  640. 20:57president for 20 years like, you know,
  641. 20:59China or Russia has had.
  642. 21:00>> Right.
  643. 21:00>> Get that same controlled vision, you
  644. 21:02know, I got a vision, we're going to
  645. 21:03build this, we're going to do that. But
  646. 21:06whatever, those were our competition.
  647. 21:08And what did we do? What did we do
  648. 21:09during the same time? We did nothing. We
  649. 21:11we elected George W. Bush, Barack Obama,
  650. 21:15who also is another one didn't have an
  651. 21:16engineering mind. In fact, we don't we
  652. 21:18haven't elected any scientists at all.
  653. 21:20>> That's right. Well, and then that's
  654. 21:21funny thing cuz my old buddy David
  655. 21:23Goldman, who is now in the
  656. 21:25administration, but he he was my one of
  657. 21:27my editors at The Epoch Times, and he
  658. 21:29used to always tell me that, you know,
  659. 21:31he did a lot of business in China. He
  660. 21:32used to say that China's leaders the
  661. 21:35average China Chinese leader has some
  662. 21:37kind of science, tech, engineering, math
  663. 21:40background. They graduated top of their
  664. 21:43very cutthroat class, whereas the
  665. 21:45American elite, it's lawyers and
  666. 21:48lobbyists.
  667. 21:49>> Yep.
  668. 21:49>> And that's who you're dealing with.
  669. 21:52Um not to say that there it's all bad
  670. 21:54here. I mean, we have advantages, too.
  671. 21:56But the Chinese and I actually want to
  672. 21:58ask you because this article in the Wall
  673. 22:00Street Journal really made a point of
  674. 22:03highlighting the fact that it is China
  675. 22:06that is enabling the flow of energy from
  676. 22:09Iran.
  677. 22:10And that, you know, $6 billion
  678. 22:12potentially they're going to make in
  679. 22:14Iran off of the ceasefire because they
  680. 22:18were able to move this these energy
  681. 22:19stores to China primarily, and they did
  682. 22:22ship-to-ship transfers.
  683. 22:24>> Oh, yeah. I read about that.
  684. 22:26>> Yeah, so I guess the I guess there's two
  685. 22:28questions. First of all,
  686. 22:30which of Iran's partners do you think
  687. 22:33are the most important for this this war
  688. 22:36continuing? Is it China or is it Russia?
  689. 22:38Cuz we know Russia is still playing a
  690. 22:40role, and the other and the other
  691. 22:41question I would have
  692. 22:43uh is um
  693. 22:45why hasn't the Navy been able to stop
  694. 22:47these ship-to-ship transfers? They've
  695. 22:49instituted this counter blockade. We
  696. 22:51clearly have warships on the periphery.
  697. 22:54How are we not able to stop that Is it
  698. 22:56because we can't or is it because we
  699. 22:58don't want to because it's China and we
  700. 23:00don't want to escalate.
  701. 23:02>> Yeah. Um, I think the biggest ally in
  702. 23:05terms of importance is right now China,
  703. 23:08but you can't underestimate Russia.
  704. 23:10Russia's fighting a war with NATO right
  705. 23:12now, which is also with the United
  706. 23:13States. Um, and
  707. 23:16they had that the war stretched out and
  708. 23:18probably longer than I'm sure the
  709. 23:19Russians wanted it to, but also there's
  710. 23:22a bleeding uh there's a bleeding kind of
  711. 23:25uh
  712. 23:26draining of NATO capability, of NATO
  713. 23:29political will, of American capability.
  714. 23:31You know, this the fact that this war is
  715. 23:32going on. Yeah, sure, some people might
  716. 23:34be making money, especially Zelenskyy
  717. 23:36and his crowd, but um that a lot of the
  718. 23:39stuff has has uh made us less ready. You
  719. 23:42know, they say, "Oh, well, we're
  720. 23:43practicing new technologies against the
  721. 23:44Russians." You know, we're we're
  722. 23:45experimenting with our drone stuff.
  723. 23:47Yeah, so is so are the Russians against
  724. 23:49the Ukrainians. So, this is like a wash.
  725. 23:51Um,
  726. 23:53sorry about that. Ducks back there.
  727. 23:54>> That's okay. I [laughter] was going to
  728. 23:56ask you, am I am I hearing something?
  729. 23:58>> They're right outside the window.
  730. 24:01Anyway, it's crazy. But, um,
  731. 24:03but yeah, this this Russia is is a
  732. 24:05little bit tied down a little, but
  733. 24:06they're also contributing to what
  734. 24:09China's
  735. 24:10and both of those guys see the bigger
  736. 24:12picture and that is the US empire is
  737. 24:14shrinking. It's not shrinking willingly.
  738. 24:16It's not going gracefully. Um, bad
  739. 24:19things could happen
  740. 24:21that the US could cause, okay? And we
  741. 24:23know that of of the
  742. 24:25we have a record where the only country
  743. 24:26that ever dropped a nuclear weapon.
  744. 24:28>> Yeah.
  745. 24:28>> And we did it we didn't do it out of
  746. 24:30desperation. The war in Japan was over.
  747. 24:32I don't care what anybody says. The war
  748. 24:33in Japan was won, okay? But, we had some
  749. 24:36experimental weapons and we had an
  750. 24:38opportunity to threaten Russia, show our
  751. 24:40capability because Russia was Russia was
  752. 24:42going to be next.
  753. 24:44And we demonstrated that. We did a
  754. 24:45demonstration bomb, okay? Not a not an
  755. 24:49existential bomb, not a necessary bomb,
  756. 24:51two demonstration bombs. So, two
  757. 24:53different types. That's what we did. And
  758. 24:55we uh took a lot of measurements and we
  759. 24:57we observed it very carefully. This
  760. 24:59thing was done
  761. 25:01back when we had scientists in
  762. 25:02government, okay? When they wanted to to
  763. 25:05see what what would happen. And yeah,
  764. 25:07sure, we can do it under the auspices of
  765. 25:09the war. And Truman of course was not a
  766. 25:12scientist, but he was pushed into this
  767. 25:15by the technology and and these same
  768. 25:17people, you know, are what Eisenhower
  769. 25:18was talking about, you know,
  770. 25:20both at the beginning of his term and
  771. 25:22and later. But um
  772. 25:24So, we have that reputation. Now we
  773. 25:27don't have very smart people working. I
  774. 25:29would not say that. I mean, there might
  775. 25:31be some They might be smart. Maybe they
  776. 25:33have like, you know, how they talk about
  777. 25:34all the different types of IQ, like
  778. 25:35emotional IQ. There's all kinds of
  779. 25:37stuff, right?
