- 0:00A greeting filled with goodness and bliss upon you
- 0:02wherever you are in this world
- 0:04whatever your religion, whatever your g*nder
- 0:06and whatever your nationality.
- 0:08Today's episode or today's broadcast is important.
- 0:13Honestly, I wasn’t planning
- 0:14to adress this topic.
- 0:17However, based on what I observed in the session I conducted
- 0:21and its outcomes, I noticed various effects,
- 0:24most of which did not align
- 0:28with my preferences. As I always perfer,
- 0:32from my perspective, to clarify the basics or the tools,
- 0:38when utilized in your life, serve as a standard of measurement,
- 0:41helping you evaluate
- 0:43how effectively you can benefit from the information you encounter.
- 0:45Further, how you become aware of another piece of information.
- 0:48To begin, the topic of today's live broadcast is titled
- 0:50"The Concept of the Inner Child."
- 0:52When did it emerge?
- 0:53What are its positives, its negatives, and how to deal with it?
- 0:57But first, if I asked you a question and said,
- 1:01"You are a child!
- 1:04Oh child!"
- 1:06Tell me, what's on your mind?
- 1:08What does the word "child" mean to you?
- 1:12Pay close attention, as this point will serve as
- 1:14the foundation for our discussion.
- 1:15And there is a lot of precise and critical information coming shortly.
- 1:20For some people, the word "child" is perceived as an insult,
- 1:24because, to them, it implys a lack of awareness,
- 1:27or, for example, it implys triviality,
- 1:33or being unaware and immature.
- 1:35In turn, for another person, the word "child" might mean
- 1:41being simple, kind, pure, and natural.
- 1:48For a third person, the word "child"
- 1:51might represent not overcomplicating things,
- 1:55living in tune with natural instincts, and embracing simplicity.
- 1:58To live authentically and be honest.
- 2:03To love from my heart and express myself sincerely.
- 2:10Every word has a concept
- 2:13and a meaning for the person who hears it.
- 2:18The danger lies in the fact that when the term emerged,
- 2:23everyone, in my view of what happened,
- 2:27projected their own interpretation of "child" onto it,
- 2:32extracting information.
- 2:34Thus, based on your personal understanding of the concept,
- 2:37one can extract catastrophic information that leads to disaster,
- 2:40or they can extract valuable insights
- 2:42that contribute to development and success in your life.
- 2:45Hence, for some people, the term "child" implies being weak,
- 2:48violated, controlled, humiliated, a victim, helpless.
- 2:57Unfortunately, this fiction was the most responsible
- 2:59for spreading this information to some people.
- 3:03First, I want to state something that should be obvious,
- 3:07and it’s something that those who have been
- 3:08following me for a while should already know
- 3:08and be aware of.
- 3:11That your awareness and your behaviors towards something,
- 3:16are what determine the outcomes, not the information you've received.
- 3:21We all understand, and there is no disagreement,
- 3:24that the Divine Books revealed by God were placed to
- 3:29make people's lives a paradise.
- 3:31Yet, in the Qur’an, for example, you will find that
- 3:34it is specified... "It is, for those who believe, a guidance and cure."
- 3:39Pay close attention. "And those who do not believe
- 3:43- in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness." (Fussilat:44)
- 3:46"And those who do not believe" "it is upon them blindness."
- 3:49So, the foundation of knowledge or awareness,
- 3:51whether one is a believer or a disbeliever,
- 3:52is what shapes what you will gain from the Divine Book.
- 3:56It may be light, healing, and mercy,
- 3:58or it may be blindness, leading you to disaster.
- 4:01"But it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss." (Al-Isra'a:82)
- 4:05It may increase them in loss and confusion.
- 4:09"They say, "What did Allah intend by this as an example?"
- 4:11He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby.
- 4:13And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient."(Al-Baqara:26)
- 4:15It speaks of a state of oppression, corruption, and disbelief.
- 4:19That could lead to a disaster, with a positive Divine piece of information.
- 4:22Then what about ordinary human information?
- 4:25That comes from humans or from scholars who research and develop.
- 4:30Allow me to begin by explaining
- 4:32how the concept of "the inner child" originally emerged.
- 4:34What are its beginnings or roots?
- 4:37Perhaps the first to link
- 4:41psychological and life problems to childhood stage
- 4:44was Sigmund Freud, often referred to as the father of Psychology.
- 4:47He was the first to start connecting the psychological problems
- 4:52to the relationship between the child and their mother and father.
- 4:55Specifically, Freud focused on the role of sexual relationships
- 4:57and built the foundation of psychoanalysis upon this concept.
- 5:00After that, there was
- 5:02another scholar named John Bowlby.
- 5:04He developed a theory called Emotional Attachment,
- 5:08grounded in experiments that explored
- 5:12the child's relationship with their mother and father
- 5:15and its impact on their future life.
- 5:18He discussed this topic.
- 5:20As he was one of the people who greatly contributed,
- 5:22at such early stages,
- 5:23linking the child's attachment and the old relationship in their life
- 5:27with what happens to them in terms of psychological problems
- 5:31or the diseases they suffer from.
- 5:34The first to use the concept of the "inner child"
- 5:39was Karl Gustav Jung, a Swiss scholar.
- 5:44Karl was Freud's friend; he met him
- 5:46in 1905, and they remained friends
- 5:49for about seven or eight years until a
- 5:52intellectual disagreement started to emerge.
- 5:55Karl Jung was the first to create
- 5:58a system and talk about the Inner child.
- 6:00He even referred to it as "the divine child."
- 6:04He defined the key traits of this inner child,
- 6:07identifying seven traits.
- 6:10Then came another scholar named John Bradshaw.
- 6:13He was active in the 1980s.
- 6:17Psychologists in the late 1940s and early 1950s discovered
- 6:21the link between childhood experiences and psychological problems,
- 6:25but it was John Bradshaw who first popularized
- 6:27the concept in the media era and began developing it further.
- 6:32He was a writer and motivational speaker.
- 6:36And Oprah Winfrey contributed to his fame.
- 6:41He precisely defined the concept of "the inner child."
- 6:47Furthermore, He developed exercises, meditations,
- 6:50and powerful tools for how to deal with it.
- 6:53In order to reduce, diminish, or heal its wounds.
- 7:00Or the problems from the past.
- 7:03Then the topic began to escalate, and people started adopting the concept.
- 7:06As more people became invested in the concept,
- 7:12the awareness of those who adopted it
- 7:14began to affect the content they presented.
- 7:17This is where the danger lies.
- 7:19I will repeat the information again.
- 7:21The awareness of each person who adopts a concept
- 7:25shapes thier outcome.
- 7:28Therefore, if this awareness contains some incorrect elements,
- 7:32it will shape the outcome that is presented to people.
- 7:36By nature, I prefer not to talk about individuals.
- 7:40Instead, I focus on information, and those who have known me
- 7:42for a long time know that I have been avoiding this,
- 7:44praise be to God.
- 7:45So it doesn't turn into gossip or slander,
- 7:47I avoid talking about people.
- 7:48Here, I’m talking about information,
- 7:50following the principle of our Prophet Muhammad,
- 7:52when He observed someone doing something wrong,
- 7:54He would say,
- 7:55"What is it with some people doing such and such,"
- 7:56without naming anyone specifically.
- 7:58He would not speak about it publicly.
- 8:00So it doesn’t become as if it’s a scandal.
- 8:02This is advice from me to all
- 8:06our colleagues working in the field,
- 8:08as well as those in the fields of awareness, Psychology,
- 8:10or psychological health.
- 8:13I hope you consider this live broadcast
- 8:17as one of the available sources of information.
- 8:18There is no person in the world who can claim
- 8:19to have the absolute correct information
- 8:21or to always be right.
- 8:24This is simply a perspective;
- 8:25keep it in mind and be aware of it,
- 8:27when you provide information to people or receive information
- 8:32from others in the field of awareness,
- 8:36because the internet has become open,
- 8:38so all intellectual movements
- 8:41and all levels of awareness now offer information.
- 8:44Moreover, pay close attention to this crucial point:
- 8:46all levels of Religious awareness, meaning...
- 8:48I will give you an example regarding Karl Jung.
- 8:50His early studies were shaped by Christian teachings,
- 8:54and he had a deep interest in the spiritual aspect.
- 8:58He was particularly focused on
- 8:59the soul and the concept of the psyche.
- 9:02Even within his concepts, he identified two types of soul:
- 9:07One aspect related to spirituality
- 9:11and another connected to the life you live, including material aspects
- 9:15and the actual projections that occur in reality.
- 9:19His interest in meditation, in particular,
- 9:20may serve as a hidden message for some,
- 9:22who claim that meditation is a lie.
- 9:26Karl Jung, one of the great psychologists,
- 9:29has practiced meditation, and perhaps this is what made him
- 9:32discover important information.
- 9:33That contributed significantly to Psychology,
- 9:36and made him one of the pillars of Psychology.
- 9:41Human awareness and its study, whether scientific,
- 9:47religious, societal, or based on traditions and cultures,
- 9:53affects his output.
- 9:55So it's important to pay attention to this point.
- 9:56Why am I saying this?
- 9:59I will give you a religious example and another scientific one.
- 10:03To realize how even a divine piece of information
- 10:06can be misinterpreted
- 10:07and misused to ruin others' life due to flawed awareness.
- 10:12You will notice this often,
- 10:14and it is perhaps one of the most significant issues
- 10:17I have addressed since I first emerged in 2009,
- 10:19on social media.
- 10:22I focused on dismantling this particular piece of information.
- 10:25For instance, a person living with the victim mindset,
- 10:28always thinking of themselves as a victim,
- 10:29captive to their circumstances, helpless, and unable to take action;
- 10:34like a mere chess piece on the board.
- 10:37They move as circumstances or events dictate.
- 10:43Or as my parents wish, as the government wish,
- 10:46as my bank balance wishes,
- 10:49as my company wishes, my manager wishes, or my superiors wish.
- 10:52The key point is that I see myself as a victim.
- 10:54This awareness, if applied to the verses of God,
- 10:57can distort their meaning, for example,
- 11:00"And We will test you with something of fear, hunger,
- 11:02and a loss of wealth,
- 11:04lives, and fruits. And give glad tidings to the patient." (Al-Baqarah:155)
- 11:07So, it becomes: "God is the one who does this to us,
- 11:10and I am merely a victim.
- 11:12And I am supposed to be patient and seek reward."
- 11:14This reflects an awareness that has been imposed onto a verse
- 11:17from a Divine Book that we are supposed to embrace it fully,
- 11:20so that we understand the ambiguous verses and the definitive verses.
- 11:23To understand the full picture, avoid interpreting something
- 11:27based solely on my own awareness and imposing it on others.
- 11:31Using the exact same information, another person who is
- 11:34aware of the fact that "My God made me His Sucessdor,"
- 11:37and that God, glorified and exalted,
- 11:39said to us, "Whatever misfortune befalls you
- 11:41is because of what your own hands have earned.
- 11:43And He forgives much," (Ash_shuraa:30)
- 11:44Thus, I did something that brought me problems.
- 11:48"Whatever misfortune befalls you is
- 11:49because of what your own hands have earned"
- 11:51"That is because Allah would not change a favor
- 11:53He has bestowed upon a people
- 11:54until they change what is within themselves." (Al-Anfal :53)
- 11:56These are all definitive verses
- 11:57that provides you with the main principle,
- 11:59which I discussed in detail in a file titled, "The Psychology of Tribulations."
- 12:02If one used this awareness, they would likely interpret the verses such as:
- 12:07"And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger.
- 12:10And a loss of wealth, lives, and fruits."
- 12:13That Allah is informing me of the types of tribulations
- 12:16that will come to me when I am deserving of them.
- 12:18When I engage in actions that lead to tribulations,
- 12:20these are the different types of tribulations I will face.
- 12:22Do you understand?
- 12:24They will find a verse in the Qur'an that says,
- 12:26In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious:
- 12:27"As for man, when his God tests him
- 12:29by honoring him and blessing him."
- 12:30Then, this is a triulation.
- 12:31"He says, My God has honored me. But when He tries him,
- 12:35by straitening his means of life, he says: "My Lord has humiliated me!"
- 12:37Rather, you do not honor the orphan." (Al-Fajr:15,16)
- 12:38Then He mentioned the causes that lead to
- 12:39experiencing a negative tribulation.
- 12:41So, I developed a different awareness, and I began to read
- 12:46the verses of my God, the Divine Book that was revealed,
- 12:50with a different awareness.
- 12:51Thus, the danger lies in the fact that the victim's awareness
- 12:54distorts information in religion.
- 12:57This, in this case, serves as an example from the religious perspective.
- 12:59If we look at it from the psychological perspective,
- 13:02we all know that the basics of a person overcoming
- 13:05any problem in life
- 13:06is acknowledging that they are responsible.
- 13:09I am responsible because I placed myself in this situation,
- 13:12or in this matter, due to something I did.
- 13:17And to some people who object to this scientific concept,
- 13:19I always say, "In our religion,
- 13:22there is something known; rather, it is an affirmation."
- 13:24Some people think it's a supplication, but it is not.
- 13:27The affirmation that helps me overcome misfortunes is,
- 13:30"There is no deity but You, glory be to You. I was among the wrongdoers."
- 13:32I did something, so I was among the wrongdoers;
- 13:34that is why I faced problems.
- 13:35When you acknowledge and admit that you are among the wrongdoers
- 13:39and that you are responsible, recognizing that your own actions
- 13:41have brought problems upon you, and at the same time,
- 13:43if you take the necessary steps to make things right,
- 13:45you can overcome these problems.
- 13:47Speaking with this awareness will lead to a solution.
- 13:50Some who have the victim's awareness,
- 13:54thinking they are captives...
- 13:57As soon as they hear the term "the inner child,"
- 14:00they project all the problems, obstacles, and challenges of their life
- 14:06onto the inner child who faced proplems
- 14:09and the events that happened to me in the past.
- 14:12Thus, they continue to live as victims,
- 14:14trapped in a cycle, going in circles around themselves.
- 14:15Why? "Because of the problems of my inner child."
- 14:18Because of Such-and-such.
- 14:19Let me give you an example.
- 14:21You may know the answer, but think about it with me deeply.
- 14:26If I am walking down the street
- 14:28and come across someone lying on the ground
- 14:31with a broken arm, for example, what should I do in that moment?
- 14:42One: If I have studied medicine,
- 14:44and I know how to handle the situation, I will quickly
- 14:47administer first aid to help them.
- 14:50If I haven't studied medicine,
- 14:51I will quickly call an ambulance and contact emergency services.
- 14:54We will transfer him to the hospital.
- 14:56Once they arrive at the emergency room,
- 14:58they will be quickly admitted and treatment will begin.
- 15:01Have you ever asked yourself a question?
- 15:04Or can you imagine someone in the hospital saying,
- 15:08"One moment. I want you to tell me the
- 15:10reason behind this fracture in their childhood,
- 15:13in the past, or even just two hours ago,
- 15:16that led to the arm being broken?
- 15:19We need to know in detail,
- 15:22when and where the fracture occurred,
- 15:25along with what was said at the time of the incident.
- 15:28And what color was the car they were in?
- 15:30Was it a 4x4, sedan, or SUV?
- 15:36Is it an electric or gasoline-powered car?"
- 15:37Why are these details important for you to focus on?
- 15:41Instead, tell yourself, "It's a fracture and simply deal with it."
- 15:43This is the problem: any situation that occurs on
- 15:46a psychological level has a negative impact on me internally.
- 15:51I will deal with it, even if I don't know what happened.
- 15:55Even If I didn't realize or recall...
- 15:58Because no human on Earth can remember everything
- 16:02that happened to them before the age of six or seven.
- 16:07There is no person in the world who is capable of doing this.
- 16:09This is what causes those who hear too much information
- 16:12about "the inner child" to become
- 16:14confused, creating chaos in their lives
- 16:17and leading them into spirals of helplessness.
- 16:20Who can? I consider myself someone
- 16:23who understands psychology, for a while now,
- 16:25I will never be able to retrieve past memories,
- 16:28nor can I dig deep enough to fully understand what happened,
- 16:31such as how my father's actions in a certain situation that affected me
- 16:35This is a disaster.
- 16:37If I base my healing, happiness, wealth, or success
- 16:42on healing this,
- 16:45that’s the real disaster.
- 16:46My dear, you have a problem, deal with it.
- 16:48You have a fracture, so handle it. You have a wound, so treat it.
- 16:51You do not need to know
- 16:52who caused it, how it happened,
- 16:54or what scalpel was used.
- 16:56Whether they used a knife or a cleaver,
- 16:59whether they screamed or smiled while doing it; it doesn't matter.
- 17:01You have a wound, so deal with it.
- 17:03And just as the material...
- 17:05Focus with me. There is an information
- 17:09that I always mention
- 17:10in "The Universe Code" course
- 17:13That might not be available yet, but it may be released next year, in 2024.
- 17:17One of the most impactful pieces of life advice that benefited me,
- 17:20especially when I faced challenges and felt lost,
- 17:23then I opened to the sciences that now exist in the world,
- 17:26ranging from energy, various forms of meditation,
- 17:29healing, holistic healing and more.
- 17:32There was a lot of conflicting information
- 17:35because I was attending lectures by prominent teachers and lecturers
- 17:38from diverse currents and religions around the world.
- 17:42Unfortunately, I did not find anyone who had studied Islam.
- 17:45There were those who studied Christianity, Judaism,
- 17:49Hinduism, and various other currents of thought.
- 17:51Each one would take the scientific information
- 17:53and interpret it through the lens of their own religion.
- 17:57Meaning, if someone who hasn't studied religion hears
- 18:00information from a Hindu person, they might mistake it for Hinduism.
- 18:03Unfortunately, some people, due to ignorance,
- 18:04might wrongly label something as Hinduism or Buddhism,
- 18:07when in fact, it is just like electricity.
- 18:09So, when I acquired information and started to feel
- 18:13it was tinged with religious influences,
- 18:15since my studies had been religious from a young age,
- 18:17I realized where the problem lay.
- 18:21I began to trace every piece of information that I couldn't
- 18:24measure materially or experimentally back
- 18:29to its religious origin, in order to determine
- 18:31whether it was true or false.
- 18:32Other wise I would never know.
- 18:34Or I would subject it to an experiment
- 18:36if I didn’t possess enough awareness
- 18:39to recognize its religious origin,
- 18:41which would allow me to conduct an experiment based on it,
- 18:43as the foundation would be clear.
- 18:45The foundation is
- 18:47"Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people
- 18:49Until they change what is within themselves."
- 18:51That clarifies that I am responsible.
- 18:52The foundation is that everything Allah has placed me in on this earth,
- 18:55I can handle; "He does not burden a self beyond its capacity."
- 18:58I can handle it.
- 18:59How can that be, when I believe there is a distorted inner child,
- 19:04a tormented child who is disrupting my life?
- 19:08So, where is the capacity then?
- 19:11If you've been suffering for years under the pretext
- 19:14that your inner child was scratched by someone, for example.(Sarcasm!)
- 19:17And you don’t even remember when it happened or with what tool.
- 19:20What is this? Thus, the concept has been manipulated.
- 19:25Additionally, a lot of information was imposed...
- 19:27One of the strange concepts I came across,
- 19:29of course, without mentioning names,
- 19:31however, focus with me; I’ll share a principle
- 19:32then I’ll mention the strange thing I heard.
- 19:34There is a very important principle in life that discusses
- 19:39how some people view things in black and white.
- 19:41I covered this in detail in the "Invading the Energy Field" course,
- 19:43specifically addressing the theory of black-and-white colors.
- 19:46And I even discussed it in a free lecture called "Colors of Life."
- 19:50On YouTube, on my channel.
- 19:51Or on Dream channel. I didn’t take it on mine.
- 19:57A person with a black-and-white mentality
- 20:00sees life in blocks either white or black.
- 20:02One single situation can shatter everything.
- 20:06The whole world is made up of black and white blocks.
- 20:09Therefore, if their mentality is black and white,
- 20:12it's very natural for them to emit such thoughts.
- 20:14A dangerous piece of information I heard from many people,
- 20:17which came to me in questions and during sessions,
- 20:19was when they told me that someone said,
- 20:21"I faced a problem when I was three years old.
- 20:25It stopped my life, halted my growth, destroyed my life.
- 20:30Since that day, I am now three years old."
- 20:33Really? You’re three years old? He said, "Yes."
- 20:36He is convinced because someone told him so,
- 20:38that his age stopped at the age of three,
- 20:40based on an incident that occurred
- 20:40due to a circumstance he doesn't even remember.
- 20:42What kind of spiral have you put yourself in?
- 20:45What is this confusion and chaos? Is there such a thing as
- 20:48a person's age stopping because of an incident that happened?
- 20:51Because of an incident that happened? No.
- 20:54Alright, what is the information
- 20:55that I see as correct from my perspective?
- 20:58That all of our ages...
- 21:00Let’s delve into this point precisely.
- 21:05There is something called the age of the body.
- 21:08And there is something called the mental age.
- 21:10Medicine is responsible for the age of the body;
- 21:13it determines your physical age and assesses how old you are.
- 21:16This is what we observe—the signs of age, as we see them on the body.
- 21:20On the other hand, there is something called mental age,
- 21:22consciousness and mental processes.
- 21:24This is what psychology studies.
- 21:27When a psychiatrist tells you
- 21:28that your mental age stopped at a certain stage,
- 21:32be aware that this is a psychological illness diagnosis,
- 21:33and only a qualified specialist can make such a statement,
- 21:36as they possess specific tools and measurements
- 21:39to assess personality and determine mental age.
- 21:42Using these measurements, they can evaluate mental age
- 21:46in comparison to chronological age or physical age.
- 21:50Good?
- 21:51So, someone who says that their age has stopped should understand
- 21:55that this is considered a psychological illness, which is a serious matter.
- 22:00Additionally, there is a third aspect to consider:
- 22:02your age in terms of awareness.
- 22:04Keep in mind,
- 22:07any area we haven’t learned about,
- 22:08our age in that aspect is essentially zero.
- 22:10Meaning, my age in terms of awareness in flying, is zero.
- 22:15It means that in flying, I'm not even a child; I'm still a fetus.
- 22:21I have never learned how to fly a plane.
- 22:24And I don’t know how.
- 22:25Even if I were placed in the pilot's seat,
- 22:27I wouldn’t know what each button or device does.
- 22:29My age, in flying, is that of a child.
- 22:31Go take a course from a specialist, following the time cycle
- 22:37for studying aviation, which, as I recall, takes two to three years.
- 22:41After three years, your age in that field becomes
- 22:44equivalent to that of a professor.
- 22:45Like a senior specialist or a young adult,
- 22:48reaching the age of maturity in that domain.
- 22:53Are you telling me that we will always remain inexperienced
- 22:58in certain domains and stay "young" in them? Yes.
- 23:02One who has never studied self-confidence doesn't know
- 23:06how to be confident or how to develop their personality.
- 23:09It would be natural for them to be,
- 23:12in this domain, at the age of a fetus, not even a child.
- 23:15So, don't let anyone mislead you into thinking
- 23:17that a person with a childhood problem
- 23:20will always lack confidence and have a high sense of self-reproach.
- 23:22No, my dear, once you study confidence, self-reproach will disappear.
- 23:23Regardless of the "inner child" or any other nonsense.
- 23:26You don’t have information about confidence,
- 23:28self-reaproch is one of the first signs of a confidence issue.
- 23:31Someone who feels self-reproach and shame lacks confidence
- 23:34and doesn't value themselves; they have no self-worth.
- 23:38This means they haven't learned how to value themselves yet.
- 23:40Once they do, self-reproach and suffering will fade away,
- 23:43and the idea of the "inner child" will count for nothing.
- 23:46Understood? Thus, the ongoing issue is
- 23:49that I’ve met people with confidence issues
- 23:52who never thought about taking a course on confidence,
- 23:55which is readily available everywhere and widely discussed.
- 23:58There will be avaliable course soon on the academy, Allah willing.
- 24:01Therefore, they never even considered studying confidence.
- 24:04I had a case where someone had been suffering
- 24:06for three years because of the "inner child."
- 24:08She lived with feelings of shame and self-reproach.
- 24:10Why? "Because of the "inner child;"
- 24:12my father did this, and my mother did that.
- 24:14And there are things I don’t even remember.
- 24:15Let's dive in, let's search and try to remember
- 24:18when this shame first occurred!" Why all of this?
- 24:21Why do I continue to be captive and suffering?
- 24:25And why do some people,
- 24:27with all due respect to everyone,
- 24:31when promoting the service or course they offer,
- 24:36pull others into spirals
- 24:38and make them believe that their entire life is ruined,
- 24:40and that the only solution lies in the service you offer,
- 24:42the course, or the lecture, why?
- 24:45Instead, give them information and awareness;
- 24:48something they can truly benefit from.
- 24:50When they grow and seek more, they can then enroll in the course.
- 24:53This is the right approach. No one should offer
- 24:56the same free information as the paid one. This is a given.
- 25:00But to deceive them,
- 25:02or to exploit the personality traits
- 25:04of someone who suffers from self-reproach, shame,
- 25:07or has self-confidence issues,
- 25:09or someone who faces relationship challenges,
- 25:11or financial problems. A money management problem, for example.
