  1. 0:13All right.
  2. 0:19This is the last week
  3. 0:22of the year. You got to be careful
  4. 0:25today.
  5. 0:27What up, Paul? How's it going?
  6. 1:06Yeah, we're getting a little bit of a
  7. 1:08drop this morning, But it's to be
  8. 1:10expected. So,
  9. 1:13um, realistically,
  10. 1:15we never actually filled the, uh,
  11. 1:20we never actually completely filled the
  12. 1:21new week opening gap. So, that may be
  13. 1:24the target this morning.
  14. 1:26Um,
  15. 1:28hold on. I just got to do something real
  16. 1:29quick and then
  17. 1:39It's all right. Don't worry if you
  18. 1:40missed it, bro. There's always
  19. 1:43more opportunities.
  20. 1:54It's never the end of the world.
  21. 1:58All right, so check it out. So,
  22. 2:04last week I didn't really stream. I
  23. 2:06think I streamed on like Monday and then
  24. 2:08after that since it was the holidays, I
  25. 2:10just kind of stopped streaming for um
  26. 2:13for the week. And then
  27. 2:16I didn't really trade much,
  28. 2:19but
  29. 2:21I did end up trading my alpha account.
  30. 2:24So, right now it's
  31. 2:27blocked for a payout. Um,
  32. 2:31so I think on Friday I ended up
  33. 2:36what happened on Friday I ended up
  34. 2:38taking some shorts or something if I
  35. 2:40remember correctly. Where was it?
  36. 2:42Somewhere around here. And then I made
  37. 2:44like 1300 on my alpha account. So I
  38. 2:46requested a $2,500 payout.
  39. 2:50So that puts us to about five grand in
  40. 2:53payouts for this month.
  41. 2:56Um,
  42. 2:59so that account is currently processing
  43. 3:02the payout.
  44. 3:04I still have these two accounts,
  45. 3:07but um I think today and this last week
  46. 3:10I'm actually going to focus on just full
  47. 3:12porting some evaluation accounts.
  48. 3:16So
  49. 3:20last night I went short
  50. 3:23right around here on NQ during Asia
  51. 3:26session. So we made the 1500 on this
  52. 3:28one. We just full ported it.
  53. 3:32And I think we're going to do the same
  54. 3:33thing with this one here today. So,
  55. 3:39what I'm realistically looking for is
  56. 3:44on the footprint chart. Obviously, you
  57. 3:46can see we had a a breakout to the
  58. 3:48downside. It is likely that we
  59. 3:52pump back up here at the open and then
  60. 3:54we'll see what happens. Whether or not
  61. 3:56we're going to turn back around and then
  62. 3:57head towards that gap or if we're just
  63. 4:00going to blast past this area and then
  64. 4:03we may consider
  65. 4:06uh looking for
  66. 4:10some longs
  67. 4:12because overall we're still bullish.
  68. 4:15We're still bullish.
  69. 4:17Um, I do want to see us eventually, I
  70. 4:20mean, I don't I don't think it's going
  71. 4:21to happen this week, maybe at the
  72. 4:22beginning of the new year, but I do want
  73. 4:24to see us
  74. 4:27get up to like
  75. 4:30here, like 26,000
  76. 4:35100 area basically like
  77. 4:40where this yellow line is 26,00
  78. 4:43I think we are going to get up to there,
  79. 4:44but I do think it's likely we
  80. 4:48basically
  81. 4:50retrace into this move up first. Oh,
  82. 4:53here we go. We're getting a move down
  83. 4:54again.
  84. 5:03Interesting. Yeah. So, also just so you
  85. 5:06guys are
  86. 5:08aware, since it is the end of the year,
  87. 5:12um you're going to have a lot of money
  88. 5:14kind of moving around from asset to
  89. 5:16asset, especially with institutions. But
  90. 5:19we might actually go and just fill this
  91. 5:21gap right now
  92. 5:24before
  93. 5:27market open. I mean, it's really not
  94. 5:29that far away.
  95. 5:33It's like 200 ticks away. We can easily
  96. 5:35drop before market even opens into that
  97. 5:38area.
  98. 5:43But large amount of sellers stepped in
  99. 5:46right here. So basically
  100. 5:50that was a new 15minute too. We're just
  101. 5:53going to have to wait because
  102. 5:57what I'm really doing today is I'm just
  103. 5:58gonna probably fullport an Eval. So, I
  104. 6:02just got to wait for one trade that I
  105. 6:04think I could make 60 ticks on.
  106. 6:0860 to 100 ticks, and then I'm just going
  107. 6:10to go like three or five minis on this
  108. 6:13evaluation and try and hit profit
  109. 6:14target.
  110. 6:18And then
  111. 6:20hopefully
  112. 6:24we can make it so we got some more
  113. 6:26funded accounts heading into uh
  114. 6:30heading into the new year.
  115. 6:32Because right now I only have three. So
  116. 6:41I need to get back to having like
  117. 6:44six to 10.
  118. 7:01um
  119. 7:04gaps getting filled 70% of the time. I
  120. 7:07mean, I don't know what the percentages.
  121. 7:09I just what I do know is that anyone who
  122. 7:13says gaps always get filled.
  123. 7:16Um
  124. 7:18don't
  125. 7:20don't trade with that mindset because
  126. 7:22you're actually going to get wrecked if
  127. 7:24you go into the morning and you just
  128. 7:26keep trying to target the gap fill. I
  129. 7:28mean, if you think about it, if that's
  130. 7:31what you thought, like, let's say, cuz
  131. 7:33I've heard traders say like, uh, oh,
  132. 7:36gaps always get filled. Gaps always get
  133. 7:38filled. Okay. Well, let's go take a look
  134. 7:40at a gap that didn't get filled.
  135. 7:44You know, what about what about this
  136. 7:47one, right? What about this one? Those
  137. 7:50never got filled. Those are from April.
  138. 7:53That's from May.
  139. 7:57And like sometimes when we have a gap,
  140. 7:59it may take like a while for it to get
  141. 8:02filled if it wants to get filled. We
  142. 8:03still have a gap right here. I don't
  143. 8:04even know if this has been filled.
  144. 8:07It's not been filled. That's from
  145. 8:09November. And here we are heading into
  146. 8:13January.
  147. 8:14Now, this one's a little closer. And
  148. 8:17also, we have a gap here, right? So,
  149. 8:19like if this day happened and you're
  150. 8:21like, "Oh, gaps get filled." And then
  151. 8:23you kept trying to long. Well, you know
  152. 8:24what? we probably would have gotten
  153. 8:26wrecked for a few days, but it is likely
  154. 8:29that
  155. 8:32this one will probably get filled. So, I
  156. 8:35don't necessarily trade them as like a
  157. 8:37rule saying like, oh, this percentage of
  158. 8:39times gaps get filled. We have buyers
  159. 8:42stepping in now. This percentage of time
  160. 8:44that gaps get filled or um
  161. 8:49they need to get filled or whatever.
  162. 8:52they don't need to get filled but it is
  163. 8:53a target that people look at.
  164. 8:57So
  165. 8:59because and also it's not only just the
  166. 9:02gap but it's also like
  167. 9:05price is uh
  168. 9:09price oftent times will come back to
  169. 9:11rebalance a move right so like let's say
  170. 9:14from here to here we had this leg up
  171. 9:18okay so we'll call that a quote unquote
  172. 9:21move okay so this was a move right it
  173. 9:23was a pretty big one too it was about
  174. 9:25a thousand points Okay. On the on a
  175. 9:28daily candle.
  176. 9:30So, if we're going from the low to the
  177. 9:32to the swing high, swing low to swing
  178. 9:33high. If this is now the swing high as
  179. 9:36we're coming down
  180. 9:37for the time being, then it's likely
  181. 9:40that,
  182. 9:42you know, we we're going to rebalance
  183. 9:45some of this move here, meaning that
  184. 9:47like we're going to retrace into it
  185. 9:49before we can continue to go up. Because
  186. 9:53I mean it's it's the market never really
  187. 9:57just kind of
  188. 9:59goes in one direction. I mean sometimes
  189. 10:02it does
  190. 10:04like when we had tariff [ __ ] right here
  191. 10:07and then the tariff [ __ ] afterwards.
  192. 10:09Yeah, it kind of just did go in one
  193. 10:11direction. But this is like not normal.
  194. 10:15You know what I mean? Like this isn't
  195. 10:16really normal. So, in a normal market,
  196. 10:21you'll usually see like price make its
  197. 10:23move and then it retraces and then price
  198. 10:25make a move and then overall we're still
  199. 10:27in a bullish sentiment, right? So, you
  200. 10:30would still see like price go up and
  201. 10:32then price will retrace into here and
  202. 10:34then we'll probably start heading up
  203. 10:35here
  204. 10:37maybe the maybe the first month of the
  205. 10:39new year
  206. 10:40start targeting up here because we do
  207. 10:43need to break this area. This is a
  208. 10:44pretty important area right here that
  209. 10:46I've been watching for like
  210. 10:50a month now. So,
  211. 10:53but yeah, in some cases, I mean, you got
  212. 10:55to use context, right? So, in some
  213. 10:57cases,
  214. 10:58gaps do get filled. In other cases,
  215. 11:01sometimes it's a breakaway gap and it
  216. 11:04won't get filled until a very long time
  217. 11:05later. Like, I have no idea
  218. 11:09when we'll ever come down here to fill
  219. 11:11these gaps.
  220. 11:14We may or may not. I mean, I'm sure if
  221. 11:16you were to go look back at like 2020,
  222. 11:19there's probably gaps over there that
  223. 11:21never got filled. And here we are years
  224. 11:22later,
  225. 11:24like after this drop, I'm sure there's
  226. 11:26probably a gap that didn't get filled.
  227. 11:38Like if we were to look at this, right?
  228. 11:41This is technically a gap here that
  229. 11:43didn't get filled.
  230. 11:45And that's from
  231. 11:49March of 2020.
  232. 11:58So yeah, just be careful if you're ever
  233. 12:00trying to trade uh new day opening gaps,
  234. 12:03new week opening gaps. And also when it
  235. 12:05comes to new week opening gaps, those
  236. 12:07are a little bit more important than
  237. 12:10new day opening gaps for me.
  238. 12:14And
  239. 12:17if there is a new week opening gap,
  240. 12:20if it doesn't fill it on Monday or
  241. 12:22Tuesday, then we might end up filling it
  242. 12:25Wednesday or Thursday. But a good
  243. 12:28example of it not happening is like last
  244. 12:30week, right? So, like
  245. 12:34last week, this was a a new week opening
  246. 12:36gap. We didn't fill it the entire week.
  247. 12:39We almost filled it on Tuesday, but we
  248. 12:41didn't. And then we just kept pumping,
  249. 12:43pumping, pumping. So then the idea is
  250. 12:45most likely this week
  251. 12:48we're probably going to go fill it.
  252. 12:52But
  253. 12:54we're just going to understand that that
  254. 12:56is a potential target. So, like this
  255. 12:58area here around like 25,600 is a
  256. 13:01potential target if we are going for
  257. 13:03shorts.
  258. 13:06But my bias isn't going to be like, oh,
  259. 13:08the gap needs to get filled. Let's just
  260. 13:10only look for shorts. We're going to
  261. 13:11wait for market open
  262. 13:15and um
  263. 13:18we're going to see what price wants to
  264. 13:20do and then we're just going to try and
  265. 13:22identify which way pressure is going to
  266. 13:24push. And then we're going to just try
  267. 13:26and ride the wave for like
  268. 13:3115
  269. 13:3325 points and just full port this
  270. 13:36evaluation.
  271. 13:43And then if I
  272. 13:47I might trade one of these funded
  273. 13:49accounts today, but um because I got to
  274. 13:53build the balance back up on them after
  275. 13:54taking the payouts, but
  276. 13:59we're going to focus on the on the evals
  277. 14:01first.
  278. 14:11But I hope you guys had a good holiday
  279. 14:13uh holiday week last week and I hope you
  280. 14:17didn't get wrecked trying to trade uh
  281. 14:23trying to trade last week. And also I
  282. 14:25hope you guys aren't getting wrecked
  283. 14:28trying to um
  284. 14:31trade silver.
  285. 14:34This thing's been going crazy,
  286. 14:38as I'm sure all you guys know because
  287. 14:40it's all over the news right now. But
  288. 14:56so we got about five minutes until open.
  289. 15:02What up, Chzy? Yeah, towards the end of
  290. 15:04the year I get um I kind of chill a
  291. 15:07little bit because
  292. 15:12you have like volume start to act a
  293. 15:15little weird because
  294. 15:19you have money flowing around into
  295. 15:22different assets for
  296. 15:25like tax purposes.
