  20. 0:42sale we should grab a chance and this
  21. 0:44get into today's topic so the most to
  22. 0:47frequent question I get asked is how's
  23. 0:49it be like to be him from a college
  24. 0:50student to make a multi million dollars
  25. 0:52per year what's the minimum dollar to
  26. 0:54start before jumping into the stock
  27. 0:56industry and today I'm gonna go over to
  28. 0:58all those two questions and what did I
  29. 1:00gain what they were sacrificed so let's
  30. 1:02get back from the very beginning so back
  31. 1:03in about 3 to 4 years ago I was majoring
  32. 1:05in environmental engineering and
  33. 1:08chemical engineering so I was taking
  34. 1:09about 17 credit hours per semester also
  35. 1:12working at a night shift English who
  36. 1:15war-torn so basically I have to work
  37. 1:17about 6 hours a day well five days a
  38. 1:19week and from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. and make
  39. 1:22about $50 per night and depends about
  40. 1:25the nights I make anywhere between 300
  41. 1:28to 400 per day no I make 300 to 400 per
  42. 1:33week so I was using not about money to
  43. 1:36save as much as I can and I really want
  44. 1:39to get out of that well college life
  45. 1:41because my sleep schedules all screwed
  46. 1:43up and I do not want living the same
  47. 1:46life that for the rest of four years
  48. 1:48before I graduate so I started looking
  49. 1:51into different industries to looking
  50. 1:52into what type of investment can do to
  51. 1:54really aggressively grow my accounts I
  52. 1:56looked up into really start looked about
  53. 1:58in stock market and up for real estate
  54. 2:02you need a good credit well first second
  55. 2:04you have to be able to communicate at
  56. 2:06that time i english was pretty bad right
  57. 2:09now still bad but better than before so
  58. 2:11i couldn't really communicate that well
  59. 2:13be
  60. 2:14where I make the deal happen so I got
  61. 2:16rid of that so for SAP market I want
  62. 2:18something that only based on technical
  63. 2:20analysis instead of fundamental because
  64. 2:21I do not want to read the whole type of
  65. 2:24you know long documents to figure out
  66. 2:26which one I should really be able to
  67. 2:28invest event wait for five years and ten
  68. 2:31years and to make it grow fifty percent
  69. 2:34100 percent because it's not really
  70. 2:36aggressive recorder account I'll do it
  71. 2:38for so long I want something that I can
  72. 2:40put time into it looking for aggressive
  73. 2:42short-term investment so I jumped into
  74. 2:45this thing called a penny stock or micro
  75. 2:47cap stocks whatever you want to call it
  76. 2:49I typically trade stocks at under five
  77. 2:51dollars sometimes I trade around 10 20
  78. 2:53or sometimes 70 so it's not really in
  79. 2:56that same industry because mid cap or
  80. 2:59arch Chow I trade pretty much of and
  81. 3:01just depends on the frequency how many
  82. 3:04times I place a trade on different
  83. 3:06market cap zones initially I started to
  84. 3:08trade ETFs that's my first approach to
  85. 3:10the stock market then now started
  86. 3:12looking for daily averages what if the
  87. 3:14stock have a average going up and down
  88. 3:16rate every single day let's say the
  89. 3:18stock maximum gain will be 15 percent
  90. 3:20maximum Alice's would be 15% because ETF
  91. 3:23is not like printing so we are not going
  92. 3:25to drop to zero so there's gonna be
  93. 3:27average bouncing back and forth to rate
  94. 3:29now every time it goes off the rate
  95. 3:31let's say today you went up 20% that
  96. 3:34means it's going 5% above the average
  97. 3:36okay I'm gonna go against it which means
  98. 3:38I'm going to short it because he's
  99. 3:40bouncing off the daily range now let's
  100. 3:42say today lost 50% day I'm going to buy
  101. 3:45it well today lost about 20% names
  102. 3:485% of the daily range which means I'm
  103. 3:51going to buy and that worked out really
  104. 3:53well and that did try to trade that
  105. 3:56above method forward almost two months
  106. 3:59and made a thousand bucks just by using
  107. 4:01the technical analysis and also lost a
  108. 4:04thousand but based on my emotions at the
  109. 4:06beginning I do not really know how to
  110. 4:08really control my emotion because when I
  111. 4:10lose money I don't really think
  112. 4:11rationally I think about what I'll need
  113. 4:13to make this money back because it just
  114. 4:15lost it today if I make it back I feel
  115. 4:17better I want to stay green every single
  116. 4:19day but it's not possible for a stock
  117. 4:21market you have to wait for opportunity
  118. 4:23comes to you but that time I do not
  119. 4:25understand that type of wall psychology
  120. 4:27of how to really supposed to trade the
  121. 4:31market I lasted nine thousand bucks and
  122. 4:33they carted pretty much even now think
  123. 4:35about what I should change my method
  124. 4:37into probably different industry or you
  125. 4:40know I made the mistakes and I know how
