1:04I thought we would talk about are you
1:05your little Pole in your group which is
1:08awesome and I think it was kind of
1:11evenly split am i right but yes so as a
1:13surprise we're gonna cover both okay

1:20to start with the dynamics of the watts
1:21family let's start with the cadaver dogs
1:24first cuz that was perfect
1:26yeah you have a lot more information
1:27about that than I do so yeah um I don't
1:30understand them or what they do or how
1:32they you know come to the conclusions or
1:34how they how they look when they hit on
1:36something what are they you know yeah
1:38okay so far cadaver dogs go I even did
1:42some research watched a bunch of canines
1:45being trained on YouTube and how they
1:49trained them and what they do and what
1:50they're trained for and so on so when
1:52the dog alerts that mean there's
1:55something but it's not deaf okay cadaver
1:58dogs are trained for death so we had
2:02three different teams we visually saw -
2:05you go through the Watts home but in the
2:07discovery it states there were three
2:09teams three cadaver dog teams went
2:13that house did not command so my
2:18question is right my question is
2:21everybody focuses on the three places
2:24that's a dog barked correct right what
2:29about what they didn't alert at that's
2:32more important why why do you think why
2:35is that amazing alert for death in the
2:38bedroom or anywhere right they didn't
2:41alert in CeCe's room because according
2:43is according to Chris's first version he
2:46kill Jeanine because she killed the
2:47girls right so that means two people
2:50died on CeCe's bed in the first story
2:52correct right neither dog did anything
2:55in the master bedroom or CeCe's bedroom
2:57I just walk through sniffed around they
3:01should have hit on those basement stairs
3:03their carpet or the sorry the stairs
3:05from the loft down to the main floor
3:07those are hard but it right they want
3:10something walked out mm-hmm okay then
3:13they go to the basement door and that's
3:15where Jane's
3:16being misunderstood because Jane states
3:19the dog also senses trauma be it an
3:23argument a fight or something happy okay
3:28okay
3:30but everybody focused on the negative
3:32right right there's a cadaver dog well
3:41this dog or any of the other two can
3:44find a dead body or death of any sort
3:47under feet of dirt ice swang right they
3:53we have recovery dogs if they don't
3:55command commanding means that's when
3:58they locked out they won't move okay
4:01just like the dog did about the book
4:04yeah that was weird okay and so like I
4:09said like you really have to research
4:12these dogs because again if it had had
4:15just been the first dog I would probably
4:17a lot more leery about it but then
4:19knowing you know two of her dogs went
4:22through two and found nothing
4:24this is a crime scene
4:27yet it was signed off by Wednesday curry
4:33day was done with it as of Wednesday
4:35morning right because he confessed right
4:39right no no no no but Tuesday or
4:42Wednesday was a Tuesday or Wednesday
4:43Tuesday night after Chris's interview
4:46the FBI went into that house did
4:50everything they needed to do including
4:52luminol you name it
4:53hold it they were done by Wednesday
4:57morning got it Chris hadn't even
5:00confessed yet not yet not till Wednesday
5:01what was Wednesday correct am i right
5:03but they didn't find anything
5:05and remember it's only a crime scene
5:08from Tuesday morning oh okay so in less
5:14than 24 hours the DA signed off the
5:17crime scene he was done with her I know
5:20I know right and then they don't take
5:23anything and we were talking about those
5:24items in the trash why would they not
5:26confiscate those items or right but I
5:30don't know if they did well
5:32you're right we don't know if they did
5:33but would it not be accounted for in
5:35some sort of inventory I'm not sure
5:37that's correct it should be right
5:39doesn't mean it wasn't though right
5:40and what yeah and you you really have to
5:42listen to the verbage of everybody
5:44because even that day when the dogs show
5:47up and they're trying to find the scent
5:48right girls and Shannon okay first and
5:52foremost Shannon was easy her flip-flops
5:54or everything in that suitcase she
5:57didn't do laundry when she was in
5:58Arizona okay right so there's Shannon
6:01now the girls when they go upstairs the
6:03the officer says to Chris about the
6:05sheets on the girls beds he she said you
6:08know I'm trying to find something that
6:09you didn't touch well that's a little
6:11difficult because he was alone with her