  297. 15:33And plus, it's like it's like uh holiday
  298. 15:36weeks where we have like um
  299. 15:39a day where we can't trade or half days
  300. 15:43in the middle of the week and then it
  301. 15:45makes it kind of weird. But
  302. 15:49last week I traded
  303. 15:53Monday and then after Monday
  304. 15:57I think we did a little bit of Asia
  305. 15:58session
  306. 16:00and then
  307. 16:02I did I did try and take advantage of
  308. 16:04the the volatility on silver
  309. 16:08because
  310. 16:10the opportunities there and it it was
  311. 16:11pumping over the holiday week and making
  312. 16:14big moves. So, I did trade that a little
  313. 16:16bit, but I did not stream.
  314. 16:24But, we're going to hope volume is chill
  315. 16:25today. Let me see. Do we have any news
  316. 16:28today
  317. 16:30or this week?
  318. 16:35I mean, there's pending home sales
  319. 16:36today, but that's not really.
  320. 16:39We have FOMC meetings tomorrow.
  321. 16:44And then jobless claims on uh
  322. 16:53we have jobless claims on New Year's Eve
  323. 16:57and then on is it Friday? That's the
  324. 16:59second. Yeah. And then on Friday we got
  325. 17:02PMI. So probably Friday will be pretty
  326. 17:06good. I think
  327. 17:08I'm hoping for some volatility and some
  328. 17:10good volume.
  329. 17:16this week hopefully.
  330. 17:22Working on some top step fundeds. That's
  331. 17:24what's up, bro.
  332. 17:26Me, too. I got to get back to having
  333. 17:29five of them
  334. 17:32because in November,
  335. 17:35I had like five top step fundeds and I
  336. 17:38had like three finished.
  337. 17:40um,
  338. 17:42eval that I could activate and I ended
  339. 17:44up just like blowing all of them when I
  340. 17:46was trading on my phone while I was
  341. 17:47traveling. So,
  342. 17:51I got to get back to having those
  343. 17:55and then we'll start working on other
  344. 17:57firms. I got to work on my alpha futures
  345. 17:59cuz I have the one funded account.
  346. 18:04I actually have a eval right now that's
  347. 18:06at like a $1,500 balance, but it's their
  348. 18:08advanced account. So, I'll probably work
  349. 18:11on that one a little bit today. But
  350. 18:14first things first
  351. 18:17is going to be this this account
  352. 18:29earnings next week.
  353. 18:36Yeah, we'll see what happens.
  354. 18:40We got about 10 seconds, 15 seconds
  355. 18:42until market open. We're pumping back up
  356. 18:45into here. But once we get up into this
  357. 18:47725 area
  358. 18:50or even
  359. 18:53even up here, we want to see what price
  360. 18:55is going to do.
  361. 19:09If we are going lower, then I'm
  362. 19:12expecting us to drop down to 600
  363. 19:16at least.
  364. 19:47But it's best to wait. It's best to wait
  365. 19:50till we see something because this is uh
  366. 19:52this could whiplash around a little bit,
  367. 19:55especially after we had a drop
  368. 19:56pre-market.
  369. 20:29And also also I want to see um
  370. 20:35I want to see what the volume is looking
  371. 20:37like like the first 15 minutes of the
  372. 20:38open
  373. 20:42just to make sure I'm not about to trade
  374. 20:44some low volume [ __ ]
  375. 20:48For order flow, I use a platform called
  376. 20:50ATAS.
  377. 20:52So, it's this one on this screen.
  378. 20:57It's got um and the way I have my chart
  379. 20:59set up is I'm looking at a bid ask
  380. 21:02ladder on footprint and then I have
  381. 21:06uh the DOM right here, like the order
  382. 21:08book, and then a heat map,
  383. 21:12so I can see where the heat levels are.
  384. 21:14And there's like bubbles bubbles in
  385. 21:16here.
  386. 21:20It's a great platform though. There's a
  387. 21:22few of them. I mean, they got you got
  388. 21:23Sierra Charts. Um, you got ATAS and then
  389. 21:27there's a new one called Deep Charts.
  390. 21:32I think Quant tower also has footprint.
  391. 21:36Just whatever you do, don't use a
  392. 21:37Trading View footprint chart because
  393. 21:39that's it's calculating different stuff.
  394. 21:44It's kind of shitty.
  395. 21:57All right. So, we want to see how price
  396. 21:58is going to react once it gets into this
  397. 22:00area
  398. 22:03like let's see
  399. 22:07from here to here. Basically,
  400. 22:18if it just starts to blast through this
  401. 22:19area with uh a lot of buyer imbalances,
  402. 22:23then
  403. 22:25could probably try and target higher.
  404. 22:39I do think it's probably more likely
  405. 22:42that we actually make another low first
  406. 22:44before we just run up. So,
  407. 22:49as long as we're below this, I am
  408. 22:53>> going to see if there's an opportunity
  409. 22:54for me to fullport this valuation to go
  410. 22:56short. But I got to wait
  411. 22:59because it's still pretty close to the
  412. 23:01open. It's the first fiveminute candle.
  413. 23:09So, just so you guys know what I'm
  414. 23:11looking for. I'm looking for potential
  415. 23:13shorts. If we start getting above this
  416. 23:15gray box that I have marked out right
  417. 23:17here, I'm not going to be looking for
  418. 23:18shorts anymore.
  419. 24:03I think if we potentially
  420. 24:06wick up on this 5minute candle and then
  421. 24:08start flipping bearish. I might try and
  422. 24:10take it short.
  423. 24:14But keep in mind this is a I'm trading
  424. 24:17in a valuation account and not my funded
  425. 24:19accounts. So I'm more likely to take
  426. 24:22trades that are
  427. 24:24a little riskier because it's
  428. 24:27it's an eval.
  429. 24:29So I don't care as much.
  430. 24:33But we got to wait to see. So like
  431. 24:41if this starts to flip bearish, I'm
  432. 24:44probably going to try and take it. I
  433. 24:46think I'll
  434. 24:50have to go two minis maybe.
  435. 24:56Okay. See how we're just like blasting
  436. 24:58past it now. So,
  437. 25:01it's a good thing we waited
  438. 25:04cuz that was a lot of pressure
  439. 25:07to push past this area. So, if we
  440. 25:09actually close up here and it's like a
  441. 25:10strong close, then I'm no longer looking
  442. 25:14for shorts
  443. 25:16and instead
  444. 25:18we're going to be looking for price to
  445. 25:20push
  446. 25:21towards Asia highs or London highs.
  447. 25:54What a pop. That's crazy. It's not even
  448. 25:56going to give us an opportunity.
  449. 26:01Insane.
  450. 26:10We basically shot up
  451. 26:13100 points in two minutes.
  452. 26:31It's a good thing we waited though. We
  453. 26:33waited to see what was going to happen
  454. 26:34right here.
  455. 26:44So, we're probably going to snap through
  456. 26:46real quick and clear these orders here
  457. 26:51and take uh
  458. 26:56technically took London highs, but
  459. 27:00I usually do like an hour before London
  460. 27:02session two, and I consider that London
  461. 27:04highs. So, I'm looking right here.
  462. 28:18So, we're going to see how this 5
  463. 28:20minutes going to close.
  464. 28:30It's a crazy pump though from the lows
  465. 28:32there.
  466. 28:40like 150 points.
  467. 29:18Yeah, there's really nothing that we can
  468. 29:21do yet. So, we got to just wait. We got
  469. 29:24to just wait a little bit. I do want to
  470. 29:27see how the
  471. 29:2915minute
  472. 29:31is going to close.
  473. 29:43But if it doesn't if it doesn't offer
  474. 29:44any type of like
  475. 29:49entry as we start coming back into Asia
  476. 29:51session like because realistically the
  477. 29:54target would have been basically
  478. 29:5850%
  479. 30:00of Asia session for price to deviate
  480. 30:03away from Asia and then come back to
  481. 30:04retest it. If it just like runs there
  482. 30:09without giving us an entry, then there's
  483. 30:13nothing we could do about it.
  484. 30:17We'll just have to basically watch it
  485. 30:19happen.
  486. 30:29All right. All right. So, we have some
  487. 30:30sellers stepping in, but
  488. 30:37I would like to see
  489. 30:41what happens.
  490. 31:04But so far this morning, the volume's
  491. 31:06looking pretty good. So that's a that's
  492. 31:08a good thing.
  493. 31:27In the meantime,
  494. 31:32gold is dumping.
  495. 32:20Did it halt? Did silver get halted?
  496. 32:257% is [ __ ] nuts, dude.
  497. 32:32Jeez.
  498. 32:402,000 ticks on silver. Oh my goodness.
  499. 32:53That's crazy.
  500. 32:56I'm going to have to stay away from
  501. 32:57that. Sounds like something that's going
  502. 32:59to blow my account.
  503. 33:02The best orderflow platform and what is
  504. 33:04the worst? Well, the worst
  505. 33:09orderflow platform is definitely Trading
  506. 33:11View.
  507. 33:14So, like don't use Trading View
  508. 33:16footprint charts.
  509. 33:18the best one.
  510. 33:22I mean,
  511. 33:25it really just I mean, they all show the
  512. 33:26same information, so just kind of comes
  513. 33:29down to preference. I think ATAS is
  514. 33:32great. That's why I use it. But
  515. 33:37there's a new one called Deep Charts. It
  516. 33:38looks pretty good, too. But I haven't I
  517. 33:40haven't really tried it out, so I
  518. 33:42wouldn't really know
  519. 33:45because ATAS is everything that I need.
  520. 33:46I can connect multiple prop firms and
  521. 33:50live accounts to ATS and trade directly
  522. 33:53on ATAS.
  523. 33:55It's got heat map.
  524. 33:58It's got everything else I need. So,
  525. 34:02it's the one that I personally use, but
  526. 34:05there is CR charts, there's a test,
  527. 34:07there's deep charts. I think Quant tower
  528. 34:10has them, too.
  529. 34:12Just don't use trading views footprint
  530. 34:14charts because the way it's calculating
  531. 34:17the bid in the ask is not technically
  532. 34:20accurate. It's
  533. 34:22like calculating ticks rather than
  534. 34:25contracts or something like that.
  535. 34:40All right, we're coming down a little
  536. 34:41bit. I think I might actually
  537. 34:59I'm going to take a long on the funded
  538. 35:02account. I'm going to risk like
  539. 35:05$1,000.
  540. 35:06>> Order filled,
  541. 35:10>> which will probably hit uh realistically
  542. 35:13really quickly. I need it to basically
  543. 35:16snap back up right now.
  544. 35:20Let me move this
  545. 35:231530.
  546. 35:41All right, I'm actually going to move my
  547. 35:42stop to break even and then I'm going to
  548. 35:45see if
  549. 35:48it can snap back up before it hits us
  550. 35:50out.
  551. 35:57We got kind of close right there.
  552. 36:08And also part of the reason why um I
  553. 36:11tried to take that by the way, just so
  554. 36:13you guys know, is because
  555. 36:16the 15minute essentially opened up with
  556. 36:20no wick to the top side and we
  557. 36:21immediately ran down. So
  558. 36:26we're about to get hit at break even
  559. 36:28once we started to stall a little bit
  560. 36:30here at the initiation of a move up. The
  561. 36:34idea would be that like we at least go
  562. 36:38create a wick here on this 15 minute
  563. 36:41before it closes, which it might do,
  564. 36:46but
  565. 36:49because it didn't happen how I wanted it
  566. 36:51to happen
  567. 36:54and we're still here, I just moved to
  568. 36:56break even. And then we'll just
  569. 36:59try it again later.
  570. 37:04try a different trade later.
  571. 37:11But I do want to see
  572. 37:14I do want to see if price is going to
  573. 37:16respect this area. It's kind of what I'm
  574. 37:18looking at.
  575. 37:24But because I'm trading um
  576. 37:28because I'm trading the five minute
  577. 37:29chart and the ATR right now is like 30
  578. 37:31points
  579. 37:34and I'm using like 3 to 5 minis. I got
  580. 37:38to move to break even. Otherwise, I'm
  581. 37:40just instantly going to blow an account.
  582. 38:26All
  583. 38:48right, so we got a new fiveminute
  584. 38:50opening. We're kind of stalling right
  585. 38:51here, but if we're going to go lower,
  586. 38:53you're going to see it kind of do it
  587. 38:55pretty quickly.
  588. 38:59If this is not going to be respected,
  589. 39:01this area right here
  590. 39:46I'm going to go short right here.