- 25:14These are all problems that require awareness.
- 25:17Wrongfully, they projected it onto their childhood.
- 25:20No, these are issues that require awareness.
- 25:23They require consciousness and information.
- 25:25The first and foremost benefit I gained is understanding
- 25:27that there are three ages in our lives:
- 25:29the age of the body, the age of the self (meaning the mental age),
- 25:34and the age of awareness, from which my emotions and feelings emerge.
- 25:40I’ve also heard some people say that if you're suffering from
- 25:43many psychological issues and dealing with negative emotions
- 25:46and suffering, then your "inner child" is in trouble.
- 25:49No! Rather, you haven't learned how to deal with life.
- 25:52Those who have many negative emotions
- 25:54haven't trained their mind to neutralize them. That's it!
- 25:57Focus with me on this part, neutralization is
- 26:01the most important and greatest mean.....
- 26:04Do you know if there's a capsule
- 26:06that can make you youthful, in perfect health,
- 26:10wellness, success, complete wealth,
- 26:14happiness, and inner peace, along with full joy and bliss?
- 26:18It's called the capsule of neutralization,
- 26:19which is what patience is referred to in religion.
- 26:20To be neutral. Contentment and acceptance. "I accept anything."
- 26:27Its opposite is rejection,
- 26:29which is the cause of all psychological problems in life.
- 26:32Meaning if I were to summarize psychology,
- 26:34and I have said this many times before,
- 26:36along with the root cause of all the psychological problems that occur,
- 26:39all of it is caused by rejection.
- 26:41If you reject the past, you will experience distress,
- 26:43discomfort, suffocation, suffering, and pain.
- 26:46If you reject the future, you will experience fear, stress,
- 26:48panic, terror, and all types of phobias will arise.
- 26:51If you reject the present, you will experience boredom and weariness.
- 26:53Rejecting all of them is what leads to
- 26:54depression and thoughts of suicide.
- 26:57So, someone with severe depression and intense psychological pain
- 27:00is often rejecting these three: the past, the present, and the future.
- 27:04Learn how to neutralize and not reject.
- 27:08Doing so will dismantle them all.
- 27:09Even if you can't recall anything from childhood.
- 27:11Pay attention,
- 27:12yes, you started rejecting because you learned to reject in childhood,
- 27:17however, I don't want to know who taught you.
- 27:20Or what they were doing while teaching you.
- 27:23Or if they were hitting you while teaching you or abusing you...
- 27:26I don't need to know that.
- 27:29What matters is knowing that there is rejection.
- 27:31There is a fracture, and the hand has been dislocated out of place.
- 27:33Let’s put it back in place.
- 27:35It doesn't matter if I know the story behind this issue.
- 27:37The story behind the issue doesn't matter to know.
- 27:40Because no everyone will know.
- 27:42There are specialized scientists in specialized
- 27:44psychological sessions who might know,
- 27:46but not everyone is a scientist.
- 27:48Not all of them are specialists,
- 27:50thus, it's wrong to discuss the matter in detail
- 27:54with people who haven't studied it.
- 27:56I’ll give you an example.
- 27:57Is it possible for someone who studied in medical school,
- 28:00who focuses on diseases or pharmacology...
- 28:03Medical or pharmacy students understand what I'm saying.
- 28:05The pharmacology book that covers all the details
- 28:10of medicines, diseases, and symptoms in depth.
- 28:14Or, for example, the DSM-5, a psychology book
- 28:17that outlines all psychological illnesses,
- 28:18serving as a comprehensive catalog of psychological disorders.
- 28:23DSM-5.
- 28:23Imagine someone who
- 28:27has studied pharmacology, diseases, and their symptoms,
- 28:30or has studied psychological disorders in detail.
- 28:32If they give courses and lectures to regular people
- 28:36about the details of diseases,
- 28:36there are so many complexities involved
- 28:38that it could easily lead to confusion.
- 28:39He studied this for seven, eight, or even ten years
- 28:42and then gives it to you in a six-hour course.
- 28:45It's natural to feel confused and distracted
- 28:46since this isn't your area of expertise.
- 28:48This isn't your life, nor is it what you are meant to do.
- 28:52Understood? Instead, what’s required of you is
- 28:53to grasp the general principle and pay close attention
- 28:56to what I’m saying.
- 28:57When you understand this principle and deal with it,
- 29:02you’ll be among the ninety percent who,
- 29:05by grasping the general information, will reap great rewards.
- 29:09Further, ten or fivten percent will remain who have experienced
- 29:13major traumatic events in their lives,
- 29:16which they often remember and are aware of them,
- 29:21but they don’t know how to properly cope with them.
- 29:24Sometimes, they may even know how to cope with it
- 29:26and can identify the problem,
- 29:27but the emotions are so intense
- 29:29that they feel incapable of dealing with them.
- 29:32Here, I will tell them to go to a specialist.
- 29:35To have a session with them regarding this issue.
- 29:38It doesn't matter if you study all of this.
- 29:41It’s not important for everyone to study medicine.
- 29:44Rather, you should go to a specialist who
- 29:45is trained to help with this specific condition.
- 29:47Furthermore, you now know first aid,
- 29:49you know the general principles .
- 29:52Take it as a principle, from a psychological aspect,
- 29:54the earlier you realize the general principles,
- 29:57the more you protect yourself,
- 29:59the more you progress in life significantly. Good?
- 30:02Let’s conclude with a principle: it’s natural
- 30:07that we record information from the day we’re born.
- 30:10Furthermore, the environment around us affects us, our friends,
- 30:15the quality of education we receive,
- 30:19the way our parents interact with us,
- 30:24and even our neighbors and peers affect us.
- 30:27Focus with me: sitting alone, zoning out,
- 30:31and my own thinking have had the greatest impact on me since childhood.
- 30:36What does this mean? It means
- 30:38that even if a child is hit by their parents,
- 30:41they might sit with themselves and think,
- 30:44“They hit me, but I’ll show them I can succeed.
- 30:47I’ll achieve my goals no matter what anyone says.”
- 30:51Thus, they will not face a problem in thier life
- 30:54from being hit by his parents.
- 30:55Rather, it will become a source of motivation,
- 30:58as they themselves have transformed the circumstance into motivation.
- 31:01A powerful one, "That will empower me
- 31:03and ensure I don't rely on external motivation
- 31:07or seek support from others.
- 31:10Instead, I will build a strong foundation for myself.
- 31:11And many people have risen from poverty, suffering
- 31:17and uneducated backgrounds, enduring beatings, whippings,
- 31:20and even being burned with fire as a form of punishment.
- 31:22I know one of my successful friends who came from a family like this.
- 31:24He grew up in an environment where practices
- 31:25like heating a spoon on the fire and using it
- 31:27to burn thier child were considered a form of punishment.
- 31:29However, all of these experiences shaped him into an unparalleled man.
- 31:33He can face any situation and achieve the impossible. Why?
- 31:36Because his internal self-talk in response to these situations
- 31:39was one of motivation
- 31:42and filled with strength.
- 31:43It was the kind of self-talk that said, "I will succeed
- 31:44no matter what,"
- 31:46and "One day, I will rise above all of this and make it."
- 31:49When he overcame those challenges, he achieved great success
- 31:51and propelled himself forward with remarkable strength.
- 31:53On the other hand, another person faced the same kind of situation.
- 31:55"My own father slammed the door in my face,
- 31:58or " My mother said, 'I can't stand you.' "
- 32:00To some, these situations might seem trivial.
- 32:04He takes those words to heart, collapses, and is destroyed by them.
- 32:07His self-talk, even as a child...
- 32:11His internal self-talk is what led him to adopt
- 32:13a negative conviction,
- 32:15layers upon layers of these accumulations
- 32:20create many disasters in life.
- 32:26Thus, as they played the victim role early on,
- 32:30what happens? In the future, when they seek to hear information
- 32:33and improve themselves, they will unknowingly return to
- 32:35the victim role, without even realizing it.
- 32:38Understood? It is very important to pay attention to this point.
- 32:42It’s natural that in our history and memories shape
- 32:47the formation of our personality.
- 32:51Some will view this as the reason and think,
- 32:56"I am only the victim of it."
- 33:00Here lies the problem—how they deal with this mindset.
- 33:03No one can deny that what happened to you
- 33:05in the past has had an impact. Yes!
- 33:06Be mindful, you will continue to discover
- 33:10its effects throughout your life.
- 33:13I will discuss this with you shortly. There is no person on Earth
- 33:17who will be able to uncover ,in one session, or even ten or twenty,
- 33:19all their past issues.
- 33:21Good? All the successful individuals,
- 33:25those who have innovated and achieved financial success
- 33:29or influenced the world, every stage of their lives,
- 33:32even in their forties, sixties, or seventies,
- 33:37they still discover things from their past.
- 33:38It doesn't matter! What's the problem with that?
- 33:39And we will continue discovering throughout life.
- 33:41And it will never end because those seven years (the childhood)
- 33:44are filled with engraving moments and details.
- 33:46Additionally, it depends on each person's environment;
- 33:49how it was and what their life was like.
- 33:52But to stop my life and my future
- 33:57just to know all of this;
- 33:58no, that's a disaster. It cannot be.
- 34:01It’s very natural for past events to affect me.
- 34:05It’s natural for the interactions that happened in the past to affect me.
- 34:12Painful events, which we refer to as traumas, also have an impact.
- 34:18The event itself is not the trauma,
- 34:19but my reaction to it is what made into a trauma.
- 34:22Trauma, in short, is a situation
- 34:25that you rejected, which generated many negative emotions.
- 34:28As a result, you engraved negative meanings,
- 34:30and these meanings remain stored within you.
- 34:34The negative effects began to manifest, and as a result,
- 34:37you started to suffer.
- 34:37This has been recorded ever since I experienced
- 34:40that situation. Stay with me;
- 34:41let me take a sip before I continue.
- 34:53Therefore, the meanings you assigned,
- 34:55the interpretations you formed,
- 34:58and the rejection you adopted
- 35:00have all contributed to turning
- 35:01the situation caused by your father into a trauma,
- 35:07your mother’s behavior into a trauma,
- 35:09and any childhood experiences of assault or sisal harassment into a trauma.
- 35:14Understood? In other words, If we addressed
- 35:16the topic of sisal harassment or rape,
- 35:17there are some girls
- 35:21for whom the situation did not affect their lives.
- 35:24It didn’t impact their lives or influence them in any significant way.
- 35:28Yet, when they started hearing
- 35:30the suffering that happened to other girls
- 35:35because they were harassed or raped,
- 35:36they started to suffer due to this awareness.
- 35:39Focus with me. This is a precise piece of information
- 35:43A young girl experienced sexual harassment during her childhood,
- 35:46but at the time, she lacked the understanding of what it meant.
- 35:48She started to worry and distanced herself from him,
- 35:51feeling uncomfortable, and running away.
- 35:55Even if the situation turned into full harassment.
- 35:59Meaning, he touched my body, she still didn't understand
- 36:01what was this or realize it.
- 36:04Then she completely ignored it, not understanding what happened.
- 36:06"I won’t deal with this person again."
- 36:08She ran, distanced herself to protect herself, screamed,
- 36:11went to her mother, or didn’t speak
- 36:13but still she didn't want to return to that house
- 36:16or be near that person in a secluded place,
- 36:18and she dealt with the situation this way.
- 36:22Then the days, months, and years passed,
- 36:26the experience had no noticeable effect on her life.
- 36:29It is impossible for her to consider this experience as trauma;
- 36:31however, when she hears someone's experience,
- 36:35"After what happened , she sat collapsed in the room, crying,
- 36:40not knowing how to tell her mother, scared and terrified.
- 36:42Afraid that, "If I tell my mother, she will beat me."
- 36:44Or "If I tell my father, he will punish me."
- 36:46Or if she saw someone who had told their mother
- 36:47and was subsequently beaten or punished, she became terrified
- 36:50and controlled by obsessive thoughts.
- 36:52Terrified all night and felt a sense of oppression
- 36:56and violation, thinking she had no protection.
- 37:00She lived in this state and began to build trauma,
- 37:04then it started affecting her as she grew.
- 37:08The first girl didn't experience any of this.
- 37:11When she hears, after becoming an adult,
- 37:15the stories of other girls, she begins to create an illusion to live in.
- 37:20That's why I want to share a principle with you.
- 37:22If you close your eyes, as a female,
- 37:25and you remember the harassment incident,
- 37:27and it doesn’t create any emotions.
- 37:29In that case, there was no trauma to begin with.
- 37:31Enough with the illusion, don’t live in an illusion.
- 37:34Because the rate of harassment that occurred
- 37:36in the Arab world is very high due to
- 37:39what was presented in the media at that time,
- 37:41the repression, the prohibition,
- 37:43and the wrong upbringing that some people were subjected to.
- 37:47A lot of harassment occurred,
- 37:48and many mistakes were made towards children.
- 37:52However, not everyone who experiences something
- 37:56must face the same problems.
- 37:58It's often stated
- 37:59in the field of physics
- 38:01that "For every action has an equal and opposite reaction,
- 38:04equal in force and opposite in direction."
- 38:08Yet, in the human realm,
- 38:10for every action, there can be a hundred different reactions
- 38:14based on your mental structure.
- 38:17As well as factors like the environment, temperature,
- 38:21past problems, your psychological state at that time,
- 38:24your circumstances, and past experiences.
- 38:27Many factors are involved; a single situation
- 38:29could potentially trigger a hundred different reactions.
- 38:33Unfortunately, those who have not studied Psychology
- 38:35in this field among our dear colleagues..
- 38:37Please do not address the problem, in such a limited way.
- 38:42As if you are telling people
- 38:43that if your father treated you
- 38:45a certain way when you were young;
- 38:47whether by yelling, hitting, or offending you;
- 38:49which basically what happened to most of us, if not all of us,
- 38:51then your life will be ruined. No, who said this?
- 38:54There are people who were beaten and abused,
- 38:56when they were young, and became successful.
- 38:59Why? Because they deal with sound psychological logic
- 39:02and do not suffer psychological fragility.
- 39:06They possess what is now referred to
- 39:07as "psychological resilience" since childhood.
- 39:10Let's return to our topic.
- 39:13What prevents you, as a human,
- 39:17from living as a victim of past experiences?
- 39:20It’s about being mentally aware
- 39:23that every emotional impact is, at its core,
- 39:27a result of a cause.
- 39:29Pay close attention to the accuracy of what I’m saying.
- 39:33Every emotional impact is a result.
- 39:37Not a cause, but a result.
- 39:41And this result has a cause.
- 39:44What is the cause?
- 39:46Ninety-five percent thoughts and only five percent external factors.
- 39:51What does this mean? It means If someone did this to me.
- 39:55"It hurts!" So these are emotions, not thoughts. "It hurts!"
- 40:00My hand is slapped, "It hurts!"
- 40:02Yet, this is not a thought; it's an external factor.
- 40:05A pinprick,"It hurts!" These are emotions.
- 40:08Imagine that all external influences are five percent.
- 40:12And sometimes three or two out of all your emotions in life.
- 40:18But ninety-five percent of your emotions are your interpretations.
- 40:22The way you interpreted the event that happened.
- 40:27Good? So, if you don't know anything about situations
- 40:30that happened in the past, their details,
- 40:33or events, but you feel bad emotions now.
- 40:38Focus with me, I feel suffocated now.
- 40:41I feel guilt and shame,
- 40:44I feel suffocated, restrained, violated, whatever it may be.
- 40:51These all are emotions, focus with me.
- 40:54If you deal with these emotions with an awareness of rejection,
- 40:58the awareness of rejection will only amplify them.
- 41:02It will make them grow.
- 41:04Thus, If someone gave me information that this is due to "the inner child."
- 41:08So, I created a sense of rejection towards "the inner child."
- 41:11Additionally, I developed hostility towards this "inner child,"
- 41:15and formed a mental image of them as
- 41:17helpless, violated, suffered greatly, and collapsed.
- 41:21You imposed a negative awareness on them.
- 41:25Then you will begin to fight this "inner child"
- 41:28You created a conflict you don’t need.
- 41:33I’ll repeat the sentence: You created a conflict you don’t need.
- 41:38Here’s the surprise: If rejection is still present,
- 41:41even after you've attended every course on Earth,
- 41:44heard everyone speak about the inner child,
- 41:46and done all the meditation for inner healing and recovery,
- 41:50if you still reject, I swear by Allah that healing will not happen.
- 41:55Here’s another surprise:
- 41:56If you don't know anything about the inner child,
- 42:00don't understand what happened, or why these feelings occurred,
- 42:05but you decide to accept.
- 42:08I know that I am in pain right now, feeling suffocated.
- 42:13I know I don't have all the information, but I am accepting it.
- 42:16I know that I don't understand why I am experiencing these emotions.
- 42:21I also know that there's conflicting information on the internet
- 42:25about everything related to the issue I’m facing.
- 42:28I admit that I don’t have all the answers,
- 42:30yet, I am choosing to accept.
- 42:32Focus on what I’m going to say now:
- 42:34I’ve decided to embrace them, to feel them.
- 42:40Understood? And when I feel them
- 42:43with acceptance, my awareness will begin to rise.
- 42:49Once my awareness starts to rise I will
- 42:52realize what makes these emotions happen to me.
- 42:57I will hold onto the persistent thoughts that keep coming to me
- 43:01throughout the day,
- 43:03because it's impossible for emotions to arise
- 43:06unless there was a thought that triggered them.
- 43:09A thought like a negative interpretation
- 43:12that "I’m not good at making decisions.
- 43:15I am nothing!"
- 43:17So I have a thought,
- 43:21I will deal with the thought, begin to dismantle it, and start reversing it.
- 43:26Instead of believing that I am nothing,
- 43:28I will begin building with affirmations, with my awareness,
- 43:31and with the awareness that my Creator
- 43:33that it is impossible for me to be nothing.
- 43:35Otherwise, why would He have created me then? Randomly?
- 43:38A concidence? No!
- 43:41Therefore, I will begin by acknowledging the thought
- 43:43and accepting its existence.
- 43:45Then I will start dismantling it. When I dismantle the thought
- 43:48and realize that I am a human with existence,
- 43:50and a worshipper of Allah, to whom He has harrased
- 43:53what is in the heavens and what is on the Earth.
- 43:55Moreover, our God made the angels prostrate to me
- 43:57in the form of our father Adam.
- 43:59Therefore, I will realize my self-worth.
- 44:01Even Satan was cursed because he refused to prostrate to me.
- 44:04So when I begin to change this thought....
- 44:06What will happen to me when I hear this speech,
- 44:08changing that thought? My feeling about myself improves.
- 44:12My self-worth begins to improve.
- 44:14Thus, I will experience positive emotions,
- 44:16without needing to know who the first person that insulted me
- 44:19or said that I am nothing,
- 44:20or the details of what happened, because the thought exists.
- 44:25Let me share this principle with you:
- 44:29What remains in our memory are images,
- 44:33colors, movement, sounds, emotions, and thoughts
- 44:43This is what is recorded inside us in the subconscious, in our memories.
- 44:47Mostly, many people
- 44:50I can say that almost everyone cannot remember events, images,
- 44:55colors, the place they were in, the sounds they heard,
- 45:03or the thoughts that were placed in their minds.
- 45:06However, most people still carry the emotions because
- 45:08they exist, so they continue to feel them.
- 45:11Good? So when I summarize all my history in the past
- 45:15into sound and image;whether they are moving or colors,
- 45:18along with emotions and thoughts.
- 45:21I will not remember the first three: sound, image, and emotions.
- 45:26I mean thoughts.
- 45:28Rather, I feel the emotions. That's good.
- 45:33You won't be able to understand the meaning or the thought that triggers emotions,
- 45:39except when you feel acceptance and neutrality towards these emotions.
- 45:43I will begin to feel acceptance, I'll accept them and embrace them.
- 45:45"I want to feel the pain today, I came to feel the pain!
- 45:49I want to feel my pain,"
- 45:51and intend to do so; listen to it and truly feel it.
- 45:53Once you accept, not in a state of rejection
- 45:57or aversion, the body will relax.
- 46:00Then, your levels of awareness will rise,
- 46:02and you will begin to grasp the meanings.
- 46:05What meaning am I feeling? What do I feel now?
- 46:08Why do I feel pain? Dive into these emotions,
- 46:11and the thought will come to you
- 46:14Start dismantling the thought.
- 46:15That's why the first course I designed was,
- 46:17"The Power of the Word and Thinking."
- 46:18This is the foundation of all courses,
- 46:19because if you do not fix your thoughts,
- 46:20your life will become a chaos, and you will keep going around in circles.
- 46:24Therefore, it is important to understand how to handle the first stage:
- 46:27my beginning in the field of awareness: How to deal with my thoughts.
- 46:31This is crucial because thoughts generate emotions,
- 46:33and they ultimately shape your success or failure.
- 46:36In fact, It is your thoughts that will lead you to heaven or hell in the afterlife.
- 46:40If your thoughts are bad, they will lead you to Hell.
- 46:43If your bad thoughts lead you to commit bad behaviors
- 46:46like the one who burned the Qur’an and mocked it,
- 46:47his thoughts were the driving force behind his actions.
- 46:50It will lead him to Hell, in this world and in the Hereafter.
- 46:54And your thoughts are what will lead you to Paradise.
- 46:56For the principle is " Allah will not change the condition of
- 46:58a people until they change what is in themselves."(Al-Ra'ad:11)
- 47:01It all begins with a thought.
- 47:05This is why the discourse in the Qur’an is directed towards those who reason,
- 47:08who perceive, those of understanding,
- 47:10those who reflect, as this is what matters.
- 47:12I will not link it to an event in the past.
- 47:14I will not link it to the past and live as a captive of it.
- 47:16No, the thought exists now.
- 47:19The thought continues with you, even now.
- 47:22Its emotions and retribution remain with you.
- 47:27Let’s go back in time.
- 47:29This event, caused by an external factor, led me to form a thought.
- 47:33Based on that interaction, the thought generated emotions,
- 47:37and both the thought and emotions have remained
- 47:40stuck in my mind to this day.
- 47:43It doesn’t matter to know what happened on that day.
- 47:46Through the emotions, I can handle the thought. That’s it!
- 47:50I will remain like that, all the time, when experiencing emotions,
- 47:53I will dive deep into them, to grasp the thought.
- 47:55Perhaps then, you will remember the situation that occurred,
- 47:58but you’ve already dealt with it, and this
- 47:59is how you will mange throughout your life.
- 48:02Do you understand?
- 48:03Without knowing what happened when you were a child,
- 48:05or if all your childhood memories were erased,
- 48:07it doesn’t matter to know.
- 48:09Instead, I realized that what is stuck in my mind
- 48:12and subconscious from the past are emotions.
- 48:15That was generated by a thought. I understood.
- 48:18So, the key is to deal with the thought and resolve this matter.
- 48:22In the name of Allah.
- 48:42The negatives of the current content that explains "the inner child."
- 48:46We will discuss its negatives.
- 48:47We will also discuss the true meaning of "the inner child,"
- 48:50and how to deal with past events or traumas,
- 48:53and what the positives that when I correct my understanding,
- 48:57I can handle them in my life, with Allah's permission.
- 48:59My intention, The Most Merciful willing, is for this to be of a great benefit
- 49:03to everyone listening to me
- 49:05on this particular subject:
- 49:08The first negative aspect is attributing all psychological issues
- 49:11to "the inner child,"
- 49:12which shifts accountability away from yourself,
- 49:14and living in the role of the victim.
- 49:16This is one of the biggest problems that has occurred.
- 49:19Most of those who were waiting for the episode about "the inner child"
- 49:22were doing so
- 49:23because they had attached their entire lives to
- 49:24the information about "the inner child."
- 49:27Thus, I link my entire life to what happened to this child.
- 49:30Or that the events that happened to this child,
- 49:33are what ruined my entire life."
- 49:35Instead of being the leader and realizing that everything
- 49:37that happens in your life is something I can handle,
- 49:40that" I am capable of it,"
- 49:42thus, I will start thinking and moving forward in my life.
- 49:45No! I am still waiting
- 49:47Until I understand what his problem was and when it healed and recovered,
- 49:50who failed to do so for fifty years. (Sarcasm!)
- 49:53By the way, any wound that occurs, if you leave it
- 49:55and do nothing, it will heal on its own.
- 49:58It’s part of nature.
- 50:00Why didn’t I say that?
- 50:01When I was sharing that I have a course called "The Universe's Code,"
- 50:03what made me forget?
- 50:05I noticed that I didn’t mention this information.
- 50:12In "The Universe's Code," there are precise and dangerous information.
- 50:15When I started studying and traveling
- 50:17and took courses abroad, there was so much information
- 50:20I couldn’t grasp or study when I reffered to religious texts
- 50:24in an attempt to understand these situations.
- 50:27I came across a very important verse.
- 50:31It states...
- 50:33God said, "See you not that the ships.."
- 50:36"Verily, in this are signs.." (Luqman:31)
- 50:39It talks about the sun and the moon.
- 50:43And I found a principle that scholars have said, a long time ago,
- 50:46I mean, all the esteemed and fundamentalism scholars.