6:13alone right many states I made the beds
6:17he didn't do any laundry why do I think
6:20that he said he did the laundry where
6:22would I be getting that is that from an
6:23NK you think that we're getting okay
6:25okay I'm Kay called detective Kovac or
6:28agent Kovac sorry and said oh and he
6:32told me he had to watch the girls sheets
6:34because they smell and I think really
6:36odd because they're so clean
6:39that does seem odd if you really don't
6:41been why didn't the cadaver dog hit and
6:44CC's room true I mean maybe she didn't
6:49die there though and what I'm thinking
6:51is the children didn't die or maybe you
6:54know CeCe
6:55I don't know I really don't know what
6:56happened with her I'm worried I mean it
6:58doesn't matter because she's gone either
7:00way right right um I wonder if she did
7:03pass away in her room or like Chris says
7:07that they both survived the original
7:10smothering attempt and he killed them
7:12later Chris no it was actually it was a
7:20book right it was in Sharon's book
7:22however I've seen the original letter
7:25that he wrote and it's definitely um
7:27it's definitely his writing it was
7:29definitely a letter from Chris to her
7:31okay when that I think they shared that
7:33in the Daily Mirror
7:34I believe am I wrong about this who put
7:37up that information is it a Daily Mirror
7:39I don't know I don't remember I know I
7:41honestly don't know who put it up but
7:44what also bothers me is the fact that
7:46everybody will just slam Chris telling
7:48how much of a liar he is right but they
7:52believe him because he said he did it
7:54right because I think the reason for
7:57that is it's such a I mean why would you
8:00do it and I know you mentioned before
8:02that he was threatened by people
8:03possibly my opinion right right - um but
8:09again look at Brendan Dassey looking
8:13look at the people that Kim Kardashian
8:14has gotten exonerated right right
8:18innocent people can confess every day
8:21and this happen to either one of us any
8:24moment sure all it takes is for one liar
8:27and then you'll spend how long trying to
8:30prove them a lot wrong right exactly no
8:33I said to you when we chatted Jesus if
8:36the cops came here and took my phone and
8:38looked at what I searched oh I know mine
8:40too we were talking about I'm an author
8:42and so I've literally googled how over
8:44throughout the country how to kill the
8:46president you know things like that
8:49the points and you know terrible
8:51terrible things so yeah I would
8:52definitely be us pretty sure I was
8:55involved like I'm very supportive of
8:58Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey
8:59and I know the evidence and I've seen
9:01the evidence and I've got through the
9:03discovery and I know that's an injustice
9:07however again at minimum we all have to
9:12agree because again the public's really
9:15giving Chris Soho much credit like this
9:18is not the Incredible Hulk here great
9:20okay so with the time frame that they're
9:23trying to say he did all these things he
9:26killed three people and came out with a
9:28scratch
9:29we know it Bela thought we do but I
9:32don't know she thought with her hands or
9:34only with her head and you know trying
9:36to bite at him or whatever
9:37well I'm fighting we know that she was
9:40biting correct and that's the only
9:43person that they claimed had defensive
9:45wounds in the autopsy mm-hmm
9:48right and like I said what does Chris
9:51have to lose now why would he lie and he
9:53still hasn't figured out how Shannon
9:55died right he has no clue well he said
10:00he strangled her but you said there was
10:03something in the autopsy about
10:04suffocation I must have missed that I
10:05don't know why I think that Chris has
10:10always said he strangled her with both
10:12hands in the front uh-huh
10:14he still doesn't know she was strangled
10:16from behind right right and again why
10:20would what's the point of lying you're
10:22you're a confessed murderer mm-hmm
10:27you got five life sentences right but he
10:31still can't figure out all the important
10:33things but I wonder if he was strangling
10:36her and then he you know he flipped her
10:39over and then when he realized she
10:40wasn't dying he'd squeezed extra hard or
10:43something I don't know Terry the nails
10:45on that woman I know I know but she may
10:48have been asleep for most of it you know
10:51until he knocked her out right I mean he
10:54made she came to and then he knocked her
10:56out
10:57anything's possible and I just want the
11:00DA to prove it

