  1. 0:00What if your WhatsApp could sell for
  2. 0:01you, support your customer, take follow
  3. 0:04up from your lead, and take payment from
  4. 0:05them? All of these on autopilot without
  5. 0:08you even touching the phone. There's not
  6. 0:09a one tool doing all of these things.
  7. 0:11That's a full platform, and in the next
  8. 0:13few minutes, I'm going to show you uh
  9. 0:15the exact platform which can do all of
  10. 0:18these things. I'll be giving you
  11. 0:19walk-through through each and every
  12. 0:20features. No setup, no code, so that you
  13. 0:23can see what your business could be
  14. 0:25running on. So, hi everyone. My name is
  15. 0:26Lakshya, and I left my job to start my
  16. 0:28own AI automation agency called as
  17. 0:31Neurik AI, and a WhatsApp automation
  18. 0:33platform called as Chat Things, where we
  19. 0:35help businesses to adapt AI and
  20. 0:36automation. So, without wasting much
  21. 0:38time, let's get started. So, before
  22. 0:39seeing the platform, let me answer most
  23. 0:41common question I get from the
  24. 0:43businesses. The businesses says that
  25. 0:44there are so many tools available for
  26. 0:46WhatsApp, but we are non-technical, and
  27. 0:48the WhatsApp requires some technicality,
  28. 0:50business verification, the API, so many
  29. 0:52things, but we do not know anything, and
  30. 0:54most of the platform does not provide
  31. 0:55any kind of a support. That's the reason
  32. 0:57we are not adapting to our WhatsApp. I
  33. 0:59heard you. I understand that this is the
  34. 1:00main problem you guys are facing. That's
  35. 1:02the reason this is the first look of my
  36. 1:03platform called as Chat Things. The
  37. 1:05first feature which I like to show you
  38. 1:06is called as book support call. So,
  39. 1:08inside this, not one, not two, three
  40. 1:11type of different support call we are
  41. 1:13giving you. It's called as quick
  42. 1:14support, standard support, and then deep
  43. 1:16dive support, and all of this is free
  44. 1:19and included in your paid plan. So, if
  45. 1:21you're having any small question, you
  46. 1:22can choose for the quick support. If
  47. 1:24you're having some kind of a detailed
  48. 1:25walk-through or feature walk-through,
  49. 1:26you can choose for a standard support.
  50. 1:28And if you have complex troubleshooting
  51. 1:30and full onboarding session for the
  52. 1:32business verification, meta
  53. 1:33verification, you can go for a deep dive
  54. 1:35support. And also, we have created the
  55. 1:37full-fledged documentation where each
  56. 1:39and every feature are mentioned over
  57. 1:40here, how to not get banned on WhatsApp,
  58. 1:43then the automation features, follow-up
  59. 1:44sequence, multiple things which I'm
  60. 1:46going to walk through, by the way.
  61. 1:48But, everything is end-to-end. And also,
  62. 1:50we have the developers API, so that if
  63. 1:52you want to connect any tool out there,
  64. 1:54it could be your CRM, it could be any
  65. 1:56other tool, any 10 Zapier make, you can
  66. 1:58easily connect it and do all the stuff
  67. 2:01which you can do manually as well as
  68. 2:03automated. Also, there is a webhook,
  69. 2:05incoming webhook and outgoing webhook as
  70. 2:06well. So, now let's understand the first
  71. 2:08and main feature, which is connect
  72. 2:09account. So, in this platform you can
  73. 2:11connect multiple accounts. It could be
  74. 2:12WhatsApp, Google, Shopify, WooCommerce.
  75. 2:14And to connect WhatsApp also there are
  76. 2:15three ways. I'll click on connect
  77. 2:17WhatsApp and now we can see we have
  78. 2:19embedded onboarding option, inside which
  79. 2:20we have the WhatsApp coexistence as well
  80. 2:23as the cloud API option. And also if you
  81. 2:25have created your own meta application
  82. 2:26and you have your own access key, you
  83. 2:28can directly use that as well and
  84. 2:29connect to this platform. And if you
  85. 2:31aren't understanding any sort of
  86. 2:32features, there will be button like
  87. 2:34this. When you click on that, you will
  88. 2:35get a tutorial, okay? Where if you click
  89. 2:38on the button, you will be brought to a
  90. 2:41exact guide which will show you how to
  91. 2:43operate this thing word by word. And
  92. 2:45also if you don't know after reading
  93. 2:47this, we have a support call as well.
