  1. 0:00Have you ever wondered where God came
  2. 0:01from? Listen to this debate.
  3. 0:03>> I'm [music] confused. Being
  4. 0:04philosophically consistent and being
  5. 0:06very honest person, I'm sure you can
  6. 0:07tell me where God came from.
  7. 0:10>> You got 5 minutes.
  8. 0:11Now, I just want to which question?
  9. 0:13>> You may take the rest of the minutes.
  10. 0:14>> to do one question at a time. Which one
  11. 0:15would you like?
  12. 0:18That was
  13. 0:19part of the format for the debate. So,
  14. 0:20which which question?
  15. 0:20>> you to fill in the story of the rest of
  16. 0:22the uh beginning of the universe.
  17. 0:25God, spiritual matter, impact on
  18. 0:27material matter.
  19. 0:28>> Okay. So, two questions.
  20. 0:30All right.
  21. 0:31Go ahead.
  22. 0:32All right. Your question, where did God
  23. 0:33come from? Assumes that you're thinking
  24. 0:35of the wrong obviously it displays that
  25. 0:37you're thinking of the wrong God
  26. 0:39because the God of the Bible is not
  27. 0:41affected by time, space, or matter. If
  28. 0:43he's If he's affected by time, space, or
  29. 0:45matter, he's not God.
  30. 0:47Time, space, and matter is what we call
  31. 0:48a continuum. All of them have to come
  32. 0:50into existence at the same instant.
  33. 0:52Because if there were matter but no
  34. 0:53space, where would you put it?
  35. 0:55If there were matter and space but no
  36. 0:57time, when would you put it? You cannot
  37. 0:59have time, space, or matter
  38. 1:01independently. They have to come into
  39. 1:03existence simultaneously. The Bible
  40. 1:05answers that in 10 words. In the
  41. 1:07beginning, there's time. God created the
  42. 1:09heaven,
  43. 1:11there's space, and the earth, there's
  44. 1:12matter. So, you have time, space, matter
  45. 1:14created a trinity of trinities there
  46. 1:16just you know, time is past, present,
  47. 1:17future. Space has length, width, height.
  48. 1:19Matter has solid, liquid, gas. You have
  49. 1:21a trinity of trinities created
  50. 1:22instantaneously. And the God who created
  51. 1:25them has to be outside of them. If he's
  52. 1:27limited by time, he's not God. The guy
  53. 1:30who created [music] this is not in the
  54. 1:32computer. He's not running around in
  55. 1:33there changing the numbers on the
  56. 1:34screen, okay?
  57. 1:35The God who created this universe is
  58. 1:37outside of the universe. He's above it,
  59. 1:39beyond it, in it, through it. He's He's
  60. 1:40unaffected by it. So, for and the I the
  61. 1:43concept that he of a spiritual uh force
  62. 1:46cannot have any effect on a material
  63. 1:48body, well, then I guess you'd have to
  64. 1:50explain to me things like emotions and
  65. 1:52love and hatred [music] and envy and
  66. 1:54jealousy and and rationality. I mean, if
  67. 1:56your brain is just a random collection
  68. 1:58of chemicals that formed by chance over
  69. 2:00billions of years, how on earth can you
  70. 2:01trust your own reasoning processes and
  71. 2:03the thoughts that you you think? Okay?
  72. 2:05So,
  73. 2:08I you your your question, where did God
  74. 2:11come from, is assuming a limited God.
  75. 2:15And that's your problem. The God that I
  76. 2:17worship is not limited by time, space,
  77. 2:18or matter. If I could fit the infinite
  78. 2:20God in my 3-lb brain, he would not be
  79. 2:22worth worshipping. That's for certain.
  80. 2:24So, that's the God that I worship. Thank
  81. 2:25you.
  82. 2:27>> [cheering]
  83. 2:28>> God has no beginning and no end. He just
  84. 2:31is. Thank you for watching this. God
  85. 2:32bless you. Subscribe to my channel and
  86. 2:34watch the video I've pinned below.
