  1. 0:00All right, a lot of you guys have been
  2. 0:01requesting this a tutorial on how to run
  3. 0:04lead genen ads for your clients. Not
  4. 0:06just any tutorial, how to actually do it
  5. 0:08the right way and generate highquality
  6. 0:11qualified leads that actually are going
  7. 0:13to convert for your clients. I'm going
  8. 0:14to show you everything from campaign
  9. 0:16structure to audience targeting, ad
  10. 0:19creatives, and budgeting all laid out
  11. 0:21step by step for you. Make sure to watch
  12. 0:23until the end. Watch through this whole
  13. 0:25video and you'll know exactly how to set
  14. 0:27up and run ads for your first lead genen
  15. 0:29client once you sign them. Last video
  16. 0:31was how to cold call lead genen
  17. 0:33businesses. So by now you should know
  18. 0:35how to not only find businesses and
  19. 0:37reach out to them, but also how to
  20. 0:38actually complete the service delivery
  21. 0:40for these clients that you're signing.
  22. 0:41We're going to keep this raw style, so
  23. 0:43you should be able to follow along very
  24. 0:45easily and uh this will get you right.
  25. 0:47Without further ado, let's get into it.
  26. 0:49All right, so first things first, I want
  27. 0:51to talk about the Facebook ad library. A
  28. 0:53lot of you guys probably know what the
  29. 0:55Facebook ad library is already. Some of
  30. 0:57you probably don't if you're more
  31. 0:58beginner level, but essentially it's
  32. 1:00from Facebook directly. You can see
  33. 1:02we're on facebook.com/ad/
  34. 1:04library. This is like an official tool
  35. 1:07from Facebook where you can basically
  36. 1:10scroll across any single ad in existence
  37. 1:14that's posted on Facebook currently. So
  38. 1:16any single business that's ever running
  39. 1:17an ad right now, you can look at
  40. 1:19directly on the Facebook ad library. So,
  41. 1:21like if you look here, I just typed in
  42. 1:23car detailer. I'm going to find some car
  43. 1:25detailing ads and we're going to set up
  44. 1:26and run ads for a car detailing company.
  45. 1:29I I don't actually have a car detailing
  46. 1:31client. A lot of you guys know that like
  47. 1:32me personally, like my agency is ecom
  48. 1:35brands. I've been in the realm of lead
  49. 1:36genen obviously before. So, I'm just
  50. 1:38going to find some random like car
  51. 1:40detailing ads that we can use as an
  52. 1:41example to set up pretending like I was
  53. 1:44running ads for a car detailing company.
  54. 1:46But anyways, let's look through here.
  55. 1:47Let's find kind of some examples of like
  56. 1:50some winning car detailing ads. That way
  57. 1:52you guys can kind of get an idea and a
  58. 1:54feel for what exactly one would look
  59. 1:56like. So like this first one here I
  60. 1:58already looked at is pretty solid. Um
  61. 2:00let's take a look.
  62. 2:02>> Manny Bulma and surrounding area. Are
  63. 2:04you in need of a car detailer? Go ahead
  64. 2:06and contact me next. I'll show you guys
  65. 2:07everything that I do on this vehicle
  66. 2:09right now.
  67. 2:12>> So it's just like him showing the
  68. 2:13process and paint correction. We do
  69. 2:16steam cleaning. And I saw like edit.
  70. 2:18It's pretty simple. Like this would be
  71. 2:20really easy for your client to make
  72. 2:24>> even just for them to be able to film
  73. 2:25this and send it to you to have you
  74. 2:27edit. Like pretty damn easy to make. And
  75. 2:30especially like an ad like this. Even
  76. 2:32easier, bro. Like literally just like
  77. 2:34three videos. This takes literally 20
  78. 2:36seconds for them to film this. Send it
  79. 2:38over to you and you can edit it up and
  80. 2:40chop it up and you know put captions how
  81. 2:43you want. You can test different like
  82. 2:45hooks here. Like you could make like
  83. 2:47three different versions of this ad. All
  84. 2:48the videos are the exact same, but you
  85. 2:50have like different text on screen,
  86. 2:52different hooks. You could test like an
  87. 2:55ad like this, but instead of you could
  88. 2:57keep everything the same of him showing
  89. 2:59the process, but like test different
  90. 3:00hooks, have them film like three
  91. 3:03different hooks and test them against
  92. 3:05each other. That's the biggest thing
  93. 3:06when it comes to like video ads is just
  94. 3:09testing different variations. It's like
  95. 3:11especially with the Andromeda update as
  96. 3:13a whole, you want to constantly be like
  97. 3:16testing volume of creatives. Like that
  98. 3:18is the most important thing that you can
  99. 3:20be doing when you're running ads for
  100. 3:22your client, especially lead genen.
  101. 3:23Okay, we're going to get into the actual
  102. 3:25like campaign structure and I'm going to
  103. 3:26show you how to set this up like step by
  104. 3:28step. But you guys need to remember like
  105. 3:30when you're running lead genen ads, all
  106. 3:32you pretty much need to be doing is just
  107. 3:34running like cold audience broad
  108. 3:36targeting and just implementing volume
  109. 3:38of creatives. So testing different
  110. 3:40hooks, testing different styles, testing
  111. 3:42static ads versus video ads, just
  112. 3:44testing, testing, testing, spending
  113. 3:47money on those ads, looking at the
  114. 3:49metrics, and then making adjustments
  115. 3:50based off the metrics. So then [music]
  116. 3:52cutting ads out, adding new ads in, just
  117. 3:54constantly testing volume of creatives.
