- 0:10manuscript and you would practice your
- 0:12presentation numerous times beforehand
- 0:15you would eventually reduce those
- 0:16detailed outlines to what we call
- 0:18speaking notes just keywords or phrases
- 0:21only about three to five words per line
- 0:23your speaking notes would end up looking
- 0:25like a bulleted list of items you
- 0:27planned to talk about you put those on a
- 0:29note card or a small pad of paper and
- 0:31you just refer to them when you need to
- 0:33during the speech
