- 1:28if we have anybody who was around for um
- 1:31Front Liners conference in 2024. We were
- 1:34in Singapore for that. So that was
- 1:36great. Yeah.
- 1:37>> Beautiful, [laughter] beautiful,
- 1:38beautiful. Well, just before we kick off
- 1:40um as you know, we've got a very
- 1:42beautiful agreement uh with the Hello
- 1:44World Travel Group. Uh we've got a anou
- 1:48memorandum of understanding which gives
- 1:49us at least three years of working very
- 1:51very closely together and more
- 1:53importantly on famil.
- 1:57So if anyone's traveling to Singapore,
- 2:01you're more than welcome to reach out to

- 2:24via our YouTube channel.
- 2:41All right. Is that being shared?
- 2:43>> Uh, is it working yet?
- 2:44>> Not just yet.
- 2:46>> Okay,
- 2:50>> there we are. Very good.
- 2:52>> All right, we're there.
- 2:54>> Beautiful. All right, excellent. Let's
- 2:56kick this off. So, everyone, I'm
- 2:59Anthony. Uh, I look after the leisure
- 3:00and trade side here at STB for Australia
- 3:03and New Zealand. Uh, shout out if
- 3:05there's any Kiwis jumping into. Uh, so
- 3:08today I'm going to be covering a brief
- 3:10overview on Singapore. I will share some
- 3:12of my favorite places, what's new in
- 3:15terms of restaurants, bars, attractions,
- 3:17and a little bit more. Please sit back,
- 3:19relax, and uh let's head off to
- 3:22Singapore.
- 3:26So Singapore or the little red dot as
- 3:28some people call it is this bustling
- 3:30cosmopolitan city with now over 6.04
- 3:34million people. This mixing pot of
- 3:37cultures enables travelers to ignite
- 3:39their passions and be part of a
- 3:41multitude of stories. Uh so English is
- 3:43widely spoken and there's other there's
- 3:45four other languages in Singapore. So
- 3:47most who live there are bilingual and
- 3:49speak English, uh Mandarin, Malay and
- 3:52Tamil. Also, they celebrate each other's
- 3:55traditions. Yes, that means so many more
- 3:57public holidays, which is really, really
- 3:59cool.
- 4:02So, located off the southern tip of the
- 4:04Malay Peninsula, Singapore is the
- 4:06world's only island city state. Say that
- 4:10a few times. And consists of 64 islands,
- 4:13which a lot of people don't know. Now,
- 4:15some um you know have people habitat. Uh
- 4:19others aren't. Now the land mass is
- 4:21growing constantly. At the moment it's
- 4:23734 km square and Singapore is the
- 4:27second smallest country in Asia. So
- 4:29we're just teenytiny. Since we don't
- 4:31judge things by its size, uh Singapore
- 4:34boasts two cruise terminals. You've got
- 4:35the Marina Bay Cruise Center, Singapore
- 4:38and the Singapore Cruise Center. So
- 4:40please make sure you know which terminal
- 4:42your clients will be accessing. Um with
- 4:45everything in English, it's really so
- 4:46easy to get around Singapore.
- 4:51Okay, speaking about getting around from
- 4:54the airport, you have the train, you've
- 4:56got the taxis that get you to downtown.
- 4:58It only takes 25 to 30 minutes depending
- 5:00on traffic. Other types of
- 5:02transportations you find in Singapore
- 5:04include the bumbboat, uh, and there's
- 5:06also the cable car, too. The bumbboat is
- 5:09used along the Singapore River, while
- 5:11the cable car provides access to Sentosa
- 5:14and is a stunning way to see Singapore
- 5:15from a different perspective. I do
- 5:17highly recommend taking the cable car
- 5:19from Mount Faber to Sentosa as the views
- 5:22are spectacular, especially in the
- 5:24morning, but more importantly um when
- 5:26the sun's hitting uh or going to sunset.
- 5:29Um on the way back, I'd stop off at dusk
- 5:31if you get the chance at Mount Faber
- 5:33too. Um great meals, great cocktails.