  780. 25:38>> Well, they're definitely emotional.
  781. 25:39There's no doubt. It at the highest
  782. 25:41levels they're very emotional.
  783. 25:42>> I think they are smart like a
  784. 25:45mafia so kingpin is smart, you know,
  785. 25:48>> A sociopath.
  786. 25:49>> who I can trust and who I can terrorize,
  787. 25:51who I can push and who I can't push. And
  788. 25:53he knows this stuff. He knows. He or
  789. 25:55she, you know, they read people well.
  790. 25:57So, there's there's a little bit of that
  791. 25:58going on in our government. But in terms
  792. 26:00of
  793. 26:02science and logic and math and study of
  794. 26:05military strategy and history, study of
  795. 26:08past governments, there's not a lot of
  796. 26:09that going on. So,
  797. 26:13Yeah.
  798. 26:14>> So,
  799. 26:15>> our scratchers are watching us fall. And
  800. 26:17they don't know how we're going to fall,
  801. 26:18but they know we're going to fall.
  802. 26:20>> Now, and
  803. 26:21Yeah, and and and that that actually is
  804. 26:23something I also want to bring up
  805. 26:24because I keep telling people we're not
  806. 26:26fighting two different wars. Ukraine and
  807. 26:29the Middle East are part two fronts in
  808. 26:31the same war. Whether we realize it and
  809. 26:34I'm not I don't know if there's some
  810. 26:36great plan or not, but it definitely
  811. 26:38looks, if you look on a map, you look at
  812. 26:40the And this is what my buddy Matt
  813. 26:41Bracken says all the time. If you look
  814. 26:43at the top of Iran, the tip of Iran is
  815. 26:46621 miles away from the southern point
  816. 26:49of Crimea. That is a very close amount
  817. 26:52of space. Um
  818. 26:55My question is we're seeing Ukraine up
  819. 26:58the the ante against Russia by doing I
  820. 27:01think they just did 400 drones in one
  821. 27:03attack on Moscow. Both Russia and
  822. 27:07Ukraine are targeting each other's
  823. 27:09transportation networks. The Ukrainians
  824. 27:11are targeting Russia's oil production
  825. 27:14and refinery. You said at the beginning
  826. 27:16of the show, you know, we need every
  827. 27:17drop of oil right now, not just from
  828. 27:19Iran I would say but from Russia, too.
  829. 27:21>> Yeah.
  830. 27:22>> Ukraine is targeting. So they're So I I
  831. 27:25wrote a
  832. 27:26I got a piece out today on Substack.
  833. 27:28Nothing nothing too special but
  834. 27:31I I pose in there something I think I've
  835. 27:32said before. I think Trump actually
  836. 27:34wants an oil shortage. You know, there's
  837. 27:35nothing backing the dollar.
  838. 27:38And and people poo-poo the petrodollar
  839. 27:39and they say, "Ah, the time is past for
  840. 27:41petrodollar." And maybe, but we got to
  841. 27:43have something to back up. And America's
  842. 27:45good faith has been totally There's no
  843. 27:47more of that. There's no American good
  844. 27:49faith. Our infrastructure and our
  845. 27:51capacity, even our purchasing power as a
  846. 27:53consuming nation, those are all being
  847. 27:56limited, okay? Being reduced and
  848. 27:58marginalized. So what do we have that
  849. 28:00makes the dollar so attractive? Well,
  850. 28:03Trump has enough countries to make his
  851. 28:05own OPEC. Well, it wouldn't be called
  852. 28:06Well, it would be called OPEC. Oil
  853. 28:07petroleum What is it?
  854. 28:09Petroleum exporting countries. So
  855. 28:12Organization of Petroleum Exporting
  856. 28:14Countries. So we pretty much own all the
  857. 28:15big ones. And I think he manipulates
  858. 28:17Nigeria. And I wasn't even counting
  859. 28:19Nigeria.
  860. 28:20>> Yeah.
  861. 28:20>> And I wouldn't really count Libya even
  862. 28:22though American oil is being pumped out
  863. 28:23of Libya with I'm sure either military
  864. 28:26or somehow government subsidies.
  865. 28:27>> Sure, we're paying off Al-Qaeda as well
  866. 28:29to do it. To
  867. 28:30>> Yeah. So So we actually may want oil to
  868. 28:34go super high. Um
  869. 28:36it's hard to understand
  870. 28:38how that makes sense when
  871. 28:41the whole world is suffering for what
  872. 28:45for because we want to be on top. Cuz
  873. 28:47you know, in the old days when we were
  874. 28:50pushing democracy and the American way
  875. 28:52of life, everybody said, "Oh, well,
  876. 28:54that's great. America will share its
  877. 28:55values." And we were pushing this, you
  878. 28:56know, "Oh, we we're we're invading you
  879. 28:59or we're fighting, you know, we're
  880. 29:00trying to get the one guy elected cuz in
  881. 29:02the name of democracy, in the name of
  882. 29:04liberty, in the name of freedom." We use
  883. 29:05these we use this language. Well,
  884. 29:08when we contract when we basically
  885. 29:10control everybody's oil, even our
  886. 29:12friends. I mean, I don't I don't know
  887. 29:13how the Europeans are planning to do
  888. 29:15this. Um they they have no plan. It's
  889. 29:18very clear they have no plan.
  890. 29:19>> I know they hate Russia and they they
  891. 29:21don't want to have Russian oil, but are
  892. 29:22you going to let your old folks die?
  893. 29:24Maybe that's part of their plan, you
  894. 29:25know, let's let the old folks die.
  895. 29:26They're all on the the dole anyway, so
  896. 29:28let's let's just let the European old
  897. 29:29folks die. Let them freeze to death in
  898. 29:31the winter and and
  899. 29:32>> the young people they can send to the
  900. 29:33front line against Russia.
  901. 29:35>> That's right.
  902. 29:36>> mass conscription event.
  903. 29:37>> Sure. Sure. So, they maybe they don't
  904. 29:39they figure they're they're on board
  905. 29:40with this plan. But yeah, I mean, the
  906. 29:42the way that um
  907. 29:44Zelensky, who's supposed to be uh
  908. 29:47what he he tries to get approval on I
  909. 29:49mean, from Trump and from the from Biden
  910. 29:51from the American government and there's
  911. 29:53still support for him some I mean, the
  912. 29:55Democrats are still relatively
  913. 29:56supportive. Um
  914. 29:57>> That's right.
  915. 29:58>> Republicans would be if it was a
  916. 29:59different political flavor. They were
  917. 30:00before. They aren't now. I don't know.
