  78. 3:3215 000 italian lives lost to their
  79. 3:36dear ones to our society
  80. 3:39to our nation it's a devastating pain
  81. 3:43and indeed in these difficult times i
  82. 3:46can openly say that america and
  83. 3:48president trump
  84. 3:49wants more a proven to be italy's true
  85. 3:52and loyal friends
  86. 3:54i'm still on the establishment but i
  87. 3:58think that we have to understand
  88. 4:00what is establishment in our days
  89. 4:03because i think that the most crucial
  90. 4:06question
  91. 4:08is from whom interests you are fighting
  92. 4:13who want to protect if we want to
  93. 4:16protect the labor people
  94. 4:18the vulnerable people then you have to
  95. 4:21fight
  96. 4:22but at the same time you have to try to
  97. 4:24find
  98. 4:25alternative paths in order to protect
  99. 4:28their
  100. 4:29interests the invisible enemy
  101. 4:33that is covered 19 has brought about
  102. 4:37an unfamiliar global landscape and
  103. 4:40unleashed
  104. 4:41a crisis without president
  105. 4:45it is the biggest test the world and the
  106. 4:48united nations
  107. 4:49faced since world war ii
  108. 4:54while the united nations has brought
  109. 4:56relief and home
  110. 4:59to so many countries and peoples around
  111. 5:02the world
  112. 5:04it now finds itself saddled by a virus

  114. 5:10mr chairman ladies and gentlemen
  115. 5:15as i stand here before you today
  116. 5:19i'm reminded that the wise men and women
  117. 5:23of 1945 displayed a unique capacity
  118. 5:28to learn from and act on lessons of
  119. 5:31history
  120. 5:34shaped by the great depression
  121. 5:37and tempered by the carnage of world war
  122. 5:40ii
  123. 5:41they established global order through
  124. 5:43institutions
  125. 5:45that would provide security and
  126. 5:47stability
  127. 5:48for generations to come
  128. 5:53unfortunately i think that the peak is
  129. 5:55still ahead of us