11:06gotta be damn sure if somebody came to
11:09me and said Tammy you know so-and-so in
11:11this this is you know evidence I'd be
11:14calling that Diego and listen what the
11:16hell
11:17right right because no matter what do

11:24he made an oath to protect the people of
11:27Colorado sir and we know for certain
11:29there is at least at minimum one
11:33murderer walking free there's no way
11:35this man could do all of this by himself
11:38it's not humanly possible let's see here
11:42I'm reading some of the chat everyone's

11:45that house right yeah that's a great
11:49point but I don't know again I've talked
11:53to other people do we have anyone who
11:54knows anything about anyone who made me
11:57at a cadaver dog expert who would want
11:59to talk about this um nobody I go to my
12:03local local police stations as well

12:07different but dogs are dogs right they

12:17not be evident to the dogs for like 10
12:19or 15 minutes so could have gotten her
12:22out of the house in that amount of time
12:24no how the hell is he gonna get a woman

12:31this isn't a sleeping [ __ ] in this is a
12:33dead body I have a pregnant woman he's
12:37gotta get her all the way down those
12:38stairs he can't just carry her in his
12:40arms that's why we use the fitted sheet
12:43which means her bumping down those
12:45stairs no please tell me that she
12:48wouldn't have released bodily fluid I
12:50don't know I I would assume she might
12:53but uh you know and then everybody goes
12:55on about oh well Chris had Monday night
12:57to clean Chris had 85 cops in his house
12:59till 10 o'clock Monday night what could
13:01he have claimed that they wouldn't have
13:03seen already right that's true but I'm
13:05wondering if he thought better of it and
13:07went back and you know clean here I
13:09don't know I mention carpet powder but
13:13you know I don't know I think
13:15and like I said you know Chris was doing
13:17what he would do I mean he had all these
13:19people walking around his house that day
13:20with his shoes on right right
13:22so we vacuumed he didn't shampoo the
13:24carpets cuz they would have knew him wet
13:26wet carpets take a long time I know I
13:29know I my house is insane I've got white
13:33carpet everywhere I've got three bladder
13:35two black dogs no one passed away ready
13:38Carpet Cleaning is horrible I you know I
13:40even have one of those great big
13:43industrial steam cleaners my husband
13:45keeps buying me a new one when I blow
13:47mine out every couple years but it's
13:50awful a steam clean and they're you know
13:51there's never it's three days at least
13:54to dry it you are right you know and
13:56it's a tedious job like I mean it takes
13:58a long time to shampoo the carpet oh
14:00it's awful ya know and we know Chris did
14:02it he shampooed the carpets on the
14:05fourth of July correct right because NK
14:08told us right right she showed up he the
14:12furniture was moved excuse me sorry but
14:15at the same time she tells us that she's
14:18sitting in the floor in the front room
14:20on wet carpets right Lorraine mandrels
14:24yeah
14:25maybe um he didn't shampoo that part of
14:27the purpose I don't know um or did he
14:29just tell her he shampooed so she
14:31wouldn't walk through a certain door no
14:33no cuz she said when what she showed up
14:35at the front door right okay she said
14:37that when he opened that door he had all
14:40the furniture moved she had the right
14:43shade of maneuver so I assume if the
14:46furnitures out of the front room then
14:47clearly he's doing something with the
14:49carpet sure and I thought she said she
14:51had to go through another door because
14:53the furniture being in the way maybe I'm
14:54wrong um let's see here one he does say
14:59she was there twice once through the
15:01garage and once through the front door
15:05crime discussion today makes a good
15:06point that and I lost it oh there we go
15:09I would like to see a reenactment of
15:11what he claimed to do and see if it
15:14could be done in the time frame I would
15:15love to see real to set that up right
15:17now I've contacted my ire department to
15:20see if I can get an e okay and my son
15:24who is a lot bigger than Chris Watts
15:26right and then
15:28him try to get this doll you know like I
15:31need to find 150 pound in mannequin
15:34right and get somebody to drag them
15:36carry this again it's dead weight right
15:40you can probably make one yourself right
15:42now right I can make a big weighted
15:43whatever but it's got to be the same
15:45length mm-hmm and the same weight does
15:48he get her down the stairs and out of
15:52the garage by which the the dogs didn't
15:54even bark in the garage either well I
15:56mean in all fairness my daughter weighs
15:58about 140 something and she her
16:01boyfriend has carried her sleeping you
16:03know many times that's true that's true

16:10like I said again right but how can you
16:14again people are giving Chris Watts way
16:16too much credit
16:17like I mean Jude's not a bodybuilder or
16:19anything he's not a super he was at the
16:21time he was really lifting weights and
16:23he was pretty strong I would imagine at
16:25the time wrong okay so he's not he's fit
16:28mm-hmm right my son's a bodybuilder
16:30uh-huh okay so he's bigger okay so Chris
16:35is fit and he's I don't know five nine
16:39he's not that he's not very tall I I
16:42don't remember yeah yeah but either way
16:44again there's too much credit for this
16:46man to be able to kill three people get
16:50rid of three people still work I mean
16:53even on probably what was the word
16:56what's the word I want when you're like
16:58on an adrenaline okay right yeah you're
17:01gonna crash you are right but Chris just
17:04kept working normal old Chris so again
17:08there's gotta be a minimum of one more
17:11out there because that's a lot of stuff
17:13to do
17:14to come out with with not even a scratch
17:17right but I'm thinking though I mean the
17:19only burden he really had was Shannon
17:22you know carrying her if the girls were
17:24alive and walking around he has picked
17:26up their little you know 30 pound cells
17:28and carried them to Karl remember in the
17:30shadow he only bends down once so he
17:32only picked up one kid well I'm neither
17:35one of them we're big enough to climb it
17:37right I think they were not but I think
17:39that Celeste may have still been in the
17:41house and so her shadow
17:42would not be seen under the car then if
17:44Celeste is in the house that he brings
17:46her out shouldn't we see her he's not
17:48gonna carry her down by his private no
17:50this is rampage but if you carry your
17:54kids sort of holding them in front of
17:55you facing away from you
17:57kind of like dragging not really
17:59dragging them but I used to do that to
18:00Ally I would pick her Isaac me right and
18:04her heads gonna be here right when I saw
18:06a light hair true we saw nothing right
18:12then I wonder why he said to whoever he
18:15said it to um that he was worried that
18:17they we would see the children in the
18:19video right and I'm not saying he can't
18:23move a dead body
18:24I'm frame you can't move a dead body
18:26down a flight of stairs and into a truck
18:28without even being winded he's not right
18:32I mean yeah I'm people can carry dead
18:34bodies right right but most times
18:38they're not doing it on camera that they
18:40knows they're right and how can we see
18:43nothing
18:43I don't know but to me it looks like hit
18:47his first pickup or whatever you want to
18:49call it he bent over and then lifted a
18:52heavy weight and kind of struggled to
18:54get to the car um that's what it looks
18:58like to me I wish we would have I wish
19:00someone could actually you know make
19:02that film more visible or something you
19:05know Nate's camera footage because I
19:08think I would love to see more I mean it
19:11would solve a lot of problems oh for
19:13sure so again I don't give a [ __ ] who it
19:16is if it's Chris good job high five I
19:19will own my [ __ ] I will go live everyone
19:22and over day I wasn't wrong but right

19:49figure out what really happened right
19:50right so all I'm demanding is prove it