  918. 30:02So,
  919. 30:03>> Yep. Well, the Republicans generally are
  920. 30:05still very in Congress supportive.
  921. 30:07>> Are they still still Oh, yeah.
  922. 30:09Lindsey Graham, of course. Lindsey
  923. 30:10Graham was like
  924. 30:10>> Right. I mean, look. That's right, you
  925. 30:12know. He he might have been incinerated
  926. 30:14at the drone factory in Ukraine. We
  927. 30:16don't know.
  928. 30:17>> loves him so much. Um but but yeah, I
  929. 30:19mean, what they're doing does contribute
  930. 30:22to a shortage of oil, contributes to
  931. 30:23anxiety in the market, shortages
  932. 30:26of serious physical shortages, and then
  933. 30:28also just disturbances and and demand
  934. 30:30destruction potentially in places.
  935. 30:33You're going to see that. If it gets if
  936. 30:34it goes
  937. 30:35uh
  938. 30:36too expensive for too long, then people
  939. 30:39really will find alternatives. Not so
  940. 30:40much um they're going to make more
  941. 30:41energy or get more solar somehow cuz we
  942. 30:43make the sun shine, although the Chinese
  943. 30:45might with their space
  944. 30:47>> Well, they've got the hottest burning
  945. 30:48tokamak reactor today, which is nuclear
  946. 30:50fusion.
  947. 30:51>> Yeah.
  948. 30:51>> So, they are farther ahead. I think it's
  949. 30:53them, the South Koreans, and the French,
  950. 30:55I think, are the three leaders in
  951. 30:57nuclear fusion R&D.
  952. 30:58>> Sure. And these these data centers that
  953. 31:00need all this energy, you know, a lot of
  954. 31:01the uh I think the uh
  955. 31:04the Facebook dude, Zuckerberg, and uh of
  956. 31:06course Elon and other people are talking
  957. 31:08about either, you know, fusion and other
  958. 31:10fission and different things, whatever
  959. 31:11they can use nuclear to to kind of in
  960. 31:13small ways to uh provide that energy.
  961. 31:15And you know, none of this energy
  962. 31:18uh
  963. 31:19innovation happens when oil prices are
  964. 31:22low. It only has affordable. It's only
  965. 31:24You can only get your loan from the bank
  966. 31:26to do it when oil is high and the
  967. 31:29outlook for oil is,
  968. 31:30you know, continuing to be high. So, you
  969. 31:33know, is Trump doing that? Is Trump, you
  970. 31:35know, cuz somebody
  971. 31:36>> heavily invested in a nuclear energy
  972. 31:38firm. Remember Truth Social? His company
  973. 31:42has a massive stake in this So, what is
  974. 31:44it? Nuclear I don't remember if it's
  975. 31:46fission or fu- fusion. But they they
  976. 31:48they are heavily invested as of a year
  977. 31:50ago
  978. 31:51>> Yep.
  979. 31:52>> in a nuclear energy company. So,
  980. 31:55>> I makes
  981. 31:55>> to force transition, he's going to make
  982. 31:57some dough off it.
  983. 31:58>> He's going to He's going to make money
  984. 31:59and they're they're following uh
  985. 32:02You know, I'm criticizing our government
  986. 32:04for not having a lot of mathematicians
  987. 32:06or engineers, but what they do have a
  988. 32:07lot of is um uh traders, people that um
  989. 32:11yeah, you know, people that have grown
  990. 32:13up playing the market, um watching how
  991. 32:16things go, and this that this kind of
  992. 32:18thing. Now,
  993. 32:19you know, it's funny because
  994. 32:21like other countries pay attention to
  995. 32:23gold. China, a lot of the countries pay
  996. 32:25attention to gold and have a lot of
  997. 32:27gold. And I saw Scott Bessent say the
  998. 32:30other day again, uh oh, yeah, we got all
  999. 32:33the gold is there. Don't worry, it's all
  1000. 32:34there. Yeah.
1001. 32:35>> Yeah. Trust me, bro.
  1002. 32:36Yeah.
  1003. 32:37>> Yeah.
1004. 32:37>> And and I don't think it is. And so that
  1005. 32:39could cause um
1006. 32:42a crisis of some sort, I don't know. But
  1007. 32:44anyway, I just don't think the dollar's
1008. 32:45backed up by anything other than go
1009. 32:46other than uh oil. I think oil and
1010. 32:49control of oil is what they've latched
  1011. 32:52onto. It's It's not the best way to
1012. 32:54control the world cuz there are so many
  1013. 32:56alternatives. And Trump's making money
1014. 32:57on those alternatives. And And you know,
1015. 32:59the US is interested in uh alternative
1016. 33:02energy. Not not just passive like you
1017. 33:05know, solar fields in farmland. But But
1018. 33:07this you know, like nuclear. The stuff
1019. 33:09that is really um expensive to put that
1020. 33:12infrastructure in, but it really
  1021. 33:13produces a lot of relatively clean
1022. 33:15energy. So um and we wouldn't pay for it
1023. 33:17before. So maybe this forces us to pay
1024. 33:19for it. It But you know, that's kind of
1025. 33:21convoluted way to lead the country.
1026. 33:23We're going to go to a war. We're going
  1027. 33:24to take everybody's oil. And then we're
1028. 33:26going to doll it out sparingly and keep
1029. 33:28the price high so we can uh do our
1030. 33:31alternative energy and nuclear energy
1031. 33:32infrastructure in this country. Well,
1032. 33:33guess what? You know, there's like six
1033. 33:35other ways to do that, dude, without
1034. 33:36killing millions of people, without
1035. 33:38becoming the most disrespected and hated
1036. 33:40nation on Earth. Second to Israel. Okay?
1037. 33:44Why would we do that? And merging with
1038. 33:45Israel, which is very weird because why
1039. 33:48would we do that? We don't even have a
1040. 33:50mutual defense treaty with Israel. You
1041. 33:52think Israel's going to defend us? You
  1042. 33:54think Israel is going
1043. 33:54>> Well, they're not even willing to to
1044. 33:57talk about landing troops on Karga
1045. 33:58Island with us. It's all, you know,
1046. 34:01they're cheering us from all the way in
1047. 34:03the back, you know? Go for it, you guys,
  1048. 34:05you know?
1049. 34:05>> That's right. So So this is there's many
1050. 34:08other ways to get to a place where you
  1051. 34:10really are
  1052. 34:12preparing for a post petroleum, you
  1053. 34:15know,
  1054. 34:17future.
1055. 34:18>> But are we even well positioned for
1056. 34:20this? Because it seems like China, with
1057. 34:22all their clean energy, has got about a
  1058. 34:24decade to 12-year lead on us.
