  1. 0:01I'd like to explain that Kinesiology is
  2. 0:04a modality that I've worked with for 30
  3. 0:07years it actually helps us to look at
  4. 0:10the body and understand what's happening
  5. 0:12for the body by doing muscle testing the
  6. 0:15muscle testing actually activates the
  7. 0:17central nervous system and allows the
  8. 0:20body to tell us everything the body
  9. 0:22knows about the person and it allows you
  10. 0:26to find out what the problem is that the
  11. 0:28person may be facing and also how then
  12. 0:32to correct whatever is going on it gives
  13. 0:35both the problem and the
  14. 0:39solution okay good morning and thank you
  15. 0:41everyone I'd like to invite Andrew to
  16. 0:43come on over and be my assistant for
  17. 0:46this morning um what I'd like to do is
  18. 0:50uh do a demonstration with uh
  19. 0:52Kinesiology so yes if we could have your
  20. 0:55get it off jacket off that would be
  21. 0:58greato shoes yeah and if you want to
  22. 1:01loosen your
  23. 1:03tie first thing that I establish is the
  24. 1:06strength of a muscle so Andrew is
  25. 1:08naturally stronger than I am and if I
  26. 1:11push on his muscle there's nothing
  27. 1:13happening so I turn off the belly of one
  28. 1:16of the muscles it's related to his
  29. 1:19stomach Meridian and the muscle goes
  30. 1:21weak I turn it back on again and the
  31. 1:25muscle reinstates itself so I can now
  32. 1:27just turn that off or turn turn it on
  33. 1:31and his body is going to allow me to
  34. 1:33work into his
  35. 1:35system so muscle testing is the movement
  36. 1:39of muscle which is uh Kinesis and it
  37. 1:42allows you to take the strength of the
  38. 1:45muscle in comparison to the weakness of
  39. 1:49a muscle and the way to achieve that is
  40. 1:51to turn off the belly of the muscle and
  41. 1:55allow it just to relax for a little
  42. 1:57while so by press pressing into the
  43. 2:00center and shortening the belly of the
  44. 2:03muscle you can actually turn the muscle
  45. 2:06off and then by re stretching it and
  46. 2:09strengthening it will regain its own
  47. 2:12strength so if I demonstrate with my
  48. 2:14muscle and then I turn my muscle off by
  49. 2:18pinching in it allows the muscle to
  50. 2:21release so it relaxes and then if I
  51. 2:24stretch it it will allow it to come back
  52. 2:26on so it's it's giving you a yes no
  53. 2:30answer to the question that you're
  54. 2:34asking so I now ask Andrew can I have
  55. 2:37permission to work with him is there any
  56. 2:39reason that I shouldn't do that so his
  57. 2:43body is working with me so I'm going to
  58. 2:45put his body and my knowledge together
  59. 2:48and I do that in what we call a circuit
  60. 2:51so it's the same as putting a USB stick
  61. 2:53into a computer thank you Neil so I'm
  62. 2:57going to ask Andrew for demonstration
  63. 2:59purpose is whether we can go through his
  64. 3:01body very quickly and understand what's
  65. 3:04happening in his system and his body
  66. 3:06says yes we can do that so we ask for
  67. 3:09the body to show me any imbalances that
  68. 3:12are happening at this point in time so I
  69. 3:16ask then how he is in relationship to
  70. 3:19himself with his masculinity how he is
  71. 3:22with his softer uh side we check on his
  72. 3:27brain and we check on his thought
  73. 3:30processes his hydration and he's not
  74. 3:33drinking enough water so he should see
  75. 3:36Brad a little
  76. 3:37later so the hydration Factor through
  77. 3:40the hair is letting me know that he
  78. 3:43doesn't have enough fluid in his system
  79. 3:46we check on his eyes his ability to see
  80. 3:49his Direction in life his breathing his
  81. 3:53teeth his
  82. 3:54saliva and his
  83. 3:57hearing and so those are the Essentials
  84. 4:00that we need to have working before we
  85. 4:02do anything else so we then go in and
  86. 4:05ask his body how his emotional levels
  87. 4:07are and we ask how his stomach is how
  88. 4:11his spleen is then his heart his small
  89. 4:17intestines and his kidneys his bladder
  90. 4:21and his sexual self we look at the
  91. 4:24triple warmer we look at the gallbladder
  92. 4:27and we look at the liver so he's got
  93. 4:29something happening in his liver so we
  94. 4:32could then ask him what's annoying him
  95. 4:34what's frustrating him or what is he
  96. 4:36cross about there could be something
  97. 4:39because the liver isn't at the moment
  98. 4:42transposing his food and his fluids into
  99. 4:46the correct energy so his liver is not
  100. 4:48being a good chemist shop at the moment
  101. 4:51so he may need some help with that then
  102. 4:54we look at the lungs and the large
  103. 4:57intestine so I'm actually working on the
  104. 5:00lymphatic points so I'm not actually
  105. 5:02doing full muscle testing which is quite
  106. 5:04tiring for both myself and the person
  107. 5:07but we're actually doing the lymphatic
  108. 5:09testing so then we come back and ask
  109. 5:12what's overworking in the body so we
  110. 5:15have the liver that's not functioning
  111. 5:17well enough so we now check on the over
  112. 5:19energy so we go through and we check to
  113. 5:23find out on the meridians this time
  114. 5:26actually what's happening in his system
  115. 5:29and it's saying that his gallbladder and
  116. 5:32his liver are not as happy as they
  117. 5:35should be so they're forcing him to keep
  118. 5:37going so they're pushing his energy too
  119. 5:40far and his liver is not functioning
  120. 5:43well enough so the liver is having a
  121. 5:46swinging effect in his body at the
  122. 5:48moment then we have a look at his glands
  123. 5:52because you need your glands they're the