19:55but I mean compared to someone like
19:58let's say Andrea Yates who simply called
20:00the police and said my you know I've
20:01killed my children call her husband said
20:03the same thing why I mean and she
20:07confessed maybe
20:09I don't know I can't see someone else or
20:11her husband being in on a nurse or a
20:12boyfriend no one knew about or whatever
20:15and that seems unfathomable rule rather
20:19to trial
20:23how did it deal with her mental
20:25breakdown I think they stay center they
20:29sentence her to a mental facility rather
20:32than to jail or prison right but
20:35Christopher Watts wasn't even given a
20:37psychological exam so we don't even know
20:40what what's right what's up with him and
20:42legally okay again pretend you're him
20:45mm-hmm okay and you prove your frickin
20:49innocent mm-hmm or he wasn't actually he
20:53can't he's trying to prove he's guilty
20:54and he can't even do it um
20:56because again right he lies
21:01but yet all the haters believe him
21:04because he said he did it right you're
21:09calling him a liar but you believe as he
21:12confessed
21:13I think his lies had more to do with his
21:15innocence though you know I have no
21:17inclination where they're at or whatever
21:19he said that horrible and I still why
21:22was this case treated so differently I
21:24found out that after Tammy and Graham
21:27and kotor went to visit them in february
21:31and he got a 30-day solitary for that
21:33what yep Wow oh my god I just gotta grab
21:37something ahead I'm wondering why he
21:43would be blamed though for why would he
21:46be blamed for the officials you know
21:48requesting an interview with him
21:51they gave it approval but Chris got 30
21:54days because guess what it went public
21:56and that caused chaos at the jail even
21:58though the first on video that none of
22:01this was going to be released they did
22:03right right
22:04so they really said because they really
22:08said
22:09how'd it them or the prison they grow
22:12night and said sorry Chris yeah we are
22:14releasing it and immediately 30 day
22:17lockdown for Chris right that's weird
22:19I did not know that sorry I'm texting my
22:21husband to let my chihuahua I'm sir only
22:26thing in the back you know and then
22:28that's 30 days just because they release
22:30something on him that's not counting the
22:3296 days he was in solitary that he
22:34wasn't allowed to even call his parents
22:36Wow and when why was he in solitary for
22:39that was that during his suicide watch
22:40or anything her no that's was judge
22:43orders okay remember his first
22:46appearance the judge says he is right
22:47okay or talk to anybody unless its law
22:50enforcement the guards at the prison or
22:52auditioning court-appointed attorney
22:56right right oh I don't know Tammy it's
23:00it's all so confusing and but I keep
23:03going back to why confess to such a
23:07horror fit crime and I know you know I
23:10don't know
23:11I really don't know how complicated it
23:14has to be it would have to be very
23:15complicated for others to have been
23:17involved right so Carrie j-just said
23:20boohoo Chris is not a victim Carrie J
23:23what are you gonna do if it happens to
23:24you one day would you not fight for your
23:27rights for prison even though you're in
23:30prison you so of human rights are still
23:32a life right I'm sorry but
23:36constitutional law and they blatantly
23:39broke it but I I agree I don't believe
23:42he deserves
23:43um well I mean I guess if he did it
23:48great put him in prison yeah death I'd
23:50keep them there but you still have human
23:52rights you do and if it was you or I
23:55mm-hmm I can tell you right now I'd be
23:58raising hell sure sure I would be
24:01raising hell but I'm not Chris I can't
24:04hug Chris's personality I have a big
24:06mouth when I get pissed for me to like
24:08talk about it you know oh great alright
24:11again it could very easily happen to you
24:13me Terry or somebody you love and you're
24:16gonna freak and fight for your human
24:18rights oh definitely absolute and why
24:21people stand there
24:22judging from their Glass Houses this can
24:25happen to anybody
24:26so now let's go into our family dynamic
24:28discussion yeah for sure
24:30I can tell you without a doubt every one
24:33of us knows at least a Chris Watts a
24:38Shannon watts mm-hmm uh Nicole Kessinger
24:42we know them all we know the resume we
24:45know the watts in our own lives in one
24:48way or another we know these people I
24:52thought I've got a Shannon two of them
24:57in my family one's blood and ones
24:59married in my baby brother has the same
25:02personality as Chris my sister-in-law
25:04convinced my brother and his doctor that
25:07my brother was bipolar and had him
25:09committed oh my god so again I'm not I
25:15know I'm in this I'm not pretending I'm
25:17better than anybody else oh that could
25:20happen never happen to me I'm telling
25:22you right now if you put Chris watts and
25:24my son in her and I love my son my son
25:27is my life but I know my son and I know
25:30my son's got a temper oh wow okay so I'm
25:35telling you right now if he came down to
25:37my son or Chris Weitz and I had to guess
25:38he was gonna kill somebody I'd say my
25:40son well he was here he agreed he's like
25:43yeah I mean I know he got a bad temper
25:44you know but nobody and they said it in
25:48February by nine months later Graham
25:50still couldn't find anybody to say Chris
25:52was an [ __ ] interesting but again
25:56that goes back to a sociopath and the
25:57type of mask he had to wear his entire
25:59life because he didn't have the emotions
26:02that other people who don't have
26:04antisocial personality disorder you know
26:07don't have basically so let's look at
26:10the dynamics okay
26:12both families three six watts okay
26:15there's a mom and a dad still married
26:17right they got so married
26:19boy-girl-boy-girl okay
26:21right and there's no denying that
26:24Shannon was like her mom Shannon said I
26:28married my dad uh-huh okay
26:32Chris's family they have lived in that
26:35house since 1971 they just celebrated 45
26:38years married his one grandparents lived
26:41across the road from him and the other
26:43ones were three kilometers up right so
26:47he had a very good upbringing and I
26:49think standard Siberia
26:51yes they're very similar so Shannon even
26:54said I married my dad it's varied a
26:57strong woman like his mother
26:59like his mom right right uh I don't
27:02remember any of this discussion about
27:04Shannon's family and again I'm not
27:07bashing the dead I think that woman was
27:09fantastic she was lovely I would love to
27:13be in a hotel room jumping on a bed with
27:15her I know right she's talented she's
27:21smart you know she's a great mom and you
27:25know she was a good wife but she wasn't
27:27a perfect person no no perfect right
27:30right I rule the roost here I need to
27:33sorry I'm not an [ __ ] about it but I
27:37will no of course not right I'm sounded