1059. 34:27>> I know. And what you want to do is you'd
1060. 34:29let them get it do what they did to us
  1061. 34:3130 years ago.
  1062. 34:33>> That's right.
1063. 34:34>> buy them back. THEY THEY GOING to make
1064. 34:35them in mass. Okay, hey, we'd like to
  1065. 34:37get 14 portable whatever whatever. We
1066. 34:40got We got a couple of data centers and
1067. 34:43they want to be independent or or
1068. 34:44military bases or well, maybe they won't
1069. 34:46give them to us for a while.
1070. 34:47>> No, they won't give them to you for
  1071. 34:48that, but yeah.
1072. 34:50>> So but but but you know, what if we were
1073. 34:52friends with them, they would. If we
1074. 34:53weren't threatening them all the time
1075. 34:55with with military stuff, maybe they
  1076. 34:56would. So
  1077. 34:57>> So so
  1078. 34:59we're we're we're talking about a forced
1079. 35:01transition and and and it could or could
  1080. 35:03not be part of a larger plan. It's a
1081. 35:05convoluted plan on our part if it is a
  1082. 35:07plan.
  1083. 35:09But we've lost now soldiers.
1084. 35:12I I don't know if you saw at the you
  1085. 35:15know, in the last
1086. 35:15>> In the Jordan attack, yeah.
1087. 35:17>> In the Jordan attack and it's coming out
1088. 35:19now. The New York Times is finally
1089. 35:21breaking it. I said this to Tucker when
1090. 35:23I was on his show on March 9th. You
  1091. 35:26know, that that they're lying. The
1092. 35:29Pentagon is lying about the the the the
1093. 35:33casualty rates. Is that what you think
1094. 35:35as well? How do you because we're paying
1095. 35:37for this in blood, not just treasure.
1096. 35:39>> Yeah, yeah, we are paying for it in
1097. 35:40blood and we have been lying because
1098. 35:42they knew that that cost this is an
1099. 35:44unpopular war and hiding the bodies is
1100. 35:46is what they they want to do and hiding
  1101. 35:48the injuries.
1102. 35:49>> Hiding the gold, hiding the bodies.
  1103. 35:51That's what they're doing across the
  1104. 35:53board.
1105. 35:53>> You know, nobody trust the government.
1106. 35:55Trump has gone Trump Trump like I said,
1107. 35:57I think he's nobody trust even the maga.
1108. 36:00I think half of maga does not trust him.
  1109. 36:03>> Yeah.
1110. 36:03>> And the half that does trust him, their
1111. 36:05their answer to the weird things that he
1112. 36:08says or when he's proven wrong or
1113. 36:09something of that, they go, "Oh, don't
  1114. 36:10worry. He has a plan. He's playing 60 D
1115. 36:13chess." And if if they're still talking
  1116. 36:15about that, then that's just that's a
1117. 36:16cope. Okay, I'm sorry. Cope Cope for
1118. 36:18you, but in fact, most of maga I don't
1119. 36:20think trust him. We know the Democrats
1120. 36:22they don't even listen to him cuz they
  1121. 36:24got TDS. That's a problem because how do
1122. 36:26you have a a government when you you you
  1123. 36:30You know, there's such emotion
1124. 36:31associated with these things. But
1125. 36:33anyway, he's not leading the country and
  1126. 36:35they're unhappy already and they're
1127. 36:36going broke. American most Americans are
1128. 36:38not doing well. They heard someone on
1129. 36:41the radio today. They said one in eight
1130. 36:43student loans are eight months or nine
1131. 36:45months behind in payments. And how are
1132. 36:47you going to catch up with that as the
1133. 36:48interest racks up? It's not. So, people
1134. 36:51aren't happy. They They're not They feel
1135. 36:53like we should They as Americans should
  1136. 36:54be taken care of with America's
1137. 36:56resources, not these wars overseas. So,
  1138. 36:58yeah, these dead
1139. 37:00these these pictures of dead people, but
  1140. 37:02dead soldiers. And I do
1141. 37:04you predicted it. We knew they'd hide
1142. 37:06it. They are hiding it. They They can't
1143. 37:08hide everything. But the fact that he
1144. 37:10Trump's response to that was, "Oh, well,
1145. 37:13it's really bad, but you know, Iran
  1146. 37:15killed Now, it's up to 52,000
  1147. 37:18>> Oh, it's it's changing all the time.
  1148. 37:20>> When did you
1149. 37:21>> Yeah, we had a guest on last week who
  1150. 37:23claimed it was 100,000 they
1151. 37:25>> Oh my god. Yeah. This is all made up
1152. 37:27stuff. He denies Trump still even after
1153. 37:31it's very clear that the Pentagon
1154. 37:33slow rolled that investigation on the
1155. 37:35Men in Blue school, but still in the end
1156. 37:37admitted there were like four different
1157. 37:39things, you know, bad intel, then we
1158. 37:41didn't catch it, and there was we had a
1159. 37:43technical difficulty, and other stuff.
  1160. 37:44So, they they didn't really
1161. 37:48you know, take responsibility. But Trump
  1162. 37:50took no responsibility.
1163. 37:52>> Right. You said it was an AI
  1164. 37:53fabrication.
1165. 37:54>> Yeah. Yeah. AI fabrication. Oh, this
1166. 37:57dead body stuff. They didn't And yet and
1167. 37:58yet he's going to complain about these
1168. 38:00soldiers. Yeah. I am sorry that our guys
1169. 38:03are in a place far, far from here doing
  1170. 38:06something that they don't understand for
  1171. 38:07reasons that really don't exist. They
  1172. 38:10are not defending
1173. 38:11>> even think Trump understands.
1174. 38:13I don't even think that the president
  1175. 38:14understands what we're doing. I really
1176. 38:16don't. This is why I go back and forth.
1177. 38:18I go back and forth and I'm like, well,
1178. 38:19it maybe this is part of some grand
1179. 38:21transition plan, but then I go I look at
1180. 38:24how badly everything has gone
1181. 38:27and it's completely counter to how he
  1182. 38:28was pitching things.
  1183. 38:30>> Yep.
1184. 38:30>> And and so either he was totally lying
1185. 38:33back then or he really believed this
  1186. 38:35would be a 96-hour war that would
1187. 38:37eventually, you know, and and look at
  1188. 38:39how badly it's gone.