  94. 2:48Now, coming to the second feature,
  95. 2:50called as broadcasting, so on the
  96. 2:51left-hand side we have broadcasting,
  97. 2:52where you can broadcast your single
  98. 2:54message to as many users as you want.
  99. 2:56So, you can create a campaign where you
  100. 2:57can select all the contacts which you
  101. 2:59have. You can import the contacts or
  102. 3:01whatever contacts message you directly
  103. 3:02automatically they're added in your CRM
  104. 3:05or you can manually enter them as well.
  105. 3:07Once you have got the contacts, you can
  106. 3:08create a template which you want to send
  107. 3:10to all of the people. Okay? Once you
  108. 3:12send the template, now you have to see
  109. 3:14the report. So, for that we have a
  110. 3:15detailed report where you can see how
  111. 3:17many people you have sent the message,
  112. 3:19how many got delivered, how many opened
  113. 3:20the message and how many have not
  114. 3:21received the message as well. If the
  115. 3:23people who have not received the
  116. 3:24message, they can also see the what kind
  117. 3:25of error you are getting, so you are not
  118. 3:27lost anywhere. And now let's see the
  119. 3:29main feature which most of the people
  120. 3:30will be using is called as a shared
  121. 3:32inbox. And now this is the most advanced
  122. 3:34feature most of the platform don't have.
  123. 3:36On the left-hand side we have all the
  124. 3:37contacts. So, now you can have a team of
  125. 3:40people working on a single number. And
  126. 3:42we also have the application so that you
  127. 3:44can install the application on your
  128. 3:45phone and you can see the same chat
  129. 3:47whatever is happening through that. And
  130. 3:49also you can assign this particular chat
  131. 3:50to whatever team member you have. And
  132. 3:52they can click on the mind button and
  133. 3:54they will be seeing only task that are
  134. 3:56assigned to them. Second, they can
  135. 3:58translate the message. For example, you
  136. 3:59are getting a message on Gujarati, but
  137. 4:01the person who is typing they does not
  138. 4:03know Gujarati. So, they can translate
  139. 4:04this into the English and they can reply
  140. 4:07back to in Gujarati. How? Let's say I
  141. 4:09write how are you? And I can click on
  142. 4:12this particular translate button. I can
  143. 4:13select the language and then I can
  144. 4:15translate the message. So, as you can
  145. 4:16see "Tame kem cho?" So, we got the
  146. 4:19message in Gujarati so that it feels
  147. 4:21like we are replying to the person in
  148. 4:22the native language so chances of
  149. 4:24converting get increased by a lot. And
  150. 4:26also, if the person don't know what to
  151. 4:28reply, we have our rewrite with AI
  152. 4:31button which understand the context what
  153. 4:33message has been done and accordingly
  154. 4:34write the message.
  155. 4:36So, for example, let's consider there
  156. 4:37was one teammate who was talking with
  157. 4:39this person for past 5 days and now he's
  158. 4:42in holiday.
  159. 4:44Now, another person take over this
  160. 4:45particular chat instead of going through
  161. 4:47all the chats, he can just click on
  162. 4:49rewrite with AI. The AI will understand
  163. 4:51all the context and write the message on
  164. 4:53his behalf. Also, if they don't want to
  165. 4:55write a message directly and want to
  166. 4:56understand the context, so we have this
  167. 4:58help me to reply. So, this particular
  168. 5:01inbox will understand all the messages
  169. 5:03has been done and tell you the summary
  170. 5:05what all things has been done. And also,
  171. 5:07there is engagement score which will
  172. 5:08tell you how much engagement has been
  173. 5:10done with this particular person. Is it
  174. 5:11a good for you or not by the percentage
  175. 5:13over here. Then, we have the bot. You
  176. 5:16can pause the bot. You can pause AI.
  177. 5:17Let's say for example, there is an AI
  178. 5:19which is running 24/7. And for this
  179. 5:22particular contact only you want to
  180. 5:23pause the AI. So, you can pause the AI.
  181. 5:25So, now you must be thinking what is the
  182. 5:27difference between bot and AI? So, the
  183. 5:29AI reply is something like this which is
  184. 5:30trained on your knowledge base. So, for
  185. 5:32example, hey there, this particular
  186. 5:34reply is by AI. So, you can see the AI
  187. 5:36over here. The bot reply is something
  188. 5:38the deterministic flow which we create.
  189. 5:40So, whenever the person click on this
  190. 5:42particular button, then this particular
  191. 5:43message will go.
  192. 5:44Such kind of a things are called as bot.
