  1. 0:00whatever part of freedom you're fighting
  2. 0:01for, that's what we want. We want
  3. 0:03freedom. And ultimately, it's one thing
  4. 0:05because we have a secret government
  5. 0:07system that's trying to assert more and
  6. 0:08more central control, and we all feel it
  7. 0:11even though we're pushing back. [music]
  8. 0:12So, what is happening is a process began
  9. 0:15in the '90s where the central bankers
  10. 0:18said, you know, currently the central
  11. 0:19bankers run monetary policy, the money
  12. 0:22supply, the currency. But, the people's
  13. 0:25representatives, whether it's the
  14. 0:26legislature or the executive branch,
  15. 0:28[music] run fiscal policy. So, that's,
  16. 0:30you know, setting the taxes, collecting
  17. 0:32the taxes, spending the tax money. And
  18. 0:33the banker said, "Let's have a financial
  19. 0:35coup and use digital technology and take
  20. 0:38over fiscal policy as well. So, we, the
  21. 0:40bankers, can run monetary and fiscal
  22. 0:42policy." And the way they're doing this
  23. 0:44is by moving to an all-digital financial
  24. 0:47system where you can use what's called
  25. 0:49programmable money. Some people have
  26. 0:51heard of central bank digital currency.
  27. 0:53That's a kind of programmable money.
  28. 0:55But, let's talk about our current
  29. 0:56system. In our current system, we have
  30. 0:58what I call two-lock money.
  31. 1:01So, you're a buyer, I'm a seller, we
  32. 1:03transact, and you have a lock and I have
  33. 1:05a lock. If you say no, transaction
  34. 1:07doesn't happen. If I say no, transaction
  35. 1:09doesn't happen. Now, financial
  36. 1:11institutions can intercede with money
  37. 1:14laundering regulations or know your
  38. 1:15customer or other sort of rules, but
  39. 1:18basically, the transaction is going
  40. 1:20quickly, and we're the only people who
  41. 1:21can stop it, okay? They want to move to
  42. 1:23a system called three-lock money. That's
  43. 1:25programmable money. There's you and
  44. 1:27there's me, and then there's Mr.
  45. 1:30Global's complex algorithm backed up by
  46. 1:32all those wonderful data centers, right?
  47. 1:34And Mr. Global gets a say on every
  48. 1:37transaction. So, if Mr. Global says,
  49. 1:39"You can't leave your 15-minute city,"
  50. 1:41your money won't transact outside of
  51. 1:44your 15-minute city. So, it's got
  52. 1:46spatial control, it's got all sorts of
  53. 1:49medical and food control. So, if I'm
  54. 1:51interested in medical freedom, why do I
  55. 1:53care? And that's because we can pass all
  56. 1:55the federal, state, and local laws we
  57. 1:57want saying we're free to do whatever we
  58. 2:00want. We're free to say no to a health
  59. 2:02mandate, and that may be our state may
  60. 2:04protect our religious exemption or our
  61. 2:06ability to not comply with a mandate,
  62. 2:09but literally if the banks turn off your
  63. 2:11money and say, "Okay, well, if you don't
  64. 2:13comply, we're going to turn off your
  65. 2:14money." You know, the state won't force
  66. 2:16you to do it, but you won't be able to
  67. 2:18transact in the general financial
  68. 2:19system. Now, this includes your
  69. 2:21financial assets because they're now
  70. 2:23saying they want to issue digital tokens
  71. 2:25on your financial assets in a way that
  72. 2:27they're on a distributed ledger and they
  73. 2:28can make them programmable. So, last
  74. 2:31year we passed the Genius Act, which
  75. 2:33[music] is an act describing the
  76. 2:35regulatory framework for stablecoins,
  77. 2:37which to be used as a currency. Right
  78. 2:39now, we have Congress negotiating the
  79. 2:41Clarity Act, and the Clarity Act
  80. 2:44describes digital tokens. And what we
  81. 2:47know is that Wall Street and the banking
  82. 2:49system want to use digital tokens to
  83. 2:52trade all the other assets, both real
  84. 2:54assets, like your house or your stocks
  85. 2:57and bonds. And what they've said is they
  86. 2:59want to move all the stocks and bonds in
  87. 3:02the world onto a distributive ledger,
  88. 3:04which gives them the then the ability to
  89. 3:06make it programmable. And the Bank of
  90. 3:08International Settlements, which has
  91. 3:10been running the process on Central Bank
  92. 3:11Digital Currency, has announced it's
  93. 3:13making an inventory of all the assets in
  94. 3:15the world. So, and they want to be able
  95. 3:17to trade all assets with a digital
  96. 3:19token. One of the creepiest things I've
  97. 3:21ever heard was a software developer
  98. 3:22bragging about how cool this was cuz he
  99. 3:25could go to the grocery store and pay
  100. 3:26for your groceries with 0.01% of your
  101. 3:29house equity. So, here's what's very
  102. 3:31confusing. If you look at the debate
  103. 3:33about the Clarity Act, it's still not
  104. 3:36clear to me exactly how they're
  105. 3:38proposing the system is going to work.