1189. 38:40>> Well, you know, they said that Netanyahu
  1190. 38:43in particular, and I'm sure he wasn't
1191. 38:44the only one, reminded him early on
1192. 38:46before they decided to do this that look
1193. 38:49how successful you were, sir, in
  1194. 38:52Caracas. That's right. How great that
1195. 38:54was and so few died. Well, you know, I
1196. 38:56think about 150 died on the invasion
1197. 38:58day. Plus, we shot a bunch of people out
1198. 39:00of the water and violated our creed as
  1199. 39:03as military people
1200. 39:04for months before that. But but
  1201. 39:06technically, it was a great success.
1202. 39:08Certainly by Israeli standards, you
  1203. 39:10know, these dead people didn't count.
  1204. 39:11Look how
1205. 39:12>> Not enough infants were blown up.
  1206. 39:14>> Yes, yes.
1207. 39:15>> So, yeah, you know.
1208. 39:16>> But but you know, the the seizure of the
1209. 39:18oil, you know, the the bribery of I
1210. 39:22assume the the vice president or
1211. 39:24whatever or maybe she just recognizes,
1212. 39:26you know, if she don't want a bullet in
1213. 39:27the head, she's going to do this and she
  1214. 39:29made that choice. I don't know. But in
1215. 39:31Trump's view, you know, we own
1216. 39:33Venezuelan oil and we did set up the
  1217. 39:35same legal
1218. 39:36deposit situation like we mentioned we
1219. 39:39talked about this before that Iraq has.
  1220. 39:40So, for from Trump's perspective, that's
  1221. 39:43a business success and a military
  1222. 39:45success. And I think Netanyahu, others,
1223. 39:47of course, used that to tell Trump so
1224. 39:50and you know, he is
  1225. 39:52a guy, unfortunately. Maybe we're all
1226. 39:54like that maybe to some extent, but you
1227. 39:55have to guard against it. That if
1228. 39:57somebody tells you how great you are,
1229. 39:59you don't you you say keep talking. Keep
1230. 40:01talking. Tell me more about how great I
1231. 40:02am. And and when really you should be as
1232. 40:04president, you need to you should be
1233. 40:06thinking really more like a mafioso. He
1234. 40:09really maybe he's if he was more like a
  1235. 40:11don,
  1236. 40:13more like a mafi don, then
1237. 40:15he would be better because a mafia don
1238. 40:18always knows there's only like very few
1239. 40:20people you can trust. And somebody comes
1240. 40:22in selling you something that's too good
1241. 40:24to be true or or whatever,
1242. 40:26then you should be suspicious of that.
1243. 40:28And Trump should realize that
  1244. 40:30>> Yeah, but Trump's a realtor at heart.
  1245. 40:31They're always selling the dream. That's
  1246. 40:33what they're doing. They're always
  1247. 40:34selling the dream. They've got
  1248. 40:35everything's the greatest, it's the
  1249. 40:37biggest, it's the best. I know realtors
1250. 40:39very well. And this is how that This is
  1251. 40:42how they play.
1252. 40:43>> Well, you know what? His dream in Gaza
1253. 40:45is is now down to um a
1254. 40:48basically one concentration camp for
  1255. 40:50Palestinians, for Gazans, and it's a
  1256. 40:53bunch of There's pictures of it. I guess
1257. 40:55there were and images of it. It's
1258. 40:56basically portable buildings, you know,
1259. 40:58a bunch of trailers. It's kind of like a
1260. 41:00kind of like we have FEMA come out there
  1261. 41:02and do that.
  1262. 41:04>> Yeah.
  1263. 41:04And uh
1264. 41:05with with razor wire and probably
1265. 41:07alligators around it later, crocodiles.
  1266. 41:10>> So, it's not the Riviera. That's not
  1267. 41:12what Not the Riviera.
  1268. 41:14>> That's right. And they're not talking
1269. 41:16about all the money they're going to
  1270. 41:17make cuz it's pretty clear they're not
1271. 41:18going to be. And um
  1272. 41:20and Israel didn't want that anyway.
1273. 41:22Israel wanted settlements back on, which
  1274. 41:23is what
1275. 41:24>> wanted them all pushed out into Sinai.
1276. 41:27That was where they wanted them, and the
1277. 41:29Egyptians said, "Absolutely not." And
1278. 41:32they moved a large tank force to the
1279. 41:33border to prove if you try this, there's
  1280. 41:36going to be problems.
  1281. 41:37>> I mean, seriously, it's a it's a
1282. 41:39tragedy, um but not from Israeli
  1283. 41:42perspective. It's just It didn't turn
1284. 41:45out exactly as they wanted cuz they're
1285. 41:46all not dead. If they were all dead,
1286. 41:48then they could call it a win, but but
  1287. 41:50they they can't. But anyway, I don't
1288. 41:52know I don't know how any of uh what
  1289. 41:53Trump's doing is helping
1290. 41:56>> think Do you think that
1291. 41:59you know, we're looking at this sort of
1292. 42:00increase of tempo in terms of
  1293. 42:03you know, it's logistics being brought
1294. 42:05into the which is just mind-boggling to
  1295. 42:07me already because there's nowhere for
1296. 42:08those planes really to go, but they're
1297. 42:10they're being brought in nonetheless.
  1298. 42:13Um
1299. 42:14you know, we keep hearing I keep hearing
  1300. 42:17they're talking about invasion. They're
1301. 42:19talking about boots on the ground.
  1302. 42:21>> That's so hard to believe.
  1303. 42:22>> Yeah.
1304. 42:22>> Um but but the the airplanes the the
1305. 42:25refuelers are needed because they have
1306. 42:27to fly really from far far away.
  1307. 42:30>> Yeah.
1308. 42:30>> So I get that they need a lot of
1309. 42:31refuelers and they are spreading past
1310. 42:33the Ben Gurion they're going to other
1311. 42:35other Israeli bases and Israeli bases
  1312. 42:37they don't want them there.
  1313. 42:39In fact uh
  1314. 42:39>> No, because it's a target. It's a
  1315. 42:40target.
1316. 42:41>> just yeah, it's a target. It takes away
1317. 42:43their stuff and also we get to see what
  1318. 42:45they're doing and what
  1319. 42:46>> That's right.
1320. 42:47>> They hate that. That way that's okay for
1321. 42:48them to do to us but they don't like the
1322. 42:50us when it it just happens that way cuz
1323. 42:52we're there and we're going to have our
1324. 42:54>> They're worried there might be more
1325. 42:55Aguilars among the the Americans that
1326. 42:58would be on the ground.
1327. 42:58>> they should they should be worried, you
  1328. 43:00know, we've one thing that we've done in
1329. 43:02educating our young people is we've told
  1330. 43:05them that we don't tolerate bullies.
1331. 43:07It's not right to bully. Our foreign
  1332. 43:09policy is a is a bullying foreign
1333. 43:10policy. But we've raised our kids to
  1334. 43:13think rightfully that you don't push
  1335. 43:15people around.