- 50:51They used to say that the Qur’an is the read Book of Allah.
- 50:56And the Universe is the visible Book of God.
- 51:01So, the universe is our God's visible Book.
- 51:05And the Qur’an is our God's read book.
- 51:07If I say it in the current common meaning,
- 51:09with the advanced technology and artificial intelligence,
- 51:11which we don’t know where it will take us...
- 51:15Do you know someone who uses Windows, for example,
- 51:18or any operating system like Android, or whatever it may be?
- 51:22What appears on the computer, such as Windows, programs,
- 51:28files, drives, hard drives, and so on,
- 51:31are the sensory manifestation of the written program.
- 51:35The CD has a code, and when you click on the file, it runs the code.
- 51:42Then, it appears in front of you in the form of an application,
- 51:45like Snapchat, Instagram,
- 51:47Threads, which has appeared now, and Twitter.
- 51:51Let’s see which one will start evolving more.
- 51:55Competition is very beneficial, as it allows us all to gain from it.
- 51:59The manifestation that happens, this is the perspective.
- 52:04And the written code is placed by the programmers.
- 52:09This is a very dangerous piece of information, pay attention to it.
- 52:13When I discovered this information, twelev years ago,
- 52:16I swear by Allah, it transformed my life into paradise.
- 52:19Because I discovered that the book of God is the code.
- 52:24Furthermore, its extract, its extension, and what makes it work,
- 52:30be activated, and applied in life is what we experience.
- 52:36It is the Universe that we live in, so the visible Universe...
- 52:39In the past, when scholars studied the written book,
- 52:43They used to extract treasures and marvels.
- 52:46When scientists create masterpieces
- 52:48and achieve remarkable breakthroughs in the visibale universe,
- 52:51we find their evidence is preserved in the written Book.
- 52:55Both together for those who study...
- 52:58That's why, I have affirmed that it is not in Arabic;
- 53:00rather, it is the original code.
- 53:02The Arabic language has been distorted by the Arabs.
- 53:05As a result, interpreting the Book of God using it could mislead you.
- 53:08I have detailed episodes on this subject, titled "The Psychology of the Qur'an."
- 53:12And I will continue it, Allah willing, but when I find time.
- 53:15The important point is to realize
- 53:19that there is an visibale Universe, like the body, like life.
- 53:24And there is a written, read book.
- 53:27When I want to study or know what is invisible,
- 53:34I should reflect and use the abilities
- 53:38that God has bestowed upon me to contemplate the visible
- 53:42to realize the invisible.
- 53:45I will repeat the sentence: the more you master the skill
- 53:49of contemplating the visible to realize the invisible,
- 53:53the more you will have a guide, a thermometer or a measure,
- 53:58to help you avoid mistakes.
- 54:02What does this mean? It means if I have a wound on my hand
- 54:08and leave it without intervention.
- 54:10It will heal on its own and recover.
- 54:13I will repeat this sentence.
- 54:16It will heal on its own and recover.
- 54:20If your beloved child is wounded
- 54:25and you leave the wound untreated,
- 54:26it will heal and recover on its own.
- 54:29But your problem is that you don't leave it.
- 54:32You are weaving...
- 54:35Imagine you are exposing the wound periodically.
- 54:37"Wow! It is still fresh."
- 54:39Once a scab forms, you expose it again and watch it closely, all while crying.
- 54:44This is similar to someone who deals with information
- 54:48without studying Psychology;
- 54:50they constantly check their wound, repeatedly.
- 54:53Reopening it without allowing it to heal;
- 54:55on the contrary, it may leave a scar.
- 54:59On the other hand, if you had left it in the first place,
- 55:01and no one had informed you that you were wounded since childhood,
- 55:04the wound would have healed. Do you understand?
- 55:08The surprise is: what is it that prevents the wound from healing?
- 55:12The idea with which you interpreted the situation.
- 55:16If you dismantle the idea,
- 55:18and introduce neutrality, acceptance,
- 55:23and positive meanings; the bad feelings will disappear,
- 55:25and healing will occur automatically.
- 55:28Without knowing what you did.
- 55:30Let's say it again: It's important to understand your emotions,
- 55:34to feel them fully, and to assign the word, the meaning, the name
- 55:38you've assigned to them.
- 55:41I’ll share a snippet I mentioned a long time ago,
- 55:45and I’ll repeat it now.
- 55:50In the name of Allah.
- 55:52Focus with me.
- 55:59The word "Be," and it is,
- 56:00As many people do not study,
- 56:03so when they hear it, they assume it refers to God.
- 56:10Unfortunately, this diminishes the great meanings
- 56:14that God mentioned in the Qur'an because
- 56:18"Be,"and it is, is mentioned in the Qur'an in many verses.
- 56:22But it has three cases, many verses, maybe seven or eight.
- 56:27I don't recall exactly, but there are three cases, not four.
- 56:32The first case, everyone knows, "When He intends something,
- 56:36He says to it, "Be, and it is."(Yas-in:82)
- 56:40This is about Allah.
- 56:43Also, God Almighty has chosen a group of angels,
- 56:48who say, "Verily! Our Word unto a thing when We intend it,
- 56:51is only that We say unto it: "Be!" and it is." (An-Nahl:40)
- 56:54With this ability that God has granted them,
- 56:56this is the second case—the angels.
- 56:59The third case is you, as a human.
- 57:01God has given you this ability, and focus carefully with me on this point,
- 57:06"Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam.
- 57:11He created Him from dust;
- 57:13then He said to him, "Be," and it is."(Al-Imran:59)
- 57:19So when God created you, He said to you, "Be," and it is.
- 57:22Not, "Be," and it will become.
- 57:24He was already created, not Be, and it was.
- 57:29It says, "Be, and it is," not "Be, and it was."
- 57:33Do you understand?
- 57:34So, "the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam.
- 57:38He created him from dust, then He said to him, "Be," and it is."
- 57:43Not, "and it was." They often understand it as "and it was."
- 57:46So, Be, O son of Adam, and it is, O son of Adam.
- 57:51Good? Whoever does not want to be convinced by it
- 57:53is free to do so.
- 57:54As a result, he will lose amazing meanings in his life.
- 57:57The important point from which I derived a key quote:
- 57:59memorize it and repeat it.
- 58:02"Be, and it is! And do not wait for something to be for you to be."
- 58:08Some people wait until they have money
- 58:12to feel wealthy, to be rich.
- 58:14These are the ones who hindered their own lives.
- 58:18There are some people who wait for the inner child to heal
- 58:21in order to feel the healing. This is their problem!
- 58:24They are waiting for someone, an external factor,
- 58:26something else to happen, or for another situation to heal.
- 58:29Keep waiting!
- 58:31Those who wait for something to happen in order for them
- 58:35to be will keep spinning in circles, living as victims.
- 58:40In turn, the one who is aware that they are a successor.
- 58:44"I am aware that God, glorified and exalted,
- 58:45made me His successor on Earth and granted me all the tools
- 58:48to deal with anything.
- 58:49I am aware that the more I embrace acceptance,
- 58:51the more peace I will experience in my life.
- 58:53So, I will choose to be accepting."
- 58:54Thus, my whole life will embody acceptance,
- 58:56and I will experience the results of
- 58:57that acceptance and peace throughout my life.
- 58:59When I am accepting,
- 59:04When I am accepting and at peace with anything, any situation,
- 59:07any events from the past, and any circumstance;
- 59:09this state of peace will keep me at peace.
- 59:13Therefore, everything that stems from peace, all the
- 59:16results of peace, and all the healing that peace brings
- 59:19will manifest in my life.
- 59:21"Be," and it is.
- 59:22"Do not wait for it to be...."
- 59:24Do not wait for the inner child to live in peace.
- 59:26Do not wait for the inner child to heal.
- 59:29Do not wait for past events
- 59:31to be resolved,
- 59:32nor try to recall them one by one,
- 59:34searching, digging and getting tangled in a spiral
- 59:36or a spider's web.
- 59:37Stop waiting for things to be in order to be.
- 59:40This is the summary of life.
- 59:41You are either a leader or a follower, in any situation,
- 59:45with any religious or scientific information,
- 59:47with any information, in the field of awareness, in any field.
- 59:48What exactly are you?
- 59:52So, it is essential to pay attention to
- 59:54the first negative: Some people adopt the victim mentality
- 59:56and rely on it throughout their lives.
- 59:58The second negative is losing hope in dealing with emotions and healing,
- 1:00:03as long as "the inner child" is not healed.
- 1:00:05Pay attention! Before creating this episode,
- 1:00:07I listened to nearly everyone discussing "the inner child"
- 1:00:11on social media, whether in English or Arabic.
- 1:00:14There is valuable information,
- 1:00:16and then there is information that can lead to disaster.
- 1:00:19I will repeat the sentence:
- 1:00:20There is valuable information,
- 1:00:21and others that lead to disaster.
- 1:00:23Your role, I give you a principle, a guide, a scale,
- 1:00:30so that you can distinguish when hearing the information.
- 1:00:31In which category does that information fall, to avoid confusion?
- 1:00:35Did you understand me?
- 1:00:36This doesn’t mean that everyone who speaks about "the inner child" is wrong,
- 1:00:40nor does it mean that everyone is right.
- 1:00:42However, I want a guide to help me determine what to believe.
- 1:00:46The second piece of information is that
- 1:00:48some people have started to feel hopeless
- 1:00:50in dealing with emotions and in healing;
- 1:00:52as long as "the inner child" remains unhealed.
- 1:00:56Supposedly, I have pain, confusion, or diseases and problems
- 1:00:59in relationships, or problems in marriage or money.
- 1:01:04I stopped dealing with them.
- 1:01:07I stopped gathering information in the field of awareness
- 1:01:09to elevate my third age,
- 1:01:12we have mentioned three different types of age.
- 1:01:14The age of the body, the age of the mind, and the age of awareness.
- 1:01:17Your awareness and your consciousness age
- 1:01:18are entirely different than the mental mind.
- 1:01:19The mind's age encompasses mental and computational processes,
- 1:01:22but does not include awareness.
- 1:01:23To be aware of some information regarding a specific subject.
- 1:01:26Good?
- 1:01:26This awareness as we agreed, if you study information in a particular subject,
- 1:01:28your awareness of it will increase;
- 1:01:29however, in other subjects where your awareness will remain limited.
- 1:01:32As time passes, the indicators fluctuate, rising and falling;
- 1:01:33nothing is perfect.
- 1:01:34There is no "all or nothing."
- 1:01:35There has never been a situation that confused my awareness
- 1:01:37or left me stuck in a specific year or time; there is no such thing.
- 1:01:40There was a specific situation I didn't learn to handle properly,
- 1:01:44so I stopped addressing it.
- 1:01:47However, in general, in areas like intelligence, manipulation,
- 1:01:51planning, and even cunning and deceit, I perform well.
- 1:01:55As aware as someone has reached the highest level of awareness.
- 1:01:58There are some with great awareness in areas such as cunning, harm,
- 1:02:03planning to hurt others, theft, and fraud, often led by Satan.
- 1:02:10So, their awareness is very high in these areas of expertise.
- 1:02:12That’s why there are people who think that the word 'awareness'
- 1:02:14is a negative word; rather, awareness 'Wa'ai' is rooted from the word vessel 'wa'aa.'
- 1:02:16What is inside you in your vessel is your awareness.
- 1:02:19It doesn’t necessarily mean it’s positive at all,
- 1:02:21but the more your awareness increases to encompass both negative
- 1:02:24and positive awareness, this is a positive state.
- 1:02:30When your awareness increases,
- 1:02:33you become internally capable of embracing both opposites,
- 1:02:38with the two energies existing in harmony and peace.
- 1:02:42This is the positive state.
- 1:02:45Yet, there is someone whose awareness is in this direction,
- 1:02:48and another whose awareness is in that direction.
- 1:02:50One person's awareness is focused on harm,
- 1:02:51while another's is directed toward peace.
- 1:02:53Your state of awareness determines the direction you're in
- 1:02:56and where you're going.
- 1:02:57Nevertheless, metaphorically, when awareness is mentioned,
- 1:02:59it is often taken to mean the positive aspect.
- 1:03:01However, I aimed to define it precisely.
- 1:03:02To mention the precise information.
- 1:03:06Number three: spinning in the spiral of forgetfulness
- 1:03:08and ignoring the situations that happened,
- 1:03:09resulting in a feeling of helplessness.
- 1:03:12Some people, because of the concept of "the inner child,"
- 1:03:14have spun a spiral where they think, "I don’t know. I have forgotten.
- 1:03:18I don’t know or recall what happened."
- 1:03:21Then they hear some people who remembered.
- 1:03:24For example, once I
- 1:03:28attended a session in the USA where a person was conducting
- 1:03:32a deep hypnosis session, with powerful suggestion exercises.
- 1:03:36Some security agencies abroad use it
- 1:03:40to make you remember information you can’t recall.
- 1:03:44Some people who have reached this level...
- 1:03:46I, until now, don’t know how as it requires intense training,
- 1:03:49and I don’t really need it.
- 1:03:50Yet, some people..
- 1:03:51For example, if you witness an accident in front of you,
- 1:03:54you might quickly notice the car's number but can't recall it;
- 1:03:57after undergoing certain intensive sessions,
- 1:04:00you might remember the image and the car's number.
- 1:04:04Some people recall memories,
- 1:04:06including insults that the father used to say to the mother,
- 1:04:08or the mother has said to the father while the child was in her womb.
- 1:04:12as the child records all this information in the subconscious mind.
- 1:04:15Even if the meanings are not consciously realized.
- 1:04:17Further, those who won’t believe this will understand and believe it
- 1:04:21when I tell them another piece of information they probably know:
- 1:04:23that there are mothers who study and memorize certain images
- 1:04:25during pregnancy, and it’s recorded in the child.
- 1:04:27Later, when the child grows up, without memorizing, you find them repeating it.
- 1:04:31They were already memorized and recorded inside them.
- 1:04:32Science is still discovering the amazing abilities within us.
- 1:04:38So what I mean is that I’m not required to have the ability
- 1:04:42to remember all the events that happened to me or to dig into
- 1:04:46all these details in order to live my life and be happy.
- 1:04:50Who told you that? Who tied you to that?
- 1:04:53Do you understand what I mean?
- 1:04:55And be careful, I'm not saying that this's wrong;
- 1:04:58if you've done it after you grow, evolve, and start succeeding.
- 1:05:02Allah bless, If you're moving forward and attending sessions
- 1:05:05to discover other things or for self-purification,
- 1:05:07I won’t tell you that you're wrong.
- 1:05:09The problem is when you stop your life and hinder your age because of it.
- 1:05:15Your whole life is stopped and ruined because of " I don't know."
- 1:05:17This is the mistake, the disaster, and the misunderstanding of
- 1:05:20the information presented to you, to which you didn't pay attention.
- 1:05:23The fourth point:
- 1:05:25Complicating the cleansing or healing process.
- 1:05:28Complicating the cleansing or healing process.
- 1:05:33or getting distracted by too many terms.
- 1:05:35For example, among the information
- 1:05:37that I’ve heard and I myself said
- 1:05:40Why are they involving people in something like this?
- 1:05:43Some people divide "the inner child" into seven stages.
- 1:05:49One of these stages is, for example, "the wounded child."
- 1:05:52Additionally, within this stage, there is
- 1:05:55the abandoned child, the playful child,
- 1:05:57the advocate, the follower of the ideal role model,
- 1:06:00the obedient one, the superior, and the humble.
- 1:06:02I’m not familiar with all of them,
- 1:06:03I wrote them down so I wouldn't forget.
- 1:06:05I won’t need all of this.
- 1:06:08Why involve people in such chaos?
- 1:06:12I can understand, for instance, if I chose to specialize deeply in this part
- 1:06:19and developed the ability to distinguish between all of them as a specialist.
- 1:06:26I’ll retain the information, and when someone approaches me,
- 1:06:29I’ll be able to identify which one of these they are
- 1:06:30and how to deal with them.
- 1:06:31Why share this with others and cause confusion?
- 1:06:35This is a mistake made by a specialist who delved deeply into this area,
- 1:06:38reaching very detailed aspects of it,
- 1:06:42and then used that knowledge to confuse everyone.
- 1:06:43It is not their role to know all these information.
- 1:06:47Instead, you should acquire this knowledge,
- 1:06:48and when someone comes to you for a session, deal with them,
- 1:06:50focus on helping them feel at ease without needing to label them,
- 1:06:53identify which "child" they are, or delve into the matter.
- 1:06:55There's no need.
- 1:06:56You go to the doctor who studied all the details you have.
- 1:06:59The cells, and their different types, and so on.
- 1:07:02We studied them a long time ago, I don’t recall them now.
- 1:07:05Instead, he should spare you all the unnecessary details
- 1:07:08and provide you with the needed medicine.
- 1:07:09He will understand what you’re dealing with
- 1:07:11and prescribe a specific medicine for you.
- 1:07:13Hence, it’s not your role to explain the details of tissues,
- 1:07:16blood cells, and all their types.
- 1:07:18By doing so, you lead them into a spiral of confusion,
- 1:07:21and it’s not their concern to know this.
- 1:07:23This is for specialists
- 1:07:25Stop sharing information, whether in a course
- 1:07:30or detailed information on social media,
- 1:07:32that branches out and confuses people, this is a big mistake
- 1:07:35It’s not your responsibility to do so.
- 1:07:38That won’t make you the knowledgeable one; in fact, it’s pointless.
- 1:07:42This is not correct, it really leads to confusion
- 1:07:45for people who are not supposed to study this in detail.
- 1:07:49Understood? That was a very important point.
- 1:07:52I hope those in the field pay attention to it.
- 1:07:55Number five, and this is a crucial point, focus on it
- 1:08:00Creating an internal sick awareness
- 1:08:03with the power of creation that God has gifted you.
- 1:08:05God has given us the ability to create,
- 1:08:06which we use to be creative and innovative.
- 1:08:08If we didn’t possess the ability to create,
- 1:08:10we wouldn’t be able to build houses, invent televisions,
- 1:08:12the camera I’m speaking through now,
- 1:08:14or the microphone recording right now, or any of these things.
- 1:08:16We achieved all this through an ability within us called the ability to create.
- 1:08:20That’s why God said in the Qur'an,
- 1:08:21"So blessed is Allah, the best of creators." (Al-Muminoon:14)
- 1:08:23Therefore, the Qur’an acknowledges that there are creators.
- 1:08:25And our Master Issa (Jesus) " that I creat for you from clay..." (Aal-Imraan:49)
- 1:08:27That process is called creation in the Qur'an.
- 1:08:29However, due to some religious ignorance,
- 1:08:30they would deny it, saying, "He’s talking about creation."
- 1:08:32Creation is a Qur'anic word that means that
- 1:08:35I create something by assembling other things.
- 1:08:41So what happens is...
- 1:08:44Creating an internal sick awareness using your creation power
- 1:08:47of an "inner child" who is hurt,
- 1:08:51wounded, and suffering, and then remaining in a prolonged struggle
- 1:08:54with this awareness that you’ve created.
- 1:08:57And this is a serious point.
- 1:09:00Some people, because we have the ability to imagine,
- 1:09:05to create, to make things inside you.
- 1:09:10So you have created an "inner child" inside you,
- 1:09:14and constantly, you nourish this image that it is suffering, full of wounds.
- 1:09:18Others have harmed it from every direction.
- 1:09:20Further, deformed, pitiful, and broken, and you’ve created this image.
- 1:09:27Your information about that "child" and your
- 1:09:28awareness of the "child" that you projected onto it;
- 1:09:30whether it is suffering, pitiful, wounded, broken and so on.
- 1:09:34Good?
- 1:09:36Additionally, when you created this image and awareness,
- 1:09:42you entered into a struggle with it, leading to an endless spiral.
- 1:09:47It’s as if you see it as a foolish and sick one.
- 1:09:50You’ve surrendered your life to a "child."
- 1:09:53Neither understanding nor aware, and in pain,
- 1:09:56living in a state of suffocation and sadness.
- 1:10:00Pay attention and take this as a principle,
- 1:10:03focus on the precision of what I will say.
- 1:10:07Every creature strives for life.
- 1:10:13I will repeat the sentence: Every creature strives for life.
- 1:10:20What does this mean?
- 1:10:22I mean that bacteria, fungi, or viruses are creatures
- 1:10:28that strive for life.
- 1:10:29So, when they enter a person’s body,
- 1:10:31they affect the lungs, like viruses.
- 1:10:35Or when bacteria appear on the skin, they are striving for life,
- 1:10:38just as you are also striving for life.
- 1:10:43The closer one’s energy gets to death,
- 1:10:50the more it feeds the creatures
- 1:10:53that thrive on energy, which, for you, represents death.
- 1:10:55When I used to search regarding the great verse that says,
- 1:10:59In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious.
- 1:11:02"[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you
- 1:11:05is best in deeds". (Al-Mulk:2)
- 1:11:06Pay attention, for this is a very important point.
- 1:11:08Allah is the Creator of death and life as a test.
- 1:11:12He speaks to all creatures.
- 1:11:17Not only humans, which of them is best in deeds?
- 1:11:20Perhaps the broader meaning is for humans. Focus with me on this point.
- 1:11:25The hidden meaning behind that,
- 1:11:27the general or summarized meaning, or what is prevalent for humans.
- 1:11:31Because we have good deeds and goodness.
- 1:11:33Yet, the good deeds and goodness...
- 1:11:36There will be death and life, and the ongoing struggle between the two.
- 1:11:39Furthermore, part of our test is that if you do evil,
- 1:11:43the creature that will live in my evil, I have fostered life within it,
- 1:11:47thus, for me, death will increase.
- 1:11:49Pay close attention to the accuracy of what I am saying.
- 1:11:53A person who has not eaten healthy food is, in matters of life and death,
- 1:11:58doing a bad deed; that will cause his energy of death to rise,
- 1:12:06and his energy of life to decrease.
- 1:12:07The creatures that will live on you will start to increase.
- 1:12:14Thus, their energy of life will rise in them,
- 1:12:17and their energy of death will decrease.
- 1:12:21The worse your deeds become,
- 1:12:23their life energy will rise.
- 1:12:25God has made the test of death and life for all of us.
- 1:12:29Nevertheless, whoever does righteous deeds,
- 1:12:31the energy of life in him will rise,
- 1:12:32thus, the energy of death of what harms him will rise.
- 1:12:35Then, they begin to fade and vanish.
- 1:12:39Likewise, any awareness that arises when...
- 1:12:42For example, satanic awareness is an awareness that strives for life.
- 1:12:50How so? By making you do bad deeds and sins,
- 1:12:56that make your energy bad, so it remains alive,
- 1:12:58powerful and continue affecting you.
- 1:13:01It strives to live, and you give it life.
- 1:13:03This is also part of the meaning of the verse.
- 1:13:06For example, two thoughts may come to you:
- 1:13:09one from Satan and the other from an angel.
- 1:13:11What we call conscience in everyday language.
- 1:13:14A positive thought, and a negative thought,
- 1:13:15and you are the one who chooses.
- 1:13:18If you choose the bad thing, to insult, harm, or expose,
- 1:13:22to gossip or slander, to steal, or commit adultery,
- 1:13:26then, you have chosen the bad deed
- 1:13:30which grows, develops, and awakens Satan inside you.
- 1:13:35As a result, the angelic side within you demolishes.
- 1:13:37Furthermore, you find yourself under the control of Satan
- 1:13:39because you are the one who sustains him.
- 1:13:42Imagine that..
- 1:13:43Focus with me, we are still speaking about Satan.
- 1:13:47When Satan throws a negative thought at you.
- 1:13:51The negative thought, in order to survive, need to
- 1:13:56be summoned to generate bad emotions to feed on them.
- 1:14:03Therefore, in "The Power of The Word and Thoughts," I used to say,
- 1:14:07the bad thought is fragile if you stop feeding it;
- 1:14:12thus, It disappears and dismantles.
- 1:14:14Yet, as long as you feed it, summon it, confirm it, and adopt it,
- 1:14:20you continue to feed it.
- 1:14:22As a result, it will remain alive, fueled by its negative emotions,
- 1:14:26which affect you and can also ruin many lives.
- 1:14:30So imagine that with the ability you have to create,
- 1:14:34you created an idea of "the inner child" and continue to feed it
- 1:14:37of your pain and suffering.
- 1:14:41Further, you constantly assign a negative mental image without paying attention,
- 1:14:45since you are nurturing an entity within you
- 1:14:48that you created to destroy yourself,
- 1:14:51and you continue to anchor your life to that mental image.
- 1:14:56You have ordained the path for God, unfortunately, as if you say,
- 1:15:00"You cannot, O God, save me or make me better
- 1:15:02only when this inner child is healed."
- 1:15:04There is no such a thing, what are you doing?
- 1:15:08So pay attention to this point, one of the things that also happens.
- 1:15:14Failing to benefit from the law of harnessing
- 1:15:17and losing control over shaping your current reality,
- 1:15:21as you are the one responsible and the successor.
- 1:15:23What does this mean?
