3. 0:05this video haven't done a video for a
4. 0:06while so for today specifically i want
5. 0:09to talk about the overall trend for the
6. 0:11penny stocks and what will happen in the
7. 0:13future
8. 0:15from what i noticed and from what i
9. 0:16attract uh starting from this year
10. 0:19beginning of 2022 so a lot of things has
11. 0:22changed and we're in this
12. 0:24crazy
13. 0:26inflation geopolitical crisis
14. 0:28so i just want to give my take of how
15. 0:31the market is going to go and how's that
16. 0:34going to affect the small cap market and
17. 0:37what we can do to be able to be
18. 0:39profitable in the future
19. 0:41so first thing i want to talk about is
20. 0:44the stimulus check from 2020 to 2021 or
21. 0:48late 2021
22. 0:49and that specifically pump up the market
23. 0:52so there's tons of people having the
24. 0:54money
25. 0:55injecting into the market and pushing
26. 0:58the market cap into a i would say a
27. 1:00higher standard uh and that also
28. 1:03bought tons of um
29. 1:06mean players like dwc dogecoin
30. 1:10kodk and gamestop and
31. 1:13amc et cetera for those meme plays
32. 1:16specifically i have prof lid
33. 1:18at least i would say 15 million or above
34. 1:22on the downside on the upside didn't
35. 1:24catch it
36. 1:26but there's specific technical analysis
37. 1:28you can be able to
38. 1:30profit from the upside as well
39. 1:32but i'm mini a short setter what i have
40. 1:34noticed from all the meme plays
41. 1:37starting from 2021
42. 1:39at the beginning
43. 1:40the volume has significantly dropped at
44. 1:43the beginning of 2022 so there's not
45. 1:45much
46. 1:46uh tickers has been going over two
47. 1:49thousand percent one thousand percent uh
48. 1:51every single week
49. 1:53and the last time the last time i've
50. 1:54shorted a ticker indio has been the only
51. 1:57trade that i've placed uh for the last
52. 2:00four months and i made about four
53. 2:02million dollars which i will be
54. 2:04uploading the live trading into youtube
55. 2:06so stay tuned on that
56. 2:08go back to the data and what i've
57. 2:10noticed that the volume has dropped at
58. 2:12least 30 to 50 percent especially on how
59. 2:16much else the dollar is being injected
60. 2:18into a specific market cap zones so
61. 2:20under one billion dollar market cap
62. 2:23the max amount of dollar can be put into
63. 2:26a ticker
64. 2:28is around three to four billion and what
65. 2:30i noticed recently it has dropped about
66. 2:321.5 billion so overall 50 percent
67. 2:35sometimes it's thirty percent so you can
68. 2:37see the confidence level from the retail
69. 2:40trader part uh has been losing
70. 2:43significantly just within short period
71. 2:45amount of time so that also means
72. 2:48uh the stimulus check is running now so
73. 2:50we kind of have to take a step back and
74. 2:53look at the 2018-2019 data how we have
75. 2:56been trading in that
76. 2:59uh time period so we can figure out you
77. 3:01know
78. 3:02what pattern works what pattern doesn't
79. 3:04work anymore and we then we can adjust
80. 3:08our strategy
81. 3:09to
82. 3:10actually to fit the current market
83. 3:12condition so without further ado let's
84. 3:15get into today's chart i'll show you
85. 3:17some of the data that i have noticed and
86. 3:19also giving you what i would say the
87. 3:21overall take on the general market
88. 3:23so this is what we had um
89. 3:26i would say
90. 3:28so about two weeks ago
91. 3:30h usa and indo
92. 3:33all right so let's take a look at hsa
93. 3:35this is a simple display of indo and
94. 3:39this is where i showed it around
95. 3:4114 added into this panic
96. 3:45right about here so my average is around
97. 3:4713 ish 13 uh 13.9
98. 3:52um
99. 3:53right about here
100. 3:54then it dropped back up to
101. 3:575.85.9 so my average coverage is around
102. 4:006.5 6.9 ish
103. 4:02um i made about 50 percent on this short
104. 4:05trade
105. 4:07uh plus the indo so so the reason why i
106. 4:10am deal dropped
107. 4:11is because it had this huge
108. 4:14you had to sell off on monday
109. 4:16um then gapped up on second day this is
110. 4:18a classic oversteering gap down i traded
111. 4:21about
112. 4:23a day so
113. 4:2470 million volume
114. 4:26uh that's 5.6 billion dollar block if
115. 4:30you try to compare the volume between
116. 4:32two days
117. 4:33uh before the market open you only
118. 4:35traded about 500k volume so
119. 4:38it's not enough to contest with the
120. 4:40resistance that was formed yesterday so
121. 4:43that's why i picked my shorting spot i
122. 4:45think it's around 70 my average is
123. 4:47around 70.