59:31need to go if that's important and you

59:41I think that that would be the approach
59:44is to be able to take all the
59:47circumstantial evidence because all the
59:50judges care about
59:51is the reasonable doubt part and if you
59:56can beyond a reasonable doubt prove that
59:58anything other than what Chris said is

1:00:22different from the cell towers which
1:00:25they I believe the way they do it is
1:00:29they ask for a specific time frame yeah

1:00:35them a list of every single phone number
1:00:37that was in that vicinity so I know it's
1:00:42a lot you know that would be a whole lot
1:00:44yeah right which is why they are
1:00:48professionals but what it basically does
1:00:51is it narrows it down to numbers that
1:00:53aren't registered anywhere which you
1:00:56narrow down the numbers that don't have
1:00:59an account associated with it or or you
1:01:02specifically look for the account that
1:01:05you're looking for so if they can't find
1:01:07her number on that dump list whatever
1:01:11then they can search for all the unknown
1:01:16numbers or all the unregistered numbers
1:01:18to see okay what burner phones if there
1:01:21are any bird if they're yeah yeah so
1:01:24anyway so that's the type of stuff
1:01:26that'll hold that will hold water in
1:01:28court in court right now I do have a
1:01:31question for you though since none of
1:01:33the actual DNA and evidence was ever
1:01:36presented before a court of law does
1:01:38that not make it all new evidence I
1:01:41agree but the the question is was it
1:01:46presented or not because our documents
1:01:49that we have go until February 6th and
1:01:52we know that they weren't nearly done
1:01:54with any of the DNA analysis and
1:01:58everything like that as a matter of fact
1:02:00it was in October that they went
1:02:05get chris's footprints and handprints
1:02:07and all of that and his sentencing was a
1:02:12month later you know so they definitely
1:02:14didn't finish analyzing it but or I mean
1:02:18at the time but it doesn't mean that
1:02:21they don't have the results right say
1:02:24Maynard will have now right right okay
1:02:27and we don't know if they actually well
1:02:30it's not in the discovery and that would
1:02:34be another question for the DA I guess
1:02:37but we shall know if we don't know that
1:02:39we don't know that if at the time of
1:02:43sentencing we don't know whether or not
1:02:45he had results back like preliminary is
1:02:48right right we don't even know that now
1:02:50looking yeah looking at their previous
1:02:53reports the the reports that we do have
1:02:56of the of the analysis it looks like
1:02:58that it takes the lab at least like they
1:03:05got they got this stuff like in August
1:03:08and the date was October the date of the
1:03:12report was that okay so clearly they
1:03:14take a few months right right and
1:03:17depending on what they're testing to
1:03:19because some of them can even take even
1:03:21longer
1:03:21right right no they might you know they
1:03:24might not even still you know have some
1:03:26results back yet right they may not have
1:03:30right because the I believe I can't
1:03:33remember who said it but I remember a
1:03:34press conference and they said like this
1:03:36isn't a TV show we don't get them back
1:03:37in an hour
1:03:38no they right or years depending on what
1:03:43oh my god yeah no right two years now

1:03:49they've gotten back now we have known

1:04:18they're dumping it it's not going to
1:04:22include anything from CBI or FBI so
1:04:24you're still not getting it and the lady
1:04:26told me on the phone the reason why it's
1:04:27not available is because there's still
1:04:29an ongoing investigation
1:04:30that's amazing there's still an ongoing
1:04:33investigation now you know and FBI okay
1:04:39only the FBI hurry it's FBI's case it's
1:04:42all okay it's Frederic actually the
1:04:48murder itself is okay right there's old

1:04:58kidnapping and possible right

1:06:10said why would they withhold evidence if

1:06:15he's doing five life sentences and why
1:06:18is the state of cue guys whoever lives
1:06:20in Colorado really needs to talk to your

