- 0:02Every interior designer understands this
- 0:04frustration. You pour hours into
- 0:06perfecting a kitchen design. You refine
- 0:08the layout, select the finishes, and
- 0:10obsess over every detail. But when you
- 0:12finally present it to your client, they
- 0:14hesitate and second guess. It's not
- 0:16about your creativity or
- 0:17professionalism. It's your
- 0:18communication. [music]
- 0:19Even the most brilliant design can fall
- 0:21flat if clients can't clearly see the
- 0:23vision. So today, we're going to fix
- 0:24that together.
- 0:25>> [music]
- 0:25>> I will show you five steps to present
- 0:27your kitchen designs so clients can
- 0:29understand them right away and approve
- 0:30them faster with fewer revisions.
- 0:33Because here's the truth. When your
- 0:34presentation doesn't explain the entire
- 0:36story, you're wasting time, energy, and
- 0:38profit on back and forth that shouldn't
- 0:40even be happening in the first place.
- 0:42So, let's change that. In this video,
- 0:44I'll be using Rayon Design, which if you
- 0:46don't know yet, it's the new Gen
- 0:47Effortless CAD tool for interior
- 0:49designers and architects, where you can
- 0:51do anything from importing DWGs and PDFs
- 0:54to drawing and editing floor plans and
- 0:56sections to fully fleshing out your
- 0:58design presentations with stylized mood
- 1:00boards and even built-in AI tools. This
- 1:02entire presentation that I'm about to
- 1:04show you was made in Rayon from A to Z.
- 1:06You can go ahead and create a free
- 1:08account using the link below. Let's get
- 1:10started. Your architectural floor plans,
- 1:12sections, and design details might look
- 1:14crystal clear to you, but clients don't
- 1:17see line work the way that we do. They
- 1:19just kind of see confusion. And that's
- 1:21why adding realistic materials, accurate
- 1:23colors, and detailed text annotations
- 1:25help them envision what seems obvious on
- 1:27[music] your end. So, this is a complete
- 1:30set that we have in RAM that we're going
- 1:32to take a look at today. I'll just kind
- 1:34of run through the pages really quickly,
- 1:36just kind of the layout. So, we have our
- 1:39title sheet in here. We've got the table
- 1:42of contents, some conceptual stuff,
- 1:44[music] and then we go into our, you
- 1:46know, more detailed technical drawings
- 1:48like the floor plan, the sections, um,
- 1:51some inspiration images, axonometric
- 1:54views, and again, we're going to deep
- 1:56dive into some of this stuff in this
- 1:58video, but ending up over here at the
- 2:01FFN schedule and just kind of a little
- 2:04closer sheet. So, that's kind of an
- 2:06overall look at this presentation. And
- 2:09again, we'll talk about five different
- 2:11things that we can do with this
- 2:13presentation to make it a little bit
- 2:14more clear and obvious to our clients.
- 2:17Even some of the small things like
- 2:19having consistent fonts and hierarchy in
- 2:21your layouts make a really big
- 2:23difference on how like finished and
- 2:25trustworthy your design looks. A
- 2:27polished drawing can tell your client
- 2:29like this is real. This is ready to be
- 2:31built. Let me just go ahead and show you
- 2:33a little before and after of what I
- 2:35mean. Um, this is just an example of a
- 2:38project that I created in Rayon Design.
