11. 0:21welcome to you what's been said in court
12. 0:23today well this is Victoria cilia's is
13. 0:27full stay of evidence today we heard how
14. 0:30she was considering this fateful fall to
15. 0:32be her very last skydive because she
16. 0:35just had a baby
17. 0:36five weeks earlier and she said she lost
18. 0:39all confidence she was thinking about
19. 0:41whether she wanted to continue as a
20. 0:42skydiving instructor but today at we
21. 0:45heard in court how she told the police
22. 0:47about a year ago that she was too
23. 0:49embarrassed to say that she was
24. 0:51concerned she had cut off the main
25. 0:53parachute that was working perfectly
26. 0:55well now throughout this case we've
27. 0:57heard how both the main and the reserve
28. 1:00parachute worked very seriously damaged
29. 1:02very seriously entwined
30. 1:05now we've also heard today a victorious
31. 1:08Illya so it's given very conflicting
32. 1:10evidence throughout the case throughout
33. 1:12these two year investigation by the
34. 1:14police and today she said she did that
35. 1:16because red mist came down and I was
36. 1:19gunning for him she said I want you to
37. 1:22cast suspicion on him I wanted revenge I
38. 1:25had been ridiculed now she'd been
39. 1:27ridiculed because she found out that her
40. 1:28husband was having an affair with a
41. 1:30woman that he'd met on the social dating
42. 1:33site tinder he'd also had an affair with
43. 1:35his ex-wife and so she said some of the
44. 1:38evidence that she gave originally wasn't
45. 1:40exact it wasn't necessarily the exact
46. 1:44truth now that relates to the fact that
47. 1:46emile Silius had entered the toilets at
48. 1:49never even airfield on that day that she
49. 1:51fell she fell 4000 feet she survived
50. 1:54miraculously but originally in the
51. 1:56police statement Victoria sylia said
52. 1:58he'd gone into the toilets for five to
53. 2:00ten minutes and it's alleged it was
54. 2:01there that he tampered with that
55. 2:03parachute she now says that was between
56. 2:05two to three minutes and so she has
57. 2:09reversed what she originally said and
58. 2:11she says she did that because she wanted
59. 2:12to get her
60. 2:13back on him there's also another point
61. 2:16that she's spoken about they actually
62. 2:17went to the airfield the day before she
63. 2:19fell but they couldn't jump because of
64. 2:21the weather now she'd hired kit she'd
65. 2:23hired a parachute that day from the
66. 2:24airfield and she originally said that
67. 2:26Emile cilia suggested that they leave
68. 2:28that parachute inside their locker there
69. 2:31which she thought originally was very
70. 2:34strange because usually you would return
71. 2:35kit at to the airfield itself but she's
72. 2:38now gone back on that and said it wasn't
73. 2:40necessarily anything untoward now Emile
74. 2:43cilia's is not just accused of tampering
75. 2:45with his wife's parachute he's also
76. 2:47accused of trying to kill her by gassing
77. 2:50her in the family home which he denies
78. 2:52this case continues and Victoria City as
79. 2:55is still inside giving her evidence