- 1:15:28Whoever created the idea of "the inner child" within them,
- 1:15:31who is suffering, waiting to heal, and longing for its wounds to mend,
- 1:15:35waiting to be healed, thinking, "my life stopped when this happened to me,
- 1:15:40My life has stopped since that day,
- 1:15:41and my father is the cause, and my mother....."
- 1:15:44Since this happened, I have stepped out.
- 1:15:46I stepped away from the law that God set for me,
- 1:15:48the law in which He has harnessed everything for me
- 1:15:51I stepped away from the law in which I am a successor
- 1:15:54and, instead, descended to being one of the slaves who is suffering,
- 1:15:56the followers, those who keep waiting,
- 1:15:58surrendering all their lives and
- 1:16:00anchoring their destiny to "the inner child" in order to get better.
- 1:16:05This concept could ruin lives.
- 1:16:07Some people, when they heard "the inner child" term,
- 1:16:10interpreted it this way, so beware, for God's sake.
- 1:16:14Number seven:
- 1:16:16Continuing to live as a victim,
- 1:16:19harboring resentment and holding a grudge against the father or mother,
- 1:16:23and feeling anger toward them,
- 1:16:24seeing them as the source of all the problems.
- 1:16:26Pay attention!
- 1:16:28Focus with me on what I will say.
- 1:16:34To reach the stage of pardon and feel clarity and purity within,
- 1:16:41no one can achieve this unless they stop the bad deeds,
- 1:16:46judging others, criticizing,
- 1:16:49and wrongdoings such as gossip, slander, and criticism.
- 1:16:55The wrongdoings, not the sins.
- 1:16:59Everything between you and others....
- 1:17:01No one reaches the level of pardon except through pardoning,
- 1:17:04which is "closer to piety,"
- 1:17:05which involves both pardon and forbearance.
- 1:17:08By the way, forbearance is a higher level than pardon.
- 1:17:14To reach the level of...
- 1:17:17Allow me to be precise, forbearance is not a higher level than pardon,
- 1:17:21rather, pardon can be completed through forbearance,
- 1:17:25as pardon is the highest level.
- 1:17:28I may have forgiven,
- 1:17:32from my point of view, to the extent of acknowledging
- 1:17:37that someone has caused me trouble or harmed me,
- 1:17:40but I will not punish them or deal with them again.
- 1:17:45However, I have forgiven.
- 1:17:46Forgiveness means I will not seek any punishment or retribution.
- 1:17:49I have forgiven.
- 1:17:51But to pardon means to return to the state
- 1:17:54as if they hadn’t done anything at all.
- 1:17:56So, forgiveness means I have forgiven them and will not punish them,
- 1:17:58but every time I see them, I remember what they did.
- 1:18:01Furthermore, I don’t want to deal with them again,
- 1:18:02yet I have forgiven them.
- 1:18:03This is normal; this is how forgiveness works;
- 1:18:04you have forgiven them,
- 1:18:05and this is one level. Good?
- 1:18:08So, the level of forgiveness is that I will not punish or seek revenge.
- 1:18:11This is one level, but it comes with the possibility
- 1:18:13that I might deal with them again.
- 1:18:15That is your right; this is one level.
- 1:18:17The higher level:
- 1:18:21I will not punish, and I will forget what they did.
- 1:18:24I will remove the matter from my mind,
- 1:18:27as if they didn’t do anything.
- 1:18:29This is the state of pardoning.
- 1:18:32Forbearance is the completion of pardoning.
- 1:18:37To treat them as if it's a new page,
- 1:18:39as if it's the first time I’m seeing them today.
- 1:18:41So, you find that my treatment has become beautiful and sophisticated,
- 1:18:43to the point where they start asking, "What's happening?"
- 1:18:45Whoever reaches the level of pardon and forbearance
- 1:18:49is the closest to the righteous.
- 1:18:50"And to pardon it is nearer to piety" (Al-Baqarah:237)
- 1:18:53And the righteous know that Allah provides an out from every trubilaton.
- 1:18:57And He provides for them from where they do not expect.
- 1:19:01An ultimate out!
- 1:19:04There is no effect from the inner or outer child, nor from any nonsense. (Sarcasm!)
- 1:19:13So what I mean is..
- 1:19:15Focus, so we can reach the intended point.
- 1:19:18Let's step out of the details I just mentioned.
- 1:19:22No one knows how to pardon or forgive
- 1:19:24except when they stop judging
- 1:19:28and train themselves to stop committing wrongdoings.
- 1:19:30It surely takes some time.
- 1:19:32Good?
- 1:19:33If I were initially not paying attention
- 1:19:37and got caught up in the concept of "the inner child"
- 1:19:40without having trained myself in forgiveness or pardoning,
- 1:19:45and while still unable to pardon even myself.
- 1:19:48Whoever lives with reproach and shame
- 1:19:50is unable even to forgive themselves.
- 1:19:51They have not trained themselves in forbearance,
- 1:19:54pardoning, or forgiveness.
- 1:19:55They are unable to forgive themselves.
- 1:19:57I have a problem with this concept, I haven't fixed it yet.
- 1:20:02Hence, when someone introduces me to the concept
- 1:20:04of "the inner child" that is said and presented to me
- 1:20:07that because of something happened with my father or my mother..
- 1:20:11And I want to be honest, most of those who talk about "the inner child,"
- 1:20:15do not pay attention to the psychological states
- 1:20:18to those who hear them.
- 1:20:19They would say to you that the cause is the father or the mother.
- 1:20:22Further, some of them I have heard say...
- 1:20:25Despite that, they did everything they could
- 1:20:28and everything within their level of awareness.
- 1:20:31However, what they did is the reason for what you're going through,
- 1:20:33and you're supposed to forgive them
- 1:20:35and treat them gracefully, because they did everything they could.
- 1:20:38They might have conveyed it to you positively,
- 1:20:40but they don’t realize that you are in a psychological state
- 1:20:42and a situation where you still haven’t learned how to forgive yourself.
- 1:20:46For someone who carries shame and reproach
- 1:20:48and hasn’t been able to forgive themselves,
- 1:20:50providing them with information about "the inner child"
- 1:20:53may lead to them resenting their father
- 1:20:55and mother, all while telling them to forgive them.
- 1:20:56Yet, they don’t even know how to forgive themselves.
- 1:20:59This is chaotic.
- 1:21:01Do you understand what I mean?
- 1:21:01They haven’t been able to forgive themselves.
- 1:21:04Anyone who carries shame and reproach
- 1:21:07that mean they haven’t been able to forgive themselves.
- 1:21:09Good?
- 1:21:10Then, when I provide them with information
- 1:21:11that this shame and reproach stem from "the inner child,"
- 1:21:15which was caused by their father and mother,
- 1:21:16they begin to feel bitterness from within.
- 1:21:18Moreover, they feel the conflict of being unable to forgive their father or mother,
- 1:21:22who they believe are the cause. This throws them into a whirlwind.
- 1:21:24Is this logical?
- 1:21:26No!
- 1:21:28I appreciate and understand those who have done this,
- 1:21:30as they haven't studied psychology and don't know what they were doing.
- 1:21:32They might have been acting with good intentions,
- 1:21:34but that is wrong. This is a catastrophe!
- 1:21:36So, when I understand so.
- 1:21:39Regardless of "the inner child" or what happened, what's important
- 1:21:44is that I understand and study how to forgive myself.
- 1:21:48How can I forgive myself and train myself to embrace forgiveness?
- 1:21:51When I truly forgive myself;
- 1:21:54the reproach and the feeling of shame for my actions will end.
- 1:22:00For some people, the feeling of shame can be due to several causes:
- 1:22:04Among these, some feel ashamed because of their own actions,
- 1:22:07while others feel ashamed of things that aren’t inherently bad,
- 1:22:08yet, they simply perceived as negative.
- 1:22:09For example, they might say, "I am Black and everyone else is White,"
- 1:22:11or "I am White and everyone else is Black,"
- 1:22:12or even, "I am tall and they are short,"
- 1:22:14or "I am short and they are tall."
- 1:22:15Feeling shame for something they didn’t do is the worst type of shame,
- 1:22:18as it reflects a deeper issue—a struggle with self-worth.
- 1:22:21Anything, such as a course, related to building confidence
- 1:22:23or self-acceptance can help in resolving all of it.
- 1:22:26However, not having dealt with this yet
- 1:22:28and being provided with detailed information (about the inner child)
- 1:22:30in this way, is a big mistake,
- 1:22:31so be cautious.
- 1:22:33Ask yourself first: Am I truly able to forgive myself or not?
- 1:22:36Have I acquired information that raises my awareness
- 1:22:38of forgiveness so that I forgive myself, accept my mistakes,
- 1:22:41and understand it or not?
- 1:22:42If you haven’t done so yet, stop focusing on anyone else;
- 1:22:44forget about your father and mother, understood?
- 1:22:47As many people reach a point where they harbor hatred
- 1:22:51without knowing how, and, pay attention,
- 1:22:53deal with that hatred and distress,
- 1:22:57and they end up burdening their parents with that responsibility,
- 1:22:59which leaves them deeply upset inside.
- 1:23:00They know this is wrong and that it’s even religiously incorrect.
- 1:23:03So they now have a conflict and fall into self-reproach once again,
- 1:23:06which leads them to blame others once more,
- 1:23:07causing them to spiral endlessly.
- 1:23:09Why am I doing this to myself?
- 1:23:12Why am I taking in so much information
- 1:23:13that distorts my perception of my life,
- 1:23:15when I haven't even done the basics of life yet?
- 1:23:18Do you understand what I mean? So please, for God's sake,
- 1:23:21Start first by searching for ways to raise my self-worth.
- 1:23:26How do I forgive myself?
- 1:23:30To forgive it, befriend it, and love it with all its mistakes and positives,
- 1:23:34whether negative or positive, and accept it completely.
- 1:23:37This will mark the beginning of your evolution,
- 1:23:40and at that moment, you will start developing yourself
- 1:23:42and your awareness.
- 1:23:43The next point:
- 1:23:45The illusion that you have healed from childhood wounds
- 1:23:50and that you will never face problems again.
- 1:23:55We name it the illusion of complete healing;
- 1:23:58the illusion that you are okay now.
- 1:24:05Look!
- 1:24:08There are some people, and, pay attention to these points;
- 1:24:10not everyone should experience them.
- 1:24:13Instead, I am drawing you a map, so that
- 1:24:14you can see exactly where you came from.
- 1:24:17Therefore, the one who exhibits all these points is in a big problem,
- 1:24:20while the one who has four of them
- 1:24:21is in an intermediate stage and can still fix it.
- 1:24:23Later, we will discuss the positive aspects,
- 1:24:25focusing on understanding the correct concepts to live the right life,
- 1:24:27You will be able to overcome any problem or incorrect perception
- 1:24:30once you understand the concept of "the inner child"
- 1:24:33or hear it discussed by someone else.
- 1:24:36Among these things, some people reach a state...
- 1:24:41Also it’s the black-and-white mentality
- 1:24:42that led them into this trap.
- 1:24:46To start feel that, "I'm fine now
- 1:24:48because I had sessions, took courses,
- 1:24:52and healed my inner child."
- 1:24:53They think, "I’m okay, I’m great even.
- 1:24:57Everything is fine!"
- 1:24:59They imagine they’ve done everything necessary
- 1:25:02and assume they’ll never face problems again.
- 1:25:03Yet, when facing a problem, they think,
- 1:25:07“It seems there were mistakes in "the inner child" session I had.”
- 1:25:12This leads them to seek out another professional, then a third,
- 1:25:16driven by the notion that, “Once the inner
- 1:25:18child is healed, everything should be fine.”
- 1:25:21Who said so?
- 1:25:23If you continue to hold onto a rejecting mentality,
- 1:25:26then, expect many negative experiences
- 1:25:28that will bring pain into your life.
- 1:25:30Forget about "the inner child";
- 1:25:32you are a big boy now (mature). (Laugh!)
- 1:25:34I didn't mean that; I swear I say this with love;
- 1:25:36you have reached internal maturity.
- 1:25:38Rather, you are old internally. (Sarcasm!)
- 1:25:45All the time, your mental processes
- 1:25:48are what determine your emotions and behaviors.
- 1:25:52I will keep repeating that.
- 1:25:54Your mental processes and your thinking
- 1:25:55are what will lead you to Paradise or Hell.
- 1:25:57So, understand it this way: your knowledge of the Deity,
- 1:25:59your understanding of religion, and your behaviors
- 1:26:01are what determine Paradise or Hell.
- 1:26:02Can you imagine?
- 1:26:03What about your ordinary, everyday life then?
- 1:26:05Therefore, it is very important to pay attention
- 1:26:08that when I deal with situations with a rejecting awareness
- 1:26:13or negative awareness, that’s what creates pain.
- 1:26:15Forget the "inner child" dilemma.
- 1:26:16On the contrary, that "child," meaning you, when you were young,
- 1:26:22and it was you, too, with the same mentality
- 1:26:24and this way of dealing with the situation that caused you pain.
- 1:26:29It wasn't the situation that caused you pain.
- 1:26:31I’m about to share a strange piece of information with you.
- 1:26:35I’ve mentioned it several times during lengthy lives;
- 1:26:40maybe not everyone paid attention to it.
- 1:26:43It is also a part of
- 1:26:45"The Magic of Certainty" course, and it was a discovery for me
- 1:26:49that no one noticed before when I mentioned it to them.
- 1:26:53One of the things God has placed on Earth is something
- 1:26:57that could be either wonderful for those who recognize its greatness
- 1:27:01or a disaster for those who fail to see its significance.
- 1:27:04Everything that happens in the universe,
- 1:27:08whether it’s related to finances, circumstances, people and interactions,
- 1:27:13family, friends, or governments;
- 1:27:17whatever it may be, including COVID-19
- 1:27:18or any other event in the universe,
- 1:27:20when it happens, only amplify what you already are.
- 1:27:26Only amplify what you already are.
- 1:27:31It means living in a state of peace and serenity,
- 1:27:35being free from need,
- 1:27:37not attached to material desires,
- 1:27:39not constantly chasing money,
- 1:27:41and not living in debt, pain, or suffering.
- 1:27:45Any circumstance will simply amplify what you already are,
- 1:27:48and the opposite is also true.
- 1:27:49If you are living in pain, in a state of rejection,
- 1:27:52constantly running and unable to enjoy reality or the present moment,
- 1:27:55wanting to improve things only to enjoy them,
- 1:28:00then you are escaping the present,
- 1:28:01constantly running after things
- 1:28:03that you believe will bring you enjoyment.
- 1:28:04Then you are rejecting the present and suffering from it.
- 1:28:07I swear by Allah, even if money comes to you, or you have children,
- 1:28:10or get married, it will only amplify what you are already living in.
- 1:28:14Thus, what happened with your father and mother in the past
- 1:28:18has no effect on you unless you dealt with it.
- 1:28:21Whether you dealt with it in a way that caused you pain and suffering
- 1:28:24or you dealt with it in a way that doesn’t bring you pain and suffering.
- 1:28:27If you had dealt with it in the past in a way
- 1:28:29that caused pain and suffering,
- 1:28:31you can deal with it today differently to eliminate the pain and suffering.
- 1:28:36That's it. Dismantling the nourishment that feeds the idea
- 1:28:39and keeps it alive.
- 1:28:40As long as the idea continues to cause you pain to this moment,
- 1:28:44then it is alive, and as long as it is alive, then you are feeding it.
- 1:28:48You feed it either with negative thoughts that you keep affirming,
- 1:28:52which are basically obstructive convictions,
- 1:28:54or you feed it with negative actions and bad behaviors
- 1:28:57that fuel a fire, causing you pain.
- 1:28:59From the amount of your pain,
- 1:29:00you can gauge the level of negative energy within you.
- 1:29:02Thus, the things you are doing right now are what cause pain,
- 1:29:06suffering, and obstruction.
- 1:29:08Because simply, focus with me on what I am about to say.
- 1:29:12If someone starts focusing on doing good deeds,
- 1:29:16positive actions, and acts of benevolence,
- 1:29:20and avoids wrongdoing and misdeeds that begin with judgment,
- 1:29:23gossip, slander, theft, and fraud;
- 1:29:25which are often rooted in human interactions.
- 1:29:27In today's society, the majority of people, including
- 1:29:29those who claim to speak in the name of religion, commit disasters.
- 1:29:31"...and thought it was insignificant while it was,
- 1:29:33in the sight of Allah, tremendous." (Al-Noor:15)
- 1:29:34It is one of the most destructive factors in people's lives.
- 1:29:37By doing so, you are feeding
- 1:29:40the bad deeds and negative energies.
- 1:29:43Thus, what you have increases, and what is in the past
- 1:29:46continues to obstruct, and things keep piling up.
- 1:29:49But if you haven't studied or learned,
- 1:29:52yet you started to do good deeds, purify yourself from negativity,
- 1:29:57and gradually shift toward positivity;
- 1:29:58even if you’ve never known or heard these concepts before,
- 1:30:02you will cleanse yourself and begin to purify,
- 1:30:06then you will suddenly encounter training, information,
- 1:30:08or people who will guide you to deal,
- 1:30:10without even knowing anything about what happened in the past.
- 1:30:14Do you understand?
- 1:30:15It all revolves around the laws of entitlement.
- 1:30:17What are you entitled to?
- 1:30:18What actions are you taking right now
- 1:30:20that make you entitled to either pain or bliss?
- 1:30:23Not based on the past or future, but in this very moment.
- 1:30:27Your life and emotions are directly connected to
- 1:30:30what you are doing right now.
- 1:30:33Do you understand?
- 1:30:34If you are in pain now and we investigated,
- 1:30:37we may find that the pain is due to something that happened in the past.
- 1:30:43However, this pain is something you are entitled to
- 1:30:46because of something you did now.
- 1:30:51If you have aligned your entitlement now, so you don’t feel pain,
- 1:30:55I swear, even if there were 50 incidents in the past,
- 1:30:57they would have no impact on you.
- 1:30:59Do you see how amazing that is?
- 1:31:00It's essential to cultivate a new, self-aware personality.
- 1:31:06I focus on my current behaviors, beginning with acceptance.
- 1:31:09I accept my emotions.
- 1:31:10I accept my mistakes. I accept anyone. I train myself to forgive.
- 1:31:13Forgiveness starts with acceptance.
- 1:31:15In order to forgive, I must accept.
- 1:31:18I must be aware and refrain from issuing judgments.
- 1:31:21Pay attention; issuing judgments is among the wrongdoings.
- 1:31:23It is an injustice,
- 1:31:24and one of the greatest injustices is to pass judgment on others.
- 1:31:27When God said...
- 1:31:28"but it does not increase the wrongdoers..."
- 1:31:31In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious.
- 1:31:32The verse states that...
- 1:31:35"But it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss." (Al-Asra'a:82)
- 1:31:39So whoever loses is a wrongdoer.
- 1:31:42The beginning of injustice is placing a judgment on someone,
- 1:31:44then you are a wrongdoer.
- 1:31:45That's why you shouldn't judge anyone.
- 1:31:48And whoever places a judgment, based on my specialization
- 1:31:51and experience from what I’ve seen in my life....
- 1:31:52Those who pass judgments, whether it's a father, a mother,
- 1:31:55or anyone around us, often placing the harshest judgments on themselves
- 1:32:01that lead them astray, causing pain
- 1:32:03and making them live in suffering, pain, self-reproach, and shame.
- 1:32:08Or Satan misleads them into
- 1:32:10placing overly positive judgments on themselves,
- 1:32:12making them feel great and as if everything is fine.
- 1:32:15Both extremes are wrong.
- 1:32:17Both are wrong.
- 1:32:18To be deluded into thinking everything is fine,
- 1:32:19believing that he is the one who understands,
- 1:32:19and that it is his right to criticize others,
- 1:32:22hold them accountable, and point out their mistakes.
- 1:32:23This person lives in the illusion of placing
- 1:32:25overly positive judgments on themselves.
- 1:32:28On the other hand, the aware person refrains from judging anyone,
- 1:32:31whether negatively or positively.
- 1:32:33They understand that we all make mistakes.
- 1:32:35They understand that we are all capable of making mistakes.
- 1:32:36Therefore, they think, " I cannot speak negatively about someone
- 1:32:39or judge them.
- 1:32:40I cannot criticize anyone, I cannot dedicate my time
- 1:32:43to analyzing what someone does just to talk about them.
- 1:32:47I'm aware and focused on myself and am busy with it."
- 1:32:49Therefore, my main concern now is to focus on myself.
- 1:32:52To pay attention to my current behaviors.
- 1:32:56When I feel pain and suffering, it is a retribution for my actions.
- 1:33:00So, I should work to fix this, even if I don’t know.
- 1:33:04Thus, I will be entitled to feel positive emotions first,
- 1:33:07and because I am entitled to experience them
- 1:33:09I will come to understand how to fix it.
- 1:33:13Further, If something from the past is causing an obstacle now,
- 1:33:18if I am truly entitled to live in bliss,
- 1:33:20I will effortlessly discover the solution and overcome it with serenity.
- 1:33:23That's it!
- 1:33:24Peace, man.
- 1:33:25The matter is simple.
- 1:33:26It's not complicated; it's not filled with complicated details
- 1:33:30that initially were not my role to specialize in,
- 1:33:33to understand, or to live in.
- 1:33:35As they are all theories and opinions of people based on their perceptions.
- 1:33:40I will give you a quick example, with all due respect to everyone.
- 1:33:45Anyone who refers to the soul in the feminine form,
- 1:33:48or suggests that it grows old or becomes younger,
- 1:33:51because some people I’ve heard claim the soul can age,
- 1:33:55or who speaks of the soul in the plural form,
- 1:33:57souls and so on,
- 1:33:59all is misinformation derived from the West.
- 1:34:02Yet, in the Book of God, the soul is singular and masculine.
- 1:34:07The soul is from the realm of command,
- 1:34:09meaning it is not related to time.
- 1:34:11There is no such thing as the soul being young or old.
- 1:34:13It has nothing to do with time,
- 1:34:14gender, whether male or female, or plurality, whether many or few.
- 1:34:20"The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows." (An-Naba'a:38)
- 1:34:24The soul in the Qur'an is from God.
- 1:34:29"And breathed into him of My [created] soul." (Al-Hajar:29)
- 1:34:31This is something related to God, and has Divine qualities.
- 1:34:35It is singular, never plural, nor is it feminine,
- 1:34:37and it has nothing to do with time.
- 1:34:40When some people began receiving information about
- 1:34:42the soul from the West,
- 1:34:43they started referring to it using a feminine pronoun.
- 1:34:45This suggests either a misunderstanding
- 1:34:47or an inability to trace the information they received
- 1:34:51from a reliable source, as I did.
- 1:34:53While others may not see it this way, I personally believe
- 1:34:55that the Book of our God, the Holy Qur’an,
- 1:34:57is the universal code for the entire universe.
- 1:35:01Through it, I know right from wrong.
- 1:35:05Therefore, I can know any information I need.
- 1:35:06It is important for me to establish myself properly,
- 1:35:09so that my vision remains clear, and thus,
- 1:35:12I do not go astray or live in a bad state.
- 1:35:16The last point that could cause problems stems from
- 1:35:20the prevailing concept of "the inner child," and, unfortunately,
- 1:35:24it is the most crucial. That's why I intentionally saved it for last.
- 1:35:30Being always in a state of conflict and resentment toward this "inner child,"
- 1:35:35thus, creating an awareness of battle and struggle.
- 1:35:38This happens because you adopt the principle of extreme rejection,
- 1:35:41which is one of the most significant obstacles
- 1:35:42to achieving true awareness in the first place.
- 1:35:44To constantly live in conflict with the "inner child."
- 1:35:49Focus on what I am about to say.
- 1:35:52Some have reached a point where they cannot know what happened,
- 1:35:56so they curse their "inner child" and everything that happened to them,
- 1:36:00holding a deep grudge against it internally.
- 1:36:04So, you have created an awareness
- 1:36:06that you constantly battle and hold a grudge against it.
- 1:36:07You are better off without all of this.
- 1:36:11And there are people, as I mentioned,
- 1:36:12who are living in a constant state of conflict.
- 1:36:13for a long time, so how will they heal in the first place?
- 1:36:18So search for why you were entitled to this.
- 1:36:22I will repeat, search with awareness and sincerity,
- 1:36:26for why you were entitled to this.
- 1:36:29Beside, It is important first to study how to control thoughts.
- 1:36:34Because all of these are thoughts, how do I control my thoughts?
- 1:36:38How can I understand that my emotions are a result of my thoughts
- 1:36:43so that I can gain control over the factors
- 1:36:46that influence my emotions and behaviors?
- 1:36:50Did you understand?
- 1:36:51Thus, when I understand this point, I will know how to deal with it.
- 1:36:57Let’s move on to another very important part.
- 1:37:00What is "the child"? Let me share with you a surprising revelation.
- 1:37:04When I searched the Book of God about the child,
- 1:37:07I found four verses that discuss the concept of the child.
- 1:37:13For example, a verse in Surah An-Nur:
- 1:37:15"And tell the believing women to reduce [some]
- 1:37:17of their vision and guard their private parts"
- 1:37:19At the end of the verse,
- 1:37:24"and not expose their adornment except to their husbands"
- 1:37:27and the continuation of the verse.