  118. 3:56And I know I'm kind of repeating myself
  119. 3:57here, but I want to drill this through
  120. 3:58your head that when you're running lead
  121. 4:00genen ads, majority of you guys aren't
  122. 4:01going to be spending more than like 50,
  123. 4:03100 bucks a day. And that's totally
  124. 4:05okay. There's nothing wrong with that at
  125. 4:07all. But there's no reason that at that
  126. 4:09low of a budget you should be running
  127. 4:11anything besides just a cold audience
  128. 4:13campaign. Cold audience campaign let
  129. 4:15Meta do its thing and all you need to do
  130. 4:18is constantly be adding new variants of
  131. 4:20creatives and looking at the metrics and
  132. 4:22making adjustments. [music]
  133. 4:23Now in order to do that obviously it
  134. 4:26kind of becomes dependent on your client
  135. 4:28for content pieces like this in order to
  136. 4:31actually be able to pump volume of
  137. 4:33creatives out. So, what you should be
  138. 4:35doing as the freelance brand scaler for
  139. 4:38your lead genen client is constantly
  140. 4:40looking at different creatives like
  141. 4:42this, getting an idea of what makes a
  142. 4:44winning ad. That way, you can report
  143. 4:46that information to your client so he
  144. 4:49knows what stuff to film and then have
  145. 4:50him send that over to you in order to
  146. 4:52edit it. And editing it is not
  147. 4:54complicated. For those of you who maybe
  148. 4:56have never edited a video before, like,
  149. 4:58bro, play around with Cap Cut. All you
  150. 4:59need to be able to do is chop some
  151. 5:01videos up, add some text. Like it's that
  152. 5:03[ __ ] simple. As a freelance brand
  153. 5:05scaler, what you should be doing for
  154. 5:06your lead genen clients is constantly
  155. 5:08scraping the Facebook ad library,
  156. 5:09getting an idea of what makes a good
  157. 5:11static ad, getting an idea of what makes
  158. 5:13a good video ad, and then just
  159. 5:15constantly like be making volume of
  160. 5:17those ads for your clients. So, if you
  161. 5:19take a look at like some static ads,
  162. 5:21this is just I literally just looked up
  163. 5:22like car detailing ads. I don't know
  164. 5:24what [ __ ] website this is, but in the
  165. 5:25ad library, like it's all videos. So, we
  166. 5:27can kind of get an idea of what some
  167. 5:29static ads look like. And not like any
  168. 5:31of these are like great video ads
  169. 5:33usually are going to perform better
  170. 5:35against a static ad, but it's always
  171. 5:37good to have like a stack of video ads
  172. 5:38and a stack of static ads. And that's
  173. 5:40why we need volume of creatives is in
  174. 5:43order to be able to just constantly be
  175. 5:44testing and looking at those metrics.
  176. 5:47The game of ads is about constantly
  177. 5:49testing new things, looking at data, and
  178. 5:52then making adjustments based off that
  179. 5:54data. And it's like if you're not
  180. 5:55constantly implementing new stuff and
  181. 5:57looking at the data to have proven like
  182. 6:00statistics of like, okay, this ad
  183. 6:02performs well because it has a low cost
  184. 6:05per click. You're basically just like
  185. 6:07guessing whether or not an ad's
  186. 6:09performing well. So that's why it's
  187. 6:10important to implement creative volume
  188. 6:12because that's like the easiest thing
  189. 6:14you can test in order to like get your
  190. 6:17ads to perform well because you're
  191. 6:19testing so many different creatives and
  192. 6:21you find okay this creative doesn't
  193. 6:22perform well, this creative does perform
  194. 6:24well and eventually like you're going to
  195. 6:25test enough to know exactly what style
  196. 6:28is performing well for that business
  197. 6:30specifically and you can constantly just
  198. 6:32reincarnate that specific style and
  199. 6:34rinse and repeat it. These are some
  200. 6:36examples of like some static ads I would
  201. 6:38say like we'll download a couple here to
  202. 6:40set up, but let's find like some good
  203. 6:42winning ones. This is pretty decent.
  204. 6:45We'll go ahead and save that. Obviously,
  205. 6:47you'd have like the city here. You could
  206. 6:49maybe have this like carousel into
  207. 6:51something like more information. Odds
  208. 6:53are though, video creatives are going to
  209. 6:55perform much better cuz it's like it
  210. 6:57grabs the attention of consumers much
  211. 6:59more than anything else does. Also,
  212. 7:01sorry if you hear a little background
  213. 7:02noise. My mate is here cleaning right
  214. 7:04now. Um, so you might hear a little
  215. 7:05background noise, but ignore that. This
  216. 7:07would be good, you know, professional
  217. 7:09autodetailing service. Um, we'll
  218. 7:11download this one. All right, so we got
  219. 7:12two static ads and then I've got two
  220. 7:14video ads that I downloaded to my drive.
  221. 7:17Oh [ __ ] I wasn't even screen sharing.
  222. 7:18Whoops. Okay, I downloaded this ad right
  223. 7:20here and then I downloaded um this ad
  224. 7:23right here. So, we got two static ads
  225. 7:25that I'm going to use for examples and
  226. 7:26then I went into my drive earlier and
  227. 7:29then I downloaded two video ads that I
  228. 7:31can use to show you guys examples. Um,
  229. 7:34so I got my two video ads here. It was
  230. 7:36those two I just showed you. Actually, I
  231. 7:38haven't showed you one.
  232. 7:44>> Like nice little aesthetic.
  233. 7:52>> Now, notice how this one doesn't really
  234. 7:53have any text. Obviously, like on an ad,
  235. 7:56we probably wouldn't want this text to
  236. 7:58say like best detailing ad, although
  237. 8:00that could work. You know, it's like
  238. 8:02that transparency angle of like I'm
  239. 8:04showing you an ad. Obviously, the goal
  240. 8:06here would be to like have this video
  241. 8:07and add like a three variations of this
  242. 8:09video. The video is the exact same, but
  243. 8:12you test different text on screen. And
  244. 8:14that way you can like see, okay, what
  245. 8:16hook works the best. And then another
  246. 8:18one here.
  247. 8:25[singing]
  248. 8:31Like this [ __ ] is a vibe, bro.
