  1. 0:00In this video, I'm going to show you how
  2. 0:01to get to a point where women are
  3. 0:02throwing themselves at you and offering
  4. 0:04you casual sex pretty much all the time.
  5. 0:07This now happens to me whenever I go
  6. 0:08out. I'm not the most handsome guy or
  7. 0:10the tallest or anything, but I have
  8. 0:12girls approaching me pretty much like
  9. 0:13clockwork and all but begging me to take
  10. 0:16them home. And yet, this is not a
  11. 0:17situation that I really created
  12. 0:18intentionally. It's actually been a side
  13. 0:21effect of a certain occult system of
  14. 0:23self-development that I've been
  15. 0:24practicing since I was 22 years old.
  16. 0:27This is a system based upon the
  17. 0:28teachings of a man called George
  18. 0:30Gurdjieff, who was a sort of Russian
  19. 0:32wizard and a mystic in the early 20th
  20. 0:34century, not entirely unlike Rasputin.
  21. 0:36Gurdjieff was considered to have an
  22. 0:37extraordinarily magnetic personality. He
  23. 0:40could hypnotize people at will. He
  24. 0:41appeared to have certain psychic powers.
  25. 0:44He was even accused of using black magic
  26. 0:45on people. And much like Rasputin, he
  27. 0:47had sex with a staggering number of
  28. 0:49women. And I found, as a result of
  29. 0:51practicing Gurdjieff's system, that I
  30. 0:52did indeed almost inadvertently develop
  31. 0:54this strange animal magnetism to women
  32. 0:57who now practically follow me through
  33. 0:59the streets wherever I go. And I'm
  34. 1:00obviously exaggerating there a little
  35. 1:02bit. I'm not claiming that every woman
  36. 1:03is attracted to me, far from it. But I
  37. 1:05do have multiple hot women approaching
  38. 1:07me every single night I go out. I can
  39. 1:09get laid very, very easily anytime I
  40. 1:11want to, despite not using dating apps,
  41. 1:13not having any social media. And so, in
  42. 1:15this video, I'm going to show you what I
  43. 1:16did to achieve this result. And it all
  44. 1:18comes down to three occult laws that
  45. 1:21make you magnetic to women, all derived
  46. 1:24from Gurdjieff's ideas from his system,
  47. 1:26which he called the Fourth Way. Now, I
  48. 1:29said that this is going to be about
  49. 1:30getting casual sex, how to meet women,
  50. 1:32how to attract women. But this video is
  51. 1:34going to be very, very different from
  52. 1:36any other pick up girls or attraction
  53. 1:38type of video you've ever seen. Because
  54. 1:39if you watch other content about this
  55. 1:41stuff, it's generally all very, very
  56. 1:43shallow and superficial kind of advice,
  57. 1:45like you have to learn to be better at
  58. 1:46conversation. So, here are five funky
  59. 1:48conversation tips to spice things up
  60. 1:51with your crush. Guys, it's all about
  61. 1:52investing in a good cologne. I can't
  62. 1:54emphasize enough how much us ladies love
  63. 1:57a guy who smells good. And I'm not going
  64. 1:59to be talking about anything like that
  65. 2:01over the course of these 33 minutes.
  66. 2:02What I'm going to be talking about here,
  67. 2:04all I'm going to be talking about is
  68. 2:06death. Life is about death. And the
  69. 2:08secret to a better life, the secret to a
  70. 2:10real life, is to prepare for a better
  71. 2:13death. Everything comes from death.
  72. 2:15Death is the meaning of life.
  73. 2:17Gurdjieff's system of self-development
  74. 2:19is fundamentally about death. It is
  75. 2:21about preparing for death, and it is
  76. 2:23about building something within yourself
  77. 2:25that can survive and outlive and outlast
  78. 2:28the inevitable death of your physical
  79. 2:30body. Gurdjieff's system, in other
  80. 2:31words, is a vehicle, it is a method for
  81. 2:33overcoming death and for achieving
  82. 2:35conscious personal immortality. Now,
  83. 2:38what on earth could that have to do with
  84. 2:39getting casual sex or with becoming more
  85. 2:42attractive to women? Well, it will
  86. 2:43become more clear as we go on, but the
  87. 2:46long and short of it is that the
  88. 2:47qualities that you must develop in
  89. 2:49yourself in order to survive death, the
  90. 2:51qualities you have to develop in order
  91. 2:52to build what in Tibetan Buddhism they
  92. 2:54call the diamond body. This is an
  93. 2:56invincible vehicle that allows you to
  94. 2:58survive the death of your physical body.
  95. 3:00Well, it just so happens that the
  96. 3:01qualities you need to build in yourself
  97. 3:03to create this diamond body happen to be
  98. 3:05those which give you a high degree of
  99. 3:07animal magnetism to women. And I realize
  100. 3:09that sounds very, very strange and
  101. 3:11unlikely. It's not clear on the surface
  102. 3:13why those two things should go together,
  103. 3:15but it will become more apparent why
  104. 3:17this is the case as we go on. So,
  105. 3:18Gurdjieff's system is fundamentally a
  106. 3:19method for attaining immortality, for
  107. 3:21achieving life after death, which
  108. 3:23Gurdjieff says is possible, but is not
  109. 3:25guaranteed, let alone is it common. And
  110. 3:27this is where his system departs from
  111. 3:29the most popular metaphysical systems
  112. 3:31and ideas in that, you know, most people
  113. 3:32say the soul is either immortal or it's
  114. 3:35not. And Gurdjieff says it's more
  115. 3:36complex than that, it's all relative,
  116. 3:38according to him. He says that the soul
  117. 3:40of an ordinary man is not immortal. He
  118. 3:42says that ordinary people, in effect, do
  119. 3:44not have a soul. It's not something
  120. 3:45you're born with, it's not something we
  121. 3:47can take for granted, but it's something
  122. 3:49you can build. Almost nobody ever
  123. 3:51actually does, and it takes
  124. 3:52extraordinary efforts and sacrifice and
  125. 3:55willpower to create what he calls a
  126. 3:57soul. The vast majority people will not
  127. 3:59do this. They do not have souls, nor
  128. 4:01will they ever build one. And so, in
  129. 4:03death, we are simply extinguished and
  130. 4:05annihilated almost immediately. And this
  131. 4:06may not happen all at once. You know,
  132. 4:08the latent soul of a person might hang
  133. 4:10around for a few hours or a few days,
  134. 4:11hence certain people's accounts of
  135. 4:13near-death experiences. But very shortly
  136. 4:14after our body dies, our consciousness
  137. 4:16decays, dissolves into the ether,
  138. 4:18because there's nothing to hold it
  139. 4:19together. There's no glue. It's not
  140. 4:21compact enough. It's really just a
  141. 4:22disparate combination of conflicting
  142. 4:24impulses, thoughts, memories. And so,
  143. 4:25very shortly after the physical body
  144. 4:27shuts down, the consciousness also
  145. 4:28evaporates, and then you're just
  146. 4:30nothing. And so, Gurdjieff says that
  147. 4:32this is the rule. This is how it will be
  148. 4:34for us by default if we continue going
  149. 4:36along the way we've been going. There is
  150. 4:38no life after death for us. There is no
  151. 4:39heaven or hell. There's just nothing.