  591. 39:48>> Order filled.
  592. 39:50>> And I am
  593. 39:52again going to risk $1,000.
  594. 39:57and try and target $1,500.
  595. 40:08I'm actually going to move it to break
  596. 40:10even right now cuz I don't want it to
  597. 40:12create a wick and then snap back up.
  598. 40:18Yeah, NQ is pretty aggressive. So, if
  599. 40:20it's going to happen, I'm expecting it
  600. 40:22to just go. I don't want it to like
  601. 40:25whiplash around, you know.
  602. 40:32We're almost there, though. We're up a
  603. 40:33thousand. So, stop at, you know, break
  604. 40:37even just to cover some of the fees.
  605. 40:39Makes sense. But I just needed to do one
  606. 40:42more push lower.
  607. 40:46>> Order filled.
  608. 40:51>> All right, cool. So,
  609. 40:56we were um the reason why I took that
  610. 40:58trade, just so just so you guys know, is
  611. 41:01this area right here.
  612. 41:05The reason why I'm watching it is
  613. 41:06because when when the market first
  614. 41:11opened up, right, I said that we were
  615. 41:13going to be watching this area where you
  616. 41:15see like this uh this first move down
  617. 41:18that happened pre-market
  618. 41:21when we just like snapped through it and
  619. 41:23just ran through it with a lot of
  620. 41:26aggression to the upside. Then
  621. 41:28realistically because this huge move
  622. 41:33with all of these buyers, the imbalance
  623. 41:35of buyers that happened that pushed this
  624. 41:37candle higher because it started right
  625. 41:39here essentially because it wasn't
  626. 41:42really right here. It technically
  627. 41:44started on this candle. Then you would
  628. 41:46be watching this area with all of these
  629. 41:48bold numbers that have the buyer
  630. 41:50imbalances as an area where we can
  631. 41:52potentially,
  632. 41:54you know, bounce and then go back
  633. 41:56higher. But then when this candle opened
  634. 41:58up
  635. 42:00and we had price retest the PC and then
  636. 42:04come back down,
  637. 42:05I only need like 100 ticks. And the ATR
  638. 42:10right now is 31 points for a 5m minutee
  639. 42:13candle. So at that time
  640. 42:17we were like looking at a 17. So only
  641. 42:20half of the ATR
  642. 42:23was printed so far on the new fiveminute
  643. 42:25candle. So, if it was going to expand, I
  644. 42:27thought it was going to expand down and
  645. 42:28break past this.
  646. 42:31And since we only need 100 ticks, we'll
  647. 42:34just try and give it a shot. I probably
  648. 42:36wouldn't have taken that trade on a
  649. 42:38funded account, though. But,
  650. 42:41um,
  651. 42:42yeah. The only issue though now is I got
  652. 42:44to kind of lose a little bit of money.
  653. 42:46So, I need to get down to like
  654. 42:50Hold on. Let me try and do this real
  655. 42:52quick.
  656. 42:59I got to lose like 20 bucks.
  657. 43:17>> Order filled.
  658. 43:18>> All right, there we go.
  659. 43:21So, we're going to lock out of that.
  660. 43:27All right, cool. So, today
  661. 43:31we um
  662. 43:35hit profit target on this one. Hit
  663. 43:38profit target on this one.
  664. 43:42And then I have my two fundeds here that
  665. 43:47I'll probably try and trade right now.
  666. 43:49And then um
  667. 43:51our other funded account
  668. 43:54is blocked because I'm taking a payout
  669. 43:56on it right now with Alpha Futures. And
  670. 43:58then I do have an evaluation on Alpha
  671. 44:01Futures. So let me actually
  672. 44:09Okay,
  673. 44:11but that one I'm not trading on Project
  674. 44:13X with Alpha Futures. I'm actually
  675. 44:15trading the Alpha Futures account
  676. 44:16directly on
  677. 44:19Hey, Tess.
  678. 44:51So, we're going to just wait a little
  679. 44:53bit and we're going to see what happens.
  680. 44:54I want to We're about 5 minutes out from
  681. 44:58the new 4 hour candle, and that's
  682. 44:59usually a pretty important time. So, I
  683. 45:02want to see how this one hour is going
  684. 45:05to close, how the 4 hour is going to
  685. 45:07close.
  686. 45:09and all the rest of the candles.
  687. 45:14So, like if we were to
  688. 45:17look at Trading View, I need to see I
  689. 45:20mean this is kind of a weird 4hour
  690. 45:21candle. So, I want to see how it's
  691. 45:23actually going to close in the next four
  692. 45:24minutes. The 1 hour candle,
  693. 45:2815
  694. 45:30and of course
  695. 45:33the five minute
  696. 46:13But yeah, the main focus for this week
  697. 46:15is not necessarily the funded accounts.
  698. 46:17It's more so um
  699. 46:21it's more so just trying to
  700. 46:24pass some evals.
  701. 46:27So since we got half of them we got two
  702. 46:29of them halfway done today.
  703. 46:32The idea would be that we just try and
  704. 46:34finish the second half of it tomorrow
  705. 46:39and then hopefully get two new funded
  706. 46:42accounts with Topep or at least one
  707. 46:45because I might blow one of them. So,
  708. 46:48I just don't want to blow both of them.
  709. 46:52So, hopefully we we just like
  710. 46:55pass one of them and then we'll have
  711. 46:59three or four funded accounts now with
  712. 47:00top step, one with alpha and then I'm
  713. 47:02still working on the uh
  714. 47:06the advanced account with alpha except
  715. 47:08for that 50k. We got to get to
  716. 47:114,000. It's at like 1,500 right now.
  717. 47:16So, I might actually try and take a
  718. 47:17trade on that
  719. 47:26except for for that account. Like I only
  720. 47:29if you look at the stream, there's only
  721. 47:30like the
  722. 47:33um
  723. 47:36there's only the P&L and account
  724. 47:38information for
  725. 47:41project X. I don't have it set up for
  726. 47:43showing what it looks like on ATS, but
  727. 47:46you'll see the position on the screen
  728. 47:56and then I'll just show you after
  729. 47:59if we do trade it. I'll show you after.
  730. 48:07So, right now we're just waiting. We're
  731. 48:08just waiting next 45 seconds. We want to
  732. 48:12see how the 4 hour is going to close.
  733. 48:24It does look like we are going to
  734. 48:28probably make another low,
  735. 48:31but we got to wait because
  736. 48:38the 15-minute is looking kind of weird
  737. 48:40right now.
  738. 48:46I did think I I thought we were actually
  739. 48:48going to go higher, but
  740. 48:52after we broke past that area I was
  741. 48:54watching in the beginning, which was
  742. 48:55like right around here. I was expecting
  743. 48:58us to go higher.
  744. 49:01All right, let's take a look. So 4hour
  745. 49:05close with wicks on both sides, but it
  746. 49:08did close bearish.
  747. 49:11The one hour looks pretty weird.
  748. 49:13But that um this wick like this is
  749. 49:17pretty means it's pretty weak. So
  750. 49:21it does look like we are going to go
  751. 49:22lower and at least take these lows at
  752. 49:24the very minimum. But the target should
  753. 49:26be about 600
  754. 49:28for like a 100 points lower.
  755. 49:33But one thing I'm looking at right now
  756. 49:35though is that
  757. 49:37if you look right here, right, we had
  758. 49:39volume. We're up around like 30 to
  759. 49:4240,000 which is normal um for MNQ
  760. 49:47when we open at New York and then it
  761. 49:50started going around like 20 to 30K
  762. 49:53which is normal but then it dropped off
  763. 49:56significantly
  764. 49:58this last 5m minute candle. Now I need
  765. 50:01to see if it only dropped off because
  766. 50:06we had like technically orange folder
  767. 50:09news right now which didn't really do
  768. 50:11anything obviously but I need to see if
  769. 50:14it dropped off only because of that and
  770. 50:15it's going to pick up again or if it's
  771. 50:18if the volume is actually just like
  772. 50:21tapering off because if it's tapering
  773. 50:23off then what's going to happen is
  774. 50:26we're probably just going to start to
  775. 50:27[ __ ]
  776. 50:30And that's like a perfect way to just
  777. 50:32like [ __ ] up your account.
  778. 51:01um news that actually affects the
  779. 51:03market, you would be well, you would be
  780. 51:06looking for red folder news, but some
  781. 51:07red folder news doesn't really do
  782. 51:09anything, but like the heavy hitters are
  783. 51:12usually within the first
  784. 51:15I mean obviously you got FOMC. I mean,
  785. 51:17that's red folder news and that's like
  786. 51:19always going to move the market. Um, in
  787. 51:23terms of we're just talking about
  788. 51:25scheduled news releases and we're not
  789. 51:27talking about like random
  790. 51:30random news that comes out like Trump
  791. 51:31tweets or whatever. Uh, you'd be looking
  792. 51:34at usually the first two weeks of the
  793. 51:36month you'd look at like Jolts or NFP
  794. 51:41or unemployment.
  795. 51:44Um, and then the week following that is
  796. 51:46usually CPI, PPI,
  797. 51:49those are pretty big.
  798. 51:52PMI usually does something.
  799. 51:55Um,
  800. 51:58Michigan sentiment on Fridays usually
  801. 52:01does something.
  802. 52:04Home sales doesn't really do much most
  803. 52:08of the time.
  804. 52:12really the most important ones to
  805. 52:16to be aware of is like the first two
  806. 52:18weeks of every month
  807. 52:21um causes a lot of uh
  808. 52:25volatility
  809. 52:28at least when the candle prints
  810. 52:32and then of course you have FOMC. Now,
  811. 52:34we do tomorrow have FOMC minutes,
  812. 52:38but that's not really as important
  813. 52:39because basically they're just going
  814. 52:41over what they already there's no like
  815. 52:44they're just making like a statement
  816. 52:46about their meeting and [ __ ]
  817. 52:51So, you might like FOMC minutes, you
  818. 52:53might see like a quick spike of volume,
  819. 52:57but it's not really going to do
  820. 52:59anything.
  821. 53:08Yeah. So, next year should actually be
  822. 53:10pretty interesting when it comes to FOMC
  823. 53:12because I think uh
  824. 53:17Jerome Powell is supposed to
  825. 53:20Yeah, it looks like we want to push
  826. 53:21lower right here. Jerome Powell is
  827. 53:23supposed to uh the the head of the Fed
  828. 53:26is supposed to like change I think in
  829. 53:29May.
  830. 53:32So, if it changes in May, then um the
  831. 53:35guy who's going to come walk up and give
  832. 53:38the right statements and [ __ ] during the
  833. 53:40Fed meetings is going to be somebody
  834. 53:41else other than Powell. And because
  835. 53:44Powell has been there for such a long
  836. 53:46time, the market is used to the market
  837. 53:49participants are used to how he kind of
  838. 53:52says stuff and
  839. 53:56they're just comfortable technically
  840. 53:58with him being there. So, if we get a
  841. 54:00new person, the first few Fed meetings
  842. 54:02are probably going to be pretty
  843. 54:04pretty volatile or even potentially
  844. 54:10low volume because um
  845. 54:14a lot of people are going to be trying
  846. 54:15to fill it feel it out first, right?
  847. 54:17They're going to because like
  848. 54:21the most important thing when it comes
  849. 54:24to the Fed meetings is not necessarily
  850. 54:26whether we're cutting rates or not
  851. 54:28cutting rates because oftent times
  852. 54:33the probabilities probabilities of
  853. 54:35whether or not it's going to happen.
  854. 54:37Majority of the market kind of is
  855. 54:39already pricing it in based off of what
  856. 54:41they believe is going to happen. What
  857. 54:45what makes FOMC days like volatile is
  858. 54:49after they make the rate decision when
  859. 54:51the reporters start asking questions,
  860. 54:54market participants are trying to listen
  861. 54:56to how those questions are being
  862. 54:58answered
  863. 54:59so that um they can get an idea on what
  864. 55:03might be coming next, right? So Powell
  865. 55:06is very careful about how he says things
  866. 55:10when I mean he says a whole lot of
  867. 55:11nothing basically
  868. 55:14when they start asking him questions.
  869. 55:16But if a new Fed chair comes in
  870. 55:20and they say something
  871. 55:23or they slip up and they say some [ __ ]
  872. 55:25they they really shouldn't have said.
  873. 55:28Uh then that can cause like pretty crazy
  874. 55:31volatility.
  875. 55:36So, it'll be interesting to see what
  876. 55:37happens.
  877. 55:53>> Okay. So, something I'm noticing, by the
  878. 55:55way, is that volume is kind of
  879. 55:59it's kind of low.
