2. 0:02that juror was sleeping but you know the
3. 0:04judge found otherwise and I respect his
4. 0:06decision you know all we can do now is
5. 0:08prepare for sentencing prepare for you
6. 0:11know the motion for appell at Bond and
7. 0:12start working on the appeal now you said
8. 0:14you had some new information that just
9. 0:16surfaced like 45 minutes ago and I know
10. 0:18you said you couldn't I can't talk
11. 0:20anymore about that but it bolstered your
12. 0:23corre argument or your premise correct
13. 0:26but you wanted uh have hearing
14. 0:29potentially an camera hearing on that or
15. 0:31yes and we'll see if you know if new
16. 0:34evidence comes forward and if it does
17. 0:35we'll readdress it but you know for the
18. 0:37time being the judge is ruled and we're
19. 0:39going to focus on sentencing any
20. 0:41thoughts about sentencing next
21. 0:44week you know all we can do is prepare
22. 0:46you know go in there we can paint you
23. 0:48know a picture of who Dalia Deo really
24. 0:50is um as I've always stated she's a
25. 0:54misunderstood person I've worked with
26. 0:56her for you know 18 months close to two
27. 0:59years now I spoke with her every day um
28. 1:03you know she's not the person that she's
29. 1:05portrayed in court she's a caring person
30. 1:08a loving
31. 1:09mother um she's been a just pleasure to
32. 1:12work for work with um very intelligent
33. 1:16woman and you know I'm confident the
34. 1:19judge will see that you know sentencing
35. 1:20next week