  126. 4:43I made the mistakes and I was looking
  127. 4:45for more aggressive gains instead of
  128. 4:47picking thousand bucks in two month and
  129. 4:49losing the other blocks in tomorrow so I
  130. 4:51jumped into as you guys know micro cap
  131. 4:54stocks or mid cap stocks
  132. 4:57now my first proach will be a little bit
  133. 5:00different because I want to know okay
  134. 5:01what's the general statistics for all
  135. 5:03those pending stocks that's out there
  136. 5:06because hanging socks in out like ETFs
  137. 5:08they can drop a hundred percent in your
  138. 5:10day they can gain a thousand were
  139. 5:11sitting out there you never know it's
  140. 5:13not settled bouncing range because ETFs
  141. 5:15never just straight drop to zero and
  142. 5:17getting about 100 percent a day that's
  143. 5:19very very rare now for pending stocks
  144. 5:21it's pretty much everywhere it you never
  145. 5:24notice I was going to hop a thousand
  146. 5:26percent to that are singing a day and
  147. 5:28you don't know which stock you don't
  148. 5:29know how is supposed to make the action
  149. 5:31and I don't have a general statistics so
  150. 5:34at that time I was a very motivated to
  151. 5:36get off out of the you know the college
  152. 5:39life and they start tracking massive
  153. 5:41statistics everywhere any type of
  154. 5:43tickers that involves full market cap
  155. 5:47and volatility so I was tracking every
  156. 5:51tickers that was going up 20 percent 50
  157. 5:53percent 100 percent and no track in two
  158. 5:56different time zones so 9 to 11 11 to 2
  159. 6:002 to 4 because now I found out 9 to 11
  160. 6:04to behind to or for those two time zones
  161. 6:06are most active time zone now when I
  162. 6:09want to pick the most efficient timing
  163. 6:12for my cabs or mid-cap stocks it's in
  164. 6:14here between 9:30 to 10:30 so the first
  165. 6:18an hour over the market open it's where
  166. 6:20you can make the most money
  167. 6:22now not all people are thinking about
  168. 6:23what we should go full time for trading
  169. 6:25stocks the answer is you don't
  170. 6:27I trade pretty much part-time now I
  171. 6:30spend about first an hour to trade and
  172. 6:33also for now I teach people how to trade
  173. 6:36in a live webinar and sometimes it gets
  174. 6:39busy then I have
  175. 6:40to sale for all day but most of the time
  176. 6:4245 minutes to an hour is what you should
  177. 6:45spend just to trade my recap sales
  178. 6:48remain cap stocks you do not need to
  179. 6:49spend a long time sitting in a chair and
  180. 6:52do nothing
  181. 6:53so how do you become ended if you want
  182. 6:56to just jump into this industry always
  183. 6:58start part-time and use the part-time as
  184. 7:00a revenge to be able to more tracks
  185. 7:02artistics learn the fundamentals during
  186. 7:04technical analysis during the patterns
  187. 7:06and all that and that's I think it's one
  188. 7:08of the most important suggestions that
  189. 7:10would suggest for a beginner to do that
  190. 7:12so a lot of people also ask me what did
  191. 7:16you sacrifice on your college life well
  192. 7:18so basically I spend about 10 hours a
  193. 7:20day 10 hours a day 365 days pretty much
  194. 7:25no break and how did that still don't
  195. 7:27take breaks and there was an earning
  196. 7:28patterns drawing pictures on the wall
  197. 7:30putting them on the wall and looking my
  198. 7:33Celso psychopathic because people think
  199. 7:35else with Jake crazy about learning
  200. 7:37stocks and after a year and a half I
  201. 7:39build my edge if you'll my statistics
  202. 7:41that build my database and start really
  203. 7:43profiting so initially I only have about
  204. 7:46one or two patters I was already
  205. 7:47profiting massively they're adding more
  206. 7:50patterns I was pretty much getting to I
  207. 7:53think the maximum of you can profit from
  208. 7:55article caps were mid cap stocks just
  209. 7:58using my capital so in conclusion I
  210. 8:01pretty much sacrifice all the party life
  211. 8:03also lack of study time for school as
  212. 8:06well and that's a very important thing
  213. 8:08as well I'll use my class time to study
  214. 8:11use shower time to study use cooking
  215. 8:13time to study using pretty much every
  216. 8:16time you can get listening Bluetooth in
  217. 8:17the car trying to study for the market
  218. 8:19so everything takes practice it's like a
  219. 8:22sports you don't become the pearl this
  220. 8:24sports or become you later sports it
  221. 8:25takes years to get there if you want to
  222. 8:28speed it up do you just have to practice
  223. 8:29more I just have to know more and you
  224. 8:33know learn from other people and all the
  225. 8:35general practice buy your own because
  226. 8:37the best thing can earn is trying
  227. 8:39yourself and from other people mistakes
  228. 8:41now the method of ha studied is I pulled
  229. 8:44out every single big traders and
  230. 8:46mistakes and they started to analysis