  106. 3:40And if you read all the different sort
  107. 3:41of things that can be found on what
  108. 3:43they're proposing, I think it's still
  109. 3:45very fluid. So, you just need to
  110. 3:47remember, now, DTC is basically the
  111. 3:50archive of who owns what stock and
  112. 3:52bonds, and it runs that process for 114
  113. 3:55trillion dollars of stocks and bonds.
  114. 3:57DTC has just announced, even though the
  115. 3:59Clarity Act hasn't finalized yet, that
  116. 4:01they're launching their distributed
  117. 4:03ledger system to trade everything with
  118. 4:06tokens along with 50 major financial
  119. 4:09institutions. So, this is moving very,
  120. 4:11very quickly, and Washington right now
  121. 4:14is in deep debate about the details of
  122. 4:16how this is going to work. But, what is
  123. 4:17important for people listening to know
  124. 4:20is financial system, which is no longer
  125. 4:22going to be financial system as we know
  126. 4:24it. It's a control system. And what you
  127. 4:26do is you do everything to slow them
  128. 4:28down or stop them. Because this is a
  129. 4:30vision that if the bankers control
  130. 4:32fiscal policy, that is the end of
  131. 4:34taxation with representation. That is
  132. 4:37the end of the Constitution. So, the
  133. 4:40other thing we need to do is make sure
  134. 4:41the system never goes all digital. So,
  135. 4:43we've been working for years to promote
  136. 4:45cash and to help people understand, you
  137. 4:47know, start today, use as much cash as
  138. 4:49you can. And cash is becoming in many
  139. 4:52places more popular. One, we're dealing
  140. 4:54with inflation, which is likely to get
  141. 4:56worse, and cash is a way to protect
  142. 4:58yourself, because the fees are really
  143. 5:00draining a a big portion of the GDP in a
  144. 5:03place. But, the other thing is there've
  145. 5:04been so many natural disasters, where if
  146. 5:06people didn't have cash, they were in
  147. 5:08real trouble. The leaders of ending cash
  148. 5:10have been the Scandinavian Central
  149. 5:12Banks, and after several disasters,
  150. 5:14including the floods in Eastern
  151. 5:16Tennessee and North Carolina, the
  152. 5:17Scandinavian Central Banks came out and
  153. 5:19said, "You know, it was a mistake to
  154. 5:21roll back cash. We can't trust that
  155. 5:23electricity's always going to work. We
  156. 5:24need cash." And I think there's a lot of
  157. 5:27young people who've had it with the
  158. 5:29encroachment of the surveillance and the
  159. 5:31digital control. And the programmable
  160. 5:33money and the digital control grid
  161. 5:35depend on three pillars to execute. One
  162. 5:38is the programmable money, and that's
  163. 5:40why you see the Clarity Act and this
  164. 5:42other legislation happening. The second
  165. 5:44is the digital ID, which they tried to
  166. 5:46use the vaccine to implement. But the
  167. 5:47third thing is you need all the local
  168. 5:49surveillance and hardware. And as the
  169. 5:51flock cameras and state, you know, the
  170. 5:54override of local controls on the
  171. 5:55telecommunication and the data centers
  172. 5:58you're going and people are going like,
  173. 5:59"What is this?" And I don't know if
  174. 6:02you've been watching the debate on the
  175. 6:03kill switch in the cars. Somebody just
  176. 6:05told me a story, it happened to somebody
  177. 6:07in Europe. Their car stalled out and
  178. 6:08wouldn't start and they got a voice that
  179. 6:10said, "I can't see your eyes." It was
  180. 6:12spooky. So, as the hardware rolls out
  181. 6:15people can see it. You know, if I'm
  182. 6:16talking about programmable money or
  183. 6:18digital ID, they can't see it the way
  184. 6:20they can see a flock camera, they can
  185. 6:22see a data center suck up. They're
  186. 6:24installing one of the largest so far in
  187. 6:26Utah and the projected energy use is
  188. 6:29ultimately when it's at at full capacity
  189. 6:32is three times the entire energy now
  190. 6:35used by the state of Utah. So, if you
  191. 6:37look at what they project in terms of
  192. 6:38energy need or water need or other
  193. 6:42minerals and metals, I don't see how
  194. 6:44they get there. But the other thing is
  195. 6:46if you look at the size that they're
  196. 6:48projecting in terms of data capacity,
  197. 6:51one of my questions and I have no idea
  198. 6:53of knowing the answer, are the US data
  199. 6:55centers meant to handle US programmable
  200. 6:58money and control or is it global money
  201. 7:01and control? Because if you're pushing
  202. 7:03out digital tokens and you're pushing
  203. 7:05out stable coins to the whole world, you
  204. 7:07know, they may be trying to get the
  205. 7:08whole world in the system. If you look
  206. 7:10at all the people who are building the
  207. 7:12control grid, we are. So, we're
  208. 7:14financing it. You know, people are going
  209. 7:15to work in building the different pieces
  210. 7:17in the component parts. And you know, we
  211. 7:20look at our neighbors or friends who are
  212. 7:21building it and we think they would
  213. 7:22never do that. And it's true, they would
  214. 7:24never do that. They don't see where the
  215. 7:26system's going. And part of the reason
  216. 7:28is if you're a healthy grounded person,
  217. 7:30it's very hard for you to understand or
  218. 7:32relate to the fact that there's a
  219. 7:34certain portion of the people in the
  220. 7:36world who have no empathy. You know,
  221. 7:37whether you want to call them sociopaths
  222. 7:39or psychopaths or they've functioned at
  223. 7:42an elite status and have just gotten
  224. 7:43divorced from the general population.