- 2:40Um, [music] it is a DWG that I imported
- 2:42into Rayon to scale, which by the way,
- 2:44if you didn't know, you can import PDFs
- 2:47or just draw accurately from scratch
- 2:49directly in the tool. [music]
- 2:51So, let's go ahead and take a look at
- 2:53how I did this. So, I'm popping over
- 2:55into my model canvas, which I encourage
- 2:58you to go check out some other videos on
- 3:00the page if you want to understand the
- 3:01difference between paper canvas and
- 3:03model canvas. But essentially, the model
- 3:04canvas is just where you're going to be
- 3:06drawing. The paper canvas is where
- 3:07you're going to be presenting [music]
- 3:08those drawings. So, if we pop over to
- 3:10the model canvas, I just want to show
- 3:12you what this could look like or what
- 3:14this might look like already as you are
- 3:16presenting them. Now, this is actually
- 3:18pretty detailed as it is. This is a
- 3:20floor plan in a section. Um, we've got
- 3:22like, you know, door swings and that
- 3:24kind of thing, but it's not as good as
- 3:26it could be. So, just by adding a few
- 3:29materials, dimensions,
- 3:32maybe a couple of annotations, uh, we
- 3:34can really make this drawing
- 3:36understandable. Again, just that basic
- 3:38line work doesn't really compute with
- 3:40everyone. Obviously, in our designer
- 3:42brains, we get it, but everyone else
- 3:44might not understand. So, so let's just
- 3:46zoom over to what this could look like
- 3:49if it were a little bit more stylized
- 3:51and understandable for the client. So,
- 3:53you can already see even with just a
- 3:55little simple wood texture on the floor
- 3:58and down here, especially with, you
- 4:00know, our backsplash, our cabinet color,
- 4:03[music] our metal on our different
- 4:05appliances, like you start to understand
- 4:07or at least your client will start to
- 4:09understand better this layout. So, let
- 4:12me just show you how you can apply these
- 4:13different styles, dimensions, and add
- 4:16some annotations as well. So, in our
- 4:18drawing here, we have basically this
- 4:20drawing is made up of different blocks
- 4:22or just shapes. And so, if I were to
- 4:24double click in here and select one of
- 4:26these, you can see that this is
- 4:28basically just a shape that I can add a
- 4:31different style to. So over here in this
- 4:33right hand panel, you can see that I
- 4:35have a different style applied to, for
- 4:38instance, [music] these cabinets than I
- 4:40do to uh maybe this refrigerator or
- 4:43something like that. Um you can see I've
- 4:45got a metal style applied there. And
- 4:47then over in the cabinets, I've got like
- 4:48a wood texture. So with our block or our
- 4:52shape or anything like that, you can add
- 4:54different styles. So if I come over
- 4:56here, I'm just going to go ahead and
- 4:57detach [music] this style just so I can
- 4:59show you how to create a new style. So,
- 5:01if I detach this, it's going to show me
- 5:03what the fill of that shape is and what
- 5:05the stroke of that shape is. [music] So,
- 5:07we want to change the fill. So, I'm
- 5:09going to just say remove fill. And you
- 5:11can see that it basically took that
- 5:12shape away. [music] And now, if I go to
- 5:14add fill, just click on this add fill.
- 5:17Now, you can click on uh different fills
- 5:21up here. So, whether you want a solid, a
- 5:23gradient, a texture, there's a whole
- 5:25library of lovely textures in here. or
- 5:28there's, you know, all kinds of
- 5:29different wood or um tiles, carpet, that
- 5:33kind of thing. You can also apply a
- 5:35hatch, which would be like a little bit
- 5:36more basic representation, but you can
- 5:38see it kind of works well for certain
- 5:40things, like for instance, this
- 5:41backsplash. Or you can even upload your
- 5:43own image, which I really love. So, if
- 5:44there's a specific material that you
- 5:46have, um, you can just add that here.
- 5:48So, just say upload and then add in your
- 5:50own. Now, if you already have another
- 5:52material in the project that you like,
- 5:54you could also just grab this little
- 5:56eyropper and you can ey drop another
- 5:59style that you like and then it will
- 6:00apply that to whatever uh shape you are
- 6:04hovering over. And then if you really
- 6:06like that style or if you've created a
- 6:08new style that you want to use on in the
- 6:10future in this project or another
- 6:12project, you can just kind of create
- 6:13your own library [music]
- 6:15um just by saying plus and you can save
- 6:17that style. So, I'll hit the plus button
- 6:19and then you can name it. Uh, you can
- 6:22edit any other properties. If you go
- 6:24back to um if you click this little
- 6:26image right here, you can also edit the
- 6:28opacity of it. So, if you don't want it,
- 6:30you know, super opaque, if you want a
- 6:32little bit transparency, or you can also
- 6:34always adjust um some of these filters
- 6:36like the exposure, contrast, saturation.
