- 0:01Wake up call. The best version of
- 0:04yourself is on the other side of
- 0:05discipline. If you eat, breathe, and
- 0:07live the routine [music] of your ideal
- 0:08self, everything will fall into place. A
- 0:10routine builds discipline, but it
- 0:11doesn't have to be so hard. Let me show
- 0:13you how I do it. Good morning, everyone.
- 0:15It is 8:30. We are going to go for a
- 0:18walk around the park. And yeah, we'll
- 0:20get our day started.
- 0:22If you have trouble starting a routine,
- 0:24I recommend starting your day with two
- 0:25to three non-negotiables that make you
- 0:27feel good. For me, these things are
- 0:29doing my skin care stuff so the skin is
- 0:30glowing, being active to get my brain
- 0:33working, and making myself [music] a
- 0:35coffee because I love caffeine.
- 0:43These days I have been really enjoying a
- 0:45morning walk or a morning run / gym
- 0:49just because it helps me wake up and
- 0:51also not check my phone immediately in
- 0:54the morning. I have been really bad at
- 0:57doing that and I've been checking my
- 0:59phone every morning ever since one of my
- 1:01videos popped off. It was just like I
- 1:03just felt the urge to check my apps all
- 1:05the time and I was getting so frustrated
- 1:08because I hated doing that. Like I could
- 1:10feel my brain rotting. So, it's been
- 1:12good to just delete the apps off of my
- 1:15phone and immediately go straight on a
- 1:17walk or run or gym. Today I'm walking
- 1:20because yesterday I ran in the evening
- 1:22and gymmed so my body's a little bit
- 1:24sore.
- 1:25So, a walk will do. So, yeah. I'm loving
- 1:28how I'm getting my day started these
- 1:29days.
- 1:30And I love this park so much because
- 1:32it's just so peaceful and quiet and I
- 1:36love coming here in the mornings.
- 1:38It's like really meditative.
- 1:42I feel so zen here.
- 1:45Let's continue our walk.
- 1:52I'm making myself an
- 1:53>> [music]
- 1:54>> orange
- 1:55coffee.
- 2:12>> Ooh, so yummy.
- 2:26This is Numbuzin's vitamin C [music]
- 2:29cream. Oh my god, it is so nasty. Sorry.
- 2:33Sorry.
- 2:38Trying to clear up my acne scar right
- 2:41here and here. So,
- 2:44vitamin C is really good for that.
- 2:47I'm going to do my makeup and then come
- 2:48right back.
- 3:07Ooh, I'm done with my makeup. I went for
- 3:11something
- 3:12super minimal, skin-like, clean
- 3:18everyday girl type of makeup. I'm going
- 3:20to go get changed and yeah.
- 3:38Mhm.
- 3:56>> Courtesy of mother.
- 4:06Oh, it's busting.
- 4:11Oh my god, it's delicious.
- 4:14This is so good.
- 4:39Welcome to my lock-in routine, you guys.
- 4:41I wanted to show you guys my daily
- 4:42routine to show you guys how I stay on
- 4:44track with my goals and um become the
- 4:47best version of myself in these last 4
- 4:49months of 2026. In this video, I wanted
- 4:52to talk about my goals, what I'm doing
- 4:54to get there, and my routine, aka my
- 4:57system to achieve my goals. So, yeah,
- 4:58this is going to be an authentic journey
- 5:01building from the ground up. We're
- 5:03starting right here in my parents'
- 5:05house. And I am in the business of
- 5:08getting more aggressive with the life
- 5:10that I want. So, if that sounds like you
- 5:12and you want to chase the bag, you want
- 5:14to chase your dreams, you want to chase
- 5:15your goals, stick around and consider
- 5:18subscribing because the journey is going
- 5:20to be extremely legit. I'm thinking of
- 5:22making this a series so that I could
- 5:23have some sort of recurring motivation
- 5:26for me and you guys um just to bring you
- 5:28guys along on my journey and we can keep
- 5:30each other accountable. So, yeah, I also
- 5:32want to build more of a community of
- 5:34like-minded people and share more of my
- 5:37thoughts on how I'm navigating my 20s um
- 5:40in all aspects like friendship, social,
- 5:42physical, career,
- 5:44um living frugally and mindfully while
- 5:46still trying to get the bag. I also want
- 5:48to talk about, of course,
- 5:50self-improvement and growth and the
- 5:52journey to maybe becoming a full-time
- 5:55content creator. I don't know. I'm not
- 5:57sure where this series, if I even do
- 6:00make this a series, will go, but I'm
- 6:01thinking of posting this twice a month.