  880. 56:03Uh, this candle is is going to be a high
  881. 56:05volume candle, though. We're probably
  882. 56:06going to move a little bit more. But
  883. 56:09these past two candles were kind of
  884. 56:10lower in volume. So,
  885. 56:14I don't want to get trapped in some
  886. 56:15[ __ ] but I do think we're starting
  887. 56:18to make our way down here to these these
  888. 56:20lows. And then once we get past these
  889. 56:22lows, what you're going to see most
  890. 56:24likely is a large seller step in to take
  891. 56:28out all these orders on the book and
  892. 56:29then start having us push down towards
  893. 56:31600
  894. 56:33if we get some aggression at least.
  895. 56:35Otherwise,
  896. 56:37um
  897. 56:39we're going to be like kind of
  898. 56:41consolidating right here.
  899. 56:44If volume stays low and there's no
  900. 56:46intention to move price, we're just
  901. 56:48going to kind of [ __ ] around.
  902. 56:50I think.
  903. 56:55But it is looking good for shorts
  904. 56:57though. In my opinion, I would not be
  905. 56:59looking for
  906. 57:01a long right here yet until something
  907. 57:08I probably wouldn't actually be looking
  908. 57:09for longs until we get back above this
  909. 57:12area,
  910. 57:14back above like
  911. 57:17780
  912. 57:19800.
  913. 57:34We got to wait. We're going to see how
  914. 57:37uh this fivem minute close is.
  915. 57:40I'm probably not going to trade my
  916. 57:42funded accounts today because it looks
  917. 57:44like volume's kind of getting lower,
  918. 57:49but I'll probably try and take a trade
  919. 57:53on my Alpha Futures funded account,
  920. 57:55which is what I'm trading on the actual
  921. 57:57ATAS platform. But I just want to
  922. 58:02wait for something
  923. 58:09because I'm probably going to go kind of
  924. 58:10heavy on it.
  925. 58:14probably go like two minis.
  926. 58:37All
  927. 58:48right. If we can have the next candle
  928. 58:50pump up immediately after it opens to
  929. 58:52the PC, I'm going to take a short.
  930. 58:57Otherwise, if it's just going to run,
  931. 58:59then it's just going to do it and
  932. 59:02can't do anything about it.
  933. 59:13which it looks like it's about to do
  934. 59:14right now.
  935. 59:54So, I'm not going to do that anymore
  936. 59:56because it went down first. I would only
  937. 59:57try and go short to target the lows if
  938. 1:00:00we would have opened up, came up to the
  939. 1:00:02PC, then take a short right there to
  940. 1:00:05come down here. But because we created a
  941. 1:00:07wick to the downside first where and
  942. 1:00:11also the PC is down here meaning that
  943. 1:00:12sellers were trying to push and they
  944. 1:00:15they weren't strong enough yet
  945. 1:00:17then
  946. 1:00:19it's better to wait probably wait until
  947. 1:00:22the 15minut the next 15 minute opens up.
  948. 1:00:25If if it doesn't just like melt right
  949. 1:00:27here,
  950. 1:00:45but when it does take these lows, you're
  951. 1:00:47probably going to see a large uh like a
  952. 1:00:49bubble, like a red bubble pop up, and
  953. 1:00:53then you'll see it kind of like snap.
  954. 1:00:55snap down a little bit, clear the book
  955. 1:00:57right here,
  956. 1:00:59and then we're going to be looking to
  957. 1:01:00see if it's going to continue down to
  958. 1:01:02600.
  959. 1:01:04It's kind of what we'd be watching for.
  960. 1:01:46But at the end of the day,
  961. 1:01:49we'll we'll sit here for another
  962. 1:01:5245 minutes
  963. 1:01:55and see if we can
  964. 1:01:59find any opportunities to try and take
  965. 1:02:01another trade. But
  966. 1:02:05the end of the day, we hit profit target
  967. 1:02:08on two EV vals.
  968. 1:02:12So,
  969. 1:02:15I'm fine with that.
  970. 1:02:27But I do think there's probably going to
  971. 1:02:29be another opportunity
  972. 1:02:32if volume doesn't just completely die.
  973. 1:03:02You're up $147 after being 700 down.
  974. 1:03:07Hey, you know what? Green is green.
  975. 1:03:10Green is green.
  976. 1:03:151,500 on your combine. Good stuff, dude.
  977. 1:03:18So, now we're getting that bubble. It
  978. 1:03:20was kind of a smaller one. I'm expecting
  979. 1:03:22a bigger one to actually come in
  980. 1:03:25because it's the only way it's actually
  981. 1:03:26going to push past this. We're going to
  982. 1:03:28need to see like
  983. 1:03:31aggressive,
  984. 1:03:33think about it kind of like a like a
  985. 1:03:36wall. It needs to like punch through
  986. 1:03:37this wall right here, which are these
  987. 1:03:39lows, because it it needs
  988. 1:03:42a decent amount of pressure and volume
  989. 1:03:44to actually clear out the book right
  990. 1:03:46here.
  991. 1:04:09But we're going to wait
  992. 1:04:13because the P of this five minute and
  993. 1:04:17the 15minute is right here. So,
  994. 1:04:21not only that, but there was like a
  995. 1:04:23small attempt to try and break through
  996. 1:04:25this area
  997. 1:04:27and it failed.
  998. 1:04:30So, we're going to look to see what's
  999. 1:04:33going to happen here. It's the new
  1000. 1:04:3515-minute candle.
1001. 1:04:38There is a potential that this was the
1002. 1:04:41retracement before we come down, but
1003. 1:04:43this looks kind of sketchy to me.
  1004. 1:04:45Honestly,
1005. 1:05:07so what I'm looking at in terms of
  1006. 1:05:09shorts
  1007. 1:05:11is basically this area
1008. 1:05:14because these are where the sellers came
1009. 1:05:15in where the move started moving down
1010. 1:05:18and then the PC of the previous candle.
1011. 1:05:22So, we want to see if price is just
1012. 1:05:25going to rip right back up. If it rips
  1013. 1:05:27back up,
1014. 1:05:31then I don't want to touch it. If it
1015. 1:05:34respects this area and has it closes
1016. 1:05:38down here with like a wick to the
  1017. 1:05:40upside,
1018. 1:05:41then there may be an opportunity
  1019. 1:05:43depending on where
1020. 1:05:46um the PC closes or the PC is when the
1021. 1:05:50candle closes that I can try and take a
  1022. 1:05:54stab short. But
  1023. 1:06:00we got to wait.
  1024. 1:06:12I I still think it's probably going to
  1025. 1:06:14go create a new low.
1026. 1:06:17I would be really surprised if this
1027. 1:06:1915-minute just opened up and then we rip
1028. 1:06:21all the way back up here. I don't really
  1029. 1:06:26Oh, it's in 720p.
  1030. 1:06:28My bad, bro.
1031. 1:06:31I'll see if I can fix it. It's cuz
  1032. 1:06:37I'm actually streaming on a laptop.
  1033. 1:06:41I have a pretty decent laptop. It's a
  1034. 1:06:43pretty strong laptop, but
1035. 1:06:46I'm streaming and running four screens
1036. 1:06:49off this laptop and running all these
1037. 1:06:52programs. So, like in the beginning it
  1038. 1:06:55was 1080p,
  1039. 1:06:58but because I'm po because I'm poor and
1040. 1:07:02my computer is not some like beast of a
  1041. 1:07:05computer, I'll fix that. I'm going to
  1042. 1:07:07get a better computer this year.
  1043. 1:07:10But, um,
1044. 1:07:13if you're talking about like if you
1045. 1:07:14can't read, uh, these numbers and stuff,
1046. 1:07:17it's fine because I'm not really reading
  1047. 1:07:19them either.
1048. 1:07:23Unless you want to read them, then we
1049. 1:07:25can zoom in and you can take a look. But
  1050. 1:07:28I don't you don't really need to
  1051. 1:07:31actually
1052. 1:07:33read the numbers here in most cases
1053. 1:07:37because all I'm looking for when it
1054. 1:07:39comes to the bid and the ask is like I
1055. 1:07:42have I have indicators that are showing
  1056. 1:07:43me what's happening so I don't have to
1057. 1:07:45be zoomed in. So like sometimes I'm even
1058. 1:07:47just looking at the chart like this,
1059. 1:07:48right? where I'm just looking for um the
1060. 1:07:54large orders where the PC is and where
1061. 1:07:56the volume was for the previous candle.
1062. 1:07:58And then if you ever see me zooming in
  1063. 1:08:01like this, it's not because like like I
1064. 1:08:05can't read any of these numbers either
  1065. 1:08:07right now. So like it's not because I'm
  1066. 1:08:10reading the numbers, it's because I'm uh
1067. 1:08:13looking at these numbers in bold because
  1068. 1:08:15those are imbalances. Those are 400%
  1069. 1:08:17imbalances. So, I'm basically just
1070. 1:08:19seeing where they're at in the candle.
  1071. 1:08:22Okay. But I think I might um
1072. 1:08:25if we can close looking something like
  1073. 1:08:27this, I might actually try and take a
1074. 1:08:30short unless we start ripping ripping
  1075. 1:08:32up.
  1076. 1:08:46But yeah, it's definitely on the to-do
1077. 1:08:48list of uh probably getting a PC
1078. 1:08:53because honestly my computer uh
1079. 1:08:59my computer works fine, but for
  1080. 1:09:01streaming I probably need a better one.
1081. 1:09:07So, this is a pretty bullish close.
1082. 1:09:11We're not going to try and take a short
  1083. 1:09:12right there.
1084. 1:09:40Oh, we might actually. We might. We
  1085. 1:09:42might.
  1086. 1:09:48>> Connection lost.
  1087. 1:09:52>> Oh [ __ ] What just happened?
1088. 1:10:07No, we're not going to. This is going to
  1089. 1:10:09push higher.
1090. 1:10:12It's probably going to come at least
  1091. 1:10:15back up to here.
1092. 1:10:57But yeah, we're just going to have to
1093. 1:10:59we're just going to have to wait.
1094. 1:11:03It's just how it is sometimes.
  1095. 1:11:07It's just a waiting game.
1096. 1:11:13Unless you want to try and scalp every
1097. 1:11:15little movement of the market. I mean,
1098. 1:11:16you're more than welcome to do that, but
  1099. 1:11:21it's not really how I trade.
  1100. 1:11:49cuz honestly like I know I took a trade
1101. 1:11:51on on the uh evaluation
1102. 1:11:56account today, but realistically like if
  1103. 1:11:59I wasn't trading evaluation accounts and
  1104. 1:12:01I was trading um
  1105. 1:12:04my funded accounts, I probably wouldn't
  1106. 1:12:05have I probably wouldn't have taken
  1107. 1:12:08anything yet today.
1108. 1:12:17Probably would have just been sitting
  1109. 1:12:18here the whole time.
1110. 1:12:41So, it's coming back up here to this
  1111. 1:12:43untested PC. I want to see
1112. 1:12:47if it's just going to blast right
1113. 1:12:48through it or if it's actually going to
  1114. 1:12:50stall there.
  1115. 1:13:11Uh well, the reason why I wouldn't
1116. 1:13:13really have traded is because like
  1117. 1:13:17there was no um
  1118. 1:13:20legitimate uh
1119. 1:13:26like like there was no legitimate setup
1120. 1:13:29for me to take realistically like
  1121. 1:13:34like let's think about it for a second,
  1122. 1:13:36right? So basically
1123. 1:13:39price came down here. I went long on the
1124. 1:13:42evaluation. It popped up a little bit
1125. 1:13:44and then it came back and hit me at
1126. 1:13:45break even and then we we came up here
  1127. 1:13:49and then I went short right here. I
1128. 1:13:51would not have taken that trade on my
  1129. 1:13:53funded account because like
1130. 1:13:56you're in the middle of the range and
  1131. 1:13:57and it's just
1132. 1:14:01it could realistically go either way.
1133. 1:14:02Especially when the ATR was this big.
  1134. 1:14:04It's It's smaller. It's like getting
  1135. 1:14:06smaller. But
  1136. 1:14:09that's like a
1137. 1:14:11That's not like a high quality trade
1138. 1:14:14that I would be willing to risk
1139. 1:14:17funded accounts for, if that makes
1140. 1:14:19sense. Like when I trade um evaluations,
1141. 1:14:25I'll take riskier trades and I'll size
  1142. 1:14:27up way heavier because
  1143. 1:14:30it's an evaluation and I don't care if I
  1144. 1:14:33blow it.