- 5:35Okay, I'm talking about restaurants
- 5:37already. I'll stop there. Let's go back
- 5:38to transport. Uh of course, food's
- 5:40everything to do with Singapore. But the
- 5:42MRT, which is the train network, is the
- 5:46best way to get around Singapore. What I
- 5:48do recommend is buying the card, um the
- 5:52MRT card when you get to Singapore. You
- 5:54just go to the train stations, you just
- 5:55ask them for the card. It costs $5 and
- 5:58then you can put $10 on the card and
- 6:00pretty much 2 three days. You you're not
- 6:02going to be using it. And if you do, you
- 6:04can always top up because the
- 6:05transport's super cheap, too. Now, we
- 6:08all have Uber. We all know Uber. Um,
- 6:10they've got this uh alternative over
- 6:13there which is called Grab. G R A B. I
- 6:16recommend downloading the app here in
- 6:18Australia or New Zealand before you head
- 6:20because it's easier to put your credit
- 6:22card here than doing it over there. Um,
- 6:25and Grab picks you up anywhere and
- 6:27everywhere.
- 6:30All right. Um, I'm going to stop for a
- 6:32moment and just ask all of you who
- 6:33travels to Singapore. Right. So, we've
- 6:35got a few different social portraits.
- 6:38I'd love to know which one you think you
- 6:40are. And it's okay to be more than one.
- 6:43So, the majority of people who travel to
- 6:45Singapore are special occasion
- 6:46travelers, so it's a momentous occasion.
- 6:49Then you've got the active travelers,
- 6:51family bonders, the culinary explorers,
- 6:54the wellness seekers, um, who love the
- 6:56hiking or the spars, and then you've got
- 6:58the city explorer. So, I'll just have a
- 7:01sip of water and um yeah, if you want to
- 7:03just put into the chat which portrait do
- 7:06you see you
- 7:17this is really important and I'm just
- 7:18going to stop here for just a quick
- 7:20moment as well. It's important when
- 7:22clients ask you or they say to you,
- 7:24"Look, I've been to Singapore many times
- 7:25or you know, it's been 10 years. I I you
- 7:28know it's just not for me anymore. Find
- 7:30out where they are in their in their
- 7:33life. Uh because I can guarantee you
- 7:35there's something new or something very
- 7:37different that you can actually fit into
- 7:39an itinerary that will suit them and
- 7:41excite them as well. So I'm going to
- 7:43tackle a few of those points.
- 7:48But before we need to educate everyone
- 7:51about the SG arrival card so you can
- 7:54download the app. Okay. um which is my
- 8:00mobile app. Now this is the easiest way
- 8:03to get to Singapore. So within 3 days
- 8:05you need to complete this form. Now for
- 8:07those that travel then to Singapore to
- 8:09head to Bintan or to head to the Maldes
- 8:14um or even to Malaysia to Denal. So,
- 8:17there's so many um yeah, so many ways to
- 8:20kind of go back and forth, but this is
- 8:22the easiest way to come in and out and
- 8:24you must complete the form if you go
- 8:26into Bintan and heading back into
- 8:28Singapore as you return.
- 8:32All right, highlights of 2025. So, one
- 8:36of the most popular hotels for Aussies
- 8:38and Kiwis is this Artisan Singapore.
- 8:41Artisan Singapore is a modern lifestyle
- 8:43hotel that offers 142 beautifully
- 8:47spacious suites with all of them having
- 8:51their own balconies, which is unheard
- 8:53of. Um, and people are going, "Well,
- 8:55hang on. It's hot in Singapore, so why
- 8:57would I be sitting on the balcony?"
- 8:58Well, this building's been created to
- 9:00actually drop the temperature
- 9:01significantly, so you can actually sit
- 9:03on the balcony, have a wine, enjoy the
- 9:06view, but it's been very cleverly
- 9:08designed to to kind of yeah, reduce the
- 9:12temperature. Um, and it's like an oasis
- 9:14in in a bustling kind of city, too. But
- 9:17the closest area is Orchard Road. So,
- 9:19it's a great way to then head down to
- 9:20Orchard Road to go and do some shopping.