  152. 4:41However, it is possible, Gurdjieff says,
  153. 4:44to build a soul and to make that soul
  154. 4:46you have built immortal, invincible,
  155. 4:48invulnerable, independent,
  156. 4:50differentiated, distinct, so that it is
  157. 4:52capable of withstanding and resisting
  158. 4:55all external conditions, forces, and
  159. 4:57claims made upon it, up to and including
  160. 4:59even the claims of death itself. But in
  161. 5:01order to do this, we have to awaken. And
  162. 5:04so, this is Gurdjieff's second main
  163. 5:06axiom, that men, human beings, are
  164. 5:09asleep. We are asleep. We are
  165. 5:11unconscious. We are in a kind of
  166. 5:13hypnotic trance throughout almost all of
  167. 5:15our so-called waking hours. And it is
  168. 5:18precisely because we are asleep that
  169. 5:20when we die, nothing whatsoever will
  170. 5:23survive of us. It's also why we can't
  171. 5:25get what we want in life. We don't have
  172. 5:26enough willpower. We don't have enough
  173. 5:28self-discipline, enough courage,
  174. 5:29whatever it is. All of this is because
  175. 5:31we are asleep. And so, Gurdjieff's
  176. 5:32entire system of personal development,
  177. 5:35his entire system of what he calls
  178. 5:36awakening, it begins from this premise,
  179. 5:39that immortality is possible, but that
  180. 5:41it is rare, vanishingly rare. That
  181. 5:44practically no one will attain it, and
  182. 5:46that includes many of those who work and
  183. 5:48sacrifice and maybe even dedicate their
  184. 5:49entire lives trying to attain it. So,
  185. 5:52the question that emerges next is how do
  186. 5:54we awaken? How do we build a soul? How
  187. 5:56do we build within ourselves this
  188. 5:58{quote} something that will survive the
  189. 6:00death of our physical body, and which
  190. 6:02also gives us these other powers we are
  191. 6:04concerned with having, such as
  192. 6:06magnetism, self-discipline, will, and so
  193. 6:08on. And Gurdjieff is again totally
  194. 6:10unique among all metaphysical teachers
  195. 6:12in that he says that this something you
  196. 6:14have to build, which can roughly just
  197. 6:15call your soul, it is an entirely
  198. 6:17physical thing. It is material. There is
  199. 6:20no metaphysics in Gurdjieff. There is no
  200. 6:23spiritual world. There is no such thing
  201. 6:24as spirituality itself. It's a nonsense
  202. 6:27term according to him. There is nothing
  203. 6:28that exists apart from physical matter.
  204. 6:31He is a radical materialist. And he says
  205. 6:33that the soul is made from actual
  206. 6:35physical substances. Substances that we
  207. 6:37can and must collect in our physical
  208. 6:39body over the course of our lives.
  209. 6:41Gurdjieff calls these substances food,
  210. 6:44but he doesn't mean food in the sense of
  211. 6:46a sandwich or banana or something,
  212. 6:48although that is included in what he
  213. 6:49calls food. He really means by this word
  214. 6:51food all forms of nourishment that build
  215. 6:55and contribute to the maintenance of a
  216. 6:56man's body, but also, if there is enough
  217. 6:58surplus of this nourishment left over,
  218. 7:00that can contribute to building his
  219. 7:02soul. And so, Gurdjieff defines food as
  220. 7:05being composed of three things. The
  221. 7:07first is the normal physical food and
  222. 7:09water that we eat and drink. The second
  223. 7:10is the air we breathe. And the third is
  224. 7:12what he calls our impressions. And this
  225. 7:15last form of food, impressions, is the
  226. 7:17most difficult to explain, but this
  227. 7:18basically refers to everything we see,
  228. 7:21hear, touch, taste, feel with our sense
  229. 7:24organs. It's our sensory experiences, in
  230. 7:27other words. And this is actually a very
  231. 7:28subtle form of food for us, a form of
  232. 7:31nourishment, just as food is, just as
  233. 7:33air is, just as water is. And so, food
  234. 7:36and bodies and souls and everything else
  235. 7:37in Gurdjieff's system is all material.
