- 0:00I sell beautiful custom porcelain
- 0:02veneers
- 0:04to anyone with healthy teeth. So we
- 0:05don't do dentures. It's like the smile
- 0:07makeovers.
- 0:08>> Okay.
- 0:08>> Uh last year we did 2.4 million and I
- 0:12would like to be at 5 million revenue
- 0:13for each location across the nation.
- 0:16>> How many locations do you have?
- 0:17>> We have two right now.
- 0:18>> Okay.
- 0:19>> Our second one is struggling. So I
- 0:22Uh I know. I know.
- 0:25Alex is like, you I was like laughing so
- 0:28hard cuz [laughter] you're like, oh
- 0:29yeah, we just have to open up the third
- 0:31and I want to open up my third here in
- 0:33Vegas.
- 0:34>> Sounds like a good idea.
- 0:34>> I know.
- 0:36And so
- 0:37>> yeah. [laughter] It's like if the first
- 0:38one was here and then the second one and
- 0:39then this one came up a little bit and
- 0:41now we're less profitable then the
- 0:42answer is definitely to add a third.
- 0:43[laughter]
- 0:44>> Yeah, totally makes sense, right? I know
- 0:46I'm crazy. So originally like, you know,
- 0:49I I came in here cuz I was like, I just
- 0:51need to find the perfect team to get me
- 0:52like across the nation, right? We're
- 0:54going to open up so that way people have
- 0:57someone that they can trust and then
- 0:58doctors don't hate their lives cuz
- 1:00they're changing people's lives instead
- 1:01of just drilling filling, you know.
- 1:03>> Amalgam filling.
- 1:05>> Yeah, well, yeah.
- 1:06>> [laughter]
- 1:07>> And so that's originally what I came
- 1:10here for and now I'm focused on revenue.
- 1:13So now I have to figure out how can we
- 1:16increase the revenue?
- 1:18More Google ads, more LinkedIn posts. Do
- 1:20I become the Alex of cosmetic dentistry,
- 1:23you know?
- 1:24>> Yeah.
- 1:24>> Yeah.
- 1:25>> Um so first off, great, you know, kudos
- 1:28on focusing on making more money. Um for
- 1:31a model like yours, it's absolutely a
- 1:35it's a it's a mouse trap thing. So
- 1:38you know,
- 1:39there's going to be a brand. So you
- 1:40being the face of the brand, I don't
- 1:41think it's a bad idea. I think that's
- 1:42fine. Um
- 1:44but most of the people who I who I see
- 1:46really succeed in that space are they're
- 1:47basically doing very regular collab
- 1:49posts
- 1:50with people who are prominent,
- 1:52semi-prominent, um showing off their
- 1:54their results.
- 1:56Um
- 1:56it if you want, you know, offering some
- 1:58sort of discount in order for people to
- 2:00do that, you might be able to just get
- 2:01away with it anyways and not offer a
- 2:03discount cuz some people are very happy
- 2:04with it. I don't know the space as well
- 2:05well.
- 2:07I don't know the sensitivity in your
- 2:08space to showing off the smile.
- 2:10Um, in the plastics world, uh, some
- 2:12people are depending on the plastic
- 2:13surgery, uh, you know, some women aren't
- 2:15like as apt. Obviously, it's co-ed for
- 2:17what you're doing. Um, but yeah,
- 2:18collaboration posts in terms of building
- 2:20out the brand uh, long-term. But in
- 2:22terms of increasing revenue, um, you got
- 2:24to get more customers cuz I'm guessing
- 2:25average case is what? $20,000? Something
- 2:27like that?
- 2:28>> Yeah, 15 to 50.
- 2:29>> Okay. Yeah. So, uh, you know, when I
- 2:32hear 2.5 million, I'm like, okay, so you
- 2:33did a hundred-ish cases last year.
- 2:36Um, so that's two a week between each
- 2:37location. So that's one person per week
- 2:39per location. Feels super slow.
- 2:43>> We can do it like every day.
- 2:44>> Right. Yeah, so you have like
- 2:46it's like instead of instead of being
- 2:47like, okay, I want to get across the
- 2:48nation, I think the How long does it
- 2:50take to do one of them? A full day?
- 2:52>> Um, just 4 hours.
- 2:54>> 4 hours. Can you do two in one day?
- 2:55>> Yes.
- 2:56>> Okay. So you have the potential to do 10
- 2:58a week.
- 2:58>> Mhm.
- 2:59>> Right? So you could be at a million a
- 3:00month per location.
- 3:02So you have 25 million just within your
- 3:05existing capacity.
- 3:06And you're doing 2.5. So you have a 10x
- 3:08without increasing any
- 3:09any capacity. Like when you're like, I
- 3:11want to open a third location, it's
- 3:11like, for why? It's like we like like
- 3:14let's go from, you know, 2.5 to 25 with
- 3:16the two we've got. And until we're at
- 3:1825, why bother? Like let's just milk
- 3:22this cuz fundamentally, all we have to
- 3:23believe is that you can get 10 people in
- 3:26a local market to say they want to fix
- 3:29their teeth. Um, all cash, correct?