- 6:05I don't know. You guys tell me if you
- 6:06guys like it or not. If you guys end up
- 6:09liking this style, let me know. If you
- 6:11guys hate me and you guys want to see me
- 6:13flop, then just say it. Just say so.
- 6:16It's okay, you guys won't hurt my
- 6:17feelings. But, um I'll see where this
- 6:19goes. So, yeah, currently I am not
- 6:21working. I am in between jobs right now
- 6:24and I'm applying for jobs. And so, I
- 6:26wanted to take the time to invest in
- 6:29YouTube and my content and see where
- 6:32this will take me. I've always been a
- 6:34creative person and I've always felt
- 6:37this tug to be creative and to share
- 6:41more of what is going inside my head,
- 6:43but I've always thought that I should
- 6:45take the safe route and to, you know,
- 6:47pursue a corporate career. And that's
- 6:50just like what everybody in my community
- 6:52is doing. So, yeah, it's just really
- 6:54easy to be pulled into the river of
- 6:58normalcy and and just to do what
- 7:01everyone else is doing. But, yeah, I
- 7:03feel like I want to give myself 4 months
- 7:05to go all in on this and to really have
- 7:09fun with it because I'm enjoying this so
- 7:11much right now. And if it doesn't work
- 7:13out, I return to the corporate life and
- 7:15uh I got to pay rent. So, it is what it
- 7:17is. So, yeah, this is really a lock-in
- 7:19period for me. I feel like I'm gambling
- 7:22on myself. I've always wanted to try
- 7:24this out for so long and now I finally
- 7:25have the time to do it. So, I think I
- 7:27would regret it if I didn't give it a
- 7:29shot. So, here we are. Okay, so, let's
- 7:32talk about my goals. So, for these last
- 7:354 months, I'm focusing on three to four
- 7:38areas. I'm not trying to spread myself
- 7:41out thin. I really want to focus and
- 7:44hone in. And so, the first one is
- 7:46career, and I want to hit 10,000
- 7:49subscribers on YouTube. Right now, thank
- 7:51you everybody, we are at 4K. That is
- 7:53just so insane to me. The amount of
- 7:56growth that happened within the last 2
- 7:58weeks is I think I gained like 2, 3,000
- 8:01subscribers, which is
- 8:03absolutely insane. I am going to keep
- 8:05being delusional, and I'm going to make
- 8:07it a goal to hit 10K by the end of the
- 8:09year. My other goal under career is to
- 8:11make 100K. Guys, I know that sounds
- 8:14crazy. I know that sounds crazy. In 4
- 8:16months, how am I going to do it? I'm
- 8:17not. Hear me out. I want to make 100K
- 8:20over the course of my content career in
- 8:24like a year. I think in a year I would
- 8:26be able to do it, but in these 4 months,
- 8:28I want to see if I can make progress
- 8:31towards that 100K first. So, the actual
- 8:34goal is to make at least 20K in these
- 8:37next 4 months, and if I can do that,
- 8:39then I will take it as a sign to keep on
- 8:42going, and to continue going all in on
- 8:45content creation. Because if I'm able to
- 8:47make money from this, god, like that
- 8:50would be absolutely insane. So, if I can
- 8:52at least make 20K, we're sending it.
- 8:56We're sending it. The other goal I have
- 8:57under career is to become a hot girl on
- 9:00Instagram and hit 10K as well. Yeah, we
- 9:03are locking in on all facets of social
- 9:05media content creation, blah blah blah.