  249. 8:44>> See, like this [ __ ] got me just sitting
  250. 8:45here not clicking off it cuz the music's
  251. 8:47a [ __ ] bod. And obviously like not
  252. 8:50all of your clients are going to have a
  253. 8:52professional camera like this to film
  254. 8:54some cool ass stuff like this, but that
  255. 8:55is totally okay. All you need to do is
  256. 8:57film some basic stuff to be able to get
  257. 8:59the proof of concept and prove to your
  258. 9:01client that you just signed that, okay,
  259. 9:03I can get you X results. Now, it would
  260. 9:05be worth it to maybe go spend a couple
  261. 9:07hundred to hire a camera guy to be able
  262. 9:09to film some stuff like this so that we
  263. 9:11have even better creatives, you know?
  264. 9:12But in the end of the day, like you
  265. 9:13could have stuff as simple as like this
  266. 9:16ad. Where did it go? We already looked
  267. 9:18at this one. But bro, this this
  268. 9:20literally took like 20 seconds, no more,
  269. 9:22for this person to film probably, and
  270. 9:24it's literally just off an iPhone. Like,
  271. 9:26there's no excuse to like, oh, I don't
  272. 9:28have a camera, man. I I can't get
  273. 9:30content. Like, even if your client is
  274. 9:32like a 40-year-old dude who doesn't know
  275. 9:34how to work his iPhone, like, he can
  276. 9:35still take videos like this and send
  277. 9:36them to you and have you edit them.
  278. 9:38Like, it is not hard. There is no excuse
  279. 9:40to like not have good creatives. Now
  280. 9:43that we kind of went over the creative
  281. 9:47stuff, let's go ahead and hop in the
  282. 9:50actual ads manager and let's get to work
  283. 9:53on setting a campaign up. We are
  284. 9:54actually inside of the ads manager now.
  285. 9:56And I want you guys to understand this
  286. 9:58isn't actually me setting up ads for a
  287. 10:00detailing client. This is just like a
  288. 10:01burner account. Like you can see I just
  289. 10:03got a burner ad account here. And I'm
  290. 10:04just going to walk you through the
  291. 10:05process of like setting this campaign
  292. 10:07up. But essentially the whole goal here,
  293. 10:10right, is for you to generate a lead for
  294. 10:14your client, right? There's two types of
  295. 10:15ads that you're running. One, when
  296. 10:16you're running ads for like an ecom
  297. 10:18brand versus running ads for a lead
  298. 10:19genen brand. So when you're running ads
  299. 10:21for like an ecom brand, you're directing
  300. 10:23all traffic from the ads to go to the
  301. 10:26website and directly purchase, right?
  302. 10:28And you're going to have your pixels set
  303. 10:30up to your website to where it
  304. 10:32automatically tracks every single
  305. 10:34[music] purchase. So, it's tracking how
  306. 10:36much revenue you're generating your
  307. 10:38client because it's tracking how many
  308. 10:39customers come from the ad to the
  309. 10:41website, how many click to check out,
  310. 10:43how many actually check out, how much
  311. 10:45revenue is generated from each ad, etc.
  312. 10:47When you're running ads for an ecom
  313. 10:48brand, you're either charging them like
  314. 10:50retainer or you're charging them
  315. 10:51percentage of results. And percentage of
  316. 10:52results is really easy for you to be
  317. 10:54like, "Hey, I made you x amount. You pay
  318. 10:56me [music] 10% of that x amount I
  319. 10:58generated you." Now, when you're running
  320. 10:59lead genen ads, it's a little different
  321. 11:01because you're tracking every lead that
  322. 11:03you generate. So, there's two ways to be
  323. 11:05able to charge a lead genen client.
  324. 11:07Ideally, you want to just charge them
  325. 11:09retainer because that's just what makes
  326. 11:11the most sense considering it's a little
  327. 11:13harder to track the exact return on ads.
  328. 11:16Let's say, oh, your campaign generates
  329. 11:1810 leads, you could charge them X dollar
  330. 11:20per lead that you generate. So, five
  331. 11:22bucks per lead, you make 50 bucks for 10
  332. 11:24leads. Just random example throwing out
  333. 11:26there. But Ideally any lead genen client
  334. 11:28you want to charge them retainer just
  335. 11:30because like that's the most realistic
  336. 11:32as well as common times like lead genen
  337. 11:35clients are more sophisticated business
  338. 11:36owners who have a little bit more money
  339. 11:38to invest and they understand more that
  340. 11:40like it takes money to make money.
  341. 11:41They're easier to close. So like they're
  342. 11:43generally speaking more willing to pay
  343. 11:45that retainer. But even if you know
  344. 11:47you're working like free trial maybe
  345. 11:49like maybe you close them on you know
  346. 11:51your irresistible offer that was like a
  347. 11:52free trial or like don't pay me unless I
  348. 11:55get you X results. Whatever it is um
  349. 11:57just know like your whole goal is to
  350. 11:59generate this client a lead and then
  351. 12:01once you generate them a lead, the
  352. 12:02business's job is to reach out to that
  353. 12:05lead and close that lead. So really your
  354. 12:07only job is just to generate the lead
  355. 12:10and then they manage, handle, and close
  356. 12:12the lead from there. That's what we're
  357. 12:13going to be setting this up to do. I
  358. 12:15need to go ahead and just get a random
  359. 12:16like car detailing website just to
  360. 12:18direct traffic to like just completely
  361. 12:20random. Obviously, you're going to use
  362. 12:22your clients, but let's just say like
  363. 12:23this is our client, right? Like I just
  364. 12:25looked up car detailing. Let's just say
  365. 12:27like this is our client, right? You can
  366. 12:29see this is where like you would be
  367. 12:31generating traffic to. You can schedule
  368. 12:33them online. You can call them now.
  369. 12:35Let's look at like a different example
  370. 12:36of a website. L conversion. All right.
