- 0:00How do you make big triceps? Just
- 0:02kidding.
- 0:02>> [laughter]
- 0:04>> So, currents. I moved from East Coast to
- 0:06West Coast.
- 0:07Open my office for over almost a year.
- 0:11>> Mhm.
- 0:11>> Not making much.
- 0:13>> Okay. What do you What do you sell?
- 0:14>> I'm dentist.
- 0:15>> Okay. Got it.
- 0:16>> And my desire is to be five times more
- 0:19what I make by December.
- 0:22>> Okay.
- 0:22>> Is it like make it or break it?
- 0:23>> Sure.
- 0:24>> To be honest. And obstacle mostly right
- 0:26now to having more patient.
- 0:28>> More patients?
- 0:29>> More patient.
- 0:29>> Got it.
- 0:30>> to make it five times?
- 0:31>> What are you doing right now? To
- 0:32advertise?
- 0:33>> Advertising, mailers,
- 0:36Yelp.
- 0:38And some
- 0:41Google.
- 0:42>> Yeah, everybody's you're like you're
- 0:43you're advertising just like it's 15
- 0:45years ago. That's all.
- 0:46>> Yeah.
- 0:46>> So, you just need to advertise like it's
- 0:482024.
- 0:49So, it's going to be content on social
- 0:51media. It's before and afters of people
- 0:52getting their teeth done and you running
- 0:54social ads locally. Which luckily is
- 0:57very easy to do. Like local ads you
- 0:59don't have Like the hardest part about
- 1:00paid ads is targeting. And so the
- 1:02advantage of being local is you just
- 1:05you drop a pin on the map and you say
- 1:07anybody who's in a 10-mi radius of here,
- 1:09show this before and after, put a an
- 1:11opt-in form.
- 1:13And you just have your front desk call
- 1:14them and and schedule an appointment.
- 1:16And if you want you can just have an
- 1:17automated scheduler on the thank you
- 1:19page and then they select it. And then
- 1:20when the when the
- 1:22the secretary calls to confirm the
- 1:23appointment, you get a card
- 1:26for a no-show fee because it's me cold
- 1:27traffic cuz you're not going to want to
- 1:28deal with no-shows.
- 1:30And if they're like, "Why do I have to
- 1:31put a card down for an appointment?"
- 1:32She's just going to say word for word,
- 1:34"This is how we've always done it."
- 1:37Works every time.
- 1:40Dead serious.
- 1:42I mean that's it. Like you you need to
- 1:43run before and after like
- 1:45you probably won't be able to run before
- 1:46and afters on ads. You can make them for
- 1:48content.
- 1:49In terms of the ads, do you do like
- 1:51Invisalign or do you have some sort of
- 1:52like specialty that you do?
- 1:53>> Yes, all of them.
- 1:54>> Right. So, then you just just give off
- 1:55you know give a thousand dollars off of
- 1:56Invisalign or two thousand dollars off
- 1:58of Invisalign. Um an alternative
- 2:00strategy, if you really want to if you
- 2:01really want to 5x this year, how how
- 2:03seriously do you want to 5x?
- 2:05>> Very serious.
- 2:05>> All right, cool. Then do this. Uh give
- 2:07away a free pair of Invisalaligns
- 2:09uh
- 2:10uh
- 2:11as your ad. Be like, "Free Invisalign
- 2:13giveaway."
- 2:14Uh and then
- 2:16uh you know, run it in this radius. And
- 2:18then do a countdown being like, "7 days
- 2:21away, 6 days away, 3 days away." You
- 2:22just message and text people until the
- 2:23drawing happens.
- 2:25And then select a winner.
- 2:27And then call everyone else who opted in
- 2:30and say, "You got second place.
- 2:32And second place is two thousand dollars
- 2:34off of this.
- 2:36When do you want to book it?"
- 2:40Do that.
- 2:42>> On which platforms?
- 2:43>> Just meta. Meta will be fun.
- 2:46>> Thank you.
- 2:46>> Yep. If you're not getting as many leads
- 2:48as you want and your business is demand
- 2:50constrained, [music]
- 2:50meaning you could service more customers
- 2:52than you currently have, then this is
- 2:54for you. So, marketing is changing and I
- 2:56think ACQ tends to be on the bleeding
- 2:58edge of this stuff. We certainly spend
- 2:59the money
- 3:00to do it, but we also build custom
- 3:02software and we pay amazing vendors and
- 3:04very expensive people to figure out the
- 3:05system that we have right now and I want
- 3:06to share it with you kind of open kimono
- 3:08style. If you're not getting as many
- 3:09leads as you want,
- 3:10boy, do I have the thing for you. Click
- 3:11below, book call and
- 3:13hopefully I'll see you in Vegas.
