  4. 0:13wearing looks awesome um but maybe we
  5. 0:16need to prepare more for skiing huh um
  6. 0:19with the little ankle socks uh when
  7. 0:21we're skiing maybe we find the rub on
  8. 0:23the outside of our ankle bone that can
  9. 0:25be a little bit sore um with the jeans
  10. 0:29um it's better to have something that's
  11. 0:31uh a little bit more flexible so we can
  12. 0:34move when we're skiing and also if they
  13. 0:36get wet from the snow and then cold they
  14. 0:39can even start to freeze so yeah um the
  15. 0:43little wooden layer is awesome but again
  16. 0:46if it gets a um moist or damp because of
  17. 0:49our skiing um it can also start to get
  18. 0:51really cold huh so maybe not the best
  19. 0:54and uh this lovely jacket just as a few
  20. 0:58too many things hanging off it huh so

  23. 1:09perfect ski socks um here on the front
  24. 1:12you see we've got the uh nice padding
  25. 1:14that's perfect because when we ski uh we
  26. 1:16like to bend forwards at the knees so we
  27. 1:19have lots of pressure on the front of
  28. 1:21our leg huh so that's going to keep you
  29. 1:22comfortable nice and you perfect base
  30. 1:25layers and nice and tight breathable
  31. 1:28that's going to help the moisture come
  32. 1:29away from us when we're skiing and stop
  33. 1:31us getting cold uh later on huh so I
  34. 1:34think now we're ready for some mid
  35. 1:35layers huh nice um perfect mid lays
  36. 1:39buddy here we've got some uh insulated
  37. 1:41uh ski triers they're going to help to
  38. 1:42keep us warm um it's really important as
  39. 1:45well and because maybe when we ski the
  40. 1:47bottom part of our triers might get a
  41. 1:49little bit wet in the snow and uh we do
  42. 1:52want the legs to freeze huh so perfect
  43. 1:55um little mid layer that's awesome um
  44. 1:58means if we get too hot we can take it
  45. 2:00off or too cold we can put it back on
  46. 2:02again yeah cuz the weather always
  47. 2:04changes in the mountains so we've got to
  48. 2:06be ready yeah and yeah little buff
  49. 2:08perfect so if it gets cooled we can pull
  50. 2:10it up a little bit and sunny we come M
  51. 2:14nice should we get you a jacket cool
  52. 2:16nice ski jacket um it's really important
  53. 2:19we always wear a jacket uh that's a
  54. 2:20little bit waterproof because the
  55. 2:22weather in the mountains can change so
  56. 2:24we always have to be prepared that cool
  57. 2:26uh sunscreen on good job and got some
  58. 2:30sunglasses as well so that's pretty much