  236. 7:39It's all matter. But he categorizes
  237. 7:41different levels of matter according to
  238. 7:43its density and its frequency or
  239. 7:45vibration. And this is how he's able to
  240. 7:47reconcile talking about spiritual or
  241. 7:49supernatural things with being a radical
  242. 7:51materialist. And so, for example,
  243. 7:53something like the air we breathe is
  244. 7:55less dense than the food we eat. And
  245. 7:57because it's less dense, it also has a
  246. 7:58higher vibration. Density is inverse to
  247. 8:01vibration. And then something like a
  248. 8:03thought or an emotion or a sensory
  249. 8:05experience, that's even less dense than
  250. 8:07air and therefore carries with it an
  251. 8:09even higher vibration still. And so,
  252. 8:11Gurdjieff essentially is able to
  253. 8:12categorize everything that exists and
  254. 8:14everything that can exist according to
  255. 8:16this scale of density and vibration. And
  256. 8:18the soul or these other things that
  257. 8:20science cannot see or cannot prove is
  258. 8:22simply said to have such a low density
  259. 8:24or high vibration to be made of such a
  260. 8:25fine materiality, in other words, that
  261. 8:27we can't perceive it. And so, this is
  262. 8:29what Gurdjieff says the soul is made of,
  263. 8:31assuming that a man has one. It is made
  264. 8:33of very refined, higher vibration
  265. 8:35materials that a man has accumulated
  266. 8:38within himself through a certain
  267. 8:39process, through following these three
  268. 8:41occult laws that I'm going to get into.
  269. 8:42And once you collect enough of these
  270. 8:44materials inside you, they eventually
  271. 8:45crystallize into a soul. And so, this is
  272. 8:48what Gurdjieff's entire system is
  273. 8:50fundamentally about. It's basically a
  274. 8:52chemical process or an alchemical
  275. 8:54process. It is about accumulating
  276. 8:56certain substances within yourself and
  277. 8:58transforming or transmuting them through
  278. 9:00certain techniques. And if this is done
  279. 9:01intensively enough for a long enough
  280. 9:03time, it crystallizes and builds this
  281. 9:05soul in you, this something that can
  282. 9:08actually survive your physical death.
  283. 9:09Now, Gurdjieff does not just talk about
  284. 9:11the soul as if it's this one single
  285. 9:13homogeneous thing. He actually breaks it
  286. 9:14down into specific categories. You might
  287. 9:17think of them as being like the layers
  288. 9:18of the soul that you have to build one
  289. 9:20after another. And he calls them bodies
  290. 9:22or the higher bodies of man. And so,
  291. 9:24according to Gurdjieff, he says that us
  292. 9:26ordinary men, we have only one body,
  293. 9:28that is the physical body we know.
  294. 9:30However, he says that a complete man, a
  295. 9:32man who is perfected, a man who has gone
  296. 9:34through this alchemical process, he has
  297. 9:36no less than four bodies. And they all
  298. 9:38sort of fit within each other a bit like
  299. 9:39Russian dolls. And they are, number one,
  300. 9:42the physical body. Number two, the
  301. 9:43astral body, or what's sometimes called
  302. 9:45the body of desire. Number three is the
  303. 9:47mental body. And number four is called a
  304. 9:50man's eye, his individuality, or the
  305. 9:52master. And this is the soul proper. And
  306. 9:55it's only this fourth body that can be
  307. 9:57said to be permanently immortal. The
  308. 9:59astral body is relatively immortal,
  309. 10:01meaning it can survive a little bit
  310. 10:03longer than the physical body, but it
  311. 10:04will also eventually decay. The mental
  312. 10:06body can survive longer than the astral
  313. 10:08body. However, it's really only the
  314. 10:09fourth body, the master, what Gurdjieff
  315. 10:11calls a permanent and indivisible I,
  316. 10:14that can survive eternally. That is
  317. 10:16properly and fully immortal. In Tantric
  318. 10:18Buddhism, they refer to this fourth
  319. 10:19body, like I said, as the diamond body,
  320. 10:22or the Thunderbolt body. And it is said
  321. 10:24to be like a diamond precisely because
  322. 10:26it is indestructible. And so, building a
  323. 10:28soul, becoming immortal, is a process of
  324. 10:30building and crystallizing these four
  325. 10:33different bodies within yourself, one
  326. 10:35after another. You first of all have to
  327. 10:36build the astral body, which again,
  328. 10:38Gurdjieff says we are not born with. And
  329. 10:40here he disagrees with a lot of popular
  330. 10:42occult or New Age teachings today, which
  331. 10:44claim that, you know, everyone has an
  332. 10:45astral body. Gurdjieff says, "No, this
  333. 10:47is not the case." He says that most
  334. 10:49people who think they have an astral
  335. 10:50body, and who might even write books
  336. 10:51about it, who go on all sorts of, you
  337. 10:53know, astral projection mind trips in
  338. 10:54their own head, he says that these
  339. 10:55people are really just fantasizing. It's
  340. 10:57just self-hypnosis, in other words. It's
  341. 10:59auto-suggestion, imagination. He says
  342. 11:01that an astral body, like a soul, is
  343. 11:03possible to build, but that it is very
  344. 11:06expensive. It is very, very difficult.