  225. 7:45Whatever it is, you can't fathom that
  226. 7:48anybody would want to load digital
  227. 7:50material into your body and hook you up
  228. 7:52to the internet on a surveillance basis.
  229. 7:54They can't fathom that. Now, I can
  230. 7:56fathom that cuz I've worked there, and I
  231. 7:59can connect the dots between what's
  232. 8:00happening. So, when I was on Wall
  233. 8:02Street, there was a theory that you
  234. 8:03could make enough money, and then you
  235. 8:05could protect yourself from the central
  236. 8:07control, and it was true. The more they
  237. 8:09centralize with digital technology, the
  238. 8:10smaller that group gets. [music] And you
  239. 8:13go through all these waves of people who
  240. 8:14think they're insiders, and then
  241. 8:16suddenly, you know, we re-engineer, and
  242. 8:18a whole bunch of, you know, millions of
  243. 8:19insiders get thrown off, and it tightens
  244. 8:21up. And it just keeps moving up and
  245. 8:23tightening up. And everybody's trying to
  246. 8:24scramble to get into that smaller and
  247. 8:27smaller group. And that's part of what
  248. 8:30you're watching with the global
  249. 8:31competition. And one of the reasons that
  250. 8:34I sort of left, I walked out, and went
  251. 8:36into the wilderness is I said, you know,
  252. 8:38we need to create a constituency and
  253. 8:40culture of people who are not trying to
  254. 8:43get the next petri to get up the ladder,
  255. 8:45and are going to start to build
  256. 8:46something that's a real civilization.
  257. 8:48Cuz, you know, this scramble up to the
  258. 8:50top is never. The question is when
  259. 8:52you're going to get dumped out, not if.
  260. 8:54So, here's the thing. It's that's a
  261. 8:56complex topic. I run an investment
  262. 8:58screen. So, I have two companies. One is
  263. 8:59an investment screen. So, there are
  264. 9:02periods when if you're not in the
  265. 9:04momentum stocks, you're going to be out
  266. 9:05of the index. But, I also think if you
  267. 9:08know what you're doing, and you know how
  268. 9:10the world works, there're plenty of ways
  269. 9:11to make plenty of money without
  270. 9:13financing the control grid. So, here's
  271. 9:15the thing. The control grid right now is
  272. 9:17going to be the index. And if you look
  273. 9:19at managers who outperform the index,
  274. 9:21traditionally, and I'm using an old
  275. 9:23statistic, 24% of the managers beat the
  276. 9:26index, but they're out of sync with the
  277. 9:28index, and they can underperform the
  278. 9:30index as much as 2 and 1/2 years. So, if
  279. 9:32you want to be with the index, you're
  280. 9:34going to be financing the control grid
  281. 9:35if you want to match the index. But, let
  282. 9:37me tell you, I was an investment advisor
  283. 9:39for 10 years. The way that I saw the
  284. 9:42most families make money was not on
  285. 9:44their investments. It was First, they
  286. 9:46would raise healthy kids. They would
  287. 9:48teach them lots of great skills, get
  288. 9:50them great education, and they would
  289. 9:52build family enterprises. And those
  290. 9:53enterprises is where they made their big
  291. 9:55capital gains. So, if you want to make
  292. 9:57real wealth in America, you want to
  293. 9:59build enterprise or be part of building
  294. 10:01enterprise. And it's really funny, cuz I
  295. 10:04would fight with my partners all the
  296. 10:05time who would say, "You know, we should
  297. 10:07be doing more in crypto." And I said,
  298. 10:09"You mean you want me to stop investing
  299. 10:11in you and Solarian start investing in
  300. 10:13crypto instead? Really? Is that what you
  301. 10:15want?" Because, you know, great
  302. 10:16enterprise goes like this for a long
  303. 10:19time, and then it goes up. And if you're
  304. 10:20sitting here comparing yourself to I
  305. 10:22could make more money in Bitcoin as
  306. 10:24you're bumping along the bottom, you're
  307. 10:26never going to get to that real wealth
  308. 10:28creation.
