  1. 0:08Across our shared world iconography,
  2. 0:11from India to Rome and from pagan Europe
  3. 0:15to the Renaissance,
  4. 0:17a single subtle yet powerful posture
  5. 0:20appears again and again. deities and
  6. 0:25masters with a heel drawn inward toward
  7. 0:28the paranium,
  8. 0:30the anatomical gateway at the very base
  9. 0:33of the torso.
  10. 0:37At first glance, it seems incidental.
  11. 0:40But when you compare traditions, take an
  12. 0:43interest in energy work, study the
  13. 0:47anatomy, and look closely at the
  14. 0:49artwork, you realize something truly
  15. 0:52astonishing.
  16. 0:54That this posture is a practical method
  17. 0:57for initiating the ascent of the
  18. 0:59condalini serpent and activating the
  19. 1:03inner eye at the head center.
  20. 1:07In the Vadic tradition, this
  21. 1:10configuration closely resembles Sid
  22. 1:13Hazana or the accomplished pose. A
  23. 1:18posture long associated with the
  24. 1:20awakening of condundalini and the upward
  25. 1:24movement of vital force.
  26. 1:28Here sages sit with the heel pressing
  27. 1:31toward the ga mama point and the
  28. 1:35mulhadara chakra the anatomical root of
  29. 1:39the conserved creative energy at the
  30. 1:42paranium.
  31. 1:46In Dowist and Chinese traditions, the
  32. 1:49same point is known as Hoy Yin, the
  33. 1:53convergence of the Ren D and Chong
  34. 1:58meridian channels.
  35. 2:00This region is the gateway through which
  36. 2:03the conserved creative force enters the
  37. 2:06spinal column.
  38. 2:08When the heel draws toward this point,
  39. 2:12it provides leverage at the hinge-like
  40. 2:15pubic symphysis
  41. 2:17stimulates the sacral or sacred plexus
  42. 2:21nerve bundle in the lower back and
  43. 2:24encourages the upward movement of the
  44. 2:27powerful vital force into the lumbar
  45. 2:31vertebrae.
  46. 2:33As this energy rises, it begins to
  47. 2:36influence the ventricles and sinuses of
  48. 2:39the brain, the cerebral spinal fluid,
  49. 2:43the phalamus or inner chamber, and the
  50. 2:47sensory pathways,
  51. 2:49thus contributing to the awakening of
  52. 2:52the head center and the opening of the
  53. 2:55inner eye. the seat of illumination
  54. 2:59spoken of by so many of our wise and
  55. 3:03subtle ancestors.
  56. 3:06So what appears to be a simple posture
  57. 3:09is in truth an anatomical mechanism with
  58. 3:14profound energetic implications.
  59. 3:20And this same configuration appears in
  60. 3:22western sacred art too. On the
  61. 3:26Gundastrop cauldron, Cerninus sits with
  62. 3:29his heel tucked into the paranium.
  63. 3:32Serpent in hand, antlers rising,
  64. 3:37a triad of symbols pointing to the great
  65. 3:40energetic ascent.
  66. 3:44In the Vatican statue of Mithra, the
  67. 3:47mediator god subdues the bull, the
  68. 3:50material body, while a serpent rises
  69. 3:54from a cracked rock, echoing the
  70. 3:57condundalini emerging from the sacrum.
  71. 4:01A scorpion grips the bull's gonads, a
  72. 4:04stark reminder of the power of creative
  73. 4:08force conservation.
  74. 4:11Even Michelangelo's creation of Adam can
  75. 4:14be read as an anatomical allegory.
  76. 4:18Here, Adam's heel subtly draws toward
  77. 4:21the sacred point, mirroring Vadic sages,
  78. 4:26while the entire fresco becomes a
  79. 4:29depiction of awakening the head center
  80. 4:32and the connection to the divine that
  81. 4:35follows.
  82. 4:37These artworks are not coincidences.
  83. 4:40They are instructions
  84. 4:43encoded by initiates
  85. 4:45preserved by artists
  86. 4:48and just waiting to be rediscovered.
  87. 4:54But why, you may ask, would artists and
  88. 4:56patrons encode such subtle esoteric
  89. 5:00knowledge into their masterpieces?