1145. 1:14:35I do care to a certain extent about
  1146. 1:14:37blowing funded accounts, but I don't
  1147. 1:14:40care about blowing evaluations
  1148. 1:14:44because
  1149. 1:14:47I'll blow evaluations
1150. 1:14:50all the time. I mean, I think this month
1151. 1:14:52I probably blew like 10 evaluations, but
1152. 1:14:56the only thing that matters is like
1153. 1:14:58we're net positive on the month. I mean,
  1154. 1:15:00that's really all it is. That's That's
1155. 1:15:02the only It doesn't matter how many
1156. 1:15:03accounts you blow. As long as you have
1157. 1:15:04more in payouts than you have in fees
  1158. 1:15:06after taxes,
  1159. 1:15:09you're fine.
1160. 1:15:12So, I'm really aggressive when it comes
1161. 1:15:14to evaluation accounts. Like, as you
1162. 1:15:18saw, I basically tried to hit profit
1163. 1:15:19target in one trade today, which if it
1164. 1:15:23wasn't for the break even in the
  1165. 1:15:24beginning, I would have.
1166. 1:15:26And then this account that I was on last
1167. 1:15:29night during Asia session, I went five
1168. 1:15:32minis on shorts and then it hit profit
1169. 1:15:35target in one trade. So usually on these
1170. 1:15:38top step accounts, I'm trying to pass
1171. 1:15:41them in two trades basically
1172. 1:15:45because there's no reason to waste time
  1173. 1:15:47on evaluations. If you're learning, then
1174. 1:15:50don't do what I just said I'm doing. If
1175. 1:15:52you're learning how to trade and you're
1176. 1:15:54like still trying to get your stuff down
1177. 1:15:56and kind of understand what's going on
1178. 1:15:58or maybe if you haven't gotten payouts
  1179. 1:16:00or it's not you don't really get payouts
1180. 1:16:02then just take your time on the evals.
  1181. 1:16:05Um
1182. 1:16:09but if you are getting payouts then just
1183. 1:16:11just full port them dude. Like
  1184. 1:16:14otherwise you're just wasting time.
1185. 1:16:18It's just like think of it as like a
  1186. 1:16:21business expense. It's like you're
  1187. 1:16:22you're you're business is a trader an
1188. 1:16:25analyst not even a trader an analyst for
1189. 1:16:28prop firms and the evaluations are just
1190. 1:16:32part of the business expense. So like
  1191. 1:16:34let's say
1192. 1:16:36let's say this month I have five grand
  1193. 1:16:38in payouts
  1194. 1:16:40and
  1195. 1:16:42I spent like $1,000 on evaluations.
  1196. 1:16:47Well, it doesn't matter because
1197. 1:16:51I'm positive, right? And so, we made we
1198. 1:16:54technically made some money this month,
1199. 1:16:55right? But if you're not getting payouts
  1200. 1:16:57and you're spending $1,000 a month on
  1201. 1:16:59evaluations or more,
  1202. 1:17:03then yeah, you probably shouldn't be
1203. 1:17:04fullporting them. You should probably
1204. 1:17:06take your time on them so you don't go
  1205. 1:17:08broke.
1206. 1:17:12Pay me to pass your accounts. No.
  1207. 1:17:16No sir
  1208. 1:17:27cuz I think I think I probably um
  1209. 1:17:34from purchased to past
  1210. 1:17:38evaluation accounts I probably
1211. 1:17:43pass like 60% of the ones that I high.
1212. 1:17:46If I had to think about it
  1213. 1:17:48realistically,
1214. 1:17:55I tried to trade some evaluations last
  1215. 1:17:57week during that low volume [ __ ] I
  1216. 1:17:59[ __ ] blew those. I blew like three of
  1217. 1:18:02them last week.
  1218. 1:18:10Oh, and then I and then I bought
1219. 1:18:12actually I bought an account last week
  1220. 1:18:15with a firm
1221. 1:18:17that has this rule where if you if you
1222. 1:18:19have an open if you have an open
  1223. 1:18:22position like
  1224. 1:18:24past a certain time. It's an automatic
1225. 1:18:27rule break. And I woke up late last week
1226. 1:18:30and I tried to flip a contract to like
1227. 1:18:32make it count as a day. And the moment I
1228. 1:18:34entered into the contract, it was it was
1229. 1:18:36early close on Wednesday. So the moment
1230. 1:18:38I entered into a micro, the market
1231. 1:18:41closed like couple seconds later and I
1232. 1:18:44instantly blew that account. So that was
  1233. 1:18:47a [ __ ] waste of money.
1234. 1:18:50I think that might have been the fastest
1235. 1:18:51I've ever blown an account before. It
  1236. 1:18:53was like 3 seconds.
1237. 1:18:58Yeah, you could scalp these areas if you
  1238. 1:19:00want. I I usually don't.
  1239. 1:19:13And like also
1240. 1:19:17I'm looking at a five minute chart, you
1241. 1:19:19know? So, I mean, if you were to be if
  1242. 1:19:22you're scalping and you're on like a one
  1243. 1:19:24minute chart, I mean, I'm sure there's
1244. 1:19:25like plenty of opportunity to to scalp
1245. 1:19:29and, you know, maybe use a little bit
  1246. 1:19:31more size and
1247. 1:19:34do what you do. But I'm usually just
  1248. 1:19:36trading off of like a five and a 15
1249. 1:19:38minute and I'm looking at the hourly and
  1250. 1:19:41the 4 hour.
  1251. 1:19:47So, whenever we're like doing this,
  1252. 1:19:50it's like super
1253. 1:19:52like this is pretty low volume right
  1254. 1:19:54now.
  1255. 1:19:55I'll just wait.
1256. 1:20:33Yeah, five minute is not a good time
1257. 1:20:36frame to be trying to
  1258. 1:20:39scalp.
  1259. 1:20:40this type of stuff
1260. 1:20:42cuz scalping to me is like when you're
1261. 1:20:45going for just like a few points or
1262. 1:20:48you're like adding and subtracting
1263. 1:20:49contracts into a move um just for a few
  1264. 1:20:53points at a time but you're doing a lot
  1265. 1:20:55of them
1266. 1:20:57because usually when I look for trades
1267. 1:20:59I'm trying to find an opportunity where
  1268. 1:21:01I can get like
  1269. 1:21:0450 to 100 points
1270. 1:21:07in this market and And then like the
  1271. 1:21:10minimum
  1272. 1:21:12if it's on a funded account, the minimum
  1273. 1:21:15would be like 25 points.
1274. 1:21:20Anything less than that, I probably just
  1275. 1:21:21wouldn't take it. Unless I'm on a unless
1276. 1:21:24I'm full porting an evaluation, then if
1277. 1:21:26I can find something where I think I can
1278. 1:21:28make 60 ticks on it, I'm going to take
  1279. 1:21:29it.
1280. 1:21:44But what this did do
1281. 1:21:47is because this happened right here
1282. 1:21:49later on whenever we start
1283. 1:21:52maybe even if it's not today but later
1284. 1:21:55on whenever we start heading back down
1285. 1:21:56this area this is a great this is a
  1286. 1:21:59great target
1287. 1:22:01to try and take a short and take out all
  1288. 1:22:04of this [ __ ] And when it does take this
1289. 1:22:07out, it's going to actually do it like
1290. 1:22:10you'll see the candle kind of come down
1291. 1:22:12and then like push past it really hard
  1292. 1:22:15and clear this out,
  1293. 1:22:19but that'll be for later. If that's left
1294. 1:22:21there, if this is left here and like we
1295. 1:22:25kind of go up and we we do that slow
  1296. 1:22:27grind [ __ ] where we just kind of
1297. 1:22:29come up here low volume and then Asia
1298. 1:22:31session and London session do whatever
1299. 1:22:33and then New York opens and this is
  1300. 1:22:35still here.
1301. 1:22:37Depending on what happens, this is a
  1302. 1:22:38great target
1303. 1:22:47because there was no legitimate like
1304. 1:22:52It went like this, right? And then it
1305. 1:22:56never broke it. If it went like this and
1306. 1:22:58then came back up, then you wouldn't
1307. 1:23:00want to. It's not the same. But because
1308. 1:23:02they're all kind of like at the same
  1309. 1:23:04level,
1310. 1:23:06yeah, we could target that later.
  1311. 1:23:09But for now,
  1312. 1:23:12volume is low, so we're just
  1313. 1:23:15bullshitting around. And probably what's
1314. 1:23:16going to happen is we're going to come
  1315. 1:23:17up here
1316. 1:23:19and then we're going to like slowly roll
  1317. 1:23:21over
  1318. 1:23:25and it's just going to be
  1319. 1:23:29[ __ ] until um maybe lunch after
  1320. 1:23:33lunchtime.
1321. 1:23:40But we'll see. Who knows? Maybe maybe
1322. 1:23:42volume just picks up out of nowhere, but
  1323. 1:23:44I doubt it.
1324. 1:24:29So, we'll see what happens right here.
  1325. 1:24:38Where is this?
  1326. 1:24:41780
  1327. 1:24:43820.
1328. 1:25:18So if we if we actually end up picking
1329. 1:25:22up some volume and then just really
1330. 1:25:24actually pushing through this area to
  1331. 1:25:25start taking these highs,
1332. 1:25:28there may be an opportunity. But if
1333. 1:25:30we're going to come up right here and
1334. 1:25:32kind of stall out and then kind of do a
1335. 1:25:36low volume roll over of just like it
1336. 1:25:38just kind of goes like a limp
  1337. 1:25:43roll over.
  1338. 1:25:47Then we'll probably just stop trading.
1339. 1:27:12All right. So, we're starting to roll
  1340. 1:27:14over right here.
  1341. 1:28:01But I wouldn't want to
1342. 1:28:04take it short right here
  1343. 1:28:07because
1344. 1:28:11there's a chance that it comes down into
1345. 1:28:13half of this move and then just pops
  1346. 1:28:15back up.
  1347. 1:28:34But we'll give it we'll give it a little
1348. 1:28:36bit more time. But I'm kind of leaning
  1349. 1:28:39towards
  1350. 1:28:40stopping.
  1351. 1:28:43There's just like
  1352. 1:28:46lower volume we're heading towards later
  1353. 1:28:49in the day.
1354. 1:28:53There will always be more opportunities
1355. 1:28:56tomorrow and if we're kind of just not
1356. 1:29:00really doing much right now.
1357. 1:29:03I usually stop trading in 20 minutes
1358. 1:29:04anyways. But if we're really not doing
1359. 1:29:06much right now, then there's no reason
1360. 1:29:09for us to try and like force something
1361. 1:29:18because if we end up losing, if we end
  1362. 1:29:20up losing, like let's say we take a
1363. 1:29:22trade right here and volume's kind of
1364. 1:29:24like this or whatever and we end up
  1365. 1:29:26losing a trade. Well, because it's kind
  1366. 1:29:28of slow,
1367. 1:29:31there's not really an opportunity.
1368. 1:29:34it'll be less likely that there's an
1369. 1:29:36opportunity for us to try and make our
  1370. 1:29:37money back.
1371. 1:29:40So, if we did take a L, if we try to
1372. 1:29:42take something, we would basically just
  1373. 1:29:44have to eat the L.
  1374. 1:29:47So, I'd rather just not even take a
1375. 1:29:49trade in the first place.
  1376. 1:29:57and we'll wait till there's more volume
1377. 1:30:00uh tomorrow and then we'll try and just
1378. 1:30:03pass these uh pass these EV vals
1379. 1:30:08unless this starts picking up a lot of
1380. 1:30:10speed. If it starts picking up a bunch
1381. 1:30:11of speed here in the next like 15 minute
1382. 1:30:14candle in about four minutes,
1383. 1:30:19then I might try and target the lows.
  1384. 1:30:23I think it's likely we probably do a
  1385. 1:30:25little bit of uh
1386. 1:30:29a little bit of these shenanigans here.
  1387. 1:30:30Come up, down, up.
  1388. 1:30:34Some [ __ ] you know.
1389. 1:31:12And hopefully hopefully Alpha Futures
1390. 1:31:15will release my my account
1391. 1:31:20today so that I can potentially trade it
  1392. 1:31:23tomorrow
  1393. 1:31:27because I requested a payout from them
  1394. 1:31:29on uh
  1395. 1:31:31Friday
1396. 1:31:35and whenever you request a payout from
  1397. 1:31:36Alpha Futures, they'll like block the
1398. 1:31:38account from being traded until they
1399. 1:31:40like take the funds out of it and then
1400. 1:31:42send it to you or whatever. So,
1401. 1:31:45it's kind of like I'm not able to trade
  1402. 1:31:47it right now,
  1403. 1:31:49but it's fine because there's really
1404. 1:31:50nothing to trade with it anyways.
