  1. 0:00What what are you selling to who?
  2. 0:02>> Um I have a membership business model. I
  3. 0:06teach people a Chinese technique.
  4. 0:08Uh
  5. 0:09recently I narrowed down my niche and
  6. 0:11teach them how to fix uh digestion
  7. 0:13problems related to their anxiety,
  8. 0:16stress, or emotional
  9. 0:18issues.
  10. 0:18>> How do you sell?
  11. 0:20>> Yeah.
  12. 0:20>> How do you sell?
  13. 0:22>> Uh I do a launch.
  14. 0:24Uh I make uh meta ads.
  15. 0:26>> Yeah. Through webinar?
  16. 0:27>> I bring people into a webinar and I sell
  17. 0:29them that.
  18. 0:30>> Right. And you're saying that closing
  19. 0:3214% from the webinar of what attendees
  20. 0:35or total leads?
  21. 0:36>> Um
  22. 0:38Total leads. Attendees maybe higher.
  23. 0:41>> Okay. So, I I think you're wrong that
  24. 0:4514% is not too low. 14% if you're
  25. 0:47actually closing of total leads is
  26. 0:49insanely high.
  27. 0:50Um what's the price point?
  28. 0:53>> Uh for Mexico, the price point is like
  29. 0:56um
  30. 0:58not really sure. Like uh
  31. 1:01100.
  32. 1:02>> A month?
  33. 1:04>> A month? No. For a month
  34. 1:06>> You said membership, right?
  35. 1:07>> Yeah, membership. For a month is like 30
  36. 1:1135.
  37. 1:15>> 35. Okay. And so, you're saying you're
  38. 1:18having Okay, so there's two different
  39. 1:20things. One, you started with I don't
  40. 1:21want to work in this business forever.
  41. 1:22We needed to disregard that. You're way
  42. 1:23too small to be thinking about that. Um
  43. 1:25like it's not even a relevant comment.
  44. 1:26Like it's there's no way. You're you're
  45. 1:28way too small. It's not even a
  46. 1:29consideration. It's just you. Like
  47. 1:30you're the only thing that's going to
  48. 1:31make this work right now. Um so, we need
  49. 1:33to get that out of your head.
  50. 1:35With regards to the conversion thing,
  51. 1:36your conversion rates are fine. So, it's
  52. 1:38probably I'm guessing what the problem
  53. 1:40you're trying to solve is that you
  54. 1:42you can't spend as profitably as you
  55. 1:44want. Is that correct?
  56. 1:46>> No, I fixed that. I spent recently 15K
  57. 1:51on ads and I got back 20K.
  58. 1:55>> Okay, so one-to-one.
  59. 1:57>> Yeah.
  60. 1:57>> Okay, but then it continues monthly,
  61. 1:59right?
  62. 2:01>> Yeah.
  63. 2:02>> Okay, how long do people stay on
  64. 2:03average?
  65. 2:04>> Um, around
  66. 2:066 months. I think that
  67. 2:09LTV is also a problem and I think with
  68. 2:12the recommendations you gave me, it can
  69. 2:14be fixed but
  70. 2:16I recently made the changes.
  71. 2:17>> Okay, then I mean, the delivery of this
  72. 2:20business is online and probably mostly
  73. 2:21automated, correct?
  74. 2:23>> Yes.
  75. 2:24>> Okay, so then what stops you from
  76. 2:25spending more money?
  77. 2:27>> Uh, right now it was like between fear
  78. 2:31and not narrowing down the the niche but
  79. 2:34in the lounge, the lounge is very very
  80. 2:36cheap. The people only pay like $5 to
  81. 2:39get into the lounge and I make a premium
  82. 2:41for like a 10 more.
  83. 2:42>> Yeah.
  84. 2:43>> And I think that's the problem because
  85. 2:45people who get there feels like I should
  86. 2:48solve all their life with just that. So,
  87. 2:50maybe I should raise prices but I don't
  88. 2:52know.
  89. 2:53>> Dude, I don't think this is like none of
  90. 2:54that matters though. Like all that
  91. 2:55matters is you're closing a good
  92. 2:56percentage of people, right, from your
  93. 2:58webinar.
  94. 3:00>> Mhm.
  95. 3:00>> Um,
  96. 3:02your LTV to CAC is six to one right now
  97. 3:05and you're more than breaking even on
  98. 3:06your ad spend.
  99. 3:08>> Yeah.
  100. 3:09>> So, like go from 15k to, you know, 60k
  101. 3:12in spending and see if you 4x the
  102. 3:13business.
  103. 3:15>> And that's it?
  104. 3:16>> Yeah.
  105. 3:17>> Well, yeah. Yeah, that would bring the
  106. 3:18next problem like the manpower and all
  107. 3:20of these but
  108. 3:20>> I dude, you have a pretty scale like
  109. 3:22think about this. Like your entire
  110. 3:23business has scalable traffic with ads,
  111. 3:26scalable conversion with a webinar and
  112. 3:27scalable delivery in terms of digital.
  113. 3:29The whole business is scalable. Like you
  114. 3:31just need to turn up the dial. Which
  115. 3:32means that you probably just need to
  116. 3:33make more creative with different angles
  117. 3:35that appeal to different avatars. It's
  118. 3:37basically it.
  119. 3:38>> Yeah.
  120. 3:40>> Like ignore the whole like I mean, maybe
  121. 3:43the thing could be better in terms of
  122. 3:44conversion but it's not the constraint.
  123. 3:47Do you give people an annual option to
  124. 3:48buy from the webinar?
  125. 3:50>> Uh, I changed because I was giving
  126. 3:52monthly on four months and I changed to
  127. 3:54three months and six.
  128. 3:56And, uh,
  129. 3:57when they reach the five months, we will
  130. 4:00make a
  131. 4:01an offer to going to the year.
  132. 4:03>> Okay.
  133. 4:04Um,
  134. 4:06I would experiment with just trying to
  135. 4:07sell the year.
  136. 4:09>> Okay.
  137. 4:09>> And then downsell them on monthly. So,
  138. 4:11basically launch at the week the year
  139. 4:14and then
  140. 4:15hit everyone else up after the webinar
  141. 4:16is over, after you have the cart closed
  142. 4:18or whatever, with hey, you can get
  143. 4:19monthly with an extra bonus uh, over
  144. 4:21here.
  145. 4:22That's it, dude. Otherwise, I would I
  146. 4:23mean like that is a thing you could do,
  147. 4:25but at the same time like just spend
  148. 4:26more money on ads and make more ads.
  149. 4:30>> Okay.
  150. 4:30>> That's it. And then ignore the whole
  151. 4:32like I don't want to work in this thing
  152. 4:33forever thing. It's just not relevant
  153. 4:34right now.
  154. 4:36>> Okay. Thank you very much.
  155. 4:37>> You bet. I mean, you have a simple you
  156. 4:38have a simple problem, simple solution.
  157. 4:39Like it like a lot of the pieces are
  158. 4:41already there, so you're fine. Like
  159. 4:42could it Of course, things can be
  160. 4:43better, but it is good enough right now
  161. 4:45that it is not the problem. If you like
  162. 4:47this video and you're a business owner
  163. 4:48who wants to break through your current

  165. 4:50lesson from scaling 10 businesses past

  168. 4:56road map that I've used to go from zero
