32. 1:05multiple universes exist and our
33. 1:07particular universe was created as a 360
34. 1:10degree hologram which means that
35. 1:12external things and the environment
36. 1:15around us is somehow a direct reflection
37. 1:18of how we feel internally the vibration
38. 1:20we hold towards something is reflected
39. 1:22back to us by the external world my
40. 1:25favorite spiritual teacher and also my
41. 1:27role model tswan expresses these
42. 1:30concepts really well the law governing
43. 1:32this universe is the law of attraction
44. 1:34law of mirroring which is often called
45. 1:36the law of attraction
46. 1:38source consciousness projects itself
47. 1:40forward into this dimension
48. 1:42and whatever is internal to that
49. 1:45projection is reflected externally just
50. 1:47like a projector screen
51. 1:49the idea behind this was that by virtue
52. 1:52of looking at an external reflection of
53. 1:55the vibration that is internal
54. 1:57we would

57. 2:03our consciousness further and it would

59. 2:07unconscious our thoughts and beliefs
60. 2:10determine our vibration but what people
61. 2:12forget is that a really large percentage
62. 2:14of our thoughts let's say like 95 of our
63. 2:17thoughts are being taught by us
64. 2:18subconsciously and i believe this is
65. 2:20where subliminals come into place the
66. 2:22positive affirmations in the subliminal
67. 2:24surpass the conscious mind and directly
68. 2:27influence the subconscious mind by
69. 2:29forcing the mind to entrain with the
70. 2:31positive vibration the results come so
71. 2:34fast because it's changing the way our
72. 2:36subconscious mind is thinking in real
73. 2:38time as we are listening to the
74. 2:40subliminal this is why some subliminals
75. 2:42seem to work super fast like you can
76. 2:45feel tingles and also minor results in
77. 2:48my case with lucy herzig's eye healing
78. 2:51subliminal my eye pain would go
79. 2:53instantly while listening to the

99. 3:37subconscious mind that's why i don't
100. 3:40believe in the concept of permanent
101. 3:42results on visualization and getting
102. 3:44fast results our subconscious mind being
103. 3:47influenced directly also explains why
104. 3:49visualization or repeating the
105. 3:51affirmations can work in our favor
106. 3:54that's because we are consciously
107. 3:55supporting our mind with the intention
108. 3:58of changing into our desired results
109. 4:00people also say that you need to have a
110. 4:02level of self-love to see changes
111. 4:04because the subconscious mind needs to
112. 4:06be handled and influenced with love and
113. 4:09care hold the intention to change
114. 4:11because you love yourself which i
115. 4:13believe is easier said than done i know
116. 4:15self-hatred is a difficult thing to
117. 4:17overcome and it is something i have
118. 4:19struggled with slash i'm still
119. 4:21struggling with even now so i recommend
120. 4:24internal healing and trauma clearing to
121. 4:26be done side by side with listening to
122. 4:28positive subliminals we can't control
123. 4:31each thought of ours that means we
124. 4:33cannot control all our experiences but
125. 4:36we can in fact directly influence our
126. 4:39minds to work for us with the two leg