  124. 5:54bosses of the body and if they're not
  125. 5:56working well the carburetor of the whole
  126. 5:58car isn't working so nothing's going to
  127. 6:00happen so we check on the glands in the
  128. 6:03body and find out if there's anything
  129. 6:06that's causing him a problem from that
  130. 6:10level so we check and
  131. 6:16ask and it's saying kidneys so therefore
  132. 6:20we would need to check with Andrew
  133. 6:21whether he's drinking enough and it came
  134. 6:24back with his hydration wasn't okay so
  135. 6:27it would probably mean he'd need
  136. 6:29something in his water to help him to uh
  137. 6:32hydrate properly so it could be an acid
  138. 6:35it could be an alkaline it could be a
  139. 6:37carbonation or it could be a juice so he
  140. 6:40would need a carbonation and then we'd
  141. 6:42look at the hormonal level as to what
  142. 6:45that carbonation would be so we would
  143. 6:48need to go to um the masculine end or
  144. 6:51the feminine end or somewhere in the
  145. 6:53middle so it's the masculine end he
  146. 6:56would need so we would probably have to
  147. 6:59utilize something like ginger beer into
  148. 7:03his water to help him hydrate and drink
  149. 7:06his water and actually feel as though
  150. 7:09his thirst is
  151. 7:11quenched so it's it's um how does the
  152. 7:16thought of ginger beer and your water
  153. 7:18work with you yeah okay so um we would
  154. 7:22need about a quarter so one quarter of
  155. 7:26ginger beer would help him to digest his
  156. 7:31water so then we move on and find out if
  157. 7:34there's anything else then we ask on his
  158. 7:36body levels so if his body is fine his
  159. 7:41mind his emotions his strength his
  160. 7:45sexuality his timing his placement his
  161. 7:48nature his personality his work his
  162. 7:51finances he's worried a little about his
  163. 7:54finances he could be making too much or
  164. 7:57he might not be making enough
  165. 8:00so we'd have to go into that um so then
  166. 8:03we look at his um his family uh whether
  167. 8:08he's got aged aged parents his
  168. 8:11relationship and then we look into the
  169. 8:14spirit and into his webbing which is how
  170. 8:17we encase ourselves and stay well so um
  171. 8:22we then find out how much stress he's
  172. 8:25carrying so we would ask out of a
  173. 8:28hundred and in when I first started 30
  174. 8:31was normal these days around 90 is
  175. 8:34normal but with Andrew how much stress
  176. 8:36is he carrying he's got 10 20 30 40 50
  177. 8:3960 70 80 90 100 he's going to go through
  178. 8:42the
  179. 8:43100 so to 110 120 130 so he's going to
  180. 8:49pull up at around about 312 3
  181. 8:53133% so something is pushing him at the
  182. 8:56moment to be more stressed than he needs
  183. 8:58to be
  184. 9:00you willing to share it no
  185. 9:03okay
  186. 9:05damn so um but that's the sort of thing
  187. 9:09that we actually do and from that then
  188. 9:13we would chart this information and we
  189. 9:16would then uh look at what does the body
  190. 9:19want to do to actually complete this to
  191. 9:23actually put it back together again so
  192. 9:25we can ask on the liver whether he would
  193. 9:28need to take some liver
  194. 9:31supplementation whether he would need to
  195. 9:33take something that would support his
  196. 9:35liver in food whether he would need to
  197. 9:37chew his food more um do you eat in a
  198. 9:42hurry uhhuh so we come back and check on
  199. 9:46his teeth and ask his TMJ and his
  200. 9:49chewing ability how many times does he
  201. 9:52need to chew so we'd need to do 2 4 6 8
  202. 9:5510 12 14 16 18 20 he would need to to
  203. 9:59chew his food 20 times per mouthful to
  204. 10:02actually allow the liver to get the food
  205. 10:06in a mated way enough for the liver then
  206. 10:08to make the proper chemicals for his
  207. 10:11Vitamin and mineral intake do you think
  208. 10:14you could manage to do that I'll try my
  209. 10:15best he try his best that's great okay
  210. 10:19so very simply what would help Andrew
  211. 10:22who's pretty fit would make a difference
  212. 10:24for him to actually chew more thoroughly
  213. 10:27and to actually put ginger beer in his
  214. 10:30water so as a demonstration um and we
  215. 10:34would need to get his stress levels down
  216. 10:37so be that um more relaxation be that
  217. 10:41more planning be that
  218. 10:43meditation um it could be a form of
  219. 10:46exercise so we would have to look into
  220. 10:48finding out what it was that would help
  221. 10:50him to reduce his stress levels at the
  222. 10:54end of a session most people feel
  223. 10:57lighter they feel feel relieved they
  224. 11:00feel as though a great stress or a great
  225. 11:03weight has been taken off the body um
  226. 11:06many of them stand up and afterwards and
  227. 11:09they say I haven't felt this good or I
  228. 11:13haven't felt this tired for a really
  229. 11:15long time so the body will go to
  230. 11:18whatever it needs as a as a result but
  231. 11:21it helps the body then to let go of what
  232. 11:25the body's been holding it allows the
  233. 11:27body to um um recuperate to
  234. 11:31rehabilitate um to do clearing work and
  235. 11:36I put the circuits into the legs so that
  236. 11:39allows the person to continue to work
  237. 11:42with the process that we've done with
  238. 11:45every step that they take so it means
  239. 11:48that the work is very ongoing for a long
  240. 11:50time and that usually gives the person a
  241. 11:53great chance for
  242. 11:56clearing thank you very much for
  243. 11:58listening and please come along and have
  244. 12:00a healing with your body
  245. 12:03mechanic