  1336. 43:17You don't kill kids. You don't beat up
  1337. 43:18women. You know, actually
1338. 43:20we teach our people that but also the
1339. 43:23whole world. That's kind of like common
  1340. 43:25morality. You don't you don't pick on
1341. 43:27the weak. Um that's very different than
1342. 43:29how Israel operates. They are very
  1343. 43:33almost they're mercenary. You know, if
1344. 43:34it's weak if you weakness
1345. 43:36in a war obviously you exploit the other
  1346. 43:38man other person's weakness the other
  1347. 43:40army's weakness. That's that's how they
1348. 43:42think about society and life and
1349. 43:44everything else and that's alien to the
1350. 43:45United States. So yeah, there's going to
1351. 43:47be more Aguilars. There's going to be
  1352. 43:48more things and they don't they don't
1353. 43:49want that. But yes, they are being made
1354. 43:51a target and it's clear that Iranian
1355. 43:54missiles and uh cruise cruise missiles
1356. 43:56and and even drones can all reach that
  1357. 43:58target. Plus you've got what's happening
1358. 44:00in Yemen. There's an embargo. They just
1359. 44:02announced they said you embargoed us
  1360. 44:04we're going to
1361. 44:05Saudi Arabia. Yeah, the Houthis versus
1362. 44:07Saudi Arabia. And Saudi Arabia is of
  1363. 44:09course if you're fighting Saudi Arabia,
1364. 44:11you are fighting the United States.
  1365. 44:12You're fighting Israel. If you're
  1366. 44:13fighting
1367. 44:14Kuwait and Emirates, yeah, they have not
  1368. 44:18gotten rid of their connection. They've
1369. 44:19in some way strengthened it to the
1370. 44:21United States and Israel. And so this is
1371. 44:23a war this is a regional war which again
1372. 44:26impacts oil markets, impacts other kinds
1373. 44:29of things. And Trump is like
1374. 44:32does he think it's I wonder if he thinks
  1375. 44:33it's a success. I mean, I know he
1376. 44:35doesn't get all the good info.
1377. 44:36>> Everything he does is success is a
1378. 44:38success in his mind, Karen.
  1379. 44:40He's one of those. It's I mean, you
1380. 44:42everything he does is amazing at the
1381. 44:44best Trump University, amazing success.
1382. 44:48Oh my gosh. Trump steaks, the best
  1383. 44:50steaks in the world.
1384. 44:52You know, let me just ask you this too
  1385. 44:54cuz we're talking we're we're we're
1386. 44:55talking about boots on the ground maybe
1387. 44:58maybe not happening. You know, I've been
1388. 45:00told between now and September is a real
  1389. 45:03possibility.
1390. 45:04Um September keeps coming up oddly in my
  1391. 45:06conversations with people. It's cooler.
1392. 45:09It's cooler, right. Right. Gives us more
1393. 45:11time to kind of flow in. But also
1394. 45:15another concern and this was sort of a
  1395. 45:17more wild thing I had heard. We've got
  1396. 45:19about 20 B61 gravity bombs nuclear bombs
  1397. 45:24at Incirlik.
  1398. 45:25And Trump is
1399. 45:27Trump is fixated on Pickaxe Mountain.
1400. 45:30Now my understanding is that Pickaxe is
  1401. 45:33not fully operational yet.
1402. 45:36Is it possible the president plans on
1403. 45:39trying to send some kind of a message to
1404. 45:43Tehran don't keep this going by dropping
  1405. 45:47a B61
  1406. 45:4911 or 12
  1407. 45:52on
  1408. 45:53Pickaxe knowing it's kind of isolated,
  1409. 45:56knowing that it's not fully operational,
1410. 45:58but yet it would still potentially send
1411. 46:01a very serious message. Do you think
1412. 46:03that's possible and what would the
  1413. 46:05ramifications be?
  1414. 46:06>> Yeah, I I do think it's possible because
1415. 46:09they're going to tell Trump, like you
  1416. 46:10said, it's remote, it's a mountain,
1417. 46:13they're operating deep in the mountain,
  1418. 46:14and our B-61s, we're going to fly in
1419. 46:17there like we did long with the other
  1420. 46:19big bombs, 12-day war. We're going to
1421. 46:21fly in there, they can't do anything,
1422. 46:23their defense is zero, and then we're
1423. 46:24going to put those things right down
1424. 46:26deep, and they're not going to explode,
1425. 46:29they're not going to detonate. This
  1426. 46:31nuclear it's going to be a Sir, it's
1427. 46:32going to be just like an underground
  1428. 46:34demonstration. And you know, we've done
1429. 46:36that for years, and we're not bound by
1430. 46:37any treaties cuz the US just quit all of
1431. 46:39them. So, we don't have any nuclear
1432. 46:41treaties. Um we're going to do that. And
1433. 46:43and if you sold Trump will buy that.
  1434. 46:45Trump would buy that.
  1435. 46:46>> Absolutely.
1436. 46:47>> Then it's like the biggest bomb ever.
1437. 46:49>> And he'll be remembered as that, the guy
1438. 46:51who dropped the biggest bomb ever.
  1439. 46:53>> That's right. And he'll say he didn't
1440. 46:54kill anybody or he only killed like, you
  1441. 46:57know, 100 or 200 people instead of like
1442. 46:59this massive thing. And um
1443. 47:01it that could be sold to Trump very
  1444. 47:03easily. The problem is
  1445. 47:05>> already has.
1446. 47:06>> You think? Oh god, that's sad.
1447. 47:08>> And then in my mind you now you got the
1448. 47:10B-6112s which are air burst, that's at
  1449. 47:13Incirlik, but then you've got B-6111s at
1450. 47:15Whiteman, and we know those B-2s have
1451. 47:17been flying in and out of the region,
  1452. 47:19straight from Whiteman.
1453. 47:21>> Yeah. Yeah. If he did an underground I
  1454. 47:22think he would
  1455. 47:24>> And that's a bunker buster. That's a
  1456. 47:25nuclear bunker buster.
  1457. 47:26>> bunker buster. A nuclear bunker buster I
1458. 47:27think he would easily buy off on that if
1459. 47:29he maybe like you said he already has.
1460. 47:30The problem is um Trump knows nothing
1461. 47:33about his enemy. He seems uninterested.