  193. 5:45So, you can pause both of them
  194. 5:47accordingly. And we can have custom
  195. 5:48field as much as you want. So, we have a
  196. 5:50full-fledged CRM where you can have
  197. 5:52multiple columns as per your thoughts.
  198. 5:55And also, there is one more amazing
  199. 5:56feature which is called as a message
  200. 5:57sequence. So, let's say you are talking
  201. 5:59with this particular person and they say
  202. 6:00that "I'm not sure. Can you get back to
  203. 6:02me after few days?"
  204. 6:04So, there are now two ways. Either you
  205. 6:06can do a manual follow-up or a automated
  206. 6:08follow-up. So, for the manual follow-up,
  207. 6:10there is a follow-up reminder. You can
  208. 6:12set up the follow-up reminder as a
  209. 6:13particular date and time and you will
  210. 6:15get a notification on your phone as well
  211. 6:17as on the desktop over here. Also, if
  212. 6:18you want to do the automated follow-up,
  213. 6:20so you can create the message sequence
  214. 6:22and assign to this particular chat. So,
  215. 6:24that it will automatically send the
  216. 6:26message on your behalf and take the
  217. 6:28follow-up as well like a drip campaign.
  218. 6:30Let's say drip campaign is something I
  219. 6:32want to send a message after 1 minute,
  220. 6:34then after 1 hour, then after 10 hour.
  221. 6:36Everything can be done. Now, coming to
  222. 6:37other features of chatbot. So, now we
  223. 6:39have a full-fledged diagram flow over
  224. 6:41here where you can create the chatbot
  225. 6:43however you want.
  226. 6:45So, we can add the delay, you can add
  227. 6:46the images, video, audio, send the
  228. 6:48message, send the list message,
  229. 6:50e-commerce catalogs, then the button,
  230. 6:53and then you can track as well how many
  231. 6:54people click on this particular button,
  232. 6:56and how many subscriber were there were
  233. 6:58there, how many were unknowns. You can
  234. 6:59send the location, file, AI reply, then
  235. 7:02you can collect the information from the
  236. 7:03user. There are two ways to collect the
  237. 7:05information. First is we are asking the
  238. 7:07question in the chat only. What is your
  239. 7:09email address? User will reply with
  240. 7:10email address, you will store it. What
  241. 7:12is your phone number? User will reply
  242. 7:13with the phone number, you will store
  243. 7:14it. You can store it anywhere. It could
  244. 7:16be your CRM.
  245. 7:17It could be a Google Sheet, it could be
  246. 7:18a HubSpot, it could be any CRM, it could
  247. 7:20be inside a Chat Thing CRM as well. You
  248. 7:22can collect the information in the form
  249. 7:23of a WhatsApp flow as well. So, that a
  250. 7:25WhatsApp form get open inside the chat.
  251. 7:28User can fill the form, collect the
  252. 7:30information and store it wherever you
  253. 7:31want. Then you can send the interactive
  254. 7:32message, template message, CTA URL
  255. 7:35button, condition, HTTP, and there are
  256. 7:37so many things in the platform. And now
  257. 7:39the another feature which I just
  258. 7:40mentioned inside the shared inbox called
  259. 7:42as a drip campaign or sequence campaign.
  260. 7:45So, you can assign a sequence to any
  261. 7:47sort of a subscriber. It could be
  262. 7:48automatically via API or manually. Let's
  263. 7:51say for example, we create this sequence
  264. 7:53which get triggered automatically within
  265. 7:551 minute, then after 5 minutes, then
  266. 7:57after 15 minutes. And also after 24 hour
  267. 7:59windows, you can send a template message
  268. 8:00as well. So, this drip campaign is very
  269. 8:02useful for the businesses who want to do
  270. 8:05the automated follow-up.
  271. 8:06So, for example, someone sends you a
  272. 8:08message and they then they ghost you.
  273. 8:10Now, what to do? Now, you cannot tell
  274. 8:12your team member that find out who
  275. 8:13ghosted me and then send the message.
  276. 8:16So, we have automated message reply over
  277. 8:17here. You can assign as many sequence as
  278. 8:19you want.
  279. 8:20You can send the message after 1 minute
  280. 8:22that, "Hey, I hope everything is well
  281. 8:24and we are still waiting for your
  282. 8:25response." Then again after some time,
  283. 8:27you can send the message. Then again
  284. 8:28after some time, you can nudge them.
  285. 8:30Until unless they don't reply you, you
  286. 8:31can do this thing. But do not spam it.
