4. 0:05it to the desert I'm going to show you
5. 0:06around and we're even going to get to
6. 0:07drive it so today's video is an absolute

9. 0:21avtr I'm not going to lie I'm super
10. 0:23excited I mean this is the kind of car
11. 0:25that when you get the call your your
12. 0:26eyebrows go up Mercedes called me they
13. 0:28were like hey sergy uh you want to do a
14. 0:29car I was like yeah sure uh they were
15. 0:31like it's the avtr I was like you know
16. 0:33it's one of those kinds of cars this
17. 0:35thing is super super special and if you
18. 0:36don't know what this is this thing is
19. 0:38basically a Clash of the Titans between
20. 0:40the team over at Avatar and Mercedes
21. 0:42avtr basically stands for Avatar uh it
22. 0:45also stands for advanced vehicle
23. 0:46transformation first you'll see that
24. 0:48everything here is is completely like
25. 0:50lit up it's glowing right but when you
26. 0:52charge it it also changes so when you
27. 0:54charge it everything kind of goes
28. 0:55inwards this is super cool and at the
29. 0:58same time it's also an IND Ator like a
30. 1:00turn signal so when you want to turn all
31. 1:02you got to do is press the
32. 1:06button and there it is there's your
33. 1:08indicator I thought I had cool rims and
34. 1:10then you see this thing my rims look
35. 1:12like a like a little plastic Hub Cap
36. 1:14next to this so the inspiration for this
37. 1:17is also from the movie Avatar is from
38. 1:19the seeds of the Tree of Souls and I'll
39. 1:21be damned if it doesn't look exactly
40. 1:23like the seeds of the Tree of Souls I
41. 1:25mean that is literally it you'll also
42. 1:27see that these don't look like normal
43. 1:28Wheels they're actually spear
44. 1:30and each one of these wheels can turn
45. 1:32about 30° and they can each drive
46. 1:35separately so what you get is you can
47. 1:36drive in different unique ways this
48. 1:38thing can literally Drive sideways it
49. 1:40can drive diagonally obviously in the
50. 1:42front what you have is the Mercedes-Benz
51. 1:45logo getting closer right what you'll
52. 1:47see is that you have all these little
53. 1:52individual lights that is super
54. 1:56cool I mean that that looks like the
55. 1:58future all right let's door on the
56. 2:01side you have the glass doors we'll open
57. 2:03them in just a second because first I
58. 2:06want to show you the
59. 2:08back this is my favorite part of the car
60. 2:12what you have are 33 scales Mercedes
61. 2:15calls these bionic flaps and what they
62. 2:18do is they
63. 2:19move look at that so now they've all
64. 2:22turned red when you break it turns red
65. 2:24and they all move like this but then
66. 2:25when you
67. 2:26accelerate they all press forward and
68. 2:28turn blue actually even when you're
69. 2:30driving these things will turn with you
70. 2:32in different
71. 2:34directions and it makes such a
72. 2:36satisfying sound oh my
73. 2:42God that is super super cool right so
74. 2:45again this thing makes the car literally
75. 2:47look like it's alive so when when
76. 2:49Mercedes calls these bionic flaps
77. 2:51obviously bio comes from the Greek root
78. 2:53word life and bionic is an artificial
79. 2:55body part so these are literal
80. 2:58artificial scales which which make the
81. 3:00car look like a creature right it makes
82. 3:01it look like like something that is no
83. 3:03longer just a vehicle down here you have
84. 3:06these subtle lights and the faster you
85. 3:08go the faster these lights will actually
86. 3:11push you have this awesome tail light
87. 3:13going all throughout the entire back and
88. 3:16obviously Vision avtr Vision Avatar all
89. 3:21right time to go inside so no door
90. 3:24handles or anything right well there's a
91. 3:27secret button a little fingerprint
92. 3:31scanner see if I can get this

95. 3:42yeah this is so cool you see how it
96. 3:45literally looks like a wing insect wings
97. 3:47are like transparent that's kind of what
98. 3:49it looks like it's even got that kind of
99. 3:50curved shape it's super cool super cool
100. 3:54all right so take a look at the inside
101. 3:57no steering wheel no problem I'll show

103. 4:01this thing look at the
104. 4:03inside looks like a
105. 4:06spaceship all right so let's go step by
106. 4:09step first of all these seats are vegan
107. 4:12leather so what Mercedes has done is
108. 4:15they've combined luxury with
109. 4:16sustainability and even this part it's
110. 4:19actually wood it comes from a tree and
111. 4:22some of you guys are thinking like what
112. 4:23you cut down a tree for this no actually
113. 4:25the root can become invasive if it
114. 4:27overgrows so what Mercedes does is they
115. 4:30get a win-win situation by literally
116. 4:32cutting and extracting this wood
117. 4:34carefully right before the wood becomes
118. 4:37invasive so save some plant lives and at
119. 4:40the same time you get a super cool
120. 4:41little uh interior this is both the
121. 4:43drivers and the passenger seat because
122. 4:45you can drive this car from here or from
123. 4:47there it doesn't make a difference
124. 4:49because this is both the steering wheel
125. 4:52and the brake to accelerate it you push
126. 4:54forward to turn the car turn it sideways
127. 4:57and you can crab walk it by literally
128. 4:59spinning this entire thing we're going
129. 5:01to drive it in a second all right what's
130. 5:02also super cool is that the back seat
131. 5:05you see the rear seat that actually
132. 5:08arches and becomes the
133. 5:12headrest so when I put my hand on here
134. 5:15you see that the entire thing comes to
135. 5:17life look at