  371. 12:38Another one here like book now. If we
  372. 12:40click this book now link, let's see
  373. 12:42where it takes us. Yeah, you can
  374. 12:43literally just book online. So like this
  375. 12:45would be different case scenario because
  376. 12:47you could track exactly how many people
  377. 12:49book in which would be the same as like
  378. 12:51a lead, but in this case it's almost
  379. 12:53more like an already closed lead cuz I
  380. 12:55would imagine if I say I have an SUV
  381. 12:57here and add it and then go next like I
  382. 12:59would have to pay it up front. But you
  383. 13:01can see like you can just schedule
  384. 13:02online. So let's say you actually have
  385. 13:04to pay ahead of time. You don't pay once
  386. 13:06you get there. So this would be like
  387. 13:07more kind of like that ecombased where
  388. 13:09like I'm directly generating revenue. So
  389. 13:12you would just obviously set the pixel
  390. 13:13up into this website to where it tracks
  391. 13:15that. Looks like this website's on
  392. 13:17Square Up, so it should just have like
  393. 13:18automatic conversion. But yeah, let's
  394. 13:20look at one more example. [music] Most
  395. 13:22like car detailing companies are like if
  396. 13:24especially if you're going like high
  397. 13:26high ticket like a construction company
  398. 13:28where like average job is tens of
  399. 13:31thousands of dollars, like they're
  400. 13:32obviously not going to just [ __ ]
  401. 13:34check out on the website. Like they're
  402. 13:35going to go to like a website like this.
  403. 13:37They're gonna probably go to like start
  404. 13:39your quote, put their information in,
  405. 13:40and then the business's job is to call
  406. 13:43them. So, like you would put in your
  407. 13:44name, your number. I mean, in this case,
  408. 13:46year, make, model of the vehicle, and
  409. 13:48then you'd submit this. And then this
  410. 13:49company would probably call me and say,
  411. 13:51"Hey, we [music] saw you filled out a
  412. 13:53thing for a car detail, like blah blah
  413. 13:55blah. When would be a good time to bring
  414. 13:56the car in, get it detailed, etc., etc."
  415. 13:58Same thing with like a construction
  416. 14:00company or something. But I kind of like
  417. 14:02the way that other business had it done
  418. 14:04where it was just directly like check
  419. 14:05out on page for something that's lower
  420. 14:08ticket like a car detailing company. But
  421. 14:10obviously, you know, kind of just
  422. 14:11depends on the business. You always
  423. 14:12could, you know, if you have the skill
  424. 14:14set of helping another business like
  425. 14:16build a website, you could build them
  426. 14:17two separate like landing pages. One
  427. 14:19where they automatically check out, one
  428. 14:22where they directly just put in their
  429. 14:24information and get called. So you have
  430. 14:26your two websites. one where they just
  431. 14:28book in automatically and pay ahead of
  432. 14:29time. One where they put their
  433. 14:31information in and get called to book an
  434. 14:33appointment. You [music] could have two
  435. 14:34campaigns with the same ads, but each ad
  436. 14:37directs to a different landing page. So
  437. 14:39then you can look at each campaign and
  438. 14:41be like, "Okay, the campaign where we're
  439. 14:42directing them straight to checkout has
  440. 14:45these metrics. The campaign where we're
  441. 14:46directing them to just put their
  442. 14:48information in and get called has these
  443. 14:49metrics. This one performs better than
  444. 14:51this one or vice versa." and then you
  445. 14:53kind of know like you have proven data
  446. 14:56that says okay this performs better than
  447. 14:58this. So that's again why it's important
  448. 15:00to always like test different things
  449. 15:02when in doubt because it's better to
  450. 15:04just like have proven data to look at
  451. 15:07and make a decision off of rather than
  452. 15:09just like guesstimating. Let's get back
  453. 15:11into the ads manager and let's actually
  454. 15:12go through the process of like setting
  455. 15:14up our first basic campaign. So
  456. 15:15obviously our goal here, let's say we're
  457. 15:17running it to like a lead website.
  458. 15:18Actually what I had to do was get a
  459. 15:20website. We'll use this one. Was it?
  460. 15:22Yeah, we'll we this one's pretty [ __ ]
  461. 15:24but we'll just use it just for the sake
  462. 15:26of saying that we're starting a quote
  463. 15:28rather than directly purchasing out
  464. 15:30because majority of detailing companies
  465. 15:32probably have their website set up like
  466. 15:33this where you're generating a lead. So,
  467. 15:35that's obviously exactly what we're
  468. 15:36going to put as our campaign objective
  469. 15:37is lead and then we'll just name this
  470. 15:40name it whatever. I'm just going to name
  471. 15:41it lead campaign and we're going to set
  472. 15:43our budget at the ad set and then we'll
  473. 15:45leave everything else. So, campaign
  474. 15:46objective leads buying type can say as
  475. 15:48auction ads set budget. Next, we're
  476. 15:51going to move into our ads set. So, I'll
  477. 15:53just say uh lead ad set. So, conversion
  478. 15:57location. Now, Facebook has what's
  479. 15:59called an instant form where through
  480. 16:01Facebook directly when they would click
  481. 16:03the button, it would take them to a
  482. 16:05Facebook lead form rather than a
  483. 16:07website. Let me just like find an
  484. 16:09example here of like a Facebook lead
  485. 16:11form and what that would look like just
  486. 16:13so you guys have an idea. It basically
  487. 16:15just take them to a lead form like this.
  488. 16:18So you can see like on the right side
  489. 16:19right above my camera here, it would
  490. 16:21just like pop up a lead form after they
  491. 16:23would click on the ad and that
  492. 16:24information would spit out to the
  493. 16:26business owner. So you could run it as
  494. 16:28that. Say maybe your client doesn't have
  495. 16:30like a good website. I think it's better
  496. 16:32to run it to a website than it is a
  497. 16:34Facebook lead form. Again, this is an
  498. 16:37instance where you could test, you know,
  499. 16:38your client's website versus a lead
  500. 16:41form. So you could set up two campaigns,
  501. 16:42one that directs all traffic to the
  502. 16:44website, one that directs all traffic to
  503. 16:46the lead form. And you could split test
  504. 16:47the two and see which one performs
  505. 16:49better. But in this instance, we're
  506. 16:51going to do it to the website uh lead
  507. 16:52form. It's it's literally the same
  508. 16:54process. You would just have it go to
  509. 16:56instant forms. So website and calls.