- 3:31>> Yes.
- 3:32>> Okay. So, um,
- 3:34you just have to have a local ad
- 3:35strategy.
- 3:37And you continue to make the content cuz
- 3:39it's it's going to be a combo. It's
- 3:41going to be a combo. Cuz the brand is
- 3:42going to be for sure a huge source.
- 3:44Like, you know, Instagram DMs, people
- 3:47saying like, oh my god, I've been
- 3:48following your page for however long.
- 3:49Just making sure that in your stories
- 3:50you're regularly doing CTAs so that you
- 3:52can, you know,
- 3:53siphon that. Um the next thing is that
- 3:55people who follow you
- 3:57you should immediately have your staff
- 3:59uh DM them. Uh just like a a quick
- 4:01triage question. So, right now, how many
- 4:03people do you have on Instagram follow
- 4:04you?
- 4:05>> 6,700.
- 4:07>> Great. Do you know how many you get a
- 4:08month?
- 4:09>> No.
- 4:10>> Okay, worth looking at.
- 4:11>> Okay.
- 4:12>> You can find out in exactly 10 seconds.
- 4:14Uh
- 4:15so 10 seconds from now, when you know
- 4:16that number is, uh let's just say that
- 4:18you're getting 100 followers a month
- 4:20from that. Um basically those 100
- 4:22followers, that's three a day. You just
- 4:23have your front desk, you know,
- 4:25DM them all and say, "Hey, uh three new
- 4:28people every day.
- 4:29Uh are you here just to like look at the
- 4:30smiles or because you're actually
- 4:31thinking considering this, you know, for
- 4:32yourself?"
- 4:33And right there, you just created
- 4:35yourself 100, you know, leads a month.
- 4:37Maybe one out of four says, "Yeah, I'm
- 4:39kind of interested." Cool, well, there's
- 4:4125 qualified leads per month or 25, you
- 4:43know, interested leads. So, it's like,
- 4:44"Okay, well, there's 25 consults a
- 4:46month." That's just from That's like,
- 4:47"Boom, there's that." Right? Um
- 4:52Sorry, I was just watching you take
- 4:53notes to make sure I was just asking.
- 4:54>> No, yes. Thank
- 4:55>> No, you're good. So, basically you just
- 4:56the the the great thing about your
- 4:58business is that it's easy as to
- 5:00advertise and cuz it's so visual, right?
- 5:03So,
- 5:05you know, it's literally like sad face,
- 5:07happy face, like it works, right? Um it
- 5:10also is so easy to do collaborations
- 5:12with. And the the other thing that's
- 5:14amazing is that the margins are insane.
- 5:16And and the other thing if but wait,
- 5:18there's more. Um every other competing
- 5:20against is not a business person and
- 5:21sucks at business. So, it's like, "My
- 5:23god." Um so, yeah, all that to say, uh
- 5:26yes, go from 2.5 to 25. Don't open up a
- 5:28third location. We need to increase
- 5:30demand. One of them is you can milk your
- 5:32Instagram way more by doing
- 5:33collaborations, um you know, doing
- 5:35regular CTAs, and then having people who
- 5:38follow you DMing them for to see if
- 5:40they're interested. That's like level
- 5:42one. And the second is getting the ads
- 5:43going.
- 5:44Which what need to do and we're we're
- 5:46happy to walk you through.
- 5:47>> What's CTA?
- 5:48>> Call to action.
- 5:49>> Thank you.
- 5:49>> Sorry.
- 5:50>> Sorry. I I do know that. And then the
- 5:52other
- 5:54um
- 5:55Oh, I already forgot what I was going to
- 5:56say.
- 5:57>> You could just do that and run ads and
- 5:59we'd be
- 6:00premo.
- 6:01>> As far as the collaborations, do I do
- 6:04that with my personal page or with my
- 6:06business page? Cuz you have other
- 6:08>> You can do all three.
- 6:09>> Okay.
- 6:09>> Cuz you can do I think I think Did
- 6:11anyone know how many I know you can at
- 6:12least for sure you can do three. You can
- 6:14do five. Yeah, you can do five. You can
- 6:16do your your your your doctors, you, the
- 6:19location, and the person.
- 6:21>> Okay.
- 6:21>> Do it all.
- 6:22>> Cool.
- 6:22>> Have a Have a dance.
- 6:24Yes, absolutely. If you're not getting
- 6:26as many leads as you want and your
- 6:27business is demand-constrained, [music]
- 6:29meaning you could service more customers
- 6:31than you currently have, then this is
- 6:32for you. So, marketing is changing and
- 6:34>> [music]
- 6:35>> I think ACQ tends to be on the bleeding
- 6:36edge of the stuff. We certainly spend
- 6:37the money
- 6:38to do it, but we also build custom
- 6:40software and we pay amazing vendors and
- 6:42very expensive people to figure out the
- 6:43system that we have right now and I want
- 6:45to share it with you, kind of open
- 6:46kimono style. If you're not getting as
- 6:47many leads as you want,
- 6:48boy do I have the thing for you. Click