- 9:07And yeah, we're going to do it. We're
- 9:08going to do it. So, those are my goals
- 9:10under career. The other category I
- 9:11wanted to focus on for the next 4 months
- 9:14is health and physical. So, I want to
- 9:16run 8 to 10K consistently, and at some
- 9:19point I want to hit 15K. I have always
- 9:22thought, ever since I turned like 24 or
- 9:24something, I was like, I want to run a
- 9:26half marathon. I want to maybe run a
- 9:28marathon and see. It's like that
- 9:30quarter-life marathon itch that
- 9:32everybody gets. And yeah, I'm itchy. So,
- 9:35I am itching for a half marathon. I love
- 9:39running. I think I'm just not
- 9:41focused enough on running to continue
- 9:45running at a sustainable pace and to
- 9:48grow at a sustainable pace. I keep on
- 9:50like dropping the ball cuz I I travel
- 9:52and then I lose the running streak, but
- 9:55these last 4 months, I'm going to do it.
- 9:57I'm going to run consistently and I'm
- 9:59going to hit that 15K. If I can do that,
- 10:01then I can do the half marathon next
- 10:03year. Don't know which half marathon.
- 10:05We'll see. The other thing under health
- 10:06and physical is to eat home-cooked meals
- 10:08more. I ate out so much during the
- 10:11summer and also because I was just
- 10:13traveling. I was just not eating
- 10:15home-cooked meals and girl, you saw my
- 10:17meal earlier. How delicious was that? It
- 10:19was so cozy, so warm, and so comforting,
- 10:23so clean. Like it just fueled me right
- 10:25up. So, yeah, I do want to eat
- 10:26home-cooked meals more and the good
- 10:28thing about living with my parents is
- 10:30that my mom makes delicious homemade
- 10:32food and she just she just eats it right
- 10:35up. She knows she knows what to do and
- 10:38she will slay every time. I do want to
- 10:40eat home-cooked meals more and obviously
- 10:43try and cook a little bit more. Like I'm
- 10:46not a cook, but I will try where I can.
- 10:48And I think
- 10:50that's the part that matters. Another
- 10:52category I have is mental. So, I do want
- 10:55to finish 20 books by the end of the
- 10:58year. It was my yearly goal actually to
- 11:01read 20 books and finish 20 books by the
- 11:03end of the year. And right now, I think
- 11:06I have eight books under my belt. So, I
- 11:10am I'm really on a reading grind right
- 11:12now. Like I'm reading five books in my
- 11:15roster right now and that's so crazy.
- 11:16And I'm like reading a chapter here, a
- 11:19chapter there, uh a few pages here and
- 11:21it's so fun. I used to only read one
- 11:24book at a time. I don't know. Something
- 11:26just compelled me to start reading
- 11:27multiple books at the same time because
- 11:29it just looks all so interesting. So, I
- 11:32am yeah, now I have a a roster and um
- 11:35I'm cycling through my roster, guys.
- 11:36Like it is fun. I am a book hoe right
- 11:39now. Like I am hoeing around and I love
- 11:42it. It's so fun. So yeah, I'm reading
- 11:45Yesteryear right now. I snatched this up
- 11:47at the library. I I came in just on a
- 11:49whim just on a Thursday
- 11:51afternoon. I saw it and I was like
- 11:54the How how did they have
- 11:56Yesteryear? This is a hot book right
- 11:57now. Some Some worm was going to snatch
- 12:00it right up if I didn't. So I I took it.
