  1. 0:00So, um,
  2. 0:02so we just after the launch, we went on
  3. 0:03a big hiring spree. So, we got six
  4. 0:06C-suite executives. Um, basically all
  5. 0:09Leila, me, and Sharan, who's our
  6. 0:10president, were doing was just all
  7. 0:12interviews basically since the launch.
  8. 0:15Um,
  9. 0:15Leila's official title is shifting to
  10. 0:17executive chairwoman.
  11. 0:19Um, and so she will just kind of
  12. 0:20preside. Um, which will be great
  13. 0:24uh for her and me. Um,
  14. 0:27the
  15. 0:28big push in terms of next year. Um, I
  16. 0:30will do something with the Skool
  17. 0:32Advisory Group. I'll change the name and
  18. 0:33there will be probably something that
  19. 0:35I'll do there.
  20. 0:36Um, it is a secret right now, but it
  21. 0:38will I will make it known uh when the
  22. 0:39time is right. Um,
  23. 0:42and I think it'll become a core
  24. 0:43component of how we do business at ACQ.
  25. 0:46So,
  26. 0:47I think it will be very, very big.
  27. 0:49Um, the Skool Advisory uh Group went
  28. 0:52better than I expected. And I said that
  29. 0:54earlier, but like I will reinforce that
  30. 0:55point. It went it's went significantly
  31. 0:56better than I expected um, in terms of
  32. 0:59the quality of the members and the
  33. 1:00quality of the the number of
  34. 1:02interactions that are required. Like our
  35. 1:04the upkeep for our group because the
  36. 1:05expectations that were set were so clear
  37. 1:07and the onboarding was, I would say,
  38. 1:09hardcore.
  39. 1:11Um,
  40. 1:12it more or less self-manages with like a
  41. 1:14thousand members. Um, which is super
  42. 1:16mellow. And I'm a big fan of super
  43. 1:18mellow. So, that's good. I would like to
  44. 1:20more super mellow. Um, but the the big
  45. 1:24kind of like concerted push outside of
  46. 1:25that will be on the media side. So,
  47. 1:28we're
  48. 1:29we're going to probably expand media
  49. 1:31head count from like 20-ish to 60 uh
  50. 1:35next year. Hopefully.
  51. 1:38Um, yeah, to to 60-ish.
  52. 1:41And the idea there is that I would like
  53. 1:42to create um, a bunch of repeatable uh
  54. 1:45formats that are not, you know,
  55. 1:47Mozi-dependent, that are just all under
  56. 1:49ACQ.
  57. 1:50Um, and so big picture, we'd like to
  58. 1:54create the Disney of business, which is
  59. 1:56not just about one character, right?
  60. 1:58It's about kind of like the universe of
  61. 1:59characters that are underneath of it.
  62. 2:00And the difficulty of doing that with a
  63. 2:01traditional like kind of like the
  64. 2:03YouTube playbook, which is talking head,
  65. 2:05click-baity headline, whatever, is that
  66. 2:08that format is very like talent
  67. 2:11um dense. Like you need to have talent
  68. 2:13in order to do that model. Um now, if
  69. 2:15you were to contrast that with more
  70. 2:17legacy um media IP, [clears throat] then
  71. 2:20think about like a like a Shark Tank.
  72. 2:22The judges on Shark Tank can change,
  73. 2:24but the format itself is something that
  74. 2:26is repeatable, is ownable IP. And so,
  75. 2:29what we're what we're going to do is be
  76. 2:31heavily investing into Some of you guys
  77. 2:32have seen Cash Cows, maybe. It's on my
  78. 2:34YouTube channel. It's like I do a deep
  79. 2:35dive with an entrepreneur. So, that's
  80. 2:37one repeatable format. Um I would like
  81. 2:40to have like eight of those um that will
  82. 2:42sponsor that. It'll probably like take
  83. 2:43me
  84. 2:45next year.
  85. 2:46If you like this video and you're
  86. 2:47business owner who wants to break
  87. 2:48through your current revenue ceiling, I
  88. 2:50distilled every lesson from scaling 10
  89. 2:51businesses past 10 million and three
  90. 2:53businesses past 100 million into a
  91. 2:55completely free scaling roadmap that
  92. 2:57I've used to go from zero to one, zero
  93. 2:58to 10, and zero to 100 plus. And so, you
  94. 3:00can click here and you can check it out.
  95. 3:02Again, absolutely free. And since you're

  97. 3:05enjoy.
