6. 0:16gave a brief statement to the

8. 0:20prosecution seemed deemed to take my
9. 0:22life from
10. 0:24me they just didn't take me from my
11. 0:27family
12. 0:28friends they had every intention of
13. 0:31executing me for something I didn't
14. 0:34do but for all y'all that's snapping the
15. 0:38cameras I want you to know there is a
16. 0:40God thank he sit high but he looks low
17. 0:44thank you Lord he will destroy but yet
18. 0:46he will defend and he defend me yeah and
19. 0:50I just want to thank you I'm not ashamed
20. 0:52to let you know that he sent me not just
21. 0:54a lawyer but the best lawyer the best
22. 0:58lawyer and I couldn't have made it
23. 1:00without them and I want to say to the
24. 1:03victim
25. 1:04family I will continue to pray for you
26. 1:07just as I have for 30 years a miscar the
27. 1:10gesture not only to me but to the victim
28. 1:12family for all us that say that we
29. 1:15believe in Justice this is the case to
30. 1:18start showing because I shouldn't have
31. 1:20sit on death row 30 years all they had
32. 1:23to do was test the gun but when you
33. 1:25think you high and mighty and you Above
34. 1:27the Law you don't have to answer to no
35. 1:30about it but I got news for everybody
36. 1:32that played a part and sending me in the
37. 1:34death row you will answer to God that's
38. 1:36all I have to say right
39. 1:37now that's he was accused and convicted
40. 1:41for a 1985 murder in jeon County he was
41. 1:44exonerated when questions were raised
42. 1:46about the forensic expert used in the
43. 1:48original trial after his brief statement
44. 1:50Hinton left with his lawyers and family