1405. 1:31:53So hopefully they uh allow me to trade
1406. 1:31:56it like tomorrow or by the end of the
  1407. 1:31:59day today
1408. 1:32:00so that tomorrow I can trade it or the
  1409. 1:32:03next day. But
1410. 1:32:06I have to check um
1411. 1:32:10what the eligible hours are for trading
  1412. 1:32:13this week
  1413. 1:32:15for like New Year's Eve and
  1414. 1:32:18January 1 because I don't know what the
  1415. 1:32:20prop firm hours are.
1416. 1:32:57All right, we got like 1 minute left to
1417. 1:32:59see how this 15 minutes going to close.
  1418. 1:33:21But right now it's pretty slow.
1419. 1:33:54man. Look at gold, dude.
  1420. 1:34:021,700 ticks at New York. It's
  1421. 1:34:05disgusting.
1422. 1:34:10Should have just traded gold today.
  1423. 1:34:26I do trade gold.
  1424. 1:34:29Although recently I haven't been trading
1425. 1:34:30gold uh as much this month, but um since
  1426. 1:34:36September
  1427. 1:34:38um
1428. 1:34:41when we started getting like
1429. 1:34:45on gold and silver in September.
1430. 1:34:49Yeah, like September, October when we
1431. 1:34:53really started pushing like super
  1432. 1:34:55parabolic.
1433. 1:34:57Uh I was trading gold for a while and
  1434. 1:35:00then um
1435. 1:35:03in November when we started kind of like
  1436. 1:35:07consolidating for a little bit like a
  1437. 1:35:09few days or a week or two I I kind of
1438. 1:35:11stopped trading gold and then I was
  1439. 1:35:13trading silver a little bit
1440. 1:35:15um during these moves and this move I
1441. 1:35:20was trading silver but then like once um
1442. 1:35:24once all the news started coming out and
1443. 1:35:26then now you have everyone who's like,
1444. 1:35:27"Oh my god, silver." Well, now I'm not
  1445. 1:35:30trading it anymore because
  1446. 1:35:33now it's just like
1447. 1:35:36silver is is kind of crazy, bro, because
1448. 1:35:38one mini is $25 a tick, right? So then
1449. 1:35:42if you were to think about like this New
1450. 1:35:44York session, if we win a,000 ticks with
  1451. 1:35:47one mini, with one mini, that's a
1452. 1:35:49$25,000 move, right? Or even if you had
1453. 1:35:52one micro, one micro is $2.50, right? So
  1454. 1:35:57then it's then it's a,000 ticks is
  1455. 1:36:00$2,500.
  1456. 1:36:02So it's kind of like a lot.
1457. 1:36:04And sometimes I'll use it for passing
1458. 1:36:08evaluations really quickly. But since
  1459. 1:36:10it's been pretty volatile,
1460. 1:36:13um especially like this past week, I
1461. 1:36:17really haven't been touching it as much.
1462. 1:36:23But I mean, when when you have assets
1463. 1:36:25that are like super volatile, like gold
1464. 1:36:28and silver are super volatile right now,
  1465. 1:36:31that there's plenty of opportunity for
1466. 1:36:33you to try and take advantage of that
1467. 1:36:35that volatility as a day trader. And
1468. 1:36:38that's the whole point, right? So,
1469. 1:36:41I do trade them, but right now, we're
1470. 1:36:44focusing on NQ. Although NQ is on some
  1471. 1:36:46[ __ ]
  1472. 1:36:49today a little bit. It's I mean, wasn't
1473. 1:36:51that bad, honestly. There were some
  1474. 1:36:52opportunities probably for people
  1475. 1:36:55obviously within these moves. I mean
1476. 1:36:56this is like 160 point range so you
  1477. 1:36:59could easily catch
1478. 1:37:01you know your 20 points or whatever
1479. 1:37:0425 points 50 points somewhere in here
  1480. 1:37:08and make money. But
1481. 1:37:11I am focusing a little bit more on uh on
1482. 1:37:15NQ and I'll let everyone else like try
  1483. 1:37:17and trade the uh because dude there's a
1484. 1:37:19lot of people think about it like this.
1485. 1:37:20If you don't trade silver, but now
1486. 1:37:22you're trading silver because you start
1487. 1:37:25hearing everyone talk about silver and
1488. 1:37:28you're not used to how it moves or
1489. 1:37:30you're not used to like the size
1490. 1:37:32adjustments that you need to make when
1491. 1:37:34it comes to trading silver,
  1492. 1:37:37you're going to actually
1493. 1:37:39it's so easy to blow your accounts
  1494. 1:37:41trading silver. And I guarantee you
1495. 1:37:44there are probably a ton of people who
1496. 1:37:46are blowing their accounts trading
  1497. 1:37:47silver. So
1498. 1:37:51just let them deal with that mess
1499. 1:37:54basically. I mean if but there is nice
1500. 1:37:56moves like today there was a nice move
  1501. 1:37:59yesterday this was crazy
1502. 1:38:03but like think about it like this right
1503. 1:38:05like last week and uh last week and over
1504. 1:38:11the weekend you got hear all this news
1505. 1:38:13about silver. So you got all these like
1506. 1:38:15traders who are like, "Oh my god,
1507. 1:38:17silver's pumping." Like all you got to
1508. 1:38:19do is they're looking at this, right?
1509. 1:38:21And they're like, "All you got to do is
1510. 1:38:23just buy it." And then like it pumps up.
1511. 1:38:25And they're like, "Oh, you just got to
1512. 1:38:27buy it." They probably probably all of
1513. 1:38:29them got wrecked right here, you know?
  1514. 1:38:32Because that's a massive move. Like
  1515. 1:38:35it's disgusting, dude. 1,200 ticks. Good
  1516. 1:38:37luck.
  1517. 1:38:40But yeah,
  1518. 1:38:45so yeah, I I'll I'll trade uh usually
1519. 1:38:48gold and NQ, but recently since silver
1520. 1:38:50has been pretty volatile the past few
1521. 1:38:52months, I have been like trading silver
1522. 1:38:53a little bit, but uh NQ is definitely my
  1523. 1:38:57go-to.
1524. 1:38:59It's the one that I look at every day.
1525. 1:39:00It's the one that I understand the most.
1526. 1:39:02I am pretty good with gold. Like
  1527. 1:39:04October, I basically only traded gold. I
1528. 1:39:07don't think in October I traded ENQ at
1529. 1:39:09all. It was only gold.
1530. 1:39:17But yeah, you got to be careful about
  1531. 1:39:18like
1532. 1:39:22like everyone wants to talk about silver
1533. 1:39:24now. They want to talk about commodities
  1534. 1:39:26now.
1535. 1:39:27And then you bring a bunch of attention
1536. 1:39:29to an asset and you got all these people
1537. 1:39:30trying to trade it now. But why weren't
1538. 1:39:32you trying to trade it since May? like
  1539. 1:39:33since May it's been ripping
1540. 1:39:37and it was cleaner. Now now because all
1541. 1:39:39of the eyes are on it is going to be
1542. 1:39:41more volatile and you got to like size
  1543. 1:39:43down and
1544. 1:39:45you may have like nasty moves but
1545. 1:39:46there's probably great opportunities. So
1546. 1:39:48we're coming down right now. Um
  1547. 1:39:50realistically
  1548. 1:39:53this is what I'm thinking. I mean, the
1549. 1:39:54idea would be that you actually we come
1550. 1:39:56down and we take these lows, but um
1551. 1:40:00there's also, of course, the opportunity
1552. 1:40:02that we're coming down right here and
1553. 1:40:04then we're about to just bounce back up
  1554. 1:40:05into a range.
1555. 1:40:09But if it does break these lows, you're
1556. 1:40:11going to see it do it kind of quickly.
  1557. 1:40:12So,
1558. 1:40:19platinum is the way. Yeah, dude. Look at
  1559. 1:40:21platinum, too. Even platinum's been all
1560. 1:40:24of them. Look at Platinum. Look at that.
  1561. 1:40:27It's also $25 a take. This thing's been
1562. 1:40:31ripping, too. All of them have.
1563. 1:40:59So, we're going to see right now after
  1564. 1:41:00this 5m minute closes,
1565. 1:41:04depending on how it closes, we're going
  1566. 1:41:05to see if it's likely that we're
1567. 1:41:07actually going to take these lows.
  1568. 1:41:10But again, there's a chance that we come
1569. 1:41:14back up and range here or even we wick
  1570. 1:41:17below this,
1571. 1:41:20trap all the breakout traders, and then
1572. 1:41:22just come back up here.
1573. 1:41:25Um, I'm on the five minute time frame
1574. 1:41:28right now. Like, at least the time
1575. 1:41:30frames that you're seeing on my chart,
  1576. 1:41:31they're five minutes.
1577. 1:41:37But I usually look at five minute and
  1578. 1:41:39the 15 minute. I have a footprint chart
1579. 1:41:43that's on the left of my screen, like on
1580. 1:41:44my left screen that you guys can't
  1581. 1:41:46really see. It's a 15-minute chart. And
1582. 1:41:49then on my right screen, which you guys
1583. 1:41:50can't see either because you guys are
  1584. 1:41:52only seeing what's in
1585. 1:41:54the middle of my like my middle screen,
1586. 1:41:57which is what I'm usually looking at
  1587. 1:41:58anyways. But I do have a higher time
1588. 1:42:00frame chart open up on the right side
  1589. 1:42:02where I'm usually looking at like 1 hour
  1590. 1:42:04and 4 hour.
1591. 1:42:06But there's no reason to show that on my
  1592. 1:42:07screen because
1593. 1:42:11I'll show you guys what I'm looking at
1594. 1:42:13on the on this screen that's obviously
  1595. 1:42:15on the
1596. 1:42:17stream. And if I need to, I'll just look
  1597. 1:42:19at a 4 hour on here, right? Or 1 hour on
  1598. 1:42:22here
1599. 1:42:34gold. Five minute. When I trade gold,
1600. 1:42:36I'm usually looking at same thing. 5
  1601. 1:42:38minute, 15 minute, 1 hour, 4 hour.
1602. 1:42:59I used to trade the one minute. I don't
1603. 1:43:01anymore. I used to trade the three
  1604. 1:43:03minute. I don't anymore.
1605. 1:43:06I'll look at the three minute sometimes
1606. 1:43:09like if the fivem minute looks just
  1607. 1:43:12disgusting sometimes I'll break it down
  1608. 1:43:13to a three minute but I'm usually just
1609. 1:43:15looking at the five minute.
1610. 1:43:20Like I'll look at an hour the hourly
1611. 1:43:23candle to get an idea of where I think
1612. 1:43:26the next hour we're going to be
1613. 1:43:27basically expand to or if we're not
1614. 1:43:30going to expand. And then I'm looking
  1615. 1:43:32for entries based off of a five and a 15
  1616. 1:43:35minute chart.
1617. 1:43:37So like my streams are probably like
1618. 1:43:39let's say if you watch another trader
  1619. 1:43:42stream and they're like trading a one
  1620. 1:43:43minute chart, obviously they're going to
  1621. 1:43:45be having like more trades and more [ __ ]
  1622. 1:43:47happening. Um but because I trade a five
1623. 1:43:50minute chart and I wait for the five
  1624. 1:43:53minute to close before I make a
  1625. 1:43:55decision. I mean I'm usually only
  1626. 1:43:57catching like a couple trades a day if
1627. 1:43:58that. Like today we basically
1628. 1:44:01took one break even in and one win and
  1629. 1:44:04then we've just been sitting here
  1630. 1:44:05because there's been nothing
1631. 1:44:07like we came back up and then I said
1632. 1:44:09that we were going to come into this
1633. 1:44:10area and then probably roll over slowly
1634. 1:44:12but we did pick up a little bit of
1635. 1:44:14speed. Um but now the issue is right is
  1636. 1:44:17like
1637. 1:44:19this fivem minutee candle opened up we
1638. 1:44:21were pushing down created a wick. So
  1639. 1:44:24you don't whenever we're doing this and
1640. 1:44:26it's lower volume it's not really the
1641. 1:44:28best idea to try and like anticipate the
  1642. 1:44:31breakout
1643. 1:44:34because I mean it can work but there is
1644. 1:44:37a chance that we just kind of range here
1645. 1:44:39for a little bit and this is a pretty
  1646. 1:44:42decentsized range. Um,
1647. 1:44:46so you need to have a kind of a pretty
1648. 1:44:48big stop loss. And then also when it's
1649. 1:44:50doing something like this too, there is
1650. 1:44:52a chance that we just like, you know, we
  1651. 1:44:54come down,
1652. 1:44:56we go up, we come down, we go up, and
1653. 1:44:59then we actually take these lows, but we
1654. 1:45:01just wick it. And then everyone who
1655. 1:45:03tries to take like a breakout trade to
1656. 1:45:05the downside to target the gap fill of
1657. 1:45:07600, then we just pop right back up into
  1658. 1:45:09the range and everyone just gets [ __ ]
  1659. 1:45:12So, usually whenever
  1660. 1:45:16we start doing this,
  1661. 1:45:18um,
1662. 1:45:21I just kind of sit on the sidelines.