1462. 47:36He lies about them constantly, probably
1463. 47:37believes his own lies. So,
1464. 47:40um he thinks that that will cause them
1465. 47:43to bend the knee. Iran's not going to
1466. 47:44bend the knee on that. No, what Iran's
1467. 47:46going to do is they're going to say, you
  1468. 47:47know,
1469. 47:48this is our holy land. I don't mean holy
1470. 47:50land like religious, but this is our
1471. 47:52this is Iran. This is Persia. We're not
  1472. 47:54going anywhere. We've been here for
  1473. 47:553,000 years. We're staying.
  1474. 47:56>> Sacred defense.
1475. 47:57>> And last one of us is going to die
1476. 47:58before any of us leave. We are leave We
1477. 48:00are dying here on our land. That's how
1478. 48:01we're going to do it.
1479. 48:02And uh that's not even up for debate.
  1480. 48:05So, now you have
1481. 48:07dropped this unthinkable bomb. One that
1482. 48:09that you know, for all those years when
1483. 48:11uh Ayatollah Khomeini was opposed to a
  1484. 48:13nuclear weapon,
1485. 48:15he was opposed to it on on his
1486. 48:17interpretation of of uh Islamic code.
1487. 48:21You know, he was at this like
  1488. 48:22technologically and I don't think we
1489. 48:24should kill the birds and whatever, you
1490. 48:26know, nuclear weapon is bad to the
1491. 48:27environment. He was against it for much
1492. 48:31more, you know, fundamental reasons uh
1493. 48:34that God was opposed to it, that Allah
1494. 48:36was opposed to it. My My understanding
1495. 48:38is this is not something humans should
1496. 48:40do. Which again, you know, a lot of
1497. 48:42people who oppose nuclear weapons,
  1498. 48:44they feel that
  1499. 48:46it's a it's a it's a step too far. We as
1500. 48:49humans should not have the power to
1501. 48:51destroy the planet, even though we
1502. 48:53already do. Um but they they disagree,
1503. 48:55you know, on principle kind of. Like a
1504. 48:57you know, maybe not religious, but on a
1505. 48:59uh an ethical type perspective. So,
1506. 49:02that's a big important reason for them
1507. 49:04to hate the bomb. And if that's bomb is
  1508. 49:06used on them,
1509. 49:08they're not going to run. They're going
1510. 49:09to kneel. They're going to say, "You
1511. 49:11know, you really are the devil. You
1512. 49:13really are inhuman and un un
1513. 49:16unredeemable. You know, you really are
1514. 49:18going to drown in the sea of the blood
  1515. 49:20of your victims. That's how Actually,
  1516. 49:22you know, I didn't think it. I thought
1517. 49:24this we were just mad, we wanted
  1518. 49:25revenge. Now that you've done this,
1519. 49:27you've proven who you are. So, let us
1520. 49:29show you who we are."
1521. 49:30>> And they might have rudimentary nuclear
  1522. 49:32weapons they're keeping in
1523. 49:33>> And if they don't, who who might bring
  1524. 49:35them one or two?
1525. 49:37Any of their friends. They got tons of
  1526. 49:38nuclear friends. And
1527. 49:40>> And it's not just the Russians or
1528. 49:42Chinese. The North Koreans could easily
1529. 49:43offload it. And we know the North
1530. 49:45Koreans are all over the Ukraine war.
1531. 49:47>> And you know, you you asked about
1532. 49:48Russia, you know, Russia is tied down.
1533. 49:50Russia is focusing on their problem,
1534. 49:52which is our a problem we created for
1535. 49:53them that we wanted them to have. But,
1536. 49:56you know, North Korea helped with men on
  1537. 49:57the ground and technology
  1538. 49:59>> Absolutely.
  1539. 50:00>> They helped Russia.
1540. 50:01>> And and North Korea's been expedited
1541. 50:04their technology base has been expedited
1542. 50:06because of the the they they've been
1543. 50:08getting concessions from Russia, you
1544. 50:10know, nuclear technology for their subs,
1545. 50:13uh miniaturization, and other things
1546. 50:15that they need for their and that's why
1547. 50:17they're suddenly now streamlining their
1548. 50:19their navy for instance. They have this
  1549. 50:21new warship.
1550. 50:22>> Yeah. Yeah, that's crazy. So So all of
1551. 50:25this is if Trump doesn't understand, you
1552. 50:28know, if he somebody sells him a great
  1553. 50:30concept, let's let's uh bunker bust a
1554. 50:32nuke into this into Pick Axe Mountain.
  1555. 50:35Won't kill that many people. It'll be a
  1556. 50:36great demonstration. Nobody's ever
1557. 50:39Yeah. It'll be great. And you can and
1558. 50:41you'll be the winner cuz nobody can beat
1559. 50:42you on that. Not understanding not just
1560. 50:46the Iranian reaction and Iranian
1561. 50:47capabilities and the determination that
1562. 50:50they have to defend their their country
1563. 50:52and their lives and everything else.
1564. 50:54But, we're not looking at their friends,
1565. 50:57okay? And their friends may not share
  1566. 50:59Obviously, North Korea, I don't know
1567. 51:00what religion they use in North Korea.
  1568. 51:02It's not Islam.
  1569. 51:03>> Juche ideology.
  1570. 51:05>> Okay. [laughter]
  1571. 51:06Yeah. So
1572. 51:07Yeah, they they got to
1573. 51:09They worship the state, whatever. But,
  1574. 51:11um
  1575. 51:12But
1576. 51:13But religion and China is not Islamic. I
1577. 51:15mean, there's some some some that are,
1578. 51:16but mostly not. And then, you know,
1579. 51:18Russia's not Islamic, although they have
1580. 51:20many Islamic members. So they and
1581. 51:22they're tolerant. All of those
1582. 51:24you know, they say China's not tolerant,
  1583. 51:26but but relatively tolerant. Uh Russia's
  1584. 51:29relatively tolerant. Um
  1585. 51:30all of these countries, they're not
1586. 51:32coming together on religious basis.
  1587. 51:34They're coming together because of a
1588. 51:35common enemy who has been terrorizing
1589. 51:37all of them. And Iran has shown sta- if
1590. 51:41Iran has already shown staying powers
  1591. 51:43and they've shown great effectiveness
1592. 51:44and strategy and discipline. Um if
1593. 51:47something like that happened, could we
1594. 51:49light off all of our enemies? And And
  1595. 51:52you know what?
1596. 51:54I just saw something today on this week
  1597. 51:56and the 24th of July,
1598. 51:58paper gold trading is being eliminated
  1599. 52:01by all these banks.
1600. 52:04>> And so I it's interesting how, you know,
  1601. 52:07paper gold
1602. 52:09you'd think, oh, I buy gold, I own that
1603. 52:10gold. But if you never collect that gold
1604. 52:12and it's owned by the bank and it's held
1605. 52:14by the bank, but yeah, you they sell
1606. 52:16multiple paper on it. Just like it just
1607. 52:17like we do a fractional reserve banking,
1608. 52:19except with gold as the asset.