  345. 11:08It requires enormous sacrifices. It
  346. 11:11requires putting yourself under and
  347. 11:12living with enormous strain and pressure
  348. 11:14for a long time, possibly for many
  349. 11:16years. It's like how a diamond cannot be
  350. 11:18created other than by undergoing
  351. 11:20tremendous amounts of pressure for
  352. 11:21billions of years. And the higher bodies
  353. 11:24are even harder to build and take even
  354. 11:25longer to build than it takes to build
  355. 11:27the astral body. So, that's what we're
  356. 11:28going to be talking about here in this
  357. 11:30video, fundamentally. It is how to build
  358. 11:32and crystallize in yourself these higher
  359. 11:35bodies, the astral body, the mental
  360. 11:37body, and the diamond body or soul. But
  361. 11:39before I get to that, I want to bring
  362. 11:40this back to the title of this video,
  363. 11:42the original thing I opened with, which
  364. 11:43is how this relates to attraction, and
  365. 11:45how when you do this, when you follow
  366. 11:46this process of alchemically changing
  367. 11:48yourself to become immortal, how this
  368. 11:50has the rather unexpected side effect of
  369. 11:52making women throw themselves at you,
  370. 11:54making them offer you casual sex. And I
  371. 11:56first became aware that this was the
  372. 11:58case when I began following Gurdjieff's
  373. 12:00system, and I noticed that this was an
  374. 12:02unexpected side effect, that when you
  375. 12:03are doing this work intensively, when
  376. 12:06you have built this astral body, or when
  377. 12:08you're in the process of building it
  378. 12:10using these techniques I'm going to get
  379. 12:11to, it makes women significantly more
  380. 12:13attracted to you. And this is because
  381. 12:16the astral body and these other bodies
  382. 12:17have certain properties. We might
  383. 12:20compare these properties to things like
  384. 12:22magnetism or radioactivity. So, for
  385. 12:24example, it's a bit like how you can
  386. 12:26take a regular piece of iron, and you
  387. 12:28can actually make it magnetic, you know,
  388. 12:29you can turn it into a magnet by
  389. 12:31applying certain physical processes to
  390. 12:33it. And these transform that ordinary
  391. 12:35piece of iron, they give it new
  392. 12:37qualities, such as the quality of
  393. 12:39magnetism. You could then take that same
  394. 12:41magnet, and you could apply other
  395. 12:42techniques to it, you could make it
  396. 12:44radioactive, for example. And so,
  397. 12:46something like this seems to be what
  398. 12:48happens to you when you transform
  399. 12:49yourself in this way that Gurdjieff is
  400. 12:51teaching. When you possess these higher
  401. 12:53bodies, when you have developed them,
  402. 12:55they give off certain radiations,
  403. 12:57certain emanations. Gives you a sort of
  404. 12:59an atmosphere around you, similar to the
  405. 13:00atmosphere around a planet. And this is
  406. 13:02perceivable by other people in my
  407. 13:04experience. It changes how they react to
  408. 13:05you, it is very, very noticeable. You
  409. 13:07know, in my own case, I went from being
  410. 13:08pretty much invisible to women to having
  411. 13:10women throw themselves at me, flirt with
  412. 13:12me, and all but beg me for sex. Even in
  413. 13:14cases where we've just met, you know,
  414. 13:16she barely even knows my name. So, this
  415. 13:17quality of being attractive to women,
  416. 13:20literally attracting them like a magnet,
  417. 13:21like a kind of a force of nature, it
  418. 13:23happens as a result of this property
  419. 13:24that Gurdjieff calls animal magnetism.
  420. 13:26And animal magnetism, he says, is
  421. 13:28fundamentally a property of the astral
  422. 13:30body or the body of desire. This is
  423. 13:32because the astral body is composed of
  424. 13:33certain finer substances, things like
  425. 13:36what we would maybe call hormones or
  426. 13:37pheromones, certain electrical impulses
  427. 13:40and other quasi-material substances,
  428. 13:42energies. And these substances give you
  429. 13:44certain emanations, rays that emanate
  430. 13:47from your astral body, so to speak.
  431. 13:48What's generally called your aura. And
  432. 13:50these things attract women. They make
  433. 13:53women notice you on a kind of reflexive
  434. 13:55level. You will notice that women are
  435. 13:56looking at you more often, they're
  436. 13:57staring at you, they're expressing
  437. 13:59sexual interest in you more often. These
  438. 14:01are the observable and I would actually
  439. 14:02say empirically provable properties of
  440. 14:04this astral body once you have developed
  441. 14:06it. All right, so that's the basic
  442. 14:07framework here of how to become immortal
  443. 14:10and how to attain animal magnetism, both
  444. 14:12of which are really just two sides of
  445. 14:14the same coin. How it is fundamentally a
  446. 14:16question of building these higher bodies
  447. 14:18within yourself and how this gives you
  448. 14:20new powers, new possibilities that you
  449. 14:22do not have before. Now, the technique
  450. 14:24for doing this, and I'm obviously going
  451. 14:26to oversimplify this greatly, but it
  452. 14:28basically comes down to doing three
  453. 14:29things. Three specific techniques to
  454. 14:31awaken and to build and crystallize
  455. 14:34these higher bodies within yourself.
  456. 14:35They are number one, sexual alchemy or
  457. 14:39internal alchemy. Number two,
  458. 14:40self-remembering. And number three,
  459. 14:43self-definition. And crucially,
  460. 14:45Gurdjieff says that you need to be doing
  461. 14:47all three of these at the same time.
  462. 14:49Doing one or two of these techniques is
  463. 14:51not enough. It's only when you do all
  464. 14:53three simultaneously that they
  465. 14:55constitute essentially the holy grail or
  466. 14:56the philosopher's stone. That they
  467. 14:58catalyze this alchemical process that
  468. 15:00creates and crystallizes the higher
  469. 15:02bodies within a man. So, the first of
  470. 15:04these methods is what we can roughly
  471. 15:05call sexual alchemy. And this has to do
  472. 15:08with, again, what Gurdjieff calls food.
  473. 15:10So, remember we said that there are
  474. 15:11three kinds of food, the food we eat and
  475. 15:13drink, which includes water, the air we
  476. 15:15breathe, and then our sensory
  477. 15:17impressions. Now, the food and drink we
  478. 15:18eat, this is metabolized in our body
  479. 15:21into finer and finer forms of matter,
  480. 15:23what he would call higher frequencies or
  481. 15:24higher vibrations of matter through the
  482. 15:26normal processes of digestion and
  483. 15:29metabolism. So, for example, you know,
  484. 15:30you eat something fairly dense like a
  485. 15:32piece of meat, it's then broken down in
  486. 15:34your stomach into its constituent
  487. 15:35proteins, vitamins, amino acids, becomes
  488. 15:38finer and finer, it's absorbed into the
  489. 15:40bloodstream and converted into finer or
  490. 15:42higher vibration substances like
  491. 15:44hormones, neurotransmitters, and so on.