- 9:23Um, but one of the best parts of this,
- 9:25of course, is the swimming pool. So,
- 9:27it's got this gorgeous rooftop swimming
- 9:29pool. Uh, and yeah, please go and check
- 9:31this one out. They love entertaining
- 9:33travel agents from Australia and New
- 9:35Zealand. Another favorite is the
- 9:37Mandrean Singapore in Duxton. Now, what
- 9:41they've done here is this is part of
- 9:43Chinatown or in Chinatown area, which is
- 9:45very much the old traditional styles um
- 9:48of shopouses, but they've actually kept
- 9:50a facade to make it blend into the old
- 9:54Singapore. Um, so you got this beautiful
- 9:56new kind of building up the top, but
- 9:57you've got the old facade and shopouses
- 9:59at the bottom. It's 302 guest rooms. Um,
- 10:02and they've also got shophouse suite, so
- 10:04do feel like you're actually staying in
- 10:06a shop house. Um, this incredible,
- 10:08again, infinity rooftop pool, which
- 10:10gives you beautiful views of the old and
- 10:12new Singapore. Uh, and more importantly,
- 10:14they've got their own nightclub in the
- 10:16bar uh in the in the hotel.
- 10:21All right, a couple of highlights.
- 10:23You've got the beautiful Raffle Sentosa
- 10:25Singapore. This is an allnew and a first
- 10:28all villa hotel featuring 62
- 10:31contemporary villas each with its own
- 10:34private pool, terrace, garden, tropical
- 10:37garden, and you get your own butler,
- 10:39too.
- 10:40Another one I want to highlight is 21
- 10:42Carpenter. Now, this is where historical
- 10:44Chinatown meets vibrant Kark Key. Now
- 10:48this place they and I'll just want to
- 10:51highlight here you can see in the
- 10:52picture there's a bit of the old part at
- 10:54the bottom and then they've created the
- 10:55new building at the top when they were
- 10:57doing some excavation and this is a
- 10:59heritage listed list listed building
- 11:00they actually discovered some letters uh
- 11:04dating back to the early 20th century
- 11:07and they've kept these letters and
- 11:09they've actually plked or put them into
- 11:11a plaque and put them on the roof in the
- 11:14hotel and these I love letters uh and
- 11:17some will is saying like, you know, the
- 11:19moon is bright. Um, I look forward to
- 11:21seeing you tonight. So, very, very
- 11:24lovely messages um from the clans. But
- 11:26yeah, definitely worth a little visit.
- 11:28And then the brand new Mandai Rainforest
- 11:31Resort by Bunan Tree. And I'm saying
- 11:33brand new because every time I'm there,
- 11:35it just shines so bright. Now, this
- 11:38property is located at Mundai, which is
- 11:40where the zoo is. So for families or
- 11:43anyone who's very much into the
- 11:45wildlife, then I'd recommend staying at
- 11:48least two nights here. And the reason
- 11:50being is is that you've got five
- 11:52zoological parks uh to explore and uh
- 11:56like even two days, you won't get
- 11:57through it all, but uh at least it gives
- 11:59you that ample time.
- 12:03All right,
- 12:04food, which is what we love. Now I'm
- 12:08going to highlight a couple here. So
- 12:09we've got synthesis. Synthesis is this
- 12:11beautiful traditional
- 12:13um well let me take you back. This young
- 12:16guy loves the traditional Chinese
- 12:19medicine. So when he was a kid his
- 12:20parents used to take him to this ch
- 12:22traditional Chinese medicine shop and
- 12:24every time he was sick they made this
- 12:26concoction and off you know he was
- 12:27feeling better. So what he was like when
- 12:29he was older he's like well you know
- 12:30what I could actually incorporate some
- 12:32of the traditional Chinese medicine into
- 12:34food and drink. Um, and those who may
- 12:36have seen this presentation before, it's
- 12:38always about healthy drinking in
- 12:39Singapore. So, why not have a cocktail
- 12:42and feel good at the end? So, Synthesis
- 12:45is a modern Asian fusion bar and
- 12:47restaurant, but it's a hidden place, so
- 12:50you do need to ask around to find out
- 12:52where it is. Um, but I can tell you it's
- 12:54at Sante City for those. Great for
- 12:56families for lunch and early dinner. Um,
- 13:00but yeah, it's got a really vibrant,
- 13:02energetic life.
