- 0:03Just give me one second. Thank you.
- 0:05Sorry. Uhhuh. Hey. Hi. Two minutes.
- 0:09Thank you. Hi. Good afternoon. Sorry
- 0:11about that.
- 0:19Hi. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you
- 0:20as well. Have you ever done one of these
- 0:21interviews over the camera before? No.
- 0:23Well, let me tell you a little bit about
- 0:24the job to get started with. It's not
- 0:26just um a job. It's sort of probably the
- 0:29most important job. Uh the title that we
- 0:32have going right now is director of
- 0:34operations, but it's really kind of so
- 0:36much more than that. Responsibilities
- 0:38and requirements are are really quite
- 0:40extensive. Uh first category for the
- 0:43requirements would be mobility. This job
- 0:45requires that you must be able to work
- 0:47standing up most or really all of the
- 0:50time. Uh constantly on your feet,
- 0:52constantly bending over, constantly
- 0:54exerting yourself, a high level of
- 0:56stamina. Uh uh. Okay. That's a lot. For
- 1:02how many? Like for how many hours? 135
- 1:05hours to unlimited hours a week. It's
- 1:08basically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- 1:10I'm sure you'll have a chance from time
- 1:11to time to maybe just sit down here and
- 1:13there. Yeah. Uh you mean like a break?
- 1:15Yeah. Uh no, there are no breaks
- 1:17available.
- 1:19Is Is that even legal? Oh, yeah. Of
- 1:21course. Yeah. Okay. So, like no lunch?
- 1:23You can have lunch, but only when the
- 1:25associate is done eating their lunch.
- 1:28Uh, I think that's a little intense. No,
- 1:32not possible. That's crazy. Now, this
- 1:33position requires excellent negotiation
- 1:36and interpersonal skill. We're really
- 1:38looking for someone that might have a
- 1:39degree in uh medicine, in finance, and
- 1:42the culinary arts. You must be able to
- 1:44wear several hats. Associate needs
- 1:46constant attention. Sometimes they have
- 1:48to stay up with an associate throughout
- 1:50the night. being able to work in a
- 1:52chaotic environment. If you if you had a
- 1:54life, we'd ask you to sort of give that
- 1:55life up. No vacations. In fact,
- 1:57Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and
- 1:59holidays, the workload is going to go up
- 2:01and we demand that with with a happy
- 2:03disposition.
- 2:04Uh that's almost cruel. That's almost a
- 2:08very very sick twisted joke. But when
- 2:10there's time to sleep or Oh, no time to
- 2:13sleep.
- 2:15Yeah. All-encompassing almost. That's
- 2:17exactly right. 365 days a year. Yes. No,
- 2:20that's that's inhumane. That's that's
- 2:23very insane. The meaningful connections
- 2:25that you make and the the feeling that
- 2:26you get from really helping your
- 2:28associate are immeasurable.
- 2:32Also, let's cover the salary. The
- 2:34position is going to pay absolutely
- 2:36nothing.
- 2:37Excuse me?
- 2:40No, nobody's doing it for free. Yeah,
- 2:42pro bono. Completely for free. No. Oh,
- 2:44what if I told you there's someone that
- 2:46actually currently uh holds this
- 2:48position right now? Billions of people,
- 2:51actually. Who? Moms.
- 2:54[Laughter]
- 2:57Yeah. Yeah.
- 3:00Moms, that's awesome.
- 3:02[Music]
- 3:05A
- 3:09And they meet every requirement, don't
- 3:11they? Wow. Oh my god. Moms are the best.
- 3:15Yes. No pain. They're 24 hours. They're
- 3:18always there. Now I'm thinking about my
- 3:20mom. Yeah. And what are you thinking
- 3:21about her? I'm thinking about all those
- 3:22nights and everything. Thank you so much
- 3:24for everything you do. I know it doesn't
- 3:26seem like I appreciate all of it, but I
- 3:28definitely do. So, Mom, I want to say
- 3:31thank you for everything that you've
- 3:33done. I love you very much. You've been
- 3:35there through thick and thin.
- 3:38[Music]
- 3:42My mom is just awesome. She's awesome.
- 3:45[Music]