  492. 15:46And then the final, highest, most
  493. 15:47refined, and high vibration substance
  494. 15:49created in the body from normal food
  495. 15:51alone is sexual energy, semen, sperm,
  496. 15:55seed. And sexual energy is distinct from
  497. 15:59every other substance produced by the
  498. 16:01body in the sense that it has this sort
  499. 16:02of unique and magical quality in that it
  500. 16:05alone is able to create new life. Now,
  501. 16:08sperm can obviously create new life
  502. 16:10outside yourself in the form of getting
  503. 16:12a woman pregnant and making a baby, but
  504. 16:14if sexual energy is accumulated and
  505. 16:16conserved, Gurdjieff says that semen is
  506. 16:18also used to create new life inside the
  507. 16:21organism itself, and this new life is
  508. 16:23precisely the higher bodies that we are
  509. 16:25trying to build, starting with the
  510. 16:26astral body. And so, that is the first
  511. 16:28fundamental technique that Gurdjieff
  512. 16:30says is necessary for creating these
  513. 16:32higher bodies. It is sexual alchemy, in
  514. 16:35a word, semen retention. Almost all of
  515. 16:37medieval alchemy, according to him, is
  516. 16:39really just a metaphor for this process
  517. 16:41of semen retention or sexual
  518. 16:42transmutation. In alchemy, you know,
  519. 16:44they spoke about turning base metals
  520. 16:45into gold, and this is really just a
  521. 16:47metaphor for this physical, internal,
  522. 16:49chemical process of converting ordinary
  523. 16:51food into the higher vibration
  524. 16:53substances like hormones,
  525. 16:55neurotransmitters, and so on, and
  526. 16:56ultimately into semen and sex energy.
  527. 16:58And then furthermore, it's about
  528. 16:59transmuting that sex energy into even
  529. 17:01higher vibration and more supernatural
  530. 17:03forms of matter, so to speak, all of
  531. 17:05which is ultimately done with the end
  532. 17:06goal of building and crystallizing these
  533. 17:08higher bodies within man, and in this
  534. 17:10way becoming immortal. That is what
  535. 17:12alchemy is all about. Now, as to how
  536. 17:15long you actually need to do semen
  537. 17:17retention to achieve this process,
  538. 17:18Gurdjieff is actually quite ambivalent
  539. 17:20about this. He says that some men will
  540. 17:22need to do it for a very long time, but
  541. 17:24not forever. In other men, he says that
  542. 17:25a long period of sexual abstinence is
  543. 17:27necessary to start the process of
  544. 17:29crystallization, but that once it's
  545. 17:31started, they don't necessarily need to
  546. 17:33remain abstinent. But then, to confuse
  547. 17:35the matter even further, he actually
  548. 17:36says that there are other men for whom a
  549. 17:38lot of vigorous, healthy sexual activity
  550. 17:40can actually help the process of
  551. 17:42crystallization of the higher bodies to
  552. 17:43occur. And if we look at how Gurdjieff
  553. 17:45himself seemed to alternate between
  554. 17:47these different extremes in terms of
  555. 17:49sexuality, you know, he would go for
  556. 17:51long periods of being completely
  557. 17:53abstinent, living a very ascetic
  558. 17:55lifestyle by all accounts. But then, he
  559. 17:57would also have periods in which he was
  560. 17:58[ __ ] everything that moved. You know,
  561. 18:00he fathered at least a dozen kids,
  562. 18:02possibly even over a hundred, according
  563. 18:04to some accounts. So, do you need to be
  564. 18:06fully sexually abstinent or not in
  565. 18:08Gurdjieff's system? And if so, how long
  566. 18:10do you need to be abstinent for? Well,
  567. 18:12Gurdjieff is essentially saying you're
  568. 18:14going to have to figure these things out
  569. 18:15on your own, because not every man is
  570. 18:17the same. Not every man has the same
  571. 18:19genetics, the same constitution. One
  572. 18:22thing we can say with absolute
  573. 18:23certainty, masturbation is a complete
  574. 18:25and utter waste of these higher
  575. 18:26vibration substances. So, at bare
  576. 18:28minimum, stop masturbating. Don't waste
  577. 18:31your sexual energy on fruitless and
  578. 18:32momentary pleasure, but store it up as
  579. 18:35much as you can and as often as you can,
  580. 18:37and use its energy to work on perfecting
  581. 18:39yourself. Sex energy by itself will also
  582. 18:41tend to make you much more magnetic to
  583. 18:43women. Hence why anyone who's done semen
  584. 18:45retention for a few weeks or months
  585. 18:46almost always notices that women are
  586. 18:48looking at them more, they're more
  587. 18:49magnetic to women. And I've spoken at
  588. 18:51length about that in other videos, so I
  589. 18:52won't dwell on here. All right. Now,
  590. 18:53Gurdjieff's second technique for
  591. 18:55crystallizing the higher bodies and
  592. 18:56becoming immortal and magnetic is what
  593. 18:58he calls self-remembering. And this is
  594. 19:01essentially a kind of concentration
  595. 19:03technique, an awareness technique that
  596. 19:05Gurdjieff says we must know how to do if
  597. 19:07we want to awaken. We want to actually
  598. 19:10ever be awake. Now, this one is going to
  599. 19:12take a little while to explain, but I'll
  600. 19:13do my best. So, we said that to build
  601. 19:15these higher bodies, to build a soul,
  602. 19:17you need food. And we said that the
  603. 19:19third and highest form of food, the
  604. 19:21least dense form, the highest vibration
  605. 19:23form, is actually our sensory
  606. 19:24impressions. It's your sensory
  607. 19:26experiences. That everything you see,
  608. 19:28touch, taste, hear, smell from the
  609. 19:30external environment brings with it a
  610. 19:31certain amount of energy. It's like how
  611. 19:33you get nourishment from food, you get
  612. 19:35nourishment from air. Well, you also get
  613. 19:37nourishment from your sensory
  614. 19:39experiences, from your impressions, from
  615. 19:41everything you see and hear. However,
  616. 19:43the problem is, because we are what
  617. 19:45Gurdjieff calls asleep, because we're in