  510. 16:58Obviously, performance goal is to
  511. 17:00maximize number of conversions. And then
  512. 17:01you're just going to want to make sure
  513. 17:02that you have your pixel set up and
  514. 17:04connected to that client's website so
  515. 17:06that it actually tracks all information
  516. 17:08that goes to the website from the ad.
  517. 17:11So, if you guys are like beginner
  518. 17:13beginner and you don't know what the
  519. 17:14pixel does, essentially it's just like
  520. 17:16what connects Facebook to the website in
  521. 17:19order to track all metrics and all data
  522. 17:22coming from the ad. So, it's like when a
  523. 17:24customer goes from an ad to the website
  524. 17:26and fills out a form, the pixel tracks
  525. 17:28that because if you don't have like
  526. 17:30Facebook connected to the website, how
  527. 17:32would it track that and report that data
  528. 17:33back? That's why you need to connect the
  529. 17:35pixel because that's what connects the
  530. 17:37Facebook ad manager to the website in
  531. 17:40order to track that information. Like
  532. 17:42this isn't my actual client, so it's not
  533. 17:43actually connected. So, it's going to
  534. 17:44say not connected, but just make sure
  535. 17:46you have that set up. I can make a video
  536. 17:48on that, too, like how to set up your
  537. 17:49pixel maybe. Otherwise, just I'm sure
  538. 17:51there's someone else out there on
  539. 17:52YouTube that has that. Otherwise, like
  540. 17:53you can literally have Facebook walk you
  541. 17:55through it. It It's super easy to do.
  542. 17:57Don't overthink it. We're going to leave
  543. 17:58cost per result goal blank and then
  544. 18:00we'll just keep our budget as like 20
  545. 18:01bucks a day. Obviously, you can set your
  546. 18:03budget. Whatever your client is
  547. 18:05comfortable spending per day. The more
  548. 18:07you spend, the more people who are going
  549. 18:09to see your ad, the faster you're going
  550. 18:11to have data to look at because your ads
  551. 18:13just getting blasted out more. In the
  552. 18:15end of the day, it doesn't totally
  553. 18:17matter what you spend. Just know the
  554. 18:18less you're spending, the slower you're
  555. 18:20going to see data, the slower you're
  556. 18:21going to see results. The more you
  557. 18:23spend, the faster you're going to see
  558. 18:25data, the faster you're going to be able
  559. 18:26to make changes to that setup you have,
  560. 18:29and the faster you're most likely going
  561. 18:31to see results. But in the end of the
  562. 18:33day, obviously, you want to have that
  563. 18:34conversation with your client of what
  564. 18:36they're comfortable spending. That way,
  565. 18:38you can spend according to like what
  566. 18:40they're comfortable with. So, if they're
  567. 18:42comfortable spending 100 bucks a day,
  568. 18:43great. Just know spending a hundred
  569. 18:46bucks a day, you need more creatives
  570. 18:48because your budget is going to get
  571. 18:50spread amongst those creatives. And if
  572. 18:52you only have one creative and you're
  573. 18:53spending a h 100red bucks a day, all
  574. 18:55$100 is going into that one creative and
  575. 18:57that creative might perform [ __ ] But if
  576. 18:59you have, you know, 10 creatives, all
  577. 19:00that budget is going to get spread
  578. 19:02amongst those 10 creatives. And you're
  579. 19:03going to be able to look at those 10
  580. 19:04creatives and be like, "Okay, they all
  581. 19:06got x amount of spend. They have these
  582. 19:08metrics. This one's performing bad, so
  583. 19:10I'm going to cut that out. This one's
  584. 19:12performing bad. I'm going to cut that
  585. 19:13out. This one's performing really good,
  586. 19:15so I'm going to leave that one in." So
  587. 19:17on and so forth. And then as you're
  588. 19:19cutting ads out, you can always add new
  589. 19:20[music] ones to test. We're going to
  590. 19:22have that as 20 a day. And then
  591. 19:25placements. Um,
  592. 19:27we're going to turn this off. We're
  593. 19:29going to go manual placements. Actually,
  594. 19:32we'll just leave Advantage Plus on. The
  595. 19:34only thing with placements is you're
  596. 19:35just selecting where you want your ads
  597. 19:36to be seen. For car detailing company, I
  598. 19:39think it makes sense to place them both
  599. 19:40Facebook and Instagram. So, we're just
  600. 19:42going to leave it as advantage plus.
  601. 19:44What that means exactly is like kind of
  602. 19:46letting Facebook automatically place the
  603. 19:48ads where it thinks they'll best
  604. 19:50perform. And obviously as Facebook's
  605. 19:52platform gets more and more advanced,
  606. 19:53it's a little more worthy to trust that.
  607. 19:56Now, if I was running ads for like an
  608. 19:57ecom brand, I probably wouldn't have
  609. 19:59that on. I would probably leave it as
  610. 20:00manual because I want to select where
  611. 20:02those ads are displayed. Brands, at
  612. 20:03least that I'm running ads for, like
  613. 20:05Facebook, isn't a good performance for
  614. 20:07like a street wear jewelry supplement
  615. 20:08brand. It's better off on Instagram. But
  616. 20:11for something like this, a car detailing
  617. 20:13company, it can apply to like any age
  618. 20:16demographic, any demographic of person
  619. 20:18realistically. Um, so we want to have
  620. 20:21that on both platforms. Location,
  621. 20:23obviously, United States, but we want to
  622. 20:25set this specific to where that car
  623. 20:27detailing company is located or whatever
  624. 20:30business you're running ads for.
  625. 20:31Obviously, like if your business is
  626. 20:33located in Miami, Florida, like you're
  627. 20:36not going to be running ads in
  628. 20:38California for a car detailing company.