- 13:05Speaking about speak easys, um only
- 13:08recently learning about this one. Uh so
- 13:10this is Mad DM. So Mad DM takes you back
- 13:13to the 80s and '9s. And again, it's a
- 13:16bit of a hidden place. So it looks like
- 13:18a traditional candy store shop front. Um
- 13:21and you can find things from the 80s and
- 13:2390s there, which is pretty cool for
- 13:25nostalgic value. Uh then you go through
- 13:27this hidden door and yeah there's
- 13:29cocktails, beautiful snacks, bars.
- 13:32Um and yeah, it's like going back in
- 13:34time.
- 13:36Okay, now this is a new one I tried. Uh
- 13:40Kotua, it's a Michelin rated Indian
- 13:44restaurant. Now all I could tell you is
- 13:48this. I was blown away not only just by
- 13:50the flavors that burst in your mouth but
- 13:53literally the environment, the service,
- 13:56the food. Now this is located this new
- 13:58area called New Baru. Now what Singapore
- 14:01did, they converted this old schoolhouse
- 14:04into restaurants, bars, but also an
- 14:07educational precinct. So you can learn
- 14:08about coffee or you could make leather
- 14:10goods. Um, and it really just comes to
- 14:13life at night. It's probably about 15
- 14:16minutes um in a Grab or in a taxi um
- 14:20from probably I'm going to say
- 14:21Chinatown. So, very convenient location,
- 14:24but um put this on the list cuz I don't
- 14:26think many people know or have heard of
- 14:28this before.
- 14:32Okay, Mr. Bucket Chocolate Tea. One of
- 14:35our favorites and top selling
- 14:37attractions. So, Mr. Bucket, uh again,
- 14:40it's just these young guys are like, I'm
- 14:42in love with chocolate. I want to travel
- 14:44the world, learn all about chocolate and
- 14:46learn about how you can bring chocolate
- 14:48and make it sustainable. So he was a big
- 14:51fan of Charlie in the chocolate factory
- 14:52for obvious reasons, Mr. Bucket
- 14:54Chocolier. And this has become a
- 14:56destination in itself. So you learn
- 14:58about chocolate, you get to make
- 14:59chocolate, and you get to eat chocolate.
- 15:02Who doesn't love chocolate?
- 15:05So once you've kind of filled your
- 15:07stomach with some chocolate, I highly
- 15:09recommend going just around the corner
- 15:12um and you've got Museum of Ice Cream.
- 15:15Now this is a 14, let's just say
- 15:17separate installations where each
- 15:19installation has unlimited ice cream for
- 15:22you to have. Great for families, great
- 15:25for kids, but more importantly, it's
- 15:26great for adults to become kids. You got
- 15:28full permission to run around like a mad
- 15:30child. So good luck. All right. Um, we
- 15:33got the Sky Helix on Sentosa, which is
- 15:36Singapore's first open air panoramic
- 15:38attraction. And you've also got the
- 15:39Slingshot at Clark Key, which is really
- 15:41cool.
- 15:44So,
- 15:46the Palawan at Sentosa. So, this opened
- 15:48last year. The Palawan is a 10,000
- 15:52square hectare uh, let's just say
- 15:54entertainment precinct to say the least.
- 15:57Uh, and yeah, it covers so much now to
- 16:00do on Singapore. There's beach bars for
- 16:04adults only for kids as well. Um, not
- 16:07kids only of course, but you know, for
- 16:09kids and family. Uh, you've got
- 16:11beautiful restaurants and you've got
- 16:12some major attractions which I'm going
- 16:14to cover through now.
