  1. 0:0043% of politicians in our parliament have criminal charges.
  2. 0:05And 29% of them are charged with murder, rape, ransom.
  3. 0:12And it is not that there is only MP's, our MLA too involved in this.
  4. 0:15If I talk about the 2015 Delhi Election, 43 out of 70 leaders had won,
  5. 0:20who were having criminal charges on them.
  6. 0:22And if I talk about the present, 37 such MLAs have criminal charges on them.
  7. 0:26And it is not that someone has made an allegation or filed an FIR,
  8. 0:29it is the charges that have been framed in the Supreme Court
  9. 0:32Means the police have gone there, they have confirmed the evidence,
  10. 0:35they have got eye witness, it's those charges.
  11. 0:37This problem is very small.
  12. 0:38Political parties do'nt give tickets to criminals,
  13. 0:41And people don't vote for criminals.
  14. 0:43But the fight for such a small problem is going on since 1999,
  15. 0:46and solution not found yet
  16. 0:48In 1999, the Association for Democratic Reforms, better known by the name of ADR
  17. 0:53filed a PIL in the Delhi High Court for all the criminals in politics.
  18. 0:57The Delhi High Court also accepted it.
  19. 0:59When this PIL was accepted by the Delhi High Court,
  20. 1:02This was over that time only.
  21. 1:04The leaders who win by us
  22. 1:05all them together appealed in the Supreme Court against that PIL,
  23. 1:10when their appeal from the Supreme Court also got rejected,
  24. 1:13then we got to see what we had never seen.
  25. 1:16All these parties got united.
  26. 1:18When it comes to the security of our country,
  27. 1:21Uri attack, Balakot attack,
  28. 1:23Or an attacking situation is formed.
  29. 1:25Even then these political parties didn't unite.
  30. 1:27But for this thing, all these parties got united.
  31. 1:29Everything gets stuck at one place.
  32. 1:31According to the law of India,
  33. 1:33until the final judgment is passed on any person, he is innocent.
  34. 1:37And people misuse this.
  35. 1:38If someone's preparing for IAS, PCs, and he has criminal charges on himself
  36. 1:42Then he will not get an offer letter
  37. 1:44Even he will face difficulty in getting a job as a clerk
  38. 1:47There are millions of prisoners who have not yet come to the judgment, who is under trial
  39. 1:49They are kept in jail
  40. 1:51So all these applicable things are just for the politicians
  41. 1:54And not for the rest
  42. 1:56In a large parliamentary constituency, it is so difficult for the party
  43. 1:59to find such candidates who do not have any criminal record.
  44. 2:01According to ADR research, the chances of winning a criminal candidate
  45. 2:04is 3 percent more than a clean candidate
  46. 2:07A criminal candidate becomes a perfect combo of money and muscle power
  47. 2:11Collection fund for the party, self-financing, black money,
  48. 2:15collecting finance for the campaign, they are experts in everything
  49. 2:18That is why they become the first choice for a political party
  50. 2:21Earlier they were not in such demand
  51. 2:23Earlier they were limited to the gathering crowd, booth capturing
  52. 2:27As their versatility increased, they became the first choice of the political party
  53. 2:32The compulsion of the political party is understandable
  54. 2:34But because of caste and system failure, people also face the compulsion of voting them
  55. 2:39Nowadays for filing FIR also, you need a source
  56. 2:42At the same time, if you go to your caste's political leader, your work will be done
  57. 2:46He will see a little bit about you, but he will do your work
  58. 2:49The fact that this system is weak, makes people helpless to vote them
  59. 2:54And these people make sure that this system never gets strong
  60. 2:57If we closely observe, we will get to know that every political leader
  61. 2:59is trying to explain the same thing
  62. 3:01That this system is garbage, this system has these weaknesses,
  63. 3:04and I am here to save you from the system.