  618. 19:47a very low state of consciousness, we're
  619. 19:49distracted, we're not alert, we're
  620. 19:50daydreaming or worrying, lost in our
  621. 19:53thoughts, disconnected from our body,
  622. 19:55because of this low state of
  623. 19:57consciousness we're in almost all the
  624. 19:58time, we're not taking in the necessary
  625. 20:00nourishment that we should be getting
  626. 20:02from our sensory experiences and
  627. 20:03impressions. We're generally getting
  628. 20:05enough of the first two kinds of food,
  629. 20:07which are food, water, and air, but
  630. 20:08we're being starved, completely
  631. 20:10malnourished, of the third kind of food,
  632. 20:12which is our impressions. Now,
  633. 20:13self-remembering is basically a way of
  634. 20:15extracting more energy or nutrients from
  635. 20:18these impressions. And when you do it,
  636. 20:20when you make it a habit, you very
  637. 20:22quickly start to observe a dramatic
  638. 20:24increase in your levels of energy. I've
  639. 20:26sometimes compared it to being like the
  640. 20:27real life limitless pill. So, what
  641. 20:29actually is self-remembering, and how do
  642. 20:31you do it? Again, a lot has been written
  643. 20:32about this. It's something you kind of
  644. 20:34have to learn by feel. It can't easily
  645. 20:36be explained in words, but I'm going to
  646. 20:37do my best here. The basic idea is to be
  647. 20:40aware of yourself at all times. To
  648. 20:42cultivate the awareness, the
  649. 20:43recognition, the feeling that I am. You
  650. 20:46know, in the Bible, Moses asks God at
  651. 20:49the burning bush for his true name. God
  652. 20:51says that his real name is I am that I
  653. 20:54am. And this has been said to express
  654. 20:56the deepest spiritual truth, which is
  655. 20:58that God is the awareness behind our
  656. 21:01conscious experience. It's the I am, the
  657. 21:03observer, the self-consciousness,
  658. 21:05self-awareness. And in the words of
  659. 21:07Aleister Crowley, "Every true name of
  660. 21:09God gives the formula of the invocation
  661. 21:11of that God." So, for example, right
  662. 21:13now, you're looking at your phone screen
  663. 21:15or your computer as you're watching
  664. 21:16this. That's a normal sensory
  665. 21:18impression, okay? And in a normal
  666. 21:20impression, our attention is going in
  667. 21:21one direction. It's going from you
  668. 21:24towards the object of your attention,
  669. 21:26which in this case right now is your
  670. 21:27screen, okay? You're not conscious of
  671. 21:29yourself. You're actually literally in a
  672. 21:30state most times of a kind of hypnotic
  673. 21:32trance. When you're constantly absorbed
  674. 21:34by whatever it is you're doing or
  675. 21:35watching, when you're just running on
  676. 21:37autopilot, when you're not conscious of
  677. 21:39yourself and of your I, that's what
  678. 21:41Gurdjieff calls the state of sleep. This
  679. 21:43is a state of waking hypnosis throughout
  680. 21:45almost all of our day-to-day lives, and
  681. 21:47moments of waking up, of remembering
  682. 21:49yourself, are very rare. But these
  683. 21:51moments of remembering yourself, of
  684. 21:53becoming aware of yourself, it is only
  685. 21:55in these fleeting moments that Gurdjieff
  686. 21:57says we are actually truly awake. So,
  687. 21:59that would look as follows, okay? So,
  688. 22:01right now, you're still looking at your
  689. 22:03screen, you're still hearing my voice,
  690. 22:05but as you watch and listen to me, I
  691. 22:07want you to simultaneously be aware of
  692. 22:10yourself at the same time. So, for
  693. 22:12example, what are your legs feeling
  694. 22:14right now? What are your hands feeling?
  695. 22:16What is your back feeling? What about
  696. 22:18your face? So, run through and become
  697. 22:21aware of all the different parts of your
  698. 22:23body and what they're feeling and
  699. 22:24experiencing right now in this moment,
  700. 22:27like the tactile sensations, things like
  701. 22:28that. Now, when you've done that,
  702. 22:30alongside that, I want you to also
  703. 22:32cultivate the awareness that I am. I am
  704. 22:36feeling these sensations. I am listening
  705. 22:39to these sounds. I am looking at these
  706. 22:41things. And so now, the arrow of
  707. 22:43awareness is going in two directions as
  708. 22:46opposed to in one. Your awareness, your
  709. 22:47attention is both going out towards the
  710. 22:49external world, but it's also going
  711. 22:51inward towards yourself. And this is the
  712. 22:54state of self-remembering proper. And
  713. 22:56so, this is sort of an awareness
  714. 22:58exercise. You could think of of almost
  715. 23:00like a kind of an active meditation, and
  716. 23:02you need to be doing this as often as
  717. 23:04you can as you're going about your life.
  718. 23:06And when you do, what's actually
  719. 23:07happening is that you're getting a
  720. 23:08higher quality of impressions because
  721. 23:11you're not distracted, you're not in
  722. 23:12your head, you're not being hypnotized,
  723. 23:15and you're not identifying with various
  724. 23:16nonsense. Instead, you are awake, you're
  725. 23:18alert. And while you are awake, i.e.,
  726. 23:21self-aware, you take in this greater
  727. 23:23quantity and quality of impressions,
  728. 23:25which is the highest vibration form of
  729. 23:27food there is. And with this much
  730. 23:29greater nourishment of impressions comes
  731. 23:31an enormous amount of new energy and
  732. 23:34power that we cannot get otherwise.
  733. 23:36There's nothing else quite like this. No
  734. 23:38other meditation or mindfulness
  735. 23:40technique creates the same results. This
  736. 23:42gives a very, very different taste. It's
  737. 23:44fundamentally a taste of greater power.
  738. 23:46You are filled with a strange new
  739. 23:48confidence. You know, it's actually
  740. 23:49quite similar to semen retention, if
  741. 23:51you've ever done that. Just like with
  742. 23:53semen retention, it can actually put you
  743. 23:54into certain states of euphoria, almost.