- 16:17So, Hydra Dash, this is pretty cool for
- 16:20kids, but surprisingly there's more
- 16:22adults that are doing this than anything
- 16:23else. And you do spend more time in the
- 16:25water than actually on the obstacle
- 16:26course, but it's so much fun. We've got
- 16:29Ultra Golf, which is an 18hole beachside
- 16:31course with two T positions. Again,
- 16:33great for like hens, barks, families,
- 16:36all that kind of stuff. Then we've also
- 16:38got the Palaman food trucks, too, which
- 16:40brings a whole bunch of authentic
- 16:42flavors from Singapore and the world.
- 16:46Okay, now this is incredible. This is a
- 16:50first for Asia. This is Hyperdrive. It's
- 16:52a three-level indoor go-kart racing
- 16:55track. But more importantly is it
- 16:58becomes the game of carts. Now, if those
- 17:01who may know what game of carts are,
- 17:03basically things light up in front of
- 17:04you. You can drive through the hologram,
- 17:07which powers you up or gives you the
- 17:09opportunity to slow down your opponent.
- 17:11So then you can actually, it's really
- 17:13interactive. Um, all participants must
- 17:16be at least 9 years old and 130 cm tall.
- 17:19But the good news is they've actually
- 17:21got tandem carts as well, so adults can
- 17:24actually take their kids. How cool is
- 17:26that?
- 17:30Okay, Splash Tribe. Perfect for
- 17:34families. Plus 12 is an adult
- 17:38uh club on the beach. It has separate
- 17:41levels which some have their own plunge
- 17:43pool. Um, surprisingly some DJs from
- 17:45around the world will just rock up and
- 17:47do a set, which is pretty cool. you do
- 17:49need to pre-book because we're competing
- 17:51with the rest of the world. Uh so I
- 17:53highly recommend pre-booking a cabana.
- 17:55Um if you got 10 people, it becomes very
- 17:57cost effective as well. Uh but
- 17:59definitely check that one out. Oh, it's
- 18:01great food too and cocktails.
- 18:04Now, Sensory Escape opened up in March
- 18:08um last year with Sensory Escape. this
- 18:11they've created this augmented kind of
- 18:13reality lighting and audio visual kind
- 18:15of effect that happens at nighttime and
- 18:17they've got separate show different
- 18:18shows but if you can kind of take the
- 18:21word center escape they've got five
- 18:23zones which literally attract each of
- 18:25our senses this passageway connects uh
- 18:29the um the cable car basically from
- 18:32Sentosa
- 18:34all the way down to the palawan
- 18:39all right any Harry Potter fans Please
- 18:41send me a message. Put her hands up. I
- 18:43want to know.
- 18:46Jacqueline, I see you. Anyone else?
- 18:48Please.
- 18:49All right. Because this is not going to
- 18:50be there for much longer. We've just
- 18:52heard it's been extended till this
- 18:54September. Yep. Good. Love the hands up.
- 18:56Thank you, everyone.
- 18:58Now, any Harry Potter fans, this is
- 19:01incredible. This is again a first.
- 19:03There's nothing like it. Uh there is
- 19:05something similar um in Europe, but
- 19:08again they've gone to another level
- 19:10here. But uh it's a self-guided journey.
- 19:13You actually get given a physical wand
- 19:15that you can use to do spells uh and
- 19:18things do happen. And I've put there my
- 19:20own picture of the chamber of secrets
- 19:23where the door opens and yeah, it's
- 19:26pretty magical. Uh they've done a great
- 19:28great job here and it incorporates Yeah.
- 19:31the visions of magic. It's yeah, it just
- 19:33takes you into the movie scenes. So, I
- 19:35highly recommend doing this.
- 19:39All right, what's new in 2026?
- 19:42So, bear with me. Um, a lot has changed.
