  1. 0:00If I woke up with zero dollars tomorrow
  2. 0:01and wanted to become a millionaire,
  3. 0:02here's what I would do in 2026. So, step
  4. 0:04one, I determine these three things.
  5. 0:06Number one, knowledge, what you know,
  6. 0:07number two, skills, what you know how to
  7. 0:09do, and number three, environment, which
  8. 0:10is the things that will influence your
  9. 0:12behavior, which is who and what you
  10. 0:13surround yourself with. Step two, decide
  11. 0:15who to sell. I like to choose one of the
  12. 0:16three P's, something painful you came
  13. 0:18out of, something that you're passionate
  14. 0:20about, or some profession that you just
  15. 0:22got out of that you can do for yourself.
  16. 0:23Your target avatar should hit these four
  17. 0:25boxes. Step three, choose what to sell.
  18. 0:27Make sure the product or service is what
  19. 0:29I call unique, expensive, sticky, air.
  20. 0:31So, unique in that only you can do it,
  21. 0:33no one else can. Expensive in that you
  22. 0:35can charge way more than it cost you to
  23. 0:36deliver it. Sticky in that customers
  24. 0:38want to keep buying it again and again
  25. 0:39and again. And air in that it's
  26. 0:41infinitely scalable. Level two, scale.
  27. 0:43So, step one, get them to buy. There's
  28. 0:45four core ways you can get people to
  29. 0:46find out about the stuff you sell.
  30. 0:48Choose one of them. And eventually in
  31. 0:49the future, you could group these four
  32. 0:50types of people to get leads and
  33. 0:52customers for you. Step two, get them to
  34. 0:53give you money. Easiest way to start,
  35. 0:55help people for free, get them results,
  36. 0:56get testimonials, and then ask the next
  37. 0:58people to pay. To close any sale, use
  38. 1:00the closer framework. After you get
  39. 1:01paying customers, move to step three,
  40. 1:03increase how much every customer is
  41. 1:05worth. These are the eight main ways you
  42. 1:06can do this. Step four, scale with
  43. 1:08people. At a certain point, you'll need
  44. 1:10to hire people outside of yourself who
  45. 1:11has have experience in things you don't
  46. 1:13know how to do. Now, there are five main
  47. 1:14reasons people don't know how to do
  48. 1:16their job. Solve the how with the three
  49. 1:18D's. [music] Step five, build on the
  50. 1:20three pillars of business. Acquisition,
  51. 1:22so marketing and sales, delivery,
  52. 1:23fulfillment, customer service, that's
  53. 1:25all the front-facing stuff, and then you
  54. 1:26have the third pillar, back office, the
  55. 1:28operations, finance, legal, payroll, HR,
  56. 1:30recruiting, that kind of stuff.
  57. 1:31Level three, keep your advantage. Step
  58. 1:33one, understand leverage. Leverage is
  59. 1:34how much you get per unit of work or
  60. 1:37effort. So, here's some different forms.
  61. 1:38Step two, don't interrupt compound it.
  62. 1:41Ignore shiny opportunities, what I call
  63. 1:43the woman in the red dress, pick one
  64. 1:44channel, one offer, one avatar, and
  65. 1:46don't change anything until you get to a
  66. 1:48million dollars. Ignore everything else.
  67. 1:49[music] Step three, keep getting better.
  68. 1:51Do lots, get feedback, compare, find
  69. 1:54what winners have that losers don't,
  70. 1:56apply that across content, ads, sales
  71. 1:58calls, customers, everything. [music]
  72. 1:59Step four, treat your goals like a
  73. 2:01relationship. How much do you love your
  74. 2:02goal? What are you willing to give up in
  75. 2:04order to keep it? Outlier outcomes often
  76. 2:06require outlier sacrifice.