- 1:37:30Among those to whom I, as a woman, can show my adornment.
- 1:37:36"or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women." (An-Nur:31)
- 1:37:40This is one verse.
- 1:37:41Another verse in Surah An-Nur also says:
- 1:37:44"And when the children among you reach puberty,
- 1:37:46let them seek permission as those before them did." (An-Nur:59)
- 1:37:49It continues to discuss the homes, the private parts,
- 1:37:52and when a child should seek permission when visiting other's homes.
- 1:37:56The following verse is in Al-Hajj chapter.
- 1:38:00In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious.
- 1:38:02"O People, if you should be in doubt about the Resurrection,
- 1:38:06then [consider that] indeed, We created you from dust...."
- 1:38:11then We bring you out as a child, and then [We develop you]
- 1:38:13that you may reach your [time of] maturity." (Al-Hajj:5)
- 1:38:15In Ghafir chapter, "It is He who created you from dust,
- 1:38:19then from a sperm drop, then from a clinging clot,
- 1:38:22then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you]
- 1:38:25that you reach your [time of] maturity." (Ghafir:67)
- 1:38:26You will notice that the four verses speak about...
- 1:38:34Which of the three? The physical (body) age,
- 1:38:37the mental age, or the age of awareness? Which one?
- 1:38:45Think.
- 1:38:51You will find that the two verses from Al-Hajj chapter
- 1:38:53discuss the physical (body) age.
- 1:38:55Understood? The two verses from Al-Hajj chapter
- 1:38:57discuss the physical (body) age.
- 1:39:00The two verses from the An-Nur chapter refer to the stage
- 1:39:03when a child reaches maturity.
- 1:39:05Maturity is derived from the well-known concept of nocturnal emission.
- 1:39:10Meaning it also refers to something physical.
- 1:39:14There are no verses that address the concepts of
- 1:39:19mental age or age of awareness.
- 1:39:24And this was a surprise to me.
- 1:39:27Understood? There are no verses that address this at all
- 1:39:31in relation to the concept of a child.
- 1:39:33Meaning, I can colloquially and figuratively say
- 1:39:36the awareness of the child,
- 1:39:37however, in the language of the Qur'an, when it says child,
- 1:39:39it refers only to the physical (body) age.
- 1:39:42Understood?
- 1:39:46If we delve into the concept of maturity,
- 1:39:47might we uncover a different meaning?
- 1:39:48I haven’t researched it or delved into it sincerely.
- 1:39:51But in the current awareness,
- 1:39:53the four verses discuss only the physical (body) age.
- 1:39:57Let's move on to an important point.
- 1:40:00So, is it accurate to use "child"
- 1:40:06to express a state of awareness or purity?
- 1:40:14Or a state of clarity?
- 1:40:16In the words of the Qur'an, this is incorrect.
- 1:40:18Perhaps, in colloquial speech.
- 1:40:19I will share an example with you.
- 1:40:20For example,
- 1:40:21In the words of the Qur'an, 'change'
- 1:40:23means transitioning from positive to negative.
- 1:40:27"Repent" means from negative to positive.
- 1:40:29However, colloquially, sometimes one might say
- 1:40:31I will change the tablecloth.
- 1:40:32It's different in colloquial speech.
- 1:40:34However, I need to understand its true meaning
- 1:40:36so that when someone mentions a certain word, I can understand it.
- 1:40:40Colloquially, we say there is a "child" inside you.
- 1:40:44For example, when I was creating the first song
- 1:40:47for the "Addicted to Success" course about demolishing idols
- 1:40:49while writing the lyrics with the talented "Tamer Hussein,"
- 1:40:51who wrote the lyrics,
- 1:40:52I told him, "I want you to speak about the 'child,'"
- 1:40:54Within you, there is a child. Don't change it or hide it.
- 1:40:58Within you, in the common sense,
- 1:41:02I even tell my close relatives,
- 1:41:05"I have an adult body, but inside me, there is
- 1:41:07a child. I am a child in a grown-up's body."
- 1:41:11Good? What do I mean by a child?
- 1:41:14And this is what you should pay attention to.
- 1:41:17If we interpret the meaning related to awareness as a child,
- 1:41:24it signifies honesty, innocence, purity,
- 1:41:29and clarity, free from complexity, smoothness,
- 1:41:35ease, and an absence of rigid molds in the mind.
- 1:41:42Therefore, for me personally...
- 1:41:45How easy it is for me to speak in scientific terms
- 1:41:50instead of speaking simply in my own way,
- 1:41:54which I consider a bit childish, yet I love it.
- 1:41:57As it reflects my true personality.
- 1:42:00I can easily adopt the awareness of a college professor,
- 1:42:03and I do so when I attend official conferences.
- 1:42:05At such events, I naturally adopt this mindset
- 1:42:08because the context demands it.
- 1:42:11During scientific conferences, for instance, when discussing research,
- 1:42:13this often happens in medical discussions and conferences.
- 1:42:16During this, I speak using scientific awareness, using English terminology,
- 1:42:18presenting evidence, and citing research,
- 1:42:21including the names of references.
- 1:42:23This approach is necessary in those situations.
- 1:42:25In turn, If I were to speak the way I do on social media,
- 1:42:28it would sound out of place.
- 1:42:30Understood. Therefore,
- 1:42:34when you hear the word "child,"
- 1:42:35it is important to recognize the awareness
- 1:42:37you need to adopt in that context.
- 1:42:40I, Ahmed Emara, prefer to adopt the awareness
- 1:42:43that the word " child " means innocence, purity, and clarity.
- 1:42:48It is a state of living in the moment, without accumulation.
- 1:42:52When I interact with someone,
- 1:42:53I don’t hold onto what they did to me or carry a grudge.
- 1:42:56More like a child: If you hit a child and even cause him pain
- 1:43:00they will cry, but if you leave them for an hour
- 1:43:02and then play with them, they will laugh.
- 1:43:04This is the awareness of a "child."
- 1:43:05Innocent awareness.
- 1:43:07They hold no grudges, do not resent,
- 1:43:09and do not think about revenge or harm.
- 1:43:12This is what the word "child" means to me.
- 1:43:14Focus with me on what I am about to say.
- 1:43:19We will speak about a very important term now.
- 1:43:21Moreover, you've heard it a lot, the ego.
- 1:43:24I pronounce it "ego" because the person who
- 1:43:26taught me used to pronounce it that way,
- 1:43:29and I do the same as he did a long time ago.
- 1:43:32While the correct pronunciation is "ego,"
- 1:43:34yet, I became accustomed to saying it differently.
- 1:43:37Kindly let it slide. (Joking!)
- 1:43:38I didn't intend to practice it that way, but I am saying it correctly this time.
- 1:43:47The concept of the ego is something
- 1:43:48many people have not paid much attention to,
- 1:43:50but I discussed it in some detail in
- 1:43:52"The Power of the Word and Thinking" course.
- 1:43:54Later, I explained it more deeply in the "Invading the Energy Field" course.
- 1:43:58Further, when your awareness is elevated,
- 1:43:59you will be able to differentiate between the first and
- 1:44:00the second type of ego and to understand
- 1:44:01how to perceive the distinction between them.
- 1:44:02As many people encounter life challenges
- 1:44:04due to their misunderstanding of these concepts
- 1:44:06or even the true meaning of the word "ego."
- 1:44:08Some people, when they hear the word "ego,"
- 1:44:10immediately assume it means arrogance or pride.
- 1:44:11However, that is not the case at all!
- 1:44:14One of the signs of the ego is when someone says,
- 1:44:17"The humble servant of Allah."
- 1:44:19By the way, just so you know, in reality, this statement subtly
- 1:44:21conveys the desire to appear humble.
- 1:44:23This is ego.
- 1:44:25True awareness, however, goes beyond such expressions.
- 1:44:27As Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) wisely stated,
- 1:44:31"Appoint me over the storehouses of the land;
- 1:44:32I am indeed knowledgeable and trustworthy." (Yusuf:55)
- 1:44:34This is a true awareness,
- 1:44:35but the person who does not realize it
- 1:44:36would say," He is being arrogant and praising himself."
- 1:44:38Innate awareness expresses itself naturally;
- 1:44:40neither exaggerating nor downplaying its abilities.
- 1:44:43It speaks in a way that aligns with the situation at hand.
- 1:44:48It does not pass judgments.
- 1:44:49"Appoint me over the storehouses of the land;
- 1:44:50I am indeed knowledgeable and trustworthy."
- 1:44:53Nowadays, some might judge Him as arrogant, "He is arrogant!"
- 1:44:55"He says I am a psychology specialist."
- 1:44:56What is the problem? I acknowledge the reality.
- 1:44:58"I, Ahmed Emara, who studied this and did Such-and-such.
- 1:45:03Moreover, I have followers, and I’ve made an impact
- 1:45:06on hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people.
- 1:45:08What is the problem?
- 1:45:10Ultimately, what truly matters is the intention behind what we do.
- 1:45:12Do you speak to convey information,
- 1:45:15to gain something, or to boast?
- 1:45:18This is something that only God truly knows.
- 1:45:20Someone might say, "I am a knowledgeable guardian,"
- 1:45:22to display arrogance, but how can you truly know
- 1:45:24whether they are speaking from a place of genuine nature and purity
- 1:45:26or from arrogance? You will not know.
- 1:45:28If your awareness is bad,
- 1:45:29you will likely perceive it negatively right from the start.
- 1:45:33That's why it's essential to pay attention to that state of the ego
- 1:45:37that people often speak about.
- 1:45:39You've probably heard it many times:
- 1:45:40It's, in short, focus on what I'm about to say,
- 1:45:44the separation from who I truly am.
- 1:45:48And focus well on this.
- 1:45:50If I asked you, "Who are you?"
- 1:45:53Most likely, your answer will be the ego.
- 1:45:56If you tell me, "My name is So-and-so," that is the ego.
- 1:45:59"My name is Ahmed Abdel Latif Emara," that is the ego.
- 1:46:05"I am now 46 years old," this is the ego.
- 1:46:12"My degree is Such-and-such."
- 1:46:14"I am a father to 'Basel,' 'Noor,' and 'Yamen,'" this is the ego.
- 1:46:19"I am the husband married to my wife Nancy," this is the ego.
- 1:46:23Is this the ego? Of course.
- 1:46:26Why? Because the ego is the false image
- 1:46:31that you will eventually leave behind.
- 1:46:34It will fade away as you rise, in the end, to meet God
- 1:46:37with your true self.
- 1:46:41Not your body, your age, or your degrees.
- 1:46:45Because you were you long before
- 1:46:47your father and mother even named you, true you.
- 1:46:49For example, before I was named Ahmed, I was just a baby crying,
- 1:46:52and my parents were still deciding on my name.
- 1:46:55If they didn't choose it earlier,
- 1:46:57I still existed before being named.
- 1:47:00I was in the body that was crying and small.
- 1:47:04I was in the body that was a teen.
- 1:47:06I am the one who experienced nocturnal emissions,
- 1:47:08growing up, and maturing.
- 1:47:11I am the one who witnessed the changes in my body,
- 1:47:12and now, as I’m in my forties,
- 1:47:13I remain the same person, even as my body continues to evolve.
- 1:47:16I have experienced being in more than one body, yet I am still me.
- 1:47:20Therefore, I am not the body, the image, or the shape.
- 1:47:23So, those who see themselves only through
- 1:47:27the image projected by
- 1:47:29their certificates, name, or gender,
- 1:47:34whether male or female should remember
- 1:47:35that their true selves have no gender.
- 1:47:37It is the body that has gender.
- 1:47:39Understood? Some were given the experience of being female
- 1:47:43and thus took on a female body.
- 1:47:44But when we ascend, we have no gender in our original awareness.
- 1:47:47Therefore, your lack of awareness of this information...
- 1:47:50Which is somewhat advanced, I typically explain it in
- 1:47:51more advanced courses to avoid confusion.
- 1:47:53However, it is important to clarify it here in relation to "the inner child."
- 1:47:56Your true self has no gender or age; rather, existing beyond time.
- 1:48:03Beyond time.
- 1:48:06Your awareness, shaped by events and circumstances,
- 1:48:11forms the self.
- 1:48:13Thus, it becomes tired, sick, or in pain,
- 1:48:18in religious terms, this is referred to as the oppression of the self.
- 1:48:20"And Allah wronged them not, but they had been wronging themselves." (Al-Nahl:33)
- 1:48:26They perceive it as a wounded, suffering, and vulnerable child.
- 1:48:28In doing so, you become the one who has wronged it.
- 1:48:32By passing judgment and enduring suffering.
- 1:48:34You wrong yourself, and as a result, you will reap the fruits of
- 1:48:38that oppression without realizing it.
- 1:48:42Therefore, when you become aware, you realize
- 1:48:47that when we speak of the "child" within you,
- 1:48:51when I say it, we are referring to your true self.
- 1:48:54You, beyond all lies and fake images.
- 1:48:59You are the one who will stand before your God on the Day of Reckoning
- 1:49:02to face the consequences of your actions.
- 1:49:05What did you do with your body?
- 1:49:08What did you do with it in childhood, teenage, and youth?
- 1:49:14"Your body has a right over you," what did you do with it?
- 1:49:18And when it comes to dealing with the self, what did you do with it?
- 1:49:21Did you oppress it and cause it suffering?
- 1:49:24There are eleven verses in the Qur’an that speak about this.
- 1:49:26"And Allah wronged them not, but they had been wronging themselves."
- 1:49:30These eleven verses summarize the suffering of people on Earth.
- 1:49:33Part of wronging the self is perceiving it as living in pain
- 1:49:36and suffering due to someone from the past.
- 1:49:38While, in reality, you are the one imposing this upon the self.
- 1:49:43Understood? The self reflects the awareness you cultivate;
- 1:49:49it is shaped by your own awareness.
- 1:49:51When I offer the "Self-Confidence" course,
- 1:49:53it will include incredible insights on this topic.
- 1:49:56You are the one who shapes the value of the self
- 1:49:58through the awareness you give it.
- 1:50:02If you perceive it with weak awareness, it will remain weak,
- 1:50:04and your self will be weak.
- 1:50:05If you perceive it with broken awareness, your self will remain broken.
- 1:50:08you are the one who creates that reality.
- 1:50:10Understood? You will never be able to break free from this
- 1:50:14until you work on yourself and heal,
- 1:50:18and recognize your true worth of the book of your God.
- 1:50:24Do you understand me?
- 1:50:25Therefore, it is important to be aware that
- 1:50:27when I say there is a "child" inside you, I mean forget this fake image.
- 1:50:31Your certificates, your nationality, your money in the bank, your age,
- 1:50:37your studies, and your experience, even if they are not certificates.
- 1:50:42All of this is fake, all of this is ego.
- 1:50:46When you stand before God on the Day of Reckoning,
- 1:50:48your experience won’t matter.
- 1:50:49It is you and your deeds, that’s all.
- 1:50:53It's you, and what you have done, that's all.
- 1:50:56If your experience has shaped positive actions, then that's good.
- 1:51:00You will be rewarded for your actions, forget about the experience.
- 1:51:02If your experience has resulted
- 1:51:04in negative actions,
- 1:51:05then you will bear the consequences of those actions.
- 1:51:06Forget about the experience, for all of this is ego.
- 1:51:08Do not see yourself as an expert,
- 1:51:09instead, focus on what you are actually doing.
- 1:51:10More importantly, Pay attention, because many people fall into this trap.
- 1:51:12They say, "Doctor, I took this course."
- 1:51:16I respond, 'How did you take it if your actions contradict its teachings?'
- 1:51:22You are deceived by the ego,
- 1:51:23thinking that simply attending the course means something.
- 1:51:26So what?
- 1:51:28You came just to tell me…
- 1:51:31This happens often in sessions. They say,
- 1:51:33"This is so hard. I don't know. By Allah, this topic is difficult."
- 1:51:35I tell them. "What is the first idol I discussed in
- 1:51:37"The Power of the Word and Thinking" course?
- 1:51:39What is the first idol? It is the word "difficult."
- 1:51:42What does it mean that you attended then?
- 1:51:43What a joy! (Sarcasm)
- 1:51:46If you took the course only to feed your ego,
- 1:51:49yet, your actions contradict what you learned,
- 1:51:52and you will be held accountable for that.
- 1:51:53What have I truly gained from attending the course?
- 1:51:54"I have it on my academy account, Allah bless."
- 1:51:57What have I truly gained if my deeds have not developed
- 1:52:01in line with my knowledge?
- 1:52:03This is ego, a trap many fall into.
- 1:52:05Like someone proclaiming themselves as 'the certified trainer'
- 1:52:07or boasting about other titles. That is ego.
- 1:52:09By the grace of Allah, I will mention that,
- 1:52:12not out of arrogance, but as a statement of fact.
- 1:52:15There is no one in the Arab world in our field who
- 1:52:17has received nationalities from around forty countries
- 1:52:19in a single course like mine.
- 1:52:21Yet, I would never go out and call myself 'the global trainer.'
- 1:52:23It's not like that.
- 1:52:25Do not do it this way.
- 1:52:28"I feel arrogant for having taken courses
- 1:52:30and achieved various things,
- 1:52:31even though my behavior does not reflect this."
- 1:52:35Understood? It is crucial to realize that the true me;
- 1:52:39the one who will stand before God on the Day of Reckoning,
- 1:52:43is separate from everything I have identified myself with.
- 1:52:46The real 'you' is the child within,
- 1:52:51So, leave it,
- 1:52:52the one who emerges when you are with your closest friends.
- 1:52:57Your closest, most intimate friend.
- 1:53:00With them, all masks and pretenses fall away,
- 1:53:07revealing your most authentic self; "the
- 1:53:08the "child" that has always been there.
- 1:53:00Between you and them, all the masks and molds are broken.
- 1:53:06You reveal your true self, the real child within you.
- 1:53:11I love to joke and laugh, so what’s the problem?
- 1:53:15I don’t love these molds.
- 1:53:17That’s why you’ll always find me being true to myself.
- 1:53:19When I share information,
- 1:53:22or when someone says something negative, it doesn't matter to me.
- 1:53:23What truly matters is how God sees me.
- 1:53:24That’s enough for me.
- 1:53:26Before I say anything, what's important is how God sees me.
- 1:53:31I am a child, dealing with my God.
- 1:53:33I don't want anyone to see me in a specific way.
- 1:53:35For example, I was once at an event.
- 1:53:39I danced with some people in the group.
- 1:53:42One of them asked, "Is there a respectable doctor who does this?"
- 1:53:45I replied, "I am a child."
- 1:53:46Forget about molds and ego,
- 1:53:49I am a child. I do what I do and trust
- 1:53:51that God will hold me accountable for it.
- 1:53:53Forget about the molds you live in
- 1:53:58and the role of a deity who judge, as if you hold to a paper
- 1:54:02you wrote or something someone else told you,
- 1:54:05deceived into thinking that makes you right.
- 1:54:08And then you judge others, assuming God is meant
- 1:54:10to hold them accountable for what you assume.
- 1:54:11What is this mindset you’ve trapped yourself in?
- 1:54:13May God protect us from those who live like this,
- 1:54:16those who take on the role of judging others, fishing for their mistakes.
- 1:54:21This is a huge problem, a disaster,
- 1:54:23and those who are led astray by the Book of God.
- 1:54:27Do you know what defiance means in the Qur'an?
- 1:54:30"And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient."(Al-Baqarah:26)
- 1:54:32It means turning away from God's commands.
- 1:54:33Therefore, when I turn away from God's commands, I will be defiant.
- 1:54:37God said, "Judgment belongs only to Allah." (Yusuf:40)
- 1:54:40"Not upon you is anything of their account." (Al-Ana'am:52)
- 1:54:42If you judge, you will be defiant. It's up to you; it will mislead you.
- 1:54:45Even if you brought me a Qur'anic verse, why are you judging?
- 1:54:47The verse is for you, the real you.
- 1:54:50So, to break free from a state of deception and return to the real me,
- 1:54:55I must observe what I am doing.
- 1:54:59How do I apply what I was provided with?
- 1:55:03The information I believe I have learned, did I implement it or not?
- 1:55:07Have I witnessed its results firsthand and experienced them, or not?
- 1:55:12When I meet God on the Day of Reckoning in the Hereafter,
- 1:55:17Will I meet Him with my certificates, my physical presence, or my muscles?
- 1:55:25Suppose I'm a bodybuilder, for example. Absolutely not.
- 1:55:29With my appearance? No.
- 1:55:35What will I meet Him with? With what I was doing.
- 1:55:39Therefore, when I try to free myself
- 1:55:42when dealing with the concept of "the inner child,"
- 1:55:45I must reconnect with my innate tendency.
- 1:55:49I return to my natural state,
- 1:55:52which reflects the pure, untainted form of a real child.
- 1:55:56Now, this may sound a bit unusual, but for example,
- 1:56:01if someone approaches
- 1:56:05me with bad breath,
- 1:56:08my innate tendency would be to say,
- 1:56:13"By the way, your breath smells bad, and it's bothering me."
- 1:56:15This is the natural response.
- 1:56:18I believe that people in the past, who lived more naturally, like in childhood,
- 1:56:22were more accustomed to expressing themselves openly.
- 1:56:26However, the ego awareness that we have now imposes certain filters,
- 1:56:30making it "improper" and " it's not right to say that."
- 1:56:33The result? The person’s bad breath remains unaddressed.
- 1:56:35Everyone around them feels annoyed
- 1:56:38but chooses to flatter or avoid confrontation,
- 1:56:41leaving the person unaware of the issue.
- 1:56:43Some couples live together for years and can't say anything because of this ego.
- 1:56:49So they live in suffering and repulsion from each other.
- 1:56:51The poor spouse doesn't even know how to deal with it.
- 1:56:54Because they don't know and haven't noticed.
- 1:56:57Imagine the chaos that could happen with these details.
- 1:57:01Because of "it’s not right to say that."
- 1:57:04I agree with you that the person in front of you may get upset,
- 1:57:06but I prefer, as Ahmed Emara, when I say it
- 1:57:08with the appropriate awareness for the situation,
- 1:57:10and they get a little upset but then fix it.
- 1:57:12This is a thousand times better than everyone getting annoyed with them.
- 1:57:16For someone who understands the bigger picture,
- 1:57:20I might upset them initially, however, they will fix their issue,
- 1:57:22and if they choose to avoid me afterward, that’s not a problem,
- 1:57:24If that mean they will work on themselves
- 1:57:26and be more mindful going forward.
- 1:57:28It's better than not letting them to know, and they still like me as a person.
- 1:57:33Meanwhile, when others get close to them, they instinctively move away.
- 1:57:39Everyone knows their breath smells bad, but no one says anything,
- 1:57:43and everyone gets annoyed, yet the person remains clueless.
- 1:57:46Understood? Some people live like this, by the way.
- 1:57:49I live by the principle,
- 1:57:51"May God have mercy on the one who points out my flaws,"
- 1:57:54and I truly love this.
- 1:57:56You've probably seen me before when someone points out a mistake,
- 1:57:59and I reward them for it. I really appreciate this.
- 1:58:02I love living in my natural state, embracing my inner child.
- 1:58:08I let that child come out, free from the ego or any constraints.
- 1:58:12When I laugh, I laugh from the heart.
- 1:58:14(Laughs!)
- 1:58:16Not with pretense or ego.
- 1:58:22Listen to the song we made about that.
- 1:58:24"Be Real" by the talented singer 'Sandy,'
- 1:58:28with lyrics by Tamer Hussein and composition by Aziz El Shafie.
- 1:58:33- Do you want to play it?
- 1:58:34No, not now. I don't have time right now, let's continue.
- 1:58:37The director wants to play it for you. (Laughs!)
- 1:58:38Prepare it, and we'll play a part of it by the end.
- 1:58:41Or we'll play it by the end. Prepare " Be Real."
- 1:58:43You will also find it on Sandy's YouTube account.
- 1:58:48Now, the key point is that
- 1:58:51I have to be aware that I have to embrace my "inner child,"
- 1:58:57living in peace, and allowing that child within me to be free.
- 1:59:02Break free from restrictions, do what I feel.
- 1:59:06Let me give you a unique example: When you embrace the child within you and
- 1:59:11beak free the child inside you. The meaning I mean by this sentence.
- 1:59:16What does it mean? Some people, in an effort to look more presentable,
- 1:59:21may have gained weight—like me—so they may wear compression garments
- 1:59:26to flatten their stomachs.
- 1:59:29These are widely available online to create a slimmer appearance.
- 1:59:33It flattens the stomach, Allah bless! (Sarcasm!)
- 1:59:38All just to look nice and presentable in front of others, and this is pure ego.
- 1:59:42In reality, they might be suffocating and torturing their "inner child"
- 1:59:45just to maintain a polished appearance. (Sarcasm!)
- 1:59:48Understood?
- 1:59:50The one who truly embraces the child within them would say:
- 1:59:51"I made a mistake; I ate unhealthy food for a while,
- 1:59:54which led to weight gain and a belly. But I will fix it in the upcoming period.
- 1:59:56I recognize the mistake that happened,
- 1:59:58I acknowledge how I strayed from the right track,
- 2:00:01and I know the way back.
