1. 0:00And I want you to speak into this because you  have a very strong teaching, that I believe
2. 0:05needs to be heard and I've seen this same  example, where people started to go into
3. 0:14forbidden territory. I call it forbidden  territory, and start exercising demons in the
4. 0:20heavenlies, casting them out from the heavenlies,  instead of casting them out out of people and
5. 0:25they found themselves with some pretty serious  problems. And so you have a very strong warning
6. 0:31for deliverance ministers on not doing deliverance  in the heavenly's courts, can you speak into that?
7. 0:39Yes, and this is something we've learned by  experience but also about Scripture. It's
8. 0:46interesting, when Jesus sent the twelve out they  were prepared to go. I mean they were rookies
9. 0:53but He prepared them, and when they left He  sent them to people, to individuals. He said,
10. 1:02"If one house doesn't receive you, just shake  the dust off your feet, go to the next person,"
11. 1:08but not heavenly realm spirits. So they came  back rejoicing, said, "Lord, even the spirits
12. 1:16obeyed us in your name." He said, "I gave you  that authority," but He also said, "Pray for
13. 1:24the peace of Jerusalem," not against the prince  of Jerusalem. So we prayed for angels to do their
14. 1:34battle, we lift up prayer needs for angels to  battle with demons but that's way out of our
15. 1:44territory. And you know, if that's not true, why  don't some of these people just fix the world?
16. 1:53I mean, why just fix one area? Why just fix the  the bar room down the street that people march
17. 2:03around and say, "This is going to be closed, we  bind you." So ridiculous but it's also dangerous
18. 2:13because they have picked a fight with  a demon power that they cannot defeat.
19. 2:19They can't. And what we see many, many times, I  can just tell you stories for hours about this,
20. 2:27of people that come in and say, "Well  every time I drive by a psychics office,
21. 2:32I take authority over." I said, "You can't do  that." "Oh yes I can. I have all authority."
22. 2:39Well, then they'll come back six months  later and say, "You know you were right.
23. 2:45I should have gone in and witnessed to  the person and got them saved." One lady
24. 2:55specifically came in, she said, "We're shutting  down a Gentleman's Club that's opening in our area
25. 3:04and then we marched around it every night before  they opened. We're going to shut it down."
26. 3:11Well, same stories and you  don't have to have authority.
27. 3:15So she comes back like in six months and she said,  "You know what, you were right." She said, "Now my
28. 3:23husband is addicted to pornography and it's ruined  our marriage." She took on a demon that she had
29. 3:31no right to be fighting and no ability to fight  him. So I could just tell you stories. In Canada
30. 3:42there was a group of people, you know when you  go somewhere you seem to attract other people
31. 3:49that are involved in the same type of ministry.  There was a group that said, "We marched around
32. 3:55the Kingston pen every Sunday. We march around  the Kingston pen and bind all those demons."
33. 4:03I said, "You do what? A thousand inmates in  there and you're binding all their demons."
34. 4:11But anyway that's what they did and  I talked to them about that's really,
35. 4:17really dangerous that. You don't have any  authority over anything to do with that prison,
36. 4:23especially the men who have invited demons  into their lives. So I go back up there, six,
37. 4:31eight months later and I ask about this group.  Where are they now? Oh, they're dissolved. All
38. 4:38of them started having problems in their  family, divorces, children getting sick.
39. 4:43They picked a fight and I would just say, and  people always go to some Old Testament Scriptures,
40. 4:51"and we will turn down high places" and you know  you're going to places that you shouldn't go,
41. 4:57is what you're doing. Our authority has to do with  people who willingly come under our authority.
42. 5:06Mothers are always asking, "Can you cast demons  out of my son?" Well does he want them cast out?
43. 5:15I can't do it against his will. "Oh well, he  wouldn't be willing. He won't come to you."
44. 5:19I can't help you. God will always honor a  person's will. Wow. That's so good. You honestly,
45. 5:30when I heard you talking about this first time  Don because I remember, we did that too. Now
46. 5:37thankfully we didn't do a lot of that, just a few  places we circled around, walked. And I mean in
47. 5:44innocence we really wanted to bring down Jericho  walls and we took the Scripture where it says,
48. 5:50"We don't wrestle against flesh and blood."  And so we are still wrestling against these
49. 5:56principalities but the way we wrestle against  them is by winning people to Jesus, so that their
50. 6:02authority gets weakened in our region. Because  the only reason these principalities are over
51. 6:08our regions is because people have given them that  right, and so we don't go and break that, we go in
52. 6:14and rescue. Jesus told us to go into all the world  and make disciples, not to fight principalities
53. 6:18and I find this, this is our history before. The  more warfare we did with principalities, the less
54. 6:26we evangelized and the less we cast out demons  out of people. Because it's safe to hide behind
55. 6:32walking around your Jericho wall and actually not  evangelize and not cast out demons out of people.
56. 6:38Where as your teaching is that hey, go win those  people for Jesus. If they want to be delivered
57. 6:44cast those demons out and that is how you weaken  the principality over your region. Not by binding
58. 6:50or going into some heavenly courts and taking  some secret position and binding them. Correct?
59. 6:56That's very good. What you just said is  very good. Let me say this real quick.
60. 7:03That lady in Houston, you know sometimes  you go out of town just to be away from
61. 7:10everybody you know. So I was visiting with some  friends in Houston and that's what they said, "Why
62. 7:16don't you just come spend a couple of days and  you know play golf and so on." So I'm there and
63. 7:23while I'm there the husband said, "We have a  friend," that always happens. "We have a friend
64. 7:29that needs to go through deliverance and she knew  you were coming and we can't imposed it on you,
65. 7:36but can she come over tonight?" And I'm like,  what do you say anyway? But I'm like, "Sure."
66. 7:44So she comes. She's a very attractive woman, nice  woman, loves the Lord, University of Kentucky
67. 7:52graduate. So we did, we did deliverance  principles, I'm going to say three hours
68. 8:02and I finally said, I think her name was Kate or  something. I said, "Kate, there's something wrong.
69. 8:08Are you sure you don't have any  unforgiveness in your life?" She said,
70. 8:13"No, I know I'm clear on that. I said, "There's  a wide open door. As we're casting demons out,
71. 8:21it's like a revolving door. Others are coming in."  I said, "Do you by chance do territorial warfare
72. 8:30against principalities?" And she said, "Oh, I do  that every night." I said, "You can't do that."
73. 8:39She said, "Oh yes." It's the same word, "Oh  yes I can, I have all authority." So she said,
74. 8:43"I walk my neighborhood every night, cast demons  out of this house, this house, this house."
75. 8:50And I said, "Well can you confess that you won't  do that anymore? That you've stepped outside
76. 8:56of your realm of authority." And she said,  "Yes, I understand that." So she confessed,
77. 9:02go right back into the deliverance. Now I'm  binding the head guy and she gives me the
78. 9:10name. She says, "Oh my gosh. That's the name of  my subdivision." I still remember his name. Wow.
79. 9:19She said, "That's my subdivision." Well that's  who you've been fighting, is the demon over
80. 9:26that whole subdivision. Wow. And I said, "You  confess to her," I'm talking to the demon. I said,
81. 9:33"You confess to her that you won't bother her  anymore. That's a command that." His response was,
82. 9:41"If she'll leave me alone, I'll leave her  alone." Wow, I have goosebumps. I know.