  287. 8:34I'm requesting you. Otherwise, if they
  288. 8:35block you or report you, your number may
  289. 8:38be blocked by Meta.
  290. 8:40This feature is amazing, but it should
  291. 8:42be used with a precaution. Now, the main
  292. 8:44feature which most of the platform
  293. 8:45charge you extra for, which is AI. So,
  294. 8:48we have a two-way to use the AI. One is
  295. 8:51the AI assistant and one is the AI
  296. 8:52agent. Now, you might be thinking, "What
  297. 8:54is the difference?" So, AI assistant is
  298. 8:56for your team member to help them use
  299. 8:59this platform in a proper way.
  300. 9:01AI agent is a customer facing which
  301. 9:03reply to your customer. So, for example,
  302. 9:05in inside the shared inbox, we have this
  303. 9:07particular rewrite with AI button.
  304. 9:09understand the context and send them a
  305. 9:11reply.
  306. 9:12Also, on the left-hand side, we have
  307. 9:13this analyze the conversation with AI
  308. 9:15button. Then we have the AI assistant
  309. 9:17manager over here. So, there are
  310. 9:19multiple things which is designed for
  311. 9:20your team member so that they can use it
  312. 9:23and reply to the user properly in the
  313. 9:24however format you want. After that,
  314. 9:26there is an AI agent which is customer
  315. 9:28facing which get trained on your
  316. 9:30knowledge base. So, for example, if I
  317. 9:32click on new campaign, let me create
  318. 9:33again a new campaign. So, So this, you
  319. 9:35can see how many ways are there to train
  320. 9:38your bot. So we have a container FAQ. So
  321. 9:40you can paste all the content which you
  322. 9:42have over here or you can add more and
  323. 9:44more FAQs over here and content over
  324. 9:46here.
  325. 9:47Then we have a URL. Just give your
  326. 9:49website URL or whatever website URL you
  327. 9:51want to give. Our agent will
  328. 9:53automatically fetch all the information
  329. 9:55which you want, then it will create a
  330. 9:57proper content and FAQ on which it can
  331. 9:59be trained on. Then we have a file. You
  332. 10:00can upload whatever file you want. It
  333. 10:02could be PDF, TXT, markdown file.
  334. 10:04Whatever file you want, it get trained
  335. 10:06on it. Then we have Google Sheet as
  336. 10:08well. You can connect the Google Sheet
  337. 10:10to our account and whatever data are
  338. 10:12there in your Google Sheet, let's say
  339. 10:13your product catalog information,
  340. 10:14pricing information, all the
  341. 10:15information, it will get trained on
  342. 10:17that. It will reply to your customer
  343. 10:19accordingly.
  344. 10:20And then we have the API as well. Let's
  345. 10:22say you have your AI living somewhere
  346. 10:24else, but you have API for that. So you
  347. 10:26can connect both the API. So our system
  348. 10:28will get the message, it will send the
  349. 10:29message to your system, it will get the
  350. 10:31reply from there and it will reply to
  351. 10:33our system. So it's not bound to just
  352. 10:35passing information over here, but you
  353. 10:37can use your already trained AI agent
  354. 10:38and connect with our knowledge base. And
  355. 10:41we are not stopping over here.
  356. 10:42We have intent detection. So let's say
  357. 10:44for example this particular campaign is
  358. 10:46just for your support campaign. So all
  359. 10:48the information which are there inside
  360. 10:50this are only regarding the support
  361. 10:52information. There will be another
  362. 10:53campaign for your pricing information.
  363. 10:55There will be another campaign which
  364. 10:56will regarding your feature information.
  365. 10:58So now whenever person messages you,
  366. 11:00first the intent detection will happen.
  367. 11:01So this particular question or query is
  368. 11:03regarding what? Is it Is it regarding
  369. 11:04pricing, support? Whatever it is,
  370. 11:07accordingly it will go to that
  371. 11:08particular knowledge base, get the
  372. 11:09answer and then reply to your customer.
  373. 11:11So that you can create a proper
  374. 11:12separation and then accordingly reply
  375. 11:15will go. Then we have proper WordPress
  376. 11:17and Shopify automation as well. And also
  377. 11:19you can connect your own meta catalog
  378. 11:20over here directly. So that our system
  379. 11:22knows automatically what all information
  380. 11:25is there in your catalog, what all
  381. 11:26products you are selling, so they can
  382. 11:28reply accordingly. And you can also
  383. 11:30select the carousel catalog you can send