- 12:02I
- 12:03I snatched that. I have a 7-day period
- 12:05before I have to return it even though I
- 12:07have four other books that I'm reading
- 12:09right now. I'm just going to try and
- 12:10quickly get through Yesteryear this book
- 12:13because everybody's just raving about it
- 12:15on Bookstagram. So yeah, I just I just
- 12:17need to know what is what is up. And so
- 12:20far, so freaking good. It's amazing. I
- 12:23love it. I see what the hype is about
- 12:24and yeah, it's actually funny, like I
- 12:26usually don't find humor in books or
- 12:29like other people say it's funny, but it
- 12:30doesn't read. It doesn't like come
- 12:32across as funny to me, but this book is
- 12:34funny. Like it's actually highly
- 12:36recommend so far. I will let you guys
- 12:37know when I finish it. Anyways, book
- 12:39rave over. The other thing under my
- 12:41mental category is I want to finish my
- 12:43Sudoku book. So I started my Sudoku
- 12:46hobby last year and I was grinding the
- 12:49Sudoku book every single night. Not in
- 12:53that way, but you know what I mean. And
- 12:55I was I was killing it. Like I was
- 12:58getting through the pages. So I think I
- 13:00somewhere along the summer I kind of
- 13:01dropped it because it was just so hard
- 13:02to have like a slow chill hobby to do
- 13:05every night. But now that we're entering
- 13:07fall again, I think this is the perfect
- 13:09time to slot in the Sudoku. Get my
- 13:12mental going. Practice the numbers.
- 13:14Okay, and my last category is creative.
- 13:16So I do want to be a better editor on
- 13:20YouTube and make my videos more
- 13:23aesthetically interesting.
- 13:26Yeah, I just have like so many things
- 13:28like going on in my brain that editing
- 13:30to sometimes feels overwhelming to me,
- 13:32but I really do love the art of editing
- 13:35and I want to learn how to color grade
- 13:36my videos. I want to learn how to film
- 13:38better, blah blah blah blah blah, like
- 13:39all of that aesthetic stuff that goes
- 13:41into video I want to be better at. And I
- 13:44want to be more expressive through
- 13:46fashion and art, like I really just want
- 13:49to be more artistic and I don't know how
- 13:52I'm going to do that, but we're going to
- 13:54do it. We're going to do it. We're going
- 13:55to find a way to do it. And that's what
- 13:56this series is for. We're going to
- 13:58figure it out along the way. And yeah,
- 14:01so those are my goals. We're literally
- 14:04manifesting it because I have now put it
- 14:06out to the public. And we're not going
- 14:09to flop. We're not going to flop. We're
- 14:11going to be here and we're going to turn
- 14:13it out. So, if that sounds like
- 14:14something you're interested in following
- 14:16along, consider subscribing. Let me know
- 14:18what you think what what you think of
- 14:21this series and yeah, now I got to do
- 14:24some work. So,
- 14:26let's get let's get working.
- 14:41Hey guys, I'm taking a bit of a break
- 14:42right now and I wanted to talk a little
- 14:44bit of how I'm going to achieve my goals
- 14:46and what I'm going to do to get there.
- 14:48So, so the number one thing that I'm
- 14:50going to do to make sure I achieve my
- 14:52goals is consistency. As long as I keep
- 14:55on showing up for myself and putting in
- 14:57the work, I don't see how I could fail.
- 15:01Like that concept is just foreign to me.
- 15:04I don't know how I wouldn't be able to
- 15:07achieve my goals if I'm consistent. And
- 15:10if I continue to try and explore and
- 15:13experiment and continue putting myself
- 15:15out there, I really don't see a way to
- 15:18fail. I really don't see how I'm not
- 15:20going to achieve my goals. So, setting a
- 15:22routine is really important to me
- 15:23because it means that I'm doing the same
- 15:26things every day. I am consistently
- 15:29putting in the work, putting in the
- 15:31reps, building up my discipline, and
- 15:34really making sure that I'm getting
- 15:36better over time. And that's what a
- 15:39routine means to me, and that's what
- 15:41consistency means to me. And so, to make
- 15:44sure I'm consistent, I just got to
- 15:45follow my routine. So, yeah, I'm really
- 15:47keen on sharing the behind the scenes of
- 15:50how I'm going to do this and how I'm
- 15:52going to stay consistent. I also want to
- 15:55share my ideas of what I want to do to
- 15:57achieve my goals and also show you guys
- 16:00behind the scenes of what it's like to
- 16:02try and become a full-time content
- 16:03creator. So, it's it's going to be an
- 16:05interesting journey, and I hope you guys
- 16:08enjoy, and I hope this video was helpful
- 16:10to you guys. And I'm going to end the
- 16:12video here. So, I'll see you guys in the
- 16:14next one. Bye. Thanks for watching.