- 6:38And then on some of these like the
- 6:40texture and the hatch, you can adjust
- 6:43the uh transformation of it. So, that's
- 6:45where you'd be able to scale it up or
- 6:47down, rotate it, um, all that good
- 6:49stuff. So, because I like this wood and
- 6:52we're going to keep this wood, I'm just
- 6:53going to ey drop that and keep that on
- 6:55our [music] cabinets. That whole process
- 6:57is something that you will just
- 6:58basically replicate as you move
- 6:59throughout your model. Now, if I get out
- 7:01of my edit mode here, I'll show you how
- 7:03to add in some dimensions as well. So,
- 7:05down on this little bar here, we've got
- 7:07[music] a little thing that says
- 7:08dimension. And basically, this is pretty
- 7:10simple. All you're going to do is just
- 7:12click point A and point B and then it's
- 7:14going to give you your dimension between
- 7:16those two points. So if [music] I want
- 7:18to uh measure this countertop I'm just
- 7:21going to click click and then I will
- 7:23drag it out down here. Now you can see
- 7:25that the style of this dimension looks a
- 7:27little bit different than the other
- 7:28dimension style that we have here. So
- 7:30just as we did with these cabinets, you
- 7:31can edit the style of pretty much
- 7:33anything in here. So whether it's the
- 7:35font, the color, an annotation, a
- 7:37dimension, and again, you're just going
- 7:39to do that right over here on this side.
- 7:41So you can select from different fonts,
- 7:44different colors, different sizes, and
- 7:48similarly to our original style that we
- 7:52were just editing up here. You can also
- 7:54grab that little eyropper.
- 7:56If there is another style in your
- 7:58project already that you really like,
- 7:59you can just grab that eyedropper and ey
- 8:01drop right on that and it's going to
- 8:03match that style, which can be a huge
- 8:05timesaver. So, after you kind of start
- 8:08your project, this might seem like a lot
- 8:10of like upfront work trying to get this
- 8:12uh style uh reeled in and trying [music]
- 8:16to make sure that you know everything
- 8:17kind of matches, but once you create
- 8:20these styles, uh you have them for the
- 8:22future. And so you kind of have that
- 8:23style library and that standard library
- 8:26for your future design documentation. So
- 8:28that was step one where we kind of like
- 8:30refined our drawings. Now in step two,
- 8:32I'm going to show you how you can add
- 8:34images to tell your story a little bit
- 8:36further. We don't need to just show the
- 8:38floor plan. We want to show the entire
- 8:40story. Right? So this is where you can
- 8:42include images of your inspiration,
- 8:44textures, tone references right next to
- 8:47the layout of your design. When clients
- 8:49are able to see how the mood board
- 8:51interacts with the plan, they can
- 8:53understand your design intent um a
- 8:55little bit better, not just the
- 8:56geometry. So, this step really bridges
- 8:59imagination and approval. And it's where
- 9:01that emotional buyin really happens. And
- 9:04this is actually really easy to do in
- 9:05Rayon. You can actually set up your
- 9:07presentation and mood boards directly
- 9:09where you draw your architectural
- 9:10drawings. So, you don't have to like
- 9:11jump between different tools or pay for
- 9:13different software subscriptions. So,
- 9:15let me show you real quick how I made a
- 9:17few of these mood boards. If we just
- 9:19zoom in on, let's just say these
- 9:21sections here. Now, you can see that
- 9:23we're kind of like creating this visual
- 9:25that goes along with the sections. So,
- 9:27not only are the different styles that
- 9:29we've applied to these sections going to
- 9:31help uh that comprehension, but these
- 9:34additional images are going to help put
- 9:37some of the pieces together in the
- 9:38client's mind. So, I just want to show
- 9:40you how you can quickly drop in an image
- 9:43um onto your presentation board. So,
- 9:45let's just say that I want to replace
- 9:47this faucet here. So, I'm going to just
- 9:49delete that and show you how easy it is
- 9:50to bring in an image. You can either
- 9:52just copy um the image from straight
- 9:54from the internet. You can save it
- 9:56directly to your desktop and then um
- 9:58kind of import it or something like
- 10:00that. I'm just going to show you how to
- 10:02do it from the internet. So, if I go to
- 10:05um just like a faucet search and let's
- 10:06just say that I found an image that I
- 10:08like, I can just rightclick and copy
- 10:10that image and then go back to my rayon
- 10:13canvas and just hit [music] paste and
- 10:15it's just going to come right in there.
