137. 5:14and the title of the routine is return
138. 5:16to grace this is a very mature routine
139. 5:19it's about reincarnation
140. 5:22that group routine will be without
141. 5:25mckenzie
142. 5:26and without asia
143. 5:28this week's subject matter is very
144. 5:30serious so i'm gonna let mackenzie and
145. 5:33asia both sit this one out
146. 5:35with mackenzie's foot being a little
147. 5:37iffy and asia's brand new to the team i
148. 5:40don't need the two of them screwing this
149. 5:42number up

222. 8:32choreographer which i want to introduce

224. 8:37of america which is a spectacular title

226. 8:40and he's just awesome everybody

232. 8:55he's very good friends with abby this is
233. 8:58going to rock abby's world we're here to
234. 9:02win when did you hear that win that's
235. 9:04the word of the week dancers go get
236. 9:07warmed up john go ahead and talk to them
237. 9:15yeah
238. 9:17hi um hey how you doing good how are you
239. 9:20good i know this whole thing with baby
240. 9:22maybe i'm a little crazy it's been a few
241. 9:25weeks since broadway baby got sick
242. 9:28and passed away and i'm still dealing
243. 9:30with it
244. 9:31but people have had dogs you know they
245. 9:34either dog they put it down and then
246. 9:36they get another one and i'm like i i i
247. 9:38just can't do that there's no way
248. 9:40i'm waiting so i'm still trying to
249. 9:41figure out what i'm gonna do with baby
250. 9:44but
251. 9:45look at this baby doll oh
252. 9:47i mean look at her she looks like a
253. 9:50stuffed animal doesn't she
254. 9:52and isn't she's so sweet in that eyes
255. 9:54and her nose you know go to a reputable
256. 9:56taxidermy
257. 9:58place and get her stuff
258. 10:00maybe just maybe
259. 10:02i'll have a little bit of hurt to carry
260. 10:04with me wherever i go picture look how
261. 10:06cute it's so cute
262. 10:09abby loved her dog
263. 10:11and she's gonna be able to see her every
264. 10:12day maybe some people think it's crazy

286. 11:01it is high energy jazz your dance needs

288. 11:07and as confident at the very end as it
289. 11:09is at the very beginning we have a great
290. 11:11jazz dance this week this is a clean
291. 11:14sharp routine it's like leap land cut
292. 11:17they're gonna sizzle in these hot orange
293. 11:19costumes and they're gonna go out there
294. 11:21and say we can do it all
295. 11:23run run leap through strut go you're
296. 11:26taking too long to get there go again
297. 11:29girls i'll tell you what
298. 11:31the boys are going to be there
299. 11:32they're probably going to have a duet or
300. 11:34a trio against you do you believe i
301. 11:36don't i'm not sure i'm believing
302. 11:38everybody has to have the face and
303. 11:40everybody has to have the what
304. 11:42stamina you're dismissed
305. 11:45well i can imagine that asia's going to
306. 11:46be moving up the pyramid pretty quickly
307. 11:49i can't guarantee that i i have no idea
308. 11:51who this kid is oh look
309. 11:53she's in a cage oh my god she's like a
310. 11:56little wild animal coming out of a cage
311. 11:59she hasn't done a single leap or turn
312. 12:01i can tell that melissa's nervous about
313. 12:03asia i mean mckenzie and asia are the
314. 12:05same size and with mackenzie's foot
315. 12:07bothering her maybe abby's bringing asia
316. 12:10in for a permanent replacement

369. 14:06mackenzie's not in it either it's a
370. 14:07little bit of a more mature subject

372. 14:10you will be doing a solo also
373. 14:12excited yes all right you guys can get
374. 14:14to know each other i can't imagine abby
375. 14:17ever replacing mackenzie but then i'm
376. 14:19thinking why is asia here what is her
377. 14:21purpose she has to have her purpose why
378. 14:23is she adding her to the team

380. 14:39this week we're pulling out all of the
381. 14:41stops for the competition against abby
382. 14:43not only do i have her best friend john
383. 14:45culbertson choreographing for me but we
384. 14:47have a new dancer sam that's going to do
385. 14:50a hot and sassy duet with gino together
386. 14:55and for the group we'll be doing a
387. 14:57contemporary piece called machine lines
388. 15:00a wonderful piece of choreography
389. 15:02depicting the depression error i want
390. 15:05like sharp hands like very guy-ish and
391. 15:08i am expecting a successful weekend abby
392. 15:11isn't gonna know what hit her
393. 15:18you guys sure dished it out to me you
394. 15:19better dish it out
395. 15:21the moms gave me such a hard time when i
396. 15:23came to aldc they had better give
397. 15:25christy just the same amount of trouble
398. 15:28they gave me can i sit right here yes
399. 15:30sure we need to hide your skinniness
400. 15:32amongst us we nicknamed you skinny