  629. 20:40That doesn't make any [ __ ] sense. So,
  630. 20:42you're going to want to set this like
  631. 20:43specific to kind of the area that you
  632. 20:47would book jobs in, that that client
  633. 20:49would book jobs in, like the furthest
  634. 20:51out that they would go for a job. Let's
  635. 20:53say it's like a mobile detailer, like
  636. 20:54the furthest they would go to do a
  637. 20:56detail. And then, yeah, that's all we
  638. 20:57need for the ad set. Just literally
  639. 21:00change that location. You could play
  640. 21:02around with the age demographic if you
  641. 21:04want depending on the business. Let's
  642. 21:07say it's like a construction company.
  643. 21:08Obviously, like an 18-year-old kid isn't
  644. 21:11going to pay for a house to get built
  645. 21:13most likely, unless he's a freelance
  646. 21:15brand scaler and got motion like that or
  647. 21:17he's in the ERT and got motion like
  648. 21:18that. But typically, you know, someone
  649. 21:20paying for a house is going to be like
  650. 21:2230 years old or 30 plus. So, like maybe
  651. 21:25you could select that as like your age
  652. 21:27demographic, 30 to 65 plus. Now, we're
  653. 21:29going to move into actually setting up
  654. 21:31the ad. So, I'm just going to name this
  655. 21:32number one. Um, what the [ __ ] Why did
  656. 21:34my old clothing brand pop up? This is
  657. 21:36just an old burner ad account. So then
  658. 21:39you're going to want to have like the
  659. 21:40Facebook page obviously selected as well
  660. 21:41as the Instagram account of your client.
  661. 21:44That is of course. Um and then we're
  662. 21:46just going to go ahead and upload our
  663. 21:48ads. So let me do that. So I got two
  664. 21:51image ads here. Won't let me upload the
  665. 21:54video ones for some reason, but probably
  666. 21:56cuz I downloaded them off of like a
  667. 21:58downloading website, but and they're
  668. 22:00like a weird file. Uh but we'll show you
  669. 22:03an example here with the image ads. So
  670. 22:06first things first, we're going to go to
  671. 22:07manually upload and then we're just
  672. 22:08going to do single image or video.
  673. 22:10Obviously in this case, probably
  674. 22:12majority of your creatives are going to
  675. 22:13be videos. So you're just going to go to
  676. 22:14setup creative and then video ad. I'm
  677. 22:16doing an image ad here. So I'm going to
  678. 22:17select image ad. Select my image. And
  679. 22:19then we're just going to want to make
  680. 22:20sure that we have these placements set
  681. 22:22up properly and that they all look good.
  682. 22:24And then we're just going to go to
  683. 22:25primary text. So, if we go back to the
  684. 22:27ad library, we can even look at the copy
  685. 22:30of some of these ads and kind of get an
  686. 22:33idea of like what these winning ads
  687. 22:35would look like. And you could honestly
  688. 22:37just like steal some of this copy, too.
  689. 22:39Change it up a little bit. So, let's
  690. 22:40look for one that we think is good, one
  691. 22:42that like fits this aesthetic of ad.
  692. 22:45Could be like this. I like this one. It
  693. 22:47like targets obviously the location at
  694. 22:49first. I don't know where where this
  695. 22:51actually is, but your go-to detailer
  696. 22:53blah blah blah like in the location and
  697. 22:56then book any vehicle before Janu. It's
  698. 22:58like an offer. So, we have an offer
  699. 23:00here, which usually you would want to
  700. 23:02talk about within the creative if you
  701. 23:04have an offer, which obviously I highly
  702. 23:06recommend you create some sort of offer
  703. 23:08with your client. It makes sense for for
  704. 23:10them to run that'll also convert well.
  705. 23:13So, you obviously want to have that
  706. 23:14conversation with your client of like
  707. 23:16what a good offer for them is and what's
  708. 23:18realistic for them to do. And then it
  709. 23:19kind of targets like again that location
  710. 23:22a little bit with like a little bit of
  711. 23:23kind of like a oh in the northwest
  712. 23:25weather. But yeah, so we'll add that as
  713. 23:27like our text and then our call to
  714. 23:28action. Obviously there's a couple
  715. 23:30different call to actions you could do.
  716. 23:32You can do contact us, book now, uh
  717. 23:35learn more, kind of whatever makes sense
  718. 23:38with that ad specific and like whatever
  719. 23:41the angle of that ad is. So like in this
  720. 23:43case, I would probably want to do like
  721. 23:48book now would make sense if like it's
  722. 23:50that website where you're directly
  723. 23:51booking in and paying for it on that,
  724. 23:54but contact us would make sense if it's
  725. 23:56like a website where you can just
  726. 23:58directly call. Learn more would make
  727. 24:00sense if it's like they're applying on
  728. 24:02the website and then getting a call
  729. 24:04back. So like let's say that's our case,
  730. 24:06like they're applying on the website.
  731. 24:07Like remember we were going to use this
  732. 24:09website here where they start a quote
  733. 24:10and then get called back. We'll do learn
  734. 24:12more. I think that makes the most sense
  735. 24:14in this case like with that website. But
  736. 24:16it depends on your website and obviously
  737. 24:18like what your funnel is for that
  738. 24:20client. If it's like they directly buy
  739. 24:22and book in, if it's like they start a
  740. 24:24quote and then get called back, if it's
  741. 24:26like they directly call on the website,
  742. 24:28just kind of depends on whatever that
  743. 24:30funnel is for that client. Then we'll
  744. 24:32just obviously direct it to this
  745. 24:33website. So, our ad looks pretty good so
  746. 24:35far. These other placements aren't
  747. 24:37loading. Obviously, it'll say like from
  748. 24:39that company. So, you'll want to make
  749. 24:41sure their Facebook page like is set as
  750. 24:42their name and then has like a profile
  751. 24:44picture. But, they're looking pretty
  752. 24:45good so far as the one that out of the
  753. 24:48ones that are actually loading. Some of
  754. 24:49them aren't loading. Um, that's just
  755. 24:51Facebook being Facebook. Phone number.
  756. 24:53You can just put in the phone number. We
  757. 24:54just put some random [ __ ] That's not my
  758. 24:57phone number. I typed in random numbers.