- 10:16So, then that's where I can kind of like
- 10:18scale it. I can also if it has some sort
- 10:21of like background that's not white. It
- 10:23looks like this one already has a white
- 10:25background, but if yours doesn't, um you
- 10:27can just click on edit image down here
- 10:28and then AI will remove the background
- 10:30for you. [music] It's also nice if you
- 10:33want to kind of stack things on top of
- 10:34each other and just kind of like really
- 10:36create that like collage. Uh you can
- 10:38also upscale using AI here as well. So
- 10:40if it's like a really low resolution
- 10:42image, which this one looks pretty low.
- 10:44So we could say upscale and it's just
- 10:46going to make that um a higher
- 10:48resolution. You can see that it really
- 10:50crisped that up. Um it looks like it
- 10:53doubled the size. So once you're done
- 10:54with that, you just say done. And then
- 10:56you've got it right there. And you can
- 10:58see I can stack it on top of things now
- 11:00because it's kind of [music] um got that
- 11:02transparent background. So that's how
- 11:04you can easily add these images to your
- 11:07views. Now you can also add images into
- 11:09shapes. You can see that these are all
- 11:11kind of like a circle [music] shape. So
- 11:13how you would do that is just by uh
- 11:15placing a shape and then you will just
- 11:17add a fill over here in the style and
- 11:20this is where you would just add your
- 11:21image. So, if you have that image on
- 11:22your desktop, you would just say upload,
- 11:24and it will basically fill that circle
- 11:26with your image. On to step three. We're
- 11:28going to leverage AI for fast 3D views.
- 11:32Many interior design workflows [music]
- 11:33are uh solely 2D based, but honestly,
- 11:36before getting client approval, modeling
- 11:38an accurate 3D kitchen can be a big
- 11:40waste of time um until it's approved.
- 11:43But today, we have AI tools that can
- 11:45help us. [music] And that doesn't mean
- 11:47that you can't give your clients the
- 11:49perspective that they need. Rayon has
- 11:51this built-in AI panel that is just
- 11:53[music] for you. So now we can use that
- 11:56to generate quick 3D axonometric views
- 11:59of our kitchen layouts without actually
- 12:013D modeling. Um so in seconds your plan
- 12:04is going to turn into a realistic easy
- 12:05to understand visual. Um as you can see
- 12:08here we have a couple of different
- 12:09examples. These are just AI generated
- 12:11based on floor plans and sections that
- 12:13we prompted it with. And this really
- 12:15helps your client grasp the scale, the
- 12:17layout, the flow. And once they see
- 12:19that, they can approve it faster. So,
- 12:22let's see how I was able to create these
- 12:23plans here. We're going to go over here
- 12:25into our little panel here, and we're
- 12:28going to click on AI chat. Now, we're
- 12:30going to basically prompt this to create
- 12:33a [music] 3D axonometric view from
- 12:36sections and floor plans that we've
- 12:38already created. So, actually, I'm going
- 12:40to pop into my model canvas. So, I've
- 12:42got this up on the screen and go back to
- 12:44my AI chat. And then here we're just
- 12:46going to prompt it and say create
- 12:48[music] a 3D axonometric
- 12:52view from this floor plan and sections.