- 19:46So, Rainforest Wild Adventure. So, we're
- 19:49excited to announce the opening of
- 19:51Rainforest Wild Adventure, the newest
- 19:54expansion to the Monday Wildlife
- 19:56Reserve. So, from the 20th of May, so
- 19:59it's only just happened, they've opened
- 20:00this new area, this new park. They've
- 20:03extended Rainforest Wild Asia, um, and
- 20:08they've integrated it with the
- 20:09Rainforest Wild Adventure. So, there's
- 20:11an east zone and a west zone now. Now,
- 20:14what makes this really unique and
- 20:16different, it's the first of its kind of
- 20:18an adventure zoo park. So you can rock
- 20:22climb, you can abs sail, you can go
- 20:24trekking, there's all these things that
- 20:27you can do and there's animals around
- 20:30you. So it's pretty cool there. Like
- 20:33they've again something I've never seen
- 20:35before, but um I highly recommend
- 20:37checking this one out. Then the new
- 20:40Singapore Oceanarium. So this is three
- 20:42times larger than the SEA aquarium that
- 20:44was there. Now, if you've been to SEA
- 20:47Aquarium, I would highly recommend
- 20:49checking the Singapore Ocean Arearium
- 20:51because they've got this installation
- 20:54that actually brings back to life marine
- 20:57animals that inhabited our oceans from
- 21:00centuries ago, which is just incredible.
- 21:02So, you do feel like you've actually
- 21:04stepped back in time. Now, not only
- 21:06that, they've got this interactive zone
- 21:08where there's prawns. You put your hands
- 21:10in water and the prawns actually clean
- 21:12your fingernails.
- 21:15That's their job. That's what they love
- 21:16doing. Um, they've got this incredible
- 21:19conservation elements both at the zoo
- 21:21and oceanarium which I do recommend
- 21:24learning about. Uh, because the rest of
- 21:26the world are looking at how Singapore
- 21:28do this to look after the marine and
- 21:30animals and it's just incredible. So,
- 21:32yeah, I'd love this part. Oh, and
- 21:36Universal Studios Singapore opened up
- 21:37Minion Land which is very, very awesome
- 21:39for the kids. But more importantly,
- 21:42Nintendo World is being built, which is
- 21:45going to be an absolute gamecher for
- 21:47Singapore. So, keep an eye of those
- 21:50opening dates.
- 21:52New properties that have opened is the
- 21:54new Met Singapore. Now, this is a
- 21:56one-of-a-kind and truly an exceptional
- 21:58property. It's located in the heart of
- 22:00Singapore's Fort Kenning Park. So, you
- 22:04are literally surrounded by greenery.
- 22:05feels like you're I don't know, you
- 22:08you've just been transported as well
- 22:10back in time and into Lush Forest. The
- 22:12hotel is very boutique. Uh 84 rooms and
- 22:15suites and it's only minutes from
- 22:17Orchard Road. Guests have a choice of
- 22:20five restaurants and bars. They do this
- 22:22incredible apparel spritz evening with
- 22:25pizza for like 50 S dollars, which is
- 22:27incredible. Um so again this is one to
- 22:31put on your books and if you are heading
- 22:33there they do help show agents the
- 22:37property. Um another beautiful property
- 22:40is the Varrell. So this is a tribute
- 22:43portfolio hotel by Marriott. The new
- 22:45Varel is located close to Singapore's
- 22:47Brush Basar District which is the arts
- 22:49and culture educational entertainment
- 22:52area. um very much uh just a kind of
- 22:56like a good hub of a spot to actually
- 22:58get to where you want to go to.
- 23:01Now, one of my favorites is Mama Shelter
- 23:04Singapore. And I'll tell you why this is
- 23:06one of my favorites. They have happy
- 23:09hour, which runs from 8:00 a.m. all the
- 23:12way through 900 p.m.
- 23:15And I'll just repeat that. Happy Hour
- 23:17runs from 8:00 a.m. all the way through
- 23:209:00 p.m. Now, if you can see from this
- 23:22picture, this is a picture that I took.
- 23:24This whole place comes to life. So, I
- 23:26was there at midday and it was packed.