124. 4:48covered
125. 4:5036 half added around 47 cover arrested
126. 4:53at 40. so i didn't catch the last drop
127. 4:57from 41 to 30. and
128. 5:00a lot of people are confused about how
129. 5:02did you pick up the entry from
130. 5:04hsa so
131. 5:06as
132. 5:07indio
133. 5:08is the main leader of the energy sector
134. 5:10play because
135. 5:12uh crude oil has been skyrocketing
136. 5:15and it will cause tons of
137. 5:18dependent stuff to go with it as well so
138. 5:21hosa is the sympathy player of india
139. 5:23since i showed the india that's where i
140. 5:25showed it husa and
141. 5:28while you are live trading you can kind
142. 5:29of notice
143. 5:30is that uh simplified normally drops
144. 5:33much faster than the main player so
145. 5:35that's why i sized in much heavier on
146. 5:37hsa i think i made around two point
147. 5:40five million dollar on hvsa and one
148. 5:42point and what 2.3 million dollar on hsa
149. 5:45and 1.7 high ndo uh this is the only
150. 5:48major trade that i placed in i'll say in
151. 5:51the last four months
152. 5:52so uh market has significantly slowed
153. 5:55down but what we can learn from this
154. 5:57behavior is if you take a look at uh
155. 6:00what's been hot is we had this ukrainian
156. 6:03war and they sanctioned russia all of a
157. 6:06sudden
158. 6:07oil will become a big problem so all the
159. 6:09energy sectors beginning to um
160. 6:13run up
161. 6:14so
162. 6:15in the future uh if the market tends to
163. 6:17crash and people start to run into
164. 6:19commodity either it's silver
165. 6:23agriculture
166. 6:24stocks or
167. 6:27gold stocks so gold mining company from
168. 6:29the penny stock sector will likely to
169. 6:31spike again so those will be
170. 6:34the sector you want to be focused on and
171. 6:36those
172. 6:37will be your i would say only
173. 6:40major gains from 2022 because you can
174. 6:43see that the market is definitely taking
175. 6:46a step back on how much longer it's been
176. 6:48trading and how much
177. 6:50i'll say meme stock has been running in
178. 6:52the last couple months so
179. 6:54be careful of going around because
180. 6:57tickers has not been gaining enough
181. 6:59volume compared to 2021 so
182. 7:02and also be careful going short but
183. 7:05since the bond has been dropping you
184. 7:06cannot size in else the same amount of
185. 7:10shares you can size in 2021 because you
186. 7:13cannot exceed one percent of the entire
187. 7:16shares being traded
188. 7:17uh throughout the day so if the ticker
189. 7:19is only trading about a couple hundred k
190. 7:21in the pre-market that means you cannot
191. 7:23setting over 100k after market open so
192. 7:25those are the things you want to be
193. 7:27focused on
194. 7:29on your side
195. 7:30and on which sector you're supposed to
196. 7:32be trading and also
197. 7:35make sure you track data along with it
198. 7:37as well