1:12:10later that day and says yeah Chris it's
1:12:12got to be released and Chris gets 30
1:12:14more days and said did you hear that dr.
1:12:18B that he he received 30 days and
1:12:20isolation McKellen it may have been for
1:12:23his own protection but okay you're right
1:12:25minority days in seg because they came
1:12:28to see him well that makes sense because
1:12:32I think it would be for a protection but
1:12:38still I mean 30 days yeah I don't know
1:12:42actually that's actually according to
1:12:45the prison policy which you can pull up
1:12:48or if you need it I haven't oberon
1:12:51according to the policy like solitary
1:12:55confinement is found to be torture
1:13:00basically it's a culture right so a lot
1:13:04of a lot of prisons a lot of states have
1:13:07changed the way they do solitary
1:13:09confinement one of the ways is they
1:13:11changed they
1:13:12change the name from solitaire to
1:13:14restricted housing okay you know how my
1:13:17that's ridiculous so would he have then
1:13:19been quietly cell as opposed to the ship
1:13:23yeah well right protective custody
1:13:28depending on where you're at right it
1:13:31could be its own separate wing where the
1:13:34rules where the rules are different than
1:13:38segregation for the purposes of
1:13:41punishment you know punishment or demon
1:13:44yeah right correct and I don't do things
1:13:47I do know though is that no go ahead
1:13:50adjust yep and what solitary means so
1:13:54there's a difference between being alone
1:13:55in his cell and having a cell for
1:13:58himself because if that's the case like
1:14:00that's been the case since he got there
1:14:02right and then there's a difference
1:14:04between solitary in terms of
1:14:06restrictions which which is which is the
1:14:10bad part basically okay that's right so
1:14:15that's why I wanted to bring it up
1:14:16because again like I said at first it
1:14:19may have been for his own protection but
1:14:22he still did get thirty days that was
1:14:25gonna be my next point sorry
1:14:27so in order to keep someone right so
1:14:31that's what I was saying a lot of the
1:14:33laws changed in terms of how long people
1:14:36can be confined in quote-unquote
1:14:40solitary right and there are specific
1:14:44laws which what I was telling you I can
1:14:47send you that say specifically they
1:14:51can't be in there for longer than 48
1:14:53hours if there is no concrete reason to
1:14:58keep them confined really yeah unless
1:15:03again and this is at the wardens
1:15:06discretion so if the warden says okay
1:15:09well forty-eight hours is not enough you
1:15:11know keep him in there for another 48
1:15:14hours with closed watch you know he can
1:15:16do that but the policy itself says if
1:15:19you don't have something to hold them in
1:15:21there for whether it's self-harm
1:15:23whether it's making suicidal
1:15:26sure statements whether it's for
1:15:28discipline they're you know because it's
1:15:31called a temporary lockup it's it's a
1:15:3448-hour period where you're you're
1:15:36basically in the shoe and a hole yeah
1:15:40but but your status is under
1:15:43investigation
1:15:44because their fact-finding and so if it
1:15:46goes over 48 hours and they still don't
1:15:48have anything it's kind of to learn that
1:15:51yeah it's kind of like a mini judicial
1:15:54system in there so I want to bring up
1:15:57what treaty says though cuz she says and
1:15:59it's a good point but ladies that wasn't
1:16:01released until March 5th so why was he
1:16:03isolated in February right well that's
1:16:08that would be a question for Chris right

1:16:19conclusions and that's part of the
1:16:21reason why you know I'm interested in

1:18:46exactly so Chris what wouldn't and this
1:18:49has to be persistent and pervasive
1:18:50throughout life okay and it has to have
1:18:54started before the age of 15 to fit that
1:18:58criteria and what we know out here I'm

1:19:07at what we have what we what we have
1:19:09available from interviews and from the
1:19:11discovery and whatever you know there's
1:19:14no indication that he ever and this

1:19:21fact like there are no reported or no
1:19:25known

1:19:28fighting there are no known arrests
1:19:31prior to this there you know so just
1:19:34never they always have to have prior do
1:19:38they always have to have prior offenses

1:19:43beating up their little brother or
1:19:44something is it not true that he can
1:19:46keep behind this mask is entirely and
1:19:49then finally comes out and does the one
1:19:52thing you know and that and those are
1:19:54the individual who are higher on the
1:19:57psychopathy scale because they do have
1:19:59that superficial charm and they do yeah
1:20:03and they do have that ability to appease
1:20:08people they're very good people readers
1:20:11and they're very manipulating so the
1:20:14higher on the psychopath scale you are
1:20:17it's likely that you're more
1:20:22narcissistic as well sure it's it makes

1:20:29self-absorbed almost like
1:20:31exhibitionistic narcissist and chris is
1:20:34not that but I do think he thought he
1:20:36was so smart that he could get away with

1:21:15that's not they even interviewed Chris's
1:21:18old roommate from college right and they

1:21:31people that are pissed at somebody else

1:24:50get from your phone today or what we

1:25:10friend's door or family's door and then

1:27:51know he gets a lot of women who I
1:27:53believe her insane have a job and he is
1:28:01not in his cell for 23 hours a day and I
1:28:04read a whole article about how he does
1:28:06work he has a job where he young he is a
1:28:09janitor or some other inmates to you
1:28:12know people that may be older oh my god
1:28:19three months ago I don't know right
1:28:22I look at so many things I forget the
1:28:24sources I'm not like you guys gathering
1:28:26information saying that they had tested
1:28:31him like math testing to see where they
1:28:33could put him in a job sir and that was
1:28:35last February um but again I read
1:28:38something somewhere or saw a video
1:28:40somewhere that said he was being a
1:28:41janitor I thought well that's crazy why
1:28:44wouldn't they put him
1:28:44maintenance here is something a little
1:28:47higher up there that he could use and
1:28:48yeah I know that people say he's smart I
1:28:51don't know if I see that necessarily but
1:28:52no I mean like if you're gonna give
1:28:55somebody a job would you not put a
1:28:56mechanic well again with the definitely
1:29:00with the prison structure and the
1:29:02inmates structure and ranks right yeah