- 12:57You can also like add in additional
- 12:59prompts to kind of like help it.
- 13:01Sometimes it helps it, sometimes it
- 13:02hurts it. So you might have to play
- 13:03around a little bit with it. Um, but I'm
- 13:05going to just say like maintain
- 13:08style and see how that does. And then we
- 13:10also want to click this little plus sign
- 13:11and say add screenshot. And that's going
- 13:14to allow us to take a screenshot right
- 13:16here of what we want it to use. [music]
- 13:19And then we're going to just hit this
- 13:20little send and we'll let it do the work
- 13:22and see what it comes up with. Okay. So
- 13:25over here we can see that it has created
- 13:27a view for us. It doesn't look super
- 13:29accurate, but we can go ahead [music]
- 13:32and insert image so we can take a better
- 13:34look at it. Um you can see that it's
- 13:36definitely retained some of the style.
- 13:38It's retained um a lot of it honestly,
- 13:41but it got the island a little bit
- 13:43wrong, which is okay. So, that's kind of
- 13:46where you can continue to uh refine and
- 13:49prompt, but I think it did a good job of
- 13:51keeping the same kind of style. Um I do
- 13:54think that the more information you give
- 13:56it, the better. For instance, uh
- 13:58originally when I was kind of playing
- 14:00around with this, I just gave it the
- 14:01sections and it didn't do a great job.
- 14:03So, I think giving it that floor plan uh
- 14:05does really help. And you can see that
- 14:07it also kind of like grab that wood
- 14:08floor style and applies it as well. So
- 14:10again, I think the more information you
- 14:12give it, the better. But if it doesn't
- 14:14turn out exactly like how you want, just
- 14:15kind of keep prompting it and continue
- 14:17to give it more information to really
- 14:20understand what your design is. And then
- 14:23uh once you have it, again, just import
- 14:24it right into your drawing. You can just
- 14:26pop it right here on your model space
- 14:28and then use it in your paper space
- 14:31later. So, moving back into our paper
- 14:34canvas, we are going to talk about step
- 14:37four, which is creating accurate spec
- 14:39sheets. Transparency truly builds trust.
- 14:42And if you can add a table that includes
- 14:44materials, appliances, costs, lead time,
- 14:47clients appreciate that when you
- 14:49anticipate their questions before they
- 14:52ask them. When they can see everything
- 14:54that's included, what's available, how
- 14:56it all fits in their budget, the
- 14:58hesitation just starts to disappear. And
- 15:00in this case, like all others, you can
- 15:03create these sheets directly in Rayon.
- 15:05You don't need to switch over to Excel,
- 15:07and definitely you do not need to
- 15:08manually count and sum your totals. So,
- 15:12let's just take a minute to see how you
- 15:13can create an accurate spec sheet super
- 15:15[music] fast. There are a few different
- 15:17ways to create um different tables in
- 15:19Rayon. The first and probably like the
- 15:22most simplistic is just like a basic
- 15:25table with lines, shapes, text that you
- 15:29would just create like you were just,
- 15:31you know, [music] drawing a table with
- 15:34different tools. So that's kind of what
- 15:36is shown here. Now, there are faster and
- 15:39I guess more accurate ways to also show
- 15:41tables that I'm going to show you in a
- 15:43second. Um, but let's just see what
- 15:44we're working with here. So you can see
- 15:46that this is all just like plain text.