  744. 23:57You know, when I first started
  745. 23:58experimenting with this, I had
  746. 24:00experiences that actually felt somewhat
  747. 24:01like being on MDMA, even completely
  748. 24:03sober in the middle of the day. It was
  749. 24:04actually very intense sometimes. You
  750. 24:06know, it's like you feel so happy that
  751. 24:08it can actually almost be uncomfortable.
  752. 24:10Again, I've compared it to being sort of
  753. 24:11like being on the Limitless pill. That
  754. 24:12is basically what self-remembering is if
  755. 24:14you commit to doing it. And particularly
  756. 24:16if you do it synergistically with semen
  757. 24:18retention. This is pretty much as close
  758. 24:20as I've ever come to finding a way of
  759. 24:21being on drugs but that actually doing
  760. 24:24drugs. It can trigger you to have
  761. 24:25certain satori experiences,
  762. 24:27pre-enlightenment experiences, and this
  763. 24:29is sort of like a taste of what's to
  764. 24:31come and what becomes more permanent and
  765. 24:33stable when you build these higher
  766. 24:35bodies. All right. Now, Gurdjieff's
  767. 24:36third and final technique for building
  768. 24:38the higher bodies, for becoming
  769. 24:40immortal, for obtaining magnetism, and
  770. 24:42these various other supernormal powers
  771. 24:44is what I call self-definition. Now,
  772. 24:46Gurdjieff himself didn't actually put it
  773. 24:48in these words. He actually called this
  774. 24:49technique intentional suffering. It's a
  775. 24:52big part of his system together with
  776. 24:54self-remembering and sexual alchemy,
  777. 24:56these three things constitute the holy
  778. 24:58grail, the philosopher's stone. I don't
  779. 25:00actually like that term intentional
  780. 25:02suffering, however. I think it's
  781. 25:03unnecessarily negative. It's somewhat
  782. 25:06gloomy. It's kind of off-putting, I
  783. 25:07think. And actually, what Gurdjieff
  784. 25:09calls intentional suffering is not
  785. 25:10really marked by a feeling of suffering
  786. 25:13at all in the moment when you're doing
  787. 25:14it. What he calls intentional suffering,
  788. 25:15this technique, is actually a way of
  789. 25:17achieving a feeling of joy and aliveness
  790. 25:19that cannot be obtained in any other
  791. 25:21way. And so, I have come up with a new
  792. 25:23name for it, which I think is not only
  793. 25:24less negative, just more accurate. And I
  794. 25:26call it self-definition, acts of
  795. 25:29self-definition, or the struggle for
  796. 25:31self-definition. And I'll explain
  797. 25:33exactly what this technique is and how
  798. 25:35to do it in a second, but the basic idea
  799. 25:37here, the premise of all this, if you
  800. 25:39remember, the overarching theme is that
  801. 25:41we do not have a soul. We are not born
  802. 25:43with a soul, but we have to actively
  803. 25:45build one. We have to grow one. We have
  804. 25:47to create one within us over the course
  805. 25:49of our lifetime. Only in this case do we
  806. 25:50have the right to be called a man in the
  807. 25:52full sense of that word. And until we do
  808. 25:54that, we are simply a slave to external
  809. 25:56conditions. Now, this soul we are trying
  810. 25:59to build, the diamond body, the I or the
  811. 26:01master, what this is fundamentally is
  812. 26:04something that allows us to be
  813. 26:05independent of external conditions. And
  814. 26:07this is precisely what Gurdjieff says we
  815. 26:09don't have. As ordinary men, we are
  816. 26:11slaves to external conditions, to
  817. 26:13external forces. We don't have a
  818. 26:14permanent and distinct I that can be
  819. 26:16independent of and do what it wants
  820. 26:19regardless of external conditions. We
  821. 26:21only have a physical body, and this
  822. 26:23physical body and our emotions simply
  823. 26:25just react to external forces and to our
  824. 26:27environment. So, you know, for example,
  825. 26:28I'm hungry, I have to eat right away.
  826. 26:30Stimulus, response. There's no autonomy,
  827. 26:32no will, nothing independent in me that
  828. 26:35can stand up to hunger in practice. Or
  829. 26:37it's like, I see a spider and I'm
  830. 26:38scared. Or, you know, I feel horny, I
  831. 26:40need to watch porn and jerk off right
  832. 26:42away. Like I'm an animal, I'm a machine.