1663. 1:45:25Is this the mini? No, I'm looking at
  1664. 1:45:27MNQ.
1665. 1:45:29I'm looking at MNQ. I trade MNQ. Well,
1666. 1:45:33this is the NQ continuous contract on
1667. 1:45:36this chart, but when I'm looking at
1668. 1:45:37order flow, I'm looking at MNQ because
1669. 1:45:39I'm usually trading uh 5 to 10 micros on
  1670. 1:45:45my funded accounts,
1671. 1:45:49but I'll trade minis on like evaluations
1672. 1:45:51or bigger accounts like my 100K account
1673. 1:45:54with Alpha Futures, the funded one. Um,
1674. 1:45:57I usually trade like one to two minis on
  1675. 1:45:59there, but I'll still I'll still make
1676. 1:46:02decisions based off of the the micro
  1677. 1:46:04chart because I just understand the
1678. 1:46:06numbers better because I'm looking at it
  1679. 1:46:09every single day.
1680. 1:46:13uh in terms of volume.
  1681. 1:46:16So
1682. 1:46:17when I'm looking at whether or not
1683. 1:46:19volume is high or low on the day
1684. 1:46:22like earlier. So let me expand this so
  1685. 1:46:25you guys can see this. I know it's
1686. 1:46:26probably low quality, but I'll tell you
1687. 1:46:28what the I'll tell you what the numbers
1688. 1:46:30are. So this is market open, right? So,
1689. 1:46:32at market open, you're usually on the
1690. 1:46:35micro contract going to see anywhere
  1691. 1:46:37between 30 to 50,000 contracts
  1692. 1:46:40the first 5 to 10 minutes. And then
1693. 1:46:44what'll end up happening is we'll start
1694. 1:46:46to like die out a little bit, but not
  1695. 1:46:49really because it'll still be between 20
  1696. 1:46:51to 30,000 contracts.
1697. 1:46:54Then depending on if it's a news day or
  1698. 1:46:56not, if it's a news day with 10:00 a.m.
  1699. 1:46:59Eastern news, like Red Folder, you're
1700. 1:47:00going to see volume die out right before
1701. 1:47:02the news. But then right after news
1702. 1:47:04comes in, it's going to start picking
1703. 1:47:06back up and it'll be back in that 20 to
1704. 1:47:0930,000 range. So once we kind of start
1705. 1:47:15dropping below like we start dropping
  1706. 1:47:17below into 14,000 14,000 11,000 17,000
  1707. 1:47:23that's like
  1708. 1:47:25lower volume. It's not terrible, but
  1709. 1:47:28it's lower volume. 11,000 is terrible.
  1710. 1:47:31Like
  1711. 1:47:3311,000 in volume is like a [ __ ] that's a
  1712. 1:47:36[ __ ] fivem minute candle, honestly.
1713. 1:47:40But we come down, we start picking back
1714. 1:47:43up, and in this candle where it was
1715. 1:47:44trying to potentially break past it,
1716. 1:47:47we're back up in the 20,000s. Now we
1717. 1:47:49have this candle which is at 12,000
1718. 1:47:5213,000. We still have a minute left. So
1719. 1:47:55unless something happens right here,
1720. 1:47:57this is also going to be below 20,000.
1721. 1:48:00So to answer your question, when I'm
1722. 1:48:03looking at like good volume,
1723. 1:48:06realistically I want it to be above
1724. 1:48:0920,000 contracts per five minute candle.
1725. 1:48:12Now obviously that's going to change if
  1726. 1:48:14you're looking at a different time
  1727. 1:48:15frame, but for a fivem minute candle, I
1728. 1:48:17probably want to see like 20,000 mid
  1729. 1:48:2120,000.
1730. 1:48:23If every five minute candle is like
  1731. 1:48:2530,000 40,000, then it's like a crazy
1732. 1:48:28volatile day with a bunch of volume.
1733. 1:48:32But yeah, so like what I'll do is
  1734. 1:48:36I'll wait 15 minutes after open. I'll
  1735. 1:48:38see what the volume's doing. If it's
  1736. 1:48:39staying above mid 20,000s, it's decent
1737. 1:48:42to trade. If it starts dropping below um
  1738. 1:48:47then
1739. 1:48:49not delta. So delta is totally
  1740. 1:48:51different, right? like um
1741. 1:48:54volume is just letting me know if it's
  1742. 1:48:56if
1743. 1:48:57the conditions are like if I want to
1744. 1:49:00trade it because I want to trade with
  1745. 1:49:02higher volume. I don't want to trade
  1746. 1:49:04with lower volume. Delta I'm watching
  1747. 1:49:07for um
  1748. 1:49:11for other things like I'm I'm using
  1749. 1:49:13Delta to look at
  1750. 1:49:15aggression,
  1751. 1:49:17momentum,
  1752. 1:49:19potential exhaustion,
  1753. 1:49:22and absorption.
  1754. 1:49:25But the delta numbers
  1755. 1:49:28um
1756. 1:49:32those are not I'm not looking at those
1757. 1:49:34and deciding whether or not like
  1758. 1:49:37it's a I don't know how to describe it.
  1759. 1:49:39Like it's not um
1760. 1:49:42like I'm looking at those to make
  1761. 1:49:44decisions on trades, right? I'm looking
1762. 1:49:45at delta to make a decision on a trade.
1763. 1:49:48I'm looking at volume to let me know for
1764. 1:49:51the most part whether or not I should be
1765. 1:49:53trading or not. But there are certain
  1766. 1:49:56cases like if you're if you're trading
  1767. 1:49:58an absorption setup, like you're looking
1768. 1:50:00to see if buyers or sellers are getting
1769. 1:50:01absorbed, then yes, you do need to look
1770. 1:50:03at volume to understand if it's true
1771. 1:50:06absorption to then make a trade decision
1772. 1:50:08based off of like an absorption setup.
1773. 1:50:11So, you would look at volume, but
1774. 1:50:14I mainly just have volume right there
1775. 1:50:16for absorption setups if I'm trying to
1776. 1:50:18take an absorption setup or just to let
1777. 1:50:21me know whether or not
1778. 1:50:24it's a good time for me to trade or not.
1779. 1:50:37Like right now, if you're looking at
  1780. 1:50:39volume, it's not really a good time for
  1781. 1:50:41me to trade because I'm on a fiveminute
  1782. 1:50:44candle
  1783. 1:50:47because this candle was like a 15,000
  1784. 1:50:50contracts. We're basically almost
1785. 1:50:52halfway through this candle already.
  1786. 1:50:56We're about like 40% through it
  1787. 1:51:00and we're at 5,000 contracts. So, unless
1788. 1:51:02this just starts to flip and move in a
1789. 1:51:04certain direction or just like start
1790. 1:51:06pumping pretty hard, this is also going
  1791. 1:51:08to close at like
  1792. 1:51:1115,000 contracts. So, that's lower
1793. 1:51:14volume. We don't really want to touch
1794. 1:51:16that unless it starts picking up. So,
1795. 1:51:18watch. If it starts to pick up right now
1796. 1:51:20and volume picks up and we start
  1797. 1:51:22actually pushing lower,
  1798. 1:51:25then we'll see if it's actually going to
  1799. 1:51:27break this area.
1800. 1:51:31But if it doesn't pick up and it just
  1801. 1:51:33kind of
1802. 1:51:35goes back and forth, then it's just
  1803. 1:51:36[ __ ]
1804. 1:51:41This is bar volume. So if you look at
1805. 1:51:45each of these cells, like this is one
1806. 1:51:48cell, this is another cell, this is
1807. 1:51:50another cell. This is for the five
  1808. 1:51:52minute candle.
1809. 1:51:56So, I'm not looking at the total amount
1810. 1:51:58of volume. I'm just looking at the
1811. 1:52:01volume per five minute candle.
1812. 1:52:04Now, on my other chart though, I'll have
1813. 1:52:07a volume profile up and it'll show me
  1814. 1:52:10like
1815. 1:52:12where um the PC of a range is or
  1816. 1:52:16wherever I marked out
1817. 1:52:19um the volume profile or where the
  1818. 1:52:22volume area high is.
  1819. 1:52:25So like
  1820. 1:52:27here I'll show you.
  1821. 1:52:30So this is a 15 minute chart. Okay.
1822. 1:52:34I usually will draw out like a volume
  1823. 1:52:37profile
  1824. 1:52:39and this gives you
  1825. 1:52:42a bigger picture of
1826. 1:52:45volume. Okay. So just the same way that
1827. 1:52:49within a fivem minute candle we have the
  1828. 1:52:52PC
1829. 1:52:53the volume that has the high volume
1830. 1:52:55nodes and the low volume nodes.
1831. 1:52:59It's just a it's just the same thing as
1832. 1:53:01a session as a volume profile. This is a
1833. 1:53:03fixed volume profile. So we could draw
1834. 1:53:05it wherever we want. So it's the same
1835. 1:53:07thing like imagine this box this box you
  1836. 1:53:09see here. Hold on.
1837. 1:53:12It's like the same thing as what we look
  1838. 1:53:14at in a fiveminute candle except I don't
1839. 1:53:15put value area high and value area low
1840. 1:53:17on the fiveminute candle, but we still
1841. 1:53:19look at the PC. So then like this is a
1842. 1:53:22bigger time frame. But then if you were
1843. 1:53:23to go look at like these cells down
1844. 1:53:26here, this is for each 15minute candle,
1845. 1:53:30right? So now you see how these are like
  1846. 1:53:3270 60 40 50.
  1847. 1:53:38But yeah,
  1848. 1:53:44but I'll I won't use like uh
1849. 1:53:47the volume for the actual day.
  1850. 1:53:51Okay, let's see what Let's see what it's
1851. 1:53:52going to do right here.
1852. 1:54:07I think I might try and just take a stab
  1853. 1:54:10at a
1854. 1:54:12a short, but it's going to be on an EVO
1855. 1:54:17cuz I think we're coming up to the PC
1856. 1:54:19right now to test it and we we're going
  1857. 1:54:20to flip.
1858. 1:54:22>> Order. Order filled. Otherwise, um,
1859. 1:54:29if we like pop all the way back up, then
  1860. 1:54:33whatever. I'll take the L on it.
  1861. 1:54:37Oh, I'm going kind of heavy. I'm going
1862. 1:54:39to have to risk like a,000 bucks on it.
  1863. 1:54:41So, we're going to hope
  1864. 1:54:42>> submitted.
1865. 1:54:43>> We're going to hope that this five
1866. 1:54:45minute is going to flip and we'll take
  1867. 1:54:47it to uh
  1868. 1:54:50basically the lows.
  1869. 1:54:51>> Order submitted.
1870. 1:54:55But this is a risky trade because like
1871. 1:54:57we're still here in this range. So we're
  1872. 1:55:00essentially trying to anticipate
1873. 1:55:03uh and now volume's picking up, right?
  1874. 1:55:05So we might actually get [ __ ] right
  1875. 1:55:07now. But we're trying to anticipate a
1876. 1:55:10break like for volume to pick up and
1877. 1:55:12break the other direction. But
1878. 1:55:16we are still in a range. So it can
1879. 1:55:19easily just come back into this range.
  1880. 1:55:22come back up here.
  1881. 1:55:27But we're making a bet that it's it's
1882. 1:55:28going to break on this uh second attempt
  1883. 1:55:31here.
1884. 1:55:34But because we went heavy, we're in two
  1885. 1:55:36minis basically.
1886. 1:55:41The idea was that this fiveminute candle
1887. 1:55:43came up and retested this PC
1888. 1:55:47and then flipped. And now we don't want
1889. 1:55:50it to come back up here.
1890. 1:55:52So, if it comes back up here, that's why
  1891. 1:55:54the stop's right here. It's because
1892. 1:55:57if it comes back up here and it breaks
1893. 1:55:59past this, then we're going right here.
1894. 1:56:01And I'm definitely not moving my stop up
  1895. 1:56:03here because that's like
1896. 1:56:07majority of the draw down on this uh
  1897. 1:56:09evaluation account.