  64. 3:06And by fighting for poor people's rights, he himself gets rich
  65. 3:09There is a simple formula for winning
  66. 3:11First, decide an area, then do the caste calculation of that area
  67. 3:15And the caste which is in majority, choose Robin Hood, bahubali type guy from that caste
  68. 3:20The work which system cannot do, you do that work
  69. 3:23People will start voting for you
  70. 3:25In case if someone's being more cautious or people are getting smarter
  71. 3:29Then create a riot
  72. 3:31It will become a compulsion for the people to vote for you
  73. 3:33Centre for Media Studies (CMS), according to this, last Lok sabha that is of 2019
  74. 3:37More than 50 thousand crores of money were involved in that
  75. 3:39India spends highest on the election in the whole world
  76. 3:44More than the USA
  77. 3:45So what do you think ?
  78. 3:47If someone is spending this much money then will he not see his return on investment ?
  79. 3:51Just like this, all these political parties have beef with each other
  80. 3:53They have many ideological differences among them
  81. 3:55But when it comes to transparency in party funding, they all come together
  82. 4:00These people will never allow transparency in party funding
  83. 4:04When these people come into power, the whole system runs according to them
  84. 4:08And the police officers who do not go according to them, gets transferred
  85. 4:11144 police officers are seeing the security of 1 lac people
  86. 4:15But when it comes to political parties, then 47 thousand police officers
  87. 4:18Are providing security to 14,842 political leaders
  88. 4:22Now, what is the need for security to bahubali's (reffering to political parties) ?
  89. 4:25Have you ever seen a criminal where IAS, PCS are roaming here and there behind them
  90. 4:30That is the worst scene
  91. 4:32Reports come every year that more than 75% of people
  92. 4:35do not trust the police officers
  93. 4:37India is the only country where after seeing police officers
  94. 4:39people feel scared instead of feeling safe
  95. 4:41A 15-year-old boy also knows that where to go for betting in IPL
  96. 4:44But our police are not aware about it
  97. 4:46And all this system, this weak system suits our political leaders very much
  98. 4:50Because the day when the system gets stronge,
  99. 4:52then all their business will get closed
  100. 4:54India's 65% of the population is below the age of 35 years
  101. 4:58And our Lok sabha's average age is 54
  102. 5:00And Rajya sabha's age is 63.5
  103. 5:02If we leave one or two cases, then there is no way for common people to enter politics
  104. 5:06If you search on Google, "Top 10 young politicians"
  105. 5:09Then you will not get even a single name whose family
  106. 5:11does not have any political connections
  107. 5:13After independence, less than 0.5% of politicians
  108. 5:17have sent their children to join the army
  109. 5:19They do not send their children to join the army
  110. 5:20We do not demand anything in the manifesto
  111. 5:23We only see religious matters in the manifesto and become happy
  112. 5:26India has adopted a British parliamentary system
  113. 5:28And there is a very important thing in that called a "Shadow Cabinet"
  114. 5:31We left that
  115. 5:32Very few people know about this
  116. 5:34And these people do not let us to know that
  117. 5:36What happens in this that if I take an example of the finance ministry
  118. 5:39Then whoever is the finance minister of the ruling party,
  119. 5:42Another finance minister of opposition will be assigned parallel to him
  120. 5:45And the activities of the ruling party's finance minister,
  121. 5:49Will be reached to people through opposition's finance minister
  122. 5:51And in the same way, this happens in every department.
  123. 5:53And it will be very beneficial for the people
  124. 5:55Because in India, the whole ministry is involved in very small things
  125. 5:59And it cannot be known which minister is at fault
  126. 6:02There are many concepts like this
  127. 6:04which we should demand from political parties in the manifesto.
  128. 6:07Because we people always fight over temples and mosques
  129. 6:10All these things cannot be corrected at once
  130. 6:12But we have one thing in our hand, that at least we should not vote for some criminal
  131. 6:16It does not happen that all the criminals standing in elections
  132. 6:19All we have to do is that whichever candidate is criminal, we must not vote for him
  133. 6:24Whether he is from our favorite party or he is from our caste
  134. 6:27We have to do this one or two times and they will stop getting tickets then
  135. 6:30The research we do in buying mobile phone
  136. 6:33If we do 10% of that research about our candidate
  137. 6:37Then these criminals will not be seen in parliament
  138. 6:39They will be seen where they should be
  139. 6:41At last, I will stop this conversation with this question
  140. 6:45That is politics is social service, then why there is salary
  141. 6:48And if it is a job then why there is not any exam and qualification