- 2:00:02For those who point out that I’ve gained weight; yes, I have. So what?
- 2:00:06I’m working on it to get back on the right track, praise be to God.
- 2:00:09If someone doesn’t like it, that’s their business.
- 2:00:11Yes, I am overweight. "He talks about awareness while being overweight?"
- 2:00:15Let them talk. A mistake happened, yes.
- 2:00:18The Most Merciful willing, when I speak in the future,
- 2:00:22I will discuss achieving an ideal weight and living a healthy life.
- 2:00:27I will share the serious mistakes I’ve made
- 2:00:28and the lessons learned from them.
- 2:00:29when I fell into unhealthy eating and that chaos.
- 2:00:32Do you understand me?
- 2:00:33With Allah’s permission, sharing that experience will be useful,
- 2:00:35because the situation that happened in the past will be valuable,
- 2:00:37offering real experience and great results for those who seek to benefit.
- 2:00:41But to beautify myself and fake it? No.
- 2:00:44Those who don’t like it are free to think what they want.
- 2:00:47What truly matters is how God sees me,
- 2:00:49that is the most important thing.
- 2:00:50Embracing the child within you means understanding that
- 2:00:52what truly counts is how God sees me, not how people perceive me.
- 2:00:54What matters is whether what I do is permissible or impermissible,
- 2:00:57not how others define me.
- 2:00:58For example, God commanded us in the Qur’an to reflect, to contemplate.
- 2:01:03Whether people like it or not is irrelevant; it’s none of their business.
- 2:01:04God has commanded us, and He knows we might make mistakes.
- 2:01:07No one should be fishing for others' mistakes,
- 2:01:09waiting to catch them in their flaws.
- 2:01:11That's precisely what was said by...
- 2:01:15In the name of Allah,
- 2:01:18Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, long ago.
- 2:01:20My grandfather is the one who narrated this story.
- 2:01:23But I don’t remember it now.
- 2:01:24One day, I’ll create a competition about it when I decide on this topic.
- 2:01:27He said that a person had entered a farm.
- 2:01:30There were sheep and camels, yet he chose to grab the dog’s ear.
- 2:01:34"Man, there are so many animals, why did you choose the dog?"
- 2:01:37Some people are just like that;
- 2:01:39they only crave the bad, always picking out the worst.
- 2:01:41What I mean those who truly want to embrace their "inner child,"
- 2:01:44and live in peace; healing happens naturally,
- 2:01:47unfolding as an automatic process every day.
- 2:01:51When they stop interfering,
- 2:01:56they allow the natural healing God created to take its course.
- 2:02:00Healing happens by simply not interfering, by accepting,
- 2:02:02and by embracing forgiveness.
- 2:02:04I'm in a state of neutrality, surrendering to life, experiencing the
- 2:02:07pleasure of surrender, and holding a deep sense of reverence.
- 2:02:10I accept everything that has happened.
- 2:02:11I accept all my mistakes, just as I accept the mistakes of others.
- 2:02:15And now I...
- 2:02:16Do you remember when people used to say,
- 2:02:17"There is no such thing as a failed man?"
- 2:02:19Rather, "There is a man who started from the bottom
- 2:02:22and chose to stay there."
- 2:02:23You are the one who stayed there. Your family was at the bottom,
- 2:02:26and they stayed there. What's your excuse?
- 2:02:29You have knowledge, awareness, and the ability to rise.
- 2:02:31So why stay at the bottom?
- 2:02:32Move forward; you are responsible,
- 2:02:34not the child within you or the past events. You are responsible.
- 2:02:39What’s in the past is merely stuck inside you
- 2:02:41in the form of emotions and thoughts.
- 2:02:43Work on your thoughts and emotions, and the matter will resolve itself.
- 2:02:48Then move forward in your life.
- 2:02:51The positives of understanding "the inner child,"
- 2:02:54and how to deal with events that happened in the past
- 2:02:57that still have negative effects on you.
- 2:03:00One of these positives, which you will understand when you are aware,
- 2:03:04that the concept of "the inner child" is not as commonly perceived.
- 2:03:11Further, it is not a separate entity inside me.
- 2:03:14This awareness liberates me from feeling like a captive to past events.
- 2:03:18One of the key positives of this understanding is being aware
- 2:03:23that the "inner child" is not a separate entity within me,
- 2:03:27but rather, it's a metaphor or a proposed way of saying
- 2:03:30that I understand the awareness of my own being,
- 2:03:34which I had previously misinterpreted
- 2:03:37by distorting the image of past experiences.
- 2:03:39Therefore, I will no longer live by a false image.
- 2:03:41I will not be trapped in a state of ego
- 2:03:44but will instead embrace the child within me.
- 2:03:46I will bring that child to light,
- 2:03:48setting free the self I had repressed.
- 2:03:51In doing so, I will begin to heal.
- 2:03:55The second point:
- 2:03:58A way to live with simplicity and ease,
- 2:04:00to break free from restrictions and the molds that control most people.
- 2:04:04When I embrace the child within me, and allow it to emerge,
- 2:04:09living a life of simplicity and ease.
- 2:04:13I will no longer be burdened by ego,
- 2:04:15nor will I concern myself with how others judge or perceive me.
- 2:04:20Thus, I will live freely, beyond restrictions.
- 2:04:23This state alone brings healing.
- 2:04:25This state alone creates peace.
- 2:04:28Here’s the surprise…
- 2:04:29I will not impose molds or restrictions.
- 2:04:32Because among the molds and restrictions, thinking,
- 2:04:35"He was supposed to do this."
- 2:04:37"He was supposed to handle that this way." Man, be simple.
- 2:04:40Have you ever watched a small child being taught something?
- 2:04:44Saying, “Mom, you're supposed to do it this way.
- 2:04:46Treating me otherwise is completely unacceptable.”
- 2:04:49No infant in the world tells their mother, “You’re supposed to do this!”
- 2:04:56Yet, as they grow, we often see them
- 2:04:58adopting these very expectations.
- 2:05:00And when asked why,
- 2:05:01“My mother was supposed to warm the milk to a certain temperature.”
- 2:05:07Where do these ideas come from? There's no such a thing.
- 2:05:09Instead, I should live freely and allow those around me the same freedom.
- 2:05:15Starting with my father, my mother, my siblings, my friends,
- 2:05:18my neighbors and relatives.
- 2:05:20Everyone around me acts according to their own awareness.
- 2:05:23It’s their choice. It’s up to them.
- 2:05:26Do you understand?
- 2:05:27When should you intervene?
- 2:05:28If someone assaults you or intends to harm you,
- 2:05:31you have to defend yourself to stop the attack.
- 2:05:33Yet, even as I step in to protect myself,
- 2:05:36I recognize that this is their level of awareness.
- 2:05:38I may have offered advice or spoken up, but it made no difference.
- 2:05:42Fine, take action to block it.
- 2:05:45Yet, even as you defend yourself, you understand
- 2:05:46that this is their awareness
- 2:05:47and accept it, but that doesn’t mean you allow harm.
- 2:05:51So, you prevent, you protect, but with awareness.
- 2:05:53Therefore, it’s important to pay attention to this point.
- 2:05:57When you do so, you won’t hold a grudge, feel resentment, or carry hatred.
- 2:06:01There will be no burning anger within you.
- 2:06:03Instead, you will handle the demands of the situation
- 2:06:07while remaining at peace.
- 2:06:09Pay attention, you are in a state of peace,
- 2:06:11even if it appears that you are engaged in conflict,
- 2:06:15firmness, or intensity.
- 2:06:18Some situations demand strength,
- 2:06:22decisiveness, or a firm stance, yet inner peace remains.
- 2:06:26I handle the situation as needed and then return to a state of peace.
- 2:06:28I don’t carry the battle with me for days, months, or years.
- 2:06:32I choose to live simply, breaking all molds.
- 2:06:36Here’s the next surprise, at the same point.
- 2:06:39To be aware.
- 2:06:41Focus with me, to be aware.
- 2:06:43There is an awareness that can lead a brother to kill his brother.
- 2:06:47God mentioned it in the Qur'an.
- 2:06:48A brother killed his brother.
- 2:06:51So I won't be shocked if my brother insults me or steals from me.
- 2:06:58An uncle, for instance, cuts ties with me,
- 2:07:00or a financial issue arises, so he exposes me.
- 2:07:02You are aware that a brother once killed his own brother to begin with.
- 2:07:04Thus, you have come to understand
- 2:07:06that there are different levels of awareness.
- 2:07:07Furthermore, God has granted you awareness
- 2:07:08through His Book, making you conscious.
- 2:07:10Thus, everyone acts according to their level of awareness,
- 2:07:12and each person is responsible for their own choices
- 2:07:15and how God will hold them accountable.
- 2:07:16Then, you understand.
- 2:07:18Therefore, there is no shock or questioning of how or why things happen
- 2:07:22Because you are aware that there will always
- 2:07:26be both good and bad people in this world,
- 2:07:30and they will continue to exist for a lifetime.
- 2:07:32So, you are aware of this reality and deal with it simply.
- 2:07:37Understood? However, as we agreed, If there is harm,
- 2:07:39I will block it, but I am aware of this.
- 2:07:42Everyone acts according to their level of awareness,
- 2:07:44and it's their choice.
- 2:07:44Further, they are responsible for it
- 2:07:46and will be held accountable before God.
- 2:07:48Thus, you understand the picture
- 2:07:50and choose to live life with your "inner child",
- 2:07:53with the serenity and purity that comes with it.
- 2:07:55You know...
- 2:07:57One of the traits of a child is that they know how to
- 2:08:03delight and entertain themselves.
- 2:08:07Even if you don’t give them a toy, they will play with their hands,
- 2:08:09sing to themselves, or play with their legs;
- 2:08:12they create play and joy on their own.
- 2:08:17So much so that a child might want to laugh and
- 2:08:19will eagerly wait for a word from you,
- 2:08:21any word, to trigger their laughter.
- 2:08:22(Laughs!)
- 2:08:23They choose to laugh at something that isn’t even funny,
- 2:08:26and we find ourselves wondering why.
- 2:08:29In truth, they are the ones laughing at us, not the other way around.
- 2:08:31They decided to hold on to the word you said,
- 2:08:33simply as an excuse to laugh.
- 2:08:34That's it.
- 2:08:36And this is childhood;
- 2:08:37the childhood I have come to understand and mean.
- 2:08:40I want to live this childhood;
- 2:08:42furthermore, this is the child within me,
- 2:08:44the one I choose to embrace and bring to life.
- 2:08:47By doing so, you live in peace, with calmness and ease,
- 2:08:49in a beautiful state that naturally fosters healing.
- 2:08:51Point Three: Being aware of the child within you is a method
- 2:08:57of embracing self-mercy, compassion, and returning to your true nature,
- 2:09:00your purity, joy, and innocence.
- 2:09:03I have freed myself from the weight of the past
- 2:09:07and choose to live in joy.
- 2:09:09I'm in a state of affection, warmth, compassion,
- 2:09:12mercy, and connection with myself.
- 2:09:16I appreciate myself fully;
- 2:09:18both my strengths and my weaknesses.
- 2:09:21I accept that I may be vulnerable,
- 2:09:24that I may make mistakes.
- 2:09:25At the same time, I acknowledge my strengths and the values I hold.
- 2:09:28There is balance in who I am.
- 2:09:31I acknowledge that I am human, not an angel.
- 2:09:35I acknowledge that I'm human,
- 2:09:37not a deity who can judge others.
- 2:09:39Understood?
- 2:09:42The one who judges is the one who sees themselves as divine,
- 2:09:46and that is why God said in the Qur'an,
- 2:09:47"Not upon you is anything of their account." (Al-An'am:52)
- 2:09:52Judging my father and mother,
- 2:09:54creating molds, and evaluating my friends,
- 2:09:56this is how one unconsciously elevates themselves
- 2:09:57to the status of a deity.
- 2:09:58Do you understand?
- 2:10:00Some believe they have the right to judge others,
- 2:10:03but accountability belongs to God alone.
- 2:10:05Even the Prophet himself was reminded by God:
- 2:10:06"Not upon you is anything of their account."
- 2:10:07While they accuse, evaluate,
- 2:10:10and rate people, assuming a role that is not theirs to take.
- 2:10:14It is God who holds others accountable—not you.
- 2:10:17Thus, an important point to keep in mind is accepting your mistakes.
- 2:10:21Understand that you may have made them before,
- 2:10:26and create a plan to correct them.
- 2:10:29This state of acceptance and contentment
- 2:10:33is what fosters true healing.
- 2:10:35Next point:
- 2:10:38Respect your emotions instead of running from them
- 2:10:41and striving with awareness and passion,
- 2:10:45to fully savor and experience
- 2:10:45the journey to achieve true success.
- 2:10:49I will share information with you, by Allah, pay attention to it.
- 2:10:52And this comes from someone who has observed many people.
- 2:10:56Praise be to Allah,
- 2:10:58I have met people since 1995,
- 2:11:00starting from my second year at university.
- 2:11:01We used to engage in ....
- 2:11:02There were multiple sections held in hospitals,
- 2:11:05prisons, schools, and factories.
- 2:11:08Initially, we stated on schools and factories,
- 2:11:11and later, I began applying what I had studied
- 2:11:14to benefit my friends and close ones.
- 2:11:17We have conducted case studies;
- 2:11:21real projects that we worked on and learned from,
- 2:11:22at the third year of university.
- 2:11:24That period was when we gained our experiences,
- 2:11:27or even during our time in Saudi Arabia,
- 2:11:29regardless the fact that I couldn’t work in hospitals,
- 2:11:35as those places were reserved for locals.
- 2:11:37Still, we learned through the stories
- 2:11:39shared by our colleagues, discussing them openly in front of
- 2:11:42our lecturers and university professors who taught us.
- 2:11:46The important point is this;
- 2:11:52Focus on what I’m about to say.
- 2:11:54No one rejects certain emotions, refuses to experience them,
- 2:12:05and fights against them without suffering
- 2:12:11from the first day and the exact moment
- 2:12:13they rejected these emotions.
- 2:12:14Good?
- 2:12:21What does this mean? As I’ve told you before,
- 2:12:25everything that happens in your life is a messenger,
- 2:12:27delivering a specific message.
- 2:12:29I consider emotions as messengers from Allah, glorified and exalted.
- 2:12:33I should approach them with respect, accept their presence,
- 2:12:41embrace them, feel them, and fully savor them.
- 2:12:47While saying, "O God, since I experience these emotions,
- 2:12:51I acknowledge that I did something,
- 2:12:54even if I didn't know what I did, but I will savor them.
- 2:12:59Thus, when I fully experience them,
- 2:13:01I am living both the experience and the knowledge.
- 2:13:06I started to feel... Keep in mind that this is a pure feeling,
- 2:13:08not a piece of information I had read somewhere.
- 2:13:11One of the signs of increasing awareness
- 2:13:15is your ability to fully savor and eat (process) negative emotions.
- 2:13:19Conversely, one of the signs of narrow awareness
- 2:13:22and limited vision is your tendency to escape from negative emotions.
- 2:13:28Whoever attempts to escape from negative emotions finds
- 2:13:32that their escape stops their awareness at a certain stage,
- 2:13:36leaving them hindered for years.
- 2:13:39Due to your ongoing attempt to escape, not the past situation.
- 2:13:44As you resist your emotions, refusing to accept,
- 2:13:50suppressing, and battling them.
- 2:13:55That's why you stay trapped in the same struggle.
- 2:13:58However, when I allow myself to feel them
- 2:14:01and train myself to relax, even in their pain.
- 2:14:05To help you understand this, I will give you a simple test to try.
- 2:14:08Try placing the tip of one of your nails under another nail,
- 2:14:13in the area below until it hurts.
- 2:14:15But don't do it too hard so you don't hurt yourself.
- 2:14:19Start to say, "I intend to feel the pain."
- 2:14:23Now begin to apply pressure to feel the pain.
- 2:14:25Once you feel the pain, you'll find your body involuntarily tensing
- 2:14:28because you're used to rejection.
- 2:14:30One of the signs of rejection is tension.
- 2:14:33One of the signs of acceptance is peace and relaxation.
- 2:14:37So start applying pressure and say, "I am relaxed."
- 2:14:42And intend to feel the pain; this is physical pain.
- 2:14:47"I intend to feel pain, and I intend to savor the pain."
- 2:14:51Pay attention;
- 2:14:52I know that this pain is because of what I am doing.
- 2:14:55There is no reproach or anything.
- 2:14:57I did this, I am responsible. So, where is the reproach?
- 2:15:00So why should I reproach myself when the pain is physiological?
- 2:15:02This pain is physical, and I caused it, so why shouldn't I reproach myself?
- 2:15:06Because I know that I caused it, it is exactly like this.
- 2:15:09I am the one applying pressure, "Oh, this hurts."
- 2:15:11"I accept the pain and know that I am responsible.
- 2:15:14I know that what I am doing is causing me pain.
- 2:15:16But I am relaxed while savoring the pain."
- 2:15:20And when I do that,
- 2:15:21I have stopped the pain.
- 2:15:25Wait a second. First, I am in pain. I relaxed into the pain.
- 2:15:29I savored it. I understand that I am responsible,
- 2:15:33yet there is no reproach.
- 2:15:34From this, let’s move on to the invisible.
- 2:15:37What I just described is the visible, the body (the physical pain).
- 2:15:40On the other hand, the invisible, the pain of the self, is caused by me,
- 2:15:44but instead of doing this, my mind does the same with a thought:
- 2:15:47I fixated on it, causing pain.
- 2:15:50Therefore, calmly, I will feel the pain, relax, and savor the pain.
- 2:15:56Then, as I savor the moment, I will calmly begin searching
- 2:15:59for the nagging thought stuck in the nail (that bothering me)
- 2:16:02and remove it calmly.
- 2:16:05I will simply observe the thought,
- 2:16:09asking myself what it truly means.
- 2:16:11Undoubtedly, it will carry a negative message, such as:
- 2:16:13"This frustrates me," "This is destroying me,"
- 2:16:15"Someone doesn’t love me," "My life has come to a standstill,"
- 2:16:18or "My life is ruined."
- 2:16:19These are all harmful and destructive thoughts.
- 2:16:23Calmly, dismantle this negative meaning
- 2:16:25and replace it with a positive one.
- 2:16:26If you can’t find positive meaning, use something such as:
- 2:16:30“This is a test,” “This is a step I will overcome,”
- 2:16:34“This situation fuels my energy,” or “I can handle this.”
- 2:16:39Good? By doing so, I will notice a shift in my emotions,
- 2:16:44as if I have removed the nail that causing the pain.
- 2:16:49When I was four and a half years old,
- 2:16:56wearing a green shirt and yellow pants,
- 2:17:00my father asked me to do that, so I did it just like him
- 2:17:03and got hurt.
- 2:17:04I don't have to know all the details.
- 2:17:05What truly matters is removing the pressure.
- 2:17:08Where I was sitting, what I was wearing,
- 2:17:09or who I was with didn’t matter.
- 2:17:12Just remove the thought. Do you understand?
- 2:17:15This is a very important test
- 2:17:20to savor the pain, the ache, or the fear.
- 2:17:27Therefore, whoever trains themselves to savor fear
- 2:17:30cannot develop a phobia.
- 2:17:32Phobias arise from the act of escaping fear rather than facing it.
- 2:17:35I have explained this in detail in "The Ultimate Reassurance" Course.
- 2:17:38Phobia occurs originally because of fear that I rejected.
- 2:17:43A situation happened, and I rejected it, which formed the fear.
- 2:17:46So I rejected the fear, and this is how Phobia forms.
- 2:17:51Imagine if, instead, I said, "This fear is great, I love it.
- 2:17:54I want to feel this fear, I want to be afraid.
- 2:17:57I want to feel it and see where it is."
- 2:17:59So how will the phobia occur?
- 2:18:01How will it form in the first place?
- 2:18:04Understood? It is crucial to grasp this concept
- 2:18:08so that I can connect with my "inner child" who is pure,
- 2:18:12neutral, accepting, and in surrender.
- 2:18:16This is what elevates healing and enables me to consciously navigate my emotions.
- 2:18:22Number five: The more you mature, develop, and elevate,
- 2:18:27the more you realize that every detail in your life
- 2:18:30has a positive impact on your current awareness.
- 2:18:36Thus, you will feel gratitude automatically for everything
- 2:18:41that happened to you in the past.
- 2:18:43Thus, you will feel gratitude automatically for everything
- 2:18:46that happened to you in the past.
- 2:18:49Right now,
- 2:18:51Among the things I sincerely thank Allah, glorified and exalted,
- 2:18:57for is that every intense situation I have faced,
- 2:19:01whether from my father in my childhood,
- 2:19:02my mother, the circumstances that hurt me,
- 2:19:06or those who falsely accused me, has played a role
- 2:19:10in shaping the strong person I am today.
- 2:19:14Just like a lion or a mountain, nothing in the universe can move me.
- 2:19:18I move like a bulldozer in achieving my goals.
- 2:19:21In spite of anyone.
- 2:19:25What elevates a person to this level are the bad,
- 2:19:28are the bad, difficult experiences they go through in life.
- 2:19:30So I am grateful for them. Do you understand?
- 2:19:35I mean, I sincerely thank God that,
- 2:19:38that at the beginning of my career, after graduating from university
- 2:19:42and stepping into the business world,
- 2:19:44people started spreading false rumors about me,
- 2:19:46calling me a scammer and a thief.
- 2:19:48There were times when I cried at home,
- 2:19:50saying, "Oh God, You know I am nothing like that."
- 2:19:53Other times, I felt the urge to defend myself.
- 2:19:55But this happened early on, and I learned an important lesson:
- 2:19:58what truly matters is how God sees you, not what people think.
- 2:20:01Sometimes, I wondered, "You were there with me;
- 2:20:04how can you say something negative about me
- 2:20:06when you witnessed the situation firsthand with me?"
- 2:20:09There was someone with us who saw what happened and saw the scam.
- 2:20:14We confronted the person who had scammed us,
- 2:20:16but he ran away after that, and we couldn't catch him.
- 2:20:18That person had been right there with us,
- 2:20:19yet, for some reason, regardless of the details,
- 2:20:23he was the one spreading the rumors, and no one knew.
- 2:20:27Do you understand?
- 2:20:29The key point is that when you become aware of this
- 2:20:32and have seen it unfold long ago,
- 2:20:34then, you can be grateful now when you enter a field,
- 2:20:37develop yourself
- 2:20:39and break the idols,
- 2:20:39thus, you know that it's more likely for someone to accuse you.
- 2:20:42You’ve come to realize that what truly matters is
- 2:20:44how God sees you; people’s opinions don't concern me.
- 2:20:46Oh God, praise be to You.
- 2:20:47The greatest blessing in this world is that it is
- 2:20:49God alone who holds us accountable.
- 2:20:52The greatest blessing ever.
- 2:20:53Some will come on the Day of Reckoning,
- 2:20:55and when they find themselves in the Hellfire,
- 2:20:57"Why do we not see men
- 2:20:58whom we used to count among the worst?"(Saad:62)
- 2:21:02Do you understand me?
- 2:21:04They thought some people were the worst,
- 2:21:06yet because of what they did when they were admitted to the fire;
- 2:21:09they did not find those with them.
- 2:21:10I used to pass judgments, but I came to realize this over time.
- 2:21:14Now, I thank God a million percent that I was put into this long ago,
- 2:21:17so I matured and grew, and now it's behind me.
- 2:21:20Do you understand?
- 2:21:21I was placed in a position to study religion and psychology,
- 2:21:26as well as energy and awareness.
- 2:21:28With this combination, I decided to take the axe and demolish,
- 2:21:32and anyone who doesn't like it is free.
- 2:21:35I consider this... I am talking about myself now.
- 2:21:37I consider this a great positive outcome
- 2:21:40of the events that unfolded in the past.
- 2:21:43O God, all praise and thanks be to You,
- 2:21:45from the depths of my heart.
- 2:21:46So how can resentment exist within me?
- 2:21:49How can I feel suffocated by my inner child?
- 2:21:51That’s why I remind you that the way you handle the situation
- 2:21:54and your level of awareness
- 2:21:55determine whether it affects you or pushes you away. Understood?
- 2:22:02For instance, one of the first people who
- 2:22:04caused trouble for me in the past
- 2:22:06and spread rumors about me was a relative.
- 2:22:08He spread lies and cut me off for twenty years.
- 2:22:11He was the origin of the rumors.
- 2:22:13I realized this early on.
- 2:22:14The conflict was purely financial,
- 2:22:16and the entire family knew about it and witnessed it.
- 2:22:20That's all. So why is it when a situation happens
- 2:22:24with your father or mother
- 2:22:26or with someone close?
- 2:22:27Our problem is that we feel the more the issue
- 2:22:30involves someone close, the greater the pain it causes.
- 2:22:33Thus, when you realize it and live through the pain...
- 2:22:35Why turn it into a shock?
- 2:22:36Why make it the cause and the "hanger"
- 2:22:40on which your future life is hanged?