- 23:29Then they have live bands,
- 23:32then there's singing and yeah, it's just
- 23:35like I I don't know. I've never seen
- 23:36this kind of style in Singapore, but um
- 23:38I didn't even see the rooms because I
- 23:40just stayed downstairs. It was just so
- 23:41much happening with food, wine. Yeah, it
- 23:43was great fun. But go and check this one
- 23:45out.
- 23:48Now, if you're staying at Mandai, then
- 23:50there's two brand new uh let's just say
- 23:54uh enhanced attractions that's happened.
- 23:56We've got Explorer. So, Explorer is this
- 23:59exciting uh digital multimedia
- 24:03attraction. It's only opened on the 3rd
- 24:06of March and it spans this impressive
- 24:0910,000 square meter next generation
- 24:12edutainment experience. So, what that
- 24:15means is they've got five different
- 24:16zones or let's just say they call them
- 24:18realms. So, you got the realm of the
- 24:20giants. Um you have um it's a micro
- 24:24world. There's all these different
- 24:25realms. Now, you go in and it's a whole
- 24:27LED globe kind of let's just say
- 24:30experience. Uh, I did only one and it
- 24:33took about 45 minutes and we were
- 24:35transported back to the prehistoric time
- 24:38and you are completely 360 immersed and
- 24:42yeah, I've again something I've never
- 24:44seen. It's the latest of technology. Uh,
- 24:47you don't have to wear goggles or
- 24:48anything like that. And yeah, please put
- 24:51this one on. The other one is Minecraft.
- 24:53So Minecraft's only there for a short
- 24:55period of time until the 13th of
- 24:57September. It's got it's about 55 60
- 25:01minutes as an attraction, but it's a
- 25:03very much uh an action-packed
- 25:06attraction. So, you are definitely
- 25:07working to get through the zones and
- 25:09each zone has its own uh let's just say
- 25:13mark to achieve uh and you can actually
- 25:16work with friends and family at the same
- 25:17time.
- 25:20All right,
- 25:22so that's kind of the latest at the
- 25:23moment that I can share. There's still
- 25:25much more to come uh towards the mid to
- 25:27end the year. Now, those who are
- 25:29transiting through Singapore, travelers
- 25:31can experience a free Singapore tour. We
- 25:33still have this available. Um so,
- 25:35eligible travelers must transit between
- 25:375 and 1 half hours to 24 hours and
- 25:39adhere to all entry requirements. Okay.
- 25:45We've also got the free bike rental
- 25:46transit pass uh transit uh experience.
- 25:49All passengers with the layover at
- 25:51Changi airport are eligible for a free
- 25:532-hour bicycle ride. Uh so simply make
- 25:56the booking through uh the Changi play
- 25:58pass or through the Changi app. It's
- 26:00very very easy to do.
- 26:05We offer a lot of tools for agents into
- 26:07the trade. We've got our website uh as I
- 26:10mentioned the my eco mobile app which is
- 26:12must be downloaded for all or please
- 26:14download it for all visitors uh cuz it's
- 26:16easy to complete the form. We got our
- 26:18social media channels, Facebook and
- 26:20Instagram, and we've also got our
- 26:22YouTube channel, which we've got all the
- 26:23latest videos and updates, too.
- 26:30Ladies and gentlemen, Aussies and Kiwis,
- 26:32I just want to thank you for the
- 26:33opportunity to present um this update.
- 26:35We look forward to welcoming you in
- 26:37Singapore. Uh now, it's time for some
- 26:40Q&A. Jacqueline, over to you.
- 26:43>> Oh my goodness, what an update. And I
- 26:46think you are right, Anthony, when you
- 26:47say even if people have been to
- 26:48Singapore a year ago or two years ago or
- 26:50a few years ago, there is so much new
- 26:52and exciting that's happening that it is
- 26:54always worth a visit. For sure.
- 26:57>> I reckon that rainforest um wild
- 26:58adventure has my name all over it.
