Full transcript

1. 0:00You were born to be a saint, and if you
2. 0:03become anything less than that, then
3. 0:05your life will be a disappointment. St.
4. 0:07Catherine of Siena is famously
5. 0:09paraphrased as saying, "If you were who
6. 0:12you were supposed to be, you would set
7. 0:14the world on fire." This is not
8. 0:17hyperbole. This is a literal gospel
9. 0:20truth. Jesus Christ, the Son of God,
10. 0:23came to Earth not just to redeem us from
11. 0:26our sins so that we're not sinners, but
12. 0:28to make us into saints, into alter
13. 0:31Christuses, into other Christs, so that
14. 0:35what he did by nature,
15. 0:37we can do the same. What does Christ say
16. 0:40to the apostles? "As the Father sent me,
17. 0:43so do I send you." If you are a
18. 0:46Christian, your mission is the same as
19. 0:49Christ's. Your mission is to become as
20. 0:52conformed to his image and likeness as
21. 0:55you possibly can in this life. And if
22. 0:57you're watching this, especially if
23. 0:58you're a Catholic man, I invite you
24. 1:00right here, right now. I challenge you
25. 1:02to step your game up. There's one thing
26. 1:06that distinguishes saints from sinners.
27. 1:08Just one thing.
28. 1:10The saints are willing to pursue Jesus
29. 1:13Christ
30. 1:15regardless of the personal cost. So, I
31. 1:17invite you right now to examine what in
32. 1:19your life
33. 1:20are you attached to that's not a holy
34. 1:23attachment? What in your life is holding
35. 1:25you back? Which of your possessions
36. 1:28possesses you? Find what that is and
37. 1:32then eliminate it. And if you're not
38. 1:33sure what that is or how to do that,
39. 1:35this is October. Begin to pray the
40. 1:38Rosary daily. This is the weapon,
41. 1:41according to St. Padre Pio. This is the
42. 1:44weapon in spiritual warfare. Our Lady of
43. 1:47Fatima revealed that in these last
44. 1:48times, she's attached a special efficacy
45. 1:51to the Rosary such that no problem
46. 1:54cannot be solved by its faithful
47. 1:57recitation. Our Lady of Fatima came down
48. 2:00from heaven to perform the largest
49. 2:02miracle since the crossing of the Red
50. 2:03Sea in front of 70,000 people. What did
51. 2:06she tell us to do? Pray the Rosary
52. 2:09daily. All the Popes for the last 200
53. 2:12years and more, what have they
54. 2:13recommended? Pray the Rosary daily and
55. 2:16pray the Rosary as a family. Listen,
56. 2:20you only have so much time.
57. 2:22Soon you'll be on your deathbed looking
58. 2:24back at your life asking yourself, "How
59. 2:26did you spend your life?"
60. 2:28I guarantee you no one on their deathbed
61. 2:31will say, "I regret praying too many
62. 2:35Rosaries." No one on their deathbed
63. 2:37looking back will say, "I regret that I
64. 2:40led my family in the Rosary every single
65. 2:43night." No one will say that. Make a
66. 2:46firm resolution in your will to pray at
67. 2:48least five decades of the Rosary every
68. 2:50single day for the rest of your life.
69. 2:52Make this a part of your personality.