- 2:22:43Instead of using it as a motivator, and say, "Despite this situation,
- 2:22:48O God, I focus solely on myself, as You have mentioned in Your book:
- 2:22:52"O you who have believed, upon you is [responsibility for] yourselves.
- 2:22:54Those who have gone astray will not harm you
- 2:22:56when you have been guided." (Al-Maaida:105)
- 2:22:57So, focus on yourself, and as a result,
- 2:23:01you will continue to succeed, which will drive them crazy.
- 2:23:05You’ll notice them talking about you even more
- 2:23:06while you simply watch and smile.
- 2:23:08The more their hatred and inner turmoil grow,
- 2:23:13the clearer it becomes that your success is unsettling them.
- 2:23:16That’s their choice; they choose this awareness.
- 2:23:18You, on the other hand, stay focused on yourself
- 2:23:20embrace gratitude and thank God from your heart.
- 2:23:22With time, these situations will happen again,
- 2:23:25you will accept them, and remain calm.
- 2:23:28Remember, just as to develop your muscles,
- 2:23:31you lift weights
- 2:23:34and endure pain;
- 2:23:36then to increase your awareness
- 2:23:40and strengthen the muscles of your mind, if I may say so,
- 2:23:43savor the pain, remove the situation but feel it,
- 2:23:46in order to develop your mental muscles and
- 2:23:49awareness, so you grow, and it becomes natural.
- 2:23:53Thus, what brings pain to others becomes effortless for you
- 2:23:56because you have developed mental strength.
- 2:23:59To the point where people may wonder,
- 2:24:00"How can you remain calm and genuinely laugh
- 2:24:04while someone speaks negatively about you?"
- 2:24:05I would simply reply, " What? He is free to speak as he wishes.
- 2:24:08May God help him. If he chooses to spill negativity,
- 2:24:10He is spewing filth from his mouth;
- 2:24:12I have nothing to do with it.
- 2:24:13Let him do it; it's his choice. This is his level of awareness.
- 2:24:16Yet, my life and inner peace are shaped by
- 2:24:19my decisions and focus on my God."
- 2:24:23What truly matters is not what others do, but how I choose to do.
- 2:24:25Understood? It is important to realize that the more
- 2:24:30you are properly connected (to God), embracing true acceptance
- 2:24:34and deeply savoring your emotions to perceive what lies beyond them.
- 2:24:41This will lead to greater gratitude and your awareness will increase.
- 2:24:45To the point that you will say it from your heart, by Allah.
- 2:24:47Gratitude for every situation that happened in the past,
- 2:24:50which others may see as bad.
- 2:24:51You have become aware that everything is connected.
- 2:24:54You have become aware that everything is connected.
- 2:24:58Everything happens by divine decree.
- 2:25:03One second, focus on what I will say.
- 2:25:06And make it a ring in your ear,
- 2:25:07and it would be great if you cut that part out,
- 2:25:09took it, and listened to it daily.
- 2:25:13"Say, nothing will befall us except what God has written for us."
- 2:25:20All the details are written for you, not against you.
- 2:25:25It is written for your benefit, not for your harm.
- 2:25:28Every situation your father or mother did, everyone who wronged you,
- 2:25:33every story that happened to you is written to lead to a positive outcome.
- 2:25:40Denying this awareness is what harmed you.
- 2:25:44On the other hand, believing in this awareness is what will benefit you,
- 2:25:48and entitle you to benefit.
- 2:25:50Fighting against this will only lead you astray.
- 2:25:55Instead, Surrendering to it, accepting your emotions,
- 2:25:59and searching for the idea, the true meaning and how you deal with it
- 2:26:03is what will one day lead you to a state of peace.
- 2:26:09You will thank God for the bliss you live in.
- 2:26:12Furthermore, you will look back on the past, with all its events,
- 2:26:15and feel a deep sense of gratitude.
- 2:26:17And thankfulness for all these details
- 2:26:20that led you to this different level of awareness.
- 2:26:23This awareness will leave a unique imprint for you, different from others.
- 2:26:28Further, this is what will make you heal, this state.
- 2:26:31this state.
- 2:26:33Keep in mind, I am not guiding you to meditate,
- 2:26:34rather, I am placing you in a state of awareness.
- 2:26:37It is essential to approach this with practical steps
- 2:26:39through dedicated
- 2:26:43sessions with yourself, sessions where you truly sit with yourself.
- 2:26:46As I mentioned in one of the Lives, master the art of sitting
- 2:26:48with yourself and engaging in deep conversation.
- 2:26:51Recognize your flaws and strengths, embrace them.
- 2:26:52Be kind to yourself. Reflect on your mistakes
- 2:26:56and handle them with awareness.
- 2:26:58Do not be unjust to yourself, and through this process,
- 2:27:00you will begin to rise with full strength.
- 2:27:03If you also want to seek sessions led by
- 2:27:05specialists and inspiring individuals, there’s no problem with that.
- 2:27:07However, approach them with awareness, seeing them as additions,
- 2:27:10small enhancements, like adding fruits to your journey.
- 2:27:12Do not collapse into them as if they are
- 2:27:14your ultimate salvation because they are not.
- 2:27:16Salvation is within you.
- 2:27:17It depends on your mental growth,
- 2:27:18whether through neutrality or rejection and is your own responsibility.
- 2:27:21This is your true salvation.
- 2:27:22Do you have bad meanings that generate bad emotions or not?
- 2:27:25This is what will save you, not situations, circumstances, or events.
- 2:27:29Number six:
- 2:27:31You will be calmer and more aware that everything
- 2:27:34that everything unfolds in its own time.
- 2:27:36Further, all the time, you will be on a delightful journey
- 2:27:39of discovering things in the past.
- 2:27:42You might not realize them now;
- 2:27:43yet their time will come later.
- 2:27:46Focus with me on this part.
- 2:27:50Even if you were to bring the most specialized expert in the world
- 2:27:55on "the inner child and past events, you would still not be able
- 2:28:00to fully understand or know everything that happened in the past.
- 2:28:06This is completely impossible.
- 2:28:11Rather, you will continue throughout your life,
- 2:28:15constantly purifying yourself as layers are gradually peeled away.
- 2:28:18One layer falls away, then another,
- 2:28:23and every four or five years, you will recall a past situation.
- 2:28:26Say, "It’s about time," and deal with it calmly.
- 2:28:30After another four or five years, you will recall another situation.
- 2:28:33While being calm, successful, and enjoying life.
- 2:28:35Then a third, fourth, and fifth situation will arise.
- 2:28:40Do you remember?
- 2:28:42I posted a video a long time ago, maybe two or three years ago,
- 2:28:46I was wearing a blue pajama and suffering from a cold.
- 2:28:54I shared with you that I had discovered one of my attachments.
- 2:28:58At the time, I was successful,
- 2:29:00living a wonderful life, with abundant provision.
- 2:29:03Everything seemed great, but during a certain downfall,
- 2:29:06a situation occurred that changed things.
- 2:29:08I remembered memories from the past, and I felt pain.
- 2:29:11I discovered an attachment I hadn’t noticed before.
- 2:29:14It had been there since childhood, and I hadn’t noticed it.
- 2:29:17When I went through that phase,
- 2:29:19I fully experienced the pain and recorded that video.
- 2:29:22I was with you on that live, analyzing and speaking,
- 2:29:25even though my voice was exhausted.
- 2:29:27I almost lost my voice
- 2:29:30due to a severe cold,
- 2:29:32even though I hadn’t been sick for a long time.
- 2:29:33The phase lasted for two or three weeks, then passed and disappeared.
- 2:29:37And maybe this happens every five years, what’s the problem?
- 2:29:41Why don’t you want this to happen? This is also a mistake.
- 2:29:46There are many people, great coaches
- 2:29:49and amazing scholars,
- 2:29:50when we used to sit on trips or in sessions with them...
- 2:29:53For example, a seventy-year-old, tells us his story, who is
- 2:29:57among the most famous people and has millions in his accounts.
- 2:30:00Someone who is not only highly successful but also truly happy,
- 2:30:03lives in true happiness.
- 2:30:04He discovered an incident at the age of sixty or seventy.
- 2:30:07A long-forgotten incident from his childhood surfaced,
- 2:30:10a difficult situation he had faced.
- 2:30:12When he spoke about it, the pain resurfaced, and he was overcome with tears.
- 2:30:15However, he quickly gained insight into the issue, neutralize it on his own,
- 2:30:17recognized the judgments that he imposed,
- 2:30:19addressed them, and resolved it.
- 2:30:21At some point,
- 2:30:23through your purification,
- 2:30:26If an incident from the past may emerge, what the problem is?
- 2:30:28That’s why we say that the past exists and has an impact,
- 2:30:31but on the other hand, don’t live in constant fear.
- 2:30:32Let it emerge comfortably. What matters the most? What do I do now?
- 2:30:36What do I do now?
- 2:30:38Not to live in the past.
- 2:30:40Sometimes, the one who digs deep, delving into the past,
- 2:30:45to uncover one layer after another, after a third, and a fifth...
- 2:30:51Perhaps they would have emerged separately and calmly.
- 2:30:53Digging into them at the wrong time will result in
- 2:30:56a volcano that you may not be able to handle.
- 2:30:59Unfortunately, some people who lack an understanding of psychology
- 2:31:02and haven't studied it, when they dig too deeply during these sessions,
- 2:31:04they end up causing breakdowns.
- 2:31:05These cases often come to us later, when facing significant breakdowns,
- 2:31:09unable to manage the emotional turmoil
- 2:31:09because they don't have the psychology.
- 2:31:11They don’t understand what’s happening internally
- 2:31:13and are often shocked by the intensity of the situation.
- 2:31:15They’re surprised by the reactions of the person in front of them
- 2:31:17because they’re suddenly digging into deep-rooted issues
- 2:31:20without having studied or understood psychology.
- 2:31:22This can lead the person to experience suffering far greater than
- 2:31:25what they endured before coming to that session
- 2:31:28or engaging in that process.
- 2:31:29That’s why, why would you dig everything suddenly?
- 2:31:32All of us, without exceptions,
- 2:31:34our parents didn’t study everything completely.
- 2:31:37We all have issues from the past, all of us without exceptions.
- 2:31:41Why delve in suddenly?
- 2:31:43Take it gradually, knowing these issues will surface over time.
- 2:31:47Yet, they will never hinder any success.
- 2:31:52They will never hinder any progress in your life.
- 2:31:56All they will do is create negative emotions.
- 2:32:00Good?
- 2:32:01These negative emotions stem from thoughts and convictions.
- 2:32:04Therefore, you must know how to deal with the thought,
- 2:32:06have the ability and knowledge,
- 2:32:08and study how to deal with thoughts to dismantle these issues.
- 2:32:11It doesn’t matter if you didn't recall the past event;
- 2:32:14that's not a problem. Instead, focus on the thoughts.
- 2:32:17For example, someone whose family has experienced poverty
- 2:32:20and holds beliefs about it.
- 2:32:22Their interactions and mindset revolved around poverty's trauma,
- 2:32:25material humiliation, debts, and struggles faced by the father,
- 2:32:28including being evicted from their home and ending up on the street,
- 2:32:31all tied to poverty.
- 2:32:33Yet, he doesn't remember any of this past trauma.
- 2:32:35He enrolled in a course with a specialist who focused on
- 2:32:38dismantling his convictions about poverty.
- 2:32:40The specialist helped him identify and understand
- 2:32:43both the wrong limiting and right empowering convictions he held.
- 2:32:47Over time, he was educated on how to manage money effectively,
- 2:32:49and more specifically, how to protect himself from losses and risks
- 2:32:53through risk management. I’ll pause here for a moment.
- 2:32:57Anyone who deals with money,
- 2:33:00whether in business ventures, services, products,
- 2:33:04the stock market, investments and so on,
- 2:33:09if you haven’t studied money risk management,
- 2:33:15you’re essentially setting yourself up for failure and being ruined.
- 2:33:18It’s crucial to look into it, study it, and truly understand this part.
- 2:33:21Why? Because no one in our families typically knows this.
- 2:33:25I spent a long time figuring it out myself.
- 2:33:27I earned well, but the result was that the money was constantly
- 2:33:29drained by numerous expenses
- 2:33:31since I didn’t have studied risk management.
- 2:33:33I would get involved in projects, earn well,
- 2:33:36but make mistakes that led to money being wasted.
- 2:33:37Or I’d make mistakes and end up spending money to fix them.
- 2:33:40I hadn’t studied it, but once I did, everything changed,
- 2:33:44while I still do not know what situations in my life were
- 2:33:46influenced by my "inner child" that resulted in these issues.
- 2:33:49I’ve met many people in similar situations.
- 2:33:50When we discuss business in companies,
- 2:33:52we always emphasize the importance of this point.
- 2:33:54Study risk management.
- 2:33:55If you’re dealing with the stock market, study risk management.
- 2:33:59If you’re going to invest, if you become aware of the risks,
- 2:34:03you’ll be able to calculate what you’re getting into.
- 2:34:06You’ll know how much you’ll lose if you lose.
- 2:34:10Anyone who studies risks
- 2:34:12knows that if a loss happens,
- 2:34:14or an earthquake or a volcano, they know how much they will lose.
- 2:34:18So, it won’t be a disaster for them.
- 2:34:20In turn, those who don’t study risks will be shocked by the loss.
- 2:34:24They’re caught off guard because they didn’t take the time to study
- 2:34:26or consider all the possibilities,
- 2:34:27or the key points they should have addressed.
- 2:34:32They didn’t properly calculate the risks.
- 2:34:35On the contrary, when they study and consider the possibilities,
- 2:34:37they will have a clear understanding of how much their investment will be.
- 2:34:40Anyone who hasn’t studied risks puts all their money in one basket
- 2:34:42and jeopardizes everything.
- 2:34:43When danger strikes, and they haven’t properly calculated the risk,
- 2:34:45they’re left devastated. All their possessions are lost.
- 2:34:48Why? Because they didn’t take the time
- 2:34:49to study and assess the risks involved.
- 2:34:50This is an example. The reason we don’t study risks
- 2:34:56is that none of our parents studied them, and no matter how much
- 2:34:59trouble or challenges they faced;
- 2:35:01except for those whom God has mercy on.
- 2:35:03This isn’t necessarily about being poor.
- 2:35:04Some may have money, but they still face hardship.
- 2:35:08Some may be struggling with just five pounds,
- 2:35:10others with two hundred, and some with three million;
- 2:35:11this is still a form of hardship.
- 2:35:12Understood?
- 2:35:13It has nothing to do with wealth
- 2:35:15but with the fact that I face hardship with money
- 2:35:18simply because I don't have risk management skills.
- 2:35:22Understood? That’s why it’s crucial to pay attention to this aspect.
- 2:35:26The final point of the positives
- 2:35:29to understand "the inner child" and how to properly address it.
- 2:35:32You will begin now, after this live broadcast, once you understand it.
- 2:35:36Even If you don’t take anything else.
- 2:35:39You will now start the stage of true healing
- 2:35:41without even knowing what happened,
- 2:35:44or knowing the details.
- 2:35:45From now on, as you listen to me,
- 2:35:48healing will increase inside you, and start happening.
- 2:35:52When you changed your information and understood it,
- 2:35:54when you broke "the child" you built and dismantled the image
- 2:35:57you were once captive to and connected yourself to it,
- 2:36:00Thus, you will now begin the stage of healing, success,
- 2:36:03and evolution without waiting for anything, being attached to anything,
- 2:36:06or living in the victim role, and the image will be clear to you.
- 2:36:11You will know for sure how to deal with it, by Allah's will
- 2:36:15This is the general concept of
- 2:36:19"the inner child."
- 2:36:20Now, we will move on to an important part.
- 2:36:23If I have past traumas and events, how do I deal with them?
- 2:36:33Focus with me.
- 2:36:37I will repeat the sentence I said in the middle of the Live broadcast.
- 2:36:40Nothing remains inside you except an image;
- 2:36:44an image filled with details, colors, movement and so on.
- 2:36:48Emotions, sound, and thought.
- 2:36:53Emotions are energy;
- 2:36:56they are the sensory manifestation of the energy within you.
- 2:37:00This is the Buddhism I am telling you about. (Sarcasm!)
- 2:37:02This is how I became a Buddhist.
- 2:37:04Or Hindu, or whatever.
- 2:37:06Emotions are the sensory manifestation of the type of energy present.
- 2:37:12Not in general.
- 2:37:15As some have repressed negative emotions.
- 2:37:18They don't remember them or feel the pain from them.
- 2:37:21Yet, their energy is present and affecting them,
- 2:37:22and they are completely unaware.
- 2:37:25The important point I want you to understand.
- 2:37:28Number one:
- 2:37:29Maybe I remember my childhood problems or circumstances,
- 2:37:36or maybe I don’t remember them but someone has told me about them.
- 2:37:41Perhaps I recall that my father or mother treated me badly,
- 2:37:44or I was kidnapped or hurt by someone.
- 2:37:46But the details have faded from my memory.
- 2:37:49Good?
- 2:37:51Understood?
- 2:37:53The first step you must take.
- 2:37:55"I am sure this was for the best.
- 2:37:58I will savor the pain to discover how this will develop me."
- 2:38:03This is the first step,
- 2:38:06whether you remember the situation or not.
- 2:38:10"One day, I was put in such and such a situation,
- 2:38:12and surely, it was for the best."
- 2:38:15"Say, "Never will we be struck except by what Allah has
- 2:38:18decreed for us;" (Al-Tawba:51) That was decreed for me.
- 2:38:21Although it happened because of what I did, it is still decreed for me.
- 2:38:25"Never will we be struck except by what Allah decreed for us;"
- 2:38:27means that if you do this, this will happen to you, and it is decreed.
- 2:38:29In turn, if you do the opposite, the opposite will happen to you,
- 2:38:31and it is decreed, and both are for the best.
- 2:38:33That's the true meaning of the word "decreed."
- 2:38:34For example, when using a computer, when I right-click,
- 2:38:36a menu appears with options, and it triggers an image
- 2:38:38was decreed a long time ago.
- 2:38:40This is a simplified example of what is decreed.
- 2:38:42It doesn’t mean that you are forced, no.
- 2:38:44It means that anyone who performs a certain action
- 2:38:47will face the retribution for it.
- 2:38:49Similarly, anyone who takes the opposite action
- 2:38:51will receive the retribution assigned to that choice,
- 2:38:53and thus you will be held accountable.
- 2:38:55The critical point is to understand that it is decreed for me,
- 2:38:59even if it is negative, it is for me.
- 2:39:03To develop something inside me.
- 2:39:04To develop something inside me, so right now,
- 2:39:07I will recall and feel the emotions of this situation,
- 2:39:11and I intend to savor them.
- 2:39:14This is number one: start by feeling and tasting them,
- 2:39:18with this awareness.
- 2:39:20Of course, you first need to do a specific exercise to feel
- 2:39:23the emotions and calm the muscle tension and spasms,
- 2:39:26allowing yourself to relax.
- 2:39:27One of the signs of accepting your emotions is being able to relax and truly feel them.
- 2:39:30On the other hand, the signs of not accepting them are feeling tense
- 2:39:32while experiencing them.
- 2:39:34Number two: What meanings did I assign to this situation?
- 2:39:42That question could lead to disasters.
- 2:39:44At first, you may not know the meanings.
- 2:39:47You might not find any immediately, and that’s okay,
- 2:39:49accept that you don’t know.
- 2:39:52It’s all about being neutral:
- 2:39:53"I don’t know, I don’t understand.
- 2:39:57I don’t know what the meanings are, but it is definitely for the best
- 2:40:00and for my own benefit."
- 2:40:02In this way, you will assign a positive meaning.
- 2:40:03This positive meaning alone will heal what you don't know.
- 2:40:06It doesn't matter if you don't, my dear.
- 2:40:07A specialist knows how to bring it out for you.
- 2:40:11However, you are not a specialist, you don't know, it's not a problem.
- 2:40:13Don't complicate things for yourself.
- 2:40:14"I don't know. Still I will assign positive meaning,
- 2:40:16for sure, it is for the best.
- 2:40:20I will give you an example regarding this aspect.
- 2:40:21Anyone...
- 2:40:23Focus with me so you can understand it and smile.
- 2:40:27Anyone who is not trained in earning money, risk management,
- 2:40:35or increasing their livelihood, and who supplicate to God for great provision
- 2:40:43and large sums of money,
- 2:40:47while they didn't train how to deal with money or control their emotions,
- 2:40:52may find that their supplication are
- 2:40:54answered with disasters. These challenges will teach them
- 2:40:58what they didn't learn t reach what they wanted
- 2:40:59and what happens to them is ultimately a result of their supplication.
- 2:41:02Some people end up in debt, losing large sums of money, millions, in fact,
- 2:41:07and fall into suffering and pain.
- 2:41:10As all of these are skills obtained by those who are capable
- 2:41:11of earning and managing money.
- 2:41:12Therefore, you supplicated for this, and it came to you,
- 2:41:15but you didn’t connect the events together.
- 2:41:18Instead, you treated the situation as a disaster.
- 2:41:21It's like you supplicated for muscles,
- 2:41:24and God provided you with a gym and all the necessary equipment.
- 2:41:26So use them!
- 2:41:27Come on, live it, don’t just sit there complaining,
- 2:41:29"This is too heavy! My arms hurt! My legs are sore! Oh no, my abs!"
- 2:41:34What’s the problem, man? Didn’t you ask for muscles
- 2:41:37so you could compete in bodybuilding?
- 2:41:38Well, now you have a gym!
- 2:41:39Every piece of equipment is designed to strengthen a specific muscle.
- 2:41:42You supplicated for great provision, and the gym showed up.
- 2:41:44This applies to everything: Emotions, money, debts, risks.
- 2:41:49Think about how you react when you're in debt
- 2:41:51and someone asks you for payment. Do you run away, or do you face it?
- 2:41:54Learning to deal with these challenges is part of your growth.
- 2:41:56If you don’t learn, money will never come to you.
- 2:41:58It’s simple, what’s happening to you now
- 2:42:00is the result of your own supplication.
- 2:42:01But no one ever stops to realize this.
- 2:42:04Therefore, it's important to realize this, even if I don't know
- 2:42:10the cause or the meaning I assigned; it is for good, so calm down.
- 2:42:17Everything that happens is decreed for me.
- 2:42:21It happens for my own benefit, not to me.
- 2:42:25It is decreed for me to benefit.
- 2:42:29It is decreed for my benefit, not against me or to me.
- 2:42:34In colloquial terms, I don’t say it happens to me, but for me,
- 2:42:38it happens to me for my benefit.
- 2:42:41In formal Arabic, it's decreed for me
- 2:42:42not to me, because they sound similar in colloquial, but the meanings differ.
- 2:42:48So, It doesn't happen to me, but for me, if we say it in colloquial terms.
- 2:42:52" That happens for me!"
- 2:42:54" For me, my father and mother did this."
- 2:42:57For me, I was put in this situation, so, understand that it's for your benefit.
- 2:43:03In formal Arabic, I would say that is decreed for me.
- 2:43:06Not against me.
- 2:43:07It is decreed for my benefit, not against me. When you embrace this,
- 2:43:11your mind begins to perceive the positive meaning,
- 2:43:13allowing healing, benefiting and growth,
- 2:43:16making you entitled to goodness. Understood?
- 2:43:18This is just one stage.
- 2:43:19What comes next is crucial: understanding myself and my true worth.
- 2:43:26And it all begins with studying forgiveness
- 2:43:29and how people choose to forgive.
- 2:43:33Because you will never be able to forgive others before you forgive yourself.
- 2:43:36Understand forgiveness first.
- 2:43:37So I forgive myself, then I forgive others.
- 2:43:40This is all part of the process to heal anything in your life.
- 2:43:43And we are talking about it today, and you still don't know what happened.
- 2:43:47Thus, you will start reaping the rewards...
- 2:43:50By the way, if you only studied how to forgive yourself
- 2:43:54once you do, I swear that after a session
- 2:43:58of self-forgiveness, you will feel a sense of bliss right then.
- 2:44:03Although you haven’t yet addressed your inner child,
- 2:44:06you start by forgiving yourself for past mistakes
- 2:44:09and accepting the ones that happen along the way.
- 2:44:12From there, you'll begin to understand how to harness your energy.
- 2:44:17It would be great to delve into energy
- 2:44:19because everything from the past transforms into emotion;
- 2:44:23and emotions are energy.
- 2:44:25The more you cleanse your energy, the more all these things...
- 2:44:29For example, If there are fifty thousand situations,
- 2:44:31it equals fifty thousand cups of energy.
- 2:44:33The situation is stored within you as emotions.
- 2:44:36Once you release those emotions,
- 2:44:38you can remember the event without the emotions attached to it.
- 2:44:41It happened, but there’s no energy or emotion.
- 2:44:43If you've studied energy and know how to release it, that’s great.
- 2:44:46But if you haven’t yet, then focus on seeking forgiveness.
- 2:44:49Since it's very crucial.
- 2:44:50Seeking forgiveness is primarily for cleansing energy.
- 2:44:52I have made a complete file titled, "The Psychology of Seeking Forgiveness."
- 2:44:56I haven't uploaded it yet, sorry, as many things have piled up.
- 2:45:00I will finish them gradually and upload it.