  759. 24:59So, if you call that number thinking
  760. 25:01it's going to be me, it is not me. Boom.
  761. 25:02Boom. Boom. We got our copy. We got our
  762. 25:04CTA. And that's pretty much it. setting
  763. 25:07a whole campaign up for a client
  764. 25:09literally takes like 10 minutes. That's
  765. 25:11why I [ __ ] loved my job in freelance
  766. 25:12brand scaling cuz this [ __ ] just like
  767. 25:14isn't timeconuming. Like majority of
  768. 25:16your workload is making sure your
  769. 25:18client's happy, responding to them,
  770. 25:19checking up on ads, making changes, but
  771. 25:21like setting this [ __ ] up does not take
  772. 25:23long at all. Once you have one creative
  773. 25:24set up, you can just duplicate this and
  774. 25:26literally just switch out the image if
  775. 25:28it hurries up and duplicates. There we
  776. 25:30go. All right, we'll just change this to
  777. 25:32two. We'll come here, edit. Actually,
  778. 25:34we'll just delete this media. Add an
  779. 25:37image. Boom. A new image. Make sure
  780. 25:39placement's all right. It should keep
  781. 25:41the same copy. It does. Now, obviously,
  782. 25:43you could test different copy. You could
  783. 25:45test different CTAs. You want to have
  784. 25:46variety throughout your whole campaign.
  785. 25:48You know, like the whole goal is to make
  786. 25:52sure that you have variety so you're
  787. 25:54getting different testing done and
  788. 25:56different metrics. But yeah, and then
  789. 25:58say you're running a video ad. Duplicate
  790. 26:00again. Come on down here. Single image
  791. 26:02or video. You just delete this. Then you
  792. 26:05literally just add video. I don't have
  793. 26:06any videos in my account because it
  794. 26:08won't let me upload them for some
  795. 26:09reason. But that's all you would do.
  796. 26:12Pretty [ __ ] simple. Um I'm trying to
  797. 26:14think if there's anything else that I
  798. 26:15missed. But then after you have all of
  799. 26:18your creatives implemented, uh you would
  800. 26:20literally just click preview to publish.
  801. 26:22You publish that and then you're back
  802. 26:24into the ads manager. You let this run
  803. 26:26for a day on 20 bucks a day. You come in
  804. 26:28here. You look at your different
  805. 26:29creatives. Okay, this one has x amount
  806. 26:30of impressions. This one has x this.
  807. 26:33this one has X this. And then you would
  808. 26:35just look at the leads coming in. And
  809. 26:37then you would just want to communicate
  810. 26:38with your client obviously like, "Hey,
  811. 26:40I've seen some leads coming in. How's
  812. 26:41that lead flow? Is anyone converting?
  813. 26:43XXX?" Like pretty straightforward,
  814. 26:46pretty [ __ ] simple. And that's why
  815. 26:48like lead genen clients are the best to
  816. 26:49sign cuz service delivery for them is so
  817. 26:52easy. It's like you literally just set
  818. 26:54these campaigns up with some different
  819. 26:55creatives. You test different creatives.
  820. 26:57You just make them some different
  821. 26:58creatives. And like they're happy
  822. 27:00because this isn't stuff that they know
  823. 27:02how to do. Like majority of these lead
  824. 27:04genen business owners are older people.
  825. 27:06Maybe not in the car detailing industry.
  826. 27:08I feel like that's like more of a
  827. 27:09younger demographic of business owner
  828. 27:11like younger teens or younger adults. So
  829. 27:13they maybe know kind of about like they
  830. 27:16understand the internet more. Let's say
  831. 27:17for like you know a construction company
  832. 27:19like average dude's going to be like
  833. 27:204050. Like even in my last video I was
  834. 27:22cold calling those construction
  835. 27:24companies and majority of them sounded
  836. 27:25like they were like 40 50 years old. So,
  837. 27:28it's like those dudes have no idea how
  838. 27:30to work a platform like this or have no
  839. 27:32idea how to work social media in
  840. 27:33general. So, all you need from them is
  841. 27:35them to just take some simple videos and
  842. 27:38it's like, okay, I have my videos. I
  843. 27:40edit these up. I make a bunch of
  844. 27:41different creatives. I look at the
  845. 27:42metrics. I figure out what performs
  846. 27:44well, what doesn't. I report that back
  847. 27:45to him like, "Hey, this ad performed
  848. 27:47well. You think you could get me some
  849. 27:48more videos like this so I can make more
  850. 27:50variations?" And then you're sending him
  851. 27:52all these creatives as well and he's
  852. 27:53like, "Wow, this dude is the [ __ ] like
  853. 27:55I would never know how to make an edit
  854. 27:57like this. Like this is awesome for my
  855. 27:59business. So it's like doing the
  856. 28:00simplest things for those business
  857. 28:02owners like means so much to them
  858. 28:04because they they don't know how to
  859. 28:06[ __ ] do it themselves. So it's like
  860. 28:07making creatives as well for your
  861. 28:09clients is not only going to get you
  862. 28:10better results, but it's also going to
  863. 28:12build the relationship with your client
  864. 28:14because of like how much you're doing
  865. 28:16for them. It's like even with our
  866. 28:17clients, with my agency, like we're
  867. 28:19heavily involved in helping them with
  868. 28:21their business, not just their ads.
  869. 28:23Because not only does that get our ads
  870. 28:25better results, but it also just builds
  871. 28:27the relationship with our clients which
  872. 28:28allow us to keep our clients longer and
  873. 28:31allow us to not have clients that churn
  874. 28:33because it's like they see us as so
  875. 28:35valuable because we help them with so
  876. 28:37many things that are a part of their
  877. 28:38business. So, it's like your real own
  878. 28:40job being a lead genen ads manager or
  879. 28:42lead genen freelance brand scaler,
  880. 28:44whatever you want to refer to it as,
  881. 28:46should literally just be like consulting
  882. 28:48your client on the media side of things
  883. 28:49and the social media side of things,
  884. 28:51helping them in areas where they need
  885. 28:52help with their business, but just
  886. 28:54making creatives and launching campaigns
  887. 28:55and generating them leads. That's why
  888. 28:57it's like so [ __ ] easy is because all
  889. 28:59you need to do is sign these clients,
  890. 29:01set up ads for them, let those ads run,
  891. 29:04make changes, like moderate maintenance.