1:29:09want him in a position like that but

1:29:18Christopher Watts does not have a job

1:30:02been the signs and someone got that
1:30:03really wrong when they wrote a
1:30:06wheelchair yes he does okay when they
1:30:08get when he gets to go outside but if

1:30:56makes sense and I don't know
1:30:58how that could how that is possible
1:31:00because we're looking at the documents
1:31:02from the prison that that you can
1:31:07request like the the intake summary or
1:31:09whatever it's called and he's yet he's
1:31:11classified and he's been classified GP
1:31:14so that's again same thing with the
1:31:16solitary you can be in solitary
1:31:18confinement but it's the status that
1:31:21that you it's the administrative status
1:31:24that you hold so it doesn't matter when
1:31:27any I'm only going by again the way he
1:31:29worded it to his mum was he was counting
1:31:32down the days for winter to be over so
1:31:34he could get outside for fresh air yeah
1:31:37well now he has to have a coat coat they
1:31:42got coat boots they get thermal pants
1:31:46they get scarf hat jobs like all of that
1:31:53because there's an emergency and they
1:31:55need to evacuate presently right yeah I
1:31:59agree he's probably not telling the

1:33:20CEO measures it and the CEO confirms it
1:33:24like I said you have nothing else to do

1:33:30resource I bet they are so if Chris if
1:33:34there's any merit to what Chris is
1:33:35saying I would believe that he is
1:33:38spending the days and nights in the law
1:33:41library trying to figure out yeah for

1:34:05that he is extremely covert narcissist

1:35:14can we just be realistic in how we talk

1:36:30being recorded like you're gonna have to
1:36:32ask me in private like what right just
1:36:38for that I want to spend a day with her
1:36:41like you know yeah right you could write
1:36:47a box set of novels just I would oh I
1:36:51would love to write her story I'm
1:36:54telling you I would pay anything to turn
1:36:57back time and not have it be kopeck and
1:37:00have it be like Tammy Lee or so Tammy
1:37:03would they notice that NK did not do
1:37:07well around women she did very well with

1:40:53lawyer risk his practice and his license
1:40:56and possible jail time and lie to the
1:40:59feds for no reason right he could have
1:41:03said yeah you know I seen her here there
1:41:06my wife sells thrive and yet she Nance
1:41:08sent us his own wife said SH and then
1:41:10set them up at an event so why you lyin
1:41:15that is really odd oh no sorry the pizza
1:41:24that's why I like doing it without an
1:41:27actual video because I can run around
1:41:29and make our coffee do whatever and you
1:41:33don't want to see me now at all like oh

1:42:08that would be crucial in an
1:42:09investigation when you when you
1:42:14deliberately lie to investigators
1:42:16because people have heard people say
1:42:18that

1:42:23interviewed by the FBI I don't know if I
1:42:25if I told I think I told you Tonya but I
1:42:28got interviewed by The Secret Service

1:42:40feeling that girl was nervous no and I'm
1:42:45so I'm still trying to figure out what
1:42:48she would have given them for them to
1:42:50tell her she was a witness for the DEA
1:42:52I know because all I got out of it was a
1:42:57bunch of stories and you really look
1:43:00like a [ __ ] and when I wondered did
1:43:03they not I mean would someone not still
1:43:06go to her office and check to make sure
1:43:08there was at least some human being who
1:43:10saw her there the morning of the 13th
1:43:12right I would not think they would do
1:43:15that dr. B I mean why would they
1:43:17possibly yeah yeah absolutely and and
1:43:20the interesting part is they did talk
1:43:22about it obviously because yeah and one
1:43:25of the handwritten notes by that one of
1:43:28the officers he does write down that
1:43:30tawny husky the security whatever he is
1:43:33operations manager told him that she
1:43:38last clocked in yesterday at noon rain
1:43:41which was Tuesday at noon rain we know
1:43:45that Tuesday morning she was that's what
1:43:49she called her dad and then she went to
1:43:53work and then she binge searched Shannon
1:43:56for four hours and then the next morning
1:43:59called called the tipline correct yeah
1:44:05I think I mean the way I did it in the
1:44:07book too is that she became freaked out
1:44:09by Chris and what you know whatever the
1:44:12conversations were on the on the you
1:44:14know early-morning hours or I'm sorry on
1:44:16the 12:00 night of the 12th into the I
1:44:19think she freaked out and she figured it
1:44:21out for himself herself and so yeah she
1:44:24started you know driving by the house Oh
1:44:26dr. beö on but she started driving by
1:44:29the house he started um you know I think
1:44:31she already did stock the family and I
1:44:34think she really did it a couple of
1:44:36times right after the murders are just
1:44:39during there we go
1:44:44no you're fine I don't even know what
1:44:46point I was making but I think I think
1:44:48again that she Joan you're fine I think
1:44:51she got nervous because she realized
1:44:54that Chris may have done something very
1:44:55very very bad and I said that one but
1:45:00she needed it all today and we've held
1:45:03it right but I think that I think what
1:45:08she thought was that because she was in
1:45:11this affair with him you know she and
1:45:13again in no inclination I kind of hint
1:45:16to this too that she may have said
1:45:18things like thank goodness you're gonna
1:45:19be rid of your wife tomorrow or you know
1:45:21something like that meaning when Chris
1:45:23is going to tell Shannon that he wants a
1:45:25divorce not you know and says a lot of
1:45:28things were very incriminating in that
1:45:29phone in text messages to Chris and I
1:45:33would think that if she realized oh my
1:45:35god my my boyfriend has killed his
1:45:37entire family she's going to delete a
1:45:39lot of stuff and maybe even tell him to
1:45:42as well so she doesn't look guilty
1:45:45and that divided and you look at right
1:45:47but then yeah cuz then you look at what
1:45:50she did do right like again if I breakup
1:45:54with a boyfriend and I delete it I don't
1:45:55delete it within the first no 12 hours
1:45:58no and I'm not gonna I'm not gonna call
1:46:00him and tell him to do it well I think
1:46:03that was the lie she told she told to
1:46:05them was that she got rid of all this
1:46:08data because she didn't want him any
1:46:10part of him on her phone or in her life
1:46:12because he lied to her that was a lie I
1:46:14you know obviously that was a lie she
1:46:16did it so that she
1:46:17the incriminating in what she believes
1:46:20at that time was in a murder case I
1:46:22think she knew just by talking to him
1:46:25something was very very you know pawn
1:46:28the ring and [ __ ] her let her go and
1:46:31right so Tonya can I ask you something
1:46:34I'm Carly I think that yeah I think like
1:46:38rationally that makes all the sense and
1:46:41I agree with that 100% okay guys I yeah
1:46:46I mean I wouldn't have lied to the FBI