  231. 8:48how they really made the mistakes and
  232. 8:50how what they're thinking before they
  233. 8:52make the mistakes
  234. 8:53number one number two using that based
  235. 8:56on your own build statistics to really
  236. 8:59generate an edge and how your pattern
  237. 9:02can avoid all those big mistakes that
  238. 9:04they made just to make sure they don't
  239. 9:06happen on you before jumping into this
  240. 9:09industry you can study my mistakes you
  241. 9:11can study other people mistakes and pull
  242. 9:13them out together try to go back to the
  243. 9:16time that before they made the trade and
  244. 9:18what they're thinking what's your plan
  245. 9:20trying to simulate the same situation
  246. 9:22again that's one of the big factors that
  247. 9:24I used to study after that I started
  248. 9:27making nine hundred thousand million per
  249. 9:29year or two million per year and three
  250. 9:31million per year over well people think
  251. 9:33money can change a person I don't think
  252. 9:35he changed me so you have the freedom to
  253. 9:37buy whatever you want let's say I love
  254. 9:39cars and about cars the get tired of
  255. 9:42them eventually by the end of the day
  256. 9:44it's where your passion is like what do
  257. 9:47you want for your life and their love
  258. 9:48trading I will keep trading for most of
  259. 9:50my life and I love cars I would probably
  260. 9:53buy cars and just to have fun with them
  261. 9:55and a lot pretty videogames I still play
  262. 9:58video games today I think one of the
  263. 10:03most important lessons that stock market
  264. 10:05really teaches you how to become a
  265. 10:07humper person because whenever you get a
  266. 10:09big ego the stock market will instant
  267. 10:11shot you down and I think you hear this
  268. 10:14before your biggest losses come from
  269. 10:16your biggest game right after a biggest
  270. 10:17game because when you have a biggest one
  271. 10:20you are having so much equal you wanna
  272. 10:22make more money and you're thinking
  273. 10:23about bigger futures that's where you
  274. 10:26lose your guard and like one of the
  275. 10:29trick really catches you off guard
  276. 10:31that's where you make the huge mistakes
  277. 10:33and I did that multiple times pretty
  278. 10:35much up still doing it right now when
  279. 10:37you are in the market well I'm talking
  280. 10:39about just you're a trader a retail
  281. 10:41trader you have to stay as humble as
  282. 10:43possible pretty much in every aspect of
  283. 10:45your life so next thing I'll talk about
  284. 10:47is a lot of people asking what's the
  285. 10:49minimum minimum minimum money to really
  286. 10:51well start off as I said you don't have
  287. 10:53to start trade right away you're gonna
  288. 10:55start with a few hundred bucks
  289. 10:57lotta brokers don't really accept really
  290. 11:00low capitals you need at least about
  291. 11:023,000 just start asking
  292. 11:04that I know for short selling and for
  293. 11:06cooling lawn can start whatever you want
  294. 11:08you can start with $300 you can start
  295. 11:09with $200 or whatever you want to do and
  296. 11:11a lot of people are also asking a lot of
  297. 11:15courses are very expensive out there so
  298. 11:17my personal personal experience I spent
  299. 11:19about initially twenty thousand just by
  300. 11:23purchasing all the courses out there
  301. 11:24online and trying to pick up as much
  302. 11:27knowledge as possible some of them just
  303. 11:29wasted some of them just so much both
  304. 11:32there's so much Rambo some of it
  305. 11:33well it's good and you are going to
  306. 11:36waste money on all those different
  307. 11:38courses out there and as you can hear
  308. 11:42about me talking about it is I don't
  309. 11:44really like that I don't like rainbows I
  310. 11:46just go straight to the point in my
  311. 11:48perspective a lot of people know this
  312. 11:50the more you learn the less mistakes you
  313. 11:52make and a lot of people just want to
  314. 11:55jump into this industry and it's
  315. 11:57expecting making twenty thousand fifty
  316. 11:59thousand a hundred thousand right away
  317. 12:01because sometimes people that think like
  318. 12:03that you will get lucky pretty much the
  319. 12:06first time or second time but you won't
  320. 12:08get lucky in a long term the mistakes
  321. 12:11that cost you will cause way much time
  322. 12:14what do you have learned from if you
  323. 12:17didn't try to learn as much as possible
  324. 12:19you don't internet in the books or
  325. 12:21whatever courses again and that's the
  326. 12:23reason why the beginning I don't really
  327. 12:25mind that's been that much money on it
  328. 12:28but some of the courses out there are
  329. 12:30completely 100% of the post oh so that's
  330. 12:33the most two important things I want
  331. 12:35already share about it in this video so
  332. 12:37hopefully you enjoyed it and the for new
  333. 12:39beginners hopefully these tips are