1898. 1:56:14But yeah, this is not a this is not a
  1899. 1:56:15good sign. But it's okay.
1900. 1:56:18We didn't take any trades on any funded
  1901. 1:56:21accounts today. We're just trying to
  1902. 1:56:23anticipate a breakout to the downside.
  1903. 1:56:27But in a in a situation like this, I
  1904. 1:56:29would rather
1905. 1:56:31I would rather take the attempt a little
1906. 1:56:34bit before than try and trade like a
1907. 1:56:38break and retest breakout because there
  1908. 1:56:41is a chance that we're actually going to
1909. 1:56:42come down here and wick it and just come
  1910. 1:56:44back up. So,
1911. 1:56:47it's better if we do it this way.
1912. 1:56:54Once we start taking these orders right
1913. 1:56:55here though, I am going to just move it
1914. 1:56:57to break even because we are in a range
  1915. 1:56:58and I don't want it to come back.
1916. 1:57:46It is going to be important though to
1917. 1:57:48see how this five minutes going to close
  1918. 1:57:49here in about a minute.
1919. 1:57:52If it closes bearish, if this closes as
1920. 1:57:55a red candle, we're probably okay. But
1921. 1:57:57if we pop back up here and we close up
  1922. 1:57:59here,
  1923. 1:58:01uh we're probably cooked.
1924. 1:58:10But this is this is also not really a
1925. 1:58:12trade I would take on my funded account.
1926. 1:58:13I'm just trying to pass this EVO.
1927. 1:58:23And if I end up losing the trade, then
  1928. 1:58:25whatever. It won't be a blown account,
  1929. 1:58:27though, because there's like $2,000 of
1930. 1:58:29draw down on this account.
1931. 1:58:34But I need it I need to get it to like
1932. 1:58:364K. So, it's at 1500 right now. If we
1933. 1:58:39could take the lows, I would be at
  1934. 1:58:403,000.
1935. 1:58:41And then I'll just try and pass it
  1936. 1:58:44tomorrow or something.
1937. 1:58:53You were in the shorts earlier, red man.
  1938. 1:58:56You made 2100. That's what's up. Okay.
  1939. 1:58:59That's nasty.
  1940. 1:59:01That's nasty.
  1941. 1:59:18Good stuff.
  1942. 1:59:33So, what I'm thinking right now,
1943. 1:59:36this is actually not looking that good
1944. 1:59:40for what we want. And if we do start to
1945. 1:59:43move down, if we move down and we don't
1946. 1:59:45just pop back up right now, um the
1947. 1:59:48moment it starts getting down towards
1948. 1:59:49the low of this candle, I would actually
1949. 1:59:51move it to break even. But
  1950. 1:59:54there's a chance that it actually
1951. 1:59:56doesn't get below this candle at all and
1952. 1:59:59it's going to stall here at the PC and
1953. 2:00:01it's just going to pop back up. But
1954. 2:00:03we're going to hope that that doesn't
1955. 2:00:05happen, but it might happen.
1956. 2:00:23It definitely has. It definitely has
1957. 2:00:26made the move for the day. Volume died
  1958. 2:00:28out. There's really nothing to trade.
1959. 2:00:32We're trying to just force a trade right
  1960. 2:00:34now on an Eval
1961. 2:00:37just to try and make some progress on it
1962. 2:00:39and pass it. But if it doesn't work out,
  1963. 2:00:42doesn't work out
  1964. 2:00:49because I don't I don't really care if I
  1965. 2:00:50lose 950 bucks on a Eval, especially
  1966. 2:00:53after we uh
1967. 2:00:56what's it called? Profit target on this
1968. 2:00:58one and profit target on this one.
1969. 2:01:07I just I'm trying to what I'm trying to
1970. 2:01:09do is I'm trying to like build up uh my
1971. 2:01:13funded accounts again. So I have like
1972. 2:01:16six to 10 funded accounts going into the
1973. 2:01:18new year and I only have three right
  1974. 2:01:19now. So hopefully um
  1975. 2:01:24hopefully what's it called? I can pass
1976. 2:01:28some. So, we could be at least at like
1977. 2:01:29five, five or six going into January,
  1978. 2:01:36for sure. Yeah, it's free, dude. So, I
  1979. 2:01:38mean,
1980. 2:01:40there's some cool traders in there.
  1981. 2:01:42Also, sometimes I give away accounts.
1982. 2:01:43So, if you ever want to win like a free
  1983. 2:01:4550k Alpha Futures account,
1984. 2:01:49sometimes I give them away in uh in the
1985. 2:01:52Discord. I actually just gave two away
1986. 2:01:54last week. So, if you want to join the
  1987. 2:01:57Discord, it's free. I don't sell I don't
  1988. 2:02:00really sell anything. So, it's just a
1989. 2:02:04place where you could talk to other
  1990. 2:02:05traders, I guess.
1991. 2:02:09All right. So, we're going to get
  1992. 2:02:10stopped out of this.
  1993. 2:02:16Oh, yeah. I mean,
1994. 2:02:20and something too, like I forgot to say
  1995. 2:02:22this today, but
1996. 2:02:25you guys like shouldn't try and copy my
  1997. 2:02:28trades. Um,
  1998. 2:02:31because
  1999. 2:02:32>> order submitted.
2000. 2:02:33>> The way that I trade accounts is like
  2001. 2:02:39not good for
2002. 2:02:42a beginner and not good for copy
2003. 2:02:44trading. And by the way, like
  2004. 2:02:47there's a delay for YouTube. So there's
  2005. 2:02:51probably like a 7second or 8second delay
2006. 2:02:54for YouTube. And in a fastmoving market,
2007. 2:02:57I mean, that can be the difference of
2008. 2:02:59like 15 points. And you got to also
  2009. 2:03:03understand that like when I'm trading
  2010. 2:03:05evaluations
2011. 2:03:07because I'm up on the month for payouts,
2012. 2:03:10I'm willing to use profits and risk it
  2013. 2:03:15on um
2014. 2:03:17on evals on like subpar setups just to
2015. 2:03:20try and get more funded accounts to go
2016. 2:03:23into the next month better. Right. So
  2017. 2:03:26>> order submitted.
2018. 2:03:28>> All right. So we got taken out of that.
2019. 2:03:30Oh, we still have one contract.
  2020. 2:03:31>> Build,
2021. 2:03:33>> but yeah. So, like
  2022. 2:03:36the way I trade evaluations,
2023. 2:03:39you should probably not copy anything
2024. 2:03:43I'm doing. This is not financial advice
  2025. 2:03:45because I don't care if I blow an
  2026. 2:03:48evaluation. Basically, it's just like
2027. 2:03:50part of this gamified proper f version
  2028. 2:03:53of trading. You're going to blow
2029. 2:03:54accounts and as long as you're getting
  2030. 2:03:56payouts, it doesn't matter. And since
  2031. 2:03:58I'm getting payouts, it doesn't matter.
  2032. 2:04:00I'll blow accounts. So, I just don't
2033. 2:04:02want you guys to like follow a trade
2034. 2:04:04that I take and then end up like that
2035. 2:04:06one, right? And then end up like being
2036. 2:04:08down on your funded account and being
  2037. 2:04:10like, "What the fuck?"
2038. 2:04:12So, I hope no one took that. But if you
  2039. 2:04:15did, my bad.
  2040. 2:04:18All right, so recap.
2041. 2:04:20We kind of didn't really do anything
2042. 2:04:21today. We kind of like um
2043. 2:04:24we kind of ranged a little bit. It was a
2044. 2:04:27pretty decently decent sized range
2045. 2:04:29though. So when we came into here, we
2046. 2:04:33tried to take a long position. It popped
2047. 2:04:35up a little bit. We moved to break even
2048. 2:04:36on our funded uh on our eval. It hit us
2049. 2:04:40out of break even. And then once this
2050. 2:04:42candle opened up, tested the PC, we went
2051. 2:04:44short. We hit profit target on this one
  2052. 2:04:47on
2053. 2:04:49this account. And then um we kind of sat
2054. 2:04:52here. We didn't really do anything. And
2055. 2:04:54then we try to trade another evaluation
  2056. 2:04:57account which is
  2057. 2:05:00this one.
  2058. 2:05:02I'll show you.
2059. 2:05:07All right. So, you see this account
2060. 2:05:08right here that we just lost $980
2061. 2:05:13trying to anticipate a breakout to the
  2062. 2:05:16downside. It still has a positive
2063. 2:05:17balance, but that ate away half of the
2064. 2:05:20draw down. So like basically the way I
  2065. 2:05:23trade evals, there's one trade left. I
2066. 2:05:27usually give myself two losing trades on
2067. 2:05:28eval before I blew it blow it. So
2068. 2:05:32there's like one trade left on that
  2069. 2:05:33account.
  2070. 2:05:35So
  2071. 2:05:38not a bad day for me.
  2072. 2:05:41Hopefully tomorrow
2073. 2:05:43it's a little bit better and we pass the
  2074. 2:05:47uh
2075. 2:05:50two top step accounts that we're working
2076. 2:05:51with right now. This one and this one.
2077. 2:05:56And then maybe we trade our funded
2078. 2:05:57accounts. Hopefully Alpha Futures takes
2079. 2:06:00my payout and then gives me back my
2080. 2:06:02account so I can trade it tomorrow.
2081. 2:06:06And then we'll just continue to work on
  2082. 2:06:08evaluations this week. This week I'm
2083. 2:06:11mainly going to be working on
  2084. 2:06:12evaluations.
2085. 2:06:14So if you're going to watch me trade
2086. 2:06:16this week, just understand that like I'm
2087. 2:06:18going to be sizing kind of heavy and
2088. 2:06:20taking kind of risky trades. Uh all for
2089. 2:06:23the purpose of trying to build up an
2090. 2:06:25army of funded accounts heading into the
2091. 2:06:28new year. And since we're in profit on
2092. 2:06:31the month with payouts versus fees, we
2093. 2:06:33have the room to do that. So, if you
2094. 2:06:36don't have any payouts or you're not net
2095. 2:06:38positive on the month, do not trade
  2096. 2:06:41evaluations the way that I trade
2097. 2:06:42evaluations. Just like take your time on
2098. 2:06:44them and wait for actual good setups, I
  2099. 2:06:47guess. I'll try and
2100. 2:06:50what I'll try and do is I'll try and
2101. 2:06:52make sure like because I do understand
2102. 2:06:54that even if I tell you guys not to take
2103. 2:06:56the trades that I'm going to take,
2104. 2:06:57there's probably going to be somebody
2105. 2:06:58watching this who is just going to take
2106. 2:06:59the trades that I take regardless of
  2107. 2:07:01whatever the [ __ ] I say. So, um
  2108. 2:07:06I'll try and uh
2109. 2:07:08I'll try and let you guys know before I
  2110. 2:07:10take the trade
2111. 2:07:12if I would have taken it on my funded
2112. 2:07:14account or not. None of the trades we
  2113. 2:07:16took today I would have taken on a
  2114. 2:07:18funded account. Like I wouldn't I
2115. 2:07:20probably would have sat here all morning
  2116. 2:07:21if I wasn't working on evals and just
2117. 2:07:23watched all this happen. And actually
2118. 2:07:25probably around when we got up here I
2119. 2:07:27would have just logged off because
  2120. 2:07:28volume started dropping off.
2121. 2:07:31blew six emails today. Sheesh. Hey, it
  2122. 2:07:34happens. It happens.
2123. 2:07:37It's just part of the game.
  2124. 2:07:40Hopefully tomorrow's PA will be better.
  2125. 2:07:43But um
2126. 2:07:47not too bad. I'll catch you guys next
2127. 2:07:49time. If you want to join the Discord,
2128. 2:07:51click the link in the bio. It's free.
2129. 2:07:53You might win an account. We give them
2130. 2:07:56away. I just gave away two accounts last
  2131. 2:07:58week. I don't know when the next
2132. 2:08:00giveaway will be, but they just happen
  2133. 2:08:02randomly whenever I feel like it. I am
  2134. 2:08:05going to do a giveaway when there's a
2135. 2:08:06thousand members in the Discord. Right
  2136. 2:08:08now, there's about like 700, so but I
  2137. 2:08:11think we it's I think we'll probably get
2138. 2:08:14there pretty soon. But if you're going
2139. 2:08:16to continue to trade, be careful because
  2140. 2:08:18this is kind of [ __ ] And uh it's
2141. 2:08:21better if you just save your capital and
2142. 2:08:22we'll come back tomorrow. So, I'll catch
  2143. 2:08:24you guys. Peace.