  1609. 52:22And um
1610. 52:23if you can't All that paper floating
1611. 52:25around that may not now be able to be
1612. 52:27attached to physical gold, that could
1613. 52:29cause some interesting things. But
  1614. 52:31whatever,
1615. 52:32who who need Who has gold and who
1616. 52:34doesn't? Well, I would say Russia and
1617. 52:36China and Iran and India. All these
  1618. 52:39other
1619. 52:39>> Probably North Korea, too.
  1620. 52:40>> Probably North Korea, too. I wouldn't
  1621. 52:42even be surprised. I haven't followed
  1622. 52:43that, but I'll bet
1623. 52:44>> Turkey Turkey has a huge amount of gold.
  1624. 52:46Yeah.
  1625. 52:47>> And then
1626. 52:47>> They have a lot of bullion in there.
  1627. 52:48>> doesn't have gold. Well, I don't know
1628. 52:50what the Bank of America has, but we are
  1629. 52:52really concerned probably
1630. 52:54we don't have gold. And And And still
1631. 52:56gold is held in contempt in the United
1632. 52:58States by the government, you know, oh,
1633. 52:59you gold bugs are a bunch of nut balls,
1634. 53:01you know. But So it's discouraged. The
  1635. 53:04government won't audit. They won't
  1636. 53:06prove. It's not interested in looking
1637. 53:08into it. But if that market changes
1638. 53:12and oil doesn't work because um with
1639. 53:15China's help and with alternative
1640. 53:17energies that are way generations ahead
1641. 53:19of what we have around the world
1642. 53:22provided to friends that friends of
1643. 53:24China, friends of Russia, which means
1644. 53:25not our friends because of our attitude.
1645. 53:27We say, oh, no, it's us or them. We're
1646. 53:29We're the You have to be on our side or
1647. 53:31you hate the other guy. Whatever. Guess
1648. 53:33what? We don't get to We are harmed.
  1649. 53:36Okay? That's also war, you know.
  1650. 53:38Well, we have a blockade. You know, a
1651. 53:40blockade is an act of war. Why? Because
1652. 53:42it's stops the economic trade.
  1653. 53:43>> That's right.
1654. 53:44>> Not because people are shooting at each
1655. 53:46other, because you have stopped trade.
  1656. 53:48You've stopped liberty. And
  1657. 53:50that's a way of warring. Don't think
1658. 53:52China is well aware of how it can put
1659. 53:54the pinchers to us. Russia the same with
1660. 53:56and the rare earth we're already seeing
1661. 53:57it. Um helium, Russia both of them I
  1662. 54:00think said, oh we're not I think China
1663. 54:02said for sure they're not exporting any
1664. 54:03helium anymore. Their helium is
  1665. 54:05>> Right.
  1666. 54:06>> So
1667. 54:07all of that puts a hurt on the United
  1668. 54:09States. Does Trump
1669. 54:11is he even getting briefed on it? Does
1670. 54:13he Does he have any idea?
  1671. 54:15>> He he doesn't he doesn't care. He's
1672. 54:17being he's being told by the the
1673. 54:18Zionists, keep going. All that matters
1674. 54:21is that that we get rid of Israel's
1675. 54:23enemies cuz their enemies are our
  1676. 54:24enemies.
1677. 54:24>> Oh my god, this is
  1678. 54:26frightening.
  1679. 54:27>> It is and that's why I this is why I
1680. 54:28wanted to close the show on a very dark
1681. 54:31note because I think people need to keep
1682. 54:33aware. I know that people some of the
1683. 54:36other guests who are very brilliant,
  1684. 54:38they always kind of poo-poo, well
1685. 54:40there's going to be no land invasion or
1686. 54:41oh there's not going to be nuclear. We
1687. 54:43are well beyond. I just remember Robert
1688. 54:45McNamara his second rule for the fog of
1689. 54:49war, rationality will not save us. And
1690. 54:53um you know, that's my fear and once we
1691. 54:56we let that nuclear genie out of the
  1692. 54:57bottle, even if it's a relatively small
  1693. 55:00one.
  1694. 55:00>> That's right, it won't matter.
  1695. 55:01>> That's it, it won't matter.
1696. 55:02>> No, I agree with you and I hope people
1697. 55:04are thinking about it. They need to
  1698. 55:05think about it. Um
1699. 55:07we're going to pay the price. We We even
  1700. 55:09>> We will.
  1701. 55:10>> Trump or didn't do it.
1702. 55:11The the hubris of And also
1703. 55:14also the Peloponnesian War is a great
1704. 55:16example. Sparta and all those little
1705. 55:18city states hated each other, but they
1706. 55:20hated one thing more, the Athenians and
1707. 55:23we are behaving a lot like the
  1708. 55:24Athenians.
  1709. 55:25>> That's right. Absolutely. Oh, I love
1710. 55:26that. Good good way to end it.
1711. 55:28>> Thank you. All right, and she's Karen
  1712. 55:30Kwiatkowski, former lieutenant colonel
1713. 55:31in the United States Air Force.
1714. 55:33Uh your Substack, what is your Substack
  1715. 55:36again?
  1716. 55:36>> Karen Kwiatkowski at substack.com. Yeah,
1717. 55:38and I said Howard Media Network is also
  1718. 55:41a place
1719. 55:42that we encourage people to check out
1720. 55:44all the the people that work there or
  1721. 55:46>> Okay.
1722. 55:46>> that contribute to there.
1723. 55:48>> Wonderful. And you can also follow me at
  1724. 55:50wethebrandon on Twitter X and weikart e
  1725. 55:53i c h e r t dot substack.com. That's the
  1726. 55:56Weikart brief for my up-to-date
  1727. 56:00geopolitical analysis. Right now we've
1728. 56:01got one on the oil
1729. 56:04in China. So the basically there what we
1730. 56:07talked about at the beginning of the
1731. 56:07show. So you guys might find that
  1732. 56:09interesting. I'm working on also a piece
1733. 56:11on this Dolphin class submarine that
1734. 56:13apparently is floating in the Red Sea
1735. 56:15doing something who knows that has
1736. 56:17nuclear tipped cruise missiles on it
  1737. 56:19too. That's an Israeli submarine that
1738. 56:22was spotted. So keep an eye out for
  1739. 56:23that. I'm Brandon Weikart. She's
1740. 56:26Lieutenant Colonel Karen Kwiatkowski and
1741. 56:28we'll be right back. Thank you.