- 2:45:03I will keep my promise, but the timing has not been decided yet.
- 2:45:09So work on seeking forgiveness, as it is the greatest cleanser of energy.
- 2:45:14For "the inner child," the outer child, and the child in between (Joke!).
- 2:45:18Seeking forgiveness empties all the accumulated energy
- 2:45:21from any event or situation in your life.
- 2:45:24Pay attention: any influence from others that you internalize
- 2:45:34means you have wronged yourself.
- 2:45:35You've imposed judgments, harbored negative emotions,
- 2:45:37and committed a collection of sins.
- 2:45:42Only Seeking forgiveness can cleanse all of that.
- 2:45:44Furthermore, you have committed a collection of wrongdoings towards others,
- 2:45:48and only the positive actions can cleanse it, the good deeds.
- 2:45:50This was the first level of seeking forgiveness.
- 2:45:52The next level, known as repentance in religious terms.
- 2:45:56This means that seeking forgiveness and repentance
- 2:45:57in the religious sense solves
- 2:45:58any problem related to "the inner child,"
- 2:46:01but it must be done with full awareness
- 2:46:03Repentance is connected to behaviors and actions,
- 2:46:07whether towards others, even your body, or those around you.
- 2:46:14As I explained in the psychology of repentance,
- 2:46:16it begins with stopping the bad action.
- 2:46:19However, stopping the bad action alone
- 2:46:20doesn’t mean true repentance has occurred;
- 2:46:21it’s just the first step.
- 2:46:24For repentance to be complete, you must follow it with a good deed.
- 2:46:27Only then can it be considered truly fulfilled.
- 2:46:28Repentance is not just about parroting, as some people do when they say,
- 2:46:30"I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You." No, that’s not enough.
- 2:46:32You haven't done anything; you're simply parroting words.
- 2:46:38It's like saying, "Close the laptop" when you haven't actually closed it.
- 2:46:42If I asked you to open the bottle and empty it, I need to do it physically.
- 2:46:49Just repeating, "Open the bottle and empty it,"
- 2:46:51without taking action doesn’t achieve anything.
- 2:46:54Seeking forgiveness and repentance are actions, not just words.
- 2:46:58Saying it over and over without action accomplishes nothing.
- 2:47:01Unfortunately! That's why I used to attack these inherited beliefs
- 2:47:03regarding this point, and I created two in-depth videos to explain it further.
- 2:47:09Repentance means engaging in acts of benevolence
- 2:47:12and being creative in doing beneficial things for others,
- 2:47:15to add value or improve their lives by sharing useful information.
- 2:47:18There’s so much you can do.
- 2:47:20The best time to practice benevolence is now.
- 2:47:26For example, today—praise be to Allah, as I’m presenting this live,
- 2:47:28there are 9,500 people with us, Allah bless,
- 2:47:33and when it’s available on YouTube,
- 2:47:34millions will have the opportunity to watch it.
- 2:47:36This benevolence balances anything bad
- 2:47:38you have done in your life,
- 2:47:41thus, it creates balance for you.
- 2:47:43This is the law of divine right,
- 2:47:45when I practice benevolence by offering something valuable,
- 2:47:47whether it's sharing beneficial information or providing
- 2:47:50something that benefits those who watch me grow in their lives,
- 2:47:53that is true benevolence.
- 2:47:54You have your own YouTube channel, your ideas, and the people around you,
- 2:47:56including your neighbors.
- 2:47:57The greatest form of benevolence starts with those closest to you,
- 2:48:01your father, your mother, your spouse, and your children.
- 2:48:03Start practicing benevolence.
- 2:48:04The more you diversify your acts of benevolence,
- 2:48:07the more you avoid the negative effects of the bad things from the past,
- 2:48:10some of which you may not even be aware of.
- 2:48:12As a result, your path shifts, and the law of your entitlement
- 2:48:15aligns with a more positive direction.
- 2:48:17Understood? Those who don't understand cause harm
- 2:48:20and commit wrongdoings. As they wish.
- 2:48:22You will always find them living in hell, suffering, and pain,
- 2:48:25and it is their choice.
- 2:48:26You are the one who decide and begin doing acts of benevolence.
- 2:48:30Pay attention.
- 2:48:32Seeking forgiveness and repentance are important
- 2:48:36to enable you to be entitled to...
- 2:48:39If you attend a session with a specialist who is qualified
- 2:48:43or you find something deep that you've tried to deal with but couldn't,
- 2:48:47seek out specialists who,
- 2:48:48by Allah’s grace, have become widely available across the Arab world.
- 2:48:51Seek out a specialist after you've done what was mentioned.
- 2:48:54To be entitled to benefit from your session.
- 2:48:56I will share a secret with you, and this ...
- 2:49:00It’s something I didn’t start doing until I fully understood
- 2:49:04the concept of entitlement. Once I grasped it,
- 2:49:07I began to change the way I conduct my sessions.
- 2:49:09Before, I was very eager—someone would come to me,
- 2:49:11I’d conduct a session, do a cleansing, and they’d feel better,
- 2:49:14more at ease, and leave. But after seven days,
- 2:49:17it was as if nothing had changed.
- 2:49:19I would go crazy since we did something great, that's impossible.
- 2:49:23In turn, I find someone else, conduct a session with them,
- 2:49:26and by Allah's grace, they’re thriving, their life is wonderful,
- 2:49:29everything is great, and they no longer need to come back again.
- 2:49:34I realized that all of this is about entitlement.
- 2:49:36Whoever has not sought forgiveness and repentance,
- 2:49:38meaning they continue to commit wrongdoings, mistakes, and sins;
- 2:49:41I swear by Allah they will not be entitled to live in bliss.
- 2:49:44Even if they are the greatest person on Earth, highly developed,
- 2:49:47studying medicine, pharmacy,
- 2:49:51psychology, energy, or anything else,
- 2:49:52they won’t be able to do anything for themselves.
- 2:49:54What I’m saying is summarized in one verse.
- 2:49:56"The recompense of an evil deed is its equivalent,
- 2:49:58and humiliation will cover them."
- 2:49:59"They will have from Allah no protector."
- 2:50:01"They will have from Allah no protector."
- 2:50:03"They will have from Allah no protector."
- 2:50:05"It will be as if their faces are covered
- 2:50:06with pieces of the night - so dark [are they]." (Yunus:27)
- 2:50:08These are often the ones who seem to get lost in sessions and courses.
- 2:50:12They keep trying, yet nothing seems to be beneficial to them.
- 2:50:14Why? Because they are still committing wrongdoings.
- 2:50:16This is why one of the most common things you'll hear me address,
- 2:50:20though some may say, "Man, that's enough."
- 2:50:21They don't realize the impact of
- 2:50:22wrongdoings, mistakes,
- 2:50:25gossip, slander, and passing judgment.
- 2:50:28They are the most frequent wrongdoings in our lives.
- 2:50:31Our interactions, theft, and pirated stuff,
- 2:50:34such as movies and stolen books, all are wrongdoings.
- 2:50:38All of this is the cause of experiencing pain and suffering.
- 2:50:42If you haven’t stopped that, then "They will have from Allah no protector."
- 2:50:46There's no way!
- 2:50:49Understood? Therefore, it is very important to seek forgiveness
- 2:50:52and repent. This is very important.
- 2:50:55Pay close attention.
- 2:50:57Don’t adopt the approach of either all or nothing, black or white.
- 2:51:02As soon as you intend to start improving and developing,
- 2:51:05you are now on the track of the repentant.
- 2:51:08Don’t exaggerate the matter, thinking that you’ve done a lot.
- 2:51:15You don’t have to stop everything, what’s the problem?
- 2:51:16Calm down, take your time and start.
- 2:51:21Then, you will reap the rewards of your very first positive deed.
- 2:51:25God knows you, your level of awareness, and your knowledge.
- 2:51:28So start with a sincere intention and witness the transformation in your life.
- 2:51:33Understood?
- 2:51:34It is important to pay attention to these.
- 2:51:36The next stage, as we mentioned, is to seek out the help of specialists
- 2:51:40and to pursue learning in order to start adding what I couldn't do before,
- 2:51:42or what I want to start delving into benevolence.
- 2:51:48Now that I have become calm, I have begun reaping
- 2:51:50the fruits of my efforts. Focus with me.
- 2:51:52I have started seeing marvelous results,
- 2:51:55and I want to grow even more.
- 2:51:58But if you still find nothing and feel like your life is ruined, No.
- 2:52:01That means you haven't truly worked on what you're doing.
- 2:52:04That's what I'm telling you, when I studied these topics,
- 2:52:07I made a decision regarding the sessions.
- 2:52:08When someone needs a strong session for themselves, I tell them,
- 2:52:11"Why should I trouble myself with you? You need to do this,
- 2:52:14then come back to me."
- 2:52:16When they begin and strive,
- 2:52:20based on my study of the topic of entitlement I will recognize their effort
- 2:52:23even if it’s simple, they didn't delve but still make an effort and strive.
- 2:52:27So, what I will do, will add something thus I can conduct the session.
- 2:52:31If not, so I apologize and tell them not to come back again.
- 2:52:36There are people I’ve told not to return.
- 2:52:38Why? Because they came expecting you to do everything for them.
- 2:52:40Man, I am not...
- 2:52:41Sometimes I tell them an annoying word.
- 2:52:43But this is the truth: "I am not a broom to cleanse.
- 2:52:48I am not your servant. Purify yourself first,
- 2:52:49and then I will come to help complete the process.
- 2:52:51I have the knowledge that can help,
- 2:52:53but I am not here to serve you or be your broom."
- 2:52:58You keep accumulating up and then coming to me, why?
- 2:53:01It doesn't work like that. Learn the basics first,
- 2:53:03and I have the experience to help you.
- 2:53:05I will help you with my experience, which will save you time,
- 2:53:08but start first.
- 2:53:09Develop yourself first.
- 2:53:10Start with being entitled to be purified and to fix your life.
- 2:53:15Don’t live in the role of a victim, in pain,
- 2:53:17committing wrongdoings, and making mistakes.
- 2:53:19Yet, you want your life to be amazing! No.
- 2:53:21Pay attention to this part and all these points,
- 2:53:24by Allah's permission, you will see that everything will fall into place
- 2:53:26and go as wonderfully as possible.
- 2:53:30We'll take a few quick questions from those submitted by the audience.
- 2:53:34In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
- 2:53:38In the name of Allah, in the name of Allah, in the name of Allah.
- 2:53:42There is someone.
- 2:53:45Or I came across a question that many people ask.
- 2:53:48We have identified the root of the problem here.
- 2:53:53Many people wrote, "I don’t know how to forgive."
- 2:53:58Read, search, and learn;
- 2:53:59the journey begins with understanding how to heal from within.
- 2:54:04I will share with you important steps that will help you forgive,
- 2:54:08but the topic is not just about forgiveness.
- 2:54:10Maybe one day I will do something about it. Allah willing!
- 2:54:12Remind me later to do something in-depth
- 2:54:14about the topic of forgiveness.
- 2:54:17Let’s call it the psychology of pardon. Allah willing!
- 2:54:20The important point is that I won’t be able to forgive,
- 2:54:26unless I acknowledge that we are all equal;
- 2:54:31if I'm trying to forgive another person,
- 2:54:33we all have positives and negatives.
- 2:54:37That was number one.
- 2:54:38Second, don’t pass judgment, as you won’t be able
- 2:54:40to forgive anyone you have judged.
- 2:54:45For example, I can’t forgive my overly harsh, nagging husband.
- 2:54:51You label him harsh and nagging, so how will you forgive him?
- 2:54:53He will remain harsh for the rest of his life.
- 2:54:56Why did you pass this judgment?
- 2:54:57"My cruel, unjust husband, I want to forgive him."
- 2:55:01How can you forgive anyone, you’ve judged?
- 2:55:03Or," My nagging, moody wife,"
- 2:55:04how can you forgive her while imposing such judgments?
- 2:55:08"My moody husband who gives me a hard time." Why?
- 2:55:13So, number two: let go of judgments.
- 2:55:18Number three, and this is important for forgiveness and letting go:
- 2:55:25Understanding that it is not he who did this to me.
- 2:55:30He is not the cause.
- 2:55:33No, I am the one responsible.
- 2:55:35There is no Deity but You; glory be to You.
- 2:55:38Indeed, I was among the wrongdoers.
- 2:55:40"O God, I have done something that makes me
- 2:55:44deserving of harm through this person.
- 2:55:47He is a messenger from You; I will not be angry with him.
- 2:55:52I have done something; this is my retribution from You, O God,
- 2:55:54through this person."
- 2:55:56Therefore, I have come to realize that everything that happens in life
- 2:56:00is from my God, but through causes.
- 2:56:04This cause could be a virus or bacteria,
- 2:56:07it could be a person, it could be anything.
- 2:56:10But it is from my God.
- 2:56:11"Say, "All [things] are from Allah." So what is [the matter] with
- 2:56:16those people that they can hardly understand any statement?" (An-Nisaa:78)
- 2:56:19Are you with me?
- 2:56:21Therefore, it is very important to realize that it is from God,
- 2:56:25but, because of something I have done.
- 2:56:28I wronged myself, made a mistake, or committed a wrongdoing,
- 2:56:30and then I received retribution from Allah. So, it is all from Allah.
- 2:56:33When I do something positive, it comes to me from Allah.
- 2:56:38"Say, 'All is from Allah.' "
- 2:56:40Therefore, it is important to pay attention...
- 2:56:43How does it come from Allah?
- 2:56:44I seek forgiveness from Allah.
- 2:56:46Does God Himself descend to punish me, or does He use causes?
- 2:56:50It comes through causes; this is what happens.
- 2:56:52So, I need to, focus with me,
- 2:56:57respect this cause, as it is from Allah.
- 2:57:00Moreover, I begin to research this topic.
- 2:57:02Let’s assume someone is causing harm right now
- 2:57:06and creating a big problem.
- 2:57:08It is important to take steps to prevent the harm accordingly.
- 2:57:12Allah said in the Qur'an, "So whoever has assaulted you, then assault
- 2:57:14him in the same way that he has assaulted you." (Al-Baqarh:194)
- 2:57:15Maybe someone is hitting you,
- 2:57:16and you have the right to defend yourself.
- 2:57:19But even while defending yourself, remain aware.
- 2:57:23Pay attention to what I'm saying,
- 2:57:25as what I'm explaining might seem difficult or exaggerated.
- 2:57:30It was difficult for me too, at one point.
- 2:57:33However, after going through many stages of forgiveness,
- 2:57:35it has become easier for me now.
- 2:57:37So now, when I react or defend myself, I do not hold a grudge,
- 2:57:41desire revenge, or intention to harm or cause pain.
- 2:57:44Instead, I am simply in a state of defense, thinking,
- 2:57:48"You made me do this.
- 2:57:51If you don’t stop, I will take this action.
- 2:57:52You’ve put me in a position where I need to defend myself,
- 2:57:54because I won’t allow you to harm me.
- 2:57:55You’re forcing me to do such and such.
- 2:57:58You made me do that."
- 2:57:59Therefore, because of your aggression, I will defend myself,
- 2:58:03and when I do, because I am responsible for what happens in my life,
- 2:58:06I won’t allow this to happen. If there’s harm from you,
- 2:58:08I will take action. Understood?
- 2:58:10In turn, some people believe that forgiveness means
- 2:58:12becoming a fool, but on the contrary, it doesn't.
- 2:58:13If you don't stop someone when they wrong you,
- 2:58:15you're misinterpreting the concept.
- 2:58:17I will definitely take action, and sometimes, I will take firm stances.
- 2:58:22However, while doing so,
- 2:58:23I remain free from malice, categorization, and judgment.
- 2:58:33And if they stop what they’re doing,
- 2:58:35I will quickly shift back to a state of forgiveness.
- 2:58:39I will quickly move to a state of pardon.
- 2:58:41To be in a state of forgiveness and acceptance of others' mistakes.
- 2:58:47So, as you take these necessary steps, gradually,
- 2:58:49step by step, you will easily
- 2:58:52reach a state of forgiveness. This was a quick answer.
- 2:58:55Let’s move on to the next question.
- 2:58:56In the name of Allah, does anyone else have questions or not?
- 2:58:59In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious.
- 2:59:08Okay, there are some people.
- 2:59:13Some say that they wrong themselves a lot.
- 2:59:17I created a meditation a long time ago in Sel Video episodes.
- 2:59:19It is titled,
- 2:59:20"The Meditation of Freedom, I am sorry, my self."
- 2:59:23This is a very important meditation.
- 2:59:25It will greatly help you in dealing with yourself
- 2:59:29during the phase when you were wronging,
- 2:59:32suppressing, or pressuring it, and so on.
- 2:59:35Therefore, it's very important that you take benefit it,
- 2:59:38and it is available on YouTube.
- 2:59:40It’s titled "The Meditation of Freedom, I am sorry, my self."
- 2:59:43Is there anyone else?
- 2:59:44In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious.
- 2:59:49In the name of Allah.
- 3:00:00Someone wrote, "Sincerely, the information I received
- 3:00:02about "the inner child" helped me gain control over my actions,
- 3:00:05especially when I feel they’re a bit exaggerated.
- 3:00:08Furthermore, it helped me to focus on the real causes,
- 3:00:10making me more understanding and aware."
- 3:00:12Good, I’m not sure where you got this information from;
- 3:00:14did you learn it from me, now, or from someone else?
- 3:00:15That's wonderful!
- 3:00:15That's why I always say, guys,
- 3:00:17I’ve provided you with the foundation and the information.
- 3:00:20So, when you hear someone speaking about the topic of the 'inner child,'
- 3:00:24see if they guide you toward a victim mentality
- 3:00:27or if they offer information that increases awareness,
- 3:00:29making you realize that you are responsible
- 3:00:31and the focus should be on thoughts, how to control them,
- 3:00:33and dealing with emotions, helping you reach a state of contentment.
- 3:00:35Because there is something very dangerous....
- 3:00:40Someone wrote, "With so many
- 3:00:44coaches talking about the 'inner child,'
- 3:00:45I started wondering, what is this child who never grows up?
- 3:00:48Does he not intend to? Will he always remain a child?
- 3:00:50When will he finally grow up? It's getting annoying!" (Joking!)
- 3:00:55I liked this comment! What I mean is...
- 3:00:59Focus with me.
- 3:01:01Many people are naturally drawn to everything new.
- 3:01:07Good?
- 3:01:09Instead of simply saying that at some point, there are emotions,
- 3:01:13childhood traumas, and ways to deal with them, the same information
- 3:01:18is often repackaged under the concept of "the inner child."
- 3:01:21It’s essentially the same thing, sometimes presented
- 3:01:24as a method for cleansing.
- 3:01:26Each time, a new, catchy name appears,
- 3:01:29but when you look at the root, it all traces back
- 3:01:32to past events you rejected.
- 3:01:35When you rejected those events, they caused harm;
- 3:01:37if you had accepted them, healing would have taken place.
- 3:01:39This is the essence of everything,
- 3:01:40breaking it down to its fundamental elements.
- 3:01:43The names that emerge from time to time,
- 3:01:46unfortunately, are often influenced by people's preference
- 3:01:48for flashy and trendy terms. So, be mindful of this.
- 3:01:50You should learn to break everything down into its basic elements.
- 3:01:52By doing so, you will find that everything becomes smooth and simple, by Allah’s will.
- 3:01:57Diving too deep when you're not ready can mislead and confuse you.
- 3:02:00You may already know this information but recognize it
- 3:02:04under different names.
- 3:02:05For example, energy is energy and all energy schools deal with energy.
- 3:02:10However, everyone deals with it in a certain way
- 3:02:13and gives it a specific name.
- 3:02:14So sometimes they call it this, and others call it that,
- 3:02:16and you'll find new names from time to time. This will never end.
- 3:02:20If today there’s something called Reiki, something called Prana,
- 3:02:22and something called Vita,
- 3:02:26in 5 or 10 years, you’ll find five new names.
- 3:02:30Another 10 years later, there will be five more.
- 3:02:32But in the end, it’s all energy.
- 3:02:34They all work the same way.
- 3:02:36Yet, people are naturally drawn to anything new.
- 3:02:37The car is the same.
- 3:02:39It has an engine, a steering wheel, brakes,
- 3:02:42fuel, doors, and window, all the same.
- 3:02:46Yet, from time to time, someone develops a Mercedes, another a BMW,
- 3:02:50adding some details here and there.
- 3:02:51Eventually it's still a car. You should know that.
- 3:02:55The foundation is the same, and there are details added.
- 3:02:58So, I should understand that, to avoid getting distracted.
- 3:03:01Know the basics, so when additional details come to you,
- 3:03:04you can see if you need these details or not.
- 3:03:09Don’t just chase after everything new.
- 3:03:11There is a car, for example, that they add Wi-Fi in. Do I need it or not?
- 3:03:14There is a car that stop itself when the person in front stops.
- 3:03:17Do you need it or not?
- 3:03:17There are types and shapes.
- 3:03:20There is a car in this shape. Do you need that shape or not?
- 3:03:24Do you seek appearance, or do you seek power?
- 3:03:26Do you need it small or large?
- 3:03:28It's all details. Just like in the physical realm,
- 3:03:31this happens in the realm of energy and awareness.
- 3:03:34It's all additional details, and I will also tell you a crucial principle.
- 3:03:37Just as there are people who speak positively,
- 3:03:38there are those who speak negatively.
- 3:03:40Thus, You have the freedom to choose;
- 3:03:41those who speak positively will absorb
- 3:03:43what is beneficial and take it in.
- 3:03:44On the other hand, those who speak negatively and attack energy
- 3:03:46will only receive from those who perpetuate negativity and
- 3:03:48will remain trapped in this cycle throughout their lives.
- 3:03:49Just like there are people who attack Islam,
- 3:03:51generalizing the actions of certain radical groups
- 3:03:54and condemning the entire religion based on these factions,
- 3:03:56you’ll also find people spreading misinformation about energy
- 3:03:59and attacking the entire field. The awareness is essentially one.
- 3:04:02The thoughts are also the same,
- 3:04:03and everything that happens in life continues throughout our ages.
- 3:04:08However, this applies to many different things.
- 3:04:09Now, the same is happening with energy;
- 3:04:10in the past, people attacked typewriters
- 3:04:11and cars, just as some once prohibited cars.
- 3:04:13Some even once prohibited fish.
- 3:04:16Others even considered shrimp forbidden (Joke!),
- 3:04:19and some were afraid of fish.
- 3:04:22So, anyone who reads in the field of awareness and human development
- 3:04:27will notice that every thing goes through the same stages.
- 3:04:31The essential factors may vary, but the process of reshaping and renewal
- 3:04:36often confuses people.
- 3:04:38So, you need to be aware of the basics.
- 3:04:41Therefore, by the grace of God, and from someone who studied this,
- 3:04:44I designed the academy courses as a comprehensive curriculum.
- 3:04:47So you don’t distract yourself, take things easy.
- 3:04:50The curriculum called "The Bliss curriculum,"
- 3:04:51starting with "The Power of the Word and Thinking,"
- 3:04:53"Attraction Applications," "Invading the Energy Field,"
- 3:04:55"Bioenergy and Self-healing,"
- 3:04:57and "The Laws of Entitlement."
- 3:04:58I follow a curriculum.
- 3:05:01"The curriculum of Good Life" is related to soft skills,
- 3:05:04such as: "Ultimate Reassurance," "Interactions," and "Life Partner."
- 3:05:08I follow a curriculum, I take gradual steps.
- 3:05:12Whoever enters an open buffet without paying attention
- 3:05:14and doesn’t understand what they are eating
- 3:05:16is the one distracting themselves.
- 3:05:18So, calm down and take things gradually.
- 3:05:19Don't rush. I will say a sentence to conclude.
- 3:05:25From my experience in sessions with people, most of the information
- 3:05:32that could benefit you in what you're going through now,
- 3:05:36you already know, yet, you're not implementing it.
- 3:05:40I will repeat the sentence again.
- 3:05:42From my experience in sessions and when meeting people,
- 3:05:47most of the information you receive
- 3:05:50may not fully free you,
- 3:05:51yet, it will guide you and create a shift that
- 3:05:54helps you develop and elevate to a higher stage,
- 3:05:57where you will be entitled to learn more, conduct a session,
- 3:06:03or attend a course. You have it, but you haven't applied it.
- 3:06:09The surprise is that someone might pay and attend a course
- 3:06:13while they already have the necessary information to
- 3:06:15deal with what they're going through,
- 3:06:17yet, they are still searching for something new.

- 3:06:32However, I remain thirsty.
- 3:06:37"- My throat is dry, and I need a drink."
- 3:06:40- Man, there's something called a bottle.

- 3:06:55They say, "I know this information."
- 3:06:57You know, How delightful! (Sarcasm!)
- 3:06:58Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to this information.
- 3:07:02May God make all your days like paradise and bliss.
- 3:07:05I hope I have thoroughly addressed the topic of "the inner child."

- 3:07:11This is my point of view; no one monopolizes truth or correctness.
- 3:07:16This is my role before God is to clarify the positive and negative aspects.
- 3:07:20And by God's grace, I said everything I wanted to say
