4. 0:07Peterson is innocent he should not be
5. 0:09sitting on death row with this many
6. 0:10unanswered questions he's painted as a
7. 0:13liar and he lied a lot about adultery he
8. 0:16told a lot of Lies to amber Frey but yet
9. 0:19there's not one lie that has anything to
10. 0:21do with murder
11. 0:22there's a perception that he made
12. 0:24multiple anchors to weigh down
13. 0:25Lacey's body there's no evidence of that
14. 0:28the perception that his boat was a
15. 0:29secret that's actually not the case the
16. 0:32prosecution alleges that Scott killed
17. 0:34Lacey in their home between 8:30 p.m.
18. 0:37December 23rd and approximately 10:00
19. 0:40a.m. December 24th the evidence in the
20. 0:43home the morning of December 24th shows
21. 0:45Lacey was alive you have her pajamas in
22. 0:48the hamper her tennis shoes are missing
23. 0:49Lacey's diamond earrings are missing
24. 0:52Lacey's diamond Croton watch was missing
25. 0:54and a watch was pawn one week after
26. 0:57Lacey went missing in Modesto a Croton
27. 1:00watch and it was never followed up on by
28. 1:01the Modesto police the morning of
29. 1:03December 24th after Scott had left for
30. 1:06the day of neighbors reported seeing
31. 1:07Lacey and McKenzie the dog there were
32. 1:10roughly 14 in the neighborhood who
33. 1:12called in represented by these pink dots
34. 1:15the police only called back for Lacey
35. 1:19was alive the morning of December 24th
36. 1:21it's undisputed and all Scott's
37. 1:24activities on December 24th are
38. 1:26accounted for and during the trial 18
39. 1:29different people testified and about
40. 1:31that day and it fits together without
41. 1:34contradiction there's no time for Scott
42. 1:36to commit this crime Scott has been
43. 1:38wrongfully convicted of murdering his