1:47:31her any conversate may have had was

1:47:37volunteen is gone or wasn't you know
1:47:39whatever she said that would have been a
1:47:42little more nervous knowing that they
1:47:44have Christmas phone with everything
1:47:46right so exactly so Tonya right so let's
1:47:50say that she deleted all of that and
1:47:55let's say that the police find it one
1:48:00day before they interviewed her or at
1:48:03the time that they interviewed her and
1:48:04they saw those messages and even though
1:48:06they were innocent and they were just
1:48:08joking and she had no involvement
1:48:10whatsoever do you think it would like
1:48:13seeing messages like that lets say you
1:48:16know whatever they might have been do
1:48:18you think warrants like further
1:48:20questioning I think it does sure
1:48:23absolutely and that's and that's all
1:48:25that I want
1:48:27okay I agree million percent because we
1:48:31don't
1:48:31even we haven't confirmed anything with
1:48:35her alibi there was absolutely no
1:48:37evidence that they talked to Nick or
1:48:39whatever his name is
1:48:40no or anybody right yeah but we do know
1:48:43even with that she like Jim was there
1:48:46Friday because he went to the game with
1:48:48her and Danielle on Friday night and Jim
1:48:51was there Tuesday as well because she
1:48:52slipped and said that as well all right
1:48:56and she was sick because of Jim
1:48:59so he's vomiting those are those are
1:49:02some those are some things that at the
1:49:04time when she first came forward they
1:49:07didn't know they didn't mean anything
1:49:09right all those mists you know those um
1:49:11well she had with her testimony yeah
1:49:13yeah they didn't know that at the time
1:49:15right and I don't think because Kovac
1:49:18said that he has over a hundred and
1:49:20fifty pages of text messages only and he
1:49:25he wasn't the one that was going through
1:49:27it I believe Tammy was at one point
1:49:30going through her text okay I think it
1:49:32was Tammy and Stacey actually yeah and
1:49:34so and so they didn't even interview her
1:49:38so they wouldn't even know that there
1:49:40are discrepancies between what she was
1:49:43saying what the text messages say
1:49:45because Tammy and Stacey only pulled the
1:49:47text messages that mentioned kids and
1:49:49that was and like I brought up before
1:49:56I'm sorry I didn't mean to interrupt but
1:49:58we know on Tuesday night between 8:00
1:50:00and 11:00
1:50:01Chris's phone he gives it to Graham
1:50:03within 13 minutes and that phone leaves
1:50:06and goes to the CBI office for two hours
1:50:10yeah doesn't that again is that they got
1:50:13everything and please don't tell me they
1:50:15didn't bug it do you think they bugged
1:50:18it done for me absolutely I mean they
1:50:21would have to get a warrant for it
1:50:22because it's illegal to just for the for
1:50:25the hell of it
1:50:26- but America American citizens or
1:50:28natural light second citizen
1:50:31whereas with me for example like I'm a
1:50:33foreign-born citizen with me it's not
1:50:37against the law for anyone to bug myself

1:52:57were warrants for certain things you

1:53:03been they really thought their
1:53:05surveillance yeah this was a
1:53:07surveillance which is the point I never
1:53:09realized that it was on Tuesday night
1:53:11before she even came home yeah because
1:53:14yeah because she thought oh sorry he
1:53:17went to the Thayer's that night and
1:53:19that's exactly where he went when he
1:53:20left at eleven o'clock right because she
1:53:23won her covers on him I do remember I do
1:53:25remember reading that one of the survey
1:53:29was surveilling wrote in his notes that
1:53:33they told him that he might be going to
1:53:37whatever but that's so they clearly knew
1:53:41about her immediately
1:53:44of course yeah again but they had
1:53:49Shannon's phone as of Monday yeah I
1:53:52think they had it oh sorry no way that's
