4. 0:17This is the Saturday, I'm sorry, Sunday.
5. 0:20The old Sunday spot.
6. 0:22The old Happy Sumo.
7. 0:24Love this place.
8. 0:25This is one of the spots that I like to come have some lunch,
9. 0:28shoot the shit with a bartender,
10. 0:31have some real conversations,
11. 0:34and typically these girls back here, they'll give me
12. 0:38the honest truth when I ask them questions,
13. 0:42so that's why I like coming here.
14. 0:44There ain't no bullshit here at the Happy Sumo.
15. 0:47You know, I'm filming what's going on today,
16. 0:50but this is all real, so let's be real.
17. 0:54I just got some news also that
18. 0:57my father is not doing so well in the hospital.
19. 1:02I'll keep you all updated, but
20. 1:04nothing I can do now to go down there.
21. 1:07All I can do is keep pushing through.
22. 1:12Keep doing what I do because ultimately
23. 1:15the positive energy put out helps
24. 1:18everything and everybody and him.
25. 1:20So nothing I'm gonna do right now going down there. Just gotta be supportive.
26. 1:25So, remember that,
27. 1:27Stay positive.
28. 1:29You can make an impact when
29. 1:32somebody's not doing so well
30. 1:36in just the form of putting energy into the world.
31. 1:40Remember that.
32. 1:42Headed back to the old house, figure out this damn leak, got the part
33. 1:46finally. Only took two weeks to get the part.
34. 1:49Here we go
35. 1:51And here's what we're working on to finish off today
36. 2:03Like a little middle of the day Home Depot Ace Hardware
37. 2:07run to get some Teflon tape
38. 2:12Fix a leak that we thought was fixed of course not
39. 2:16plug one,
40. 2:18the other one opens is what it is.
41. 2:23You know I was
42. 2:26somebody texted me earlier today asking how everything was with my dad and I
43. 2:30said everything was
44. 2:32I don't know, fine,
45. 2:34no real updates yet
46. 2:36once again
47. 2:39you just have to keep pushing
48. 2:43Not much I can do, I can just say prayer,
49. 2:47stay positive,
50. 2:51and keep pushing.
51. 2:54Some people think that that's selfish.
52. 2:56Some people don't understand it.
53. 3:00It's not for anybody to understand or think anything about it.
54. 3:03It just is what it is.
55. 3:04And I think the sun right above me, right there,
56. 3:08kind of speaks for itself, doesn't it?
57. 3:18Sometimes you just got to walk off the frustration.
58. 3:20That's why I think sometimes 75 Hard is a good thing to do no matter what.
59. 3:24Or if you're not even doing the program,
60. 3:27just walk.
61. 3:29Sometimes when you're walking you release a lot of anger
62. 3:33and frustration and you don't
63. 3:41take your anger out on anybody else.
64. 3:44This is like the other thing that I like to talk about on the walks,
65. 3:48is just the amount
66. 3:54of clarity that you can bring, you can have.
67. 4:01Actually, I can't think straight right now
68. 4:02because my fucking head's all fucked up.
69. 4:04I don't have any money right now, and I'm doing this, so what?
70. 4:07But use the resources that you have
71. 4:11and use the people that you have in order to help you,
72. 4:14not ask for money, but just guide you,
73. 4:18because you can get a lot accomplished
74. 4:20in a short amount of time if you just go for it.
75. 4:23That's what I gotta say.

78. 4:39I'm a big man when it comes to signs
79. 4:42and I think that that sign with that reflection is saying something,
80. 4:46so just keep praying.
