- 0:04You can now use ChatGPT
- 0:05to work with documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- 0:08Let me show you what that looks like.
- 0:09My team is getting ready for our next launch.
- 0:11We already have a launch plan,
- 0:13but the latest decisions are spread
- 0:15across Slack and our latest media notes.
- 0:17I'm going to ask it to bring it
- 0:18all together into one coherent plan.
- 0:20It updates the decisions,
- 0:22owners, and plan in the document.
- 0:23I can select one section, ask for a focus change,
- 0:26and leave everything else as it is.
- 0:28I can even export to Google Docs
- 0:30to share with my team.
- 0:31To help with the launch videos,
- 0:33I'm also going to have it dig
- 0:34into the performance data of past videos.
- 0:36I can ask it to compare viewer retention
- 0:38by length and engagement by format,
- 0:40and it turns the data into a spreadsheet
- 0:42so we can see what's working.
- 0:44Lastly, let's turn this launch plan into a deck
- 0:46that I can share with our leadership.
- 0:48I give it one of our existing
- 0:49launch decks as a reference.
- 0:50It follows the same structure and style,
- 0:53ready for my team to review.
- 0:55That looks pretty good.
- 0:56With the new Template Creator skill,
- 0:58I can also turn this file into a template
- 1:00it can use in the future.
- 1:01I'm going to show you one more thing.
- 1:03You can use ChatGPT to create spreadsheets and PowerPoints,
- 1:06but you can also use it within these files.
- 1:08This is great for needing to make
- 1:10more targeted edits and provide more specific instructions.
- 1:13So there you go.
- 1:14Point ChatGPT to the files you need
- 1:15to work with, tell it what you need,
- 1:17and produce polished spreadsheets, decks, and documents
- 1:20you can review and share more quickly.