- 15:48[music] We've got some line work. It's
- 15:50just basically a basic table. And you
- 15:52can simply add that by clicking down
- 15:54here in the layout um arrow and just
- 15:56click table. And that's going to [music]
- 15:58essentially start you out with some nice
- 16:00columns and rows to start adding your
- 16:02information. But like I said, there are
- 16:05better ways to do [music] this. So I'm
- 16:07going to just show you um a couple of
- 16:09those ways. So first of all, if you do
- 16:12like this kind of style of table, but
- 16:15maybe you want all this information to
- 16:17be parametric to the actual blocks,
- 16:20styles, whatever in your drawing. And by
- 16:22that I mean if you have a refrigerator
- 16:25block in your model, you can actually
- 16:28apply custom properties to that block.
- 16:30So different information. So, for
- 16:32instance, the cost, the size, the
- 16:35description, and [music] then if that
- 16:37were to change throughout the project.
- 16:38So, if you decided to source from a
- 16:41different brand, all you would have to
- 16:43do is update the block, and then your
- 16:45table [music] would update as well. So,
- 16:47let's just take a look at this
- 16:49refrigerator for example. Um, so if I
- 16:51were to double click on any of this
- 16:52text, you can see that it's just
- 16:54basically plain text. But if you wanted
- 16:56to make it that parametric property. So
- 17:00let's focus in on this supplier
- 17:01manufacturer text right here. So if I
- 17:03were to double click this, you can see
- 17:04that it's basically just plain text that
- 17:06you can edit, which is totally fine. But
- 17:08again, it's more of like a dumb version,
- 17:10and I think it's probably smarter to use
- 17:12a smart version that would essentially
- 17:14update um if you needed it to. So in
- 17:17order to do that, we can just go to add
- 17:18variable on this text, and we're going
- 17:21to basically have it look at our block.
- 17:23So, I know that our block is called
- 17:25whatever. I don't know how to pronounce
- 17:27this, but um this is what it's called.
- 17:29So, I'm going to click on that. And then
- 17:30I'm going to click on our brand, which
- 17:32says IKEA. I'm going to delete this text
- 17:36here. And you can see that IKEA kind of
- 17:38shows up different than the Subzero. Um
- 17:40and that's because the Subzero, this is
- 17:42just plain text. [music] The IKEA is
- 17:43actually like a tag. So, if I go into
- 17:46that block later and I change [music]
- 17:48the custom properties of it. So, let's
- 17:50just go into our block. I believe it's
- 17:52this one. So, if I go into the block, I
- 17:55double click here and like let's just
- 17:57say that we end up changing the brand
- 17:58back to Subzero.
- 18:01Now, we go back to our paper canvas and
- 18:05you can see that this has updated back
- 18:07to Subzero because it is basically tied
- 18:09to that block. [music] Now, you can do
- 18:11that same exact thing with all of this
- 18:12information. For instance, like you
- 18:14know, the cost if that gets updated or
- 18:16the lead time if that gets updated,
- 18:18[music] that's how you would tie it back
- 18:20in. Now, there's another way to create
- 18:22tables, and that [music] is to go over
- 18:25here to our tables and hit plus. And
- 18:30this is going to create a table with all
- 18:33of the blocks in either the paper canvas
- 18:35or the model canvas. You would specify
- 18:37that. So, I'm going to say model canvas.
- 18:39So, the way this canvas is set up is
- 18:42that it has a lot of um pre-made blocks
- 18:44with uh different, you know, base
- 18:46cabinets and that kind of thing. Um, so
- 18:48those are all showing up over here. And
- 18:49then to continue to refine the table, um
- 18:52you can just add columns. So um again,
- 18:54if we want to add maybe brand, uh then
- 18:56you would have all of the brands show up
- 18:58here. And then maybe if you want to also
- 19:00add in category or something like that
- 19:03here. Um and then you can kind of just
- 19:04[music] start kind of refining your
- 19:06table based on these things. And then
- 19:08you can kind of start filtering things
- 19:10based on what you want to show. So for
- 19:12instance, if you want this to be a
- 19:14furniture table, then you would refine
- 19:16that in your filter under your category.