  833. 26:44There's nothing in me that's able to
  834. 26:45withstand my external environment and
  835. 26:47the short-term emotions it produces. And
  836. 26:49so long as we are unable to be the
  837. 26:50master of ourselves, so long as we're
  838. 26:52unable to resist external conditions, to
  839. 26:55stand independently of them, we will
  840. 26:57simply be completely annihilated when we
  841. 26:59die. Because there is no soul, there's
  842. 27:01no I, we don't have any permanent and
  843. 27:03independent individuality that would be
  844. 27:05capable of withstanding death. And so
  845. 27:08this technique of self-definition, what
  846. 27:10he calls intentional suffering, is
  847. 27:11fundamentally how you build that
  848. 27:13permanent and indestructible self. And
  849. 27:15you build this, you can only build it,
  850. 27:17in short, through war, through friction,
  851. 27:20through applying shocks to your organism
  852. 27:22continually, to continually waking
  853. 27:25yourself up, to waking up from the
  854. 27:27trance which we're normally in. And this
  855. 27:29is accomplished through internal
  856. 27:31struggle, through friction, through
  857. 27:33building your will by acts of defiance,
  858. 27:36by acts of self-definition. Or Gurdjieff
  859. 27:39sometimes calls this the struggle
  860. 27:40between yes and no. So in other words,
  861. 27:42your body, your emotions, they always
  862. 27:44want to do one thing, but in order to
  863. 27:45create this soul that can actually be
  864. 27:48independent of your body and can outlast
  865. 27:50it, you have to continually go against
  866. 27:52your body. You have to go against what
  867. 27:54is comfortable, against what feels
  868. 27:56natural and nice, against what you've
  869. 27:58become habituated to. You have to always
  870. 28:00go against what your short-term emotions
  871. 28:03want you to do. So small examples of
  872. 28:05this could be things like fasting, you
  873. 28:07know, going for a period of time without
  874. 28:09food. So you're feeling hunger, you're
  875. 28:11feeling that intense desire to like just
  876. 28:13[ __ ] eat something, but you force
  877. 28:15yourself not to. And only in this way do
  878. 28:18you build a will. Only in this way do
  879. 28:20you create a something inside you that
  880. 28:23can actually withstand external
  881. 28:25conditions, that can be independent. Now
  882. 28:27fasting is just one example of this,
  883. 28:29another example of this might be
  884. 28:30something like semen retention or no
  885. 28:32fap. You know, particularly if you're in
  886. 28:33the habit of masturbating, then
  887. 28:35intentional suffering or self-definition
  888. 28:37would involve breaking that habit. By
  889. 28:39imposing that willpower on yourself, you
  890. 28:41are building that new body, the I or
  891. 28:43will, the soul which which actually
  892. 28:45stand above and resist and overpower the
  893. 28:47downward pulling influence of the animal
  894. 28:49body. Other examples of self-definition
  895. 28:51or intentional suffering are anything
  896. 28:53you do to harden yourself, anything
  897. 28:55that's done to build discipline. For
  898. 28:57example, exposing yourself to cold when
  899. 29:00you don't have to or to heat. You know,
  900. 29:01it could be something like walking home
  901. 29:03for an hour in the hot sun instead of
  902. 29:04driving in a nice air-conditioned car.
  903. 29:06And importantly, these are things you do
  904. 29:08even when you have the option to do the
  905. 29:10comfortable thing, okay? So, if you just
  906. 29:12withstand suffering because you have to,
  907. 29:14because you know, that's what the the
  908. 29:15situation entails, that doesn't really
  909. 29:17count. You only build these higher
  910. 29:19bodies when you are actively making
  911. 29:21things harder for yourself purely for
  912. 29:22the sake of doing this. When you are
  913. 29:24actively making yourself do things that
  914. 29:26are hard, uncomfortable, frightening,
  915. 29:29tedious, only these acts actually build
  916. 29:32the self, the soul, the I, the master.
  917. 29:35Again, you know, it could be something
  918. 29:36like walking a certain distance in the
  919. 29:38cold, in the snow, or in the rain
  920. 29:40without a jacket. It could be emotional
  921. 29:42challenges, you know, putting yourself
  922. 29:43out of your comfort zone. Adrenaline
  923. 29:45control during things that are scary,
  924. 29:48you know, like approaching a woman for
  925. 29:49example, or standing your ground when
  926. 29:51another man challenges you, asserting
  927. 29:53yourself in some way that you're
  928. 29:55unaccustomed to doing. And when you do
  929. 29:56that, that feeling of adrenaline, you
  930. 29:58know, that that burst inside you of
  931. 29:59emotion like, "Oh, [ __ ] this is scary.
  932. 30:02Like I really, really don't want to do
  933. 30:03this. Your legs are shaking." Then you
  934. 30:04just like,
  935. 30:05"Ugh." Overpower it and force yourself
  936. 30:07to do it anyway. Those are acts of
  937. 30:09self-definition, meaning you're building
  938. 30:12a self. You're going against the flow of
  939. 30:14the environment. You're going against
  940. 30:15the flow of your body, against your
  941. 30:16short-term emotions. And only by doing
  942. 30:18that do we actually build a self or a
  943. 30:20soul at all. Only by doing that can we
  944. 30:22build the diamond body, this
  945. 30:24indestructible something in us that is
  946. 30:27actually able to stand apart from our
  947. 30:28physical body, from our emotions, from
  948. 30:30our external environment, and in this
  949. 30:31way is immortal, invincible,
  950. 30:33indestructible. So, those are the three
  951. 30:36occult laws that you must follow if you
  952. 30:38want to create an astral body, a diamond
  953. 30:40body, a soul. they are sexual
  954. 30:42transmutation, self-remembering, and
  955. 30:45self-definition or intentional
  956. 30:47suffering, the struggle between yes and
  957. 30:49no. When you do these three practices,
  958. 30:51you create an enormously higher quantity
  959. 30:53and quality of the higher vibration
  960. 30:55substances within yourself from which
  961. 30:57these higher bodies are formed, and the
  962. 30:59creation of these higher bodies as well
  963. 31:00as the accumulation of those substances
  964. 31:02brings with it the appearance in the
  965. 31:03organism of certain supernatural powers.
  966. 31:06One of these powers is magnetism, the
  967. 31:09ability to attract, to influence, to
  968. 31:11mesmerize, and fascinate the opposite
  969. 31:13sex. Other powers appear to include
  970. 31:15things like telepathy, clairvoyance,
  971. 31:17psychokinesis, what the US military in
  972. 31:19their experiments on these things call
  973. 31:21psychoenergetics, which refers to a
  974. 31:23mysterious and paranormal interactions
  975. 31:25that can occur between the psyche and
  976. 31:28matter. Gurdjieff's system and these
  977. 31:29three occult laws or techniques are
  978. 31:31essentially a blueprint to become
  979. 31:33supernatural, to attaining properties
  980. 31:35and characteristics of supernature as
  981. 31:38opposed to ordinary nature as we know
  982. 31:41it. One of these properties is animal
  983. 31:43magnetism. Now, I talk more about how to

1003. 32:16two days ago, on Saturday, I was at the
1004. 32:17bar, this tall blonde girl approached
1005. 32:19me. We talked for about 20 minutes, she
1006. 32:20asked me to take her home, we go home
1007. 32:22and have sex. And so, this is the sort
1008. 32:23of weekend, the sort of night that is