- 27:01[laughter]
- 27:01>> That looks like a lot of fun and
- 27:03educational. And actually the one where
- 27:05you said edutainment, that is a word
- 27:07that I have not heard before, but I
- 27:10>> I feel like something that is great,
- 27:12right? It's fun, but you're learning
- 27:13something at the same time. We were
- 27:15blown away. I'm not kidding you. You're
- 27:17in this room and it's like I It's so
- 27:20hard to explain, but think of it like a
- 27:22circular ride and you're standing there
- 27:24and the ride lifts you up and then
- 27:26you're completely surrounded by these
- 27:28screens. Now, it's not overwhelming at
- 27:30all, but it's overwhelming to see the
- 27:31visuals coming to life and it feels like
- 27:33you're right there in this timeline. And
- 27:35I only did one of the worlds, so I can't
- 27:37wait to go back and do the rest.
- 27:38>> Well, then see, there you go. There's
- 27:39the excuse. You have to go back. And um
- 27:42and I can see um that the the adventure
- 27:44park that was out on the water where
- 27:46you're like, "Oh, it's, you know, we see
- 27:47more adults than kids." That's because
- 27:48parents get very competitive. [laughter]
- 27:51>> You'd be surprised.
- 27:53>> I can imagine.
- 27:55>> Um all right. I'm just going to click
- 27:56over just into the Q&A in case we had
- 27:58anything there. But otherwise, folks,
- 27:59you're welcome to put anything in the
- 28:00chat or take yourself off mute if you do
- 28:03have a question. I don't think we've got
- 28:04anything over in the Q&A. Um, otherwise
- 28:07we take this as this was a fantastic
- 28:09update that you've answered everybody's
- 28:11questions and blown everyone away
- 28:12[laughter] with how much new and
- 28:14exciting things there are on the horizon
- 28:16for um, our little neighboring
- 28:18Singapore. Always worthwhile for a
- 28:20stopover as well, I think. Uh, going to
- 28:22and from Europe. Um, stop in there for a
- 28:25couple of days, give yourself some
- 28:27breathing space. Uh, go hungry because
- 28:29uh, you will absolutely fill yourself to
- 28:31the brim with a veritable buffet of
- 28:34>> delightful options. Amazing. [laughter]
- 28:37[gasps]
- 28:38Okay. Well, we don't have any other
- 28:39questions here, so we might wrap this up
- 28:40here. Anthony, thank you as always for
- 28:42your time. We really appreciate it on
- 28:44behalf of our networks. U we love
- 28:46working with the Singapore Tourism
- 28:47Board. Oh, Andrea, last time I was
- 28:49there, I was impressed at how
- 28:50sophisticated it has become. I think
- 28:52that is a good word for Singapore.
- 28:55>> Yeah, very so. Yep. Uh just hold tight
- 28:58because there's so much more happening.
- 29:00Uh they're just they plan 50 plus years
- 29:03ahead. like they're very forward
- 29:05thinkers uh and the technology like
- 29:07there's so many great stories uh that I
- 29:09could share with you. So yeah, I love
- 29:11it.
- 29:11>> We will watch that space. Michelle says
- 29:13she'll be there in six weeks time. Oh
- 29:14well Michelle, this was a perfectly
- 29:16timed webinar for you then. Hopefully
- 29:18you've taken lots of notes um for all of
- 29:20the new things that you'll be able to
- 29:22experience while they're there. And
- 29:23anybody else hopefully this will inspire
- 29:25you now to book yourself a trip there
- 29:26and go and check out what's changed.
- 29:28[laughter]
- 29:29>> All right, fantastic.
- 29:30>> We will wrap this up here. Thank you
- 29:32again, Anthony. We really appreciate
- 29:33your time for this wonderful update from
- 29:35our team. Um we will wrap this here and
- 29:37we will say thank you very much for
- 29:39joining us and we will see you again in
- 29:41the future. Have a great rest of your
- 29:42day.
- 29:42>> Thanks everyone.
- 29:44See you all. See you in Singapore. Bye
- 29:47>> bye.
- 29:48>> Bye.