  892. 29:06like one client you can manage with like
  893. 29:08a couple hours per week. Like if I was
  894. 29:11running ads for a car detailing company,
  895. 29:12couple hours a week. Every day, every
  896. 29:14other day, just log in, look at the
  897. 29:16metrics. Most likely, you won't even
  898. 29:17have to make changes on that day. Once
  899. 29:19every couple days, maybe you're making
  900. 29:21some changes. Once every couple days,
  901. 29:22maybe you're editing some creatives that
  902. 29:24takes 20 minutes to do. You upload
  903. 29:26those, you let them run for the next
  904. 29:27couple days. But like, it's so [ __ ]
  905. 29:29[music] easy. And now you guys literally
  906. 29:30have the whole formula on like how to
  907. 29:32find businesses, how to reach out to
  908. 29:34those businesses, how to close them. I
  909. 29:36guess I haven't made a video like
  910. 29:37actually closing them. I saw you guys
  911. 29:39were requesting that in the comments,
  912. 29:40but you have the whole formula of how to
  913. 29:42find businesses, how to scrape leads,
  914. 29:43how to reach out to those leads and then
  915. 29:46how to actually complete the service
  916. 29:47delivery for those leads. Obviously,
  917. 29:49this goes much more [ __ ] in depth.
  918. 29:51Like this video times like 50 inside the
  919. 29:55ERT. That's what the ERT is for. So, I
  920. 29:57guess if you guys are interested in
  921. 29:59applying for that, the link is in the
  922. 30:00description. It's the top link. But if
  923. 30:02you're new to this channel, make sure to
  924. 30:04subscribe. Make sure to turn post
  925. 30:05notifications on for more bangers. Make
  926. 30:07sure to leave a like, a comment down
  927. 30:08below what other types of videos you
  928. 30:11guys want to see. And I'm here. I'm here
  929. 30:12to help y'all. I'm here to make sure
  930. 30:14that you guys are signing clients. Make
  931. 30:16sure that you guys are getting results
  932. 30:17for those clients. And I want to see
  933. 30:19everyone [ __ ] win with this business
  934. 30:21model because this business model has
  935. 30:23not only brought me a ton of success,
  936. 30:25but a ton of my other students success,
  937. 30:27a ton of my viewers success. Like, bro,
  938. 30:29in the ERT last month, we had like five
  939. 30:31people buy cars that were like $100,000
  940. 30:34price tags. Like half a million dollars
  941. 30:36in cars from the ERT members in one
  942. 30:38month. Like, it's [ __ ] insane.
  943. 30:40Majority of those students clients are
  944. 30:42like lead genen clients. So, if that
  945. 30:44doesn't prove to you that this [ __ ] is
  946. 30:46doable, I don't know what does. The only
  947. 30:48reason I'm saying that isn't so you
  948. 30:49think like, "Oh, the ERT, I need to join
  949. 30:51it." Blah, blah, blah. I'm just telling
  950. 30:52you that like to show you that this [ __ ]
  951. 30:54is possible. Like, I want to drill it
  952. 30:56through your guys's head that this [ __ ]
  953. 30:57is possible. That's like my goal with
  954. 30:59YouTube and posting is like to show you
  955. 31:02guys like I'm no different from you and
  956. 31:04you can do this too and there's other
  957. 31:06people doing it. Like, I want to just
  958. 31:07put it into perspective how achievable
  959. 31:09this [ __ ] is if you actually just make
  960. 31:11the conscious decision to lock in and
  961. 31:13like do the [ __ ] you know you need to
  962. 31:15do. And it's like I'm posting these
  963. 31:17videos to show you guys like the basics
  964. 31:20of how to do it. All it takes is you to
  965. 31:22go and do it yourself and like actually
  966. 31:24take action in doing it. I hope these
  967. 31:26videos do more than just get some views
  968. 31:28and they actually help you guys in some
  969. 31:30way and like push you guys forward to
  970. 31:32strive for the success you see other
  971. 31:34people achieving. And I really really
  972. 31:36want you guys to understand that I am no
  973. 31:38[ __ ] different than you. Anyone you
  974. 31:40see getting the results that you wish
  975. 31:42for is no [ __ ] different than you. I
  976. 31:44literally was in your guys's position a
  977. 31:46couple years ago watching these types of
  978. 31:49YouTube videos, trying to figure out how
  979. 31:50to do it myself. And now, like, I'm
  980. 31:52here, bro. Like, I just did what I know
  981. 31:55I needed to do. And like, over time, the
  982. 31:58result came naturally. I just focused on
  983. 31:59the inputs and doing the things I know I
  984. 32:01needed to do every single day. And I
  985. 32:03just didn't pray for the result to come
  986. 32:05the next day. I just prayed that at some
  987. 32:08point it would come as long as I kept
  988. 32:09doing the things I know I needed to do.
  989. 32:11And [music] in the end of the day, the
  990. 32:13timing is the most unpredictable thing.
  991. 32:16You never know when you're going to hit
  992. 32:18your breakthrough and those results
  993. 32:19start to come in. But if you keep doing
  994. 32:21the things you know you need to do every
  995. 32:22single [ __ ] day, naturally, it's
  996. 32:24going to happen. Again, make sure to
  997. 32:26subscribe, make sure to leave a like,
  998. 32:27make sure to comment down below what
  999. 32:28other types of videos you guys want to
1000. 32:30see, what you guys need help with. I'm
1001. 32:31here to help you all. That's my goal. If
  1002. 32:33you want to join the best [ __ ]
1003. 32:35program in internet money, the ERT, the
1004. 32:37link is in the description. I love you
1005. 32:39guys. I'll catch youall in the next
  1006. 32:40video. Peace.