- 19:18um or if you want it to just be
- 19:20materials. And it all depends on how you
- 19:22set yourself up. So, this is going to be
- 19:25a really good approach if you have
- 19:28modeled in a very clean way, in a very
- 19:30organized way. And then once you get
- 19:32your table um organized in the way that
- 19:34you want it to, you can actually just
- 19:36insert that table directly into your
- 19:38paper canvas. So, I'm just going to say
- 19:40insert. And now you can see [music] that
- 19:42that entire table came up. And again,
- 19:45this will be the same kind of like
- 19:47parametric thing that I showed you with
- 19:49those tags. So anytime that you update
- 19:51any [music] of the brand of all these or
- 19:54the category or whatever, that's going
- 19:56to update in your table. So then
- 19:58similarly to the manual tables, you can
- 20:00just kind of adjust this um very easily.
- 20:02If you need to scale it up or down or
- 20:05change any of the style, the color, the
- 20:08font, anything like that, um you would
- 20:10just do that how we've already done so
- 20:11[music] far. And in our final step, step
- 20:14five, we are going to share our
- 20:16presentation like a pro. As designers,
- 20:18we need to stop printing and sending
- 20:20PDFs that go out of date the moment that
- 20:22you hit send. [music]
- 20:23Bringing paper to your client meetings
- 20:25feels super outdated, and it's honestly
- 20:27a missed opportunity to impress them and
- 20:29showcase your professionalism. With
- 20:31Rayon, you can share your presentations
- 20:33online through a live link, uh, one that
- 20:35updates automatically. So you can also
- 20:37showcase it on a screen or in a Zoom
- 20:39meeting and [music] let clients scroll
- 20:41and Zoom to see it clearly. It keeps
- 20:44everyone on the same page, literally. No
- 20:46lost versions, no confusion, no email
- 20:48clutter. Your client always sees the
- 20:50latest design and you look very
- 20:52organized and professional. So let me
- 20:54just show you how simple it is. And by
- 20:55the way, you can access the link to this
- 20:57model and presentation in the tutorial
- 20:59description down below. So, if you do
- 21:01want to export this drawing set to PDF
- 21:04um to have a hard copy, all you have to
- 21:06do is go to this little hamburger menu
- 21:08and go to export and then PDF um and you
- 21:10can just export specific pages, all
- 21:13pages, and then it will prompt you to
- 21:16adjust some of your settings here before
- 21:17you print it out. Now, if you pop over
- 21:20to your model canvas, you'll see that
- 21:22there are some more options. So, we can
- 21:24actually export this model canvas to DWG
- 21:26if you'd like to as well. So that's
- 21:28going to bring it to scale into any
- 21:30other CAD programs. And popping back to
- 21:33the paper canvas, this is where you can
- 21:35do that live [music] link. So I'm just
- 21:36going to click this little share button
- 21:37over here in the right hand corner. This
- 21:39is where you can add uh clients or
- 21:42collaborators or even team members
- 21:44emails. You can select them as an admin,
- 21:46editor, viewer, and then just hit that
- 21:48invite button. If you don't want to do
- 21:50it there, you can also just create a
- 21:52public link and copy that link and just
- 21:54uh share it via email. You can also um
- 21:57save or export this model as a template
- 22:01and or [music] presentation if you'd
- 22:03like as well. And that wraps up five
- 22:05ways to level up your presentation.
- 22:07Winning client buyin isn't about more
- 22:09meetings or more mood boards. It's about
- 22:11clarity, confidence, and communication.
- 22:14Refine your visuals, tell the [music]
- 22:15story, show the details, share
- 22:17seamlessly, and use technology to make
- 22:20your ideas more clear. When you do that,
- 22:22your clients stop hesitating and start
- 22:24saying [music] yes. If you found this
