- 0:00What do you suggest for personal
- 0:01branding content when you work in sales
- 0:02for a company that has ticket
- 0:04restrictions or tight restrictions on
- 0:05what they allow us to post about?
- 0:07I mean, post whatever you can within the
- 0:09within the restrictions that you're
- 0:10allowed to post about.
- 0:12I mean, I I feel like that's
- 0:16Think about this for a second.
- 0:19They probably have
- 0:21rules
- 0:22that are like, "Don't do these things."
- 0:25Everything that is not those things, you
- 0:27can do.
- 0:28It's kind of like the Garden of Eden,
- 0:29right? It's like, "Don't eat from this
- 0:30fruit this fruit tree. You can eat from
- 0:32any other tree.
- 0:34Anywhere else. Just don't eat from this
- 0:36tree." People are like, "I don't know,
- 0:37that tree looks pretty good." It's like,
- 0:38"Dude, just don't look at that tree.
- 0:39Just look at other shit." Right? There's
- 0:40so much type of content out there.
- 0:42Uh
- 0:43at the end of the day, I think you have
- 0:44to answer the question, "What do you
- 0:45want to get out of the content?" Right?
- 0:46If we're being real. What do you want to
- 0:47get out of the content? Do you just
- 0:48build your personal brand? Do you want
- 0:49to you want to spit you want to spin out
- 0:51and do something of your own? Are you
- 0:52trying to generate leads for the
- 0:53business that you can sell and get
- 0:54higher commission on? Like, what what
- 0:56are you trying to accomplish? And based
- 0:58on that goal, you'd reverse engineer the
- 1:00actions. And so, um I think I I don't
- 1:02know if this video's come out yet, but
- 1:03I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to
- 1:04give you some some sexy stuff in case it
- 1:06hasn't. Um
- 1:08So, the three questions that my team
- 1:10hears me ask the most, and these are
- 1:12write or downers, all right? For your
- 1:13team or for anybody.
- 1:15Is number one,
- 1:17what problem are we solving?
- 1:20Number two,
- 1:22what do you want to have happen?
- 1:24Number three,
- 1:26what would it take?
- 1:28And so, if you want to have like the the
- 1:29three most common questions that I ask
- 1:31other business owners and my and the
- 1:33people who work for me is that I get
- 1:34called on to a meeting and I'm like,
- 1:35"Hold on. What problem are we solving
- 1:37here?"
- 1:38Got it. They're like, "We have this
- 1:40churn issue." Got it. What do you want
- 1:42to have happen?
- 1:43This. Okay, now I have context. Great.
- 1:48And if I want something, then I ask the
- 1:50question, "Well, what would it take for
- 1:52us to X?" And then that assumes success
- 1:55and allows them to reverse engineer my
- 1:57desired outcome.
- 1:59And so I would encourage you to ask,
- 2:00"What would it take for you to insert
- 2:03make 200 calls a day? What would it take
- 2:05for you to do 100 minutes of content
- 2:06every day? What would it take?" And then
- 2:08solve for that. If that's what the
- 2:09constraint of your business is or why
- 2:11you can't grow, solve the constraint.
- 2:13What would it take? And then orient the
- 2:14rest of your life to make sure that
- 2:15that's true.
- 2:20Okay. If you like this video and you're
- 2:21business owner who wants to break
- 2:22through your current revenue ceiling, I
- 2:23distilled every lesson from scaling 10
- 2:25businesses past 10 million and three
- 2:27businesses past 100 million into a
- 2:28completely free scaling roadmap that
- 2:30I've used to go from zero to one, zero
- 2:32to 10, and zero to 100 plus. And so you
- 2:34can click here and you can check it out.
- 2:36Again, absolutely free. And since you're
- 2:37business owner appreciates you and uh
