8. 0:14this really comes down to two issues
9. 0:16whether or not Jones is taking too long
10. 0:17to produce evidence and whether or not
11. 0:19the ruling violates his First Amendment

15. 0:36lawyers in a lawsuit the Sandy Hook
16. 0:38parents filed against him that clip was

22. 0:49ruling that took away his right to file

35. 1:14they're suing Jones for defamation they
36. 1:17say they are being harassed and
37. 1:19threatened because Jones called the 2012
38. 1:21mass shooting a hoax but pattice says
39. 1:23the lawsuit is just aimed at harming his
40. 1:25controversial client mr. Jones is
41. 1:27underseas she's been de platform from
42. 1:29some entities and there are those who
43. 1:30want him out of business lawyers for the
44. 1:32Sandy Hook families disagree attorney
45. 1:34Joshua koskoff says Jones wanted to
46. 1:36intimidate and harass chris maddie who
47. 1:38was mentioned in that clip we can't have
48. 1:40a court system that is some that a
49. 1:43litigant treats as their playground in
50. 1:45which they're the bully