403. 15:39there is only room for one christy at
404. 15:41the abbey lee dance company and that
405. 15:43role has been filled so when did you get
406. 15:45into town this morning oh gosh you just
407. 15:48got in and but we just came from korea
408. 15:50but we had to stop korea yeah asia's
409. 15:52been working in korea she was on a tv
410. 15:53show she got booked out so much that
411. 15:56there was no way that she could compete
412. 15:58and we were traveling she got booked out
413. 16:00for jobs
414. 16:03they don't have any teachers of abby's
415. 16:05caliber in your area you know what i
416. 16:08think her and abby bonded and asia loves
417. 16:11abby and she works better with teachers
418. 16:13that are on her
419. 16:15and
420. 16:16she asked if she could see abby again
421. 16:18and so we're here
422. 16:21you guys moved to pittsburgh which is
423. 16:23great we're happy to have you but that
424. 16:25means no hightailing it out for others
425. 16:29no ballet school somewhere
426. 16:33you're committed to this studio for a
427. 16:35year and if you leave you owe a hundred
428. 16:37thousand dollars cash well thank god i
429. 16:39have a hundred thousand dollars these
430. 16:40moms are trying to scare me off right
431. 16:42now and what they don't know is that i'm
432. 16:44not intimidated and i'm here to stay so
433. 16:48they can just move on asia
434. 16:51let's go
435. 16:52asia is doing a solo to the music rock
436. 16:55that and honey she can rock it out but
437. 16:58can't she straighten her legs and point
438. 17:00her feet we'll have to see watch me

448. 17:29fluffy and i want to see a puppy dog is
449. 17:32this her style this sassy yeah she's
450. 17:34more of a fierce dancer she's never been
451. 17:36a cutesy dancer you have one more day to
452. 17:38work on this and that's it
453. 17:41you have to learn your solos in a day
454. 17:42that's what we do at the abbey dance
455. 17:44company she's a cute little girl
456. 17:46she really is cute

458. 17:50the first day at a new dance studio can
459. 17:52be difficult for anyone
460. 17:54i want to find out from christie how the
461. 17:56other moms are treating her
462. 17:58if they so much is look at christy wrong
463. 18:01watch out first of all i don't like
464. 18:03somebody coming in here with my name
465. 18:05you talk about melissa having boobs
466. 18:07she's cantaloupes

471. 18:19these mothers do tell i'm being around
472. 18:22them now for the short time there's so

476. 18:30any questions and i didn't have a
477. 18:31problem with them but i did feel that
478. 18:33they had the most questions christy went
479. 18:35to see

481. 18:37thinks that she's being replaced she
482. 18:39knows that i want her out big time oh

507. 19:48to the competition i'm taking a little
508. 19:50side trip i've been contemplating what
509. 19:52i'm going to do with broadway baby so
510. 19:54i'm going to meet with a man to find out
511. 19:56exactly what my options are this is the
512. 19:59best situation for me you know i i want
513. 20:02to have her with me well the pictures
514. 20:04are great and it really helps me
515. 20:07you know
516. 20:08we're going to do everything we can to
517. 20:11keep those memories fresh and bring a
518. 20:13sense of comfort back to you this is a
519. 20:16monumental decision for me and i still
520. 20:18don't know if it's the right one or not
521. 20:20but at least broadway baby will be with
522. 20:22me forever

524. 20:34so we're here in highland michigan we're
525. 20:36all excited we're in the dressing room
526. 20:38getting ready abby's still not here yet
527. 20:40so we're kind of getting a little
528. 20:41nervous i hope abby's not sad when she
529. 20:43comes in today you know going to the
530. 20:45taxidermy for her dog what's she gonna
531. 20:48do with it
532. 20:50hug it ania wanted to know she was
533. 20:52bringing it here i hope not baby was
534. 20:55like her child so it's just the shell
535. 20:58it's j and it's probably
536. 20:59there wasn't much fur left anyway so and
537. 21:02what one left you're wearing

541. 21:12so mackenzie didn't join us this weekend
542. 21:14and it just so happens that this is the
543. 21:15weekend that asia's making her big aldc
544. 21:17debut
545. 21:18um something tells me that melissa is
546. 21:20gonna do everything she can to keep
547. 21:22mackenzie away from asia what's wrong
548. 21:25she hurt she has an extra bone in her
549. 21:27foot oh i didn't know that well doesn't
550. 21:28it make you nervous at all that like
551. 21:30last week abby really didn't want kenzie
552. 21:32to do the group and then this week she
553. 21:34brings in someone that's her age and
554. 21:35gives her a solo and then leaves her at
555. 21:37home
556. 21:38no not at all so is that a um
557. 21:42is that an ongoing injury i don't know
558. 21:45i just know that when sophia was here if
559. 21:48abby would have told you to leave maddie
560. 21:50at home you would have had a fit that
561. 21:51would have been a different thing but
562. 21:52why is it different i just know you and
563. 21:54i know that you would have never let
564. 21:55maddie stay at home no they're two
565. 21:56different people
566. 21:58wanted to let her team down like this is
567. 22:01her girls maddie you know so no i'm fine
568. 22:03i'm fine with it so what are you saying
569. 22:05you think abby's well i don't know you
570. 22:07never know without
571. 22:08asia out to take mckenzie's place you

574. 22:15these moms are always trying to get me
575. 22:16worked up mackenzie is not going to be

580. 22:26personal issues i had to deal with
581. 22:28concerning broadway baby it was very
582. 22:30emotional it was very upsetting and now
583. 22:34i'm here i'm ready to go i'm here for my
584. 22:36students let's show abby your costume