  90. 5:03Well, it's because the process they
  91. 5:06depict is ancient, transformative, and
  92. 5:09reveals the hidden potential of the
  93. 5:12human body.
  94. 5:14Please remember that every revolutionary
  95. 5:17idea seems impossible until that moment
  96. 5:20it becomes obvious. And this one, with
  97. 5:23the spread of technology and access to
  98. 5:26all, is now starting to become obvious
  99. 5:30once again.
  100. 5:32The practices hinted at in these
  101. 5:34artworks are age-old,
  102. 5:37powerful, revolutionary,
  103. 5:40and ripe for rediscovery.
  104. 5:46To make this symbolism practical, we can
  105. 5:49now explore three simple nonsexual
  106. 5:52anatomically focused awareness exercises
  107. 5:55inspired by the posture itself.
  108. 5:58The first is the heel to paraneium
  109. 6:01configuration.
  110. 6:03Sitting comfortably, draw one heel
  111. 6:05toward the pelvic floor region, applying
  112. 6:09gentle pressure to the paranium.
  113. 6:12This position naturally engages the
  114. 6:15lower spine and sacral area, helping the
  115. 6:19body release tension that can accumulate
  116. 6:23during periods of high activity, stress,
  117. 6:27and especially during periods of
  118. 6:30disciplined creative energy work.
  119. 6:34The gentle leverage at the pubic
  120. 6:37symphysis encourages the lower spine to
  121. 6:40open, allowing the vital force to rise
  122. 6:44more freely toward the head center.
  123. 6:49The second practice uses the hand in
  124. 6:52[clears throat] the horns gesture
  125. 6:54configuration.
  126. 6:56Please see my hand signs YouTube video
  127. 6:59for more on this.
  128. 7:02By forming this gesture and placing the
  129. 7:04knuckles at the paranium, the
  130. 7:06practitioner can bring awareness to the
  131. 7:09hoy yin or ga mama point region.
  132. 7:14Here the knuckles act as a subtal
  133. 7:17pressure point engaging the same
  134. 7:20anatomical gateway as the heel and
  135. 7:23encouraging the same upward movement of
  136. 7:26energy into the spinal column.
  137. 7:29This is a simple somatic gesture that
  138. 7:33mirrors the symbolic hand positions seen
  139. 7:36in Vadic and Buddhist art.
  140. 7:40The shin hand gesture common in
  141. 7:43Renaissance artwork can also be used to
  142. 7:46pull on the pubic symphysis,
  143. 7:50helping to release tension and relieve
  144. 7:53pain and stiffness [laughter] that can
  145. 7:55be experienced when conserving the
  146. 7:58powerful creative energy.
  147. 8:03The third practice uses a simple tennis
  148. 8:07ball as a tool for somatic pressure.
  149. 8:10This may be the easiest for those
  150. 8:13experiencing difficulties with their
  151. 8:15legs or hands.
  152. 8:18Sitting on a soft surface, place the
  153. 8:21ball behind the pubic symphysis and lean
  154. 8:24forward until pressure is felt.
  155. 8:28This helps leverage the hinge-like pubic
  156. 8:31symphysis and apply pressure to the
  157. 8:34surrounding muscles, encouraging
  158. 8:36relaxation and supporting the same
  159. 8:39upward movement of vitality that the
  160. 8:42heel and hand practices facilitate.
  161. 8:47A simple modern tool can therefore serve
  162. 8:49the same anatomical purpose as the
  163. 8:52ancient postures encoded in sacred art.
  164. 8:57If you'd like to explore these
  165. 8:59anatomical and energetic principles in
  166. 9:02greater depth, you can find them
  167. 9:04expanded throughout my book, The
  168. 9:06Anatomical Alchemist Weapons of the
  169. 9:10Gods.
  170. 9:12So sometimes the greatest discoveries
  171. 9:16are not new truths, but ancient truths
  172. 9:20remembered.
  173. 9:22What was once hidden in stone, symbol,
  174. 9:26and sacred art may ultimately reveal the
  175. 9:29untapped potential within ourselves
  176. 9:33and a forgotten path to the awakening of
  177. 9:38humanity.
